Cool Breeze

It is truly a “5-Star” hotel The rooms are clean, spacious, and they had plenty of toiletries: sample shampoo, body lotion, etc It is not an inexpensive hotel, so you are going to pay

The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere No trouble makers, and no negativity There are plenty of security personnel, walking throughout the hotel This is a plus, as you will feel more secure I had a nice, and fun experience, staying at this hotel

Diane Psaros

This was our second time staying at the Venetian and we can’t wait to go back in a couple months Our luxurious suite was about 1500 square feet and had everything we needed and more: large bedroom with exquisitely comfortable king bed, huge bathroom with jetted tub and shower, dining room, living room, executive desk, powder room, marble foyer, and beautiful view Excellent room service

We had breakfast in our room each morning and it was very good every time It is expensive but that’s to be expected We ordered dinner in our room at 4AM one night/morning after attending concerts and playing in the casino, and it was just as good if not better than any restaurant I had one of the best steaks ever, cooked perfectly to order and my husband’s salmon was wonderful as well The casino is nice and clean, well lit with attractive decor A good cocktail is never far away The resort is huge with so much to do you’d never have to leave- shopping, restaurants, entertainment, museum, gondola rider, and more Definitely my favorite resort on the strip

Jen

Perfect location, perfect gambling tables, and perfect dining optionsThey had an abundance of coffee shops from ally to Starbucks to the coffee bean (and more than one) Great food options and the staff was so pleasant

They let us check in early and we dropped off our luggage while we waited The pools were very nice (too crowded for us but what can you expect in the summer)I will definitely come back! After seeing all the other hotels (for the slots) I can say hands down this one was 1 The most popular because everyone kept coming into the hotel and 2 Just the most beautiful

We stayed at this resort a few years ago and enjoyed the suite We are a family with 4 kids and the convenience of having two rooms, two baths and a sofa bed for our two littles is too much to pass This is a more comfortable stay than a hotel on the strip

While you don’t get the noise of hotel guests stumbling down the hallway at all hours of the morning, this hotel does have a couple minor issuesFor starters, we are lucky that our two girls are 7 years old using the sofa bed, they are not comfortable In fact out of the 4 hotels we staid in with a sofa bed, these were the worse They are in stupid need of upgrading the mattressesThe second issue is that for anyone staying in a main level unit, beware the unit above You will hear footsteps and just about everything that is dropped above youThis aside, we will be returning and we strongly recommend this location We manages to snag up a deal on it as it was close to a last minute booking and we are glad we managed to stay here againThe nice; clean well equipped units, clean pool area and resort grounds, friendly staffWould be nice if a breakfast was offered, even if it were just a grab and goNot giving it full stars because of the two issues mentioned With any luck, we will see you guys again in a couple of years

2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with kitchen Living room snd a deck was very comfortable for our stay to visit family member in the hospital Pools including adult only were very nice

Free shuttle to strip was efficient and helpful Staff was friendly Exceeded our expectations at a very reasonable rate Did not miss staying on the Strip Much quieter and spacious!

Jeje Love

Family and I enjoyed our stay Upon entering the unit it was cool and refreshing Both rooms were clean and the beds were extremely soft

Location was quiet, and very inviting Great customer service, the oven was not working, but we texted the front desk and received an immediate response Oven was fixed within 20 minutes I like the idea of the two pools Family/kid pool and adult pool if you are looking for quiet time

The room, the view, the location, and the restaurants were excellentThe casino was fine though they could use better smoke eaters I’m a former smoker and usually am not bothered by smoking, but my eyes were burning by the end of the day

