Not only was this hotel extremely clean, it was probably one of the best we have stayed at customer service wise Erica was amazing She bent over backwards to give us a late checkout, since we couldn’t check into our next place until 3pm

Even the maintenance staff was friendly and helpful The breakfast every morning was very good, and the restaurant has really good food you can order delivered to your room The gym is one of the best gyms I have seen in any hotel The indoor pool/ hot tub/ sauna was very relaxing and enjoyable I have no gripes whatsoever about this hotel I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and would recommend this place to anyone who was staying in Park City

Rachel Miller

Stayed here on my first trip to Park City and absolutely loved this hotel! Slept very well and the breakfast was phenomenal Really appreciated that the breakfast was served by the employees at the buffet (eggs, bacon and waffles) rather than guests touching the utensils to grab the foodOnly complaint was that it was very easy to hear what was going on and conversations in the hallway from our room, however that didn’t impact our sleep since fellow guests adhered to quiet hours

Adrian Welsh

This is a nice hotel with good rooms and a really fun pool (two hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pool, and two sauna rooms – a dry one and a steamy one) The breakfast is good yet not the most organized for flow of people It isn’t really walkable to anything and is maybe an 8 minute drive to Kimball Junction (with no traffic)

You are much closer to downtown Main Street The parking a little limited and they seem understaffed, especially at night time The rooms were really nice and clean

This is my second time staying here Great location Staff is always pleasant and helpful

It’s an outdated place but they are remodeling Both times I’ve stayed here there were issues with the AC system I would not recommend staying here until they are done remodeling While they do appear try and be as accommodating as they can with the construction it’s still very annoying I would advise avoiding until Sept 22 when it is scheduled to be completed

Southside Savy

They are renovating, should be done in a month or so but I’m reviewing for the now Old and smelly Game Room closed, pool closed

But They still charged us their regular “resort” fee of $17/day Huh?! Their Welcome Water container not working but they keep bringing it out daily 🤦‍♂️Coffee in the morning, that’s it The people above us were loud the first night, could hear every single step they made, paper thin floors? Nothing special about the placeRenovations in a month or so could completely change things but very meh for our stay

Xopher

I think we found the slums of Park City Stains on the sheets and pillow case, a hole in the wall, room needs a deep clean, lots of things are dirty or unsightly that really shouldn’t be, tub drain plugs coroded and do not lift up, odd black stains on ceiling, mystery wall plate with something missing, usedbar of soap in the shower upon arrival, pool and hot tub are closed

hopefully you can see the pictures from the room that I posted I’ve stayed in Motel 6s that are cleaner and in better condition than this placeUpdate – On our first night, the heat wasn’t working, the lobby was frigid cold and the heat in the room ran constantly and was blowing barely warm air Then, 1/2 way thru our 7 day stay, we woke up to absolutely no hot water! Aggected the whole hotel, per the front desk, with no ETA on repair Not a great way to start a day in PC Also, if you dare to stay here, be sure to request a room on the right side of the building There are dumpsters right outside the left side, and they trash truck comes other morning at 7am sharp

My wife and I stayed here for three nights recently while visiting Park City The building is a little dated at this point, but the room has been kept fairly current We had a 2Br, 2 bath unit and it was spacious and very adequate for our needs

There was a full kitchen and the beds and living room were all very comfortable Parking is primarily outside but there are some spots in the underground garage as well which is where we chose to park The location is outstanding in terms of being in walking distance (1/2 mile) of a lot of restaurants and easy drive to the downtown or neighboring activities Our only complaint was that the station guide didn’t work on the TVs

Benjamin Miller

Place is great for price Very quite and pool is nice Robes for everyone when we arrived

Plenty of towels and room Price on off-season was more than fair for Park City For four people the condo was more than enough room Only surprise for me ( not a negative thing though being from Alaska) was the room smelled slightly like campfire Surprisingly pleasant since I didn’t realize the fireplace is a wood burning one Make the place feel really cozy Seems like a really fun place in both the peak (ski resort)season and the off season Will stay again and recommend to others Keep it up!

