Gorgeous hotel Very friendly housekeeping Comfortable stay

Took off two stars for two reasons (mainly for the first item):1) they charged me for food I never purchased which means they must not verify details when someone tells them to charge on a certain room number – still working to get resolved since manager was not in, but anything that take extra time to resolve is always frustrating because there isn’t enough time in a day2) shower heads (in two rooms) had water spewing out of the heads from random corners that got the floor all wet

Heather Giddens

Poor service Rude manager named Victoria Doesn’t care about handicap service or well-being

Been trying to work on a resolution but Marriott simply does not care Plus they keep erasing my review Apparently they do not like the truth Maybe you shouldn’t lock the thermostat and tell your handicap guests to get up and move around to cool off so the motion sensors will work Still doesn’t change on how high its set Or that I am handicap

We had booked a room with a king bed but decided to upgrade to a king suite This room is nice and spacious, with 1 and ½ bathrooms The couch has a pull out bed that could sleep two smaller children, and if you have older children that need more privacy then you could add an adjoining room

This room has a table for those who order takeout and would rather enjoy a quiet meal The only downside is when paying this much for a room you should not get charged $15 a person for the breakfast buffet, just my opinion

Ross Herda

One of the best Hiltons I’ve have stayed at My family and I stayed there three nights The hotel is updated and very clean

The front desk and bar/restaurant staffs were very friendly and helpful! Our room (double queen) was on the sixth floor–was very clean, spacious enough, and suited are needs very well For a busy hotel, we were very pleased it was very quiet in our room and the AC/heater wasn’t noisy! The restaurant serves a delicious brunch buffet daily Our only disappointment was the restaurant wasn’t fully operational/staffed You can still order from the menu at the bar and eat there or in the restaurant seating (just without full waiter service) The parking lot was well lighted and in sight of the front doors And there appears to be overnight security on site

Dan Drew

Have you ever stayed at a Days Inn or Best Western? Then, you know what to expect in the room As far a other amenities, the fitness room and pool are small, but adequate A restaurant and bar are available

The lobby has plenty of comfortable seating and is a nice place to gather There’s no free continental breakfast There is a small fridge, but no microwave

This hotel was beautiful! It was clean, cozy, and spacious The decor and ambience was warm, welcoming, trendy, and high end I do wish they had a door on the shower instead of the open concept

If someone were to walk in and out or leave the door to the entire bath area open, it would get super chilly Loved the location- we could walk everywhere we wanted to go in about 1-3 minutes Overall amazing hotel and experience We would definitely return!

Amy Budd

The property is beautiful and well maintained My room was large with a huge outdoor entertaining space on the private balcony Turn-down service was so nice to have, and the rooms were immaculate! This was a business visit booked through the Harpeth sales office–Kim was so accommodating to our needs through the reservation process

We ate dinner at 1799 one night and the food was fantastic and the service was wonderful (I recommend asking for Troy and getting him to sing a bit for you) We will definitely be back

Shawn Kinsey

It was my first time staying at this hotel and it sure did impress I reserved via Hilton Honors app and did contactless check in Starting with the valet, things were great

Valet was very kind and made brief conversation and welcomed me The room was very nice Without a doubt it was within the top 5 (of probably hundreds) cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in anywhere I really wanted to go to the restaurant there which has fantastic reviews so I made a reservation a couple weeks prior in anticipation of my arrival to the hotel But I decided against the restaurant and canceled my reservation only because I was traveling by myself and I had attended a full day conference and I was exhausted So as much as I wanted to try the restaurant, I just wanted to rest in my room Later that evening I went down to purchase some drinks and snacks from their little shop near the check in desks, the people downstairs were very nice There was a musician playing acoustic guitar in the lounge area with people sitting around listening It was not disruptive at all, actually quite nice The courtyard area they have there looked very nice and peaceful, a nice area to spend an evening But again I was too tired to experience everything this beautiful hotel had to offer I really look forward to going back to experience more as time allows and when I’m traveling with my family or friends The location seemed nice too, a lovely historic area with plenty to do in walking distance 10/10 Absolutely nothing negative I can say about my visit here I hope the Harpeth continues to work hard to stay on the top of the market in Nashville because many places have lost their beauty and cleanliness over time… the Harpeth will be one of the very very few left demonstrating this level of quality

