We had excellent service from desk agent Alyssa and Maria from the housekeeping department! Our flight was cancelled and we had to book one to arrive 5 hours earlierBoth worked hard to find us a clean room early so we could get some sleep They really went above and beyond, when the first room wasn’t clean Maria even provided us with options

Would stay here again no question The room was modern, spacious, and the only negative I have is that the laminate floors were not clean, there were crumbs near the baseboards, and a clean pair of socks I wore for and hour were black The location is outstanding, not near the road in a residential and retail area Food and shopping options were close

Iam Just Me

We had our wedding at this Cambria hotel Ashley Jordan the Director of Sales and Marketing did a phenomenal job with everything, she’s sweet, professional, and very humbled, in this day and age it’s hard to find staffs that actually love their job to a point they want to see their guest happy but Ashley gave me and my new husband top notch service

The staff that catered the food did a great job, it was absolutely delicious, our guest loved everything Housekeeping did ok but need some improvement but other than that whoever cleaned my room on Friday did a great job 👏🏽

Alyson Maldonado

I absolutely loved my stay here Breakfast isn’t provided on the weekdays and is paid for on the weekends which wasn’t too problematic just something to note The front staff were LOVELY

We booked the King room and I can say for certain their “King” beds are more like Queens When I asked the front desk about it, I was told the manager would simply challenge me and come up to my room with a measuring tape I appreciated their transparency in not wanting to frustrate me any further Because of the debacle I had already been through at the hotel we initially booked, I didn’t bother challenging them beyond that Again, if you’re trying to accommodate your own physical size or someone else’s comfort in getting a “King” room, expect a tight squeeze I’d still stay again – maybe just bring my own tape measure next time😂

Stayed for almost a week while visiting family It was ok but minimal services Room was clean when we arrived but no daily housekeeping

Asked for extra pillows and was told they didn’t have any, two different days The pool was awesome though The water was so warm which was wonderful Kids loved it The gym was nice too Coffee in lobby was good but no real food Has a small selection of frozen/fridge food but nothing for breakfast Should at least sell frozen breakfast sandwiches or cereal charged $2 for one tide pod Real Hilton? I by 80 for $20 Way to gouge your customers on something so trivial Overall nice hotel that is very reasonably priced

What a great end to a difficult drive Drove from Florida Got delayed two hours due to a vehicle fire shutting down I-95

Around 1 am I ended up in North Carolina and went to 3 Marriott properties off the exit to try to find a room for the night Two were sold out and one didn’t have anyone working I went on Hilton Com and found the Tru hotel close by I called and David answered He was so nice I asked if there was availability and was happy to hear that there was I immediately went to the hotel and met David in person The hotel was beautiful and clean David was patient, kind and professional It was around 2 am by the time I got to my room The room itself was also beautiful and clean Very modern The next morning there was a great complimentary breakfast with delicious coffee and warm and delicious food Upon checkout, Micah assisted me with my bill and was kind and courteous A great ending to my stay I filled out a survey with Hilton raving about my stay and received an email from the manager (Mae Nelson) thanking me for my kind words So awesome What a great experience I hope I find myself in South Carolina in the near future and hope whoever stays there has the same experience as I did You won’t be disappointed

Jasmin B

Cute hotel The decor is fun and vibrant They have a pool table, gym and a few games out back (connect four and checkers or chess not sure which one didn’t see the game pieces

) The breakfast they offer is just enough to fill your belly until your next meal (not too much and not to little options) Love that they have liquid hand soap instead of bar soap for washing your hands They’re close to the highway south/north boundThe only thing we didn’t like was there is no personal microwave in each room, only down in the lobby

Andrea Abel

Love this new Hilton chain!Pros: price, location, friendly staff, breakfast options, toiletry line, simple sleek designsCons: no in-room microwave or coffee machine (both available in lobby), AC has no option to have fan on continuously, housekeepers keep bugging you to clean the room even though check out is listed as 12Would stay again and bring a little desk fan for airflow and white noise

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any place They compare thousands of hotel sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper than others! You’re welcome :)! This resort is one of the most well known in the area

I have been staying here for years If you decide to stay here you definitely will love it I’m sure!We have been several times in this hotel for my son’s soccer tournamentsThe rooms are big and cleanThe reception is always friendly and smilingThe happy hour is great too, good appetizers and drinksI would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it!

