We were supposed to get two presidential suites with titanium rewards and they only gave us one, after promised, because the other one wasn’t ready

When we got to our “Basic” bedroom we found roaches and told the staff and didn’t do anything about itAt breakfast time the server was very rude to everyone, which I totally understand because he was the only one working but it wasn’t the right way to treat clients

My boyfriend and I were staying at the Dallas West Park Hotel as it was transitioning into the Renaissance The hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed the bar area, the new bartender was great! We were even able to check in a couple hours early which was great because our flight landed earlier than expected However, there were a few disappointments during our stay

The first two days there was fire alarm testing and on the second day it went on for three hours! We inquired about this with the front desk and a man assured us it was just the two days of testing and that it would end soon We never received a heads up about this, had we known we would’ve made plans to leave during this time My other big issue was that the day before my check out housekeeping came to my door multiple times, and eventually the hotel management, who asked us if we planned on extending our stay I explained to them that my check out was Tuesday and showed them my confirmation email I had booked through American Express, which they assumed must have been the issue I had to go down to the front desk to rescan my keys and forward my confirmation email to the manager but never received an apology for the inconvenience and misunderstanding The situation made me feel as though I was at fault Beautiful hotel but I don’t think I’ll be staying here again

Brandi

Was less than impressed during my recent stay First of all, everywhere in the hotel is warm The lobby, the rooms, the restaurant

I feel like I couldn’t cool down and it’s only May Our refrigerator in our room didn’t work either You have to manually turn it on? I’ve never seen that before The coffee bar is only open until 11 during the week and the restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner I was turned away at breakfast when there were people still clearly seated and eating It was 9:45 If you’re thirsty between the hours of the restaurants being closed, good luck getting something to drink (or eat) There are no vending machines and no where to get drinks/food The restaurant smells like an old bowling alley and the sheets smell old and musty The one drink I had at the bar was good, and the dinner menu looked good, but since I didn’t order cannot attest to taste

I was here last weekend with my boyfriend and I really enjoyed my stay Very nice hotel and the lady that checked us in was so nice She was also very knowledgeable about great places to eat

I think her name was Sinclair or something like that We had some issues with getting the ac unit to cool Sinclair sent someone up promptly to fix the issue She even called back afterwards to follow up Before I forget the guy bar tender had really great recommendations and great service as well I’ll definitely be back Thank you for such wonderful service

Lobby is very pretty! Good location However, room is dated; definitely not what I expected after seeing the lobby There is also no fridge or microwave in the room, which was inconvenient

No complimentary water given either unless you are at least silver status on Hilton Honors Front desk was okay but not as friendly as other places Breakfast area staff was not friendly, and breakfast is not complimentary Hotel is dog friendly as in they allow dogs (which was a plus!), but not very friendly past thatAlso, housekeeping was on our floor so we asked them if they could add our room today They said sure, just go down to the front desk and let them know When we went down, front desk said it was too late to add on our room Sounds like miscommunication between staff that was inconvenient to guests Fine place if you just need a place to stay the night, but that’s it

Madeline Bui

This location was so nice, I’m sure this hotel has been around for years so some features are bit dated but other than that everything else here is pretty modern! I was a bit skeptical booking this hotel at first from the mixed reviews, but overall it was a great experience! It’s right by the highway so it was somewhat close to a lot of the places we wanted to check out in Dallas Room was really clean when we checked in and the parking lot was well lit and spacious, so bringing our toddler with us we felt safe☺️ Thank you again to the kind staff and the complimentary cookies y’all!

This is a nice hotel with very reasonable rates The laundry facilities were out of service, which was a bummer Still, I have no complaints otherwise

The GM of this hotel is named Lena and she is a service rockstar She turned our good stay into an exceptional one (after quickly resolving an early checkout issue) My husband and I would definitely stay here again

Casey Harris

Definitely a 3 star max, maybe less Evening check-in rep was not the friendliest Paid for a king and she tried putting me in a double bed room

Specifically requested room not close to elevator which is exactly where she put me Room was okay, nothing special Could hear the elevator ding throughout the night Parking is somewhat of a pain Being a spire member I see a lot of hotels annually and this one is fine, but nothing about it will awe you

Jennifer Erin

Theft is prominent in the area My catalytic converters were stolen in their parking garage This will be the last stay with them

