We didn’t feel safe here There was a big fight in the hallway outside our door A woman was knocked down

The attacker was chased out of the building and the police eventually came, but when we asked to change rooms, the desk clerk lied and said they were all booked up (I went on the website and they had plenty of vacancies for the night and there were like five cars in the parking lot) We usually stay at Hampton Inns because we are Hilton Honors members and they are generally good, but this turned us off After this one night, I booked our next trip at Holiday Inn Express

Todd Johnston

The room was clean, staff was friendly, and the overall stay was fine There were a few things that didn’t meet my expectations of a stay at a Hampton Inn or other Hilton hotels First, I didn’t receive my complementary water bottles (I’ve stayed at dozens of Hilton hotels/Hampton Inns, and it’s always been standard)

Second, I didn’t receive a bar of soap to wash my hands There was a bottle of bath gel in the soap holder, so that’s what I used to wash my hands But, when I went to take a shower, there wasn’t any more bath gel, so I washed with shampoo Third, there were just minor things wrong with the room: the nightlight in the bathroom was burnt out, lampshades were broken and tattered, carpets and tiles in the room and halls were torn/brokenI chose this location due to its proximity to a business trip This may not be my first choice of hotel if I come back to the area I may find something closer to the city

Heather Rettig

Very clean updated hotel The swimming pool outside is comfortable, well lit plenty of seating and towels also Our room was surface clean and the beds comfortable

I will definitely stay here again Close to a lot of food options and shopping as well Continental breakfast was well stocked with options and good food Loved the modern decor in the seating area / lobby Staff was very friendly as well

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! Room was clean and spacious with modern fixtures and feel, service was fantastic, and check-in and check-out were a breeze The kitchenette and large fridge was a nice bonus for heating up leftovers and keeping some extra drinks cold My room also had a nice rollout work desk and a couch/sitting area which were super convenient for getting extra work done

On top of the quality of the rooms and the facilities, the service was flawless Front desk was attended all hours, and they helped me solve an internet issue in my room, issued me a new room key in 30 seconds when I locked myself out of my room, and had complimentary snacks and drinks at all hours in the front lobby Being able to grab a few snacks and some cold bottles of water or Red Bulls made traveling that much easierAll in all, a fantastic stay for a great price, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here or recommend it to others

H2S is my hotel of choice in Little Rock The rooms and service are consistently excellent This trip I received exceptional service from Tywana

She helped me get the desired room for an early check in She was a consummate professional with a great personal manner She helped me arrange for an extended departure due to a late flight She is a five-star associate! Thank you Tywana!

Vanessa Cosentino

I’m trying to get them to honor their satisfaction guarantee policy since July 24th They act like the only issue was the citywide power outage which was not the case at all there were several other issues that nobody wishes to address nor does anybody want to stand by their policy I did book through Expedia but Expedia is not all for the guarantee

Keep your word Home2Suites It’s literally right on your website

The hotel is “alright” Nothing terribly wrong with it but definitely could be better The staff was very nice during checkin/checkout

We left around 8am the next day and never saw a breakfast setup The room smelled mostly like mildew when we got in the room It could definitely be cleaned better as there was dirt/mildew in some corners The main surfaces were all clean thoughIt’s a cheap hotel I wish I had spent more on a cleaner hotel but our stay was honestly fine You get what you pay for in this situation so if you’re looking for something clean, go elsewhere, otherwise, it seems safe and has easy access to your car and the main roads

SCAM ALET!!!! WARNING! DO NOT STAY HERE This hotel is running some type of credit card scam DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked a room a head of time

Arrived to check in and when the so called owner was running my credit card I selected credit instead of debit He got very agitated he said were not going to do that Got very angry and began yelling when I asked about running my card as credit The man told us to leave after charging our card, threatened to call the cops He said he was the owner and that he didn’t care that he was putting kids on the street for no good reason DO NOT STAY HERE SCAM ALERT!

Ms Davis

They have bedbugs and roaches everywhere, the room was dirty,Poor customer serviceThey took all my money for a Monday to Wednesday stay after stating I would get a refund We showed them the bites and they had absolutely no remorse for how bad our stay was including our kids I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

I wish I could give 0 stars

One of the best Holiday Inns I’ve ever stayed at The best, most friendly staff I’ve encountered in months of hotel stays for work Every one of the staff always greeted everyone they met with a smile and “How are you today?” I was there over a week for work

Got an extended stay rate My room was huge, 4 pillows on a very comfortable bed My only complaint for lack of a better word, the volume of the TV wasn’t very loud even turned up all the way Just a minor technically

