Pros are that the rooms were freshly redone My wife and I worked here for a couple weeks and while the rooms were small, they were as described on the website Free Internet was generally fine for zoom meetings

I would have liked ovens in the room, more outlets by the desk and in the bedroom The staff and housekeeping were very helpful Breakfast daily was minimal Pool/hot tub are small but worked Gym had a couple treadmills, some free weights and benches The outdoor furniture was missing some cushions and the lounge chairs by the pool were cheap (several were broken) Location was near shopping and highway My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for those looking for a long stay and no frills

Zan Bernhardt

No indication when I made the reservation that the hotel was undergoing remodeling The room was NOT ready for occupancy 3/4 of outlets weren’t live

The TV remote wasn’t for our TV and we couldn’t shut it off at night, so we had to cover it with a towel to avoid the glare If we unplugged it, then we needed another remote the next day The shampoo/conditioner mounted in the shower didn’t work A/C was so loud that no one could have slept through the noise Stayed 3 nightsno housekeeping inquiry whether we needed new towels, nothing They never came in Front desk people were attentive when we called to say there was no hairdryer in the room as well as having to have all the feather pillows changed out due to allergyThe location is wonderful and the room was clean

B Nicole

The stay was enjoyable They had everything we needed for a family of 5, super excited about that Choices were limited for our budget, traveling with kids, needing a fridge and microwave and separate bedroom with two beds and a playpen

So we were accommodated very well Staff were friendly and some made us feel welcomed There was one guy in particular whose name I didn’t catch but he made sure we were taken care of The only complaints I have are that the beds were super uncomfortable I woke up with neck and back pain every night, and the view wasn’t so great where we were placed Also there wasn’t a real breakfast For $800+ I expected at least a cooked breakfast not microwavebles However the jimmy dean sandwiches were tasty

Pretty Precious

Very cute hotel The rooms are clean and spacious Bed was comfy

Was a little disappointed that there wasn’t an iron in my room I didn’t inquire with the front desk either, as I was in a hurry and just chose a different outfitI can’t speak much of the location, as I didn’t do much exploring of LA during my stay The most I know is that the train is about a 7 minute walk away, which is convenient I also felt very comfortable walking to my destinationOn the morning I checked out, they were more than accommodating to hold my bags while I grabbed lunch before my flightI would definitely stay here again

John Parnell

I have stayed here twice in the last week Lovely place Staff is very friendly

Service is fantastic On-site parking is 30$ night Parking in the neighborhood is VERY hard to find I have respiratory issues, so I checked the AC unit in the room upon my arrival There was blackmold growing on the interior of the AC vent I called the front desk and was promptly issued another room with no mold in the AC Over all, I enjoy the establishment and will stay here when I am in the area Thank you to the staff

It says “kid-friendly” on Google map

Which is totally a lie Just because you have a pool does not mean you are friendly to kids There is no baby crib or child bed They would not even give us extra towels for our kidThey charge $20/day “service fee” on site and $30 for parking Not sure what kind of service I gotThe front desk staff was okay Not rude as some precious reviews described But this place is definitely not providing standard hotel service I called to ask for a bed sheet to change, they said “yes, you can come down to pick it up anytime” On the days I didn’t give tips, there was no new shampoo I didn’t want house keeping so I didn’t leave tip, but they have this policy that they must do house keeping every other day so they came in even when I put the no disturb sign upIn the room, the AC was loud, the road was loud Some towels were dirty The front desk lied to me saying the top shelf in the refrigerator is the freezer And of course all my ice cream meltedIf you have kid(s), definitely don’t stay here I will not pay more than $120 to stay here anyway The only good thing is probably the location

I gave an extra star only bc the staff was wonderful STAY AWAY is right Carpets in the rooms are beyond gross

My mattress was so old one side was lower than the other The gym has zero air in it, so they but a fan on top of a bucket The parking charges are a joke There was supposed to be a valet at top of steep hill where other rooms are, but when I got there at 9pm no one was around When you call the front desk from the room, you can’t You get a message that there is no connection So you need to call them from your own phone Valet doesn’t pick up either You have to go back down the steep hill to ask for anything The place is tired and old, but please don’t blame the staff they are doing the best they can

Well, We truly enjoyed being able to bring your pet and not worrying about him barking or not being comfortable because they definitely make your pet feel comfortable However the room was incredibly hot and when we called to talk to them about air-conditioning they didn’t do anything about it and they kept putting us on hold which delayed our time to be enjoyed Another thing that we didn’t like was there were no outlets by the mirror for us to be able to use hot tools to get ready

