Awesome spot to stay, 10 out of 10 They gave us a complimentary welcome drink, which was such a nice touch Had coffee available all day

The atrium is just absolutely gorgeous with plants, water features, string lights, and a barRooms were super comfy and the soaking tub was really relaxing I would come here again and again if I couldMy only suggestion to improve this hotel would be to offer more vegan options They need an oat milk or soy milk with the coffee station

We stayed here for New Year’s Eve for something different We were beyond impressed For barely $200, we had a huge, beautiful room

Huge comfortable bed, huge tub and bathroom, with a huge shower The restaurant didn’t expect so many people so was a little short staffed but they were pleasant and the food was great Quiet Whoever designed this hotel knew what they were doing! The front desk staff were welcoming and excellent Breakfast the next morning had omelets, cereal, pastries, sausage, bacon, waffles and was included in the room I have no idea why anyone would stay anywhere else when flying into Denver- I don’t know how the hotels near Woolley’s stay in business The prices are excellent for what you get Stay here and you won’t regret it, and I bet you will keep returning We will!

Every Employee in engaged with loves their job The food was amazing The room exceeded expectations

This was the second time I stayed here and I’m blown away at how incredible every detail was We all know since covid everything is just a little less and it’s just the way it is But to see a hospitality company exceed all expectations is rare and all most bring tears to my eyes I will be back Thank you to all the staff for making my stay special

From my suite on the 7th I had a beautiful view of snow on distant mountaintops, and this was particularly delightful for me as a visitor from the desert, where such scenes on the mountains are rareThe room itself was more than plenty I appreciated having a living-room-type space separate from the bedroom, especially with TV entertainment available on both sides

The staff at the bar balanced the busy evening time well, as did the breakfast staff, and the food I ate for dinner and in the morning was deliciousIn total, however, the best part of my visit was the reception I received from front desk staff, Alexandra Her knack for hospitality, as well as her charm in general, was rejuvenating, much appreciated, and not soon to be forgotten Though my stay was brief, Alexandra made me feel valued as a guestThank you, Embassy Suites, for the excellent stay!

SUPERB! This hotel is a terrific example of stellar hospitality I was not having an awesome day, my flight was cancelled and my sister and I were trying to decide our next step once we got some rest and this place was a great choice The host at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was so kind! The location is right off of I-70 and about 15 minutes from DIA

Yes it is older, but it is absolutely gorgeous and very elegant The outside of the hotel does not match the inside, it’s crazy beautiful on the inside plus the rooms are clean! We will be back in a few months, loved it!

Sonnie Fleming

This was truly an awful hotel! We are typically a Hyatt family and we reminded ourselves this weekend why we choose Hyatt When we checked in the staff was rude They do not have a bellhop to help with luggage, nor do they have luggage carts

At check-in I requested room service After a two night stay, they knocked on the door with towels at 11 PM I was furious about their lack of professionalism Night one, I called to the office around 8 PM to ask for an extra blanket and one extra pillow Checking out three days later the blanket and pillow never arrived The room is dirty, there were still someone else’s dirty clothes when we entered the room The beds are truly awful The breakfast was a great idea and there happy hour bar is another great idea There are other embassy suites that are worth staying at, but this one is definitely not it!

This is a clean and rather newer property Rooms are well appointed and rooms are clean There’s a free breakfast which is nice

Good gym with indoor pool and hot tub Nice location that’s walkable to bars/restaurants in outdoor mall Only negative was my friend’s catalytic converter got stolen in the parking lot One must feel safe when parking at a hotel they’re staying and the fact that this happened with good lighting means that the security clearly needs an upgrade, if it was present at all Not what I would expect from a Hilton property so quite disappointed That’s the reason for downgrade in stars Hotel staff was friendly