Sharon Oxley

We were very pleased with our stay at this property Check in was quick and easy Mia at the front desk was very friendly and professional

The rooms are large, with a small kitchenette and an armchair, as well as the desk chair The beds are comfortable and have plenty of pillows Lots of hot water and large bath towels Very good food assortment at breakfast, and the attendant kept the area clean and well stocked We would definitely stay here again

LCD PLASMA INSTALLATION

Driving all day from Nashville TN needed a place to rest and get sleep Called the hotel and person answer at 10pm was rude Asked if price I seen on google would be honored and she said no

Went onto bookingcom to book for the price I seen online Doesn’t make sense, hotels pays fee to these third party websites it is better for them to honor price and keep the moneyArrived, checked in Place inside is old and out dated Place was seriously dated Ripped furniture Stained furniture Stained carpets Just dirty hotel that has not kept up to date and does not look like they care I would not return to this location and would drive further if going west and a lot more new cleaner hotels less than an hour drive

The staff is top notch Everyone was very friendly and super helpful Bed was extremely comfortable, mini fridge was nice and the TV was large

Negatives: tiny bathroom, as in the door was 1 inch away from the toilet when open No fan in the bathroom makes for a steam room, not always good Our door to the hallway had open spots, meaning lots of light and noises traveled in We actually had to switch rooms (kudos excellent staff for the help)Lastly, the Starbucks was closedat 8:30amon a Saturday

Michael H

Didn’t get free breakfast, but the pantry room on my floor (5th) had a nice coffee machine and snacks available (trail mix, snack mix, fruit cups, oatmeal) Can’t say it was better than the regular continental breakfast, but considering the room rate was better than I was expecting I was happy with the compromiseThe room was very nice looking and the bathroom was clean and modern

The staff we talked to during our stay were all helpful and really nice people

Michael Donner

The whole hotel was terribly hot, to the point we couldn’t stay at the bar or pool very long The restaurant/bar was out of most food, the telephone lines to get to them didn’t work, and they are incredibly expensive for the quality The beds weren’t comfortable and the bathroom was very small

On the plus-side, the staff was very friendly and check in was incredibly easy The location was great as far as ease of access and lack of traffic

It has been a very long time since I have experienced staying at a Hotel with a clean room And having staff that is very courteous and seems to enjoy what they do The breakfast buffet was Awesome

I feel other Hotels is just raking in the money And not caring about the cleanliness and upkeep of the Hotel But I felt that I got my money’s worth here And can’t wait to stay here again Thank you for having a wonderful group of employees

Taylor Sergent

This hotel is very nice Rooms are spacious and clean The employees are very nice

I had a incident that happened while we were there and the man at the front desk was super helpful and accomidating Check-in & out were super smooth and quick The only complaint I had was the breakfast wasn’t to great and the housekeeping had mopped the floor by the lobby Bathrooms and I had no idea and about slipped because they were so wet and no wet floor sign Otherwise this is a very welcoming and comfortable place to stay in Little Rock! We will be back! Also, there’s lots of stores and places to eat near by! 🙂

Lisa Garcia

A really great hotel, with lots of accommodations; in a good area and one I definitely would stay at again The room rates were comparable to other hotels The entire place gave me that “welcoming” feeling, Customer service was exceptional, the room was clean, like new The bed and pillowswere…

let’s just say I don’t remember falling asleep and I didn’t want to get out of bed this morning So comfortable! The only negative was there elevators were so slow! But the stairs were great!!!

Update: I heard back from management of the Courtyard That helped make this less frustrating, but it didn’t result in getting my pillow back I still appreciate their effort, and it changed my opinion about the Courtyard

The representative let me know that she will be working with the location staff to improve their responsiveness and project a more caring attitude when someone loses a valuable itemOriginal Review was 2-star: Being a business owner who understands the importance of positive Google reviews, leaving a negative review is not what I wanted to doFor full transparency, the room was fine, and the Sunday 6/19/22 evening front desk representative was very friendly at check-in The lobby and hallway were fine, and everything worked I do agree with previous comments about the hotel needing a refreshThe problem was the apathetic and rude response of the 6/20 afternoon/evening front desk representative when my wife called to inquire about the very nice pillow that I left in the room when we left Obviously, it’s my fault that I left my pillow, so I’m not attempting to blame the hotel or the staff for my stupidity The call “dropped” three times during the conversation causing my wife to have to call back each time There was no concern or empathy on the part of the rep, and her claim to have checked with housekeeping and even checked the room herself seemed less than sincereWanting to give the hotel a chance to do a better job of convincing us that they cared at all, I encouraged my wife to stop by today on her way home because surely the rep wouldn’t be as rude in person as she was on the phone No such luck – she was at least as rude She said she had checked the room, but the tone of her voice and defensiveness about my wife stopping by didn’t give my wife much confidence that she had indeed checked the room or with housekeepingSo, if you choose this hotel for your stay while in West Little Rock, don’t leave anything in your room If you do, there’s a very good chance the person who answers the phone when you call to check on it won’t really give two hoots about whatever it is you left Again, I shouldn’t have left the pillow, but it would have been nice to think the staff gave a flip

