213 room was small but fine for a couple The bed was super comfortable but I wish there were extra blankets in the room It was pricey for what you got

Pros:-great AC-fridge-two keys-plugs on two sides of the bed-staff was wonderfulCons:-I’ve never used a smaller shower, it was like 4×4 smaller than a camper shower The shower only was HOT, no cold setting which was needed after walking in 90 degree weather and the shower head has no pressure-room was small and constantly hit our shins on things-room is a the top of the stairs so it got loud-no microwave-double doors to get in that had curtains that constantly blew open so people could see In-pool bar not open daily

The place is very clean and very accommodating Soooook friendlySmall rooms with everything you need in them

Very welcomingThe one small negative I have to add is that you can hear guess coming in from late at night due to the sound vibrations of walking on the outside deck, again, small negativeWe will be back here again I highly recommend the place compared to some of the others we’ve seenDo your research, word of mouth is best

I’m going to try and mention anything else I can that the other 5-star reviews haven’tThe welcome and accommodations for guests were out of this worldFree laundry use if you need it (important note) that could affect how you pack

The amount of free breakfast and free snack/beverages are just 5-star! And I want to add champagne at the breakfast with multiple flavors of coffee and coffee creamer, that’s perfect for me!Water and snacks are the things I always worry about when at a hotel and I try and make sure to bring water and snacks but you don’t have to worry about it here They even have a huge cooler of bottled water out by the swimming pool/hot tubMy husband and I stayed here for an adults trip but we could easily have accommodated our kids here and it would have met every need for them I noticed a large group of adults were here when we were and what a great facility to bring your large group It’s like a mini resort area right off in the heart of Key WestWhen I go on vacation I am very picky and I have very high standards of cleanliness with bedding and bathroom areas and this villa was amazing!! Met all my high standardsThey literally think of everything from the amazing welcome to the free snacks and beverages, free happy hour from 5-6pm down to the amenities within your roomMy husband was skeptical when I told him we were staying in a “villa” as he is use to staying at large hotels and resorts and he was so amazed with this place I am not sure he will leave!I have already shared this place with friends and family and we will use it next time with a larger group!

We walked into the door and were welcomed by the owners who were very nice and accommodating They quickly checked us in and gave us a tour of the property They host a happy hour each night, free breakfast in the morning, and free snacks and drinks throughout the day

When we arrived for happy hour the owner was happy to offer us the shot of the day and greated us by our names making it a very personal experienceOur room and accommodations were amazing We will definitely be back again in the future!

Michael Morris

We just finished a weeklong stay at the Key West Villas and had an amazing time The owners and staff were very kind and immediately addressed any of our needs The room was very clean and had all of the updated amenities you could ask for

The complimentary continental breakfast was well stocked and even included a mimosa bar Furthermore, the complimentary Happy Hour was amazing with a “shot of the day” and a wide choice of delicious cocktails They have laundry machines with detergent at your disposal and fresh pool towels available all day We had the best week and will definitely return on our next trip to Key West!!

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any resort This website will compare hundreds of hotel sites and normally will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is the best rated in the area

I’ve been coming here for a very long time If you choose this place you for sure won’t be let downAmazing hostel with an all around experience similar to a hotelEverything feels tidy and modern along with several pools and friendly staffThe price is obviously still high considering you share your room with strangers But most guests are kind and welcoming and it still feels like the best value for money accommodation in Key West

Kristin Morris

One of the nicest hostels I’ve ever stayed at But I’m also 28 and don’t mind things likes stairs and don’t have the same ridiculous expectations for a HOSTEL it seems a lot of the bad reviewers do At least the room I had was clean, comfy twin bunk beds, lockers that you users your room card on, good sheets/ towels, and recently upgraded bathroom

The pool area is lovely Starbucks coffee machine Nice bikes to rent And I had multiple interactions with front desk stuff, always nice and helpful

We stayed here for one night but wished we made it more just for the hotel alone We came a bit early and they were able to accommodate us with parking and even let us to our room That was a big plus for us! The room itself was gorgeous and very secluded with a private balcony which we enjoyed

Very clean and very well organized The front desk staff was incredibly friendly as well When it came time for breakfast the next morning we were blown away The ladies running the breakfast bar were very friendly and helpful They have a great variety of breakfast and everything is delicious Plus you get to enjoy breakfast in their beautiful courtyardWe won’t ever look for another hotel when staying in the keys again This one is amazing!

