Michele BOWLES

I booked my Mother, Aunt, and myself each in separate rooms for 2 nights during a stay in Lancaster We came to visit and see the Sight and Sound show The staff was very professional and friendly

The grounds and facility were very clean and beautiful views of the country from the position of the hotel! There was a small shopping center with a great grocery store and a few restaurants within walking distance at the bottom of the hill The hotel was also right off the interstate exit so not hard to find Also, easy drive directly to downtown Lancaster The rooms were amazing Very clean, nice comfy mattress, linens, towels, and room layout was like studio apt Full size kitchen refrigerator was awesome with microwave and sink Also had utensils etc but I didn’t need them The living area had desk and large sofa TV turned to king bed and there was a large closet area and vanity area across from it Then the large bathroom with one of the largest walk-in showers I’ve ever seen! I enjoyed an extra long shower that stayed hot!! Will definitely return here next year!

Thank you Residence Inn Lancaster for a truly amazing stay! We stayed with them during an extended work assignment and must say the staff and other guests made us feel like we were at home, not at a hotel! The location is great, the rooms spacious, the beds comfortable, but it was the countless small things that each of the staff members would do on a daily basis that added up to the best stay! We would definitely recommend you stay at the Residence Inn Lancaster Oh, and your fur babies will agree as they are wonderful at spoiling them as well!

Kyle Weber

It’s acceptable for a night but not anything I would go out of my way to experience again Cleanliness was just on the edge of fine — the top of the refrigerator was dusty and a little sticky (?) while the room itself clearly showed some wear and tear They were fully booked so I understand that the room that we were going to get wouldn’t be perfect but it was still disappointing given the price we paid to see some glaring flaws in the room

Service was friendly although the Residence Inn breakfast fell way below the level I’d expect for this type of hotel (it was way below even the average Hampton Inn breakfast I’ve had at half this price point) Again, it’s broadly acceptable but I wouldn’t really recommend it

First time staying at La Quinta Was favorably impressed with the amenities and service Room was clean and comfortable

Minor issue with shower nozzle dripping after turnoff Breakfast was modest and plentiful Served in comfortable dining area with tables nicely spaced Fitness center well outfitted and clean Pool looked good but we didn’t get to use it

Dina Tousoun

It was my first visit to Pennsylvania, and it was a fantastic experience I chose LaQuinta over many other options, and I’m glad I did for several reasons: the room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious Also, the view in front of the hotel was lovely, and we took far too many photos

I highly recommend this location to anyone planning a visit, especially families

Rob P

We just returned from a 3 day stay at La Quinta in Lancaster We go to Lancaster twice a year, from NJ, but first time at this hotel We’ve been to B&B’s and other hotels in the area, but want to say this was the best for us

This hotel is very clean, up to date, with a great staff The breakfast is ok, but wish they would elaborate more on hot foods, but seems to be the trend now, downsizing the breakfast Our next visit in the fall will be back here

I’ve stayed here a few times now The softest sheets I have ever slept on!!!! Beds are very comfortableVery friendly and accommodating front desk staff

It can get busy at times but the rooms are always clean and comfortable, and though I have only had the breakfast once I found it to be a decent selection even later in the morning The only complaint I have is that elevator is quite slow even though there are only 3 floors- usually I just opt for the stairs Still, a great place to stay and a fair price for the level of comfortOverall this is always a pleasant stay and it is in walking distance to one of our favorite local restaurants- Fireside Tavern (get the tomato bisque)!

Shirley Jones-Kolarik

Okay I have an admission I thought since it was called Express on the end, it might be not as nice as other places we’ve stayed

Oh was I wrong! I’m huge on cleanliness when I stay overnight in hotels and I found this Holiday inn Express to be very clean We had two queen size beds and I usually loath the top comforter and take it off the bed prior to sleeping in it, but this comforter you could tell was not only very soft and beautifully white, but it was able to be washed as often as the sheets The shower worked nice and I absolutely love their choice of shampoo and cream rinse and body wash that they gave Not those tiny little bottles that you have to bang against your hand to get a little bit out of They had pumps right in the showers The downstairs breakfast was very nice as well All the basics, and everything you would wantThe only one negative I have to maybe say is about the pool Me and my sister were looking forward to it but it wasn’t his appealing as we had hoped And it was very hot and muggy inside where we didn’t even feel comfortable sitting and watching the one guest we went with swim It was just too hot in there to stay Other than that I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for everything!