Good hotel Cost vs benefit is one of the best close to park city The rooms are big and well maintained

I removed one star because the AC unit is too noisy and the mattress was too soft in my opinion They have a very small gym and a pool/spa My guess is that they over chlorine the spa and pool because the smell is strong and my wife suit lost its color 😮Breakfast was included in the daily rate and it was good enoughBut as I said before, it is a good hotel I would stay here again

Judy Ludlow

The beautiful and kind lady that worked the front desk was amazing! I believe her name was Kerry She was friendly and accommodating We were on an emergency trip

She gave us a great room, one of the most beautiful rooms we had ever seen at HIE Wish we had been there for another reason but it made the night very relaxing We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed two nights in a co-ed room for a ski trip The room, bathroom and common areas were kept quite clean My fellow roommates were extremely considerate of quiet times so I had very restful sleep

There’s plenty of bathrooms so I never had to wait to shower or change (only female in the room) The huge walk-in fridge was a nice surprise The location is great, right next to two bus stops to get to Park City or Deer Valley within 10-15 minutesThe only suggestion that I would have would be for the cleaning staff to check/vacuum under the beds, and sometimes the bathroom floor was wet after people showering there – may need extra bath mats, or a way for people to wipe down the floor when they are doneBring an eye mask as the window coverings do not black out sunlight in the morning

Noemie

Truly debating writing this review as I’d love to keep this gem for myself I booked a private room for a solo ski trip and it was amazing The bed was comfie, the smart TV was huge and Netflix log ins were provided for you

It was also quiet! Guests were really respectful of the 10pm quiet time, and it was pretty much quiet by 9pm The bathrooms are sparkling clean, lock individually, and I never had to wait for one The bus stop to the mountain is a 2 min walk and it takes less than 10 minutes to get there I didn’t cook at the hostel, but did put a few yogurts in the walk-in fridge for breakfast (again, super convenient!) The hostel is also located across from a 7-eleven which can be convenient I stayed 2 nights and really wish I stayed 3 I’ll be back, thanks again!

I like this place Pretty clean They come every morning at 9-10 ish to clean up

It feels cosy and close to lots of things Angled parking seems easier to get at stuff in your car than usual My bed was pretty comfortable I really like the candy ice room Mostly because of the ice GREAT ICE MACHINE! There was a big carnival in the park across the street yesterday with a country band and all It was great And I don’t really like country music It’s close to lots of state parks and the Heber train There is a Walmart very close – that’s kind of helpful

BrookeXp

My husband, my grandma , my brother and myself all stayed at this inn for one night , we came to Heber for a wedding reception and thought this inn looked cute so we decided to book it and I’m happy we did , the front desk receptionist was very nice , the room was clean , the bed was super comfortable the ice machine worked and had plenty of ice , the tv worked great and I felt safe there , the most important thing for me , overall satisfied and could see myself booking again in the future !

The hotel itself is quite dated, there doesn’t seem to be many improvements other than the door locks in many years Room was adequate but without a/c They did provide a box fan that worked well enough with the windows open to keep the room a decent temperature

However, breakfast is not included and they charge $15/ person for a basic continental breakfast of muffins, bagels, cereal, yogurt, and coffee The front desk staff were great and helped out with getting luggage to and from the car, as the parking lot is a ways away Overall not bad but overpriced for what you get

Kathy Youmans

Overall, a very pleasant stay (we were there in March 2022) Initially, we were concerned about our car being parked so far away from the inn, but the staff helped us unload/load with a golf cart, and the one-time valet service of $12 brought the car near the entrance whenever we needed it and cleared the windshield of ice and snow Yes, the rooms are dated but they are very clean and well-maintained

It seemed odd that there are no microwaves in any of the rooms, but if you need one they’ll bring it up to you There are very few choices for bars and restaurants in the area and they all close down early in the evening After four nights, it got a bit boring (and expensive) to keep revisiting them We didn’t bother with the breakfast buffet area by the lobby (it seemed way overpriced) If you bring food (like we did), keep in mind that the fridge is small We stored our prepackaged frozen food on our balcony, but the next morning it was devoured by a very large raven 😳 It’s a very short walk to the ski lifts and free ski lockers were available downstairs Hot tub and pool were very good Keep in mind that if you choose a ski-slope/mountain view, you may hear snow plows clearing the area and backing up (beep, beep, beep) just before the crack of dawn

Jenette F

Rooms were clean and well accommodated Staff was friendly and helpfulThe resort is nestled in a quaint village with a couple small shops and restaurants, within walking distance to ski lifts

We were even lucky enough to see a moose from our balcony one nightA couple downsides that many from our group mentioned were finding the resort within the village, finding the check-in and bag drop-off area, and the parking lot (which was not large enough for the busy weekend we were visiting)

