Got a jetted tub room for a few days, have nothing negative to say other than the tub could’ve been a little cleaner and the bed was sunk in but still very comfortable The property itself was was extremely quiet, although the traffic is quite loud plus the construction going on if you need to sleep during the day I might recommend going elsewhere Would stay again

Where to begin? First you should know that you’re paying for literally a bed to sleep on (a really bad bed) and a shower that barely works That’s it Need to laundry? Out of order

Need a drink from the vending machine? Out of order Need to use the stairs to get to your room? Out of order (not sure how that’s possible but okay) AND you have to walk around the entire hotel to use the stairs at the other end Need ice from the ice machine? Out of order Want a fresh breakfast that was “included in your cost for the room”? Hope you like black bacon and dried eggs and juice, that’s all they have In addition, the typical “we put a hold on your payment for $100 for incidentals” will occur which is fine, but they take it one step further of actually fully charging you the additional $100 and then you have to wait one week to get that money

The lady that checked us in was super nice but the room was very subpar for the price we paid Everything looked old and worn, Except the fridge and microwave The AC unit wouldn’t stay on and I woke up because it was so hot in the room

I kept having to lower it just to get it to kick on The hair dryer wasn’t working and me and my husband both tried to get the shower to work but we couldn’t and we didn’t want to push or pull too hard to break it Check out was at 11:00 but at 9:00 am while we were getting dressed, housekeeping knocked on the door and wanted us out But I was very confused So I called the front desk and checked and it was definitely 11 so we waited till 11 When we checked out I told the lady, who was pretty snippy with me, at the front desk about the tub, and instead of saying they would check it out or would send housekeeping to check it out She asked if I would walk up with her to prove to me that it worked It did in fact work and I guess we just weren’t pulling hard enough but I told her about the hair dryer and she checked it too but said they would have to get another one because it didn’t work for her either I’ve just never ran across a front desk worker who does that, like she had to prove we were stupid or something I wasn’t being rude about it I’m 32 years old I don’t need to be treated like a child