DO NOT stay here! We exclusively stay at Marriott hotels & this was by far THE worst experience we’ve had Our room was filthy, the toilet was full to toilet paper & pee which could not be flushed There was a hand towel hanging in the bathroom with crusty blood, the air conditioner unit was broken

Our room was by the elevator which was on the loud side but in addition to the elevator noise it made a loud additional beeping sound each time it was used on any floor which was constant all night The fire alarm went off several times between 1am-2am then again from 7am-8am The hotel smelled like cigarettes & pot! Upon checkout I asked to speak to the manager, Crystal Thomas the general manager was finishing up with a guest who was complaining he was given the wrong room key & had a gun pulled on him after he entered the room I explained to Crystal my experience, she did comp our room because of the fire alarm going off all night but made sure to tell me I was lying about the condition of the room She stated she personally checks each of the rooms so it wasn’t possible I pulled out my phone to show her the pictures & videos She was rude & did not appear to care that our experience was miserable

Chris Hawk

I travel a lot and Courtyard by Marriott is my hotel of choice This hotel should not be affiliated with Marriott The rooms and hotel in general smell like roach spray

The dust ruffle on the bed has a huge stain on it The sofa bed was unusable as the sheets had yellow stains on it and the blanket was inside crumpled up , so it was obvious it had not been cleaned/changed Various signage throughout the hotel is either dented or broken For $185 this hotel doesn’t even offer complimentary coffee or breakfast The patio area was dirty as well I have never visited a Marriott hotel that doesn’t offer complimentary breakfast The only part of this hotel that was nice and resembled the Marriott was the lobby I will be escalating this bc this was absolutely despicable!!

Everything about this convenient downtown property was just great The rooms were comfortable and the amenities, including the cute outdoor courtyard were perfect BUT the staff was absolutely amazing

The delightful woman at the front desk boomed a “hello” every time we came in, the women who were cleaning the common areas stopped to talk and interact The day we were leaving, there was a woman polishing the elevator door (I didn’t even know anyone did this) and she stopped for a second to tell me how pretty and well behaved our dog was And everyone who worked there had a permanent smile It was a great experience

Kim Antar

Such a great hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff Our room was very spacious, bigger than an average room and it included a kitchen Very comfy beds and clean room

We had our large dog with us and it worked out perfectly Complimentary breakfast is great too Lots of options like eggs, waffles,Breakfast sandwiches etc if we ever drive through Little Rock again, this is where we will stay

Jerald Puckett (Ozark Juniors 16-1)

I’m a Lifetime Hilton Diamond member but due to some bad experiences lately I decided to give Marriott a try I’ve stayed in this hotel 4 times in the last few weeks Front desk (Charles) is very friendly and rooms are nice

I was upgraded once to a huge 2 bedroom 2 bath suite but even the other rooms were very roomy There is construction nearby but either they weren’t working or I couldn’t hear them so it wasn’t an issue Can’t wait till it gets warmer and I can use the pool and basketball court Self parking and right next to the hotel is nice Will continue to stay here when in town

James Person

This is a great hotel It is quiet and the rooms are large and very well layer out The furnishings are mostly new or slightly used and high quality

The management was extremely nice and helpfulThey take their no smoking policy very seriously so do not smoke in rooms that aren’t designated smoking rooms as they will charge you steeply for “cleanup” and you won’t like their pricing on cleanup!Still a great hotel if you are a considerate guest Try them out!

Kristi Ashley

Front desk was very nice and very helpful That’s the end of the good things to say Carpets are dirty, hotel has a very worn quality to it

Updates need to be made and aren’t We had staff walk into our room without knocking Safety was a concern after that Ironic though that we didn’t get maid service the entire stay though Breakfast was bad, OJ watered down and food was not cooked well Offering was minimal We will not stay again

Veronica Harden

Overall, the hotel was clean and check in was easy There was a very large ink stain on the floor in our room Unfortunately we were there on a very busy night