This Inn is awesome, very nicely decorated rooms, that are very clean and comfortable It’s located on a real farm and it’s very relaxing to just sit and observe the farm animals The scenery of the mountains behind the farm is beautiful

We enjoyed getting out of the heat in the Ogden Valley for the weekend We stayed in the bunk house which allowed us to bring our two doggies along It’s only a few miles from Kamas and the Mirror lake highway, which gets crowded on the weekends We were glad to come back to the Farm, after a day with the crowds of people for the serenity the farm offered Sheri, the owner is really nice and friendly I highly recommend staying here!

Emy Porter

We spent a wonderful night at the woodland farmhouse inn after a day of hiking and kayaking in the uintas The inn is located in a small quiet town, but is fairly close to Kamas and the uintasThe inn is so pretty and welcoming

We loved hearing the history of the home and property We reserved the upstairs suite and ended up having the whole house to ourselves Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very inviting The king size bed was so comfortable The bathroom was huge with both a deep claw foot tub, and a double-headed shower Soap, shampoo, and hair dryer were provided as well as plenty of towels and the fluffiest robesWe thoroughly enjoyed the property It is beautifully landscaped and so inviting We spent the evening on the back porch and did not want to leave It was so fun to watch all the animals and even though we were off the road, the property feels secluded and very private We were able to also enjoy a delicious breakfast of French toast, berry compote, and bacon on the back porch It was the perfect end to a wonderful stay A big thanks to the host for creating such a wonderful property and sharing it with us She was so kind and inviting and truly made us feel welcome I would love to return one day

This is our second visit to the homestead crater The first time there was a scuba class and that was fine and this time was all young families which was fun too! Staff was courteous and helpful We have had a great experience each time

The crater is always such a cool sight to behold definitely something important for a comprehensive bucket list Our kids loved swimming in “the volcano”!I love the mineral feel of the water and how soft it makes my skin Definitely a fun yet pampering experience They provide life jackets and that makes is very convenient to just show up for a fun and safe experience of a lifetime

Nick Riddle

I just got my scuba certification at the Crater and I can’t say enough about what a great experience it was Dani, my instructor, was super friendly, patient, and professional and really made it feel more like we were having fun diving rather than simply just testing my skills The rest of the staff there were also very friendly and attentive

The water was BEAUTIFUL and very warm, making diving a breeze HIGHLY recommend this place to any other divers!!

Carlos Orjuela

Nice and relaxing pool When you get to the place you wait outside until is it your time to enter It is much better of you have your swim suit on

It is a narrow tunnel They will check your reservation and you are ready to go A couple of shelves and lockers are available You can rent your snorkel gear The water is great and relaxing The small space will allow you to float around Life vests are mandatory No much to see if you plan to snorkel Enjoy your time They will let you know when your time is over Make the line to use one of the four dressers to change your clothes Nice spot to have a different experience

One of my top 3 hotels I’ve ever stayed at Chanelle was SO nice, very accommodating and just super professional She’s a great representation of best western plus

We didn’t try breakfast But inside the hotel is very clean, including the rooms 24 hr pool which is a huge plus We’ll definitely be staying again Even if it’s going out of our way a little bit to get there

Lisa Jones

We have stayed at this hotel more than once and always loved the service we received They are currently only cleaning rooms every 3rd day, which is understandably tied to the current employee shortage, but also disconcerting for someone who cleans their own home more frequently than that We are staying in a standard room that is no cheaper than last year, but with less service

My husband went on the hunt for trash bags this morning and keeping things in order is on the guest This is all fine and understandable, but not for the price I chose this hotel because it’s always so nice and clean Possibly leave a small vacuum and broom in the closet with extra towels for guests?

Deb Pearson

I dont know where to begin with the compliments I had been travelling by myself for days driving cross country I had terrible luck finding safe, clean hotels

The room was HUGE, spotless, comfortable and super accommodating to my dogs The next morning I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast Real eggs!! The breakfast was super yummy with lots of simple options The staff were incredible, the front desk guys were friendly and professional, i spoke to Keaton and an amazing woman who was being trained the morning I was there They made me feel like we were old friends I cant say enough about this hotel I needed this stop to rejuvinate me Thanks guys, I appreciate your hard work and your amazing personalities and hospitality