We really felt comfortable at this hotel It was tucked in a beautiful neighborhood, very put together lobby, and breakfast was enough to get us through We stayed in a king suite and that was plenty room for 3 kids and two adults

The pullout bed was doable for the kids and they offer pack and plays for littles for $10 The only reason I didn’t give it 5 starts is because there was a floss left on the floor, the air filter really needed to be changed, and you could hear the people upstairs at night Otherwise, I felt safe and taken care of here They also have a 5:30 snack and drink time but we didn’t get to check that out

Kathie Mcfadden

From what i understand Drury Inn&Suites all do this free breakfast not what you not even close some places that say free this breakfast was everything you could ask for hot or cold It does stop there in the evening they have a snack this isnt a snack its a full meal from soup to entreeEverything to make a meal over by 7 but if you have kids its perfect and you get 2 adult drinks per night

The gym was clean the pool inside outside a little small but great for kidsAll interactions with staff was met with a smile no matter what time Day or nightI also saw some dogs to All in All its a place to be

The initial room we were given was dirty There was trash left in the closet, crumbs on the desk and bench, carpet was dirty and a bed bug crawled out of the pillow case The bedding had lots of stains

We were switched to another room and we didn’t even feel comfortable staying in the hotel so we checked out that night! I have a picture of the bug after I sprayed it They only moved us 2 doors down and bed bugs travel Even the head of housekeeping stated the room was not cleaned and the person who was supposed to clean it should be fired! Yet the hotel refused to give me a refund even though we check out the same night We traveled from out of town with small children and my husband is a disabled veteran We had to find new lodging and spend more money last minute This hotel is terrible and the manager should be ashamed I would never stay here and if they have bed bugs, you shouldn’t either Now I have to treat all of our belongings when we get home to prevent the bed bugs from transfer to my home They lay eggs and I had my things sitting on that room for hours!

Alena Doctor

Morgan at the front desk welcomed us in when we arrived She was vibrant, and very very nice and sweet! The hotel is beautifulAnd clean Our room was spotless, the bed was soooo comfortable and the room was very spacious

I love this hotel and would stay here again and would recommend to anyone in the Charlotte area If I could give it 100 stars I would!

Shaun Mc Nerney

Access to hotel after evening hours was limited to those with a key or being buzzed in by the front desk staff Not to say this is a sketch area, it was very nice The lady who worked in the evening was a professional

I checked in late, and the following day I lost my room key The staff was very polite I travel for work several months every year, and this was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been to

Before I decided to book a room at this Best Western, I checked out the ratings and reviews of several other hotels near this one They were mostly in the 3_ range or lower for various reasons including cockroaches, dirty bed sheets, rank musty room odor, etc

When I walked up to the front desk at Best Western, Dana was very cordial, courteous, and professional She checked me in without a hitch and even took the time to strike up a friendly conversation, which made me feel very welcomedWhen I walked to my room, I discovered that my room door was right next to the exit door (to the stairwell) on the second floor I thought this might be a problem with noise of people coming in and out and the door slamming shut I opened the door and let it close and it was very quiet, so I was relieved that that would not be a problem When I walked into my room, it smelled fresh…there was no stale or musty odor The room was brilliant and looked like it had recently been remodeled Everything was up-to-date and sparkling clean! The heat and AC worked well, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very well put together The maid service kept my room tidy each day and refreshed the towels, etc My two night stay could not have been better!