Jennifer Romero

The rooms were great Plenty of space and clean Rooms were a bit noisy

Breakfast didn’t have great options The pool and hot tub very disappointing especially if your staying with kids that want to swim The pool was so cold the kids couldn’t tolerate it Front desk said they have to keep it between 60-70 degrees which isn’t even room temp The hot tub had brown water Front desk said maybe it was over chlorinated but it actually smelled awful like dirty water

Spent nearly $200 per night for a room while on vacation Our original room was so hot and the air conditioner did not work We were traveling with 3 kids so we needed 3 beds

They moved us to a single king and offered a fold out bed The fold out was a twin so that wouldn’t work Ended up with another room and separated The next night they had moved us into the room we initially booked with 3 beds and a working air conditioner The only reason I gave 2 stars was the service but we were not even offered anything off from our stay or points back for IHG I would avoid

Josh Jones

DO NOT STAY HERE I stayed at this hotel for one night When I arrived, they told me that there was someone in my room

I waited in the lobby for what seemed like an insubstantial amount of time (5-10 minutes) so this was no big deal The next morning I get my receipt reflecting the correct amount that I booked the room for The next day, I was charged a second time for the same room, this time for over twice the amount that I booked the room for! I spent two weeks calling the hotel, being told I would receive a call back Apparently the only person that works there that can refund an incorrect charge is the general manager and she is never there I had to dispute this with my credit card company and am still dealing with this It seems like the 5-10 minute wait in the lobby has turned into me dealing with a fraudulent charge for the last month Seriously, unless you want to pay three times what the booking says the room should cost, stay somewhere else Anywhere else

The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful when we checked in so we were hopeful the stay would be good I did notice there were no employees wearing masks at all even though the entrance stated masks were required to Enter so I am not sure that was an old sign or my Upon exiting the elevator on the third floor, we were bombarded with a sulfur like smell

As we got closer to the room, the smell intensified It was so strong and overwhelming it made us sick The smell lingered into the room and there was no escaping it We left to go eat and to get out of the hotel for awhile and mentionedTo the lady who worked there howBad the smell was When we arrived back, the smell was still there along with the smell of marijuana which was odd as this is a non smoking hotel We decided to take the kids to the pool to get off the floor and when we got to the pool there was a family there with two dogs who barked non stop This was the most uncomfortable and disgusting hotel stay we have experienced in a very long time Super disappointed and won’t ever stay here again!

Great custom service even they are not in united States All problem always resolve But if you have problems with hotel you can only contact bookingcom first Only downsideRoom: King executive is bigger with pull out sofa and bunch of chair Bigger and little nicer than double queen If you can sleep in one king get the king Nice bathroom Good water temperature and pressure fridge and microwave works Everything live up to the stander of la QuintaBreakfast: I don’t eat breakfast but my guest they are good hot breakfastFront desk: I am ok with 20 some years old front desk just learning You do what I do you seen all kinds The best is not to be picky and be considerate, they will help you with their best Only complain is they don’t pick up calls I had issues before my trip so I have call them Never get through Automatically on hold over 30 minutes When I checked in , I saw them press on something when the phone rings , then I know what happened when I called After we all checked in no more people at front desk , phone still ringing The lady press on it and watched but never picked the phone You be the judge Hotel is good , don’t expect to get through the phone cal easilyEnvironment: not the best But we have a bus so it’s not like we are going to walk Stayed for two days Vehicle safe

La Quinta is one of my favorite choices in hotels Decent rates, always clean, and always good staff I’m leaving my review for my stay last night at this locations because there was a complete lunatic in the lobby this morning about 9am

The man could not understand that hotels have variable rates and although the booked rate was in fact X dollars, when they showed up a day early for their reservation that additional day was not at the same rate He was cursing and making a scene and the woman behind the counter was absolutely exceptional handling this person I can’t imagine anyone handling him better and hopefully this 5 stars helps offset his inevitable yet undeserved 1 star

Hotel served its need, as it was clean, open spaced and near airport with shuttle All employees were super nice Disappointed in the breakfast & evening happy hour (very small choices); and bathroom sink it terribly designed (not the hotel’s fault)