Kurtley Tate

This is absolutely the worst hotel I have been to in years The staff are rude and the rooms don’t smell clean I had to request a new room twice before finding one that was not smelly

I was treated with suspicion for wanting a better smelling room like I was trying to get over on them or something It was a mind boggling experience as I was asked if I wanted air freshener for a room which smelled like it had not been cleaned House keeping is also rude as they barged in on my twice before checkout time almost rushing me to leave and though the door in the room says check out time is noon it is actually 11amsmh I had house keeping banging on my door at 10:50 I’m not sure what they are cleaning though as the rooms are not clean! I only gave it one star because the complimentary breakfast was decent I travel a lot so it was better than most hotels I have been to but overall what a terrible experience Do better Holiday Innthis is unacceptable

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel It was much nicer than I expected The hotel, the grounds and the pool were all very nice, clean, and well maintained

The staff might have been the friendliest group I have ever encountered The rooms were nice and clean I am crazy when it comes to bathrooms and these were exceptionally clean The shower had great water pressure and actually drained correctly Most hotels (even more expensive ones) leave you standing in a pool of dirty waterThe cafe inside isn’t a Michelin starred restaurant, but the food was good and they didn’t price gouge Again, the staff was super nice and accommodatingI would definitely stay here again I am already planning to use this hotel for our annual golf outing

Nicole Bibeau

We booked for the kids pool with the water slide, but the slide was removed Our daughter still enjoyed herself but it was still a bummer Pools were clean and warm

The hot tub is walled off, empty and maybe under construction Our room is nice, but we didn’t have a book for room service or local restaurants Room is insulated from outside noise Even with an event going on we did not hear a thing AC in the room was very loud when turning On and off It was startling at nightThe restaurant still has a very limited menu, so our dinner choices were disappointing Dogs are allowed (pets) in the restaurant so the meal included barkingFront desk staff is great! Super friendly and kind Grounds are beautiful and well keptOverall not a super great experience for the price we paid

Peter Cunnius

Sorry this is long, but I love this venue!I have visited this awesome venue multiple times over the years for business meetings, seminars, and conferences The location is easy to find, ambiance is luxurious, the restaurants food good, staff friendly and rooms clean! The grounds are relaxing The area around the lake has a walking pathway and many chairs to relax by lake under tree shade

The church is beautiful both inside & outside architecturally Not sure if this is part of the venue, but its off the walking pathThe area has developed over the years and a Starbucks is across the driveway! ☕️ 😉 Plenty of other shopping and eateries across the main road If you stay don’t forget the warm chocolate chip cookie at check-in counter and good lancaster county brand complimentary coffee in lobbyLancaster County is home to fabulous culture of Amish and Mennonite and is a great educational trip In the hotel lobby has plenty of resources to find these treasured experiences Build a day or two to relax and enjoy!

Shoutout to Tyler! I was charged twice for my dog (even though I already paid the fee in the beginning) Tyler was the person who checked my family and I in Therefore I gave him a call and told him about the issue

He kindly helped me figure out this issue and made sure I got my money back Additionally, kitchen staff were very nice and attentive! The only reason why I gave this hotel a 4 star was because no one came to take the trash out of our rooms due to covid policy I had to call the front desk (someone else besides Tyler) to pick up trash bags and toilet paper

Becky Powell

On a traveling adventure Booked online The room was ok

Dated but pretty clean Between the poor confused service desk lady and the online booking they somehow messed up our payment and we spent over an hour in the lobby waiting on them to sort it out It was stressful and embarrassing even though it was in no way any fault of ours Really should have just canceled and left but we had already checked into our room and I had no idea what might happen with our payment Anyway finally got things straightened out and stayed the night Will probably never be in that area again anyway