Nancy Hamilton

The Duval House is such a perfect location Right in the middle between two ends of Duval St, it’s so convenient! Despite being on bustling Duval St, it’s a lovely respite from a fun day

The morning breakfasts are a perfect start to the day with a choice of waffles, bagels, English muffins, etc, etc The rooms are charming, comfortable and furnished with well-loved old desks, benches, chairs and wardrobes The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms are stocked with necessities The staff was so great and helpful We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Hannah Rose

Our experience at The Duval House was incredible It far exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to return on our next trip to key west!! The staff was extremely kind and gave us great suggestions for food and activities They also offered a good parking deal which was a relief as parking in key west can be tricky

The grounds of the property are beautiful and extremely clean Spending time outside, whether reading on the porch or swimming in the pool, was great; it felt like a private little paradise This hotels location also makes exploring even easier since everything you need is right outside the front door! The only complaint is that we were briefly woken up every morning around 7 by the city’s trash collectors It’s not the fault of the Duval house, but our room was on the front porch facing the street This probably isn’t an issue in other rooms on the property but may be something to keep in mind if you’re staying on the porch

Stayed in Fleming House for 3 nights and had an amazing stay! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the pool is warm and never crowded, breakfast was served in a brown bag in the morning but was more than sufficient, and our room – I should say house – was incredible! It faces Fleming St and you walk in to a large living area with an adequate kitchen and a small dining area A spiral staircase takes you up to an enormous bedroom and a very nice bathroom

We had fresh towels every day and they give you beach towels as well I will definitely be back there

Kyle Duby

This place was absolutely amazing My wife and I stayed in the honeymoon suite for 5 days The breakfest sandwiches were perfect for their purpose

Friendly staff and great house keepers Secure entrances and rooms We will be back! Only thing is that the pools were too warm and not as refreshing but it’s easy to over look with all the other great aspects of the place

I had my most wonderful experience ever at this place My niece got married and this was the place where everyone stayed in As soon as you enter the house, you can feel the positive energy of the place, you feel at home

The privacy, the wonderful breakfast specially the Belgian Waffles, was an experience of its own The surroundings, the garden and even the rooster that used to wake up us and had breakfast with us on our last day was a beautiful feeling of country I have to stop because I could write a whole book of only this piece of heaven on earth

Hannah Bjorndal

We absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed in the Limetree room and it was lovely When we arrived, Rachel checked us in and was so helpful and kind – she recommended restaurants and gave us a map + free drink coupons at nearby bars The property is BEAUTIFUL – we spent a lot of time relaxing on the back patio

Complimentary breakfast was above and beyond what we expected! The location is very central and we were able to walk or bike everywhere We definitely will stay here again the next time we visit Key West!

Kim H.

We booked a last minute trip to this location having previously stayed at their villas This stay was absolutely incredible! Rachel took care of us the whole weekend We loved how helpful and sweet she was

She had a great sense of humor and was just so friendly We can’t wait to stay here next time and pet Doc (their mascot cat) on the porch in the mornings again 10/10 love this place Never staying anywhere else in Key West!!!!

