We stayed at this hotel last Friday night Staff was great! Professional and friendly We paid a little extra to get a room with the London Bridge view

While the drawback is no patio/balcony, the view was really nice The room was a nice size and clean; bed was comfortable, and bathroom was nicely stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner Air conditioner worked great! Breakfast was included which was pretty good I got a kick out of the pancake machine! Ha! We booked this room at the last minute and I must say, we really enjoyed our stay! And thank you for the military discount, much appreciated! 🙂

I did my research before I made the reservation This is one of the best hotels in Lake Havasu area The hotel is extremely close to the visitor center and other activities (such as the dock for different boat tours)

I am platinum member of IHG, and I got the top floor with London bridge view (awesome) The breakfast is really great, offers a variety of food that meets not only ours but also our two small kid’s needs The hotel is pretty new Our room was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds My husband and son did also try the hotel pool, it was great Overall, we were happy with our stay and will be back again in a year or two when the kids are older and we want to stay on the lake for more days!

08/06/2022For two days (8/3-5/2022) our employer put us up in this beautiful resort Sadly, the pool was not in service The Inn is located a walk away from the London Bridge and boardwalk

The hotel is centered around numerous stores and eating establishmentsThe lobby has comfortable seating and houses a business working station for computer and business work The dining area was kept immaculately clean Decent size brightly lit with comfortable seating There is an outside eating section facing the boardwalk Complimentary breakfast was provided each morning with a variety of freshly served delicious choices The self-serve buffet area was beautifully set up and arranged The entire dining area remained fully stocked and sparkly clean with each visit Shout out to the lovely ladies running the kitchen and buffetThe room was clean spacious and had the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay (microwave, coffee with maker, mini refrigerator etc) The two queen size beds and bedding were fresh and comfortable Large TV screen with lots of channels to view The bathroom has a plus size shower and complimentary toiletries The water, mountains and beautiful landscape was the view from the windowFriendly safety suggestion: The slippery shower floor could really use non-slip strips to avoid slip and falls while washingEvery employee I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful Everyone enjoyed their visit Me and my family have added this Holiday Inn to our favorite’s list We will be visiting often

High end owned resort Most spots have casitas Hard to book a spot unless someone is renting one out, all individual owners

Lots of activities in prime time, two pools, but no on site food or store Its high up on the north side, so when we were there for two months it was quite windy, but hot in March and April Every one is very friendly though

Don Randall

We have stayed as renters at RV resort for four years during the winter and have enjoyed ourselves each time immensely The two swimming pools are great as well as the hot tubsThe people are friendly and there are lots of activities to enjoy

The grounds are kept immaculate and the shower facilities are heavenlyYou have to rent off owners so the prices vary depending on what the lot has for facilitiesIf you are looking for a place that has everything and is very clean I would highly recommend it

dave linnertz

Was trying to rent from private party Wanted to look at facility Called office to sign in

Lady would not listen, but kept saying they had nothing to do with rentals We tried to get across we wanted to look at facility such as office ect She would not let us in So renter lost customer and we are at different park on the Island for 6 months next year Did not sound like a place you would want to be Probably why all the rentals and for sales

I was not sure what to expect when checking-in at Hampton Inn Lake Havasu, since I had read some bad reviews about itHowever, we have been very pleased with our stay, the room was spacious, with a balcony giving on the lake, the beds were comfortable and all was very clean It was quiet and well situated in town

The pool area is very pleasant, with tables and BBQs available for guests to grill, and even a big fireplace for the colder daysThe only thing that I agree on with some reviews, and that I mentioned to the (very friendly) staff, is that the carpet in the hallways have seen better days and could take a deep cleaning They said they were working on itHighly recommended

Melissa Eastly

Had a quick one night stay here Mostly average experience Room was clean albiet a few missed spots like crumbs on the couch

Bed was decently comfortable The included breakfast had a huge range of choice and one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a while Sadly looked like the hot tub was closed for my stay, would have liked that in the evening

Haley Fobes

I’m not quite sure where all the good reviews are coming from Although the outside & lobby were quite nice (as was the staff), the cleanliness was appalling Dead bugs & hair all over the bed in the first room

We asked to be moved and our 2nd room had LIVE black bugs on the bed For the price that they are asking I don’t think a clean room is to much to ask for The staff was amazing though !

