First, the room floor was filthy! The bottom of our feet were black from the vinyl floor, and I ended up mopping the floor three times! The front desk said they’ll reimburse me 15%, and tried to say they had issues with the steam mop This was months of filth, not just a couple of weeks of neglect Unfortunately, at checkout the next morning, the front desk said that since I booked it by third party, I couldn’t get a refund
Secondly, a large earwig came out of the coffee maker, landing in my hot water! Disgusting!Third, the front desk had to fix the tv upon our arrivalLastly, I had to call front desk at 12:30 am about the people above us stomping around for over an hour! This was the worst stay at any hotel ever!

The owner Jesse checked us in and was extremely nice We had a short talk about the hotels history I was fascinated by the size of the hotel
Each corner has its own unique aesthetic The pool is MASSIVE the room extremely clean and comfortable I will come back Also he recommended a dinner place ( Dam Bar and grille) and a breakfast ( Rutherford’s Diner) both places gave us 10% off after mentioning staying at Rodeway and that Jesse sent us Awesome place!!!

A good experience Friendly staff, clean room, hot shower Needed a place to crash on a cross country trip and this place was great
Bed was super comfortable This is an older hotel, don’t have the expectation you are going to Disney world, but if you need a place to crash for a couple days this place will fit your needs All in all, a great value Next time I pass thru Kingman, I would stay here again!!!
Peter H
Room met my expectations for a clean, comfortable place to stay for the night Sabrina, at the front desk, was extremely friendly and helpfulRoom was a bit outdated, but no weirds smells or stains on anything
Bedding seemed new and it did not smell like cigarette smoke, which was appreciated I would stay here again

This hotel is excellent! The customer service is top-notch, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast has nice variety Every staff member I encountered was cheerful and helpful They texted me before arrival and after departure to see if I had any needs, requests, or issues
They offered us bottled water upon arrival and left a handwritten welcome note in our room Super thoughtful They have pool towels in the room, ready for use The laundry facility is conveniently located and reasonably priced as well
Gilbert Dorland
What makes this 5 stars are the employees Every one of them truly seemed to enjoy their jobs Breakfast hosts were welcoming and jovial for a nice start of day
Food wasn’t same the day’s I stayed, which was a nice change even if the cheesy potatoes trumped the hash browns Accommodations were clean and up to day Only issue I see is parking, but that’s because a full house My puppies were happy with big grass space out front My son who delivers to most hotels also stated the employees here seem the happiest and thus clientele seem better
D. M Romero
Stop tier in the middle of our road trip It was a good location considering it was just for one night The rooms are absolutely wonderful, the staff was super friendly
The breakfast was incredible ! The beds and pillows were very comfortable I loved being able to get 4 beds to accommodate the 6 of us , and the price was amazing! Would absolutely stay again!

It is really sad when you check into a nice hotel and find it unclean I was careful to read many reviews of the hotels in the area to carefully pick one that was decent This hotel is really nice, with spacious rooms and many amenities
The young man at the check- in was wonderful; very helpful, friendly, & professional I was very pleased until I went our room to find urine on our commode How does the seat of a commode not be the first and main thing cleaned in a hotel room???? If that’s not clean, then what else has not been cleaned in this room?? Luckily I travel with Lysol wipes and spray!!! Used it well on everything in the room
Alexandria Solari
I was incredibly apprehensive about staying in Kingman, as it has a reputation for being rough I can’t even begin to express how much Kingman has improved since I visited about 10 years ago This hotel is a shining example of the growth of Kingman
We were traveling with a huge moving truck and two large dogs and this hotel and staff couldn’t have been more accommodating The rooms were great and clean My pups were happy(they usually don’t travel) This hotel is tucked away in a little area that felt pretty safe to us There is a dog park a couple of miles away and food nearbyI highly recommend this hotel to anyone but especially those with dogs
Dave Hogan
The staff were awesome I don’t expect such friendliness from a freeway exit hotel, but everyone here made me feel very welcome, suggested a good place to grab dinner, and a great place to grab lunch on the way out of townI had to use late checkout and everyone was super nice about it
I usually feel very rushed when I request it, but everyone here made me feel like that’s part of the Bonvoy program, so I might as well use it if I need toThe room was nice and exceptionally clean when I checked in, and while the view isn’t exceptional I had a west facing room and won’t complain about getting to see the sky as the sun set that night

