Sheets were visibly soiled with food, pubic hair and body fluid Ketchup smeared in the fridge More pubic hair on the counter

Urine on the toilet and dried urine around the base of the toilet Sink was so soiled it had black grime build up on the faucet Tub was visibly dirty Tables were visibly dirty Floor had dirt, pennies, very old chicken nugget and some type of vape pin that smelled very strong like marijuana The housekeeping said the room was “clean and ready” Interestingly enough it smelled of cleaning supplies Not sure how when the room was so incredibly filthy it clearly hadn’t been cleaned at all I had two rooms and both in the same condition I paid $242 for two rooms and I cleaned the room myself and paid an additional $100 in cleaning supplies I did speak to the front desk about the sheets and they were the only thing pleasant about my stay and the sheets from one room washed and returned to my room I did buy sheets for other room already and used the ones the nice front desk lady washed in the other Overall I would never stay there again totally disgusting Look at the pictures

Burnt comforter Dirty Ohh yeah and ROACH CITY I went to the front desk and asked for a refund after about a hour because my wife was about to walk to another hotel if we didn’t leave The guy said no refunds, he asked if he could put us in another room I was reluctant but agreed He gave us room 121 Room was much cleaner or appeared to be My wife woke me up at 2 am because roaches were crawling in the bed and her hair I ended up killing 3 roaches between the beds another in the bed I just left the key at the front window because nobody was answering the door to the lobby at 0230 am We had to drive another 45 minutes up 75 before we found a hotel that let us check in at 0315 Never in my life have I ever stayed in a hotel that was so dirty I wrote a very long email to the lake city department of health with photos of the dead roaches and a very long letter to the florida department of tourism I also talked to the city health inspector who assured me they would follow up and investigate the hotel for health violations This room cost me $17000 for thr night and I have still not had any return phone calls from the manager Have called 3xs now and evey time am told the manager will call back Never have they called back What a joke Run do not stay here I added the same photos I sent to the health inspector and department of tourism You can clearly see dead and alive cockroaches in and around the bed and headboard to the bead Do not stay here they will take your money and refuse to give you a refund and they know they have roaches This is unacceptable As a American veteran this place and its owners are a disgrace to our country and the great state of Florida BEWARE DO NOT STAY HERE FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH

This was really sad to say the least you had roaches in the room at first I wake up use the sink I thought it was something I at in the sink but no it was a roach egg Then me and my wife saw 2 roaches in the bathroom I told the manager the owners he said with it Florida we get that some time no really apologize or nothing like seriously