Sink counter is extremely high and sink too far from front of counter One has to stand on toes and lean fully forward in order to use the sink itself properly – can’t see how shorter people or families with kids can use it w/o standing on a chair

Very nice hotel Very good breakfast Great rooms, up to date, great tvs, spacious ,sleeping for 6 in our 1 bedroom suite

Minor issue is they only have evening reception on Wednesday now

Marcos “General UNO Man” Martinez

I had a reservation set by my company and i payed incidental A one time fee and the company would pay the rest I was charged daily until i froze my card and had to text my team lead and bank

No apology, no details on how it was mixed up If your company makes a reservation, based on my leads advice, you do not pay incidental or fees Not the best place but its doable

While the room was fine, nothing special, it was the staff that made this a 5 star stay When I was unexpectedly stranded at the Denver Airport, my daughter made me a reservation here I called the front desk for directions to their shuttle and Camilla N

was simply wonderful – she stayed on the phone with me until I found the right spot for pickup and called the Shuttle Driver to have him look for me Both shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful The grab and go breakfast option for my early morning flight was great – lots of choices!

Alka Tiwari

The room size for suite is moderate, perfect location if you have to catch morning flights for Denver airport It’s situated in the area all filled with multiple hotels Tru by Hilton is also adjoined

Quite vicinity, perfect rest place before catching your next flight This location is around 40-50 min away from University area or any other residential/shopping area

Scott Hutchison

This hotel uses a shuttle without any markings for the hotel The dront desk didn’t tell me until I called a third time It took me two hours to go from the airport to the hotel

They close the kitchen over an hour early, so be prepared to eat at another hotel There is a couple hotel resteraunts fairly close by that are happy to serve you until their posted closing hours

Easy check in and check out process Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating One area for improvement is the lack of amenities available to guests

Bring or buy your own water before going to your room Forget to pack a toothbrush? Try a gas station down the street I suppose our family of four could have asked the front desk for supplies, but that really shouldn’t be the case for a good guest experience, should it? Beds were comfortable enough, but couches and chairs have seen better days, probably better times than our entire experience

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you stay for a few days you definitely will love it I’m sure!5 Stars all around for just the service alone I hadn’t even checked in yet and the amazing service had already started I called to see about an early check-in abs without hesitation Tyler said sure absolutely what time did I prefer to check in? Awesome manager Upon arrival to the hotel I was greeted by three smiling faces, Tyler being one of them You can just tell that he is passionate about his work and takes seemingly good care of his employees because they seemed very happy also

After a stressful school semester, I wanted a budget vacation to see the wildlife sanctuary while having a comfortable stay This was the place From a wonderful pool and hot tub to great breakfasts, I always felt welcomed and at home

The workers were always so kind and asked any questions I had If I ever come by to this area again, I plan to stay here again I also plan to stay at comfort inns for their budget value yet comfortable stays for future vacations

So I must say, I arrived here after a 15 hour drive from the depths of Texas and the first faces I saw were that of Consuela (Claudia) and Monica and it was one of the warmest welcomes I’ve been lucky enough to receive at any hotel Moving along with my stay here I’ve had very favorable and friendly interactions with Bella, Bri, Rubi and Tammy at the front desk and if upper management actually reads this, they all need a raise I’m here for a couple of months thanks to the company I work for and I have felt at home since the moment I walked through the front door thanks to these wonderful women y’all have helping us out from the nerve center of the front desk

I look forward to the rest of my time here knowing that I’m in good hands

Leilanny Bosch

The hotel seemed to be in a fairly new area and clean upon arrival I was traveling alone to Denver and I felt safe the 3 nights I was there The staff was very friendly and courteous and checkin was quick and easy