Jenny Spano

If I could give negative stars, I wouldOur first room smelled like an old ashtray We were given a second room that we had to share with hundreds of SUGAR ANTS–BEHIND THE BED AND UNDER THE HEADBOARD!!!The front desk person offered to let us check out at midnight (with no where else to stay) or we could clean it ourselves

neither was really acceptableWe tried the sofa bed but it was too uncomfortable and too close to the ants We didn’t sleepWe were offered a refund but were charged because the cleaning crew didn’t see any antsthey probably didn’t move the bed or the nightstandwhich is a completely different cleanliness and hygiene concernWe stayed on Friday 1 Aril 2022

Would’ve rated it 2 stars during construction bc the pool is closed and we expected to be able to use it as it’s not listed out of service For the price paid we should’ve been made aware ahead of timeHowever, the concierge who greets patrons and serves breakfast was so kind and fun to talk w it bumped our stay back up a notch

Room was fantastic for 5 people Very comfortable and clean

Sharon Reed

The staff here are wonderful Very friendly My GPS not working correctly and Jeanne or Wilma met me at gas station nearby and they directed me to hotel

Both these gals very very kind I’d recommend this hotel due to the staff and nice rooms and nice location They also have a breakfast Overall a 5 star experience in a small town hotel

Matthew Hiserodt

Solid option for travelers in the Lancaster area Hotel prices in this neck of the woods are in my opinion greatly inflated That said the sleep inn was very reasonable compared to other options

Room was small but clean with comfortable beds Only reason I give a four instead of a five-star review was that the continental breakfast is exceptionally sparse and the water in the pool is very cold

Basketball Crazy

When we arrived we were greeted with a awful smell as soon as we stepped out our car Then the desk clerk was very hard to understand and super dismissive He handed us a three page contract saying if we were loud we will be charged if we leave room a mess we charged if we up later we charged on and on

(for references I’m a 40 year old business woman with my 17 year old daughter)When we made it to the room after being treated like potential criminals, the smell from outside was very much inside the room The rooms looked like a mix of garage sale findsThe room was clean ! Points there Pillows awful and only three per queen, shower pressure was none! A small bag for shampoo (think instant oatmeal bag) And one bar of soap Yes TWO bathroom AmenitiesWe bring our own, but I’m painting a picture for youMoving on to breakfastor lack there of There were signs all over telling you what NOT to do Dirty paper signs and I quote “ No Biscuit in toaster”Breakfast was waffles, old bread, a very small crockpot of sausage gravy and cold biscuits(probably why people put in toaster)Leaving for the day we were again greeted by that awful smell the area is country and very beautiful but, farm life is all around including the source of the smell! Manure was the culprit, it was so strong it Seeped into the hotelSo in a nut shell, rude front desk, old outdated uncomfortable room, breakfast almost non-Existent, and rude signs all over telling you what NOT to do, and let’s not forget the three page contract and verbal assault on everything you will be charged for!We took pictures of the room after we left, super uncomfortable feeling of needing to prove it was left perfectly

Frank Punturieri

We stayed in a suite so we had 2 rooms Facilty is very nice and open grounds around the Inn The bathroom was very small you have to step into the room sideways between the sink and toilet to cloe the door

Very tight Bathroom and suite was very clean Location only 5 to 10 minutes from most attractions and restaurants Nice rocking chairs outside on porch All ice and beverage machines are only on the first floor A pain going up to get ice bucket and have to come all the way down again Other than those few items a very pleasant stay Staff always helpful polite with a smile

Pros:Beautiful hotel, definitely geared towards business Next time will explore the area around it Nice room, spacious, nice bathroom

Cons: staff at the Starbucks was not friendly They seemed bothered to serve guests (Not a reflection of actual hotel so will not lose a start for this, but training is needed for staff who works at a landmark downtown hotel)

David Bishop

We had a great time at this hotel After we parked o/s the hotel, we were met by Don Brown the bellman Don was very friendly, welcoming and told us about places to see and places to eat