All around great experience Clean spacious rooms with a kitchenette Lots of work space with their long corner desks Free washers and dryers I admired the clean and organized gym from afar Friendly & accommodating staff They took care of any issues I had

Great location on a sort of hotel compound Out of the way of hustle and bustle but close enough to jump on the highway and head into the cityStaff was nice but super inattentive at times

Rooms were great except for the pull out couch and the lack of pillows and bedding for the pullout If you want your back to hurt sleep on that The only other minor thing was a lack of carts to use to help with our baggageEverything was clean and well kept The hotel seemed like it was new Breakfast was provided which was nice as wellOverall I would stay again next time I’m up in Dallas

A J

I LOVED this place! Clean AF, nice staff, Dove products already in rooms Nice to see a brand I recognize The breakfast was bomb! So many things to choose from I barely knew where to start

A pancake machine that makes them on the spot, muffins, bagels, omelets sausage fruit juice, water, coffee, it was nice The pool was hella cleaner than the super fancy pent house I rented the night before for twice the price You seriously can not beat the price of this place I was almost certain it was going to be a dump because it was so cheap The parking garage is very convenient and it was easy to check in and to find a room There’s a Kroger down the road and a QT mart very close There’s a little market down stairs and a business center, also the workout room is nice and well equipped My biggest things are cleanliness and breakfast and those two were on point! I have spent way more money on rooms that were simply disappointing, dirty, and not even stocked A room where you need a place to stay for the night but as soon as you get there you ask for new sheets, pillow cases, and top blanket Yeah, not this place I slept under the blanket like a clean baby all night Totally recommend !

Robert Ritz

Our preferred hotel when flying into DFW airport It’s newer and the rates are generally reasonableRooms are comfortable, breakfast is excellent, and the laundry room is great to have

It’s a good location that isn’t too far from most things if you are going to Dallas itself

Hotel is under construction so the whole front entrance is closed That’s not a problem as they are working to make the hotel better When my family and I checked in around 5pm on Friday evening, the front desk attendant didn’t give us our breakfast coupons(we didn’t know this at the time)

So the next morning (Saturday) trying to get breakfast I had to deal with this with the front desk and breakfast staff Then again on Sunday morning I dealt with itAlso I asked for a 30 minute late check-out and was told I couldn’t get a late check-outRooms were pretty good Hotel was clean

Renée Jackson

I had a horrible experience with this hotel during last winterI booked a hotel room close to the airport in Dallas—a room with free airport shuttle and a great Indian restaurant nearby, for a quick overnight stay with the charitable non-profit for which I work The room was fully paid ahead with a business credit card—not just a “credit card on file”—in order to receive a discount

I arrived as planned, after waiting a lengthy hour for the free shuttle ride from the airport I arrived to find that they sold my fully prepaid room out from under me—with ZERO advance notice for which the front desk barely halfheartedly apologized So they sent me to the Las Colinas—miles further into Dallas away from the airport—about which this review reportsAt the Las Colinas, no one would recognize my reservation sent from the first hotel Desperate for a bit of sleep, I gave my personal credit card number so that I would simply have a place to stay, in faith that the cost would be sorted out later In the morning, neither the Las Colinas nor the first hotel would pay for an airport shuttle–which cost far more than planned now that I was farther from the airport than planned In the morning, the clerk wouldn’t give me a receipt but said it would be emailed And when, back at home after long flights, I found the receipt, it was charged for the amount I had prepaid at the first hotel PLUS $17 extra (before taxes) AND it was a duplicate charge on the same business credit card that they couldn’t look up the night before Very fishy; very dishonest; and totally not okayIt took about a dozen calls and emails to the managers at both hotels, neither of which were very responsive (the first hotel was responsive once, and after that not at all) It took about a dozen phone calls to Hilton’s US Customer service to get them to put a “case” in place toward getting the charges and refunds straightened out—the duplicate charge lowered by $17, the duplicate charge taken off the credit card, the $35 shuttle fee reimbursed, etc Why the hotel itself couldn’t and wouldn’t refund the money is beyond me—especially since they were able to charge credit cards they said they didn’t have, and for fees beyond what was promised The Hilton national offices had to issue the refund, and promised it would show up on the credit card statement within one week After I thought it was a lost cause, the refund finally showed up 8 weeks laterThe extra charges might not seem like huge numbers, but for a non-profit agency flying me for charitable work, which I accomplished in Dallas, they are major Not only that, but the ethics of services purchased, services rendered, and customer service promises from the hotels, is very important to me I don’t take broken promises lightly when part of a contract between myself as a well-traveled customer and one of the biggest hotel chains in the world I will do everything I can not to patronize a Hilton hotel for a very long timeYes, finally, the second room charge and the shuttle fee were reimbursed, only after many unkept promises along the way How does a hotel chain like Hilton make all of that right? Surely not only by refunding the bare minimum of the extra charges that were THEIR fault Since no one did anything to try to make this right as far as keeping their word, or going above and beyond, I have no reason to stay at a Hilton in the future They treat customers this lightly? There are far better options out there I have traveled all over the world, and everything that happened at the two Hilton properties during those twelve hours was outrageous

