Kohler charged me 3 times on my credit card for my one stay Booked 9 months early Charged me half at that point ($200), and then two times after my stay (Two additional charges of $200 each, for a total of $600 on what should have been a $400 cost)

I can imagine Kohler gets away with this on a routine basis against unsuspecting guests who don’t analyze their credit card statements, or make good notes of how Kohler bills you on your credit card This kind of fraudulent activity will lead me and everyone I tell to book elsewhere in the future while staying in Green bay Embarrassing for a world class company

From the moment we were greeted at the front door, every interaction with any staff member was friendly and professional The care and attention to EVERY detail is seen and felt throughout your stay This was our honeymoon and they made sure we were well taken care of

The Leaps and Bounds Cafe food and drinks were tasty The Taverne in the Sky had the best bartender and servers Excellent service and the food was incredible Try the sturgeon! We spent four days in the Kohler Waters Spa Every service was awesome We had massages, facials, manicures and pedicures and all were well worth it Do the 80 minute massage! Get to the spa early so you can enjoy the whirlpool, cold water plunge, pool, sauna, and steam The rooms at the lodge were clean and comfortable The showers were incredible with 3 shower heads and temperature control They even have one soft pillow and one firm pillow on each side of the bed to be sure everyone is comfortable We will be back!

We booked this hotel through a travel site and somehow it got a 4 star rating It was ok, but there were some surprising issues The check in was easy, staff was very nice

The rooms are all in separate buildings situated around the main building Each building has 4 separate rooms in the downstairs I’m not sure about the upstairs The outsides of the buildings are pretty run down Patio screens hang askew, everything needs paint, concrete is chipped, lots of weeds, litter, etc The rooms are spacious, there was a full kitchen including a dishwasher The bathroom was huge The bed was a full sized bed Everything was clean, but again, very dated and smelled musty and like decades long smoke had settled into everything Shower was good, clean with good water pressure Bathroom fan was obnoxiously loud Bed pillows were the size of couch pillows Breakfast was free and not bad, there was sausage, eggs, waffles, coffee was good I would probably stay here again if I could get a good deal

Lee Bacon

What can I say! Check in was smooth, front end desk was very professional and helpful… Room was GREAT! Clean, spacious, huge bathroom and came with dishes, stove, microwave, full fridge and even a dishwasher Staff was just awesome and very accommodating! Barb and the “GM”, YOU GUYS ROCK! Thanks for the needed time away from home We will definitely be back!

This is one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed at The whole hotel is very clean Especially the breakfast area

All of the staff are friendly and helpful Pool is warm and the hot tub has plenty of room They are located just 5 to 10 minutes north of Green Bay just off the highway in a little shopping area You can walk to 3 different types of restaurants within 2 minutes There is a unique spice and kitchen store within 2 minute walk Even with all off this it is very quiet

Rich

Our room, and really the whole hotel, was perfectly clean There was nothing particularly unique about the layout or appointment of our room, but it was amazingly clean, comfortable and quiet It was a steal for the $99 we paid through Hotels

comThe staff was very friendly and accommodating – just what you would hope to find from those working in the hospitality industryThe included breakfast was the typical serve-yourself fare but it was fresh, hot, plentiful and delicious As with the rest of the hotel, the breakfast area was spotlessly cleanWe didn’t use the pool or sauna so I cannot offer feedback beyond the reoccurring theme of it appearing cleanLocation is always subjective It’s not in the middle of some sun-dappled glade, nor is it in the heart of some pulsing hub of activity It sits the border of an enourmous parking lot, so clearly parking is not an issue Still, it’s only a short jaunt to Starbucks, and my new favorite mexican restaurant ( Old Mexico) is just on the other side of the parking lot

becky lovelace

Tried to book a room for November on a weekend we’ve booked every year for the last 5 years Was told the rooms are now $299 a night Last year they were $120 a night

I asked if it was because of the packer schedule not being out? She told me that that was AFTER knowing the Packers are not there that weekend I asked her to confirm that that truly means their rates have gone up $180 a night over the last year and she told me yes Unfortunately we will not be staying there anymore

I’ve been coming here for over a decade and never had any issues This last stay was a disaster At check in, I was charged over $300 for a room that was fully compensated

