Great Hotel with great staff!A BIG shout out to the young lady at the desk when I arrived She went above and beyond her job responsibility, and with a smile on her face and a sweet personality! She assisted me in getting my things to my room since no carts were available and made sure I was settled and had everything I needed for my stayMost Choice Hotels are great, this one was SUPERB!It was clean, friendly, great amenities, and the best customer service I’ve had in a long time! Please do something special for this young lady because she deserves it!Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Matthew

We try to stay in Choice Hotels when we can however this one was sketchy at best All the windows were masked over so no view at all (No email or notification that they are under any construction) When we arrived to our room the door was open and the room was incredibly small like this was originally an Inn & Suites and they converted the small rooms to “suites”

The alarm clock was hanging off the table and the smoke detector was hanging off the wall There was old urine on the back of the toilet which took away all confidence that the room was clean After being in the car all day it was a disappointment On a good note the staff seemed very pleasant and the young lady working the front desk was very nice

Matthew Forester

Throughout my stay, I have interacted with the staff, and found everyone to be professional and kind with their serviceOne thing I noticed, the front desk staff was exceptional in their professional actions towards customers, even with some challenging circumstances For seeing this from everyone I saw at the front desk, it shows highly of themselves and their managers

I would definitely stay at this hotel when I am in the Augusta GA area

I’ve done some major traveling throughout the United States, but I must admit this has been the best day of my travels I’ve stayed at this property three times within the past couple of months and I have never had a bad incident The staff is friendly and courteous which is very important to me especially if I am paying my money for a product or service

Their prices are reasonable and the saying is true that you get what you pay for I have no problem recommending this site to anyone who chooses to stay in the Augusta Georgia area!

Maxine Mckoy

The Comfort Inn Suites gets NOD!!Compliments to COMFORT INN SUITES, comfortable beds, it’s like sleeping on a ☁️ cloud, that’s how well we rested! The Inn is clean HATS OFF TO THAT COMFORTThe only problem is people are not committed to work, which makes it difficult for Desk Clerks/Managers on dutyI say that to mean, the rooms are not ready at check-in, based on need It also causes people to become irrate, when it is absolutely not the desk clerks fault!!You are expected to check out on time regardless, because your room booked gets by your department

Our last three nights were not pleasant at the last motel!!!

Christopher Reiner

I stopped in at this hotel to see if there was a room available, i had been traveling for several hours and was very tired When i walked in the desk clerk was assisting other customer when another individual walked in behind the counter and started yelling and down grading the clerk in front of the guests listening to the individual talking i will assume it was the hotel manager

Very unprofessional behavior from a manager for a large chain hotel From what i gathered it was a personal issue not Choice hotel issue Not a way to make an impression for the hotel Needless to say i walked out and went elsewhere

The hotel overall is nice and clean The rooms are spacious and have a great layout to optimize that space The furniture and walls in two out of the three rooms in my group had some spots and stains that likely could have been resolved with some elbow grease but otherwise they appeared clean

A hotel this size in such a warm humid climate should probably have a larger pool to adequately accommodate their guests This one was so small that barely more than a few people could use it at a time so my family wasn’t able to fit in

yazmeng chou

Most of the staff was nice although some were very very weird I hate how there are a lot of construction workers starring you down and hanging out outside at night One worker told us to get out when we can and best to believe we definitely did

The dog room was RINK! There is weed smells in the hallway I hated it there We needed up staying one night out of the two The lobby is nice and that’s it I gave it to starts for the nice staff ig The sheets were clean It’s A hotel for If you’re not staying in the room most of time

K.A. Fabricators LLC

The worse experience at this Best Western location Front desk was very rude and did not know how to do their job Charged my credit card and did not let me know until I let them know

I used my points for the first night but still charged my card I am a Diamond Select and should not have been charged Very very unprofessional staff here Nasty stay and will NEVER stay here I feel bad for the people that are going to be staying here for the Masters, will be getting charged for every little thing here Rates will probably be 1,00000 for a nasty hotel DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!

