Very nice hotel Check-in staff was very sweet Room was large and very clean and in good condition

Very quiet at night, not even road noise in the room we were in The location is JUST off I-75 and a good area with 2 walking distance restaurants My only minor complaints were no extra toilet paper and had to get some at front desk and the bed is directly beside the air conditioner that blows right on you Other than that the stay and price were great

These aren’t hotel rooms these are apartments!!If you’re hauling livestock and don’t want to keep them in their trailer, just bring em inside with you I promise there is more than enough room for themMatter of fact

just park the car in there Yea just pull into the hallway and drive your vehicle in the room; I promise you won’t hit anything there’s so much space in there lol Gobs of room in the one bed rooms Everything was clean, neat, and smelled like good ole fresh hotel The A/C is so cold it feels like real live polar bears in the vents and the walls are pretty well insulatedIn an emergency or on a budget, I’m thinking you could honestly roll maybe 5 or more beds (depending on the size of course) in one room and be good arranging them to fit Bring sleeping bags and hit the floor and you probably won’t touch the person beside you Floors were really clean I had on white socks and walked around and they were still clean before I put my shoes back on The bathrooms were very clean and neat The staff there was very professional and courteous and very knowledgeable on the surrounding areaI would DEFINITELY stay at another Best Western!!!

This is an older building but… very clean, spacious and quiet Apple Bees is next door for people that are hungry and need a bite to eat

You also have a complimentary breakfast that is nice for you to grab a bite and start your day, This was a very nice home away from home I was pleasantly surprised…I will definitely visit this establishment again

The gentleman behind the counter was super nice He gave us a suite and we didn’t even know it until we checked in The room was huge and clean

The beds were very comfortable I would definitely stay here again We were so tired traveling home and just couldn’t do another 7 hours to Florida Definitely check this hotel out if you want a good clean budget hotel

Headed to Florida form michigan we needed a hotel for one night Kids had been in the car for over 13 hours and we didn’t arrive til after 10 pm

promised the kids they could take a quick swim before taking off but, unfortunately pool doesn’t open til 10 am and check out is by 11 We will also be stopping for breakfast the free breakfast is nothing more than a fancy waffle maker that makes 4 mini waffles The rooms where clean and it was a safe neighborhood but, other than that it was nothing special

for 1 nite the room smelled of sourness! The shower curtian stuck the floors had dirt all over them i would not recommend anyone staying here The coffee came out of a dispenser that was mixed with water/coffee so i basically drank diluted coffee Only person that was nice and pleasant was the elderly lady at breakfast who was cleaning and keeping the breakfast stocked Unbelievable pricing for such a dive

This staff is simply amazing My experience came first with Zoe, she is the greatest The ease in speaking with her and getting what I needed to make my daughters 10th birthday 🥳 filled with memorable moments, Everything! Zoe accomplished that and more

Then I had to privilege of speaking with Mrs Tamika, another great asset to this remarkable team She too was amazing ensuring our rooms were together, but when we checked in someone had given the room that was close to our executive suite, the new accommodation wouldn’t work So the young lady who checked us in, and her name escapes me, but so sweet, she checked into everything and gave us some options and she made it happen that we moved a floor up so we can keep eyes on our 10yo and her guest accompanying her in celebration of her her birthdayThe amenities at the hotel is everything you will need The pool area great, the rooms spacious, breakfast is good and as if I didn’t mention the staff is amazing and accommodating Thanks Holiday Inn Express & Suites McDonough

Overall it was a great stay We stayed for one overnight The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and the beds were comfortable

I scored low for location because it was a little tricky to navigate the parking lot and exit with the Chick FIL A parking lot The rooms were nice but the bathroom needs to be deep cleaned It looked like there was black mold growing around/on the showerhead and above the assist handle in the shower

Andrea J

We had an overall negative experience The lobby and hallways reeked of marijuana and the room was far from spotless There were several stains on the couch and sheets/towels, ants in the bathroom, and the bathroom/foyer floor was very sticky

