The general manager (who comped us a breakfast after the people in the room next door had been partying all night) and the restaurant staff seem to be the only people there who know what they are doingFire alarm went off on Thursday evening; guy at the front desk was walking around laughing and filming with his phone instead of directing guests to proper staging area or even checking if everyone was safe Fire brigade arrived after about 10 minutes and then left without any staff making an effort to inform guests it was safe to come back in

Other person behind front desk seemed supremely disinterested and only gave an explanation after being asked Apparently a malfunction was the reason, as it happened again 10 minutes after and in some rooms they were apparently unable to shut it off only after an hour No apologies whatsoever were offered, only a half-hearted offer to move us to another room, which makes absolutely zero difference if the alarm goes off in the entire hotel Note that we were traveling with a 2-year-old as well, who we had to take out of bed and rush out with several times Again, zero apologies offered for the inconvenience Alarm went off twice more the next day, apparently due to a test which was not announced beforehandGeneral lack of service: no responses to several messages we sent through Bookingcom app before arriving to ask for a baby bed Luckily they did have one, but had to take it up to the room myself, and saw several other people walking around with hotel luggage carts, which would suggest severe staffing shortageFood options in the restaurant were either not available or not prepared as advertised (vegetarian burger was not available, grain bowl was not prepared as listed on the menu), though I suspect this is more due to issues with supplies than with staffBathroom had black mold on the ceiling, housekeeping seemed very understaffed, did not always empty trash cans and never removed dirty glasses we took up from the bar on the first night Water leaking from the ceiling in the restaurant and lobby areasPoolside was full of discarded cups, trash and clothing when I wanted to take my daughter for a swim one morningDry-cleaning service is not available on the premises (I realize it is not explicitly stated that it is) but outsourced to a local dry-cleaners, which would take 3-4 days when we asked for it To their credit, they did provide an alternative after we insisted that that was too longAll in all most of the staff seemed either utterly disinterested in their jobs or in dire need of hospitality training

Made reservation online May 6Tried to add a night on May 10Was directed to the property to make the change

Called the property and spoke with front desk about changes Was told, on May 10, that the changes were made and we were good Got confirmation e-mail 4 days before trip and I see the dates are wrongCall the property and speak with a manager whoo explains to me that the employee who made my changes never actually did anything and now they are booked solid and can do nothing I asked if there was another property near that we could move to I was told that this is a franchise and not linked to other Marriots ???Call Marriot corporate and they too were helpless I then spent over 1k to change flightsThe Worst Customer Service

Just had a wonderful stay The hotel is located in a quiet office complex It is surrounded with lush trees and walking trails which makes it perfect for a pet friendly hotel

The hotel is well maintained and very comfortable Everyone acknowledged Hats off to the breakfast staff Breakfast is non complimentary but the convenience, quality and selection far surpass what you’ll receive at a nearby restaurant Highly recommend this hotel

The Keystone Trucker

I stayed here for 2 weeks on military orders and enjoyed everyday I was here The hotel was very clean and is nonsmoking, which made it even better All the staff was nice and very professional

The cook was a sweetheart, and the food was very good I had the king suite with a lot of towels, charging outlets, and lamps The sheets were clean and the pillows were fluffed I do recommend

Everything about my week-long stay at this location was superb Kind, attentive service from the entire staff Accomodating to my needs for the location of my room,, and several colleagues who needed late check outs were a breeze to request

Rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable The morning breakfast staff – all I can say is that they were out of this world!!!! Each morning,, the chef and the server provided delicious meals and started my days off with smiles that were infectious! Thank you for making my business trip so pleasant! HOTEL IS CLOSED If you book your stay here (because you still can, despite it being closed!), you’ll arrive at the empty hotel to be greeted by a sign sending you to the Crowne Plaza next doorAs a disabled person, I spend hours searching hotels’ reviews before booking in case there are any accessibility issues (smells, pet odor, mold, etc) that can impact my medical condition— and I’m absolutely floored that there was no mention ANYWHERE by the hotel while we were booking or when calling the lobby that we’d be sent to an entirely different hotel

