I must say we had a very pleasant stay The staff is friendly and professional The Hotel itself and the room suite are clean and well maintained

The bed was comfortable and towels and linen were clean Jennifer Summers checked us in, and she’s been nothing short of amazing ever since Jennifer provided us with some great recommendations for restaurants, Nightlife and Hiking, which helped highlight our trip in Knoxville We didn’t find a chance to take a dip in the swimming pool, but it looked clean and fun which we’ll certainly try on our next visit Happy Traveling 😊

Very friendly, professional staff They seem happy to assist youRoom was very spacious and most importantly clean

Bed was very comfortable as wellShower had plenty of hot water pressure, which is important and sometimes lacking in hotelsOnly reason for the 4 stars was the entire floor outside of my room smelled of weedMy room luckily did Not and smelled Very fresh/ cleanI’d definitely stay here again if passing back through the area & would recommend to someone looking for an affordable room

As I made my way from central Virginia to SE Missouri for my nephew’s graduation, I spent the night at this Hampton Inn My dad recommended it as the midway point because it had complimentary breakfast Everything was lovely but I want to give two shout-outs

1) To the cleaning staff: this is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in The bathrooms are WHITE and mine was PRISTINE! 2) Susan and Tammy the breakfast hosts I’d like them to greet me every morning They were so sweet and checked on people sometimes just with a smile What a great rest stop for me!!

Teresa Pruitt

This is one of the friendliest, cleanest hotels we have stayed in! Martin made us feel welcomed with his personality and smile! Tammy was amazing! She treated us like she had known us forever The food she prepared was hot and delicious Thank you both for making us feel at home and the cleaning staff for the spotless rooms

Laura Setchfield

First time writing a google review…The room was whatever – nothing fancy, clean enough, comfortable bed We’re posting this review because we are so appreciative of the service we received Every staff member was so gracious

This was the first time we have traveled with our son (4mo) and we were very nervous – a one night stop-over on the way to our vacation destinationWhen we called ahead to check on the reservation I said my name and the guy on the phone immediately knew who I was He said – yes we have you on the 6th floor because we typically do not allow pets up there I have animal allergies and always make a note on my hotel reservations This is the FIRST TIME that any hotel has even acknowledged our request It was greatly appreciatedThe next morning we needed to get on the road early The gal serving breakfast kindly offered to-go containers and the front desk staff offered us bottled water for the driveThey were just nice people You don’t always get that, so we wanted to give kudos

We stayed at this Best Western while we were waiting on the closing process of our new home The room was very clean, and the staff was excellent We enjoyed our executive suite, and we really liked having a dishwasher to use

We want to give a shout-out to the maintenance man, Doug Not only was he extremely accommodating, but he went the extra mile and changed my tire when I came out to a flat in the parking lot Our stay was excellent, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in the Greater Knoxville area Way to go Doug, and way to go Best Western!

George Jackson

My family arrived right before check in and the front desk ladies were kind enough to let us hang out in the dining area until our room was clean At first glance everything looked great! The bed was soft and the room looked updated However, I found a hair on the sheet of one bed, food crumbs on the floor around the bed, hair on a wash cloth, and the bathroom floor had a lot of hair

By the time I realized, it was late and I just wanted to go to bed I told the front desk lady about the hair on the bathroom floor and she gave me a broom and dustpan to clean it up I swept up A LOT of hair The lady at the front desk was very kind but I was extremely grossed out and didn’t sleep the rest of the night It could have been worse but my visit definitely wasn’t great

Really enjoyed staying here! Came with a friend overnight from Chicago We wanted to see what Downtown Knoxville had to offer We weren’t disappointed! The hotel itself was very nice, and our room had a GREAT view

Everything was clean and well maintained and the staff was friendly! There is an upstairs restaurant and lounge area and breakfast is available for an extra but nominal fee There’s also a bar in the lobby The pool looked beautiful although we didn’t have a chance to actually visit it Be prepared there is a $10 per night parking fee to park on property The hotel has a very quick walking access to downtown Knoxville bars, stores, restaurants and sights If walking isn’t your thing there are plenty of rentable motorized scooters all around The ONLY downside and the only reason I gave 4 stars: I found was as night falls the homeless population becomes quite active and they are not shy to approach you and I even saw one walk into the hotel only to be asked to leave Beware and use caution as quite a few appear unstable or intoxicated Overall I was not harmed or bothered in any negative way by this, it’s just more of a downside to have it right outside such a nice hotel and would just encourage caution for your safety I would stay here again

Francesca Fay

Beautiful, elegant & clean! A gem in Knoxville The entire staff was welcoming & kind The room was pristine and comfortable

Check in/out was a breeze, parking garage was super convenient Would highly recommend eating in house, dinner & drinks were so delicious, breakfast buffet was exceptional The kitchen staff was phenomenal! Top to bottom an amazing stay, thank you!

Journey A.