He took our bags on a cart and showed us to our room after we checked in Don is a great first impression for the hotel We were checked in by a very friendly person at the desk She upgraded us to a better view from our room And the view was spectacular We enjoyed our stay up until Sunday morning breakfast at the Two Kings restaurant We arrived there Sunday am and found it to be a buffet breakfast Which was ok but all the food was cold and the attendants weren’t very welcoming

Jeremy Clarke

The hotel was nice Clean rooms, poor water pressure It is perfectly located to enjoy downtown Lancaster

However, I found that my tips for food service were altered + 300%!When I called the hotel to discuss with a manager several times I got voice mail and never received a call back after 3 monthsI will not stay here again as a result If anyone does, keep your receipts and make sure tips match what’s charged yo your account!Very disappointed that management would not return a platinum lifetime membership calls to share this concern I didn’t even want reimbursement, just wanted to share the concern so others didn’t experience the same theft

Stayed here for two nights with wife and two young children The staff was friendly from the beginning Breakfast was good: waffle maker, cereal, juices, bagels, toast, hard boiled eggs and biscuits and sausage gravy

Rooms were clean They are not “modern” by todays standards but the sheets were clean, beds comfy and everything worked If you’re out and about and busy during your trip, you won’t be spending too much time in your room anyway I would recommend to the cleaning staff to just focus some vacuuming underneath the beds where dust gathersOverall, good stay

Laura Burgess

It was awful Definitely would not stay here again No microwaves in your room, the free farm tour they advertise no longer is done yet the signs are still up for that

Even advertised all over when booking your stay Bernice failed to tell you at check in there was no room service, so no fresh towels and no one to take out your trash Had to take out our own trash and go ask for more towels The room we stayed in was a very old room #111 The wall paper falling off the walls, the electrical was old and probably out of code for it as well Jen came and helped us out a lot to figure everything out Jen definitely tries to take care of everything and everyone while there Turning the water on was tricky but again Jen to the rescue You could tell the room had a previous leak by the looks of the ceiling and the carpet My family only ate the breakfast one time It was OK nothing exciting and the one waffle iron doesn’t cook your waffles all the way Yes they are short staffed like everyone else but they really need to get it together more if they are going to continue to run this place and not into the complete ground If you don’t offer something then stop advertising it on your website, the internet, and even your signage at the road Most definitely was not worth the $300 I had to pay either for 2 little nights Every time you went to the front desk they weren’t there because they were having to do something else Housekeeping doesn’t do a great job either Trash on the floor from a previous stay Definitely disappointing over all

Angel Maury

We were looking for a place for our mini vacation that was near to everything we wanted to visit and this place was right by all we wanted to do The parking lot, hotel, and room were very clean We got a King Bed suite

I was amazed when I saw how big the room was You had a small room when you enter with desk and counter space with small size fridge and microwave The sofa was a pull out bed also so it will work with children, we were just a couple visiting Then the bedroom has a door and spacious room The only thing for some might be if you get a street front room you will hear the low hum of the vehicles and trucks Nothing too bad Didn’t bother us at all The bathroom had a double sink The breakfast was just the basic breakfast foods with waffles you can make Which was fine by us We didn’t use the housekeeping services since we were only there for 3 days Great place all around!

Carrie Bergum

The Country Inn & Suites was absolute perfection for a hotel From the time I checked in until I left the staff was helpful and friendly I was in an ADA room and for the first time, the bed was not too high and the shower actually accommodated someone with limited mobility

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean Even though they did not clean every day because of Covid, they did check in to see if there was anything I wanted done or needed This is a great place to stay

Noah Kilgore

Located right in Lancaster, this was a great place to stay while visiting places in the Amish Country The complementary breakfast is pretty good; it’s about what you’d expect from a hotel The workout room was quaint but better than nothing, and their pool/spa area is a nice additional bonus of staying there, but it’s nothing to write home about

It’s a mere four foot pool, but small children will be able to enjoy it while adults relax in the hot tub (spa) The workers were all amicable for the most partThe room that we stayed in was very spacious for a hotel room and this hotel probably has the best options for larger familiesThere are definitely cooler hotels in Lancaster (ex: Red Caboose Motel), but I had a very enjoyable stay and it could be the best fit for your personal needs, so definitely consider staying here if you’re planning a vacation to Lancaster

