Guest Services

The Manager and staff are very personable and ready to help you in any way The Hotel is still under construction in some areas but the place is 10000 times nicer than other hotels in the area More than anything, we felt safe and secure and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable

Breakfast was good and we were able to get in and out of the Hotel to the Hwy We will be back!

We are frequent CHOICE CUSTOMERS

This Comfort Inn is one of the least desirable It is quite rundown , the couch had several stains on it, the bath drain was slow, the door had to be pulled to close and the tile looked very grungy The morning Employee had to be asked to make hot breakfast as it had been empty for 15 minutes Tho she was very courteous The night Employee was very courteous & friendly

Lance and Anica are Rock Stars! I had a helmet modulator stolen off my motorcycle helmet Whoever took it didn’t know what it was or how to turn it off I could tell by my phone it was somewhere in the hotel

After looking for hours and no success we talked with Lance and Anica They both went through empty rooms, dug through garbage, and went all around the hotel looking We finally had to leave but I left my number with them Whilst cleaning a room, Anica found it Lance took it upon himself to overnight it to me so we could have it for my 1700 mile trip They went way above and beyond customer service They are the kind of employees that a business should try hard to keep (or steal!)

Room was filled with smoke even though we had booked a non-smoking They did give replacement but it wasn’t any better Shower didn’t have enough water pressure and shower head was leaky

Refrigerator was too small and at only cooled to like 60° Way too old TV when LCDs are dirt cheap these days, and it mostly played local news channels Mattress were pushed/settled in and you can feel the coils/springs on the mattress, woke up with sore back in the morning The service was terrible and they would never pick the phone even when you’re on the line for 15+ minutes – we noticed that had put the phone away with no ringer (we tried calling right in front of the desk just to see why they didn’t pick up) Finally, we were looking forward to the breakfast but what a horrible horrible horrible breakfast! Waffle with way too much backing soda that you can taste the salty flavor, milk was spoiled, serials were smelly, juice machine was broken, no flavors of any yoghurt, no bread, coffee was worst There was actually nothing good about the breakfast Avoid this place at all cost especially if you’re with family/kids

Shower had someone’s hair left in it, power strips didn’t work, damp and musty rooms It wasn’t all of the service folk, but the one I had to deal with just as I was waking up and getting going could use some training in customer service It isn’t a 1-star, so I suppose they earned thier hotel rating: a 2-star hotel

Edit: adding a star as the effort to be “better” is clear The response is greatly appreciated Keep pushing and I’m sure ratings will improve

I loved the location as the bike/walk path is right outside camp The playground was fairly large and equipment spread out The bathrooms were okay

My only complaint is most fire pits had garbage in them Campers threw butts, cans, plastic, etc While I wish the campers where more respectful, I also wish the park would clean this up and find a way to help prevent itIt was nearly empty when we stayed Most sites where fairly large The hook-ups are shared and can be more than 20′ from camperWe would definitely go back and stay for longer than one night

Cabin was clean We booked a cabin so we could bring our 2 dogs with us Unfortunately when we checked in Friday night, there was a sign hanging up stating *NO PETS ALLOWED* I checked with the host couple, lady wasn’t very friendly and told me “If that’s what the sign says, you have to follow it”

After explaining to them that it states in the reservation that pets ARE allowed, the guy told me to just go ahead We felt bad though and scrambled to find a place for our dogs to stay for the weekend So either it needs to get changed on the reservation site or the sign stating it needs to come down (keep in mind that there were other cabins at the Marina that had dogs) Otherwise we enjoyed our time there this weekend

I give this place 2 stars mainly because there is a McDonald’s across the street WiFi signal was too weak for our phones We found ourselves in the hallway to get a reliable signal

What would normally be in the bathroom, the sink was in the bedroom The parking lot was filthy The “corporate” image makes the place look quaint, but it was run down and in need of some TLC Do better Wyndham

Don’t let the price make you weary This place is undervalued The hotel is older but well kept

Beds are comfortable enough, room was clean Has a few issues as any older hotel does but all around good place Cheap rates, maintained exterior, safe, fresh paint, and CLEAN rooms/bathrooms! Locally owned Helpful and welcoming staff, Kelly was wonderful I would suggest calling to make a reservation & they offer a military discount on top of their already amazing prices Great place to crash for a night

