Staff is very friendly and breakfast was really good with unique options like breakfast burritos and ham, egg, and cheese sandwiches, not just the basic continental breakfast options you are used toThe rooms, however, look and feel old The ice in the room freezer had a very soapy taste, even freshly made

The power actually flickered off and back on in the room when I used both the cooktop and microwave to make dinnerFinally, the beds We got a one bedroom suite fully expecting to use the foldout bed for the kids The foldout mattress was horrendous Extremely thin even for a foldout, and I swear I could feel every bar in the frame when laying on itEverything together led to us leaving a night early and driving the couple hours home to enjoy a good night of sleep

Toni Williams

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Cincinnati Airport this past weekend The staff were extremely nice They went above and beyond in accommodating a couple of extra requests that we needed met during our stay

The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and the facility was VERY CLEAN This hotel was also conveniently located near the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter which we toured during our stay If ever in the area again, the Residence Inn by Marriott Cincinnati Airport is most definitely high on the list for best places to stay Thank you!!!

Lynette Hamilton

We clearly indicated a wheelchair accessible room was required when we made our reservation They did NOT have one on check-in The regular room was too tight for the chair

They did comp that nightMoved to one the next day which flooded the next morning It was still quite wet after being “cleaned” My carpet cleaner would have gotten up moreThe open courtyard between buildings and going outside, was the ONLY way to move between, also deeply flooded in the rainThe rain was not accounted for when the buildings and grounds were designed

Stopped on our way from NY to Tennessee to get a few hours rest The staff was AMAZING from the minute we checked in until we checked out Beds were comfy, room was clean & perfectly located for us to take our little dog outside

Highly recommend & if we ever need to stop for some rest again while traveling through Ohio, hands down we will stay at the Country Inn & Suites!

Stayed at the Hotel for a business event When I checked in I went to hand the front desk my tax exempt form and the gentleman told me they did not need a copy of it I then went to my room and when I went to use the restroom there was a massive water damage leak that look like it was about to burst in any minute

The rooms are extremely small and definitely did not have any renovations done on them when the building was updated As well I was on the first floor where someone could have walked up to my window and seen completely in my room if the blinds weren’t kept shut When I went to check out, they had not removed the taxes I then went and gave them another tax exempt form and ask them to email me the updated receipt When I received the email they had charged me twice for state tax instead of removing it I then had to return to the hotel after my event and wait an hour for them to get my receipt correct While I understand it was not one soul person, and some situations cannot be controlled, this was not the full case with everything that happened to me Especially for not having any real breakfast except for grab and go items, this hotel is not worth the money or the difficulties

Tori Foltz

The hotel was incredibly easy to find from the interstate, and we weren’t expecting a Waffle House in the same parking lot so that was an added bonus Came up last weekend for a concert and only stayed for one night and got a late checkoutThe people working check-in Saturday were doing an awesome job despite being busy

We didn’t get up in time for breakfast, but right now it’s grab and go because they are short staffed (which I can completely understand!) so just keep that in mind when you’re looking to book

Hotel appears to be fairly new, everyone was nice/friendly and courteous Rooms/bathrooms were very clean and didn’t have ask for extra towels or toiletries Rooms cleaned and stocked everyday

Very quiet at night The breakfast was awesome and there was also a gym If you wanted to go out and nor be too far away from the hotel, there was a restaurant bar and grill right next door We had a very pleasant hotel stay

Rikun Frances

Staff were pleasant Room was very clean, water pressure was great There is quite a bit of ambient noise due to it’s proximity to the main road, as well as other things in the room (fridge, AC) so if these things bother you, wear earplugs

The bed is firm, but not uncomfortably so Breakfast had some proteins, but mostly fruits and grains The hotel was full and we got to breakfast at 8am and there was still plenty of food! We really liked our stay here Plus, the parking lot is well lit!

I had a pleasant 2 night stay with my husband and 2 small kids Customer service was great, nice cleaning service It was nice and air-conditioned throughout the building, including our room

Our room had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker We also had a flat screen to keep us entertained Our favorite guest perks were the pool, hot tub, and breakfast As soon as we got to the hotel from a long drive, we took a nice, and relaxing dip in the swimming area The pool water was nice and warm , we quite enjoyed it Breakfast serves from 6-9am Affordable pricing and great location!

