The staff here were very helpful They were happy to help with recommendations for dinner and they were interested in making sure my stay was comfortable I traveled with a dog and there was a very large area next to the property for her to stretch her legs

Breakfast was among the best I experienced in the Choice properties I visited during this road trip Coffee all day was also convenientThe room was very clean and the building is basically brand new I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay The surrounding town was pleasant and the people there are super friendly to visitors Thanks for having me

Nice location and well-maintained Room was clean and comfortable Friendly front desk

There is a fitness room with free weights and basic workout equipment, as well as an indoor pool and hot tub The complementary breakfast was on the plus side with scrambled eggs, sausage and make-your-own mini waffles The lemon ice water in the lobby was a nice touch too

Kristy McCoy

The lady running the breakfast area on June 30 & July 1st is remarkable She’s busting tail and it’s noticedRooms/hallways/elevator/common areas were clean, comfy beds, nice pillows, wifi was good, ice makers work well, reasonable prices on the laundry machines ($1

50), and a nice front desk staff make this a positive stayThe all day lemon ice water is a really nice touch

Great stay! The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable The staff was friendly The pool was cold but that didn’t stop my kids from having fun

We noticed there were a lot of people staying but we never had a problem with noise Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful (even though they ran out of bowls for cereal) Really a great stay on our way back home!

Dave Stephenson

Fully deserve five stars when compared to comparable properties Staff, as with all Marriotts, was fantastic Location is super convenient to the interstate

If I were to come to stay in Laramie I might look for something closer to the university but it’s still a great choice The only reason they lost the store on this visit was minor irritants like the hot tub not being hot and the elevator going out for a short while So I can’t in good conscious give five but I would stay here again

I solely went to this hotel for its review but we were disappointed in many ways about this hotel Firstly the hotels heat in the room is not working, I had go to front desk to ask for help about the the heat But he told me to not to play with it 🤷‍♀️ I had 6months baby we have been freezing cold whole night even though we paid 180$ for a night

Secondly the shower doesn’t give u hot water for long time After my baby’s bath shower somehow doesn’t have hot water, I took my bath with freaking cold water The shower drain in the bath tub is not draining properlyThirdly breakfast was so poorly made and the eggs were cold I really don’t understand why they have very poor facilities with that amount of money that we were paying I felt like even the motels were better than thisSo disappointing and never ever going to stay in any of Fairfield inn in my life

Our stay was good Friendly staff and Tess was amazing during the power outage that lasted our entire last day there I’m giving a good review because the stay was good and the people are nice

The owner was very helpful as well when we needed a ride into town So here’s the downside, i was a housekeeper for a lot of years so i noticed a lot of things A spider was on the underside of the toilet paper when we first got there, stains on the bed spread and a couple of towels hair all OVER the bathroom and a jet was broken in the tub in the room I’m sure the people already staying (like us) could have used a better deal after the outage since we couldn’t even take a hot shower But that wasn’t their fault and no complaints on my behalf, a lot of people did tho, and Tess handled it superb! The breakfast was lame and no one was in the dining area to keep it clean on our first day All in All it was a good experience love the hotel and staff and love the town

Jana Phillips

Why was it Excellent well let me tell you We just had the worst experience try to stay at a different local motel and The lovely night shift lady Barb was so comforting and friendly she really deserves a five star rating just for herself despite the rest of the stay she was Amazing The cleanliness of the whole property was great my room clean smelled nice I slept so good then woke up to a prompt Breakfast ready and delicious the Eggs were even fluffy Thank you Days inn for the great stay

Becca Smith

I don’t usually review or even complain But we had a horrible experience at this hotel I would leave a single star, but breakfast was amazing and we got a $30 refund off our $200, two night stay

My husband and I came with some friends for a snowboarding weekend, we paid full price and got cold showers, a filthy pool (in a freezing cold pool area with slimy floors) and a hot tub that didn’t work the first night when we tried to run the jetsThe hospitality was sorely lacking, there were no apologies when I brought up our complaints, just excuses and I was made to feel like I was stupid for bringing any of it up Not to mention, my friend caught the lady at the front desk complaining about me on the phone A simple apology would have gone a long wayI don’t recommend staying here, we just were on a cheap trip but we wanted to be comfortable and use the pool, we were fairly miserable the whole stay

Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable The vanity outside the bathroom was a little weird The views of the mountain range was a nice bonus

Continental breakfast was par for the course No complaints, and it hits the spot Service was helpful, but it was a little weird that you had to call someone to the front desk Could definitely tell that the carpet was a little older, but nothing untidy Definitely felt overpriced even while traveling in the summer, but I can see why they charge their rate because both weekend nights were sold out

Excellent hotel! Very kind, personable and constantly hard working staff The hotel was extremely clean Breakfast was included and was much better than most hotels

Wonderful hot tub and pool Great working space in the lobby areas Comfortable and spacious rooms Best hotel we’ve stayed in awhile! Even for Hampton Inn’s, this was the best one so far! Props to the staff who obviously take pride in their jobs and make a persons stay enjoyable!