The biggest issue was the pool They make you feel like a criminal, by having security searching you as you enter I was told I couldn’t bring my coffee poolside in the morning I had to finish it first One thing I very much enjoy on vacation is sipping my coffee while relaxing by the pool I think a simple room key check and making sure people aren’t bringing in excessive amounts of booze would be acceptable, but this was ridiculous You are also never told the rules until you get to the pool It just wasn’t a pleasant experience, though once we knew the rules we followed them and enjoyed the beautiful weather and scenery of the pool areaOverall, it’s a very nice hotel and if you can get an Eiffel Tower view room it’s well worth it especially if you haven’t stayed there before Not sure I’d stay there again though unless there was an extremely good deal

Liv Nix

Beautiful designed hotel with a Parisian theme It’s quite impressive when you arrive Lots of lovely restaurants and bars at your doorstep so you don’t even need to leave

Rooms are lovely, really clean and spacious Everyone is smoking as it’s allowed indoors so not somewhere I would recommend with kids of any age The pool is gorgeous and a real party zone That and the gym close at 5 so you gotta get in quick! Location is fantastic, right in the middle of the strip, close to all the action

Richard Jenkins

Really enjoyed our stay Room was good and was given a view of the towerStaff where really friendly and attentive all over the hotel

Location is of course very good Good selection of bars and restaurantsI’d definitely stay againOnly suggestion would be some clarity on the room cleaning on checking in Do you need to request? Should maids visit without a request?I bumped into a maid in the hall who was supper nice and asked her if she could clean our room on day 4

Charles Quinlan

Loved it Comfortable beds, nice options for the continental breakfast, large comfortable dining/meeting area The prices were VERY decent considering they’re less than 15 minutes from the strip

The pool and spa were clean and refreshing The hotel is right across the street from an international airport and I never heard a single plane land or take off even though I could see the landing strips from my window The staff were courteous and when the stopper on our bathroom sink got stuck, there was a maintenance person there within 15 minutes to fix it

Melissa Feito

We stayed here while in town for a BTS concert Absolutely perfect for our busy weekend We chose to stay here instead of on the Strip because we wanted a clean, quiet place to rest in between concert activities without having to worry about the casino crowd (and didn’t want to break the bank

) We definitely made the right decision The room was clean and comfortable and has a microwave and generous sized fridge Breakfast was free and had a good variety Coffee and ice water in the lobby at all hours But most of all the staff here is amazing and extremely helpful Not only is there a free 24 hour airport shuttle, which we took advantage of as we came in and left on late flights, but they were even able to take us and other concert goers to the show, and pick us up later that night That definitely went the extra mile and helped put our minds at ease so we could just enjoy the concert without worrying about how we were going to get back Overall great stay, thank you! 💜💜💜

David Clare

WORST HOTEL EVER! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The room next to us was pounding music all day and it smelt like they were smoking weed I complained to front desk multiple times Music woke my daughter up and I asked for a room change

Staff didn’t care at all that they were pounding music smoking weed Had to wake my daughter up and change rooms in the middle of the night DO NOT SAY HERE!!!!

This hotel has so much potential The rooms are nice, spacious, and have really amazing views However the quality feels lacking compared to some of the other hotels

No mini fridge, no coffee pot, and the room had some plumbing issues The grounds were awesome So much to do in the hotel The casino was great Friendly staff, fun environment, and clean I wish it was a little more updated

DjSmiley

This was our best trip yet The food was terrific, we enjoyed every meal and late snaking at secret pizza The games were slow but entertaining, and the tables were a blast

The room is what completes a great stay There balcony rooms are a real game changer Nice and clean with big showers Great experience ✨️

loteneh

We were here for a conference The room was great It was comfortable and we had a nice view

Housekeeping and maintenance were very considerate and friendly The areas where the conference was held were well staffed and the food was great! The main desk personnel were very helpful and considerate The hotel has changed a lot since we last stayed here 26 years ago, but we had another great visit

Kristina LaCoste

This place is huge!! The rooms are a bit dated (probably on purpose as it’s a hotel with a lot of history) but it was an excellent price with a nice view of the High Roller The shower was incredible with jets! We had a bit of an issue finding snacks and drinks for a good price after the cafe spots closed down for the night and for some reason in-room dining was not an option No big deal

Kind of a walk to the self-parking garage, but that’s okay The kiosks for check-in/out were great for keeping the line moving rather quickly Overall, nice hotel, great price, centrally located on the strip, and a lot to explore there Wish I would have been able to check out the nature habitats but I was kind of on a time crunch Next time!!

