The room was very clean The bed was very comfortable Sheets and pillow cases were extremely soft

Water was hot throughout showers The fridge was cold and worked well The A/C in the room worked great Television speakers was great and the TV had lots of channels The staff was beyond helpful and courteous, especially Sam Breakfast was fresh and consistently maintained I would definitely stay here again

Dan Smith

This hotel is spotless and the staff is amazing! Complimentary breakfast is the morning is varied and while I didn’t love some of the options the waffles and the hard boiled eggs became a staple for me! The staff is friendly, kind, and extremely hospitable I loved staying here with my sister and would most certainly come visit again Every single staff member I interacted with from the manager to custodial was extremely kind and professional

Also, the breakfast and communal areas were always SPOTLESS! 10/10

My husband and I were married in July and needed to stay close to home so we got some alone time here This place was amazing Sam at the desk was absolutely amazing, they all were

Our King room was beautiful, very bright with blackout curtains We had a mini fridge and microwave with a coffee pot, iron, ironing board, and blow dryer in the room The TV swivels from the wall and there is even a sofa that pulls out Lots of storage space in the desk The hotel was very clean and we constantly saw people keeping it tidy Hot breakfast was served buffet style with make your own waffles Eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, english muffins, cereal, oatmeal and pastries were stocked and didn’t run out once! Overall, a great place to stay, we even booked an extra night!

Honestly I didn’t expect for my expectations to be met because of other experiences these days at hotels I’ve been to other embassy suites locations around mass and let me tell you… this is the BEST one to be at The staff are all VERY friendly VERY professional, VERY helpful, And speedy

There’s hotels you go to and the staff are all mad and moping around, but this staff, down to maintenance, they are all positive , upbeat I like how they were even talking to each other and laughing with each-other When I walked by the front, it’s nothing but good vibes the whole time we stayed Breakfast was good, they had great options The pool and hot tub plus the area around them were cleaned The room was cleaned well I overall just appreciate the care that this hotel has and I hope they just keep going up from here I will definitely be coming back, in fact, I’m booking after this review for a trip coming up Definitely recommend!! The ONLY thing I didn’t like is one of the guest had a dog in the room

Robert Butcher

Stayed in a King suite, room was great and had plenty of room The shower could of been much bigger, that would be my only complaint Restaurant had awesome food, but was a little on the pricey side

Staff was awesome! There needs to be adults only hours on the pool at night though To many screaming and splashing kids Hard for the adults to enjoy themselves I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Courtney Pidermann

I can’t brag enough about how wonderful our stay was The room was very spacious and had everything we needed inside It was very up-to-date inside, with no smells or stains

Everything was so clean and beautiful The bed was extremely comfortable and the concierge was so kind to us and helpful The chef who made our omelets, I wish I knew his name, it was the best breakfast we’ve ever had while on a road trip Hats off to you Mr omelette man, you are a true master of your craft sir We only regret that there isn’t an embassy suites everywhere we are staying in our travels because we feel spoiled now, thank you so much for everything, we will be back!

First and foremost I would like to say that the staff was very kind and accommodating however when it came to the Hilton Honors rewards program I was left in the dark Hilton honors is free to join but never gave me the option to sign up Therefore I was charged 6 dollars for 2 bottles of water and thank God I didn’t connect to wifi because that would’ve been another exorbitant charge

Not to mention the hypodermic needles in the parking lot where they allow you to walk your pets I would’ve loved to give a 5 star rating but I really don’t think they deserve it There are thousands of other hotels chains out there so they will be getting my business in the future Stay away from Marlborough MA Hilton!

Steven Böhling

Stayed here for 6 weeks and ist was a great stay Everything nice and clean and in good condition Staff was always friendly and helpfull

Visited a different Hotel in Marlborough first before i switched to this one The other hotel was in the same price range, but was a complete desasterThanks for the pleasant stay!