Clean, pretty room Shower only, adequately cool The bed was extremely comfortable

Pool and hot tub in a privacy fenced area with a few large iguanas walking around Location is perfect if you are looking to shop on Duval The ONLY thing we didn’t like is we did not know there was NO PARKING! They do not have GUEST PARKING! I have NEVER heard of such a thing! Then we were told we had to PAY for parking a couple streets over in a parking lot RESERVED for our hotel! What? Really? This rubbed me the wrong way Be aware parking is Super expensive ANYWHERE you have to pay to park, Scooters, buggies and walking are preferred I still gave the hotel a 4 star rating because it was nice The parking upset me, though

Kayla Lina

We will definitely be back! They were going through some renovations, but the staff was extremely accommodating, offering alternatives for us and making sure we felt at home Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, but they offered us a restroom to freshen up and change and then a place to store our luggage Place was quiet and perfect for what we needed

Happy hour is house wine with cheese sticks and bagged snacks, but perfect for a quick snack before going back out on duval Room was clean and it was easy to get more towels and toiletries even though there was no room service (covid) Perfect location!

Matthew Craig (EXIT Select Realty)

The walls are paper thin The pools were not clean It was supposed to be an adult only experience but the guests were rowdy and acted like infants

If you were looking for a relaxing time this is not the place The check in process was nice but that’s where it ends Would not recommend Clean up the bar area that’s become a storage shed please!

Most of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful; however, the front desk supervisor could work on her delivery The bartenders Billy and gentleman from Moldova provided wonderful conversation There was also a wonderful gentleman, possibly shuttle driver, in the lobby who was always willing to help

The room was decent for a regular hotel, nothing special considering a large resort with very expensive rates The one thing I would suggest is better lighting in the room There are two small lamps by the bed and one tall lamp by the desk The patio windows provides great lighting if you want to wake everyone in the room with the noise and brightness The jets in the hot tub were on but barely made the water move Don’t expect it to be therapeutic The pool area was very nice! Cabanas were available and seeing iguanas everywhere was a nice treat The breakfast was not good! The food was barely warm and did not have any taste It was very similar to the free breakfast at a Hampton Inn I was not acknowledged or provided with any benefits I received for being a Diamond member until I asked after check-in The young lady stated there weren’t any available upgrades We were there for three days celebrating our wedding anniversary Overall, it was an okay stay

Ms. Davis

All the staff is super friendly, especially the front desk, house keeping, and maintenance The hotel is very clean The air in the our room is super cold, the shower is hot, the pool is huge & nice pool towels

Loved the water and cookies Me and my sons feel very welcome here The shuttle drivers are all also very nice Liked that there is a guest laundry So sad we only have 2 more days left

Douglas McNeil

I was very disappointed in the quality of the hotel for being a Hilton property I expected a much better maintained property and a better handle on the guests The property was supposed to be smoke free but I had to move my room because the neighboring room decided they wanted to smoke pot in their room

When we moved to a different floor, we could smell more of the same in the hallway The rooms are well past the there useful life and should be remodeled and repaired I understand that when you are a hotel in Key West, you can basically charge what you want but I select Hilton properties for a reason and this one disappointed The staff was good and we had no problems with anyone in the hotel The wait staff in the restaurant and the bar did an outstanding job ensuring we were taken care of I would not recommend this property until the put some serious effort into repairing the propertyReply: Thank you for taking the opportunity to respond to my review Somehow, I do not think you will address any of my concerns and that you will continue to operate the hotel in the present condition There are many many choices of places to stay in Key West, and I am sure that I will be looking at them first on our next trip I wish you the very best

I booked this hotel because I thought it would have great service Turned out much different We were there 4 nights

The 1st day they cleaned the room You could at least pick up the trash The Shuttle was helpful but that’s about all you get for the resort fees Food was great and prices competitively for the area But, twice at breakfast we were forgotten The staff was great but mornings seem to be overwhelming for them

We loved our stay here Super close to almost everything We didn’t have a car, but we were able to walk or run everywhere

Knowles is quaint and reminiscent of our our old beloved Victorian Small pool, roof deck, breakfast and happy hour everyday near the pool The hosts are incredible and make sure you are taken care of They are gems!! We would stay here again!!