Caitlin M

So I’ve only been to Vegas once so far

And I didn’t hate the hotel, but there is some room for improvement (Kind of like us all)Checking in is done at kiosks that rarely work properly and then you still have to wait for a real person, in line behind everyone else who can’t get their kiosk to work, just to get a less than pleased employee who gives you a snarky response and sends you back to wait for a kiosk Rinse and repeat, until you get into a roomThe hotel is, lived in Carpet in hallways is buckled and you can see years of wear and tearBUT, most of the staff (not working around desks or kiosks) were fantastic to be around and were accommodating The gaming floor is clean and being updated and renovated There’s great food, everywhere inside, at all times of day, and for all price points and tastesI’d stay there again, because you don’t have to spend much time in your room if you don’t want to It’s worth the money and close to everything

Jenna Triplett

We love this hotel! Casino has a great layout and easy to navigate The biggest con that we found was the pool The Go pool itself is great however their new set up for it is terrible

You have to get there by 8am (opens at 9) to get a chair otherwise you will end up having to find a spot on the concrete since your only other option is spending $500+ on daybeds/cabanas They are definitely catering towards the more wealthy guests or ones that are desperate enough to spend that much money Also, the music is so loud starting around 11am…like you can hear it your hotel room pretty well We have always loved the pool itself (the layout, the tropical feel, the waterfalls) but since they decided to change from tons of free lounge chairs to mostly having costly daybeds and very few chairs it sucks We won’t be coming back for that reason If they change it back to where there are mostly lounge chairs (which would be catering to most of their guest considering there are a lot of empty daybeds) then we may stay here again Also, the pool that kids can go to is the saddest thing we have ever seen It is so small and also has very limited seating The water slide is only open on the weekends apparently so i am sure there have been a lot of disappointed families

Very nice spacious, comfy and clean room Excellent view of the entire strip and free easy undercover parking on site Nice big bed, good towels and room was clean and serviced every day

Highly recommend staying here Food was over priced down stairs but drinks not too bad Easy to walk around and navigate Will stay again Good room security most of the time

Alex V

The staff was great Every employee was courteous, helpful and sincere AAA+ from them all around

The room was very clean! As for the facilities, everything looks decades old and needs an update Everything needed a fresh coat of paint and a thorough cleaning The elevators all had parts with the brass worn off and you could see the primer coat underneathThe pool was overcrowded, but mostly clean The room doors all looked like they needed a cleaning and a coat of paint The room had no towels and after calling I didn’t get any until 11pm that nightMore than half of the restaurants were closed But the food was good, hot and tasted freshOverall, I’d only go if they offered a deep discount

Luuk Motz

Clean hotel, we stayed for 2 nights However you need to walk through the entire casino to reach your room, which might promote gambling to minors, however it is Vegas so no harm was done Beds were good

They had forgot our towels, but were quickly brought to our rooms The location is perfectly placed on the strip One downside was that our window was covered with a sticker that blocked the natural light and view Overall great experience and would definitely come back!

