I expected a little better, I’ve stayed at a number of these locations from Ohio to California and even in Florida and this just seems a little off from the restThey shut down breakfast immediately when they were scheduled, drifters were left out My room had a shelf just above the toilet, a taller person could easily see that it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile
It was a suggestion I made on my way out People were friendly and my room was very convenientI’d stay again, but in time they’ll begin loosing business if things aren’t kept up

The facilities and room (307) were clean but our bed did not provide a restful sleep I realize beds in hotels take a beating but perhaps if the mattresses were rotated monthly they would have a more evenly wear and tear to them, the mattress in our room slanted to the head boardAnyway, we enjoy staying at this chain of hotels and look for them while on vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson We stayed in one of the suites with a private/separate bedroom from the rest of the room, as we got a deal through a third party website, and it was definitely worth the price The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and our stay was comfortable
We had breakfast in the morning before hitting the road, and while we only stayed for a night on our road trip, we were definitely impressed

Our room was very clean( thank you to the room cleaning staff on a wonderful cleaning the room was perfect) Yes the cleaning staff had carts in the hallway at 5 It depends how long it takes them to clean a room If someone is disrespectful and leaves their room a mess It will take them longer to do a great jobSo when leaving our room I alway pull the sheets up, put things in the garbage, dirty towels in the tub/shower and tidy up RespectIt doesn’t take long to doBreakfast had the usual items enough to get you on your way Breakfast are had lots of roomThere is 5 restaurants nearby in walking distance Kids were having fun in the pool tooI saved this place to stay againWonderful job staff

Started off really bad due to the fact that the front desk staff was absolutely horrid And to make matters worse the manager was standing right there allowing the front desk staff agent to be rude and condescending I understand that I arrive at 7 am due to a job in town, however customer service is meant to be about the customer, and not onky am I a customer I am also a diamond customer, which means I spend quite a few dollars and most importantly my time at Hilton establishments
This is now my 2nd horrible experience with front desk agents at Hilton branded hotelsI’m really starting to reconsider my loyalty with Hilton and move on to Marriott or even IHG This is terrible because I am very loyal to who I like and I used to love Hilton before I became a diamond member It’s stating not to feel worth it after this recent experience Like what is the pointThe breakfast was garbage as well it felt like I was back in college eating at a cafeteria I understand it was a Hampton Inn but being a diamond member did not feel special compared to being a first-time hotel goer Then I was charged extra to upgrade my room when I was under the impression that room upgrades were complimentary I’m just really growing tired with ny diamond status at HiltonOnce again Hilton is amazing with there cleaning staff as well as all of the other workers Everyone was sweet and nice and just perfect It just these front desk agents Better hiring is definitely needed I’m tired of complaining LIKE SERIOUSLYif you plan on checking in here with a family like i did i would advise you check in online with your family in the car because you would not want them to see the horrible customer service at the font deskLastly a simple no being said is better than saying no we don’t do that or no and forgive me it’s early

Overall a very good stay Nice and quiet, well cared for rooms, comfortable beds, daily maid service, good breakfast that’s well stocked, comfortable dining area, hotel staff that’s on top of their game Only negatives I personally have is the workout room is being used for storage, and a big motor oil spill on the parking lot was never addressed even after I reported it

I enjoyed my stay here I came for a sewing retreat The price of the room was really good and was comfortable
I slept easily and the room was quiet The beds did not have comforters, but blanket and extra blanket in the closet I was hoping to enjoy the pool, but there were several kids there as I think it was a school break situation I didn’t mind and they were having a blast The hotel was very close to many restaurants and stores The parking lot was well lit and safe

The room I eventually got was nice I’ll admit that
but I got there at 3am, just needed a place to sleep for the nightthe first room I was given already had a someone sleeping in it! A man who was (presumably) naked and EXTREMELY startled that I had entered his room while he was asleep, and I don’t blame him! I am a young woman traveling alone and I chose this hotel later at night specifically because it seemed a little nicer and wanted to pay more for that experience which I did not get The man at the desk did not seem very apologetic about this extreme oversight, I can only imagine how many ways this situation could have gone wrong Will not be staying at this chain again

A new projector with HDMI would be great! Audio in the room would also be great! The biggest thing was that the room gets hot and need two more shades to not only eliminate the sun rays from warming the room but to also allow the participants to see the presentations

Rooms are spacious, reading lights on both sides of the bed, clean and well maintained The air conditioner had intermittent fan and woke me clicking on and off and the super-fluffy pillows just about smothered meBreakfast wincluded bacon or sausage every day
The meats all tasted good The scrambled eggs often had water in the pan Good coffee Mushy, tiny apples and good orangesI would definitely stay there again

For a start there were for the lack of other words some undesirable people wondering in and out Seem to be some kind of a class going on in the lobby area classroom To find and get access to this hotel was almost not worth the adventure to get there
He was a pet friendly hotel and I felt the room was either infested with bed bugs or fleas I had many bites on my feet ankles and legs I informed management today we left The breakfast was of course free it had a lot to be desired in my opinion Because we were there for a convention we got a huge break on the room and as the old saying goes you get what you pay for

The room was clean, odor free, & the ac already had the room comfy We checked in so quickly Everything worked well, and we had all the linens and toiletries we needed The shower was hot, but the bathtub was a little slippery I had seen posts about the train noises and we did hear them before bed, but nothing woke us up