The room was not cleaned and the housekeeping manager IGNORED the managers directive to get it cleaned up It had hair in the bathroom, dirty carpet, nasty seat in the chair and smelled of dog The manager doesn’t run this place

Housekeeping does what they want We got comped one free night & cleaned it ourselves The night auditor was exceptional and I feel she tried her best

dc “dcwolt” wolt

This hotel is in a great location It seemed central to everything we needed The room standards and employee service were definitely not what we were expecting or had experienced in other Hilton owned properties

I asked to speak to a manager for two days and one never showed up My wife and I ended up cleaning and servicing our room ourselves We requested our room to be cleaned for two days On the third day they attempted a cleaning but it was not completed

Doodle Bentham

Shanitra at the front desk was a total life saver, my wife is disabled and when our vehicle broke down she let us stay in the lobby in the air conditioning while we sorted transportation and other issues Honestly with out her, I don’t know what I would have done Her patience and helpfulness make her wonderful management material

Thank you so much Home2 suites by Hilton

I’ve been here many times to use the public meeting conference area to meet with my Clients I’ve always found the dining area, lobby, bar area and even the restroom to be very clean, orderly and stocked The Staff are A-1

More than just nice or pleasant, they always project a very warm and welcoming attitude You feel like they actually WANT you to stay there- that’s not a common feeling with a lot of businesses KUDOS to them for maintaining high Service standards 💯😁

Angie Nevels

The restaurant and bar is amazing, however, we checked in and the temperature was 80 degrees so we turned it down to 69 and went to eat Later in the evening we noticed the temp was at 75 degrees and we prefer cooler than that to sleep comfortably So we turned it all the way down to 63 degrees and waited over two hours

The temp outside is 75 degrees, same as the room, still I called front desk and they said they will send up maintenance He came in and pressed a couple of buttons and felt the air blowing on the unit and said, “ this is as cold as it’s going to get, it’s an older unit, so” Then I called front desk back and asked to change rooms and she told me that the maintenance said that it feels fine and that’s as cold as it’s going to get Then she told me that I want it freezing cold in there and it won’t do that I never complain, but I’m not looking for freezing cold, just a unit that cools beyond the outside temp! I’m laying in the room now, halfway under a sheet, completely unsatisfied with how this was handled I hope they address it for the next customer

Do not stay at this hotel I’m with a group with the US Army, we have had a reunion twice here In July 2021 the swimming pool was broken which was frustrating

In July 2022 the pool is still broken On the night of July 15 a group of us were in the lobby listening to music, ordering from the bar and grill The police came and told us to leave Not once did the hotel staff say we were loud or unruly I will never stay here or at another Hilton hotel again

I travel for work all the time I have to say, this has been the best experience ever The entire staff is super friendly!! They don’t just give the basic “hello”, they engage in friendly conversation, its like we knew each other for years

If you need anything, they provide it they go above and beyond All in all, if I’m ever in the Augusta area again, this is the place I’m staying! 5 stars is cutting them short, they are beyond the 5 star scale

Tanyah Stokes

The room was very clean The bed was extremely comfortable the surrounding area was very quiet and soothing The food of course was excellent

The employee who went above and beyond was Chad orginally from PA, we appreciate you for your professional work, patience, knowledge, commitment and dedication and service to your customers This company should be proud to have you on their team Thanks again!

Vyonne Edwards

As compared to its competition (ie, Hyatt Place-Miami FL), the Hampton Inn-Gordon Augusta GA Team was exceptional

The front desk was welcoming, polite, and professional “as-observed” to all guests They were willing and able to ensure guest had fresh coffee after a long drive The breakfast staff/cook was fun She was engaging and her grits was amazing, as was all the food that was prepared The room and amenities were as expected The Hampton Gordon Team are true Hampton Inn by Hilton “Brand Champions”

I loved that my room had windows that faced indoors, kinda like Embassy Suites My boyfriend and I slept so good! The best was comfortable and the room was clean, as well as the bathroom The house keeping staff were the friendliest! And the front desk staff were extremely helpful, they also were very accommodating

I enjoyed my cookies, and the fitness room There was an indoor pool as well, although I didn’t get in, it did look pretty cool and inviting I would love to, and will stay their again Oh!!! The hotel is close to everything, food, coffee, shopping, movies! It’s the bomb-dot-com

Paula Hollifield

The room itself was clean except when we returned at the end of the day, everything was as we left it but the bed was stripped and unmade and our dirty towels were still in the floor! Apparently there was a miscommunication and we were not checked in for our second night; but our card was charged! After clearing everything up the front desk girl came and made up the bed and left clean linens She was very nice and apologetic All in all, a nice room

Clean and comfortable Front desk was helpful and courteous at check in and thereafter We would stay again Ridiculous cost for breakfast so we skipped that, no good coffee but very good cookies!