The hotel and room were clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable I prefer a firmer bed and usually that’s not what you get when staying at a hotel, the pillows were plush Note, I’m 5′ 3″ so I’m short and I had to jump to get on the bed I didn’t mind, but if my mom was in the room she would have needed something to step on to get on the bed But did I mention I loved the bed! There was breakfast and the area looked clean and was busy with other guests, but I didn’t have breakfast during my stayI specifically called ahead of time to ensure there was reliable and fast internet in the rooms Thank goodness, the meeting I had scheduled for Friday afternoon was cancelled, as I may not have been able to get on Zoom 90% of the time I tried to get online from my laptop, it would connect, but it would just buffer and spin The same was true on my phone, I ended up just forgetting the network and using my dataOverall, the stay was great, the area had lots of restaurants near by, was close to the city center but far away at night to feel quiet Also driving distance to Lookout Mountain (about 40 minutes) and about 15 hours to Rocky Mountain National Park

Dallascious TX

The overall experience was good The check-in staff was nice, friendly and welcoming Didn’t get the same vibe when I checked out though (different staff)

The bartender Jay was great The food at the bar was average but good sized portions The room was clean but some furniture had visible markings of being a bit old Even though the view wasn’t great, the room had a balcony No complimentary water in the room The fire place in the lobby was only for aesthetic purposes Didn’t try the breakfast as I checked out early in the morning

Patricia Bartee

Our team stayed here for tournament and our stay was terrible, this could be a nice facility, but the rooms and balconies are ran down, some need repairs and just a good deep cleaning, paint peeling, cracks in walls, carpet dirty, they didn’t have our rooms reserved like we had asked and checked repeatedly, they cancelled one of the reservations before a player and family could arrive even though it was held with a credit card and they were told when they would be arriving, then stated they were overbooked and couldn’t accommodate them until next day so they had to stay in a parking lot of store across street for the night, they just did not care!! Our rooms were not cleaned, trash over flowing, or restocked after 5 days, dirty sheets on one bed, and asking daily multiple people, maids and front staff for this, but nothing was done, air conditioning was not working multiple days, they fixed it and it stopped again, everyone always made excuses or said they would fix things but it never happened, you would go back and ask again and they would say oh I’m sorry but nothing Just excuses, always passing the buck, even the managers You have to have key card access to park in parking garage as street parking due to homeless in area is not suggested, multiple times we could not get in or out and had to go have cards reset

One day our cards would not work to our rooms went to front desk and they stated oh we thought you checked out?? Absolutely no good communication between staff ever! Several days in after all the complaints from multiple parents we were told by a manger they would discount our stay by 2 days cost because they realized things had went so bad and not corrected time and time again They asked us to meet with the GM the next day to discuss all the concerns as they said they felt bad it had gotten so worse and not been addressed He was not concerned with the problems or addressing anything to make the last couple days of our stay better He would only consider taking half nights stay for one room off, even though we had 11 rooms of families that all paid good money to stay here and all had multiple problems And it wasn’t just us, other teams and families staying there had multiple complaints that were never addressed I would not stay here again and if you are a sports team just know they all stated multiple times they are just not set up to handle big groups or teams, so why do they contract with team sites for bookings?? Consider somewhere else

Lauren Newgard

We just stayed here for 3 nights and it was great The hotel was clean and very modern The hotel workers were phenomenal and super friendly

The hotel is located on a busy street but we were high enough up that the only traffic we heard was firetrucks going by The outside does have homeless people around but not as bad as many other reviews stated The hotel will take you to the train station that is near by otherwise it’s a short walk to a bus stop that will also take you there

I normally stay near DEN Airport when I’m in town; However, with the skyrocketing of room prices, I was forced (maintaining a budget) to look elsewhere I’m glad I did, found a nice little gem about 20 minutes away that saved the company some $$$ It’s not a luxury resort, but it’s a nice, clean, safe hotel to stay and it’s just south of the airport