Jonattan Colon

I stayed 3 days with my wife and 7 year old Son Great room, my room had a mini fridge and microwave which it was great The place was very clean and family friendly

The breakfast was really good Lots of places to visit around, specially the Ark encounter Lots of dining options around The only negative was the lady at the front desk (Michelle) she was rude and had Zero customer service There was another gentleman at the front desk, he was really and made us feel welcome

John Dew

Disappointed Great location and an attractive building exterior and large, inviting entry with friendly, welcoming front desk help And it’s in a great location

That’s the good newsOne very small, very slow, elevator for 4 floors We had to be moved twice before settling into a room The first had a door that wouldn’t lock The second room had an air conditioner leaking so badly the room smelled of mold and mildew The room we finally stayed in left some questions as to the cleanliness as there were clearly visible stains on the comforter plus a sink that drained slower than an hourglass

I travel extensively for work I stayed a week and needed to extend my stay Originally was scheduled to check out on a Tuesday

I went to the front desk on the Sunday before to extend my trip The clerk made a note and said we will take care of it Then on Tuesday, I received a receipt for my stay I immediately went to the front desk to confirm that I was extending my stay The clerk said sure, then made a new reservation on the computer but was going to charge me an extra 100 dollars on night then an extra 200 dollars for the second They said it was an overbooked fee That was the exact reason I tried to confirm my extension earlier I wanted to speak with the manager and left several notes to have her call me Since I work 12 hour shift when I am on the road, I do not have time during normal businesses hours to come in Never received a response Tried calling IHG and was on hold for over 25 min I ended up having to pay for the first night because I was busy with work then had to pack all my things and change hotel for the second night The “award winning” part of this hotel is when it was built new and not for customer service Gives IHG a very bad name and I will make an effort to not stay at IHG nor this hotel again If you travel for business, beware

Great hotel, nice rooms Our check in/out was so easy Great place for a conference, lots of space, rooms, hallways and ballrooms

They have a really nice indoor pool so bring your swim suit!I took a star because it was incredibly hot in the hallways and they have low ceilings in the hall The low ceilings in the hallway made me feel claustrophobicWe ate and got drinks in the restaurant $35 for 2 Malibu breezes, bbq sliders and onion rings The food was really good after a long day of travel

Phillip Adcock

The staff were exceptional Both front desk and restaurant Rooms were very clean and modern

No issues on that end The pool and hot tub the biggest reasons we chose to stay at this hotel over the hotel our group stayed in was a major let down The indoor pool was ice cold It literally felt like someone had dumped buckets upon buckets upon buckets of ice into the pool, it was seriously that cold The hot tub was a nice toasty 104 degrees However there was no jet action, turning the nob to activate jet timer didn’t work no matter how many times you tried The only circulation of water was the outlet and inlet that just circulate the water enough to keep it warm The sauna which was a feature I was personally super excited to use was non functional Note not noting this anywhere, the door nob was simply removed and the door was screwed to it’s frame The interior of the hot tub itself had some very sharp concrete edges from the concrete chipping away over time So I’d very much say that side of the pool area was in need of renovationThe most disappointing part was that check-in staff didn’t advise of the lack of sauna amenity or that the hot tub didn’t have operational jets even though it was still open for use

I stayed one night before an early flight and paid to leave my vehicle parked in the extended stay parking until my return flight one week later The shuttle picked me up at the airport upon my return and drove me to my car When I started the vehicle to leave, it was loud and roaring

I drove to the nearest Service center and they informed me the catalytic converter had been cut off of it They said the vehicle would have had to have been jacked up in order for someone to access it the way they did and make such a clean cut When I contacted the hotel, the lady told me there had been a lot of that happening at their lot, but they thought the police had caught who it was because they hadn’t had another case reported in about a month She said they did have a security guard that patrolled the parking lot, but they had no cameras Obviously the security is lacking if someone is able to jack a vehicle up in the middle of the parking lot and do this She told me the main manager to contact was not in until the next week I left a voicemail and he returned my call the next week Basically said sorry nothing we can do Did not offer to even refund the parking fee paid for “secure parking” I had to file a police report, and the officer told me that they have had numerous cases reported of this happening at this hotel I wonder why they won’t put cameras in with this happening multiple times? I’ve had to file a claim with my insurance for repair costs, not to mention the 2-4 week wait quoted for the parts due to shortages I will NEVER stay here again and don’t recommend it to anyone! Be aware!