The place was clean The person on the desk was nice The room was fine

The bathroom was not updated Hard water stains on shower head and fixtures At check out I asked about breakfast and they handed me a brown bag with bottled water, wrapped muffin, small yogurt and a granola bar I would not have chosen any of these things if I had a choice This was the most expensive restaurant I stayed in Arizona and had the worst breakfast

Shara Roberts

Please choose any other hotel in Havasu If they are all taken drive to the next town for a hotelWhen we checked in they didn’t give us a key because the room wasn’t clean, we let them know we wouldn’t be returning until very late and they replied that was fine

When we got there it was clear that the front desk woman (who came from the back) was asleep She then proceeded to tell us we didn’t have a reservation for about 15 minutes (despite being the woman who checked us in)Her partner then came out My husband let them know that he was no longer interested in staying despite them continuing to search for our reservation They then finally find it and try to hand my husband the key We told them no thank you and they proceeded to yell at us because “we had no compassion because they were sick” Of course we had no idea they were sick so when I replied “perhaps you should temporarily shut down while you recover” they proceeded to scream at us to leave We had our four year old with us and it is unfortunate she had to witness all of thisTo say they were unprofessional was an under statement I hope this review saves someone from spending their hard earned money on this experience

Catrina Heintzman

This is the perfect place to stay at for either spring break or if you are planning on just having somewhere to sleep at night The hotel was nice and spacious, comfortably fit me and two other friends, the air conditioning is COLD Not only that but the manager of this hotel is one of the nicest men ive ever met

He was super understanding, gave me and my friends really helpful tips on how not to get arrested at night, where to go to party, and is just a super funny dude in general I can tell he really cares about his guests and really wants every guest that stays to have a wonderful time at his hotel and town 10/10 would recommend

We have stayed here a few times before andabsolutely loved it This stay leaves a lot to bedesired When you’re paying over $300 a night, things should be better

The pool opens at 7 am, but the water slide doesn’t open until 12:30 and was closed at 5 You have to get pool towels from the poolside bar which is down a level and leave your room keyWe went down to get towels and the poolside bar was closed at 10 am So then had to go to the lobby to find out why, they said it doesn’t open until 12:30 Then we waited for 15 minutes at the lobby counterbecause the towels from the previous day weren’t done drying So inconvenient and totally unacceptable! We also called for a rollaway bed, and they charge $20 a day, and the employee who delivered it, argued with us about blankets and pillows for it No maid service, and had to call twice for clean towels before they brought them On top of that, they started using wristbands and were constantly bugging us to see them while we were in the poolNow, I’m 60 years old, not 16 This visit has left a bad taste in my mouth If you don’t have the staff to run things properly, then you should lower your prices

Had a good time Love that they have a BBQ at the pool… it’s old but it worked 🤷‍♀️ Also I didn’t mind but it was a bit loud with the party people… So if your uptight this may not be a place for you

Staff (Savannah) was friendly Boat parking was cool because it’s right in front and seemed safe Rooms were good sized, comfy and clean Loved the microwave and fridge Price was right and I’d stay here again … not fancy but they sure welcomed a good time

Christina

Saved our behinds! Camila at the front desk is so kind and really got us out of a pickle We drove our Tesla out here and didn’t realize there were NO superchargers! She kindly allowed us to charge up even though we weren’t hotel guests She did mention that if a hotel guest needed the charger she would have to ask us to move

Totally understandable Love that she is so thoughtful about the guests as well THANK YOU DAYS INN for the superb service 🙏