Our family (2 adults, 3 kids) had a good experience here Staff was friendly and helpful Anthony, at the front desk, was particularly helpful
I asked if they could open the pool a little early one morning and he did immediately The murals on the walls are fun and the breakfast had good options The rooms were clean We would have preferred some kind of room darkening drapes as the outside lights were bright at night but otherwise we were comfortable We appreciated that there are no-smoking sections so we weren’t bothered by other guests smoking outside our room
Jennifer Keryte
This place is great! Very nice and friendly staff–from check in to the restaurant and beyond Good price value compared to everything else in the area Very clean room, outside had an old Hollywood/Rt 66 feel, free breakfast was decent and dinner in the restaurant was awesome
Try the house chili, burgers are good too David the kitchen manager really takes pride in his work–came out to see how we liked our foodThere’s some lousy reviews for this place, but don’t believe them We would definitely stay here again
Donald Slick
I had a great experience here The lady’s at check in were friendly and welcoming The attached restaurant has good meals for dinner
Breakfast was okay it got very crowded fast Would be nice if there was a bigger area and more room for breakfast My room was clean, nice house keepers Cool art work of famous celebrities on the building Anthony the front desk person was very cool and had a friendly attitude He kindly asked if I could leave a honest review I usually don’t write reviews, but I did because he seemed genuineVery nice hotel everyone!

We stayed here over night here in our rental campervan and had a great time! The sites had full hook ups and were really well maintained We didn’t find the road noise a problem and the toilet/shower rooms were clean and private The laundry facilities were fabulous – never had such clean clothes while on the road! The staff were super friendly and welcoming and we would definitely recommend and stay again if we were passing through 🙂
Jeri Collier
The park is clean and the staff is friendly There are 46 sites both pull through and back in Laundry room with 4 washers and 4 dryers
Showers have pedestal sink, toilet and large walk in shower Very cleanNot related to the park, the trashman came to empty the dumpsters across the street at 5:30 in the morning, most unpleasant to be woke up that early The park is also located off highway 40 so the big trucks can be loud but it didn’t stop us from a great night’s sleepQuiet area, lots of restaurants and shopping around We would stay here again!

We travel with two little dogs, so we often stay at La Quintas because they are almost always very clean, have a dog yard, and are not too expensive This stay was mostly okay, but the cleanliness was a concern We had a reservation and arrived late, but the door mechanism on our first room didn’t work so we were moved
The desk clerk was very nice and accommodating The room we moved to (211) was a pet room as well, but the smell was almost overpowering It smelled like dog urine and sickness (vomit and diarrhea) We turned on the ac and a couple of fans we’d brought with us and that helped So since it was midnight and we were exhausted after driving 14 hours, we decided to stick it out for the one night since we were just planning to sleep and leaveThere were a couple of other very small things that made me think housekeeping was rushing when they cleaned When we took the dogs out to the dog yard it was clear that a dog had recently been ill, as there was diarrhea all over the sidewalk This is obviously not the hotel’s fault, but it would have been nice if they’d cleaned it upOther than that it was not a terrible stay The staff was super nice, even when I suggested this morning that they should get a carpet cleaner in to room 211 because of the smell
GR
This spot is a little pricey compared to other local lodging options but I thought it was well worth it Rooms are clean and well maintained, pet friendly, plus far enough from I-40 so you can’t hear all the road noiseI had an issue with the first room, nothing major but the front desk quickly moved me to another room without an issue
Jessica Kimble
We had made a reservation at a different hotel in Kingman this night, but upon arrival, they didn’t have water We canceled that room and tried a few places before settling on La Quinta The price we paid was higher than we’d planned to pay, but not unreasonable
The place is gorgeous inside and out The room was huge and perfect The only issue I could find was that the toilet paper was hard to reach in the bathroom and the wifi was iffy The pool looked a little green (could’ve just been the lightdidn’t get a photo), but was clean and we were able to swim in it fine Hot tub was great too