I just needed a place to stay overnight one night (10/07/2021-10/08/21) on my way through Jamestown, ND, to parts south and east I was going to change oil at the Don Wilhelm dealership, which turned out to be just across the street from the Jamestown Motel! The motel was inexpensive (compared to others in the city), but MORE than satisfactory for my needs The room was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay

The bathroom and shower were excellent, as was the refrigerator, TV, and other amenities The management was attentive to my needs and the environment was safe and quiet If I ever needed to stay in a Jamestown motel again in the future, I would definitely stay there

Crystal Love

This motel was a last minute booking through a agency like around 1 or 2 in the morning I had an hour to still drive to get there but I had to pull over I couldn’t drive without rest I did receive a call from the manager/owner asking if I did book a room i said yes I was trying to get there as fast as I could

I finally arrived 5 am and the room was only book till 11 am that same morning but I desperately needed sleep and manager was very polite even after waking him up I told him my situation with the booking prior to me getting In there and he was very compassionate and said he wouldn’t charge me anymore and gave me the room till the next day instead of the few hours I would of had left That was the nicest thing a motel had ever offered just because I was so grateful for him and the room was clean quiet place and they didn’t bother me like most places would just to be nosey I will definitely recommend this place and definitely stop there again passing through!! Thank you again!!!

Hotel is on the south side of Jamestown Staff was nice Nice rooms, everything worked

Shout out to whoever made the showers, they were probably the best hotel showers I’ve ever been in Other than that, pretty basic hotel Would have given 4 stars, except the breakfast is awful Very little choice and the “hot breakfast” was cold and just gross (especially the eggs)

Darci Garrigues

Obviously anyone who has stayed here knows about the extremely rude breakfast lady My question is why has nothing been done to remedy her attitude? Stayed here 4 nights and by the 2nd morning I decided to get my own breakfast elsewhere Terrible selection

Unless you’re into a pre made eggo in a ziploc bag Milk was in gallon jugs that sat in a mini fridge with no lids on them all day I had chosen to make a cup of oatmeal with milk instead of water The rude breakfast staff lady approached me and said, “there’s no microwaves down here, that’s why the hot water is right there” She grudgingly took my oatmeal and heated it up for me I’d have used the microwave in my room if she hadn’t insisted on taking it from my hand Next day, I’m filling a small water bottle with the water they have in the breakfast area She then told me there’s a fountain down the hall Breakfast warmers had signs that made it sound like you might be getting a decent sandwich In reality, you open the lid to find pre heated wrapped jimmy dean (gas station) sandwiches The room wasn’t very clean at all Looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed The pool deck was atrocious There was food, bandaids, even an earring along with other garbage all over it I didn’t feel comfortable barefoot The water fountain in the pool area was covered in rust/mold The slides weren’t turned on and myself along with 4 other families and children waited over an hour for the front desk attendant to turn them on Before any of this, they had messed up the dates my group was staying I had arrived to check in, waited about 25 minutes to get to my room Unpack, get settled in, and then the room phone rings It was the front desk saying they needed that room for the weekend (it was Monday, my checkout was Friday) and I needed to move downstairs to a different room This hotel is great as far as a pool area is concerned for kids (with water shoes on), but all in all, I’d rather stay across the street at the Hampton

Standard and clean rooms I did feel itchy when I first entered the room But everything looked clean and smelled fine

The blanket is like bed-sheet thin Firm bed, which I prefer No real breakfast food All they have is water-like coffee, white toast, sugary oatmeal, and cereal with a gallon of milk everyone shares I would not pay more than $60 just for a room for 2 people here Maybe $65 max if there is actually eatable breakfast The front desk manages both front desks here and the super 8 right across

Loved this hotel! Large quiet rooms, extensive breakfast options, nice pool areaHot tub was hot which was nice change from most hotels these days All staff encounter were helpful and friendly! Breakfast had a maple rope sausage versus sausage links

Yum! Their waffle bar and potato’s with peppers were to die for! My new favorite get away!