I understand most people get ready in the bathroom but when there’s three women when is showering one wants to be able to do her hair while she is waiting We also called for an extension cord just for them to tell us that they don’t have any but then when I talk to the manager about this prior to leaving she says that they definitely have extension cords I also really feel that not all of the staff was very nice sorry to say this but the women were incredibly rude as the men were incredibly nice I have stayed here before and didn’t mind it then but in the future I would have to reconsider it as it really didn’t put good taste in my mouth So do your diligence if you decide to stay here

Paul De Leon (PhilNY11)

Most probably my go-to hotel everytime I’ll visit LA From a King Essential to a 2 Double Essential Skyline View room How? Coz the front desk staff were so nice

Initially, I’m only staying by myself then for some reason I have two friends coming over and the hotel gladly upgraded me to accommodate them Also, if you have a car to go around (which is everyone in LA) and maybe have something to do in UCLA, then this is the perfect neighborhood for you Very chill and quiet residential area There’s a daily fee but the perks will make up for it

Amanda Stephano

They charge a fee that they don’t tell you about My room was old and when I showered the water completely overflowed into the rest of the bathroom It was literally like a swimming pool

When I went to check in, they didn’t even have my reservation so I had to wait 30 minutes to get check in I was there for one night When I called to get the “guest fee” waived that they did not tell me about – the manager could care less and just kept interrupting me I will not stay here again, nor do I recommend anyone to Only giving 2 stars because the lobby is nicer, but the rooms are bad

Michalis Zodiatis

Our stay at the Kimpton Everly was overall great The hotel is new and very comfortable The rooms are spacious and have most necessary amenities (iron, iron board, hairdryer etc

) Shame that there is no coffee machine and that the mini bar is empty and not stocked at all other than two bottles of waterThe communal areas of the hotel are spacious and clean Breakfast at Jane Q was tasty, the free coffee in the morning is a particularly good move You have to request for the room to be cleaned, but this is due to Covid restrictions When we requested, it was done perfectly wellThe pool area is nice, not as big compared to the size of the hotel Pool towels always run low quickly and one morning the water had not been properly cleaned The pool area gets very busy over the weekendThe staff was fantastic, very attentive and polite throughoutThe location is handy, close to main Hollywood attractions but slightly isolated – there is not much within walking distance As everywhere in LA there is homelessness around, so I would recommend having a car to avoid walking, especially at night

Erica Freeman

Stayed here for less than 24hrs Hotel was nice and the staff was friendly The pillows were alright and the bed was mostly cozy

I never heard any noise from the hallway or upstairs The bathroom door is one of those barnyard sliding doors and there was no fan so privacy was non existent Given the options around the area I would stay here again

Vincent Ortiz

I was served by Neil all night long I cannot recommend this place enough!Neil served 5* cocktails and gave me the lowdown of what to do in LAHe provided great company for a solo traveller like myself, whilst keeping up with the orders

I would hands down recommend this place to anyone The rooms are amazing, the pool is perfect and the service is 10/10Thank you Neil for providing such an amazing and memorable serviceI can’t wait to come back!

Barry Katz

Nice enough aesthetically, but if you’re planning on staying anywhere longer than a night or two, go elsewhere Bad bed, awkward layout of room (sink in the bedroom, no dresser, low useless chairs) and short bar hours (closed almost every night by 8pm) make this place a pass Sure if you’re trying to snap some IG pics by the pool, go for it

But don’t expect to have your minibar or snack area restocked, even if you’re there for a week and a half!

meg symanow

I had been here several times with my (white) girlfriends and was warmly welcomed into the pool area and had an amazing time with great service Came here a few days ago with my black friend and had a very different experience The second we walked in we were rapidly approached by a woman who very aggressively informed us that the pool was for guests only

She didn’t ask us if we were guests but immediately assumed that we couldn’t possibly be We left but I couldn’t shake the feeling my friend had been discriminated against so I went back in to talk it out with the manager When I politely broached the topic with her she began raising her voice at me and became erratic, even shouting at me as I had already tuned to leave Stay away from this place if you are a POC, the whole interaction felt racially biased

I would say this is definitely one of the better and more fairly priced hotels in Los Angeles The rooms are nice and big, especially if you ended up getting the suite like my friends and I did when we visited Los Angeles The continental breakfast is tasty and plentiful

The views are absolutely fantastic and the neighborhood around this place was surprisingly decent despite all you hear about Downtown LA I would keep in mind that traveling at night by yourself isn’t ideal since this is near the heart of Downtown LA so fruit for thought just in case Other than that, this is a very solid hotel It has a Starbucks, pizza place, and a Jersey Mike’s within the hotel so it’s definitely convenient for anyone who likes those places It has a somewhat fairly priced little goodie shop near the front desk with a good amount of snack, drink, and even medicine options to choose from so that’s also convenient Overall, just be mindful of your surroundings and make the best out of this hotel! It really is a solid hotel to book and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a premium experience at a fair price!