Jessica Cartagena

First and foremost they couldn’t control their guest, had to endure noise until 1130 pm I had to find out the hard way that they don’t include breakfast in the room price, which by the way is not worth it I got charged 80 bucks to eat a bagel and cereal because when I called down to ask the front desk attendant stated it was complimentary breakfast when in reality it wasn’t

The cook was rude when taking your order as if she didn’t want to be there I will NEVER RENT again!! I’ve stayed at my share of hotels and never had this problem And when I called they didn’t want to transfer me to a manager either

Room 401, May 1-3, 2022 PROS: Our room was nice, king bed with a desk, 2 comfy chairs, laptop desk, fridge, and full size tub There was a thermostat in each room that actually worked

NICE!!! Also had an iron, hair dryer, and full size ironing board The ‘included’ hot breakfast options were wonderful; Sausage, small omelettes, waffles, breads, pastries, oatmeal, fresh cut fruit, and juices I appreciated that breakfast was available until 10am everyday We were able to enjoy a relaxing morning, and not feel rushed to eat The ‘breakfast lady’ was consistently refilling and cleaning without making me feel I was in her way, or make me feel rushed Lobby had lots of tables and chairs to relax in and hook ups for phone and computer Also a printer and fax were available Coffee was available in the lobby 24/7 An indoor pool and fitness center were nice Didn’t use them, but they looked nice 🙂 Check out time was noon The staff; front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast lady were all friendly, polite and professional CONS: no exhaust fan in the bathroom I would highly recommend this facility! 5 STARS

Nygenia Jiles

Overall the stay was good I was only here for one night with my family because we explored other amenities in the areaDuring my stay, I did notice times of loud noise made by other patrons in the hotel

It was more so children running up and down the hallways I did not complain to the front desk since it was only a one night stay, but it definitely was disturbing since I myself have 2 children (ages 3 years and 7 months)I also pointed out that the complimentary breakfast could have been better prepared especially since there were a lot of guests during the weekend I was there Items ran out quickly and not replaced in a timely mannerOther than those small issues, the stay was worth the price The front desk staff were also very helpful with providing additional towels and bedding when requested

APM Inc.

I recommend the 2 bedroom suite if you’re travelling with 3 or more people Comes with 2 full bathrooms a living room with pullout sofa and a full kitchen Size of a small condo

Rooms are clean and in good condition Beds are comfortable Water pressure is good Breakfast is limited but decent What else do you expect it’s free If you want more choices go to a restaurant and pay for breakfast Staff is friendly Hotel management should maintain the outside stairways better they’re in need of a good paint job Other than that everything is in good condition

Aubrey Vermette

My client had to leave her apartment due to a lot of problems We decided until she was able to get into a new apartment that a hotel would be the best We looked all around and read reviews and this seemed to be a great place for extended stay

She just got here today but the service has been exceptional Curtis Smith, the front office supervisor was not only extremely professional, but incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful We’re very excited to see how the rest of the month goes as it’s already been a wonderful experience

Bart Hattink

Only stayed for one night after having been rebooked by Priceline, but the suites seemed comfortable enough to stay for an extended timeSpacious rooms with well-equipped kitchens, even managed to cook our own meal here Bed was good, the sofabed wasn’t really comfortable but good enough for one four-year old

Don’t count on two adults sleeping on it thoughStaff was very friendly There were some amenities, though most were closed either because of the season (like the pool) or COVID (like the breakfast, which was officially only takeaway, even though the restaurant area was full of people eating their takeaway there)Location is convenient, right off the freeway and close to Boston

I stayed there for a conference The conference areas were nice but the rooms were old, in need of repair and not the usual Sheraton quality There was a spoon left in the hallway that was there 3 days I was there

The iron didn’t work, requested a new one and it never came The landscaping outside was weedy and not kept up The wall by the window of my room was all bubbled up from the air conditioner above leaking into the room! There is nothing within walking distance and the area it is in is commercial and surrounded by highways The staff I dealt with was overall friendly and accommodating

Slim Anetacs

No Continental breakfast here The public bathrooms really smell like urine because the urinals are waterless So no one can flush

DisgustingMy room was very nice and clean The workers were very friendly And the hotel overall was nice But I do believe they should serve continental breakfast and do something about that disgusting urine smell in the bathrooms

Ruchi Munshi

This review is for their event management and not hotel room stay We had our wedding here and came back to host a different event a few years later Our original event was great, so much so that we were motivated to return