The staff is unresponsive and in general seems like they don’t care at all My room keys didn’t get me into the pool and hot tub area that is supposedly open 24/7 during the week Tried to call the front desk twice and the phone rang forever Just all around disappointed and don’t think I’ll be returning in the future Get it together

Dan Heidbrider

Directly across the street from the airport Very friendly staff Huge very nice meeting rooms and the catering was fantastic

Perfect location for an event, meeting, reception etc Rooms are decent size, clean and well stocked 2 restaurants and a coffee shop on site as well Oh and there’s the casino attached as well if you’re into that

John “Captdrac” W

We were here for a “boys-get-a-way” break I reserved here because the boys wanted to gamble at the casino We only used the room to sleep for the most part

The problem in the room was the pet hair on the white bench & floor The floor had paw prints all over the bathroom floor and around the A/C, heating unit We got pet hair over our clothes just by laying our clothing on the bench I also noticed it on the bottom of my slippers (Lately, I always bring something to keep my feet from touching the floor) When I addressed it during checkout, the clerk only response was simply “I’ll notify the housekeeping staff about it” Any compensation? Of course not She tried to go pass the conversation while one of the guys was showing her the remaining dog hair on his pants and shirt even after he used a towel to wipe most of it offFor the price that doesn’t include breakfast, coffee, and complimentary cookies that most other Radisson Hotels provide, at least the rooms should be sanitized and cleaned much better than what we experienced! Next time we can walk accross the street from the Wingate that for the lessor price include hot breakfast

Used to visit the pool areas all the time as we live close by They used to charge $5 per person to swim and use the pool area The price raised to $10 which is still fine

However the pool is nasty Chunks of hair floating in it The pool is clouded over like a July thunderstorm Very disgusting!! Take a peek under the cover of the handicap chair in the hot tub!! 🤮 It’s rustier than a war nickel found between the seat of your grandads Buick! Swim at your own risk I would never take my kids here again Used to be a very enjoyable place now… not so much!

Bobbie Erwin

Room was in need of repair Furniture fairy beat up looking Hallway looked like it had seen better days, very worn out

Ran into issue with toilet running for a good 10 minutes after each flush (thought at first it wouldn’t stop) and was told by front desk there was no maintenance person there Person in a group we knew who was staying same weekend found bedbugs Yikes Too late to cancel so made best of things after thoroughly checking room over Will not stay again

Dana Hansen

Extremely underwhelming, outdated room, dried up vomit on side of toilet seat, mini fridge in room didn’t work Went out for a coffee at breakfast and the first cup was cold, I tried some from the one she just brought out and it looked like cloudy water and tasted the same If you want a nice room, book a room at the American Inn on the East side of Green Bay

steer clear of this hotel 🤢

This was our first time in Green Bay and this hotel worked out great for us It is centrally located, close to restaurants and shops We were greeted by smiling and knowledgeable staff

It was clean and inviting The highlight of our stay was the pool, you must make time for it! The continental breakfast was a huge plus And the coffee bar in the lobby was perfect as we’d grab a cup just before heading out on our adventure for the day All in all, it was a great choice for our family, and we hope to return one day

Angelique Seidler

Been staying at this location for close to 20 years Prices are reasonable, very helpful and polite staff Miss the waterslide that used to be in the pool area but the water is so warm and relaxing

Very easy steps to get in and out of the pool Beds are extremely comfortable Only complaint would be the carpet is filthy in your room Needs to be shampooed or replaced Breakfast buffet lady was very helpful and attentive

B. Moen

Room was nice, but we’d requested a 1st floor and got a 3rd floor Since it had an elevator, it still worked Breakfast ran out of food, but there was a large wedding group which had attended a reception across the street

They were all catching up their lives over breakfast Everything was very clean and neat I think we just picked a busy weekend We would definitely stay here again when in the area

I was put up here by my company 2 week stay, I’m a week into it: The room is just fine, good size, 2 queen beds, a little desk, comfortableThere was something sticky on the rug they couldn’t get up, but I’m sure it’s an aberration

The breakfast buffet is passable- Standard issue cheap, not unpalatable Sat night got very loud in the parking across from the front of the building- some kind of hot rod car meet-up which meant revving and tires squealing which went on for about an hour before the cops broke it up Also highway nearby, you can hear it, not too loud At least one extremely startling door slam occurred each night Felt like it shook the walls Couldn’t tell where it was coming from Anyway, staff is nice Pool and jacuzzi were OK, no problems there Overall, a competent operation