I loved almost everything about the hotel There were so many pros about this hotel Our room was magnificent

The customer service was friendly, professional and outstanding The hotel provided everything we needed I could have comfortable stayed in our suite for a month and never left My favorite place to eat in the hotel was at the Pantry for breakfast, their menu is perfect for breakfast I loved how everything was super convenient and close in rangeThe only con about the hotel was the sensors for the mini bar in the room If you touch it then you get charged extra so I made sure to not come close in contact to it I loved the location of the hotel it was surrounded by everything The best part about our holiday was booking our room here It made the whole experience top notch

Nathan Hawkes

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at this hotel It has it all I visited to attend a conference that was taking place in the building

This hotel is HUGE It took me almost 15 min of speed walking to get from my room to my conference in the ballrooms area There are good parking options It’s pretty centrally located on the strip The Stay Well versions of their rooms are a must Perhaps one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in, period I have to mention, there is a working bathroom fan in the bathroom It did a great job not letting the mirror fog up after a shower! There are lots of choices for dining and shopping Of course, there is any kind of gambling in the casino that you can think of If this hotel is still standing in a couple of months when I come back, I would stay here again

Kymberly Botelho

The volcano is super cool!! We heard it will be going away, so we watched the show multiple times The hotel is nice Beds are comfortable

Clean The pool is great for kids, it’s 35ft all around & has a large sun shelf The hidden hot tub was our favorite place to warm up (was still a little cool in March) Decent food at pool, fun drinks & Dole Whips! Very accommodating hotel for our service dog

From the moment we checked into the hotel, Diego the clerk, was the most pleasant & accommodating Nice clean rooms Excellent food at the Brass Fork restaurant with some delectable pastry desserts, our fave was chocolate cake! Very nice gift shop with some unique gifts Security patrolled parking lots & a 7 eleven store nicely next door

Felt very safe here! Highly recommend if you don’t want the busyness of staying on the strip

Misty Laird

We didn’t feel like dealing with the parking/traffic hassles of the strip for this one day visit I have to say, pleasantly surprised by all the efforts they are putting in to make this location a real contender It was pleasantly bright, and even different entry points to the casino floor that let in a little natural light

There were drink attendants in every area, and they were frequently offering drinks There was a lively crowd at the table games, and either 2 or 3 craps tables going on a Friday afternoon, off strip Bathrooms were modern, very clean and stocked They have a few restaurants; the line for the limited seating oyster bar was around the corner We didn’t try it this time, but it definitely smelled good and will be first in line the next time All in all we had an enjoyable time, and felt appreciated by the facility Oh yeah, and we left with our bankroll even after buying lunch, so I mean, that’s a plus right there 😊 To finish up, just want to point out that the old days of Vegas are gone Most casinos are trying to squeeze nickels everywhere they can Parking fees, less comps, less free/promo play, and the food Anyway this was a nice change of pace If I had to fault one thing It would apply to many other casinos around here Why is Panda Express in so many? Their food is just mediocre I guess people eat there to stretch the bankroll for the slots Its just weird having fast food in a place that is excelling in other areas

Brandon Morrill

To be honest, this place was everything I hoped it would be It was a convenient location off the strip, economical, clean, and welcoming We stayed here for just one night as a stop towards our ultimate destination

I didn’t make the reservation until later that same day I called in and they were very helpful and transparent and got us the best/cheapest room that was available As I was traveling with my wife and three year old, weren’t too interested in the casino aspect of the hotel so I can’t speak to that but I didn’t like that we didn’t have to walk through too much of that to get to our room So I’d say it’s a good place for family if that’s what you’re looking for Not the most luxurious place by any means but I would definitely stay here again

Had a blast thereWe’ve done the strip, and had our pockets vacuumed with very little enjoymentDid Sam’s Town with considerably better results

But had a great time at Boulder Station The odds are always better that on the strip, and you see it in the play time you get Yes, the house still wins, but they give you plenty of entertainment in exchangeThe food choices are also very good, and the prices reasonable

Hammond “DJaHaM”

I am a local Las vegan for the last 9 years and live walkable distance to this location, even when hot outsideMy history with Boulder Station is positive, although, as of lately, I’ve noticed that my history of winning is much better than my current I feel the machines are very stiff and hardly pay out within the last 8 months or so