Sal Oliveri

The hotel staff were very friendly and professional During check-in I requested a mini fridge and it was brought up within 10 minutes of getting into my room My (nonsmoking) room was clean, however it smelled like someone had smoked a cigar in it a couple days ago

The hotel and my room seemed a bit run down and could have used better maintenance For example, my door was difficult to close completely and a couple of the lights in my room did not work I definitely don’t think the accommodations were worth the price I paid

While the location isn’t bad, I don’t think I’d stay here again On the surface, the room and bathroom look very nice and modern However, I found it to not be as clean as I’d hoped

There were hard brown food crumbs on the chaise in the room They were clearly visible, so I’m not sure how it was missed I had to wipe down the flat surfaces because of residue on them The floor right outside of the shower had black gunk spots For some reason, one spot in the bathroom would always be wet like water was leaking from somewhere I had to call down to the front desk to get another comforter because the inside of mine had strands of random hair on itThe fridge had a big chunk of ice in the back which was melting in the fridge When I first checked in, I noticed that my room did not have a ‘do not disturb’ sign on it I didn’t think much of it until housekeeping came POUNDING on the door before 9am I guess they thought I had checked out even though checkout isnt until 11am And for some reason, even after 48 hours, my Hilton Honors points weren’t posted for my stay I ended up having to call customer care to get it resolved

Elizabeth Elkins

Nice staff, they were pleasant But go elsewhere – this hotel looks shiny and new in online reviews, but the hotel suffers from massive humidity and cleanliness issues Wet walls, black mold on ceilings, mildew and water everywhere

We moved from our first room because the ceiling was almost solid black with mold Next room had less mold, but wet walls, wet floors and damp carpet and sheets Moisture on furniture, remote, etc Nothing was ever dry The HVAC didn’t turn off even when you turned it off, and it was weird both rooms were set to 60 degrees when we walked in (that won’t dry it up folks!) The staff said “it’s always like this in the summer”, but it shouldn’t be and it’s got to be dangerous for mold, bacteria Far, far below normal Hampton Inn standards and a possible health concern The sleeping in damp sheets was awful as well I was thankful the nice staff refunded my points for this stay I hope the parent company will fix this building’s issue soon

Dawn Claassen

I typically try to stay at Hampton and have never been disappointed until now Our room wasn’t cleaned very well with hair in the shower and on the bedside table The bedside table also had not been wiped down with rings and sticky stuff on it and crumbs on the pull out shelf

The sink was slow to drain and the water pressure and temperature in the shower was up and down Most concerning is now that I’m home I have strange bites on my legs and I’m concerned the room has bedbugs (528) & if so I have now brought them into my home Sickening The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working Service was decent but the complementary breakfast was not good Overall this was my worst stay at a Hampton ever and now after reading some of the reviews not sure how they can continue to not clean the rooms effectively with so many people reporting over the past year

I love this hotel The cleaning staff are super friendly, the front desk were awesome I have very little bad things to say about this place

10/10 would stay here againThe Good: They work with people moving in and out of the hotel, if you need a late checkout they will typically give it I asked for a late check out and they gave me 30 min more than I asked for They have complimentary washers and dryers which aren’t the best, but they are better than nothing! Each room has a stove, pots/pans, dishwasher, microwave, big refrigerator I love it In the middle of the hotel is an outdoor pool with several covered patiosThe Bad: The towels are rough on the skin That’s about itOverall you can’t beat the location, the price, the convenience of this hotel

Beth Minyard

The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are great! However, the cleaning staff is not that great During my stay, I was taking an exam on my computer in my room when the cleaning lady came by to clean my room in the morning I had no control over the time of this exam and we had to be in our rooms due to covid precautions