We are in this hotel several times a year The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable about the place as well as the hotel Most of them know most of us by name

It’s like going home I would recommend this place to everyone!!! We are always happy to be here It makes the meetings seem more like just a small vacation They even have kickback in the afternoons with a wide variety of munchies as well as 2 cocktails for the adults that want to wind down The breakfast is also a good way to start your day with eggs, sausage, biscuits n gravy, oatmeal, waffle bar and more

Amy Lyle

Awesome place to stay The rooms were spacious and clean The elevators are pretty fast as well with minimal wait time

All the hotel staff that we encountered were friendly The hot breakfast and afternoon “snack” were delicious The second time we went to the pool they were out of towels so we picked up the phone in the pool room and within minutes they were bringing fresh towels Will definitely stay there again

April Range

Nice Drury, good location right off 65 Recently renovated so carpets and furniture are newer Friendly staff

However, when they renovated should’ve purchased new bedding Pillows are worn, sheets had stains had to request replacements Seems odd when other amenities were refreshed Generous kickback nightly with drinks and good Good breakfast Nice stay outside of Nashville

We had the BEST service here! Michelle went above and beyond for my family and the whe baseball team! I have stayed at many hotels for travel baseball and this was the friendliest staff I have ever encountered! Location is walking distance for everything, including a clean and huge mall! Truly, Michelle and her staff made our stay 100% enjoyable

Amber Salefski

The people at the front desk were very nice upon arrival But as we were unpacking we noticed a large leak coming from the ceiling in the bathroom area It was all over the floor and vanity

We went downstairs to tell the front desk clerk and she said she will make note of it The time my husband and I were getting ready we couldn’t get ready without water dripping on us Very annoying It wasn’t fixed during our stay I ended up brushing my teeth in the kitchen sink, along with doing my hair and makeup at the dining table

Little Goose Organic Baby Food

Rooms are decent, kitchenette is very helpful Hotel over all is Ok, average Location is good

Staff is nice I’m basing the 2 stars on the fact that the pool was GREEN the entire week we were there Like couldn’t see the bottom green When you have kids who plan on swimming, that’s a major disappointment Mind you this is a hotel where girls stay to go to the American Girls store I’d stay elsewhere when in Franklin again

I stayed for 13 nights Everything was great until night 7 when the lazy coffee shop attendant lied about not being allowed to make a pot of coffee and when called on her lie, it came out she didnt know how to make coffee

the same day housekeeping failed to clean our room, but just left a stack of clean linens in the room Had to make my own bed in a hotel Everything else has been awesome

Lydia Bolen

Desk attendant was friendly and helpful, room was VERY clean, bed was so comfy, my husband and I slept like lil babies all night Bathroom was spotless and the water pressure in the shower was amaaazing, I want one of those heads for my house now We had a deck connected to our room but it was too cold out to use unfortunately

They have a bar that’s open until 10pm and a cafe that opens at 7am- it serves Starbucks coffee We sadly had to leave before 7am so we didn’t get to indulge in that but you definitely should Overall great experience! There was even a swan in our bathroom!

Very clean hotel The room is great The bed is great and surprisingly so are the pillows

I totally dig the bathroom and because we have stayed in one of these chains before we knew how to turn on the power (Key card in the a slot near the door) I would stay again Not much interaction to speak of with the staff New norm for hotels is no maid service unless you request and once you have checked in you are done!

