My brother, best friend and me were driving from Yellowstone on our way to Dallas and after 11 hours we were very tired On a quick Google search I found AmericInn and booked a room through Agodacom

The lady at the desk was kind and helped us check in without any issues The hotel is clean and tidy and the rooms are comfortable and cozy After camping for over a week, a long hot shower was a welcomed amenity Breakfast is included with the reservation and it was the good kind I’m talking eggs, pancakes, sausage, juice, milk, coffee, the works The wifi is free which was extremely useful because I needed to submit some work and needed a stable connection The guests were a fun bunch

I work in the service industry so I understand when there are things that happen that are out of your control, but there was an incident that occurred during our stay that effected our ability to utilize our room for the time we needed it the most The night staff was extremely rude to us upon check out stating we were not allowed to check out at 9pm (this may be a normal thing? Im not sure how the check out policy works) but her delivery was extremely annoyed and did not want to give me the time of day I asked if there was any possibility to get any type of reimbursement for the inconvenience and she cut me off half way through and said “no”

She did not apologize, she did not say she would consult a manager and get back to me, she just said “no” and proceeded to ask why I was checking out at 9pm because I apparently could not do so I then contacted a manager Monday morning to discuss the interaction and she accused me of cussing out her employee and raising my voice at her which I politely told her never happened Then she proceeded to let me know she would be checking the cameras and that she will still not be reimbursing me at all for our stay I’m not as upset about not getting any of my money back, as I understand there are policies in place But the customer service there is horrible Also, the breakfast provided was awful So do not plan to avoid buying breakfast elsewhere during your stay here if you do decide to book here would not recommend to anyone

The guy that works overnight at this location is amazing! We had to get a room for the night before we moved into our new apartment in town We were a little worried about leaving our U-Haul unattended in the parking lot overnight but the guy at the front desk did regular parking lot security checks to make sure everything was safe! Very nice man who also helped us get a lower rate by helping us sign up for the rewards The rooms were very nice as well

The beds were comfy and clean Our only critique would be the lack of a microwave in the room but that was hardly an issue!

We stay here often, in the area it’s one of the nicer hotels and has a good price consistentlyThis place is clean, rooms are nice and well taken care of, and beds are always fresh The beds are comfortable but mattresses are soft, like super soft and don’t offer much support

First let me preface this that the front desk staff was absoluteley overwhelmed and understaffed They tried their best to accommodate us We booked a family suite and upon our arrival found our room to be smoked in and the toilet dirty

We asked for a room change and were place in a king room The room below us smoked in their bathroom all night rendering our bathroom unusable The pool was absolutely filthy They only positives were my kids enjoyed the slide and the breakfast was your standard hotel food Upon checkout the manager didn’t have the courtesy to come and apologize but the front desk girl was a sweetheart We will never be staying here again!

We have previously stayed at this hotel and it had a great location and pool I had called about getting a room reserved for 6/11 and before I could even finish my question Lisa or Linda interrupted and said we have no rooms available I had already checked the website that said they did

So I booked rooms online and called back to ask about the possibility of the rooms beings close together Then Lisa/Linda went on to tell me that this is a corporate website and she wasn’t sure how I booked a room because they are completely full and they couldn’t help me out and that she was the manager on site at the time She was very rude and confrontational I informed her we would just book elsewhere and that her attitude was unnecessary since I in no way yelled or became angry with her I understand that things go over capacity and get booked up, but just a simple I’m sorry for all this confusion from the staff and I would still consider staying at this hotel again For future visits we’ll be staying somewhere else, where the staff can at least politely interact with someone

Perfect spot for Truck drivers They have 10 spots for trucks and plenty of room The prices are very nice here for a king size room under $180

There’s a lot of amenities, a fitness room, a pool, a lounge and they have an excellent breakfast, and there’s a bar and restaurant in the hotel There’s also a lot of stores close by such as restaurants and shopping centers Best place my wife and I have done a reset Thank you Best Western staff members!

I stayed overnight to take my kiddo to an appointment at the children’s hospital We got there late and went straight to sleep The next morning we woke up to get ready

I had my kiddo in the bath tub when I noticed small bugs all over I immediately got him out of the tub and called front desk They sent housekeeping and the ladies came and saw all the bugs and said they were going to send maintenance An hour later maintenance never showed up and nobody else did either Needless to say I paid for a hotel and was unable to even shower or utilize the bathroom The pillows smelled terrible and the room in general was old Will not ever stay here again

However, he did not check room numbers until after we already had room assigned and then said we would be okay, though the twist not met When we got to our room, it was propped open The room was clean, but it looked like repairs have been done several times in the corner of the room and then just slapped back together instead of actually doing it right Breakfast was included, but the freshest using food was the mini box of fruit loops At check out, I asked if I could grab 1 box of fruit loops for the road The lady at the desk (assume manager) said no, they already set up for tomorrow and is all inventoried so I was not allowed to have one Amazing how 1 box that probably cost $30 was such an issue and she went on about itI would not stay here again Not even for the value

Stayed at this Holiday Inn for a night while passing by and as always the Holiday Inn reputation follows through! Everything was super clean and staff was very friendlyThey have an indoor pool that is open from 6am-11pm! The pool had a huge red slide and is very well maintainedTheir breakfast set up was also very generous and there was something for everyone