Outrageous

Dean Benjamin

Shocking!!! I booked at the hotel only to arrive and a sign to be on the door saying the hotel is closed for renovations No call No email

No prior notice at all Given the lack of Ubers, I think had to run, in the rain, along a freeway, to their sister hotel (Crowne) where apparently my reservation had been moved to (according to the sign on the door) Wedding suit drenched Had to dodge cars on a freeway and absolutely no recourse from IHG as I tried to rectify the situation Guess I will be staying at another hotel chain going forward

J&J Soft Play

I’m always hesitant to stay at an “INN” because of the reputation they carry but this hotel exceeded my expectations! Our room was very clean and spacious we got the double bed queen suite with a pull out sofa it was plenty of us and there was still plenty of space! The first shift staff was extremely accommodating and friendly! The breakfast buffet has a little bit of something for everyone seriously and they keep it fully stocked so don’t worry about getting down there late there will be food still! The pool was clean and a decent size! They have a basketball hoop for the kids with balls to keep them entertained to say the leastThere’s a cute outdoor patio right outside the pool for you smokers who may need a break there’s even lights for nighttimeThe bathrooms were clean

They have small things like tooth brush tooth paste mouth wash etc if you forget yours like me every time!9/10 — The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars or a 10/10 is because they had no pool towels or room towels available for my whole Saturday stay, and when they did have towels available it was never enough

Robert Miranda

My family came to this hotel for a recent vacation trip to New Jersey from Chicago We loved our room because it was large and the ceilings was tall They offered some awesome free breakfast and the staff kept the place clean even during breakfast

We loved the pool and the workout room option We will definitely come here again It was nice that this hotel was right off the New Jersey turnpike to get around

Paul Corban

It is a pleasure to see Customer Service and dedication to Customer Satisfaction, to well above and beyond the call of duty from all Staff members From Odessa at the front desk who, at the request of my Girlfriend back home, bundled some tea for me with a note from my Girlfriend and had it as a surprise for me when I entered my room that night after a hard days work, to Kelly in the kitchen preparing awesome breakfasts and coffee for us as we start our day every morning! Pricilla at the from desk was very pleasant and helpful for all requests, and I did interact with two other ladies at the front desk whose names I do not recall, but they also we very pleasant and helpful to me as well The manager, whose name also escapes me at the moment, was very accommodating with my room upgrade request and made my job a lot easier for my lengthy stay there

Thank You All for helping me spend a very comfortable and very pleasant stay at your Hotel! Keep Up The Good Work!

Internet was out so not only did I have to use my data but they could only give out one key Apparently that key had the ability to open all the doors There from Friday evening to Sunday morning and it was never fixed

No sort of compensation from the hotelIs a nice looking hotel Complimentary breakfast was tasty Indoor pool was warm Gym was pretty good Could use a second bench

Meryl Wimberley

Over the weekend I had my wedding and I was very happy with my room block at the Bordentown location The breakfast was actually very good, which I don’t ever expect from a hotel 😅 The rooms were big and perfect for getting ready in

I had my baby at the hotel with me and she slept all night, it was nice to control the individual Temperature in the living room and room Helena was very helpful in setting up the group block and answering all my questions promptly and kindly

ulyssa llovet

Easy check in & check out once I downloaded the Hilton Honors app The app made life a lot easier with the digital key as well Once we got into the room you could tell they didn’t clean it up to par, someone else’s underwear were still hanging on the shower rod … that’s upsetting

The pool had a too much chemicals it changed the color of my bathing suit so I had to throw it away Besides that the hotel was fine

Spacious, clean and quiet rooms with comfortable bedding Otherwise, the facilities lack considerably As is the norm post-Covid, services are reduced to the bare minimum, while maintaining or increasing prices to offset the effects of the pandemic