For over $200 a night and from a Holiday Inn Express I was expecting much better I would not stay here again and am now wary of trusting other Holiday Inn Express locations It was also very difficult to get in and out of although it was indeed close to the highway The morning breakfast was decent, though

I am writing this review from Room 402 on the night of my stay Front desk was very friendly and helpful! Thank you for graciously acknowledging our Diamond Membership status and providing us with waters and snacks Main part of room was well maintained and nicely decorated

However, the bathroom is severely in need of a deep clean I have attached pictures The floors are sticky The edges of the tiles that are attached as baseboards are dusty and gross The black mold growing under the shower door is appalling and likely to make someone sick There is a pill under the vanity – no idea what that is And there appears to be blood on the toilet paper dispenser This is so totally unacceptableHow can you even consider charging $156 a night for a room in this condition?!? Management, franchise owners, and Hilton corporate should be ashamed of these conditions You can do better – and your patrons deserve better

toni bass

Bathroom was disgusting! I originally requested a bathtub instead of a shower stall The front desk transferred me to another room, but that one also had just a shower stall After a long drive from Michigan I just wanted to relax and enjoy some down time, so I didn’t ask to be transferred again

The shower stalls in both bathrooms were gross with mildew and the bathroom had dirty walls When I took a shower the shower head didn’t work properly I couldn’t even get the soap off and I had to rinse my hair in the bathroom sink I brought this matter to the attention of the front desk She apologized and said she would let maintenance know She didn’t even attempt to make it right It was not a pleasant experience and was very disappointed to stay at this Hampton I won’t stay with them again I will be sure to stay at one of the other nicer hotels in the area To top it off the power went off at 6:00 am, not sure what caused it

We had a great experience staying here Often times when reading hotel reviews, I wonder if some people are expecting to be treated like royalty?! We don’t expect that, we just want a hotel to be clean and safe Hands down, this place checks both those boxes

We checked in late and the process was very quick Our room was super clean, and modernly decorated Loved that the shower had bottles of JR Watkins shampoo, conditioner, and body wash attached to the side wall, very convenient The mattress was extremely comfortable and even though the hotel seemed full, it was quiet, we didn’t hear any noise Breakfast was great with all the typical options expected for free breakfast offerings We most definitely would stay here again! My only feedback to the hotel would be to add more parking spaces if possible

Ashley Carter

Place was great! Vary clean, really good breakfast Biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon pancakes; the whole nine yardsThe guy at the front desk Joey was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed

We didn’t have any shampoo in our shower but other than that it was a really nice stay

Sarah Hill

This is a newer hotel and it was very nice and clean in the lobby area The decor was very nicely done and the room was the best room I’ve stayed in yet as far as design and layout The pool was not open and that was kind of dissappintong considering it was very warm and thats one of the reasons I always choose IHG Holiday inns express and suites

Full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash!!!! I despise those mini bottles as they are never enough especially if you have more than 1 person in the room The floor in my room was damp and turned my socks brown The bathroom and entrance doors to the room creaked something awful They had a nice outdoor patio to relax on and a smoking area out front that we’re both kept clean The continental breakfast was as expected and even had a pancake cooker so bonus points from me! Overall great stay!

This park was the closest, highest rated, RV park we can find close to our son, who lives in Atlanta Easy pull through

just long enough for my 40′ and Ram 1500 Even though we were right next to the interstate, it was surprisingly quiet at night and daytime Easy check-in No WiFi Did not use any of the facilities as every day we headed out to visit out boy We’d stay again if only because it’s the only game in town

Timotht Beall

Forest Glen Estates is an RV park very good friendly place It’s a good place to stay 1 night 1 month 1 year or indefinitely They have nightly weekly and monthly rates, 30 and 50 amp hookups ,water and sewage

Very convenient to shopping 20 minutes away from the Atlanta Raceway 45 minutes south of the city Atlanta Georgia, Easy-Off easy-on to Interstate 75 Brenda the manager she’s very friendly who stays on top of everything

We needed to stop for an early evening Luckily, Hampton Inn Locust Grove was the next exit Usually, I pay attention to ratings and stars

Did not even check this time We could not have been happier with this Hampton Inn The friendly lady at the front desk handled everything perfectly Our room was fresh and clean Great night sleep Wanted to get through Atlanta early so we went down to breakfast at 6:15 Everything looked delicious We found out the weekend hours do not start until 7 That did not stop the wonderful Juana from inviting us in anyway! This sweet lady was very gracious even to early arrivals Hampton Inn picked the right person to run the kitchen and dining areaEveryone made us feel welcome Thankful!