If you’re looking for a quiet getaway and relaxation, this is not the hotel I was so excited to have a romantic getaway with my husband The hotel is beautiful, however, the walls are paper thin

There was a wedding the same night we were there Guests from the wedding party stayed on the fourth floor, where we stayed I could hear their conversations as if they were in the room with us Groups of people continued coming and going, and their conversations got louder and louder No privacy whatsoever We ended up leaving that same night

Aaron Langley

Lovely building with great architectural details and hip decor

but undoubtedly the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in Every footstep from the floor above is a bang followed by a creak And the walls allowed you to hear clearly the conversation from the rooms next door The space was fantastic and I’m sure if you are there for a wedding or event, it is top notch But if you are coming through to simply get a good nights sleep, you are in real trouble

Karsten

Booked the hotel one hour before arrival, rooms were already set up and we were welcomed by the employee at the entrance Although I’ve read some negative recommendation about the hotel being noisy, I personally could not hear any other noises besides the A/C in the nightThe location is close to the city and you can easily roam around and explore Lancaster, but the factory itself is worth a look as well as they keep the factory theme even in the rooms

Rooms were nice and clean and the beds very comfyIn total, the hotel was worth the money and I enjoyed the stay

Who is writing these reviews?? The staff was fine, friendly, informative, polite The rooms, as was mentioned in several other reviews, smelled of mildew and the mattresses on the beds should have been changed years agoThe connected restaurant had very limited service but enough liquor to help you forget where you were

These “reviews” need to be validated

I stayed here over the weekend of April 22nd Staff was incredibly snobby, prudish and annoyed of we interrupted personal conversations they had behind the deskWater in the shower changes from scalding hot to freezing cold in seconds, no matter what temperature it is set on

Shades in windows are falling apart Rooms smell pretty bad Beds are old and extremely stiff Hotel smells like weed throughout the nightI believe the same owners own Your Place bar next door The staff at the bar must have been hired by a different person because they’re all way brighter to deal with than the staff at the innI’d go to the Red Roof Inn instead

Debbie Watson

We had a nicely decorated room We reserved a smoking room online but when we got there we were told no smoking on premises Then we go all the way around to our room (my sister is handicapped) only to find out keys do not work

However, the rest of our trip was nice The housekeeping crew kept our room c very clean They need to update their website to include no smoking on premises

From the ladies who checked us in of Friday evening to the cleaning service on Saturday everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helped make our stay more enjoyable As an unexpected bonus when the front desk found out we had won 1st place, our team were given ice cream! Necessary? Absolutely not Greatly appreciated? 100% yesWe have another competition in a couple more weeks Guess where we have already made our reservations?

The hotel was clean and the front desk staff was pleasant The location is nice with local restaurants and shopping within a few minutes drive The pool and pool deck were well maintained and clean

The view is very nice with the Sight & Sound theatre behind and the pond and animals in frontThe rooms are basic with very very small bathrooms To close the bathroom door you practically need to stand in the tub or wedge yourself between the toilet and tub Our ac unit was extremely loud, but it worked The included breakfast is buffet style and the focus of the food is quantity not quality

I consider myself a pretty good home cook In fact I love teaching others how to cook This was my favorite place to eat over the weekend trip that I took with a bunch of friends

First, I can actually tell a difference when chicken is fresh and the fried chicken there was exceptional! Everything I had taken on my plate was very good We were at another smorgasbord previously the day before, and I thought the only thing that was outstanding was they offered grilled steaksI also like the shopping experience better than the previous place We had been Check out the clothes believe it or not, very reasonably priced! They had a nice variety of things to offerI would be remiss not to talk about the service As a long time server from years ago, I know what it takes to be efficient and pleasant at the same time The guys and gals pulled it off beautifully!I thought it was very smart that when they greeted us as a group, they came to the table with glasses filled with choices of sweet tea, regular tea and lemonade and water and suchBoom Now we can go to the buffet without waitingPork and sauerkraut, fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, roast beef, all tasted homemadeA few people at our table actually ordered a hamburger and raved about it saying Now that’s what a hamburger should taste like! They take fresh beef and put the ball of meat on the grill and press it down, nothing like a fast food place wouldOkay I’m glad I got to review this and I hope when we go back to sight and sound next year our group will stop there again! Give it a try “Cooking with Aunt Shirley” from Pittsburgh 👍