Don’t expect restaurant/bar service, housekeeping or room service The gym was clean and well equipped, the indoor pool was heated to 50F too cold to spend more than 15 minutes in it

Abbie B

I would give them 10 stars if I could We arrived at 2:30 in the morning and we were treated like royalty The gentleman who checked us in was so polite and very helpful

The hotel is gorgeous it’s pictures do not do it justice, the atrium is so relaxing with water fall and coy fish The room was nice and warm for our arrival, it was very clean and comfortable, the best 4 nights sleep in a hotel ever I would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go backAbigail Boyko, Mar 17-21, 2022

A solid hotel experience that fits directly into the Hyatt Regency brand pretty well The hotel is attached to the Carnegie Center and well located on US Route 1 Very easy to get to from my home in Philadelphia

Arrival and check in was really easy Parking is free, but uncovered Hotel had three weddings going on simultaneously and one of them was exceptionally large Not that the groups were loud or noisy, just not what I was expecting when I entered the property I was upgraded to the largest King bedroom available and it had plenty of space for my family, two year old toddler included Room was spacious and it felt recently updated The restaurant has a full dinner and breakfast service The dinner was really good but a bit pricy The breakfast was free to me as I have Hyatt status Breakfast was either an entree or a full buffet After breakfast, my son enjoyed the indoor pool which was really well covered from the massive amount of rain All in all this location made for a great staycation for our family and I will make sure to come back!

The kitchen area, living room smelled so bad It smelled like smoke, but smoking is not allowed The people cleaning the room should have cleaned better

The whole suite could have been cleaner The bedroom did not smell bad though, which is why I didn’t ask to moveFront desk was not as knowledgeable as they should be, for example, knowing about the TV system and what we would be charged to use Checking in I had to ask for information on restaurants, etc They were nice, but some need more trainingTub was slippery I almost fellNice location

The hotel is in real need of a face lift and updating When I travel I always stay at the Marriott chain because of their consistency but this one is 1 of the worst I’ve stayed at The Springhill suites down the road is in much better condition

A few pet peeves about this hotel1) there is no main room light nor is there 1 master switch to turn off the lights Each lamp has to be turned on and off individually 2) the electrical outlet by the bed is part of the lamp but the outlets don’t work well and you have to jiggle your power cord to get it to charge only then to loosen again and stop charging So you are not able to charge any devices by the nightstand beside the bed 3) the shower is gross and in need of a deep cleaning Refer to pictures attached especially of the grout 4) the bed sinks in the middle and is so soft, offering absolutely zero support I won’t be staying here again This gets a 1 star rating bc the bed is clean at least and you can use the app to check in and get a mobile key so they’re to date with technology from that perspective

Bright Eyes

Disappointed We chose this place for the amenities and confirmed they had the amenities Apparently you to also confirm they are available for use to the guest

Gym was out of service, spa was out of servicebut they charged full price and under delivered on their services Plus they have All of these COVID 19 notices for guests and the employees don’t follow

Mike Maynes

This hotel is worn and dated It smelled musty and there was guest food garbage piled up near ice/vending area, which made the whole hallway smell There were zero towel hooks in the room

Although the Bistro staff was friendly, they were lacking many of the menu items Apparently grilled chicken and oatmeal are supply chain victims The greens within the Mediterranean Bowl were the hi-light of our stay

Not sure about the location, but the service we got in the middle of the night and the breakfast in the morning (WAY more than a continental breakfast) was the refresher we needed Overall what I expect from Holiday Inns at this point Clean, comfortable rooms at a reasonable price

The breakfast (and their support team honestly) were what really stood out I had sausage biscuits and gravy, a cinnamon roll, and pancakes with scrambled eggs Never figured I’d be full from a complimentary “continental” breakfast!