S

My only critique is You have to pay for breakfast I feel like if I spend 15000 on a room and I am a Hilton honors member breakfast should be included ! Besides that the hotel was very clean my room was very nice and clean i got some really good sleep and felt comfortable pillows were very soft plus the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful I would definitely come back! I do recommend this place

Out of all the hotels or motels I’ve stayed in since moving to Texas this place by far has been the best I know it’s a 2 star but the workers from front desk to housekeeping are very nice and accommodating and my favorite person on the team here is now the manager (She deserve the promotion) Miss Tina!!! She has been my go to when Ive had questions about the area plus she is great with customer service! Now I’m growing out of my room and I’m looking for a room that has two bedrooms and I wish it was something like that available here cause I would stay 😟 but there isn’t unfortunately

Corey Trevor

Facility is okay, fairly clean most days and no weird smells or issues Expect for one major issue MANAGEMENT

Troy, the GM here has been the single worse person I have ever dealt with here and with the turn over they have that’s not an easy task Troy insisted I owed money for the room and was behind on payments I pay weekly and the room rate does not change When I asked about how this was possible, he could provide no answers Only would argue that the system says I owe so it must be true After refusing to pay the extra he finally agreed to send the paperwork to “tech support” so they could figure out how things happened 4 days later Troy reports “no issues, you don’t owe anything extra” WHAT?? Just like that, a mistake the GM swore was there, $142, was no longer there Tech Support couldn’t figure it out When asked about what would of happened if I just paid, he said “Don’t worry, you would of gotten credit for it later” YEAH RIGHT When asked how do I know you guys don’t owe me he said “I don’t know that, you would have to call guest services” You mean to tell me the GM of a property has no clue about how the property is run? Who owes what and when and how? Never did I get an apology for his behavior, insistence and attitude Thank God I didn’t just pay whatever he told me too My fear is he had a clipboard with a dozen other names on it I hope they didn’t just pay whatever he said 1 star because of the GM

Tink Tink

These people are horrible I had already spoken with the manager and let know that my family and I were relocating from out of town and would be residing here for a while After being there for a week I made another reservation and paid thru a third party They said they never received payment and told us we had to leave and they threatened my 13 year old daughter with calling the police if we didn’t hurry up and leave

I have never been more embarrassed by a hotel staff member by calling the police I would never recommend anyone to this facility with the way I was treated by employees!!!!!!!

The best monthly stay I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying (3 months) 🙃 the staff as well as accommodations are above my expectations for long term stays If your stay is short or long this is the place to book David is so fair an amazing , welcoming, informative, and just great with communication

Stacey I absolutely adored you and your welcoming smile and conversation, you made my daughter feel so safe and respected! My daughter is 12 and is ignored in most environments due to her being 12 but whenever she came in contact with any staff they made her feel safe and acknowledged starting with Stacey ❤ the rooms are new and clean , treated for all pest control monthly Very quiet and smells so fresh, even when someone cooks it clears by the next day The bed is so comfortable I found it so easy to fall asleep after working 3rd shift and quiet during the day for me to sleep The shower is relaxing and water stays hot during long ones The fitness is small but very useful and has everything needed for a full workout The onsite washing is so beneficial and stays clean, washers and dryers are always available for use If you are considering staying you will not be disappointed 🙃 will definitely book again !