We stayed at this hotel for two nights The service at the front desk was hit or miss The hotel is comfortable and in an excellent location

Very close to everything The hotel is 100% solar powered, as per the sign at the entrance Nice bonus There is an excellent outdoor space with a fireplace The gentlemen bartender was excellent Very helpfulTips:1) Luggage carts There are too few luggage carts If you get there at peak hours you may have to do without At one point, I asked the front desk clerk if she could have someone try to locate one, and she said there where none available2) This is a pet friendly hotel We took our dog with us and there is a $7500 fee per stay The odd thing was that there are no doggy bags When I asked the front desk, she assured me that there were doggy bags at both side entrances There were none I went back to the desk and told her that one doggy bag holder was empty, and the other one was missing, there were two holes in the wall where it should have been She found3) The doggy bag holders look like mailboxes and are attached to the post outside the door See the picture4) EV Charger- There is only one

Had a really great stay here We wanted to be near Dutch Wonderland and Hershey Park The hotels in Hershey were pricey, so we stayed here and drove to Hershey Park – about 40 minutes

It’s either new or newly renovated Very nice room – well appointed, clean There was a microwave and fridge No safe which I like to have Plenty of parking A fire pit outside I highly recommend it if you’re in the area Very nice, helpful staff Due to COVID, they only service the room every few days, which was fine with us

Staff was ok Room was clean However, we reserved 2 queen beds and got 2 doubles

Lady at front desk said these were queen beds WHATEVER Also, reserved a refrigerator for our medication NO refrigerator Lady at front desk says motel only has 6 on the whole property She said we could use the office refrigerator but the office closes at 9 And then charged an additional $500 because we used a credit card Ridiculous This 1 night stay was $161 sleeping in 2 double beds and NO refrigerator

Country in the City

Awesome quaint place to stay It’s an Inn so keep that in mind You get very friendly personable staff (not corporate all business staff) They had an ice machine and a soda vending on the first floor

Cleaning staff was impeccable And I look for dirt everywhere, couldn’t find anything left behind Beds were awesome Water pressure was fantastic We had the romantic suite, it was so nice, the fireplace was nice as it was raining on and off for the 3 days we were thereThe only drawback to staying was there was no elevator to get to the second floor(I always over pack so it was a pain to carry everything) and tv quality was so so, I’m use to impeccable picture quality/ sound etcBut overall, I give it 5 ⭐

This was our first stay here The inn is adorable! Everything was decorated with holiday/country decor and the room was extremely clean and comfortable We did have a couple of issues though

Our room was not ready at check in time and then when it was ready an hour later, we were asked to leave briefly for the owner to do a small repair Also there was no mention on the website or in my booking confirmation that there would be an extra fee to pay with a credit card And there was no refrigerator in the room and no muffins in the coffee area on Sunday morning as stated Overall it was a cute place to stay and in a great location but the few hiccups were a little upsetting

Stayed overnight for a concert in Reading and couldn’t be happier Room was extremely clean, climate control kept me comfortable at my preferred 67 degrees Location is perfect – there are dozens of restaurants within 5 miles, including almost every major chain

Outlet shops were accessible without having to even get on the main highway Check-in was flawless, staff was personable and attentive One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in the last couple of years

I only gave service a 3 (as if a neutral rating) because our stay there was very brief We checked in extremely late and left very early The woman who checked us in was pleasant and agreeable

The room was clean, the bathroom was good, and the bed was comfortable We missed the breakfast so I cannot comment on their breakfast It was, however, included with our stay

My husband, my parents and I were checking in My husband gave his card, the man said it was declined Tried another and the guy said that was also declined