Taylor Hampton

Didn’t even get to the hotel Have a service dog? Maybe a disability? Don’t stay here, find somewhere else They are not federally compliant on service animal regulations

They request documentation which is not a thing in the United States by the Americans with disabilities act They also want pet fees and deposits for service animals, something that is illegal in the states as well When you attempt to educate staff, they don’t seem to understand the law despite then being read it Have emailed management I talked to 2 reservations reps who send you back to the hotel I called guest relations who failed to put in the complaint the first time so another went out No responses They don’t follow the law and don’t appear to care I have turned them into the department of Justice as well as the state of New Jersey for failure to follow the ADAI booked at a hotel in the same town who laughed when I told them what was going and and flat could tell me what the law was on service animals Management needs to do better, if I could rate you less than 1 I would

Our stay here was aweful! This was our second time staying at a Holiday Inn Express and we did not enjoy our stay at all There were large black ants in the room We told the front desk and the receptionist came in the room and sprayed raid

Well that only made them come out more On the morning of check out there was a huge black and white spider that landed on the bed from the ceiling! It just so happened that my fiance had just got up and went to the bathroom or it would have landed right on him! The room never got cleaned our 3 days there even though we requested it The oatmeal for breakfast was cold and I had to take it back in the room to microwave itI sent an email to the hotel manager and waited a month before posting this I never heard from him Our experience at the other Holiday Inn Express was a bad experience as well I know one thing for sure, we won’t be staying at this or any other Holiday Inn Express again! You shouldn’t either!

We stayed recently for a medical appointment and we were very happy with our stay Check in was a breeze with friendly staff The room was larger than expected and had an included mini fridge and microwave

I liked the sitting room being separate from the beds and how comfortable the couch was The beds were just right and I had a great night’s sleep The pool is indoor which is wonderful to be able to use it year round It’s not heated so it can be chilly but the kid didn’t care much and gladly swam for an hour Will definitely stay here again

Very clean with everything functional Hard to believe it at a Marriott you have to think of that We checked in here after leaving the Element – another Marriott brand

The two are not really comparable other than the brand Marriott SpringHill place lives up to the brand Elements is more Red Roof in ambiance than anything else The employees here seem more professionalYou got to really read the google reviews and the most recent ones since the industry is having so much difficulty

If I could give 0

I would give 0! I got to the hotel after traveling 2 flights, 1 train ride and 2 users Arriving at 11:15pm I called hotel early in day and said I would be in late They said no problem Get in and they say the hotel is sold out I say I have a reservation and had it for 3 days! I’m here on bereavement and the woman had not a care in the world I asked to speak to a manager and they had to call her She was on phone saying I’m not on duty and basically didn’t want to help The girl behind the counter Alia I think kept talking over me and being very rude Then another girl came on duty and the other girl Alia walked out and left very abruptly The girl who came in Melanie helped me get a room 25 mins away but they wouldn’t get me a ride there She called the manager and the manager Jacklyn said just keep a receipt Why should I have to put anything OUT at all I am here after all this travel and they are basically throwing me out to the curb I want my points back, I want to be reimbursed for my suffering waiting in this lobby for over an hour after all day grieving and travel This should have never have happened and I should have gotten a call early in the day! I should be transfered to hotel with their expense What a complete disaster and poor management!!

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This web site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and usually will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the highest rated in the area

I have been coming here for a long time If you choose this place you definitely won’t regret itThis is a very lovely hotel that must have been recently built in the last few years I didn’t notice the typical Western smell but it may just be me You do have a Starbucks branded coffee area but I would not call it starbucks Overall it’s managed by very polite staff and the rooms are well designed It’s not a big hotel but it’s everything you need to enjoy your stay in Princeton

Jodi Dobinsky

The staff was very nice and efficient I solely booked this hotel over finding a slightly cheaper one because this hotel had rooms with a treadmill inside It was perfect for my early morning run

The missing star is just because the hotel is a little beat up looking There’s some stuffs, some spots, etc but the room was clean, even if it was a little worn

The hotel is not a go to destination being at an intersection of two interstates and across the street from a truck stop But the staff still treated me like I was staying there to enjoy the sites Clean room with a very comfortable bed