I have stayed at this location a handful of times due to work, along with a couple of other hotels in the downtown Knoxville area, and this is by far my favorite The staff here is wonderful, with top notch customer service It’s apparent that they take pride in their work, and I feel that shows throughout your stay at the hotel

I am always confident that the room will be clean, which has not been as true for other hotels in the downtown area with similar rates All in all, 12/10 for customer service and cleanliness Special shout-out to Torrey, as well as the restaurant manager (whose name I did not catch, unfortunately) for their courteous demeanor and going the extra mile!

I had an excellent stay; I was here for 2 weeks for business and really enjoyed my time here My room was very clean and spacious, I had a king size bed that was comfortable Check-in was a breeze

Gibby’s restaurant and bar was nice, the food was good Amenities and stores are located not too far away, plenty of restaurants within a 10-minute drive and walking distance as well Highly recommended

Kim High

Everyone was so nice! My daughter and I visited a Knoxville for her to attend a volleyball camp at UT I wanted a hotel with a nice gym and a nice outdoor pool I found the best place! For just a little higher rate, breakfast was included and definitely worth it

I also asked for a later checkout (because my daughter didn’t get out of camp until 2:45) and they extended my checkout time to 1:00 I have no complaints I don’t think I could’ve found anything better for what I wanted (affordable, comfortable, friendly, gym, and pool) We will stay here again when visiting Knoxville (my daughter will probably attend UT, so that could be quite often)

Elyse Moore

I definitely did not enjoy my stay The pool was very nice but not as deep as it says Normally, I could never stand in 5 feet deep water because of my height

I’m definitely not complaining about that though Our room was very cramped and not great quality Our couch had a rip in it and the bathroom stunk My biggest problem was the breakfast I have never gone to a Holiday Inn that doesn’t have free breakfast We came with many people and to get access to the buffet is $12 dollars a plate Once again, I have never in my life been to a Holiday inn without free breakfast We have multiple people staying together and have driven a long way All the gas prices and stops have added up and all the other hotel stays It’s really not acceptable to add $48 more I think that is extremely stupid, spending lots of money on a small hotel room and not getting free breakfast There is also a huge space right by the pool and I definitely think that maybe some more rooms could fit in there Just to clarify these are all my opinions and I don’t know if this hotel if planning on fixing these things It would be nice to know beforehand though

It was a great stay Nathan at the front counter was wonderful knowledgeable, polite, and he looked at my Hilton rewards number and wrote it down so I had a copy of it! The beds were soft and comfortable

The shower was hot and the water pressure was great The breakfast was perfect for the road ahead The lady in breakfast area was also very nice and warmed up my muffins She also gave me a bag for my OJ and bagel for the road

We chose this hotel for our stay because it was pet friendly, close to where we needed to go, in our budget and had great reviews We were not disappointed! The hotel was very clean and the free breakfast was very good The staff was very friendly and enjoyed playing with our two Corgis and of course they loved the attention

We appreciated the fenced in area in the back for the dogs to run around and use the bathroom 10 out of 10 will stay here again!

Nehha Bhanot

We made last minute reservation to this hotel and had doubts BUT we were very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, friendly staff, big and clean rooms The hotel is surrounded by amazing restaurants and has ample parking

Have stayed at Staybridge before and really enjoyed it This location was well maintained and the staff very helpful There were 3 of us and our room had 2 queen beds and a huge couch and there was ample room for us to spread out

We just stayed overnight so we weren’t able to utilize the kitchen They have a hot breakfast with waffles, breakfast potatoes, eggs and sausage Not bad quality either No pool here The only knock at this location was the proximity to the Interstate It didn’t seem they noise proofed the building enough We still enjoyed it and would recommend it So close to several restaurants

Edward Gray

This is a really nice hotel The staff are very friendly and attentive The 4 stars for the rooms is because like most hotels they miss little spots here and there (no biggie)

4 stars on service because when I checked in the TV and cable box had been unplugged and disconnected ( I’m guessing from the previous guest) which I had to move the dresser and reconnect all, the ice bucket for the freezer was missing and there were no scrubber for the pots that the previous guest left dirty (the housekeeper did put them all in the dishwasher though) These are just things that should be checked (Again no biggie) overall this a great place to stay mostly for the locationOh just one more thing the bed in my room was just hard and uncomfortable but I have stayed here in other rooms and was comfortable

When it comes to the name and reputation of The Graduate, I would expect more for what it’s worth They don’t tell you at booking it’s $28 (a DAY) for required valet parking, unless you park a block and a half down the street Plus add on the additional tip for the valet guy each time they fetch your car

The room is super small Bathroom door slides shut and locks with a peg, and good luck getting blinded at night in the bathroom there’s no nightlightIt’s $5 for a bottle of water in your room The TV only gets twenty channels There’s no vending machines in the hotel, and no room service The room doesn’t even have info about the hotelFor a small mixed drink, like a Jack and Coke at the Saloon, it’s $11 The bar in the hotel isn’t even open except for an expensive breakfast, while the Saloon doesn’t open until 5pmHighly disappointed with The Graduate

Jennifer Kerhoulas

The location is in the middle of town within walking distance to a lot of businesses After we checked in and went to our room, I discovered a problem with our room I went to get help from a housekeeper who was down the hall

Rachel was amazing! She went and got management and they both took care of the problem promptly and was very apologetic Great service! The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable! Would recommend!