My wife and I enjoy the restaurants and now have more selection to eat since the new food court is now openWe would have enjoyed some sort of buffet to re-open but they decided to not do that and because of this (stiff machines and no buffet available) we have been playing elsewhere where they accommodate our enjoymentsOverall and for my above reasons, is why I scored it a 3 out of 5 I only took 2 photos of and in Boulder Station One photo was with my drone of the whole property and the other is of an old Mexican style eatery that my wife and I loved, that is now closed due to the food court opening up 🤨 we were frequent customers every week

Angel Howard

At the restaurant where we ate the Manager was very professional and attentive to our needs Because it was our time dinning there he made sure we were satisfied He answered all of our questions and made us feel like we were millionaires

The waiter and the server were just as amazing GREAT RESTAURANT Don’t remember the name I only know it’s fancy and it begins with the letter D

My family stayed there and while we were there our car got broken into and everything that was in our car got stolen In most cases I would not blame the hotel but we found out after the fact that the two or three previous nights cars were broken into in that same part of the parking lot and nothing was said to us when we checked in They were aware that, that part of the parking lot has an issue with break ins and did not make us aware

There is no video cameras out side watching the parking lot so there is nothing they could do to help us In fact it really seems like they were indifferent to the fact that all of our stuff got stolen We lost all of our clothing and electronics, and now our children are too scared to stay at a hotel again I would not trust staying in that hotel again If they do not care enough to warn their patrons of a reoccurring problem as serious as car break ins what else might they not care about?

This hotel was great! I loved the location We were close to the strip, but far enough away to get good sleep The rooms were very nice and comfy

The staff was very friendly and the hotel decor was stunning I really loved my stay here!My only complaint is the elevator in the parking garage I’m pretty sure there was urine on the floor as well as trash everywhere

My partner and I had the absolute best stay here! I was a little skeptical going in because of the location, but the staff and facility exceeded my expectation We had a suite in the gallery tower, and it was gorgeous! The room was massive, and had a beautiful view overlooking the Mob Museum It was clean, and very spacious! The bed was extremely comfortable and provided us with the best nights sleep

There is a lovely pool, I only wish it was open later The gym facility is 24 hours and has all the essentials I was very surprised by the quality of food and coffee in the restaurant down stairs!! The lattes were so good we went back for seconds later, and not to mention the price is very reasonable in the restaurant! I’m also a fan of the location for being close to Freemont, but off the beaten path so you can escape the sounds and crowds We will definitely be staying here again!

Wow! This was our first time staying in downtown and we loved our hotel! It was very clean and the staff was awesome! Everyone from the valet, front desk, housekeeping, bartenders and waitresses We had a very pleasant stay We even got a great free upgrade of our room on the top floor with an amazing view! We didn’t want to leave our room

Now that we found a great hotel in downtown Vegas, we can’t wait to come back! Thank you for a very nice getaway It was badly needed!

Hotel is very dated but nice Great outdoor pool and barRestaurants are few

Expect to spend $$$$ for drinks but that’s everywhereStaff is great!Do not be fooled by booking on 3rd party site that looks like you’re booking directly They may have deeply discounted rates but you’ll forfeit your Honors points (you won’t get any) and points towards free night stays including your playing You won’t earn any points for this either In addition I had to pay for “upgrade” when told I was booking room with pool view, and resort fee was not included and had to pay extra at check in for this as wellI was totally lied to by that site even when asked

My only real complaint was that the rooms really need to be updated but there was four of us staying in one room and it was rather spacious I wished that the room we had would have had a refrigerator so that we could have kept some of our bottled waters cold but otherwise the room was fine I ate at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was very good

We did use the pool one time during our stay and it was very nice The hotel is at the far south end of the strip so you do have to do a lot of walking either up and down the strip or to the monorail to get where you want to go but it was a great location We did need extra towels and we had an issue that maintenance came up and checked and they were very fast checked everything and brought us extra towels immediately so the service was very good