V Mary

We reserved a king room Which we already paid for before we checked in Upon arrival at around 8pm, Matt at the front desk apologized and said we don’t have any king rooms available tonight, even though he knew we had that reserved

They gave us a double room Matt said we could switch rooms in the morningI went to the front desk in the morning, and Cory said, yes Matt made a note, and you’ll have a king room around 1pm We’ll give you a call when it’s ready No call was madeWe came back from our day out that evening, and Matt was again at the front desk He again said, they don’t have anymore king bed rooms available Check again in the morning I said I did that already He said sorry, and it should’ve been given to us Matt said he would give us a $50 creditThe following day we checked in the morning again, and Cory said, yes you have a new room Check back at 10am At 10 am we finally got into our king room which we originally reserved We had two nights in a queen room, when we reserved a king We wanted to talk to a manager upon check out to discuss an appropriate creditUpon check out on our 5th day there, Cory said the manager isn’t in, but you can call to discuss the credit that Matt said he would giveWe have called Gina, the general manager twice and she has not returned our call Hyatt House in Cool Springs lacks follow through We are still looking for a credit for our stayFrom Hyatt’s website it says — “We care about your experience with Hyatt” Follow through, Hyatt

BRIANA MUHAMMAD

They will cancel your reservation at the last minute! They overbook all the time ! They do not have any remorse if they do cancel your reservation and they do not try to help you out especially the white younger lady at the front desk Stay some where else because it is a big inconvenience after a long travel day to have your reservation cancelled and no one from the hotel calls you and communicate that to you!

Home2Suites is in the same area and that hotel is a better hotel anyway I recommended you stay there

Very friendly and quick service as you arrive They do have digital check in and some warm cookies to get you startedOverall the place was clean and no issues

It’s in an odd location, nestled in a business park, however, there are a lot of food options within walking distance, which includes places for breakfast and great dinners

Erin Worthington

I needed to stay at this hotel because of an event that I attended Otherwise, I don’t stay in suite type hotels like this When we arrived and got the key to our room, the room hadn’t been cleaned yet (it was well after the check in time)

There were liquor bottles on the sink as well We went down to get keys to another room; the heating and air unit in the 2nd room was making a loud high pitched noise when running We then went to get keys to a 3rd room This room didn’t seem to have any dishes in it We found out later that the dishes were clean, but hadn’t been cleaned out of the dishwasher yetI had to sleep on the sofa bed as the queen bed was going to be slept on by the other person in the room When I went to make up the bed, there were no sheets or blankets, etc So I had to go down to the front desk yet again to get those thingsI will say that the front desk attendant was nice and helpful, but as we had to keep changing rooms because of various problems, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Nice hotel nice room good bed… don’t waste your money on the breakfast! It’s a bad buffet Full service hotels should have made to order breakfast! 95% of holiday inn’s do … The others will at least cook eggs for you if you don’t like scrambled

Response to owners… Your hotel DOES NOT HAVE A COOK TO ORDER BREAKFAST EVER DAY!!! I asked for eggs over and was told scrambled off the buffet only!

Brentney Nichole

Nice, clean hotel I would say I give 4/5 stars because housekeeping never came to our room We stayed Wednesday-Sunday

We wasn’t really at the hotel except for nights as we was gone all day for a baseball tournament But every time we came back we excepted our beds to be made and toiletries restocked as there was a housekeeping cart on our floor every morning I ended up just having to ask for toilet paper and more towels I use to work at a hotel so I knew how to make the beds when the duvet would get all messed up inside the cover but I shouldn’t of had to fix it as I was a guest Other then that I would say it was a nice hotel and very friendly staff members

AC Cradle

I was surprised at the age of the rooms considering the location Definitely time for an upgrade; there wasn’t a single USB port in the room In this day and age

The room was definitely dated Good location, within walking distance of food and shopping Even though it was older, the room was comfortable, a good thing It just needs a few creature comforts of the 21st century

This is my second stay here I enjoyed the staff and location so much I wanted to come back The front desk staff is always pleasant

The outdoor pool is nice The complimentary breakfast is great but I get the grab bag most of the time My first stay the night attendant drew pictures on every bag How neat Not a complaint I’ll be back