The rooms are pleasant, clean, and most appealing… comfortable The front desk staff was very welcoming and accommodating I enjoyed a nice mountain view with the city of Denver in the foreground from my room The only negative feature I noticed was that the room(s) didn’t have a mini refrigerator or microwave available Nevertheless, the breakfast burrito I had was very delicious and filling … I do recommend this entree Every staff member was friendly and professionally helpful All-in-all, I’m looking forward to booking this hotel in the future Maybe, they’ll have mini refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms then

Me and my family had a great time! Pool was awesome for kids They even have arcade games in there as well I can tell it was a fairly new staff

Great property, Brody needs a bit more training with customer service and overall knowledge of the hotel Hilton is extremely big on service and wowing the guests, there was a disconnect here Other than that, pretty alright stay

Don’t waste your money The lobby is beautiful however, our room was a dump There was stains all over the wall

When we made the reservation on the phone we were promised a king size bed and a sofa bed and instead we got two full-size beds When asking the employee at The front desk The reservation we made over phone they informed us that that’s not their problem and that they weren’t willing to accommodate They charge extra for parking which is a joke/scam as we paid The additional charges and there was no parking available My husband had dietary restrictions so we went grocery shopping before we checked in thinking that the refrigerator would be in the room We were charged extra for the Hotel to put in a mini refrigerator for my husbands dietary restrictions and needs that the hotel couldn’t accommodate I couldn’t let them start for the week so I paid the outrageous fee when his dietary restrictions are medical I explain that to the staff and they showed no sympathy or compassion Out of 10, I would rate the experience, staff and hospitality as a 2 out of 10 Definitely recommend bringing your business elsewhere

I enjoy my stay at the TownePlaceSuites It is a comfortable and relaxing place to rest The overall staff is amazing with kindness and respect

They go beyond to make your stay excellent They also make sure you have everything you need to make you feel at home I would recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends that’s how much the service is appreciated and earned

I completely agree with:”Don’t stay here, unless your vehicles have some kind of alarm systems My husband s company he works for has there employees staying here and has seen 9 vehicles broken into and stolen Marriott has a not responsible for theft signs and has no cameras or security and no care for vehicle theft

So if you stay bring your own security of some sort Sorry no star”My husband is there also for work and I came up to see him and trade vehicles with him, leaving him his truck The night before our son and I were going to leave- his truck was stolen! A few weeks prior another guys truck was stolen and a work truck for the company had its door lock popped out DON’T PARK IN THE BACK!!! After checking other hotel parking lots, it seems as if most of them have security cameras You’d think for the additional cost of parking and the knowledge of high auto theft in their property, they’d have outdoor security cameras and would be trying to do something to stop this

Easy access from the road, plenty of restaurants and places to shop nearby if needed There are a couple grills on the patio if you want to grill, our room also had a cooktop and large fridge The room was huge and easily accommodated our family of four

The property is very clean and the pool and fitness center are both nice Dumbells and 4-5 cardio machines in the fitness center and the pool goes to 4 1/2ft deep The breakfast was pretty decent, lots of hot options, cereal, bagels, and pastries Juices, coffee, and milk to drinkDefinitely would stop here again

First time in this location Some street noise but acceptable Everything was fine from check-in to checkout

Room was very comfortable and I like the minimal furniture Customer service overall was exceptional Breakfast was wonderful and the attendants managing the kitchen were the best REALLY enjoyed the stay Recommend shower head, toilet seat, and bathroom faucet handles be repaired in room 535

A great and affordable stay The staff were quick, attentive, and professional The breakfast is the traditional hotel breakfast you think of (buffet style, juice, variety of pastries and hot breakfast foods, a pancake machines, yogurts, etc)

The lobby is nice and there’s plenty of seating if you want to lounge or hang out My room was clean and well stocked with towels and bathroom supplies (they even had hand lotion, very nice for the dry Colorado weather) The gym is 24 hours and the pool is open from 8-10, they also have a small convenience shop next to the front desk It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train, and has 7-8 restaurants within walking distance (there is also room service, if preferred)