In hotelscom with very limited conditions, I got entry to this wonderful suites

however the suite is simply awesome in look, facilities and other aspectsStaff are professional and tenants tooBut observed below 3:1 Trash – you will have to get to dumpster (nobody pickup)2 Free Wifi – its just for name, u can’t refresh a page like eenadunet or hotelscom or apartmentscom and its unsecured neywork–>Why? Hotel has other internet plans, so if free wifi is fast enough and secure, then nobody will buy plans lol3 Vending machine – it depends on its mood, it will deliver else u will lose moneyhotel doesn’t take responsibilityu have to call vendors

My wife and I used the hotel for 5 weeks, we were in room 413 On the 28th of May we checked out On the same day we moved to the city of Amarillo, where we also chose to use the WoodSprings hotel

However, this hotel in Irving, still continues to deduct amounts from my card, saying that I’m there, even though I checked out When I try to reach the office, the man who answers the phone just hangs up I have already contacted my bank and I will contact the police, as they are using my bank details

We arrived on a Thursday and they did not have 2 queens so substitutes our room for 1 king and a pull out bed We are rewards members too Not a big deal, usually they are decent

The pull out couch was awful- I am not picky, but you can feel the springs through the mattress I even added 3 blankets on top and that was not enough It was so uncomfortable The vent in our room squeeked all night Also the water pressure was terrible (3rd floor) and I don’t even like hard pressure showers Also there was a tippet dog that barked for over and hour one night (11:56pm)The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel was cleanVery disappointed in my experience here

Perfect hotel This Residence Inn is attached to the AC Hotel and the two hotels share some of their amenities, including a lobby The lobby of the AC hotel is beautiful and extremely pleasant to enter the hotel from

Much nicer than a typical Residence Inn The Residence Inn rooms are furnished in a very modern and functional way It was really enjoyable to stay for 4 nights The staff was warm, responsive, and accommodating The location seemed a bit odd at first glance, but was actually incredibly convenient, just a short walk away from a target, a massage parlor, the galleria itself and many excellent restaurants I had a few friends come over to visit for an hour or two each, and they always managed to find free street parking when they dropped by The soundproofing was good and the bed was very comfortable It was rainy the last two days of my stay and the outdoor fire pits were so cute and pleasant amongst the downpour Only constructive feedback I have is that it would be great if the hotel had umbrellas to lend out to guests Definitely my new favorite place to stay in Dallas!!

The bed and overall room was good, no bed bugs and the employees are nice It’s just my husband and I found a used condom on the floor next to the fridge so that was really gross The security of the parking lot is so and so, I saw a lot of people out at night there and there’s even a sign that tells you to hide and/or take your belongings so it doesn’t get stolen from your car

Driving cross country or just for one night, this is a pretty decent place, they just need to work on cleanliness

Amari Shaw

The only reason they aren’t excellent is because the front desk employees are rude and diss honest about services and regulations The front desk employees are also racist in a lot of different manners Overall I love the location and the majority of the housekeeping there cleanliness is approved as well

Love that of course!

Rooms were nice, but standard Unfortunately, no microwave to heat up leftovers and mini fridge was pretty mini Staff was nice and the little shop next the front desk had a good selection of drinks, snacks and necessities to choose from

They do sell alcoholic beverages from a mini fridge behind the front desk if you don’t want to get a drink from the bar Pool area was nice, lots of seating areas, but pool was a little on the smaller side Overall, nice hotel, would consider staying here again

Brian Range

The bed was hard We had a suite and the room was not at all what we had expected It hadn’t been dusted either

So it makes me wonder if it was even sanitized Was very disappointed that there was no microwave! Was very inconvenientthe shower pressure was awful I did enjoy the bar and restaurant service Al the bartender was amazing and if I was to come back it’d be because of his customer service Thank you Al! Breakfast was good as well but was disappointed there was no pancakes or waffles on buffet I’ve never been to a hotel breakfast that didn’t have them just like the microwave situation, for the price of the room and it being a suite it should have a microwave! I will definitely consider staying somewhere else

Tameshia Wilson Gumbs

Currently in my room and this place never disappoint me I love everything about it Indeed, there are additional costs when parking in certain spaces as well as having a great breakfast

But it is an option if you want it You can pass up that option and just get a room without those perks for a lesser rate The restaurant in the hotel is really good and comfortable just like the rooms This is my 3rd stay and I look forward to many more stays as we travel up this way frequently for my daughter’s ice skating lessons