Jeffrey Brodzinski

The service is quick and easy The staff is knowledgeable of the surrounding areas and can make great recommendations for food The rooms are clean

The space is quiet All food delivery apps will deliver to this location The breakfast is complimentary (as with all Hampton Inns) they have a great selection of hot foods (pancakes, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy) The hotel also had TO-GO care packages of fruit for people leaving that day It was nice to have as a snack on my way out east

Courtney B

This place isn’t your typical 5 star review hotel but considering its in a smaller town, dog friendly, and the cost is less than $100/night it is definitely 5 stars Clean rooms (a little dated but didn’t bother us), clean lobby, comfortable beds The front desk staff at night were so kind and courteous

Morning front desk lady was pretty rude honestly but we were on our way out, so whatever Free breakfast was legit, with eggs, biscuit & gravy, and a waffle bar, etc etc If you’re heading through Laramie with a dog, it’s a nice stop

The evening front desk people were amazing Of course an hour and a half after check in time my room was still not ready No problem

The front office gent called and hot my room taken care of Room was nothing amazing Still had a previous visitors false eyelash in the trash can Main issue came in the morning Starting at 9am they come around pounding on the door “to see if you have checked out” Check out time is at noon Could not even just sit and enjoy a cup of coffee for the banging It literally sounded like the police were about to come in Bad morning is not a good way to have a good day I will never stay here again nor will I ever recommend it

The pool was cloudy with irregular chemicals It would be helpful to label the jets, I had no clue where they were until another guest came in The entry was not clear of ice, very poor job addressing ice at the entrance

Please add a change machine for the laundry, get electronic payment, or properly give your staff change we could not do laundry Breakfast needs help as well, bread products were stale, hash browns and sausages were microwaved too long There were stains on our sheets Our exhaust fan didn’t work in the bathroom Plenty of things to address if you had a more attentive staffResponse to Response: I never stated we didn’t enjoy our stay As a former hotel worker I had feedback for other guest and the owner to improve the stay experience I did have to ask for the roll away bed, every other ho tel had it waiting in our room before arrival Also despite her bringing up the bed she didn’t leave with the cart which was empty sitting in the hallway, it would have been helpful The front desk manager was very attentive and kind! However, the owner could provide her and other staff with better maintenance and items to make a better experience for all Knowing you don’t have electronic or change machines an owner should provide staff with enough quarters to last the whole weekend I’m very grateful to her for sharing enough quarters to allow us to complete half our laundry Again it had nothing to do with her kindness but the review was regarding the hotel maintenance I find it very unlikely your front desk worker maintains the chemicals in the pool We showered after our swim to ensure the excess chemicals didn’t affect anyones sensitive skin Staff should monitor the pool, so I didn’t feel the need to mention it to anyone I forgot to mention: please double check that rooms microwave, somethings wrong as it wouldn’t even pop a bag of popcorn And our rooms window was open upon arrival Again just feedback for maintenance and house keeping staff whom I didn’t encounter during our stay Wishing the best for your business as it grows

Debbie Huff

We stayed 5 nights Bethany was awesome at the front desk Very helpful

She made it possible so that we didn’t have to switch to a different room after the first night Always greeted us with a smile she was a very pleasant host Vicki, oh my gosh everyday she greeted us with a smile and made sure that we had everything that we needed She always made my day with her smile and helpfulness, diffidently will come back

The price was $10 cheaper than the lowest price on when searching via maps It is a motel not a fancy hotel, but it is a nice place to stay Simple room, but there is a desk “bar” a flat screen TV, Microwave, and coffee maker

The bath room looked to have been recently renovated, with tile and a glass walk in shower The shower head is in the celling, so you get the “rain” type shower The water was hot and fast to get hot The room was chilly, and the heater on the wall was set to max, however they provided a space heater that did the job after about two hours In the morning I took the heater to the bathroom and had a nice warm shower in a warm room The bed was a foam bed, and had a tight fitted sheet on it, so no wrinkles The bed was very comfy The hospitality was great I would stay here again

Upon check-in, the clerk was very kind and helpful Check-in and out was a breeze The room was very clean and well stocked

The shampoo and conditioner they have is amazing And to top it off, free breakfast! I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through that needs a great place to stay Thank you Best Western, for a great experience

Maria Ida Bucci

I LOVE staying with these folks The service is outstanding in every way imaginable and if you have children along you can be assured that they will be treated well by the staff when you send them for some reason The rooms are clean

The gym is well maintained and they do have an elevator for those of us with physical disabilities or who believe hauling a car full of luggage up 3 flights is for the birds Mostly I Love the wonderful people I meet here, the local restaurants and unique shops, the college theatre events and the movie theater that shows the big opera companies from the East Coast productions on Saturdays in the comfort of the recliner I feel spoiled when I stay at the Laramie Inn Hope to see you there sometime for breakfast!

William Clark

I would give 4-1/2+ stars if I couldThe room was very nice It was only missing a box of facial tissues (which I could have asked for but didn’t because it was late and we were ready for bed)

The breakfast was generally as expected, but we found the [from powder] scrabled eggs, sausage, and gravy to be extremely salty; they didn’t have any hard boiled eggs; the only yogurts they had were liteThe location was fine for overnight stay during travel, but not picturesque