Viper Creatchure

Clean secure place Friendly staff that goes out of their way for guests Excellent service made for a stress free stay for a medical emergency

The two bathrooms and big room made it feel like a studio apartment not your everyday motel room Breakfast was good had a decent selection of cereals pastries yogurts fruits and buffet style hot breakfast The pool was clean and the sauna was relaxing after a stressful day! The shuttle to the medical center made it convenient The location is great several banks ,grocery stores , and restaurants within reasonable distance Was worth every penny spent! This will be the go to place for future stays when in the denver area

I stayed here two months ago and had a fantastic experience This time was a little different I don’t feel like the hotel was as clean

I had to change rooms because someone had smoked in the room I requested (I always request the same room when traveling for business) I will probably return because this is a good location I could’ve earned more rewards staying at another Marriott property for less money You only earn 5 points per dollar with The residence inn brand as compared to 10 points per dollar with most other Marriott hotels Plus your bonus depending on your Marriott statusOverall it’s a good location close to the highway and restaurants I’m sad that this trip didn’t live up to the expectations set on my prior visit

Rooms were spacious and clean Otherwise, it was an unsatisfactory stay I was given a first floor room by a side entrance/exit

As a solo female traveler with preferences set to a high floor this is unacceptable, especially at the Titanium Elite level and checking in two days in advance My key stopped working the last night so at 11pm after work I had to walk around the building alone to the front entrance and wait to be let in I booked this hotel for the kitchen capability However, only small pots and pans were available, making it difficult to cook Usually larger options are supplied Also, half of the free weights in the gym were missing In addition, I was unable to connect to wifi the first two days of my stay This was eventually fixed Was planning to stay two additional weeks for business travel but will be taking my business elsewhere due to numerous issues

Scott Hostetler

I was at this location for one month for business When I checked in the room was very warm I unpacked and put the A/C on

After returning from dinner the room temperature actually went up I requested a room change which they granted When I was packing up, another guest came into the room I explained that I was changing rooms due to the A/C not working The other guest was furious to say the least that they would put him in a room that knowingly has A/C issuesThe internet only worked about half the time, and I was responsible for calling the internet provider to resolve the issue The pots in the room were poor quality After cooking dinner one night I found black flecks in my food I discovered that it was the inside of the pot that was coming off There was not much variety at breakfast They rotated between 3 to 4 things over the course of the month The staff for the most part was friendly Being a Gold Elite member they never asked at check in if I wanted points or a party item If you choose to stay at this location, request a room on the west side of the building The east side is right along the street with a fire station nearby and medical facility across the street Lots of traffic noise and sirens at all hoursI know I’m not the only one who had issues with this location I could overhear the guest across the hall complaining about their room as well I’ve stayed in a lot of Residence Inn’s all over the country and this one is probably the worst I have stayed in If I come back to the Denver area, I will stay at another location

Extremely happy with the staff and help during our stay Everyone was friendly and made our stay pleasant Clark at the front desk went out of his way to accommodate us as we came in on a very early flight

He was also very professional and encouraging as he was training someone at the front desk The location was great We walked to the Shops at Northfield and enjoyed meals there ( I recommend Zen)The breakfast here is also the perfect startGreat place to stay!!

This Staybridge location in particular is hands-down one of the BEST hotels I’ve ever visited, period! Past visits here we’re always pleasant however this one reached new levels and set the bar even higherIt’s a bit on the pricey side compared to other well-known brands in the vicinity, however I would say that it is worth the additional cost, which is probably marginal at best When I arrived, I did not have a reservation – in fact I was in need of a little help due to some circumstances out of my control

The lady at the front desk initially said that there were no rooms available – it’s notable that I arrived 2 to 3 hours prior to standard check-in times However the lady was determined to find a way to help and after a few minutes prodding through the system, she was able to find a room that was clean and ready for early check-in, a small gesture that was very impactful to meThe rooms are always very clean and the staff is always courteous A breakfast is served every morning I think I enjoy this location as it’s never appeared to be overly crowded and parking is attainable with very little effort By the way, the laundry room is open 24 hours a day and is complimentary!! Who even does that? It’s the little things that go into guest appreciationI enjoy quite a few different hotel brands, but this one just topped my list I highly recommend the Stapleton location to any weary travelers who are in need of a little rest