25 stars…I almost feel bad leaving a negative review… The staff was very kind, the area felt very safe, the building is new and modern and the public areas were clean

That said, upon entering our room there was still trash in the garbage can and used items on the shower shelf Gross I understand it is hard to get quality help these days so I’d be forgiving and give them another chance in the future because of the aforementioned pros; I sincerely hope they can get their housekeeping issues fixed asap!

E Wess

Super spacious rooms with high ceilings (at least on floor 1) Convenient to the interstate Great service when checking in, even though it was super late

Unfortunately, (not sure why the AM staff couldn’t communicate amongst themselves) we requested a late check out and had someone walk into our room 4 different times, on top of receiving a phone call between the intrusions, between 8:30am and our confirmed 12pm check out

I stayed here for a total of 6 nights All I can say is that I felt safe, and for the most part, the hotel is quiet There were a few guests that came over the weekend that were loud, but it’s to be expected at a hotel

I didn’t think the hotel staff was pleasant, especially the front desk staff I reported one of the ladies on duty to the assistant manager as her attitude was very nasty Jinelle, in housekeeping, is very, very, very nice You would want her to clean your room and make your bed She’s the only one I wanted in my room throughout my stay She should be the housekeeping manager The male breakfast attendent was very pleasant as well He kept the area very clean as the lady over the weekend did not When I went down for breakfast, it was almost empty as I had to ask her to replenish items (it was an hour left), and the counters were sticky and nasty Overall, this hotel needs improvements in customer service and cleanliness The rooms cost too much per night to not have both

Travis Thompson

After driving for 8 hours, we were unable to get into our room The young girl at the front desk was very friendly, but also unable to help We ended up leaving and having to find another hotel at 1am

The hotel still charged us for the hotel and after numerous attempts to get in contact with management, still no answer Not only did they charge is us for the night that we were unable to stay, there was another charge from them for $116 I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this place The place we ended up staying was MUCH nice and almost $40 per night cheaper

2gunz Malone

I spent two nights here On the first night when I got to my room everything seemed fine I took off my shoes, of course to relax Went to bathroom to wash my hands and water was all on the floor (the toilet was leaking)(room212) went downstairs to get another room and was accommodated with no issue to room(223) when I walked in the smell of cigarette smoke was astronomical

There were burnt cigarette holes in the carpet I did not want to have to change to a third room in less than 30 minutes so I sprayed told the front desk clerk because I did not want to be charged 250 the front desk clerk gave me more spray which I greatly appreciated There is free breakfast and the food was not bad I enjoyed the indoor pool with my son as wellOther than my bad luck on this particular night I have no issues with this hotel my only suggestion would be not to give these two particular rooms to guest until the issues are resolved

Loved this Holiday Inn! The sofa bed here was the comfiest sofa bed I have slept in for a while which says a lot The room was very well kept and clean and it looked really nice and brand new The breakfast area was very well kept too with nice seating, and the lobby looked really neat

Good breakfast options with a pancake machine, hot eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, different cereals and other things The girl who checked us in at 11 PM was the same girl still working at 10 AM the next day when we got breakfast She was very sweet and helpful and she still was the same way the next morning after working more than 8 hours The indoor pool was nice and felt heated, and we were told the pool and fitness center were both 24 hours which is awesome since I have never been a hotel with a 24 hour pool before Would recommend to anybody wanting to stay around this area with travel