The staff at this location are wonderful The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming The rooms and lobby are very clean

We stayed here for our Grandson’s college graduation We didn’t have any place else to go between events so we all sat in the lobby and visited and played cards They made us feel right at home Restaurants and Walmart are in walking distance of the hotel The breakfast included here is the best I’ve ever seen Our two day stay included scrambled eggs, cheese omelet, waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, bacon, sausage, etc The stay here made our family experience perfect

Cody B (Cody)

Absolute joke of a hotel The front desk person placed me in the wrong room and after booking and sending another guest to my room, the employee called and asked me to inform the other guest of the mistake and send them down to the front deskThen, as if my reservation was wiped from the system, the internet quit working and would not allow me to sign in with my access information

Shortly after talking to the front desk yet again, I was informed that I needed to switch rooms because the room I was in was no longer showing available and they could not have an unavailable room being occupied, so I had to pack up all of my things for work that I was working on and change rooms 3 plus hours after checking inAbsolutely the worst experience at a Hilton property I have had thus far

This was an unexpected suprise The rooms were nice They were clean minus the stray hair under my pillow

Fridge, microwave, hair dryer and coffee pot There was also breakfast No bacon as shown on the wall but a decent selection and plenty of sausage 🤮 eggs were over cooked and a waffle maker would be nice but we found enough to have a good breakfast I highly recommend staying here if your in the area You can’t beat the price It’s also 2 minutes away from the world’s largest Buffalostatuethere were live ones but we couldn’t see them

Bryce Keigley

The room was pretty noisy with mechanical sounds The pool guy showed up while i was in the cold hot tub and my kids were swimming to dump a bunch of chlorine in the pool No towels available down there other than a big garbage can full of used ones

There was barely any water pressure from the tub faucet and the drain was clogged My kids have been looking forward to this trip for a month and i feel like we got hosed Front desk guy was hit or miss Will most likely try another hotel next time we are in Jamestown Breakfast was okay

Dan Nelson

Our room was ok other than some hair we found on the bathroom floor However what was disappointing was the pool area that looked liked it had not been cleaned for months The window sills have dirt all over and some seemed to be growing green moss also, the floor around the pool was dirty with wet tissue clumps on the floor all weekend and the garbage had the same stuff in it Sunday that we put in it Friday night

I’m sure the pool is not a huge deal for them, but for my family it was something the kids wanted it was just kinda gross

The shower house is horriblePictures will be posted

2 out of 3 toilets and the urinal, have water all over the floors with fecesCustomers have been plunging them on their own just to have a place to use the restroomIt is not just once in a while eitherThe shower floors have broken boards and rusty screws protruding You will not only need shower shoes but you will definitely want them after looking at the placeOut of the last week they have NEVER cleaned it and they sure don’t worry about the overflowing facilities

Linda Vigesaa

OK for one night We stated here one night during a 2 1/2 RV trip visiting friends and family Fairly small, parking lot type of sites

The building with bathrooms, showers and laundry was old and not in great condition The shower floors have wood slabs – my husband said some broken in mens shower The bathroom/showers were clean and had adequate hot water so met our needs Onsite restaurant, food, drinks and service were great

Vicky Kessler

Camping for the nightNice stop! The reviews we read before arriving were all over the place, from great to terrible So, we entered with an open-mind There are several sections to the campground: some are in a gravel park area/no trees

Another, further out appear to be long term folks Then, the travelers like us under nice large trees on either side Green grass out the door and large green areas for walking the dog I was a bit worried that we were on a slight hill, but it wasn’t much because the RV leveled without bringing the tires off the ground (Site8) Full hookup Checked out the laundry 2 washers, 2 dryers all worked The restrooms/showers are dated but clean We are self-contained so it didn’t matter to us For $27, we were happy (30 and 50 amp) water No sewer Quiet, convenient The restaurant had their Thursday night rib special $995 It was great!Meat was so tender it fell off the bone The view from the upper deck was fabulous, and the bison family adorable Better yet, we just walked over from our campsite All the staff were friendly! Nice stop!

No functional WiFi The layout is confusing as you can’t get to the front desk from within the hotel if you stay on the second floor No free breakfast

The pool looked dirty Clean, but dated rooms with hard mattresses Acoustics in the hall and pool makes everything sound very loud Lots of loud drunk people at the bar My coworker almost got in to a fight with someone going to the bar when we were checking in