Mila Kukacka

Nice and clean hotel, we spent only 1 night but it was very pleasant stay All new upgraded and clean, hot breakfast, shower worked wellNice, pleasant and helpful staff, When we checked out in the morning, Monique was very pleasant and cheerfulThe only thing I was not too happy about was the noise from the highway, next time we will have to ask for quiet room( that’s why only 4 stars)

Hillary Attar

Nice rooms very clean and staff were very helpful My only criticism would be that the extra blanket they brought us for the pull out couch bed was super itchy and uncomfortable, and they didn’t have any pillows available so we had to use 2 from our bed to give our kids, leaving us with 1 very flat and lumpy pillow each Still though, I would definitely stay again!

Our room had comfortable/stylish furniture The bed was comfortable and clean The hotel offers various free streaming options on a large LG tv in each room

The bathroom was spacious and immaculateLoved that his place was dog friendly! So difficult to find a clean and comfortable hotel that is dog friendly with out being expensiveThe breakfast was a little lack luster, but was fineWe will definitely stay here again on our way to or from Florida

Kurt Thaxton

First and foremost I want to say the rooms are very nice That being said, the service at this hotel is horrible! The staff is almost never available at the front desk I am referring specifically to the morning staff

The evening staff is better at being present and available for their guests I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel until Marriott takes a serious look at the customer service level of their front desk staff at this location

Shalagh Hunter

Rooms were a very good size for a family of 5 We were able to set up a playpen in the room as well with no issues Beds were comfortable enough

Complimentary breakfast was decent Bathroom could’ve been cleaned better Could hear some road traffic, but worst of all the room next to us had a party until like 2am Had to call the front desk and I know several other rooms called as well because I heard them knock at least 3x to ask them to settle down I just don’t feel like this should’ve been stretched over like 3 hours I had a horrible night’s rest with a long ride home in the morning

The room could deserve a little more detail oriented cleaning, we found candy wrappers hidden under the phone, and the shower had enough bodywash for only one person Other than that it was a great stay, staff was great! Very attentive to all our needs on every shift Pool was a little small, but just big enough to have a great time with our nieces and nephew

Linda Noga

All of the staff was friendly and Check-in was quick and easy staff friendly, although our keys did not work Breakfast the next day was good, a nice variety, good coffee, nice staff BUT The next day we come back and the key didn’t work again

And the TV didn’t work But because it was after 8 o’clock there was nobody on call we had to wait till the next day Next day in the morning the TV was fixed but I had to call again to remind That afternoon the keys didn’t work …again 3 days in a row They said the key won’t work if it’s rubbing against other cards, mine was in a dress pocket by itself The iron in the room didn’t work We were not told that housekeeping would not be coming to our room, you’d think we should get a break on the price or more points We were here 5 nights, every night I asked for decaffeinated coffee and twice I asked for toilet paper Lastly, I had to ask for towels to be refreshed Oh lastly don’t buy water, it’s $4 for a 12 oz bottle that’s $50 at Costco,

Nelson Barringer

Greetings,I first would like to acknowledge it took 3 days before I was able to reach a person at the font desk, either no answering or they simply hung up on me Next I would like for you to be aware of the customer service that’s given from your front desk representative, I was explaining with using your IHG app and your IHG website it was providing two different information as far as having it accessible room She chose to over talk me would not hear what I have to say I didn’t explain that booking

com is also showing accessible rooms just like your website but not on the app She told me that you are don’t have any rules which that is untrue because I was able to find two rooms available accessibly for my in-laws on tomorrow night stay I do have updated preferences however I am very exhausted from talking to the individual at the front desk and feel like I was miss treated and overheard As a customer service representative you should always be attentive to what the customer is saying and ensuring that you are not over talking so that they can properly explain their issue My issue was not resolved and I am uneasy about my in-laws staying the night over here I would like a call back from you that general manager with an apology and allowing me to express my sincerely concerns You will find that I am a platinum member and my business also provide us with discounts for staying at your hotels I know this is not something that I should go back and report to my job that your hotels are treating members as suchYours truly the mistreated customer