New management is inflexible and pricing is inflated given other options in the area I would not recommend booking for event space

The room was clean, however the dishes provided were not

my boyfriend and I were super excited for the breakfast as we had just had a great experience at a holiday Inn, unfortunately we were super underwhelmed by the quality The oatmeal was sitting in a pot of water Honestly we would’ve preferred packets and separate hot water at that point The turkey sausage was inedible as it felt like I bit into cardboard For the price of our stay the room exceeded our expectations so 3 stars for the room

Run away and go to the Marriott down the street Kids running none stop on the second floor after 10pm, I called the front desk to see if they can get them to keep quiet and he responded with “they’re just a little rowdy, they should calm down soon” You hear everything from ever room around you

They only good thing about this place was the maid staff super friendly and nice I wouldn’t even recommend my worst enemy to stay here Looks like I’ll be up all night listening to inconsiderate kids running around like lunatics To all parents please remember you share this place with others thank you in advance

This is a two part review I make it a habit to read most of the recent reviews before traveling to get a unbiased expectation I did travel here in the last week

As I went to write this review, I saw two new reviews that looked to be a blatant attempt to be overly nasty and verbally abusive Sir or madam, HC and Funi your angle seemed to be from being offended or not getting your way I looked at your other reviews and found the same negative vibe Your lack of constructive feedback and blatantly making fun of an associate shows how little minded you are If anyone reads the reviews for this place they will repeatedly see how much the staff is credited for a positive attitude and noted as friendly, outgoing, and helpful Again, sir or madam, you need to do a values and integrity check on yourself before you attempt to belittle others when you dont get what you want Makes you look weak sir/madam I also reported your grade school level review for bullying With over 500 reviews touting a positive experience, your review seems more of an attack and I hope people see it as thatNow to my reviewThe location is easy to find, and off a main road While the building may be older, it is well kept The room was very clean, plenty of hot water, and a balcony Every member of the staff I encountered were very polite and engaging Check in and check out were very easy compared to other places I have stayed The breakfast food was great and the selection was better then many places at a similar price point The pool was not opened yet, no feedback on that There is no elevator, so stairs for the second floor are the only option I have found the east side to be the most calming for the times I have stayed there Being close to Concord, this is a great stay to be close for tourism

Stayed in room 24 & got an interesting picture on my SLS camera around 2am which lasted about 30 minutes This place did not disappoint Anyone who says they need updating is wrong

This hotel needs to stay the way it is Putting in modern furniture or bathrooms would absolutely take away from its coziness and character! Also, the restaurant is unbelievable! It’s definitely in the top 3 places I have ever eaten at I expected regular bar food there, but I was so wrong! The steak is fabulous! I will be staying there again this weekend and I can’t wait I really love this place! Oh, and it’s very clean as well!

We stopped at the Colonial Inn in Concord to grab a casual meal We had wedge salad that was very fresh, comforting and flavorful chicken pot pie and a traditional fish and chips dinner While nothing here is extra fancy, but it sure did hit the spot after a day of walking around town

The service was attentive and friendly It has that cozy tavern feel with a wood burning fireplace and rustic decor

Stephanie Ann

We stayed in a Prescott Queen room while visiting the National Historic Site nearby It was fascinating to stay in such a historic location and I would highly recommend this inn to allPros: Amazing history, great location, clean, comfortable, updated bathroom, FANTASTIC restaurantCons: The wall AC unit did well with lowering the temperature of the room but it did stay a little humid (with that being said, I am sensitive to heat and it was very tolerable), very small shower (to be expected from a historic inn)

I like to leave realistic reviews… you are getting a fantastic price (especially for all you pet traveling friends who know how outrageous fees can be)Pros: lots of amenities on property, close to a main drag of good eats, super super nice & accommodating staff Very understandable of our unique situation

Very clean & comfy rooms and A/C in room work awesome Elevator music classic!Cons: (July 23) Hallways not air conditioned and super stuffy Elevators too Embrace the early 90s and this place is your vibe (hallways specifically) Huge events at times so may want to check on your dates (for things like pool, restaurants) Checked out pool but too hot in there for this July heat, in winter it would be perfectOverall grade: C+Grade with effort: B