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this hotel The first time was 7 months ago The experience was much better when we were here September 2021, but this time has been ok too

The breakfast and coffee service had been downgraded significantly since last year to inedible, vending food that is not fresh at all So while the room was clean and comfortable we’ll look for a hotel that serves real breakfast for our next visit Additionally they eliminated the sundries area for a very small vending machine that appears to have not been restocked in quite a while We needed ban-aids, and the machine was out The desk clerk gave me one small one, that wasn’t sufficient for the need, so we had to uber out just to get ban-aids It’s the little things that make a hotel experience positive The staff was nice this time too; but not as nice and friendly as they were last year This hotel has clearly gone through a restructuring of management with an effort to save money The changes aren’t good and we won’t stay here again

No acknowledgement of being a ambassador level member, no information on breakfast or any of the other hotel amenities or even where the elevators are at I asked if I could have the parking fee waved as a courtesy (almost every Marriott has granted to wave the parking fee as a courtesy for being ambassador level) Receptionist was rude as I was explaining my request

I was not even offered my bonus arrival gift of points or a market item Definitely NOT the service I would expect from a Marriot On a good note, rooms are very nice, quiet and clean

Great hotel all the way around The hotel staff was courteous The building well taken care of and the elevator had a steady speed to it (can’t stand elevators that move slower than usual elevators and make a bunch of noise) Breakfast was provided every morning and had hot food

Eggs, bacon and potatoes every morning The actual hotel room was excellent with everything one would need except a microwave Hotels seem to be going away from those in rooms Only issue is the toilet and shower area being in so tight Hard for the door to have room to swing open if a person is in that area

Although the rooms where nice and spaciousFriendly staff and clean lobbyI have to give this establishment a 1 star rating

I am a very careful person when travelingWhen anyone travel the risk of any type of bugs or catching something due to negligence of the staff can happenFor me I walk away from this establishment with a severe case of ring wormI stayed for workI worked 12-13 hour days grabbed food(mainly drive through) and went straight back to the roomI am very disappointed from the caliber of this establishmentI have tried reaching out to someone with this issue, but can’t seem to get any responseThe point of this to be carful! Please make sure you staff is taking the proper steps to ensure your rooms are clean and safe for the next guest

I booked this hotel because Sam’s Club had a deal for it Saw that it was rated as a 3-star hotel And as far as 3-star hotels go

it’s one of them I really don’t know what to say about this place besides thatI booked this place for my family vacation for 2 days and 2 nights For some reason, hotel housekeeping staff never came to my room, not even to ask for more towels and sheets or to empty the plastic trash cans I’m quite befuddled on that It’s not that much of a trouble for me go downstairs and ask for some, but stillHalf of the electrical outlets did not work at all The broken outlets were, infuriating enough, were the most visible ones, so we had to place our electrical items in more inconvenient locations to charge them (ex behind the couch, under the bed counter, besides the bathroom sink)Despite me notifying the hotel that there were 5 people, the shampoo that was provided to us was no more the size of a small lipstick balm Had I not brought my own shampoo for this trip, it would not have been anywhere near the amount needed for 5 people Is that normal for all hotels? The breakfast was fine (lasted until 9 AM each morning) Nothing amazing, but just solidThere was a $50 security depositThere was a pool and an exercising room, neither of which I got to use during my stay, so I can’t make any comments toward those

I would like to thank Kate for being awesome and helping us out with our accommodation She made sure we had a good rest and enjoyed our stay The hotel also provides great selection of hot breakfast Overall, it was a great experience and if we are in the area would definitely stay here again

Lauren Isonhood

Bernard checked us in and was awesome! Super friendly and recommended some great places to eat He was the highlight of this place! The room was really spacious and seemed very clean, and breakfast was pretty good as well The only reason for 3 stars is that our room had roaches 🙁

I woke up around 2 AM and saw at least 10-12 roaches I didn’t notify anyone though, or I’m sure they would’ve switched our room We only stayed the one night or I would have said something

Nicole N.