The cleaning staff come at random times to clean your room once a week–which is fine–but this leaves the customer unprepared for the services since we have no knowledge of when they are coming that day So, when the cleaning lady came to clean my room, I explained to her that I was taking an exam and I asked her if she could come back later (as this was a timed exam that was already started) She told me she could not come back I asked her why and she said, “The cart is too heavy” My room obviously did not get cleaned so I called the front desk to ask if they could clean my room the next day and they said, “Sorry we can’t” and rudely hung up on me I called them the next day and they told me, “We’ll get back to you about another day, possibly” I have not heard back from themThe cleaning service also never leave enough living essentials, such as–toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and/or towels I temporarily lived there because I was there for a school so I have to have a way to “live” I should not have to continuously beg them to give me more from the front deskThe hotel staff are very nice most of the time and I would stay here again, but the cleaning staff don’t do that great of a job cleaning

Dylan Underwood

Extremely worth the money! If you have access to the base, this is the way to go Without a doubt, the money is worth it, trust this random stranger on the internet Most modern hotel/suite in the entire Augusta area

Great bathroom, great laundry room, great pool The location is amazing, there is a food court and PX right next to the hotel! There are legitimately no complaints I have about this place

5 stars for the customer service Robby, the night auditor, was excellent and professional as well as an expert at his position The check-in agent was excellent as well, and very accommodating to my questions about the property

I ran into a slight issue with the coffee maker in my room, but that was remedied within 10 minutes of calling by the maintenance staff Truly you cannot ask for much more in terms of conflict resolution and exemplary customer service In terms of the property, it’s a little dated, but management clearly cares about it as it’s well maintained and well cleaned The room was ready earlier than check in time and very clean, which is outstanding housekeeping The only negative I have is the area, which is something that is a compromise since it’s so close to so many shopping and dining areas

Lisa Hozey

Wonderful and friendly staff in a reasonably priced hotel given it’s proximity to downtown Augusta and river walk Free laundry machines and dryers, in room kitchen, and spacious rooms are great for long-term guests I would have stayed longer if not for getting a hotel closer to where I’m commuting daily

Upcoming renovations will only make this hotel an even better stay!

Cynthia Brogan

If I had known about the construction making security even worse than usual, I would not have stayed here There is a truck stop around the corner that makes this hotel a late night hangout There was lots of arguing and yelling and partying in the parking lot

For the price I paid, I expected to feel secure Neither of the entrances are manned and even the check in desk is behind a security window DURING the day I get that a female may need extra security at night, but when the employees won’t even open the regular check in window at 3pm, the hotel shares about safety more than my words ever could

Very friendly staff and extremely clean hotel They have an indoor pool which is definitely a bonus and the breakfast area is great They had scrambled eggs and sausages and biscuits and gravy

They also have to go bags and you can just grab and go if you need to Staff in the breakfast area was extremely helpful and friendly and even offered my grandson’s extra cinnamon rolls when they were closing up Would definitely visit this location again The only downside I could see was that it is very close to the freeway and you can hear some of the road noise There are three or four other hotels right near there but I thought this one seems like a good one This pleasantly surprised me

Emerson Bigguns

I’ll start with the pros of this hotel The front desk people are very nice It is super close to the highway for easy access and plenty of parking

There are lots of restaurants nearby to choose from The room is clean and no bad smells There is a working fridge and microwave in the room And the pool is great! Nice and big, warm, and indoors with a small hot tub as well Unfortunately the pool itself wasn’t the cleanest The TV in the room is small The decor is a bit dated, not very good carpet in the hallway Breakfast was the worst part of the experience by far It ends at 9:30, we got down there at 9 No cinnamon rolls, sausage gravy was out, pancake making machine “does not work,” and nothing got refilled in the last half hour except one coffee container The kids were very disappointed Part of the reason we choose holiday inn express hotels is for the breakfast, and this one was a huge letdown The two guys working the breakfast service did not seem to care at all, didn’t smile, poor customer service Everyone else working in the hotel that we came across is friendly and helpful Overall, the pool is the best part

Lino Sanchez

The room was very clean and comfortable Everything was fine until the next morning when we were checking out The front desk manager was very rude and insensitive to my service dog

She followed me outside the hotel as I was walking my dog and asked if I was a guest I answered yes She then proceeded to tell me that dogs were not allowed I said that they were according to the website and IHGShe said that it was not soBut it is I said She was pretty much calling me a liarI told her that I have stayed at many IHG Holiday Inn Express hotels and never had a problem The clerk at the front desk was aware that I had a service dog and he said that they didn’t discriminate against service animals

Positives very good breakfast, they bed was comfortable, the staff was nice and friendly