J Brandon

Great location with a fresh feeling hotel, not the old style of Hampton’s I especially liked the equine art in the lobby and hallways I did use the on-site laundry room which had coin operated washers and dryers

The front desk can convert your dollars into quarters for you I didn’t have their complimentary breakfast because I was needing the extra rest The parking lot was well lit at night

David Shantz

I found this to be a good place to stay Easy on and off the freeway It is in a quiet setting

The staff was very friendly and helpfulThe have a nice hot breakfastIf you want the room changed out you need to ask it is not automaticI would stay and I plan to, again

This hotel is top notch! The customer service and care of all the employees is sincere and the best I’ve come across They really go out of their way to make your experience amazing You’ll even see the general manager humbling helping his employees to clean, greet, check people in, run things to a room, or whatever someone needs help with

He clearly cares about not only his guests but his employees and really sets the tone of all the employees – who all go out of their way to help I will definitely be staying here anytime I get a hotel in the Nashville area!

Lauren Strahan

Since I gave this a one start I want to start on a positive note by saying the front desk staff was friendly The hotel needs some housekeeping love though When we arrived to our room I noticed right away that our bathroom did not have hot water at the sink

There was still something left on the counter, maybe lotion that needed to be cleaned up and the bathroom floor was sticky There was hair in our bed, and if you need anything (extra towels, empty trash, etc) you have to go do it yourself Our room was close to the stair case which was much quicker to use than the elevator but they pile their trash in the bottom of the stair case creating a terrible trash smell in the entire stair case & partially in the hotel hallway The trash was really bad & hadn’t been taken out in days I would not recommend this hotel or stay at it again

Danielle was very friendly and accommodating This was our 1st time being at a Tru and I think its so cool how there were snacks, beverages and games available for kids It’s a great concept

What would have have made it 5 Stars is a pool, hot tub, and bar for adults and this would’ve been awesome The rooms were very comfy and it was extremely convenient for the bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion) to be available I would definitely recommend and stay again! 👌

Shirley Conley

We stayed at Tru By Hilton as an overnight stay in route to Destin The hotel was very clean and had all we needed for an overnight stay I liked they had a water bottle refill with an ice machine near by

I did notice a pool table and game area in the lobby which I thought was great if you wanted to get out of your room It’s off the beaten path which we liked since it made it a little quieter Restaurants are close by The hotel breakfast was decent Enough to get you going

Nick and Laura Johnson

We had to stay here due to a family emergency and it was nice coming back to a hotel that was clean and welcoming The rooms are a good size, but I found it odd that the only microwave is in the lobby Our room did have a fridge though so that was helpful

The breakfast was fairly decent with your normal array of breakfast items like bakery goods, cereal, oatmeal, breakfast meat, protein, and already made omelets

This place had good reviews about the rooms and staff, and it was all true The staff that checked us in was very helpful and friendly When we asked if they had a kitchen to order something to have at the firepit on the back patio, he apologetically said they didn’t have a kitchen, but gave us a voucher for a free taco at the restaurant right next door as well as a list of other local spots for takeout

The pool in the lower level is great for a quick dip or the kids to blow off some steam The rooms are spacious, and comfortable We had a nice kitchenette in ours that even had some counter seating to separate the living room area To top it off, I was able to use my T-Mobile Tuesdays app to get 20% off a stay here, so it was a win all around

Alaina Brown

We were moving across the country and booked a 1 bedroom suite at the Franklin Staybridge Suites (on their own website), as we had 3 adults and 2 children in our party and we wanted the extra privacy When we arrived, we were given a studio style room without a closing bedroom door The front desk staff tried to convince us we got the room we paid for, which was inaccurate and shown by my reservation email