Stayed here for two nights I didn’t go to breakfast but my friend did and they liked it well enough The battery on the heat and air unit kept blinking but when we mentioned it to the person at the front desk, they wouldn’t do anything about it because it hadn’t gone out technically–just offered to give us a different room which we didn’t do

There were a few stains on the carpet, writing on the bathroom wall, and a dent where the bathroom door keeps slamming into the wall The shower was really good though and the water was hotI thought the room would be cleaned in our absence but it wasn’t and when I asked for fresh towels I was told by the front desk that due to COVID, linens and towels are changed every five days So I would suggest keeping that in mind Overall, we had a quiet weekend stay

I would definitely recommend this hotel!! The room was clean, big, bed was comfortable, shower water was hot and the breakfast was good There should have been more options but it was good The staff was nice, professional, and helpful

Housekeeping cleaned my room while I was gone and that was amazing!! I stay in different hotels each week that I’m in Dallas and this is the first hotel that cleaned my room since Covid

Deanna Swenson

Disappointed with Hotel considering it is a Hilton chain Room was very hot when we arrived & never cooled off Hotel was tidy but hallways & elevators had trash scattered in areas

Only 2 wash cloths in a room Location was great & front desk help was very kind & welcoming Arrived after 10 pm so we didn’t request help with air conditioning Thought it might cool off but never did Didn’t sleep well in the hot room

Eman Sherif

My stay here was amazing! The rooms are clean, the area is quiet, and the view wasn’t bad at all! The hallways are kinda humid, and only one elevator operates The breakfast was okay, and it was nice because it was a free all you can eat buffet in the lobby from 5am to 10am In conclusion, I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Dallas!!

The hotel needs some TLC and a deep cleaning The rooms are super outdated, dingy, and dark however we slept well the days we stayed It is nice to have the full kitchen

Wish ice maker worked in the room Trash receptacles need to be emptied outside Sufficient supplies need to be provided in rooms We stayed 6 nights and only one roll of toilet paper was provided Breakfast was good Liked that they had hot options like scrambled eggs, potatoes and a different breakfast meat each day Some days have pancakes and French toast They had boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereal, and breads as well The location was good to activities we needed and seemed like a safe area Staff was good Had to move first night due to a water leak and they were quick to accommodate

Janie Bowerbank

The location was wonderful We loved that it as 2 bedrooms and a sitting Rea and a kitchenette The breakfast was delicious and there were many options

The location had many restaurants nearby as well as shopping We stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed the pool The place was clean and rooms were quiet We enjoyed our stay and not far from the airport as well

Loved our stay here! The room was spacious and clean There were two full bathrooms in our room which meant I didn’t have to share with my husband 😂 We had nice view from our living room window where the room itself was extra spacious with a large couch (with pullout sofa bed) and desk

We also had access to the “Club” for a complimentary continental breakfast, snacks and drinks My two favorite things was 1 It is connected to the Galleria Mall and 2 The bathroom attached to the bedroom 😂 Front desk staff was friendly and courteous 10/10 will be staying here again!

When I arrived I couldn’t find parking to check in, you have to park in the underground garage unless you are paying for valet which means you you have a pretty good walk to get into the hotel When I arrived the front desk staff didn’t greet me with the same enthusiasm that I get from other Marriott hotels of the same caliber, not a huge deal but something noticeable if you travel alot and stay in hotels frequently When I got my room key I had to wait about 10min to use the elevator as many of them were broken

Then the elevator I got on wouldn’t take my card (nor that of four other people) so I had to wait for ten other people to get off to go back down Finally after 15min I made it to my room just to discover it had not been cleaned This is a four star hotel that charged $300 a night! It took me another 10min to get back downstairs because of the elevator to ask for a different room which wasn’t even the same type of room I booked My price didn’t change either I had a dinner that I needed to get ready for and this put me way behind schedule not mention throwing off my mental state in what was supposed to be a celebratory occasionIf you are needing a space to host large groups and want to be a near a mall and restaurants this is probably a good place for you The entrance to the hotel is also the entrance to the mall so you will be walking in with your bags alongside a crowd of shoppers If you are a traveler or a business person who needs comfort, efficiency and are used to outstanding customer service for your loyalty with the Marriott brand this may not be the best choice Maybe I came on the wrong day but my experience was not at all good

I have been coming here for a long time If you stay for a few days you for sure will love it I’m sure!Just Perfect! From the moment we valet parked to reaching the front desk, the valet and front desk staff were both very very inviting, friendly and informative She asked if this was our first stay which it was and than began to give us all the helpful hints and layout of the hotel The hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated Our room was fantastic, comfortable, clean and up to date in design