My wife and I stayed here on June 20-21 after a long day at Carowinds & Carolina Harbor We checked in late (10pm) and the front desk staff was very friendly and professional We have stayed here many times before and love the location, staff, accommodations and complimentary hot breakfast

This stay was a little different – however things were handled very well by the staff My wife noticed the tub was not draining fast when taking a shower I went downstairs to the front desk and let the lady know about the problem She originally stated it’ll have to be looked at by maintenance in the morning but also offered to look at it herself (even if it was 10:30 at night!) I agreed to let her look at it and she was very adamant about getting it resolved After some pulling and tugging, she got assistance from another coworker who was able to successfully unclog the drain (LOTS OF HAIR)…and they cleaned the tub out well with disinfectant After they left, the shower drained as it should This was impressive customer service and why we will continue to come to this hotel when visiting Carowinds Great job Comfort Inn At the Park staff!!

The Pink Room

Currently still here but I had to leave a review on Johnathan the receptionist because he was amazing and very informative I hope he is being paid well here He greeted me so nicely and made me feel welcomed which is significant because I’ve visited a few hotels this weekend and none of them were exceptional as he was

Definitely wish I came here to begin with ! Thank you Johnathan keep up the great work

Stopped over for a night on our road trip – We arrived a little late at 9pm The check in and check out process was swift and the service rendered by Tazay was amazingThe room & bathroom were super clean

Loved the hot breakfast with sausages, eggs, pastries, fresh fruit, orange juice, yogurt and waffles Lovely staff, very polite Good place for a stop over if driving long distance as it is close to the i85 I would definitely stop over again should I need accommodation in Charlotte!

Ivonne Raiford

I absolutely loved the customer service After a 8hr delay missing a flight (missing 🧳) is nice to see someone that smiles and says let’s not stress you anymore, here is a toothbrush and some toothpaste get some rest and let me know what else I can get you The bed was sooo comfortable, the bedroom was very spacious nice size fridge and microwave

Everything was super clean The person at the counter made sure I was aware of the breakfast time and offered to do a wake up call so I wouldn’t miss breakfast (Since I came in at 3 am ) I’m glad I woke up for breakfast they had pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage and 🤤 cinnamon rolls Fruits , cereals, bagels and more I’m just sorry I only stayed 1 night The hotel doesn’t offer the airport shuttle but it’s worth extra cost for the taxi (Sorry,I was too tired to take pictures )

My friend and I rented a log cabin for one night so that we can take our kids to Carowinds for 2 days The resort provided the park tickets along with shuttle service to and from the parks throughout our stay The staff were very helpful and friendly

The shuttle driver was also informative and friendly The cabin was super cute and all 7 of us slept well, 2 adults,1 kid and 4 teenagers We will definitely be returning here next year

Sarah Flatt

Loved our stay! They sell “length of stay” tickets to the park which are perfect! It allowed us to go to go back and forth every day to eat healthier foods and enjoy some down time when it was hot! There is a Tram that takes you from the campground to the entrance of the park and the people that work the desk and drive the Tram are so nice! Especially Mr Steve! He was our family favorite 🙂

Ash C

Love staying here! We are season pass holders but live an hour away Sometimes it’s nice to stay in the rv park because we can break up the day and take more rest breaks The shuttle is very convenient and the drivers are always nice

Sites are big and most are shaded Office staff is always friendly and easy to work with for date or site changes This is one of our favorite campgrounds I wish the laundry and pool stayed open later Haven’t been able to night swim here🥲

Spacious rooms that are designed well, are comfortable and clean Front desk staff are friendly and know how to do their job making guests feel welcome Breakfast is typical Hampton Inn fare – cereal, breads, yogurt, fruit, and waffles, as well as premade eggs, meat, potatoes but the lady week prepares everything is very friendly and willing to help you get what you want/need if it’s not out