Sammi Struebig

Nicole at the front desk needs a raise!! We came to Green Bay from out of town with our toddler nephew for Disney on Ice but did not intend on staying the night After a flat tire and no help from AAA, we called Country Inn but they were fully booked Nicole went the extra mile to find us a cancellation at 11 PM

She offered my very tired nephew a cookie and talked to him about the show They gave us tooth brushes and tooth paste The room was spacious even with 3 adults and a toddler The beds were comfortable, room was clean On site breakfast was a life saver Our tow truck was late in the morning, so they even extended our checkout time to 2PM with no extra charge Cannot compliment them (& Nicole) enough for making a stressful night much more bearable We will never forget her kindness!

We were reached out to by the general manager regarding a need for queen rooms Instead of walking us to a different room, she upgraded us to a king suite for no additional charge That was a nice gesture! My only complaint is that the mattress on the pull out couch was extremely worn down and smelled like old socks

The rest of the room, though, was in excellent condition My 5 year old LOVED the pool area It was perfect for kids! Highly recommended!

Ally Ruesch

We frequently stay at IHG hotels when traveling, and this location was definitely one of the nicer ones we’ve stayed in The pool was smaller than I expected, but the zero depth kids area made up for it Breakfast was tasty (no waffles right now due to supply chain issues was a bummer but we get it!)

Staff was super friendly and helpful The fitness center is small but has free weights up to 50 lbs which was awesome!! Our only complaint were the super loud, rowdy people in the pool and running the halls til after 11 PM, but that’s not really the hotel’s fault Overall we will definitely stay at this location again when we are in Green Bay

Traveling Foodie

I now know what it feels like to be profiled My stay here was ok until I walked to the front desk and asked a question about the hot tub Julie (the front desk attendant) proceeded to ask fir my room number and name

Not sure why she needed that information to answer a general question Her excuse was that she like to greet her customers by name, which I totally get But what does my room number have to do with my name? I played along to see her trap herself and when she looked me up she saw I was a Diamond member and her entire demeanor changed She wasn’t rude, just strange with the questions just to get an answer from a general question Definitely profiled with her actions I will not stay here again Hotel old, was afraid to but anything on the couches – they were so old Checked out the hot tub , reeked of chlorine (which was better than being dirty) and jets were weak so we didn’t get in Sad that I had this experience and it did not feel good to me or my husband Breakfast was ok and beds were very comfy Hope this helps someone

From the moment we walked in we could see that the message on the sign was true! “Making you happy, makes us happy” Everyone was friendly and efficient The rooms were beautiful, warm and friendly

You could smell how clean they were The hot continental breakfast was plentiful and delicious! There were ladies who kept everything full and clean! They really took ownership of the area and made us feel so welcome and cared for! The selection was plentiful and food was hot As we worked toward checking out we had one more excellent interaction with the front desk We absolutely loved the hotel and will definitely be back again! It’s close to everything and the quietest stay in a hotel I’ve ever had Do yourself a favor and book a room now

Sir Lolo

Everyone at the front desk has been extremely kind and professional The room was very clean and I genuinely enjoyed the gym It was perfect place to enjoy our 5 day stay

They were so kind and accommodating they allowed me to grab a spoon and fork from the breakfast area, even though, it was late as I had forgotten to eat after a long work dayThey are genuinely kind and again very professional

Emily Carstens

Check in staff was very unpleasant to work with felt as if we were bothering her by checking in did not want to answer questions or locate luggage cart There were only two luggage carts for the entire hotel that were missing and staff could not locate very inconvenient when on 3rd floor with wedding luggage I was not the only guest that was looking for then either heard many others Thermostat in room kept changing to 78° when it was set to 69° (Hot when you have been out all day)

No refrigerator or microwave in room like advertised Bathtub had black mold on wall and tub surround When at the pool asked staff to turn the pool lights on for safety because the lighting in the room was terrible staff said that the light switch was in a locked room seems to be a safety hazard Loud traffic if you are in rooms closer to the highway

Our family was in town for our daughter’s gymnastics meet Everything from making reservations to checking in went smooth The staff were all very friendly

They were accommodating and offer a military discount The hotel has been recently renovated and was very nice Rooms were clean and the pools (3) were great including a water slide for our kids (and us adults😀) We will most certainly be back Cheers 🍻