Pool has a water slide and a hot tub which was nice for my husbands back The real plus side for the stay was the hotel staff We decided to extend our stay for 1 day and the staff was very accommodating and extended our stay in the same room with no fuss Have to give an amazing shout out to Shane the regional manager We had a slight issue with our key cards which the staff fixed no problem but before they could assist us the front desk was attempting to resolve an issue of floor level with a hostile customer When Shane came out he politely dismissed the customer for being rude and disrespectful to the staff and asked her to find a different hotel for her stay 100% a manager that cares about the treatment of his staff

Excellent front desk associates, clean and comfortable bed Spacious rooms and quiet at night The only somewhat complaint is if you are a light sleeper, try and get the top floor otherwise you could be awakened by heavy footsteps and not-so-quiet chatty housekeepers who love the very early morning hours

Also, on the Marriott website, take note under additional fees it does mention a fee of $1200, in which they do take out of incidentals (generally $20-30 a day) and this is a new fee There were plenty of parking spaces 🤗 Other than that, I would highly recommend staying

My racist experience at this location…I checked in via the “ Mobile checkin” in the Bonvoy app When I arrived they had canceled, charged me and give my room awayThey then issued me a room with a guest currently in it and then to correct time issue, charged me $70 more per night with 0 apologies or points

When I finally get to an empty room, it has another guests clothing in the bathroom, empty shampoo / conditioner bottles and no face towelsThe pool had no towels and was filled with bugs because the staff left the patio doors openBreakfast was trash and over cooked to brick textureAgain, the clerks do nothing by way of taking ownership to correct the issuesOn top of all this EVERYTIME I walk into or out of the lobby, I’m NEVER greetedThis hotel / company is racist Had I been awhite male they would have bent over backwards to correct my issues and pricing

Did the Mobile check-in for a 3 night stay which I purchased travel insurance for as wellI arrive at the hotel to find out that the night clerk had given away my room and improperly check-In a stranger to my roomI received keys from the day clerk to another room and walk in to find someone sleeping

This was my first experience staying at a My Place Hotel, and I was very impressed The customer service and check-in process was outstanding The hotel was extremely clean and the rooms are very spacious

The rooms come with a full kitchen, the only drawback was no dishes or silverware were in the kitchen I assume you have to request these items Overall, this was a great stay and I will definitely stay at a My Place Hotel again

Wonderful place to stay in Fort Collins Location is excellent and very convenient to both CSU and Old Town The place is an old mansion with rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor with common areas on the 1st floor

Stayed two nights at the Fernweh Inn and Hostel while visiting our Son who was acting in a play at UNC We are approaching retirement, and both of us used to use hostels in Europe, but the Ferweh is much more “luxurious” than the ones we stayed in We had a private room/bath which was very cozy; a nice place to relax and read

No tv in the room, which I considered a big plus! However, high speed internet, so if that’s what you want, you can use your laptop/device to watch anything (there is a large screen TV downstairs though, with a wide selection of DVDs, and Netflix, if you want to waste your time on that!) The house is an old Victorian, restored to perfection and delightfully furnished; you can tell that the management takes pride in making it a comfortable stay Clean as a whistle and friendly atmosphere Even though it’s downtown, the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed Numerous restaurants within a few blocks Looking forward to a return visit next year!

Sabrina is spectacular! We had tried to check into the hotel next door, waiting 45 minutes in the lobby but the front desk employee was gone We were sent over to the Candlewood by IHG support who were horrible Sabrina worked as quickly as she could with all of the screw ups from IHG and got us into a room

An hour and 45 minutes later at 2:45am we were finally able to rest Sabrina, you’re our hero!!!

The continental breakfast was nice Coffee available 24 hours a day was niceThe staff were very nice and as helpful as they could possibly be yet the hotel definitely had some checks against themMy wife and I stayed for a week while I was on a business trip to the area

Our observations:The room had no cool fan, it only held the ability to heat the room, not any ability to cool it The building is made of brick Brick retains heat, it would warm the room during the day and we had no ability to turn on a fan to cool it during the night, so it was hot until the early morning hoursThe pillows given were for a single or twin bed, and we had a king bed for a week They were extremely lumpy and hard There were not any options for different pillows We ended up throwing them on the floor and using throw blankets we brought with us for pillows

Best night of sleep followed by wonderful hot, fresh, full breakfast Desk attendant was super receptive to feedback I gave her (minor issues) and I felt assured she would handle it and not just brush me off as most hotels do when you are checking out She was very genuine and sweet (don’t remember her name but she deserves props–morning of July 28)

It’s not a large hotel which is even nicer! One day my dog slipped out of my room and followed someone outside The front desk noticed and assisted my dog back into the hotel My dog learned that the door was automatic, came inside and went right to our room, and sat in front of the door The wonderful lady at the front desk knocked on our door to let us know our dog wanted in You can’t beat this for service Love this place and would highly recommend you stay here with or without your dog

The room was cold at night even after raising the thermostat, but I asked the night manager for a couple of blankets and he was happy to provide them They have a pool but no hot tub The breakfast is quite good, and the manager’s reception is a good opportunity to relax Overall, a very nice hotel

Nice place food amenities

breakfast wasn’t bad Great customer servicethere was a minor hiccup checking in but they resolved it It was about 1 in the morning when I checked in and the manager was needed I was surprised to see that he answered his phone that late and worked with the front desk to resolve my issue till it was resolved My company uses a travel agency to book hotels for me so I have no say so where I stay but if it were possible to request where I stay I would ask for kiva again!!!!

Management is terrible They are scammers and will lie just to charge your card more Next door neighbor complained about our baby crying for 15 minutes at 11:30

The manager decided to refund the guy next door and his exact words were that it should not come out of his pocket so he was going to charge for an extra night Also the breakfast area is way too small