This was an amazing stay Our girls loved the hotel as well They were extremely accommodating to our daughter with autism and tried to make her stay as comfortable as possible

The indoor pool is small but good for a dip if you just want to relax Everything is very clean and organized The hotel itself is right beside the Walmart, if you need anything Yes, there are planes going over-head but we couldn’t hear them in our room with the AC on We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Florence

Brandon C

Stayed here a few times and staff members are always so kind and accommodating! Love their breakfast and location where there’s a Walmart nearbyTheir hotel shuttle could take a while to come to airport to pick us up though, but other than that, always a pleasant stay!

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful Our room was perfectly clean (I checked down to the mattress cover and everything was fresh!) The location is also very conveniently located with easy access to Cincinnati or the nearby mall area with plenty of food options

Random, but I LOVED the pillows on our bed I genuinely want one for myself As a stomach sleeper, most pillows are too stiff and I end up sleeping without one But the pillows at this Best Western were so soft and fluffy Between the pillows and the ultra-comfy mattress, I slept like a baby

Sam Cooper

The room was clean, as well as the hotel The food was either all empty or cold The first morning we had to ask for it to be refilled and waited about 25 minutes

The second morning the food was all cold and some of it was empty again No milk or fruit left Nothing was refilled eitherThe hot tub in pictures is not open currently The pool was nice and clean! If you are coming for the breakfast then I’d go somewhere else

Rebecca Kosierowski

We showed up without a reservation, and though the parking lot was pretty full, they had a queen-bed room available for my husband and myself, and the young man at the counter was polite It was located on the second floor behind the elevator, which concerned us at first, but we didn’t hear anything from the elevator when in the room It was slightly wet-dog smelling when we first went in, but after running the AC/fan unit for a little bit, it cleared (all the bedding and towels smelled clean, and even the floor smelled fine, so maybe it just hadn’t been used lately)

The mattress wasn’t comfortable to us (and made foam creaks/squeaks when either of us moved), but it was quite soft, and at home, we prefer to sleep on a very firm futon on the floor When we woke during the early morning (husband had had surgery and needed a pain pill), we heard a couple planes land a few minutes apart, but they weren’t often or too loud, so we easily fell back to sleep and slept through The breakfast was tasty (the eggs and sausage better than the powdered and seasonless ones, respectively, that we had just had at the Hampton the day before)

So courtyards have been historically hit or miss for me This experience was definitely a miss in my book This hotel was well cheaper than the other options in the area but you definitely paid for what you got

Everything technically worked but the bathroom was stained from the shower to the toilet There was also some kind of stain or paint all over the curtains and stains on the tablesHowever regardless of the rest of the rooms and the potential for cleaner or better kept rooms the number one reason you should avoid at least half of this hotel is This hotel practically sits on the highway You hear every braking trucker, every motorcycle or loud car exhaustStaff was very friendly and were available but there was an overly casual atmosphere with how they handled themselves Any time you ordered from the Bistro the dude was in the lobby on a laptop or lounging chit chatting to other guestsI would recommend you avoid this location if you care to have a restful uninterrupted night of rest Definitely getting added to the corporate do not travel listing

Brianna O’Daniel

My husband and I stayed here while in the area for a softball tournament this past weekend and we were overall pleased! The room was clean (aside from the shower floor) and included a microwave and fridge which was super helpful The front desk had a bag of extra towels handy for anyone who needed them which was great The location is nice and quiet and conveniently located near the Florence Mall and restaurants

Breakfast was not included but we didn’t really have time to sit and eat anyway, but just be aware of that when booking We would definitely stay here again!

Monica Gende

I did not heed the warnings from previous reviews because it’s a Marriott, it can’t be that bad! Spoiler alert…it is Some sort of weird black/moldy spots all over the blinds, lights out in the hallways, showers/bathrooms that aren’t well cleaned, linens that look very “well used”, and can’t even get fresh towels brought to the room? What’s the point of offering “service requests” on the app when after 2 hours you call the front ask ask about it and they say “you have to come get them” The walls are paper thin, so you hear almost everything happening beside you, upstairs, and in the hall ways

We didn’t have any issues with the sound of traffic because the room fan is loud enough to cover it up Bathrooms were just gross, and there was hair on the wall and the toilet seat when we arrived Everything seemed dingy and neglected, far from Marriott standards This is not a location I’ll stay at again Red Roof Inn offers the same quality for half the price