Breakfast was meager but filling and there was a good cup of coffee Check in was very easy as was check out

Jennifer D

The hotel appears to be undergoing a needed freshening up Our room seemed to be somewhere in the process, which was a bit disconcerting The bathroom was 1/2 renovated (we think?); the rest of the room seemed a bit worn and dated

The room looked clean and the beds were comfortable, which was our priority There was no hot breakfast, just a small muffin and an apple in a bag There is no neighborhood to speak of or anything of interest in the immediate vicinity Staff were pleasant and helpful, which we appreciated Of course, your mileage may vary!

Kenneth Bentivegna

I want to start this review by stating that when my family travels we almost always stay in a Hampton Inn I say this so you understand that I realize I am not staying in the Ritz, and I manage my expectations accordingly I also realize that this hotel was just off of two separate highways, in the middle of relative nowhere

The lobby and elevators were clean and nice The room was mostly clean, and the beds were clean and well made Now let’s get to the issues:1 The bathtub, did not drain appropriately, thus creating a pool of water that reached up to my ankles during my shower2 The bathtub had a black ring around the bottom, likely due to the tub’s failure to drain3 The door to the bathroom squeaked loud enough to wake the dead, so definitely loud enough to wake anyone that might be sleeping4 There were many holes in the bathroom from old fixtures in the bathroom that were just spackled over, and were quite obviousAlso in the bathroom, there were several purposeful cuts to the wallpaper that appeared to be abandoned prep for new fixtures5 The toilet seat was VERY loose loose enough to move off of the toilet and possibly pinch someone’s thighs6 The sheets were nice and soft but the quilt cover was very rough and uncomfortable7 At the base of the bathtub and floor tile there was a large black stain? Not really sure what it was It didn’t look like mold8 In between the beds the outlet cover was not large enough to cover the hole in the wall]9 Near the window the joint between the wall and ceiling was peeling as was a corner of the room Both of these areas were several feet in length10 The free breakfast area was clean but too small Four was a crowd It only had one waffle maker which really slowed down the process for everyone waiting There was very little choice of food, and what food they did have, there was very little of it, including no coffee They also ran out of eggs, and after a long attempt to find someone that worked there and a worker at the front desk that did a very good job of not making eye contact with anyone, someone did finally go in the back and make some more eggs and sausage and then left the area No fresh coffee was provided hey did have some fresh fruit, but it was 3 oranges, and about 10 black bananasAll in all, a very disappointing place to stay Definitely not representative of The Hampton Inn brand

I am in the area for an extended time due to work I have stayed here and the Residence Inn just down the road This hotel has a much better breakfast as well as a Wed happy hour and a functioning pool

Staff are friendly and helpful Room is good and cleaned 3x a week Despite this the room was very dusty on all the walls which I wiped down with a washcloth one day There are only two washers and dryers- and 2 of the machines don’t show the time (RI has 4 each) Location is a little tricky to get to with limited amenities in walking distance (Residence Inn wins in that regard)

I would certainly stay here again Our room was comfortable and quiet I heard no noise from Route 1 nor any of our neighbors

We made friends with the family across the hall and the hotel let us do a late checkout This place gets busy on the weekends so the breakfast was still pretty good but the weekday breakfast was even better including grilled veggies to eat with our eggsA couple minor complaints would be to offer non-pork options for families with dietary restrictions and also I don’t know if it legal in NJ, but we were greeted with the snell of marijuana outside the front main entry of the hotel and I noticed one guest amd his companion / spouse several times smoking a large blunt right outside the side door to the parking lot All of the staff were super helpful and hard working The fellow longer hair who helps out with maintenance and guest service I spoke with around midnight and he was back working the next morning I personally would avoid staying on the first floor it seems like it gets a ton of traffic either to and from the lobby or to the pool We stayed on the fourth floor with no issue, I need the exercise The suites on the far end x40 and x41 are much larger than a standard room but the bedroom is not isolated from the rest of the space but the rest room is