A great hotel in a quiet location Highly recommend

Thomas H

The hotel is very clean seems on the newer side it’s walking distance to Harris so getting something from the hot bar instead of eating out is easy and there are a lot of restaurants nearby in walking distance And they gym is well thought of since it has dumbbells up to 75lbs and cable machine and kettle bells a rower a bike etc…The bad sides of the hotel is that they still us the plastic tiny bottles, also the windows are tiny in the room maybe 3ft wide kind reminds me of when I served time for the ponzy scam using alpacas but that’s another story for another day…

Also door is locked at 6pm so you have to use your key makes me feel like a teen trying to sneak into the hotel 🤫 🤐 🤫

This is the worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at We chose this location specifically because of the rating Rooms 216-219 are located next to openings above the lobby

You can hear everything!! I had to call the front desk at 11:45 pm to ask that persons in the lobby quiet down They did not do this of their own volition The hallway is also stifling hot in that location due to the openings Breakfast was very limited compared to other Hampton Inns and of a much lesser quality than expected Rooms were similar to other Hampton Inns, except the bathroom doors faced into the sleeping are instead of the entry That is an awkward placement consodering they are sliding barn doors and don’t close completely as is I would NOT stay at this location again

Was in town on business and stayed too late to drive 25 hours home, so, last minute, Hampton Inn it is My stay was great! Staff was great, hotel was in great condition, room was comfortable and breakfast the next day was just right to get me on my way

As a Hilton Honors member I’ve stayed at my share of hotels I’ve stayed at more than a few Hampton Inns and this one was by FAR, the best!

This is an exceptional Fairfield Inn For the past 15 years, we’ve always stayed in one of the Marriott brands as much as possible when traveling because Marriott brands typically have clean, comfortable accommodations with very welcoming staff This location certainly did not disappoint

It’s located directly off I-77 right next to Wendy’s and is also within driving distance of several other food choices on/near South Tryon During our stay, everything was very clean and well-maintained Staff was friendly, welcoming and professional across the board, especially during check-in, check-out and at breakfast Chris greeted and welcomed every customer during the times that we were at breakfast and Housekeeping was fantastic and always on point as well That was much appreciated and a really nice touch to see Made our short stay feel more like home for sure We’ve always stayed at other locations in this area when we’re in town and I’m not sure how we missed this one previously but this location will definitely be a top choice for future return visits for sure Absolutely exceptional stay Thank you all for making our visit such a comfortable and smooth one!

I was bitten by a bed bug on both arms of my first night stay My sleep pattern is my arms under my face The only good part of this ordeal is it didn’t bite me on my face

I was waken about 2:30am wondering if it was a mosquito in the room Lifted the pillow and that is when I saw it crawling around and lifted the mattress and there was a dirty towel full of bugs dead I assume I didn’t touch it Call the front desk I came to realize that I had an allergic reaction to the bites Uncomfortable weekend due to swelling and itching They did move us to another room and really couldn’t get comfortable not knowing what to expect I did lift up the mattress and moved the pillows around in the second room didn’t seem to see anything but still couldn’t get comfortable and relaxed I took pictures of the bug, towel under the mattress and my arms! They said the manager will contact me when she get there, but that call never happened We later walked down for breakfast and went to the front desk

James at the front desk was the most friendly and helpful person we met all day He made me smile from the moment we walked in and made the upgrade we needed a painless process Truly set the tone for our whole stay

I’ve never slept that well in a new place before, and even before coffee and a delicious breakfast, the staff couldn’t have been more pleasant Also incredibly convenient location right across from Carowinds, well cleaned rooms and nice pool Highly recommend and looking forward to a return trip

Very nice clean hotel, great grill area and fireplace! Wonderful staff and free laundry units Their complimentary hygiene products are awesome! However, their breakfast sucks and does not look very appetizing No daily maid service because of the shortage and there’s a $20 daily incidental fee which is stupid if you’re an extending over a week

Also the picture of the stove is false advertisement Great hotel and address though Prices vary and personally over charge