Negative the was supposed to be open till 11pm but staff left at 9, the pool area was very messy with wet towels and left behind items The main complaint is with the room Although nice to the eye There were red stains all over the floor, the closet door would not stay shut every time you came in the room or left it would smash in to it it was a glass door too It was rigged up in some way but it was not holding second the shower curtain had mold and mildew on it To me that the worst part No one wants to shower with mold Makes me cringes to think it never was washed or changed Over all it was nice looking but lacking in areas it was ok for 1 night stay but I probably wouldn’t stay there again

Aaron Chaney

Honestly, my trip was a mess and felt exhausting That was until I met Logan This man is a hero and a legend

Logan’s service made me feel so welcome and so happy to stay I wish I could explain more about how amazing my customer service experience was with this man He helped me with everything I needed, never seemed bothered, and was just here to make my trip an absolute blast If I could rate the employees at this establishment, he was an absolute 11/10If the management needs to reach me, feel free to respond, otherwise- Logan if you’re reading this, keep being you

Danelle Farmer

The marketed free breakfast buffet was terrible My kids opted for cereal instead but only had 2 boxes of the kind the liked When asked if they had another box, she said no, but I guarantee they put more out tomorrow

The milk cartons were frozen, the drink machine was not working so we were told we could get drinks out of the cooler behind the bar When my husband grabbed a Coca Cola from said cooler, he was reprimanded and asked to put it back Confused, we were then told that we could only have juice from that cooler and the bar tender was supposed to remove the sodas the night before Not my problem Everyone has an attitude and one of the workers was even watching her iPad in the dining area when clearly they didn’t have enough food to last another hour of breakfast hours Terrible service Will not be back Room was clean though

It was ok Service wasn’t the best/nicest, but it was a comfortable enough place to stay for the night No bed bugs or roaches

The ac wasn’t on when we entered the room and it took forever to start working Unsure if our ac was a little janky or if all rooms are like that It cooled off nicely by the time we had to check out, but my mother has a health condition where she over heats so it would have been nice to come into a cool room We left at 10:50 something and we’re given a call to leave the room for check out (11am) right as we were walking through door

Ahhhh Best place to stay honestly for an Inn It doesn’t even look like a bad inn

It looks good I would stay here a whole lot more as well Great customer service They called me whenI forgot my charger too sooo quite human as well Beds for nice and clean Shower was nice TV isn’t modern but for me it doesn’t really matter anymore, I’m usually sleep or helping my significant other with homework Next time I’m in town and need a place I’m going here Worth the price as well King size bed for about 74 with Expedia 78 with hotel Got in quick with check in and no hassles checking out

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! When my family and I got there, we smell an aroma in our room that was unbearable Come to find out, there was a used roast chicken in the microwave with mold on it Also, the sheets were dirty & covered with some blood stains, the outside smelled of urine, and don’t even get me started on the shady characters coming & going from there

Rooms are always clean Front desk staff are friendly Breakfast is good

TV/Internet worked great Showers are hot with good water pressure One night the hall smelled strong of marijuana for about 30 minutes but I have stayed here at least 10 nights over the span of a few weeks and that was only one time There are a lot of construction workers and the parking lot filled quick with their work trucks so a few times, people were making their own spots The parking area is shared with 3-4 other hotels in very close vicinity You can not beat the price, but the only reason I stopped staying here was 1 I started bringing my dogs on my work trips and they don’t accept pets and 2 there was a frequent/return guest that would stay in the lobby at 5-6 AM and was a little too friendly to say the least I mentioned it to the front desk staff but it made me very uncomfortable as I travel alone The hotel itself is one of the best for the price in the area and I would recommend it I paid on average $75/night at the time Many restaurants nearby, including walking distance

I booked with a hotel, had to checkout on the same night I checked in due to an emergency Paid $600 for 8 nights & they wouldn’t even budge on refunding me Not even partial refund

I didnt care about the few hours I was in the room, charge me for that But to charge me for the other 7 nights when I checked out is inhumane No sympathy, compassion or anything when contacting both the property & Hotelscom That’s basically ripping people off from their hard earned money Don’t use Hotelscom!