After calling the corporate office, we were informed the manager had changed our reservation but never changed the rate and was therefore trying to charge us a 1 bedroom rate for a studio room There were no other 1 bedroom suites available for the night and they wanted us to accept the studio and “the manager will change your rate in the morning” After speaking with the corporate guest relations officer we were insured we would get a refund The manager did call and refund us to the studio price in the morning However, she failed to give a reason of why our reservation was changed without our knowledge, why when they changed the room type, they didn’t change the rate and she did not provide any consolation for the inconvenience I spent hours on the phone with customer service to try to right the whole situation, after spending the whole day driving across several states In the end, we paid for the studio room we were given, but no other consolations for our inconvenience and THEIR wrongdoing and dishonesty were provided I left feeling like this hotel is very dishonest and cannot be trusted Be wary

Jonathan Durichek

I was very impressed with this brand new hotel and the location was excellent tooI came to help someone look at a jeep next door at Carmax but they decided to not purchase the jeepThey checked into the hotel because they made the reservations and prepaid on there card but the front desk sweet funny African american lady asked for a credit card for just incidentals so I gave my amex

I knew I wasn’t going to charge anything to the room so I didn’t think anything of it because it is just incidentals not the room chargeThat night around midnight I had to go to the emergency room because I was having issues from a blood clot I had in my leg After visiting Williamson Medical Center and getting cleared came back to the room around 3am Got 4 hours sleep and headed to breakfast because I was hungry plus had to get food for medicationI was surprised to see such a good variety of food and things I could eatI had oatmeal with brown sugar, almonds, raisins Thin I had fresh fruit with good yogurt Even though I couldn’t have the biscuits and gravy because of my gluten allergy I could have the egg cheese omelet It was delicious by the wayAfter laying down till 11am loaded up there car and mine they went to check out No receipt was given or printed under the door that morningI checked by credit card when I got home to see a charge for the full amount of the room on my credit card not the person who booked the room I was confused and upset I called the hotel with the other person to fix it and was told my credit card was the only one on file What? Where did the other person card on file go? Mine was just for incidentals? The staff was rude asking to send a email for the orginal credit card that was supposed to be on file again and hung upI have yet to have anyone from this hotel contact me or fix the issue I wasn’t even on the reservation or room that was booked by the other person This is not a joke and I’m not laughing being billed for a room I never bookedBeware the staff will charge your card without your knowledge or consent which is fraud My name was not on the reservation or room but I got charged How does that work?I travel all over the country staying in hotels chains all the time but this was my first and last with this brand if things are not fixed I didn’t get to over 105 million hits on my reviews for nothing I am good at what I do and tell it straight no bull on my experiencesThe room was 233 on Friday August 5th

Rude staff I was in the pool with my kids and when we were done noticed there were no towels I called the front desk and the lady told me I had to come to the front desk to pick up towels since she was the only one working and couldn’t leave the desk just in case the phone rings

I told her I was dripping wet from the pool and cold but she persisted I had to pick up the towels myself from the front deskWhen I got to the front desk dripping wet and extremely cold now since the desk is by the door, she was on the phone and I had to wait until she was off The walk from the pool to the front desk took me less than 45 seconds She could have easily brought the towels to the pool The next morning there was one person working the front desk and I noticed her leaving the front desk to move the baggage carts around So the lady (Terri) from the night before could have left the front desk I emailed the asst manager and haven’t heard back We actually left the hotel a day before we were supposed to check out

What started as a wonderful stay turned into a total nightmare Arrived just before midnight to the nicest lady at the front desk No issues at check-in or during most of our sleep

However around 9am, the fire alarm went off We evacuated the building only to find that fire alarm testing was happening, without any notice or heads up With multiple kids, including a newborn, in the room being violently awakened by this was very upsetting I talked to the front desk and they dismissed my claims Asking for a manager, “CB” came out and immediately became visibly and verbally combative (borderline aggressive) with me with his response to my complaint being “if you don’t like it, you can leave” He said this in front of NUMEROUS other paying customers, embarrassing himself and the Marriott brand We were forced to quickly pack up and leave due to this In speaking with the GM, he provided us a spare room in the property beside this one to get ready in (too small for my family) but this whole experience ruined our stay and the fact that this managers response was what it was makes me never want to stay in the Marriott portfolio again What a horrible situation and response, shame on Marriott and “CB”s immature, unprofessional and downright disrespectful responseI will say the GM and AGM responded immediately and tried to stabilize the situation and ensure we were taken care of to the best of their abilities