My experience at the Knowles house was so wonderful and it has mostly to do with the Pam and Christina the amazing women that run the house Upon entering you feel like you are visiting relatives, that is how they treat you

Both the sweetest and will do anything for you They have the best personalities, Christina was always there offering a drink during the day or gluten free options The space is beautiful especially the roof deck and the pool area The breakfast was great to start the day and the location was fabulous I adore the keys and I adore the Knowles house Thank you ladies for making our trip the best it could be will be back soon I hope !!!

A quaint 165 year old relic located not far from all the shops and bars The hostess owner is your favorite, cool Aunt that grabs you drinks, or makes sure breakfast is out for grazing I was getting married and she gifted us a bottle of champagne for the night

Rooms are nice and comfortable The backyard is cool with the mini pool Ambience is right on key

Room upstairs with entire porch overlooking Duval Street Very comfortable bed

large room Modest dresser, etc Wonderful daily breakfast with scrumptious pastry from the bakery down the street Small pool but very nice, we were always alone there This was our best vacation so far in Key West The attached restaurant was fabulousKasha is the best bartender, server… and hardest worker you will find So, yes, we highly recommend the Casablanca Inn…also be sure to check out Martins happy hour for Tapas, right across the street Lamb chop Lollies were to die for!!!

We just stayed for a week The stay was okay The bed was comfortable and room was very clean and nice

The staff was very nice It is a perfect location on duval because you are not hearing all the partying but you are close enough to walk to everythingHowever, there are a few things that made me take off a star-there are cockroaches So just beware with your bags It is Florida in the summertime so it is hot and humid Not a lot they can do about it-housekeeping was very loud in the morning They start at 8 am-the breakfast that is advertised is just a pastry and a cup of fruitOverall it was a great stay

Key West is nothing without having spent your time at The fabulous Garden House Sammy (Manager), personally greeted me at the front, and directed me to my parking spot The sidewalk parking is insane, so that was perfect that it was there for me when I arrived

I arrived early and Sammy welcomed me to check-in early, and was also given a tour of the property and my key to my room I had never experienced a hotel so clean as this B&B property All hotels should have this king/queen for a day vibe which I received at The Garden House I will be back again to see Sammy – Definitely a Historic Charm

Kir-Sheng Chen

Very cozy and welcoming bed and breakfast located near the heart of Downtown Key West About 4 blocks from Duval St and only 1 block from the wharf What really made this place shine was the service

The manager Sammie was incredibly welcoming and resourceful Breakfast waffles were also delicious Only downside is the size of the rooms Somewhat small bathrooms and showers Overall a very pleasant experience and would recommend

Kathy McCormick

The house and grounds are very pretty and cute The staff extremely attentive and helpful The room was clean and bed was comfortable

The room was just very small The location was fantastic for biking and walking to everything in Key West We were there for 3 days and never needed our car They had bikes on siteThe complimentary breakfast was phenomenal!!

Front desk staff was very helpful and had excellent customer serviceThe room was small but everything was very clean and well distributed We had complimentary bottles of water in the room and plenty of fresh bath towels

We enjoy the complimentary breakfast in the morning , is a grab and go buffet and had tables to sit looking at the beautiful poolThe parking was free I asked for an hour late check out and the lady at the FD was very nice and said yes I definetely recommend this hotel Great experience

Dee Crespin

Came with the family for a day at the Keys The front desk was extremely nice and the lobby was beautiful Smelled heavenly!! However, when we got to our room, it wasn’t what we envisioned

Room was small, which is ok, but was extremely dusty To the point that we had to wipe everything down with a Clorox wipe Furthermore, the shower had mold stains in the corners Having a son with asthma, the dust was totally unacceptable We didn’t complain as we were there for just a day and only slept in the room For the price you are paying, management needs to figure this out Breakfast was great Had all the basics Pool was nice sized Drinks were very decent, as well as the pool side food