Broken alarm clock (can’t set the time) soap container falling off the shower wall $50 to park!! Every hand sanitizer in lobby is empty

Safe in the room was taken out before we arrived No orange juice at 8a breakfast on Sunday Rooms are spacious Expect nothing and you’ll be fine The robot room service delivery was awesome (even though he’s stealing a humans job)

Trey Erickson

Awesome hotel with free shuttle to LAX We stayed in the accessible room and it was excellent Our flight was very late and the shuttle got us to the hotel quickly

Staff was friendly and allowed us to park out front fora couple hours after we rented a vehicle and still needed to pack up the room Finding the shuttle was very difficult with the construction at LAX, so ask before you start walking if you aren’t sure where to go

Me, my dog, and my sister had a great time here At check-in, they asked if my dog could have treats The valet was completely worth the fee – all we had to do was text a phone number and our car was ready

Our king suite room was clean and updated The area surrounding the hotel was safe to walk the dog and to walk around at night Sightseeing and food adventures were a short drive or short walk away The front desk, and management were all friendly, pleasant, and helpful Will stay here anytime I’m passing through LA, and recommend it to friends and family, too!

Natalie Li

First off, I would like to say I’ve had my fair share of staying at luxury hotels and this place was quite the opposite The location is good in regards to taking route 10 and the shopping area, however, for the price you’re paying, best to spend it elsewhere Initially the first room we stayed in, the sink pipe was leaking water, the bedside lamp wasn’t working, and neither were the phones when we tried to call them about this

I had to go downstairs and the staff were very pleasant and gave us a free upgrade The room was indeed much bigger and it had two separate bedrooms, but overall, this hotel is outdated The sofa was cracking and housekeeping couldn’t even bother to find the right sheets for one of the beds They also didn’t give us additional toiletries when they refreshed the room, which is interesting considering you are paying the room per night The heating system doesn’t seem to work either and when it gets cold at night, you’ll be wishing you stayed elsewhere This is my first time staying at a Marriott chain hotel and it’ll truly be my last From now on, I would stay at my usual Hyatt or intercontinental I would like to say more, but this hotel truly drains you of your energy and your wallet

David in valet is awesome and very personableThe sandy blond lady working at the hideout on 3/13/22 at 4:45 was rude and extremely eager to stop my wife from sitting down in the restaurant because she said they were getting ready to close That lady’s obnoxious attitude was upsetting

We said that we would leave the restaurant then At that point she must have realized how she must have sounded and that she had upset us and then she wanted to show us the way out after ignoring us briefly She was the opposite of our experience with the rest of all the hotel staff we came in contact with We didn’t care that they were closing, JUST BE NICE AND FRIENDLY LIKE ALL YOUR COWORKERS ARE!Lyn at the front counter was very nice and welcoming The room was clean and the bed was perfect The STK restaurant was very good and a great selection of entrees Full bar and good wine list alsoThe Hot coffee at the front reception area in the morning was really good

Absolute perfection This hotel strives for greatness and goes above and beyond to offer impeccable and truly top-tier service The staff are extremely experienced, elegant, and sensible and make you feel both special and at ease the moment you arrive

From the valet desk, where they will greet you by name, to the pool, where they offer outstanding food and drinks, the staff seeks to satisfy your every whim (room service even went so far as to procure ingredients for a dish we requested) The Four Seasons LA is a centrally-located bastion of calm, an oasis within walking distance of all the charm and fun of Beverly Hills

Ryan Seangio

The Four Seasons Los Angeles was phenomenal and truly lives up to the brands standards The level of attention to detail and service is top notch! Special thanks to Nathan from concierge who went above and beyond to make us feel special From the moment we arrived we were greeted with glass of champagne, and escorted to our Wellness room which was just a few steps to the pool, and had a wonderful balcony overlooking Beverly Hills

Nathan also went out of his way to coordinate a special welcome amenity for us which was incredible This will always be my go-to stay in LA from now on!

Herah Syesy

The Four Seasons Hotel is a great place to stay if you’re visiting the city The location could not be better – just steps from everything that downtown has to offer, including all of its wonderful fountains! The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly too I had an amazing time here today thanks largely in part because it was my birthday weekend

I really enjoyed my stay here! The location was perfect (a major mall is right across the street) and it was easy to get everywhere I wanted The staff were pleasant and eager to help out The breakfast was just alright nothing extraordinary but good enough to get you out of the door

The waiters seemed partial but I guess it must be nice to relate with someone who speaks your language The only con is that they had agreed to a late check out but called to get me out of my room before the agreed time I wasn’t comfortable with this but overall it was a nice place The gym is also well equipped so pack some workout gear if you can!