Pathetic experience! At 6:30 AM in the morning on 03/17/22, the hot water was not running in bathroom or sink, and when asked the front desk they mentioned that they would look in to it I decided to go for breakfast and shower later 1 hour later at breakfast, I heard everyone saying same thing, no hot water in the entire building! Guests had to take cold showers in 45 F weather!! Everyone looked super annoyed and grumpy

The front desk people did not understand the intensity of the problem and didn’t look that they are try to fix issues other than using diplomatic hotel type language 2 hrs later they still did not fix the problem and I had to leave the hotel without taking shower I overheard someone talking at the breakfast that this issue isn’t the first time I suggest to check in at a different place

We stayed on Saturday 7/16 and woke up to this roach in our bedding, it appeared dead at first but was very much alive Management was non-responsive to my initial email and even seemed annoyed and inconvenienced in their response to me following up on not having heard back from them on what I would consider a important issueThe room was indeed nice and the rate we paid decent, but my disappointment is in Managements handling of the issues

I’ve stayed here three times in the past month First two times, no issues My last visit on 3/31 was a nightmare

First – I pulled up to check in around 830pm There was a large family (not sure if they were there for a wedding or a different occasion) who had all of their cars blocking the main entrance and both sides of the road to pull up to the main entrance I’m talking 10-15 cars When I tried to get by they just sat there and refused to move until I said something Check in process was smooth minus the gentleman that was in the back office awkwardly staring me down My other concerns were the room It was a rather warm night and the room cooling and heating unit was showing 75 degrees There is a panel on the wall to control the central air but it apparently was broken because there were no lights or numbers showing up The standalone unit out of the window I tried to reduce the temperature and put it into cool mode but it would just turn off as if the cooling function did not work Could only put it into fan or heat mode Needless to say it was extremely warm in the room the entire night I was Probably better off sleeping in my car for the night Lastly, the shower head in this room, room 242 had a ton of calcium and deposit build up that was noticeably visible, which seemed to impact the pressure of the water and the water turned all the way up, still did not feel too warmLike I said First two visits – no issues Most recent visit – NIGHTMARE

What a wonderful hotel! Looks newly renovated and incredibly clean I travel a lot for work and this will definitely be my hotel in the area when I return Their free hot breakfast was amazing! Besides usual pastries and bagels, they had eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and make your own hot waffle, which I saw the kids really enjoyed

The room was very comfortable to work in, had good WiFI during my whole stay in room or lobby I’m a hard critic of hotel bathrooms and this one was very good!Five stars from a frequent traveler!

We recently stayed at the hotel for our wedding reception and it was a wonderful experience The staff, especially the manager on site, was super accommodating and understanding, especially when we were running late and kept some of our vendors waiting They also offered us extra bottles of water knowing that we’ll be returning late and in need of that extra hydration plus they didn’t hesitate to offer us late check out! 🙂 The room was super clean and comfy! Since breakfast is usually served until 10AM, when I came down at 9:35AM the next morning, I expected to find scraps but to my surprise, the breakfast bar was fully stocked! That was definitely very much appreciated and the food was great! Overall, the experience was wonderful and I would definitely recommend staying at this location 🙂 Worth every penny!

The two main reasons for reserving this hotel are the pool and the cleanliness; they didn’t disappointThe hotel didn’t get this cleanliness rating for no reason All the way from the reception, through the lobby, to the room, you can sense a fresh smell and you’ll even notice the carpents looking brand new (they could well be) which is sometimes a turn off in other hotels

You then come into the room and smell a sweet scent, as though they’re preparing you for an experienceThe pool was also nice and warm and was pleasant The whole experience was great and would definitely recommendMy only suggestion, if any, would be to actually provide locks for the bathroom doors, as opposed to sliding doors that can’t be locked We had to get used to it quick, but having a family in a room would always be worrisome and we can definitely do without that worryOther than that, we enjoyed the stay very much