We’re had a large group of hockey families attending a tournament in the area and the stay was just terribleWhen kids typically head up to sleep, the parents will stay up and gather around and have some drinks We were in the lobby at normal levels and were asked multiple times to quiet down

We had rented one of their rooms for the weekend but they would not let us in during the evening So we had to sit in the hallways on the floor! Then when we did have one of the rooms they had a minimum food purchase and the food was terrible! Some of these same families were just at the State Tourney this past weekend in Pulaski at A Cobblestone Hotel and it was such an awesome experience compared to what we experienced here They let us use their breakfast/lounge area all weekend at no cost as long as we cleaned up the area which we did This kept the group in a central location which was so greatWe will be staying here again as we already have another tourney and we booked as a group before our last stay Hoping it was just a one time issue as I am willing to give a place another chance, but know that if this weekend is the same, we will never book here again!

danielle barth

The queen room was extremely disappointing and depressing, with absolutely no natural light The only window faced the dark, unlit pool area While the first floor rooms had access to the pool, the 2nd floor rooms have no purpose to overlook an indoor pool area with no windows

We requested to change rooms, and were open to switching the # of beds, however, because we had already checked in, the front desk staff could not figure out how to change the room Additionally, the hallway our room was on was open to the lobby, and a group of guests and their children were allowed to mingle, loudly, until nearly 2am We were patient, understanding it was a Saturday night, but this was excessive The cleanliness of the room was mediocre, with moisture damage from the humid pool window, apparent on the wall paper and ceilings The hot tub was also disappointing, with too cool of a temperature, and too few jets I booked this room for the pool, and what I thought to be a nicely updated hotel At the price point I paid, I will go downtown for something better next time

Great place to stay Wi-Fi is super quick nice bathroom and comfy bed For people like me who like to sleep to white noise or a fan there is an option on the ac where you can choose to have the fan always on which is big for me because I always have trouble sleeping in hotel rooms because it’s too quite

My only complaint is the tv is a bit small and outdated Other than that great place to sleep or hang out Also I really like how many exits there are to the building, good for when you want to step out of your room for quick smoke or grab some food without having to walk through the lobby

AK

We did not stay here but brought our kids to swim for the day only We swam for about 2-3 hours and after we all started coughing a lot as we getting ready to leave This has never happened before and I looked it up and it can be due to the chlorine gas build up if there isn’t good air ventilation

I would not recommend swimming here if you have respiratory problems

Capt Jim LaBeske

We had a frightful stay the night before at a Choice Hotels Property in Virginia 😱Totally out of the norm as Choice offers a quality room and amenities at a fair priceThe morning desk clerk needs a raise👍🥰

Perfectly fine hotel Comfortable and clean, with large beds and fluffy pillows The room was big with the biggest TV I’ve seen outside of a Best Buy

Parking was listed on Hotwire as being free…and that is not true $10 a day, but in and out as much as you want You can reduce the price to $5 if you’re a Hyatt reward member, and you’ll want to ask how to use the gates so you don’t get overcharged The views out of the windows are pretty good and there’s a large towering atrium with glass elevators Good shower – water pressure is nice and so is the shower head Breakfast available in the atrium in the mornings – a bit overpriced but there are lots of other options nearby too

Room was very nice, bathroom was tiny and cramped but decent enough Odd patio sliding door that fully opens with no patio Seems like a very odd choice to me

Service was absolutely awful for breakfast Pay $20 roughly a person and there’s no staff available to get a refill? You have one guy tending to all the tables and he only is able to stop by once? Bar service was excellent for the most part, knowledgeable bar staff but I did see them throw out a ladies drink when she went to the restroom and they just offered her a free sprite instead of remaking her drinkPool area was nice and had a sauna and steam room Security seemed like a joke, all they did was stand by the front desk and wondered around but didn’t interact with anyone or do anything with the kids running around or playing with elevators pressing every button then running from the elevator Staff said they were on it but kids never stopped and were disrupting elevator service and running rampantHopefully you’re not looking for a great view, we were on the 6th floor and if you’re below that you’ll just get a brick building to look atCheck in staff did not inform us of anything going on with the convention center but mentioned they were connected to it So why tell us you’re connected without telling us what’s going on?First time in the area, there for a comedy show but would be nice to have pamphlets available or given by check in staff to let us know what’s in the area to do, or what’s near by Or some recommendations given while we stay