We stayed here for 3 nights Our room was clean, we had plenty of supplies, the desk manager was so kind to us and the outside area around the hotel was very comfortable The lobby was clean

I felt very comfortable here I only have one thing that is a “complaint”, the hallways smelled so gross but our room never did so that’s good For anyone looking for a hotel with a big breakfast this isn’t it, they had muffins, coffee and granola bars – but that’s also why you have a kitchen to cook in So no complaint there just some info for those looking to book that are picky I searched my room top to bottom – no bed bugs, no mold and not even crumbs in the chair in the room so thumbs up to the housekeeper! Thank you for being clean and friendly! We enjoyed our stay!

Samantha May

3 weeks today at the hotel and we are enjoying our experience the first day we came into a spacious room with cleaned kitchen, floors swept and bathroom with big tub cleaned and the staff helps with everything we need to make us feel like home and are very nice Great staff like Chris and Erica etc they always there to help me

So happy to have laundry room downstairs in building so we can just stay here to do laundry when we need it and if need quarters they have right amount to help you get your clothes clean and have laundry detergent We feel very welcomed and I do enjoy waking up everyday in room I feel safe, secured and do like to be able to go downstairs and get coffee especially when I’m dead tired from night before They do have rooms if you got animals but don’t bring a zoo lol anyways we would recommend this place to anyone who wants a break and have everything they need for there stay

Larry Epperson

When we got there our pull out couch was filthy when we pulled it out The lady at the desk was very nice and came and put clean protector and sheets with blankets on the bed She apologized for the problem several times

The room is a lot smaller than I thought There isn’t any utensils or glasses or silverware in the room Inside the cabinets in the kitchen is stained I know this place isn’t very old so I was surprised it’s not in better shape Just not at all what I expected This is the first and last time I will use Extended Stay America

Overall I had a great stay here, it was a last minute booking near the airport for a night as my flight got cancelled I gave their front desk a call to see about the airport shuttle and they came and got me immediately, which I really appreciated, being stranded at the airport otherwise Everyone working was wonderful

Only issue was a big crowd of parents and kids that used all the public spaces basically all night and were very loud in the hallways, constantly knocking on doors and yelling I was hoping to use the pool, but really couldn’t And there looked to be a tray with a used coffee filter just sitting on the TV stand in my room But overall for what the hotel has the power to change, it was a great stay

Dan Thompson

GREAT HOTEL EXPERIENCE!!! I highly recommend this hotel! We wanted to stay at a nicer hotel that had a nice pool area, and this one even had a hottub! The kids looked forward to the pool every single night, and they leave their pool area open til 11:00PM! AWESOME! Their breakfasts were great, with a lot of variety and options! There were no loud noises during the night and we never heard our neighbors being loud at all On our last night we stayed here, some dumb kid had “an accident” in the pool, and so, in accordance with health department requirements they had to stick chemicals into the pool and shut it down for 24 hours When we got down the elevators and saw the CLOSED sign our kids were BUMMED!!! 🙄🙄🙄 We had started going back up the elevator to our room, but then the desk worker came up to the elevator doors and informed us that the hotel right next door was also their sister hotel and that if we wanted to, we could walk over there and use their pool

Which we all did, and the kiddos all had a blast on their last night! We REALLY REALLY appreciated them doing that for us Was very nice 😊😊👍👍

This is a must stay if you are searching in the northern Kentucky area just over the Ohio border My Family of 4 went on an over night business trip and we 100% picked this hotel because of the HOT TUB! That is right, a pool and hot tub and that area of the hotel is available until 11pm! This is one of the only hotels with a hot tub with in I would guess a 30min to one hour radius (believe me I have already done the research for you!) The hot breakfast offered in the morning was great, the decor and cleanliness is top notch, there are many other amenities including an outside patio and fireplace and the staff were nice! This hotel is worth the price with 2 thumbs up and I will definitely be back if I stay in the area

I did not get any photos of the hotel but it was very nice and very clean We got a whirlpool suite for 3 nights and it was a dream Our only issue was that the AC in the room was not great and the jets on the tub were only active a short while

The beds were comfortable; it was in a great location outside of city traffic; it was beside a movie theatre and several food places for ease of access; the breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone I would stay here again if I did another trip to Cincinnati