Cc Cort

Let’s start by saying not all front desk people had great customer service I only encountered two women that actually gave excellent customer service on Saturday afternoon, and I was able to chat with themUpon arrival when I was checking in the guy from front desk was telling us about the parking, happy hours and complimentary breakfast

So the next morning on Saturday I went down for breakfast little did I know it wasn’t complimentary I had already served myself so it was too late to not pay for it It was $1758, I asked the girl at the front desk about the breakfast and she was very rude ( well I don’t know why he would tell you that) I honestly didn’t find this worth the money The food was not good at all I wasn’t hungry for a (buffet) so it was a waste of moneyThe pool was ok nothing fancy The room is pretty small and getting in and out was hard there’s not much space The beds are super noisy … you do pay for parking daily which I wouldn’t mind paying when the hotel is amazing which it wasn’t…Our keys stop working the next day and they kept doing that the day after, so that was a bummer We had to keep going down to get that fixedThere’s nothing soundproof about this room I could hear everything outside and the top people were super loud around 3 am all the way through the day That was super annoyingOverall, I think the only good experience I had was the two front desk ladies that I was speaking to

T. Dinh

First time staying here and will definitely go back I felt very welcomed when I checked in and the front desk staff were so polite and friendly It wasn’t that forced kind of friendly either

The room was very cute and clean I was very happy to see they served real breakfast and not one of those grab and go bags It was a breakfast buffet with made to order omelets I had mine to go and there were no issues getting that boxed with a cup of OJ for the road I also felt appreciated as a Marriott member and already booked my next stay here for workIt is by the freeway so be sure to have earplugs (I always travel with some) so I did not have any problems with noise as some others have mentioned

Jeffrey Huff

Absolutely darling, wonderful housekeepers, super helpful and even gave us water bottles every morning Awesome ladies However, that’s kind of where the good ends

The third floor doors were permanently closed, so you have to go all the way down to ground floor from the parking garage, across the lobby, then wait for an elevator to the room floors Funny how all of the surrounding properties– even the 2 and 3 star properties– haven’t had this problem Then you deal with the parking passes for the THIRTY DOLLARS A DAY parking Once again, way more expensive than competing hotels, and my pass kept getting invalidated overnight even though it was -supposed- to be active for my full stay, so even more hassle The rooms themselves arefine? Like seriously, the only thing that set it apart from a Motel 6 was that the shower had decent pressure and a shower wand attachment Otherwise I could have spent half the money for the same room, maybe even a nicer one But worst of all, their downstairs cafe claims it was Starbucks, but they don’t have the right brands, they don’t have the right machines, and none of their pastries are Starbucks, either The lattes tasted worse than what I could have gotten down the road at the gas station, and their pastries were somehow even worse Vending machine danishes are tastier– and fresher

শরিফ রাজ

The lobby and room was clean, the front desk was just OK, not very excited to help but not negative Self parking was easy just behind the hotel They have a rental car service in the lobby which is convenient and the bar and grill was just what we needed after a long trip

Oh and the Lady at the small gift shop were we picked up a few late night sodas was awesome to talk with she was such a super positive person the kind that just brightens your day

Gary Chow

Upscale hotel on Century Blvd about 2 miles from LAX Sound insulated rooms keep airport noise outside A free shuttle runs every 15 minutes to LAX, though it can easily take 30 minutes to get to Terminal 1 in the morning, so don’t be deceived by the relatively short distance

Remember, it’s LA traffic and you’re near LAX, which makes it even worseIf you are driving, parking is $30 self park or $50 valet Valet will only let you park in the circle for about 20 minutes to check in unless there’s a line at check in and you grouse about the short grace period FYI, there’s a ton of street parking behind the hotel It’s light industrial, and looks sort of deserted on weekends, but there are definitely cars parked back there YMMVBellhop service is good if you need a luggage cart Ours provided a quick rundown of the amenities available on our way to the room and was friendly and helpfulThere’s a pool and spa on the third floor, and the rooms are decent, though I expect that the rooms have varying degrees of luxuriousness Regardless, you should expect a clean room, a comfortable bed, hot showers with rain heads (pretty sure there aren’t water restrictors installed) Towels are a not bath sheet size, but at least there are 4 provided Shampoo is good for one head of long hair or two with short

It’s really a lovely hotel in a very safe convenient neighborhood For those who left negative comments – think about the price points in this area and the service! For us it’s perfect: great location, very clean room with nice appliances, free breakfast (coffee, muffin, croissant and fruits), super nice staff It’s super cute and we’ll for sure come back again