Julie Junge

The hotel is nice, very eccentric Not really any big complaints about the room other than there is no coffee maker and the water pressure is pretty bad But to share our experience at the Saloon 16 bar

we went earlier in the day, all was great Service was impeccable Went back tonight after the Brooks and Dunn concert for a nightcap The waitress was the worse we have ever encountered I told her what I would like, she said I don’t think we have that I say you did this afternoon My husband then asks for a scotch She has this attitude like I don’t know what we have and if you want to know you need to go ask the bartender yourself I then said if you don’t have my first choice, bring me this Then u was told the same thing he was My husband walked up to the bar to look, couldn’t get any attention from anyone around the bar We then proceed to walk out

Only a one night stay but we really liked the room Everything seemed clean and the staff were all very nice The included breakfast was exactly what you would expect to be free and I have no problem at all with that

The only thing I wish I had done was bring my own pillow They had 4 tiny pillows for a king size bed that just didn’t quite work for me Not sure why they went that way but it was okay I usually bring my own on a longer trip anyway so that was my fault To sum it up, it was a very nice stay in a good, safe area

Mike Zimmerman

Spent one night at this Baymont while traveling Found the hotel lobby and rooms very clean and in excellent shape The most pleasant surprise was the staff and their customer service

From the front desk clerk who checked us in, the attendant who handled the breakfast to the lady who was cleaning up the common areas all were extremely pleasant and cordial Helped make the stay a pleasant experience

Clean, comfortable and great breakfast!!The front desk staff when we checked in a little after midnight were welcoming and helpful The hotel room was exceptionally clean And the breakfast was the best

They had scrambled eggs, fresh waffles, cereal, Bagels, and so much more But what made the breakfast the best was they constantly had employees cleaning and restocking things Coffee and orange juice ran out and was back within minutes, I’ve never been to a hotel breakfast that was restocked that fast Thank you for a great stay! Your staff made it great!!

Brenda Fassnacht

Traveled with a high school group of 50+ people and the staff here are incredible! The facilities are clean, easy to find and there are plenty of common areas to sit and visit Lots of outlets in the rooms, a mini fridge and microwaveTraveling with such a large, diverse group always has issues, but the staff (in advance and during the stay) was professional, positive and willing to help in any way they could

Breakfast is great! Our teenagers woke up early so they wouldn’t miss breakfast before the bus left

Jetlink Ace

Nice staff and fairly clean rooms but the eating area and fitness center are under massive construction which wasn’t mentioned anywhere The pool appeared not to be cleaned and the gazebo and smoking area has several days of trash The outside is not maintained well

They offer the Hampton Inn’s fitness center(2 exits away) Overall not impressed but it serves its purpose Breafast is served in box lunch format with a tent outside that serves as the temporary dining area

Her customer service skills were outstanding and sincere The lady setting up the breakfast was also very personable and helpful Amenities were good but not as important with the customer service these ladies provided

This place does not care about the comfort and security of their guests I stayed here for work and without notice while my do not disturb sign was up workers entered my room to replace the ac unit I had no complaints with the ac prior

I do have complaints that they moved my yoga mat and who knows what else I spend 75% of my life in hotels and have never had anything like this happen Also housekeeping is less than ideal I asked for my room to be cleaned after being here for 8 days They replaced the towels and took out the trash Didn’t change the sheets l, didn’t vacuum, didn’t clean the tile floor The pool is ice cold If I didn’t have to be here for work I would never stay here

Super clean and in great condition, as seems to be the rule for this chain We love the footprint and layout of the roomsWhile we do enjoy minimum contact, the repeated lack of acknowledgement from the front desk staff was off-putting

I know we are all wearing masks, but that doesn’t mean you can’t at least look up when guests first arrive My husband and I were the only people in the lobby, getting tea, etc in the evening and did not even warrant a glance from the desk clerk

I’m not sure about the negative reviews on here because they DON’T describe the experience that my family and I had This was the midway point in our travels for vacation and it is GREAT!!!I had issues with my booking through a third party, will never do that again, I’ll only use my Hilton Account going forward However, Monique at the front desk was our HERO

She worked it out with the third party booking company to make sure we were able to have a room today She and the gentleman that worked at the front desk were polite and professionalOur room was very clean and even smelled great The space is nice and beds are comfortable We will be staying here again on our way back from vacation

We are HH Diamond members and have stayed in many Hilton Hotels This one has very nice staff but lack in many areas First, I requested and paid for a room upgrade but we got the standard room

Second in our reservation we listed our party size but the room didn’t have enough towels or pillows for our party size Third, the breakfast is bad compared with other HH properties The breakfast here is what you get at Motel 6 or Super 8 No breakfast meats, only boiled eggs, and no selection of pastries Forth, the place has no drinks to purchase, the coolers are basically empty with about three choices Fifth, as a diamond member I wasn’t welcomed or thanked for being a member, plus I wasn’t offered water when at the counter when getting the items my room was short