Very uncomfortable pull out couch I felt every spring all night long The lobby and other floors boomed and echoed constantly

The front desk did not inform us that there was a delivery down in the lobby and our food was cold and the pizza box was opened by the time we found it Extremely crowded hot tub and very over-priced food Don’t recommend the Hyatt, you can definitely find something more deserving of the Hyatt’s price

Stayed at the hotel May 7-10 for a getaway of sorts Staff was friendly, place was clean and welcoming, though it seems the kitchenette was more for show than anything as no kitchenware was supplied Asked at the front desk figuring it was like other extended stay places I’ve been to and nope, what you have is what you get

No cookware, no dishes, just the same paper coffee and plastic water cups you get at any hotel At least they had a coffee pot and toaster? Other than that it was a decent hotel for the price I paid and would have qualified for at least 4 starsOr so I thought Morning of checkout I take a shower Or at least tried to Soon as I turned the shower on the tub spout slid off the pipe rendering the shower completely useless Turns out the spout was not mounted correctly and was fairly loose Talking with a couple other guests this does not appear to be an isolated incident, as other rooms seem to have the same issue With no maintenance available there was no way for me to take a shower before I checked out Front desk was made aware but apparently the owner would not authorize compensation for the “inconvenience” of not providing one of the two most basic requirements of a hotel I will not be returning, and will not recommend this location to anyone

A delightful experience start to finish Well managed property with associates who work together to ensure attention to detail & a positive guest stay Nicely appointed queen deluxe room with terrific bathroom; clean & uncluttered although plumbing noises from other rooms can be heard (attribute of an older building no doubt)

Breakfast was a nicely arranged continental sort highlighted with ramekin quiches We wouldstay here again & recommend St Brendan’s Inn to others

We were out for a walk along the river and decided to drop in for a drink The first thing to catch my eye was the size of the bar They have many tables that would give you a chance to spread out when it’s not as busy

We decided to sit at the bar The bartender was very friendly and of course mixed us some great drinks I even kept asking her what kind of drinks she was making and she happily engaged in conversation with me as she made them It’s that kind of friendly atmosphere I would comeback for I highly recommend a visit

We swung in here after a meeting downtown I thought this was a hotel and didn’t realize it had a restaurant too It looks like they had just got done with some pretty big Saint Patrick’s Day celebrations

It wasn’t super busy for a Monday night They were also one of the only places in the area open! I had chicken stuffed with goat cheese which was delicious Someone in our party was having a birthday, and they gave her free cake and we had a lot of fun with that Interested in their other locations as this seems to be some sort of affiliated chain of hotels and Irish restaurants

Showed up in the rain and grabbed our keys, got to the room and the door wouldn’t unlock Front desk said to just mess with it until it opens so we stood in the rain for 5 minutes unlocking the door Finally got inside where the TV remote and thermostat remote were dead

One towel in the bathroom when we notified there would be 3 of us Gonna reccomend you just pay a little more for anything else

Hilda Riva Cepeda

Hotel manager is very rude Hang up the phone on me a couple of times, the shower clogged and they could not fix it Although the bed was comfortable and the room has heated floors, it did not make me feel welcome or safe

There are many other accommodations in the area, at the same or lower price, with the same amenities and with friendly managers Do not recommend the place to anybody that is looking for a good travel experience, specially if you are traveling for business

For the price of $380 for 1 night, this place is awful With 5 people we needed the pullout couch The couch was broken and full of brown stains

Room very musty smell Some outlets were loose in the lamps and did not charge phones No parking spaces The staff were great and removed the broken couch and gave us a pull way bed Staff very friendly I am surprised by all the positive reviews for this place Location and staff as good

Brenda Hostettler

Staff was nice Pool area, including water, was GROSS Garbage all over

Very dirty Our bathroom door was broken The shower curtain rod was broken, and the icing on the cake, BED BUGS!! I wasn’t sure, as I was the only one of us with bites when we left But then we actually found bugs while unpacking! 😭 Never ever again Which is sad because it has such great potential to be an amazing place with all of the common space!

Nicholas Kuehnast

Front desk was nice, but room was trash and gross Dividing door was kicked in or looked like it had been, window was hard to open and double paned to then a screen Room had zero AC on and felt muggy when entering

No trash bag liners and asked front desk for some and they said and I quote, “we don’t use liners we have staff clean them” Gross