My stay at quality inn was very good and I’ve stayed out a lot of other hotels and they’re one of the best that I’ve seen and it really did feel like I was at a four star and I would highly recommend this hotel The rooms were clean, breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly I would recommend this hotel to anyone

I travel for work and this was the first place I stayed in Augusta 2 of the women at the front desk were not friendly, but there was a man that was nice and the manager seemed to help all of them every time I had questions He was very friendly

The room was clean and the only thing I can say was the couch was on the older side I had a fully stocked kitchen, separate sleeping/living spaces and that made it feel more like home Internet and TV were great Breakfast was fresh and fully stocked The only downfall here was the abandoned hotel next door that attracted some unwanted folks I felt safe during the day though Many restaurants within walking distance

I travel for work 3-4 days a week and I have stayed here on a couple occasions The front desk service is exceptional I waited approx 15 min while the housekeeping supervisor inspected our room to ensure it was ready and without asking, the front desk gave me either a free drink or free meal at the hotel bar to use during my stay

One of the bartenders was extremely friendly and entertaining! The pool is clean, breakfast is fresh and the rooms are immaculate The view is great for the area It is very pet friendly with plenty of grass and dog poop bags supplied with garbage cans outside Highly recommend Pet fee is $75 for our 2 dogs for 1-6 day stay and then more if you stay longer than that You can not beat that Most places is $30/night

Don Flint (kingdonald83)

The customer service has been exceptionally great The hotel is really clean and I look forward to having a drink or two at the bar this weekendUpdate: the water has not been hot consistently and taking showers hasn’t been the most pleasant

I was informed that they were going to send someone out to look into it I’ll keep updating this post until I leave The service here is still great

This place needs major renovations done The entrance to hotel is probably the cleanest part of our stay The desk chair in our room was dirty, It was something sticky on the headboard and I was scared to take my shoes off

It’s so much rust in the bathroom, the door was damaged it looks like they spray painted the walls & bathtub I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s mold on the ceilings It was the only hotel that I could get at the last minute but i was ready to go as soon as we checked in It was quiet the bed looked clean Everything else had light dust on it The breakfast was goodJanet was the only staff member that looked like she worked there Everyone else had on street clothes or wasn’t in proper business attire (even a uniform) Staff was nice but if I ever come back it WONT BE AT THIS LOCATION Yikes!

My wife and I got one of the king room suites When we arrived, an hour after check in time they said they didn’t think our room was ready yet So they checked and it was but when we got to our room it was not 100% clean

The floor was sticky and needed to be clean There were towels that were dirty and had other peoples hair and make up on it The extra pillows that they had in the room also had dirty pillow cases on them so I couldn’t use them We asked to get our room clean and when we came back from our day there was a cup with our candy in it that we did not fill up The room was cleaner this time then when we first got it but the couch was still dirty, the carpet was still sticky and we felt violated from them eating our candy! I have never felt like someone went through my belongings in any stay at any hotel ever Corporate needs to check this location asap! The only thing we enjoyed was the comfortable bed and cleanliness of the bed and that there was a waffle house walking distance!

I was in town for business and the hotel & suite was much better than I was expecting! Microwave, 4 ft fridge with freezer space, Keurig, massive shower stall, hair dryer, comfortable bed, seating area, desk and wall mounted, movable tvSoap, shampoo & conditioner (minis come in every hotel) but they had full bottles of body wash, shampoo & conditioner, mouth wash, lotion and I was so thankful for the make up wipes because I forgot mine! It was too cold to swim in March but being a Florida girl at heart, I had to check out the pool & pool deck It warmed my heart to see the wheel chair lift pool side, I even took posted a picture of it

It’s something majority of hotels don’t even consider The hotel and the pool desk are both wheelchair accessible

Stayed here last weekend because of a wedding in Appling The setup was amazing and I loved how the rooms where spacious and my bed was super comfortable! Ronald is the man! He is a great guy who still left me the key to my room even though I arrived after check in hours due to a delayed flight If I’m ever in Augusta or a surrounding area again I’m definitely staying here!

Tinisha Washington

The Manager Ronald was absolutely amazing! I rushed to Augusta GA from Charlotte NC due to a family emergency In which my travel is usually preplanned in advance Under the circumstances I accidentally booked my hotel reservation for May 12 instead of May 5

Ronald was patient, kind, empathetic and very eager to correct my and issue by ensuring that the check-in was as smoothly as possible