Terry Nottingham

Good customer service but there was a couple of things I did not like 1) They allow smokers to sit in front of the main entrance and smoke despite their no smoking publications This was the biggest problem for me because of my kids

2) The room smelled when we first got there We had to let the air flow a bit before we could enter

They went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay The free breakfast was very good, with more than enough options for everyone Highly recommend

This was the first time visiting this hotel and my room was booked due to inclement weather The facility was very clean and the staff was responsive and available despite the very poor weather conditions They had people working on the entrance ways to keep them clear of snow and ice although that was a losing battle

The room was updated and clean and comfortable The amenities offered and the quality of the room and facility is fantastic for the rates you receive I was happy with my stay and would stay there again

Sarah Smith

Very clean hotel- carpet in perfect/ brand new condition, bathroom updated, Keurig and microwave, premium channels like HBO, quiet hallways, cannot hear people above or below you, parking is safe and ample, breakfast was good The staff is the nicest and friendliest I have ever encountered at a hotel Not a single complaint, only praises here

We got very lucky finding this place

Check-in was fast and simple, the desk staff was friendly Our room was clean and well stocked There were hot and cold breakfast selections, as well as breakfast that you could grab and go

The buffet staff kept everything well stocked despite the hotel being fully booked Hot coffee and tea 24/7 too The pool was clean and well kept And there was a nice little outdoor seating area with a fire pit

Jody Stamper

We were exhausted after traveling and were ready to relax Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable The breakfast bar was well stocked and overall it was nice

The pool was great for our kids One major thing I didn’t like at all was the room we were in was beside the stairs Every time someone used the stairs you could hear the slamming of the door Normally this would never bother me but at 1,2,4, and 5am hearing this really gets old fast I asked the lady staying in the room across the hall and she told me hearing that caused her to not sleep hardly any that night So if you stay there, ask to make sure your room is not close to the fire escape stairs Otherwise, everything else was great

Emanuel Holhos-Vaida

Overall experience was good Clean room Clean hotel

The card use at the elevator makes a great security featureThe sliding bathroom door is not a great choice It does not isolate sound or odors Coming into the room you can see in the bathroom trough the crack and with the help of the mirror you can see in the shower The bathroom fan doesn’t workEven though it might sound funny but the coffee you provide is very good

Great experience I came in late but through the mobile app, I was able to go straight up to my room I was pleasantly surprised at how well kept the hotel is

Breakfast in the morning was great Typically I skip hotel coffee, but this place actually had incredible coffee (dark roast)The scenery was also breathtaking

This hotel was very nice! It is probably the most bang for our buck of any hotel my family has ever stayed at The room was clean and very spacious The front desk staff was very polite and professional

The pool area was clean with plenty of towels Breakfast was about average for a continental but the hours of it lasting until 10 was nice (I’ve been to many that only last until 9) Late checkout was offered at no additional cost so I could let kids swim after breakfast and before hitting the road again The pull out bed was a bit springy but we just had a kid on it and they can sleep comfortably on just about anything There is a 24 hour sweets/snacks bar that I wish I could have gone to buy I was more tired than hungry when we arrived My only regret is that we ran late because of so much construction in the states we traveled that day so we couldn’t really enjoy ourselves on arrival We pretty much had to just go straight to bedIf I were to point out any negative things, it would be that the bathroom is kinda small and plain compared to the rest of the room It was fine when factored in with how nice and how clean the room was Also, it’s a PITA to get to when traveling east from Cincinnati and you aren’t familiar with the area The tall sign for the hotel had fallen also, but again, still a great place The view of the city from the parking lot was spectacular!

This hotel is a quick 6 minute shuttle ride from the airport We did need to call to request the shuttle, the people we spoke with were helpful and friendly The front desk staff made check in quick and easy, which I was so grateful for having arrived at 1 am

They do have a small selection of food/drinks/necessities available in the lobby for purchase Thats always helpful during travel The room was clean and large, and had all the basics you’d expect as far as amenities My absolute only issue was that the door to the room closes so slow behind you As a woman, I’d feel much safer being able to close the door quickly behind me once I enter the room Otherwise, everything exceeded expectations and I had a lovely stay! Oh, and no complimentary breakfast, in case that’s important to your choice in stay