I then said to use mine which went through My husband looked why he didn’t have enough money and his bank account said that the Comfort Inn DID take money out of his account We showed the guy and he said oh it’s pending so it’s not really taken out We said yes it did take the money, I went on my mine and showed it was the same Then he said oh well it will be back in account in a day or two usually it takes We called bank and they said it shows it was charged, that we needed to go to the guy and tell him if the charge doesn’t go back on the card we would dispute it We did this Next day we went down to tell them the charge was still pending and we had asked to talk to manager and the guy went back and the manager never came out We were so frustrated because what if I didn’t have my card, we wouldn’t have been able to stay And as of now we have a double charge for a one night stay To say the least I’m very irritated and ready to do what we have to in order to get our money back 😡

I got a room at the MainStay Suites because I needed something affordable that would give me some peace and quiet It checked the box for me Check in desk was super friendly and very helpful

The room was comfortable and clean Note: this is not a five star hotel so it was slightly dated but functional I would stay here again, no questions asked

Aubrey Martin

This was a solid stay All the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating We had a room with two queens and pullout sofa which was enough for 5 people

The room offers a stove, full fridge, dishes, cups silverware, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster Easy to make yourself at home, grab groceries to cook Grab and go breakfast in the morning is great if you are traveling with kids (cereal, instant oatmeal, fruit, muffins-assorted flavors, yogurt-assorted flavors, danishes-assorted flavors, coffee, tea, flavored creamers, heat and eat breakfast sandwiches) Descent size pool that goes from 3-5 feet Pool towels provided Outdoor seating by and close to the pool Three floors, one elevator that worked efficiently The AC in the room worked extremely well My only issue with the room was it smelled like a cigarette and minor wall paper peeling (nothing a little fabreeze can’t fix) Beds comfy as well as the pillows very soft and fluffy If in the area for work or a quick getaway, I would stay here again Scoops icecream shop (they also serve food) and mini golf are 50ft awayso quick bites, desert, and entertainment close Shopping, grocery stores, restaurants are no more than 15 minute drive

The entire staff were excellent Never hesitated with any request The location is beautiful

The outside is well landscaped and maintained Plenty of parking and the pool was amazing Inside is gorgeous with spacious seating in the lobby and breakfast area Stayed there for 4 nights Check in/out, quick and easy If we are ever in the vicinity in the future, that’s my stay

Juan & Sharon Lopez

The hotel staff was very friendly and the hot breakfast was as expected in a Hampton Inn (yum!) The room we stayed in needed some maintenance to keep the voices and light from the adjacent room from being heard and seen Easy fixes that I made them aware of, so I am sure they will fix easily! Issue is easy to overlook if the staff is not made aware of

We enjoyed the stay and I am sure you would also just check your room upon arrival to ensure it’s quiet 🙂

Michael G

This staff deserve some damn good accolades for how they handled the loud and obnoxious sports teams this past weekend at the hotel They made the hotel their playground and let their little princesses scream and run around like this was Chuck E Cheese The staff maintained calm and professional

They even had the luxury of cleaning up after the group left The facility itself is great and I am sure quiet on any other occasion Room 137- feel free to be a parent here and there

This hotel was a life savor and Shannon at the desk was terrific Hotel is very clean, rooms are large, service is great, and has everything We were coming back from a long road trip and checked into a hotel down the street only to leave within minutes, the hotel was beyond livable, and everyone was getting sick from second hand smoke (it was supposed to be smoke free)

The area was pretty occupied but they had some rooms left and we registered Shannon followed up with us to make sure everything was fine We were very satisfied with the Fairfield, I rarely have problems with Marriott hotels

Pam

Perfect location! In town for concert at nearby venue Property is also walking distance to outlet mall and local amusement park Desk staff was friendly and attentive

Rooms clean and attractive but ac was a bit wonky Did upgrade to mini suite Nice to have comfortable area for tv viewing separate from sleeping Did a nice job with hot breakfast adhering to enhance safety protocols Loved the tiny frittatas!!! Would definitely return