The room itself was fine but I booked the room through the hopper and paid 187$ for the room When I got to the hotel I gave them my booking information and they told me that they needed to charge my card again for a deposit of 140$ They said the funds would go back on my card 2-5 business days

I waited a week and called them cause I did not receive my funds back They tried informing me that it was actually for the room and I wouldn’t get back I told them I was charged twice for the room and they ended up issuing a refund but the problem is the refund could take up too two weeks to get back to me I’m really annoyed about it and I should have already gotten my money back!!!

Mr. Blaisdell

Rented a “Family Suite” The King bed was fine, the pull out coach was unbelievably uncomfortable There were urine stains all over the toilet The remote to the TV batteries were dead

The phone was not working, had to hook it up properly myself Called the front desk several times, busy, or no answer The pool signage said closes at 10:00 pm, went down at 9:30, told it was closed The breakfast buffet was horrible 2 nights and over $700 later

The hotel and staff were were excellent Kim checked me in and was polite, professional and accommodating during my stay Julio was able to secure me a last minute second night during a very busy weekend

Everything is new and they did a great job on the design using modern finishes throughout The rooms a spacious and I can not say enough about how comfortable the beds are! The pool and gym had huge windows on multiple walls allowing tons of natural sunlight to pour in They even offered a complimentary full breakfast in the morning! Had a wonderful stay I definitely would stay again and recommend the Hyatt in Marlborough to others

Great spot! This hotel exceeded my expectations!! Room was clean, super spacious and comfy bed To be away from home on a work trip it was nice to have a great place to unwind and relax in the evenings The staff was amazing, Krista Ann & Alex were especially fun and served up great drinks at the bar

Really good restaurants all in walking distance I highly recommend this place If I travel to the Marlborough area again look forward to staying here!

Maeve OConnell

Rooms were clean for the most part There was feminine product wrappers in the bucket that had not been emptied in the bathroom, shower had hair around the drain Our confirmation email told us rooms were left vacant for 48 hours following reservations

We had no choice and we got stuck in a storm, tried to extend our stay by just one night yet the hotel said they were “booked solid in all 140 rooms” we kept trying as the day went by before checkout for cancellations as the concierge instructed us but it was booked solid (Had a coworker who was debating on staying at the hotel, after the conference they had rooms available online on friday night for the weekend) With a foot of snow in the ground i doubt they even were booked up So we were forced to leave and drive home in the bad snowstorm when it made it seem like we would be able to stay for safety with the 48 hour vacancy rule They definitely bend the truth trying to convince you to stay here Other than that, pool is nice and clean Gym seemed clean Breakfast was great Had to come for a conference Had to leave in danger

Easily the best hotel within a 15 mile radius Compared with other Residence Inns, this one is in a quiet location with the backside up against nature The staff is friendly, and the hotel is clean

The rates are very good especially considering the quality The breakfast is okay for an included breakfast and they have a good amount of variety, but it’s also not amazing The hotel is walking distance There are not many hotels outside of the downtown area that are walking distance to a town center, so that’s a nice feature

Diane Harwood

This used to be a great place for people to stay We always had visiting family stay there I think it could still be a great place, but right now in March 2022 – it is catering to film crews from the local area

This means breakfast food that is not very good No bar at night or food offering despite a very nice dining area The sofa in our room was not in the best shape The hot water was out all of Saturday morning and we were comped $50 for this, but it was a hassle to be without hot water We hope they put some work in to their customer service and visiting family can again stay there

I am currently staying at the hotel and the staff is less than helpful The rooms have a strong smell of mildew

It’s an old hotel and I’m guessing the carpeting is original It’s a pet friendly hotel and dogs shed, but they clearly don’t clean the rooms The initial room I was in was covered in dog hair! It’s dated and could use a refresh Bring your own pillowthe ones here, like the carpets, are likely original!