Lisa Bersani

Very disappointed We arrived at 2am If it wasn’t for the fact that I was up for over 24 hours, and had already prepaid for the room

I would have left There was crusted something stuck to table, I sanitizer wipes, so wiped everything down When I went to shower, shower was stained (see photo) towels had black stains (see photo) 2 lamps missing light bulbs, floor was not cleaned When walking on floor feet turned black, and to wash again and wear shoes at all times You can see the black marks on sheets from feet prior to realizing it had happened Would not recommend

Excellent stay The sitting area in our mini suite could have used another chair Even a recliner vs the side chair

The room was very clean! We will stay again We appreciated the personal touches Jason was very helpful He took the time to show us the room at our request prior to booking our stay (We had a less than pleasant experience at another hotel and wanted to make sure the room was clean etc…)

Katherine Kramer

So this hotel is a bit different than the chain hotels First I was impressed by how clean and how functional everything is It’s clear that they care about the property

Although there are no large marble counters and the bathroom is very simple and lighting adequate, the room is functional and clean and quiet I also appreciated the fan over the bed too Excellent price as well

Alfonso Aguilar

Start off by saying Jason Was AWESOME! Friendly Attentive and knows how to run the place Check in was fast friendly Pool was clean

Breakfast was perfect a small selection of the basic breakfast essentials to start your day Prices were Excellent I usually book 2/3 rooms family of 6 so everywhere I got I look for best bang for my buck This was the perfect spot We rented a boat from Wet Monkey which is only 5 min drive so after a day on the boat getting to the room drop off luggage and then get in the pool was only about 20min 😃

What a great place and friendly people too The Hidden Palms are 1 bedroom condos, full amenities They are individually owned places so each place has different furnishings

They are not new but kept up very nicely Our place was clean and tidy and we felt very comfortable The atmosphere is nice and quiet, and only within a mile from the river Very reasonable prices We will definitely come back and stay here again, hopefully very soon

Mark Wilson

We have stayed here once or twice a year for the last 5-6 years Always on a Saturday and Sunday night because we like the swap meet on Sunday mornings The past two years have presented problems, mainly because there is no on-site management to control noise

Parents getting drunk and in the pool well after midnight, and kids running around yelling, and the parents yelling at people who complain It’s dramatically gone downhill We witnessed condo owners asking the kids to quiet down, and the parents (who have been drinking all night) abusing the owners and swearing at them We called management and left messages with them, and texted them as well, but no response We are sad to say that we will never stay here again, and in fact, will attempt to contact ownership to complain about this

Anna Kottwitz

The rooms are all suites, well maintained and clean ( we checked out three!) The exterior and front desk could use a little make up, nothing a coat of fresh paint could not fix Don’t let that discourage you

The staff is extremely friendly and generous You will be positively surprised how great the suites are Very much worth the money

This place was definitely a nice hotel especially cause it was close to the lake and I know it might sound weird but we liked the shower cause it was glass doors not a shower curtain We actually came here for a late birthday gift from my boyfriend and the 4th of July The room was great the view was beautiful and what I liked most was it was very close to the launch for us

Our view we got was looking at the lake and the London bridge which I loved

Dani O

Husband and I stayed at the Heat Hotel and had a wonderful time! We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and Heat Hotel staff provided complimentary champagne with petals placed on the bed Nice touch! Thank you! The room views are awesome! Hotel staff, Gavin was friendly, professional and very accommodating – so much so – we were able to change from one room to another since we stayed there several days Room #307 – AWESOME VIEW! Shhhhhh, don’t tell anyone

The cleaning staff was super! Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are nice I always laugh at the one-ply toilet paper, but that seems to be norm for most hotels Ha! Air conditioning works great albeit a bit loud but that comes in handy when Kokomo across the lake gets too noisy Love, love, the patio as it is so relaxing to sit outside and watch the boats go by Night time on the patio is nice as well We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks for the military discountDrawback: slow tiny elevatorbut that’s why there are stairs, right?!?