Janet Arqui. Momtraveler1

Love our rooms very spacious Clean bed Room service was exceptional

When you ask for towels or toiletries they are there within mins I gave them 5 stars for the room service My 10 year old loves the pool The pool has an on duty life guard It has a gym as well if you want to work out The lobby is not too crowded It’s right on the strip so everything was walking distance We were able to visit MGM, M and M, NY NY, Excalibur, Hard Rock, and easy access to the monorail The only issue I have was outside of the hotel, but they have good security I understand due to location there were a lot of transients and tourists

The rooms were mostly clean, the beds were cool and comfortable The complimentary soaps and shampoos were terrible on my skin and hair, I don’t recommend using themService was excellent, all the staff were friendly and accommodating, I have ZERO complaints on staff

They deserve a raise for what they have to deal withMy biggest complaint is against corporate, that the main feature of this hotel is not free to hotel guests who are already paying a $35 per night resort fee I expected to have to pay extra to ride the rides but not to access that entire top area Yes, it’s $20 to ride the elevator to the top, a fact conveniently left off their website After 2 days there, I was notified by text that it was $5 for hotel guestsI’d recommend to those on a tight budget, because for what I paid, it was pretty good If you’re looking for flat out luxury and decadence, this isn’t the place But if you want a clean, comfortable, secure room to relax after a day of walking the Strip in 100° heat, I would recommend for thatOh, and I didn’t try out the pools, but they have two, one for everyone (only open 10-5) and a top-optional, 21+ pool that’s open 24 hours a day

Absolutely amazing every single time we come!!! We are treated wonderfully, and never want our stay to end! Our host Amber is amazing, and the rest of the staff seemed fantastic as well Our suite is gorgeous, spacious, and spotless The restaurants never disappoint, it’s never overly crowded, but still lively

The cocktail waitresses never made us wait, and our drivers were absolutely fantastic!!Too much to list, but 100% our happy place!

Katherine Castillo San Roman

Absolutely poor customer service in the hotel Everyone but one person was super rude, and then we went to the pool, the girls selling skipped us every time, they seemed to be only interested in the older men around, I believe to get a bigger tip I was forced to go all the way to the other end to the cafe and was told rudely I couldn’t buy anything because my toddler was with me

I was NOT trying to sit there, I was just wanting to buy some stuff for us and come back to our chairs How exactly am I supposed to buy anything if there is NO service and I can’t walk up and buy either? The girl in charge of the towels was rude as well She was sitting in the back ignoring everyone, when I called for her to come to the front she rolled her eyes, walked up and slammed 2 towels and IMMEDIATELY turned away even tho I requested 4 for us I called her again and she again and rolled her eyes and gave me just one more and quickly went back to the back to be on her phone again I have no problem with them entertaining themselves while they have no guests requiring their help, but once they are, you can’t get an attitude they are asking for help This was an absolutely ridiculous waste of money Not worth it at all, I’m talking to management about finishing our stay early and getting refunded because we are NOT dealing with this foolishness any more We have been here 4 days so far and they have been anything but pleasant at the hotel and we had 5 more, but no thanks We are over this

The rooms were very comfortable and clean You want breakfast, get there early I got there at 7:45 and had no idea a pack of ravenous carnivores were staying here as well

But staff remained friendly and hustled their tails making sure items were stocked I’m ever in Vegas, I’ll be back to stay Thank you to the staff for making our night stay welcoming and comfortable

Tashia Tanuvasa

Well let’s start off if I could give it a 0 star I would My friend and I were staying here and it was the worst experience Front desk was rude and would tell us one thing and then another

Breakfast it was burnt and nothing hardly to eat My coffee maker was broken and the Maintenance guy came and said it was fixed and it was still not working So I went to the breakfast area to get my coffee The hotel is dirty stuff on the floors in the hall ways Rooms were nasty my blankets smelled like other people were laying in it I wouldn’t recommend this best western to anyone They need to get it together So much money and so nasty and coworkers don’t know how to do there jobs