We came down to the Boston area to visit the city and Cape Cod The hotel exceeded my expectations, especially for the price I had paid Our room was clean, spacious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was to my satisfaction

The hotel was centrally located and it was easy to get to both our destinations from the interstate nearby There was a grocery store, and food options in the area so we never had an issue with finding a place to eat The individual that was working the breakfast station did a great job to ensure everyone had options however, we felt that the food tasted a bit bland Nevertheless, there are many breakfast options in the area Next time I am visiting Boston, I will look to stay here!

Do not recommend staying here They charged me for 3 nights when I checked out after 2 nights They said I was a part of a room block that had a 3 night minimum

I actually stayed in another Fairfield property for the 3rd night, but Manager said it is a franchise and completely separate even though they are both Marriotts I would suggest if they don’t want to operate under the Marriott family umbrella, they should change their name to Jimmy’s Inn

I reserved 3 rooms and requested an upgrade on one of the roomsUpon arrival was told they didn’t have any upgrade rooms available Yet, I had requested it more that a week in advanced

Since I have ambassador elite status I didn’t feel it was a lot to askTheir name with “suite’s” is misleading They don’t have any rooms with a kitchen or kitchenetteThe rooms do have small fridge and microwaveI will not be returning to this hotelAlthough the staff were helpful and pleasant

Cool hotel As clean as most other decent hotels There were a few things like hairs and excessive dust, but that is essentially the standard these days

Front desk person was friendlyQuick elevatorsMain selling point is the breakfast It’s decent but not spectacular For people traveling for work, the breakfast is A+ For families on vacation, maybe eat breakfast once but also try other things in the area

DONT CONE TO THIS HOTEL!!! On the way to the hotel one of our cars broke down and we had to stop and wait for a tow truck We called the hotel and spoke to someone who allowed us to check in over the phone as we were going to miss our check in time They took our name and told us not to worry, and that we would receive our room keys when we would arrive

We had a reservation for 8 people and some of us arrived to the hotel before the others as we had to get into separate cars Upon arrival the receptionist was extremely rude She refused to check us in, and told us until the person who the reservation was under would arrive we would not get our rooms We explained that we had checked in over the phone and what had happened She did not care, she wouldn’t take the name, or a picture of the ID She didn’t attempt to help us at all Not hospitable at all We waited 40 minutes for the other half of our party to arrive The lobby was smelly, food on the floor, ants everywhere, and no air conditioning And the receptionist kept giving us problems The whole time we waited the manager and some random guy were in the lobby eating and drinking beer and liquor The hotel was also very dirty! Do not waste your money or time!

This hotel used to be the Crowne Plaza which was really up scale clean and cheery Our one night 7/15/22 was horrible and I am a Hilton’s Honors member

Our room was dark-walls-rug and the beds were only double not queen size also the sink in the bathroom was stained and had a crack The curtain did not cover the window completely so when the sun came up so did we because the sun came through the window Also the reader lamps over the bed did not work There is so much dark brown every where so everything is so dreary I do not recommend

Stayed for a wedding weekend Big, comfy bed Nice room

A few things to note thoughBroken office chair in our roomSink wouldn’t drainBroken toilet seatBroken window screenLots of dust on the ceiling fan and window sillsMostly we had a great stay, but, I think a little more attention to the rooms would go a long way Especially for what we paid

Kelly Thayer

This was s very nice experience The hotel had an eye for cleanliness The bed was comfortable and the temperature was nice

Check in was a breeze I would note a minor issue on check out Someone had booked the room for me and they were upset I did not have the same card as had been used to book the room although it was already paid I would not have expected it to be an issue Overall though they figured it out and it was a good experience I would use the hotel again From previous visits they also have a very nice function room on the basement level We have had small conferences about 25 people here The food was great, good setup for projection and giving PowerPoint talks I would also consider this location for work functions

First, this is not a bad hotel, it’s simply dated If you want to know what nicer hotels were like back in the late 90’s, this would be a good choice You can tell they are struggling to keep up

Being kind, the decor is traditional There is no being kind about the TV This may be Visio’s first model ever The hotel was very quiet on a Thursday night This may strike you as a good thing The location is very good The gym is typical for a hotel The shower was very good So to summarize, the Beachwood is mezza mezza