Maxwell T

The main problem with this hotel is the hotel room itself It is not up to Marriot standard for the price it is charging and is more of low budget hotel rooms The one bedroom suite is a joke

The room is very small- it feels like they have ripped you off for the price they are charging The divider in the room takes up 25% area which houses the sofa The corners of the divider poses a safety hazard for small children due to the very pointy/sharp corners The sofa “bed” is definitely not a bed for sleeping on It is old and needs to be updated Also, the shower door doesn’t close all of the way and the closet door does not work properly Every time the a/c turns on the door leading to the bathroom opens The room is not sound insulated- you can hear snoring coming from the next room over Also, you can hear traffic and roosters in the middle of the night with all of the doors shut tightly The breakfast in this hotel is a disappointment, it is all prepackaged foods such as, Jimmy Dean’s sandwiches and cereal The staff are very nice and professional The pool area is nice but needs improvement

Service was great Rooms are nice/spacious but showing some wear The toilets don’t flush well and they’re really low to the ground, almost like kiddie toilets

Our room view was great, and the resort location is right in the heart of all tourist shopping and restaurants We could not use the pool due to renovations, so that was disappointingMy friend was paying the bill and he said there were a lot of charges on his bill that he didn’t recognize, so that’s all being sorted out stillOverall I would say it was a positive experience, assuming all the billing issues are taken care of

Barry On Bass

Fantastic stay at Ocean Key for honeymoon Room was spacious and clean Balcony had a good view of Mallory Square and the Gulf

Location was in the middle of everything you could want (Duval St, Fury Water Adventures, etc) The staff was nothing but exceptional, especially Oleg, one of the valet/bellman We had a slight issue with the restaurant, Sunset Pier, however the hotel manager Rachel was quick to remedy the issue and our server, Jose was great Highly recommend this spot You get what you pay for and we will certainly be back

Cheryl K

Cannot say enough about how amazing our stay was! AJ, Matt, and EVERY staff member treated us like absolute royalty, and were so accommodating-over the top! Our room was extremely clean, the amenities, the view, the pool – we were just blown away

The location is absolutely perfect, and the bar service at the pool was above and beyond Our only complaint was that we had to leave!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay: very clean, abundant towels, amazing pillows and comfortable bed, nice little pool under the palm trees – we looked up at the stars while cooling in the pool The staff would text or call to see how we were doing and asked if we needed anything We were happy to be in a nice neighborhood of Key West, close to Duval but away from noise

Close to go play and come back to chill out If you want a run-of-the-mill hotel with someone to make your bed for you, then go stay on the NE end of the island Curry House is a true Key West Island experience!! We love it

Sarah Calhoon

Very overpriced for the quality of the stay We stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping never came by to give us fresh towels or empty trash Room and bathroom was very tiny, and mattress was horrible

Kitchen was closed due to COVID even though it was advertised that we would have access to the kitchen on the listing when we booked the room No parking, had to park several blocks away Positives were the outdoor pool, location (easy to walk to Duval St), and the room appeared very clean when we arrived Very expensive; your dollars will go further at other places!

Mike Otis

We rented all 9 rooms for an event week so we had the whole house to ourselves The house, all the rooms, the pool and the customer service was excellent Victor was an outstanding asset, very helpful in getting us what we needed, giving advise and getting rides set up

Ryan the shuttle driver was awesome, again very helpful easy to get rides wherever we neededThe house is an easy 3 block walk to Duval or to Key West Bight, so location is great You have to keep in mind this house is 115 years old so there are some little nuances but we all really loved the houseOut of the 9 couples we had in this house, all of them said they would come back again so we have booked the house for next yearThe one big suggestion we would make is to have a key code for the front door rather than door keys to have to carry around, but that is a minor pain and is easy to overlookThank you for the great experience Curry house crew!!!