We stayed at this location while on vacation The first night was a IHG rewards night After checking in we called the front desk and asked about extending our stay for a second night

We were told yes no problem My wife asked about payment and we were told we were good We woke up Sunday and went to do some exploring in the area we received a call from the hotel saying they wanted to know when we were going to check out They told us we had to come get our stuff So we dropped everything left in the middle of what we were doing and headed back to the hotel Once there we discovered the lady at the front desk didn’t write anything down and didn’t extend our stay The staff acted like it was our fault We went back to the room and the bedding was removed from the bed and all towels removed from the bathroom We called the front desk again and were told that housekeeping would be back shortly So we left the room went to do more exploring and when we came back late at night the bed wasn’t made and no towels We called the front desk and after an hour or so they brought down two towels Monday morning when we checked out the manager asked how our stay was I told him, he apologized and said the second night would be no charge When we got home from vacation the full charge was on my cc statement When I contacted IHG and told them of our experience they said it was up to the hotel itself Needless to say we’ll never stay at this location againBreakfast each morning was subpar and we ended up eating out

Great location Nice concept Big spacious room

Small porch perfect for sitting outside but completely littered with trash and cigarette butts Tons of hair all over bathroom floor and in the shower Ants all over the bathroom floor It’s a great hotel Unfortunately, the housekeeping staff is not doing their job at all Extremely disgusting We would have asked for another room, but we bring our own cleaning supplies and had already cleaned the rest of the room before seeing the disgusting bathroom Also, like the other people have said, they don’t tell you until AFTER they have slid your credit card, that they add a “deposit” to your card which might be returned sometime within 3-5 days So be careful about that unknown charge Not giving me an option to add pictures or I would

We stayed at this location as it was close to the airport and we had points to use for free rooms so it was also convenient The motel was nice, the staff was friendly and very helpful We checked in pretty late in the evening

The room was nice, clean and the bathroom was rather large which is a bonus when you are 6’2” I had some food that I wanted to reheat but realized that there was neither a microwave nor a mini fridge as advertised We were too tired at that point and had an early flight to catch I feel that the staff had probably been informed previously about this and should have told us upon checking in that those items were not in the room Checked with the kids and their room had both I know we used points for a “free” stay, but we did have to spend money to accrue those points as well In my opinion we should have been told about this particular room and had we known we would have had the kids stay in that one Also, were hassled by a rather large man in the hallway who seemed to be on something and would not stop pestering us to take a picture of his Insta acct so he could send us a free bag of coffee and it was pretty uncomfortable I would stay there again in the future, providing that all items advertised were in the room What is protocol for something like this?

Meaghan Suskey

Pros: To start, the staff was friendly Check in was easy They don’t have prices on anything in the amenities shop though

The room was great and the patio was amazing The tv is bigger than the average hotel as well Right next to quite a few food optionsCons!: My car got stolen from the parking lot Not being a local I didn’t know it wasn’t the best neighborhood although it’s a decent hotel They said they’d have their tech guy pull footage for the police but I don’t believe either party followed up with that because we got our car back quickly through tracking It’s also been ten business days and I don’t have my 100$ deposit back yet and it’s NOT my bank, I have a bank account that doesn’t hold funds They’re available automatically as the merchant settles the transaction, the transaction is still pending The restaurant was also not the best, although the drinks were good but not many optionsWould also like to add that I brought up security and was told they have security in the parking lot for THREE hours a day Overall I liked the hotel and they were friendly when dealing with us having to book another night they waved the second deposit fee, but we still have yet to get the first one back It’s a bad location but a good hotel stay for the price