Our room was very nice and clean, and quite spacious The continental breakfast was good, with a lot of selections to choose from The best part was the staff that monitored/refilled the breakfast items – the ladies were super friendly, and were on top of every detail
One morning we came near the end of service, and one of the ladies had offered to make my nephew’s waffle for him She went above and beyond for us My husband and I were very impressed by the breakfast service staff and our overall stay at this hotel and will definitely be retuning in the future
S Reed
The ladies at the front desk were friendly and very helpful We usually stay at Hilton chain hotels but this place had great reviews so we decided to try it So glad we did!Our 2 queen bed room is large, as is the bathroom, and clean
The beds are not as firm as I like but that’s just preference Nice pillows, decent sheets, plenty of towels, coffee maker, microwave and a small fridge with freezerFull breakfast 6 to 9:30 am
JEFF Devlieger
Rooms were clean, they have a full breakfast with many choices The jacuzzi is enclosed next to the outdoor pool We love it being enclosed out of the heat
The only negative was there was literally only 2 cars in the entire parking lot when we arrived at noon But was still told we couldn’t check in until 3 Saying our room wasn’t ready That evening and next morning the parking lot was maybe half full So obviously plenty of rooms open So we don’t understand why they wouldn’t allow check in

When arriving the lady at the front desk was hospitable and funny and just fun to work with The beds are insanely comfortable I would have absolutely loved to have bought in one of their pillows For breakfast it was a nice selection and the lady that was in charge of the breakfast was extraordinary she was all over the place keeping it clean and sanitized and stalked and it was amazing! Will absolutely be back when we come through
Zac Schnader
Spent a week here while on family vacation First off the breakfast every morning was great It was mixed up every day from eggs and bacon to waffles and even biscuits and gravy
The rooms were also good no frills but got a good nights sleep and was quiet The downsides were while there housekeeping didn’t really come in and clean at all, once changed the towels out in 6 days Also the pool was down for maintenance almost the whole stay which was very disappointing to the kids I would stay again if in the area

Traveling through to Texas My dad had medical emergency in this hotel Staff contacted Regional Manager and helped us with a short extended stay at a very reasonable price
A big thanks to all staff including all front desk staff and Annette who provided service for rooms Very professional and courteous and the rooms were clean/comfortable Definitely recommend

Nice little stop over#49 Long enough for our 34′ 5th wheel, but did unhook Site is wide enough to park truck beside rig & mature trees provided some shade
FHU all worked as expectedVerizon & ATT both full bars, which is good as WIFI didn’t really reach our site not unusual in an RV Park in the overnight spotsOTA channels strong & good variety Interior roads easy to navigate in larger rigView of the mountains, even though in town, was niceFront office crew were greatLaundry room large & inviting 12 reg washers, 2 large capacity Snack & soda machines, book lending library, change machine, tables & chairs, carts for moving laundry, and brochure wall for lots of activities near & along popular travel routesGood variety of grocery, dining, services nearbyDidn’t use the pool, but it looked niceNoise: As others have mentioned, it can be noisy during the day If you’re sensitive to noise, this might not be the best for you It quiets at night a good deal, and was never a problem for us, but I could see where it might bother some folksAll in all, a great little find when passing through the area We’ll be back

Amazing place to bring your family with young children The staff is beyond incredible and we lived for a year full time in an RV That being said, we have been to many RV parks and this place was one of the exceptional parks especially because of the staff

Excellent, bordering on Stupendous The sites are huge by any standard, the staff are very helpful and understanding The WiFi is powerful and strong, even in the evening, when most of the parks I’ve stayed at were weakened by everyone being on it
Central to a lot of tourist-type attractionsIf I’m in the area again, I will stay here again
Darrell & Jeredene Ollenberger
The park was easy to find It is located just off of I 40 There is pavement all the way and the interior roads are paved as well
Signage is adequate Check in was efficient and friendly The rules are fairly basicOur site, 35, was a pull through that was plenty long enough for our Coach and Towed Services (30/50 amp, water and sewer) were to the left side Distancing is very reasonable for an urban park Each site has a table and NON have a fire pit Our site was flat but sloped to the left Overall the park was well manicuredThe included wifi internet worked so so with a log in password We used our own Verizon that worked very well We did find plenty OTA TV Satellite should not be difficult We did not use the washrooms or pay showers but we checked and found them clean The off leash area is a joke Postage stamp bigWithin easy walking distance you can find good restaurants and convenience stores We found this park to be a well run urban RV park We paid $5000 and we feel we received very fair value We will be back if in the area again Be advised, this is a very popular park If you can it is advisable to book in advance