Ryan Kee

I was recently passing through town heading to vacation with my family Had some car trouble and had to stop for the night to wait for a shop to open Called around and this Holiday Inn was the only hotel with availability at 2AM

The representative I spoke with (wish I’d gotten his name to commend him) was very helpful and kind Once we got to the hotel he greeted us with enthusiasm and a smile, definitely what was needed with the frustration I’d had and being exhausted Got us checked in quickly and made the process simple The room was very clean and comfortable Breakfast selection the next morning was great as well when it comes to hotel selections I generally stay with other brands when I travel but based on this experience, I will definitely be looking into these hotels again in the future Thanks for being a bright light at the end of a long, stressful day

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would Me my husband and our three children checked into this room on 4/23/2022 and checked out the next morning When checking in we got the King Bed with pullout couch which was room 308

As soon as we pulled the pullout couch out there were dead bed bugs I immediately went downstairs and spoke to Josh at the front desk Josh was very personable and had great customer service I should mention Josh switched our room to room 311 Josh informed me that he would let management know about the bedbugs in room 308 After staying in room 311 which had double beds, when we woke up Sunday morning April 24th we saw a bed bug crawling on the freaking bed after sleeping in it all night My kids were horrified and we left the room in a hurry Didn’t even eat the breakfast because we were so disgusted Management needs to address this issue immediately and stop selling rooms They have a bed bug problem here and like all of us know bed bugs travel so they are more than likely in a lot of the rooms If you stay here I wish you all the best of luckSigned Mrs Hall

We stay here from time to time Because it’s affordable & pet friendly It’s also within walking distance to a very good Mexican restaurant we love

All the staff is always extremely friendly It has been remodeledso the rooms are nicer The only reason I gave it 3 stars for room is because there are issues this place has that cosmetics can’t hide Plumbing for one

Abby Cocuzza

Great location off 75 Allowed the dogs for free Very clean, pretty waterfall shower, AC worked great

My only complaints are that it ended up being more in person then what was shown onlineAlso they advertise free breakfast but don’t actually offer it

Pamela L

I thought the reviews over-hyped this motel It’s old and tired even with some updating in the rooms Elevators reeked of weed when I first got there

Pleasant enough staff, but if you book through a third party like Priceline, you will have to either give them $100 cash or a hold on a credit card in case you smoke or damage the room Yes, you get it back if all us well Just a pain Hold on credit cards can take 5 to 7 business days to release Lock was difficult to operate and took multiple attempts to open even by staff tooRoom was clean enough, but carpet should be removed even from entry Rest of room flooring was a wood laminate I believe Would spend a few more $ to stay at a nicer place

Very comfortable, clean property Free parking, lots of space, entertainment, functionality in the lobby Free breakfast

Free coffee/hot tea 24/7 Friendly staffBeds were very comfortable I liked the effort of the room designs – felt very open and roomy Some noise from either the hallway or other rooms (stomping, maybe because the floors have no carpet) The towels and washcloths felt very cheap, which was surprising considering this property is more expensive than others in the area The washcloths had a dirty tinge to them and were roughI didn’t feel like I got the value I paid, mainly because of the area It was a bit more expensive than it should have been But having had a terrible hotel experience a few days before at another hotel, I was just happy to get a wonderful night’s sleep at TRU

Leena Carmenates

Really really great front desk staff Interesting but very nice design options in the rooms and common areas Able to turn off the entrance light from your bedside was a game changer

You know, when you finally lay in bed after a long day and notice that darned light is still on and question whether you just leave it or muster up the strength to get up and turn it off Not an issue here! The shower was fantastic I picked this hotel on a whim and it really turned out great in every way

Wow!💯 for this Tru by Hilton in McDonough, GA A clean and impressive hotel with a hospitable atmosphere and a welcoming staff Being greeted by the amazing Front Desk Manager, this hotel has all the amenities that would please any type of traveler whether for business or pleasure

A couple of highlights from my stay: the in-room soap is one of the best I’ve ever had Did I mention how big the flat screen TV is?Certainly and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking forward to a great night’s sleep with an amazing hospitality