We very much enjoyed our stay when we came to explore the area as parents of a student moving to Nashville to attend Vanderbilt The room was clean and the beds & bedding were super comfortable We did note there is a posted charge for breakfast but I only wanted oatmeal (due to cholesterol issues) and the attendant kindly allowed me to have it at no charge

The lobby is set up nicely with a couple of seating areas, tables, and an area that has a larger table we were able to eat (carry out) with other family members we were traveling with The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the location a (about 20 minutes) outside of the busy downtown area

Room was nice, quiet Nice neighborhood Felt safe

Our only problem was there was no smoke alarm in the room There were wires hanging out And, the bathroom drain plug was stuck there the water drained slowly When we checked out and told the front desk he seemed very nonchalant about our concern Didn’t even write it down for action Not even an acknowledgment

Highly recommend for meetings We had a meeting for 50 people at this hotel The Wagyu beef with pimento cheese burgers were very good! Scarlett helped me pull this party together

She had great ideas that helped me out! The service was great, the food was good, the room was clean and they kept checking on our team Water, tea and lemonade were in the conference room and the bar was right out the door so it was convenient The chef was very kind to explain everything before the event We will be back! Thanks for making our meeting enjoyable I can not say enough about how well we were treated at this hotel Renee Brewer

My girlfriends and I had a delightful day at the lovely Embassy Suites in Cool Springs – Franklin, TN The new Food Services Manager provided us a select menu for lunch even though their regular lunch is not presently open We chowed down on yummy salads and I enjoyed a delicious hamburger with all the trimmings and French fries

Carol ordered a Ruben – the likes of which we had never seen She proclaimed it outstanding Many said they were going to get the Ruben next time The 8 of us were impressed with the thoughtfulness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facilities Kudos We will definitely be back

The customer service is excellent Ms Mary was wonderful We had a little family emergency and had to cancel a night

Not only was she understanding she accommodated us and made me assure everything was going to be okay Upon arrival she was busy doing something, not only did she acknowledge us, she stopped what she was doing to assist us so we wouldn’t have to wait She was so polite and jolly She smiled the entire time checking us in She made us aware of breakfast time, where the gym was and reassured us they had free WiFi She was so sweet and made our stay truly pleasant Can’t wait to go back and visit

From beginning to end my stay was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! My check-in process was smooth because Matthew was very polite and accommodating Quinn was a sweetie when I called the front desk Mary was literally one of the sweetest & genuine people I’ve ever met at a hotel

Lastly, Lessa (Lisa) was super friendly as well Overall the ENTIRE staff including the breakfast staff (cooks and hosts) were wonderful I’ve stayed at this location several times before with no prior problems and as usual great customer service, but this time I had to take the time to write a review because being a former front desk service agent myself they handled 2 LARGE family reunions like a champ!!!! Kudos to everyone! I’m really looking forward to my next stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this Comfort Inn It was a good price and the rooms were clean The location was safe and great because a lot of stores like Starbucks and Costco were right next door

We were also happy that they just brought back actual breakfast It is your standard eggs, sausage, biscuits with oatmeal packets, yogurt and waffle maker on the side The front desk clerk Eric was friendly and attentive to our needs at checkin and during breakfast time Only downside during our stay was the next door neighbor was a high schooler that kept opening and closing their door every 3 minutes well past into midnight, not the fault of the hotel though

Greg Grayson

So far so good Clean rooms Nice location

Nice sized roomTiny bathroom We booked a queen room with 2 queen beds And there’s no way either bed is a queen sized They are full sized at best But definitely not a queenThere’s a small fridge, microwave, and plenty of plugs for all the devices, though