What a nice stay! Great customer service, pre-trip and overall The Marriott Bonvoy Member “Spin The Wheel” at check-in was a real treat I felt welcomed and appreciated

Really nice hotel, right off the highway, and close to shopping and dining The room was clean and comfortable and with a nice view of a the green landscape with a balcony to boot We really enjoyed it Definitely will recommend and will stay again! Special thanks to Debbie for extending friendly customer service with a smile

Check in was easy, room was clean, love the convenience of the shuttle to the airport The lady who ran the shuttle dropped me off and picked me up from the airport She was a pleasure to speak to and was on time getting me to and from the airport

Traveling is always stressful but I have to say that the courtyard Marriott here came through and made it a pleasant experience! Will definitely be returning for my next flights out of Cincy

We stayed here when visiting the Creation Museum and the Ark We had a wonderful experience! We stayed in a two bedroom unit Loved having the little kitchen area to store any food and the big fridge was great

Location wise it’s not far from a lot of things The place itself was very clean Breakfast was great Kids enjoyed the indoor swimming pool in the evenings I liked that it wasn’t right on a busy road Even though it’s close to the airport there wasn’t a single time an airplane was loud enough to bother us or for us to even notice

Regina Phillips

The staff was Amazing! Everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating Breakfast was great and Happy hour was awesomeThe bed was super comfy which is a plus for us! The shower heads were top notch which we’ve decided to have that added to our shower in our home

We have no complaints and stayed for two weeksThank you to all the staff for your hospitality!

Michelle Kenworthy

I gave a 3 star because the room we stayed in was stated to be ADA accessible with a roll in shower That was not the case The shower had a large lip

As for the toilet, it was so low that I couldn’t get up without help, there were no grab bars around the toiletIf not for that I’d give it a 5 The hotel was clean, food was decent, some days better than others but overall was fine We had 3 breakfasts and one dinner thereHotel was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful They made our stay very pleasant I would stay again

Best breakfast!!We chose this hotel based on two things: the reviews about breakfast and the proximity to the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter This hotel was not only excellent in exceeding expectations in BOTH of those areas, it also provided wonderful friendly hospitality, a clean/comfortable room and excellent service! WOW!!!! These people REALLY care! Now I only got the names of the sweet ladies taking care of our breakfast but everyone was kind! Cathy kept refilling the breakfast items in a friendly and timely manner! When I asked if they had any hot chocolate packets, she gladly found some, handed me some and restocked for other guests! I didn’t get a chance to talk with Candy who was also working alongside Cathy at breakfast but she was busy cleaning tables for more guests as previous eaters would leave The cinnamon rolls were SO DELICIOUS! And everything tasted great! After staying here, we chose only to stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotels for the next two nights on our way home (vacation)

Cathy made a fan of this hotel chain out of me and my family of 7! Give her a bonus! Thank you staff for making us feel so welcome and truly cared for and providing extra towels and water for our family!

Good location from both the Ark and the Creation Museum Beds were comfortable and room was nice Housekeeping did a good job on the day they cleaned

Breakfast was typical, but varied a little each day Some items were very good They had fresh cooked oatmeal and whole fruit along with bread, hot eggs, etc First time that I’ve ever seen an automatic pancake maker Staff were nice Ate at 2 restaurants nearby and both were good, though there’s not a ton of variety close by(Indoor) hot tub still wasn’t open which was very disappointing since we walked a lot on this trip Hotel rooms are not soundproof enough At least one school group stayed in this hotel – we ran into them at the Ark One particular room was very noisy and woke us at 6:30 (one floor up and 2 rooms over) Part of the problem is that the arms on the doors need to be regulated – all the doors slammed We did speak to the front desk clerk and the noise got a little better (they stopped doing gymnastics, but were closing the door a lot) The only other issue is that while we were given a late check-out, the computer took away access It’s very hard to load luggage when you can’t get back in the room This is easily fixable by the chain’s IT department and it happens frequently

We stayed here one night as we passed through on our drive to Michigan The room was inviting, and comfortable The pillows were great and there was an indoor pool that was clean and well kept

The staff seemed to be nice, but did not interact with me They could definitely smile more There were a few eateries, gas stations, and even a car wash The construction was a nuisance, but I’m from Nashville, TN and am used to confusion because of construction 🤣 overall, it was a nice place for a one to two night accommodation