Bree Bjornberg

The hotel is great for a party crowd but not for a vacation where you want to relax It is by a dock for boats and across the way in a night club that goes til 2am It was a bit upsetting to find that out after we gave them our credit card but once we were not wanting to stay there, they accommodated as well did the third party booking website we went through

When we got to our room it was facing the water but it is very loud and disruptive Not even five minutes in a pedestrian looked through our window because it is also a walk way for the public The rooms were just not very high end for the price The beds were creaky as if it was a pull out bed from a sofa Like I said, they were very accommodating when we were not happy though, the girl at the checkout desk was very nice

The pool is great The rooms could use a bit of updating but not a deal breaker Beds are comfy

Sitting on the patio, looking at the lake while enjoying drinks is oh so nice!Overall, prices for things like the restaurant, coffee, and bars are reasonable Would be great to see a few EV chargers in the property This is a new favorite place! This place does get pretty lively on the weekends with about 50/50 families and college aged adults but not too bad At least not the first week of April

Cary Williams

The location is perfect However, the owners should invest in the property to bring it up to date The staff are friendly and exceeded expectations to make our stay pleasant

However our expectations are higher than achievable at this establishment Investment in furnishings and deep cleaning for both the exterior and interior would greatly improve the property Again the location is prime but the establishment is decades behind in updates I greatly appreciate the efforts of the staff to make our stay memorable (5 star effort!!) unfortunately the accommodations are what they are –

406 Dk

Enjoyed an evening at the pool Awesome bartender Friday night; he took care of a lot of people at one time He stayed engaged with us & did a formal taste with straw before handing them over

Security did a good job making sure everyone followed the rules I would have given 5 stars except guests were allowed to smoke and a few times their ashes went into the pool Also, the DJ was playing some good music but I could have had a little better variety

The park is very, very nice but I have a puppy and there is no shade for her to go They have a nice dog run but stones are extremely hot and no shade They should add an ice machine and a place to get water drinking

The machine here was broken down And add a soda machine to get cold drinks out of And more umbrellas for pool area Laundry are neat and clean and also clubhouse was very nice Bathroom had a bad odor to it Very badThe people all seem very friendly and I did enjoy my stay but consider the things I mentioned

Brian Olsen

Friendly and helpful staff Clean and functional facilities One of the better parks around

Just be aware that there are absolutely no trees for shade here So it will be very hot in the summer and your AC will struggle to keep up They lost a star from me due to this lack of trees

KM Sanchez

We stopped to stay overnight and were very pleased The staff is welcoming and made suggestions for pizza delivery The pizza was delicious and convenient delivery after a long day of driving

The resort is exceptionally clean and well maintained There is a laundry mat, showers, club house and pool My husband enjoyed a dip in the pool to cool off We will definitely keep this RV Resort on our list

This is a slightly delayed review as my visit was back in October of 2021 The location is great! Customer service was also great! When we got to our room the door was slightly open, it was night time, and when I reached in to flip the light

nothing 😲 So we went back to the front desk, and they had maintenance there right away Checked the room, and fixed the light The room itself was huge It was two rooms converted into a suite It was very dated though, and was kind of musty smelling The onsite restaurant was great though Had a nice dinner there Breakfast was also very good

Krystal Flathers

Upon check out the concierge was very rude, disrespectful and didn’t want to help The room was alright, definitely not worth what we paid But the breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff was incredibly friendly which is a breath of fresh air first thing in the morning

We were a little disappointed when we had multiple staff knock on our door to remind us of check out at 11 We have a big family and take our time It was frustrating when We still had plenty of time

Robert Brink

Nice Hotel at a nice location however the lady at the front desk had no interest in helping us find our room The room numbers are laid out poorly with meaningless arrows pointing nowhere on the building Two other guests were having the same problem

An extremely helpful house keeper helped us find our room Didn’t get her name but the older lady even carried one of our bags up the stairs! An extremely great help!!!