The walls seem to be thin because I could hear music coming from the other rooms We had a difficult time sleeping which was unfortunate because my daughter’s gymnastics meet was early the next morning The reason I only gave 2 star was because of lack of linen We had total of 5 people with one person on the pull out sofa There was no pillow, bed spread, or blanket for the pull out sofa We didn’t have enough towels for 5 people and we had no wash clothes When my husband asked for linen, he was told there was not enough for everyone in the building that night We managed with the few towels we had but I was extremely upset my daughter didn’t have a blanket My husband had to buy a blanket and wash cloths at Walmart For $117 a night a expected way more than we received I will not stay here again We were not offered any compensation or discounts considering we had to provide our own linen

The Hostel was super cool They have a fire station museum and you could asked them about a tour, so it was awesomeThe rooms are really great, that have restroom inside, what’s really convenient

The location is little bit far away of downtown It’s not to far but if you want to go in the middle of the night there is not a lot of lights The good point of this is that it isn’t noisy at allI discovered that they offer a continental breakfast (toast, cereal, juice and milk) It could be a great point but in my case the bread was out of dayA part of the breakfast (I didn’t expect it because when you booked it they didn’t mention it) I think that it’s a good Hostel

Annie Esteve

I had an amazing experience at the Firehouse Hostel It’s right beside a beautiful park and feels quiet, but it’s also walking distance from downtown and many coffee shops and restaurants Inside, the hostel was clean, spacious, and bright

It is also a colorful museum with a lot of character Mazh, a volunteer, had a warm energy that helped me feel welcome I’m already recommending the place to all my friends

Margherita Romano

Clean, quiet, and comfortable Everyone was very friendly and helpful The location in the park is very pretty and walkable to downtown

The beds were very comfortable, and this was the most quiet hostel I have ever stayed in The beds and bathrooms were also spotlessly clean The building is small and cozy, a very home-y, comforting feel

Comfortable, kid-friendly stay! We stopped in for one night on our way to our vacation destination and had a great experience! We watched the fireworks from the rooftop pool and made such a fun memory! Breakfast was good with plenty of options for everyone in our group of 8 + 1 pet Staff was kind, informative, and quick to respond to any need we had Easy to access from the highway

Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean but it did seem like the shared areas were not quite as tidy Granted it was a holiday weekend, it really didn’t bother us at all We enjoyed our stay! I also noticed a great little gym with cardio & cable machines It was a rest day for me so I didn’t utilize the equipment but it was a nice setup Overall, we felt it was a great value!

Capt M

Clean huge room Accommodated my family of 6 with plenty of room to move around The whole hotel was clean and smelled amazing

Beds were super comfortable The pool was nice and warm and was neat to be able to swim on the third floor Staff was amazing and super helpful One of the best hotel visits in a long time Breakfast was also wonderful and fresh

Sheila Y

Hotel is nice and clean Super friendly staff and they have a shuttle to take you to venues The only reason 3 stars on location was due to the massive road construction being done right there

Made getting into the hotel difficult and also difficulty finding local places to eat So, we ended up door dashing food to us at the hotel Cleaning staff was super nice, too!

Great stay We had to make a same-day reservation, got in around 11pm The front desk was so friendly and nice

The room was lovely Water was hot The nearby attractions/amenities binder was such a nice touch and it’s a shame we only could stay one night Kudos to the staff for keeping this little place so pleasant–and just off the highway, tooIf we come back to Little Rock, this is very likely a place we’ll land in againThanks, y’all <3

Stacey Zoller

Arrived at 2am on a frigid night and just needed a good place to sleep This place was great! Cedric at the front desk was very friendly The room felt older, but it had a 5-star bed — super comfy! Perfect mattress firmness with a pillow top

My complaints: there were some significant stains on the carpet, the desk chair was pretty tattered, and no bags in the garbage cans But the bathroom and bed were clean and nice, and those were my main needs Factoring in the price, I’m giving this place a 5-star ratingThere was what Cedric called a “grab and go” breakfast, but I wasn’t around for that in the morning And the room included a mini fridge (with nice temperature regulation!) and a microwave

Roy Decker

I have been a Diamond member for quite a while now, which lets you know how often we are in hotels When we arrived yesterday evening, there was nobody at the desk for close to 20 minutes, and several of us were waiting to check in to the hotel The cart for luggage is not in very good mechanical condition

I was told that there were no first floor rooms available even though this is in my profile, and I also requested one when booking our stay The hotel states ADA compliant; however, they do not have an elevator, and the sidewalk leading to the Disabled Parking is blocked by a bench they have chained to one of the disabled parking signs The room seemed nice and clean until we went to take a shower The shower rod in about to fall off the wall and there is a lot of mold on the caulking and ceiling and dirt caked into the corners

I’ve seen the bad reviews but this was not the case with my stay The room was very comfortable I’m assuming they fix the bug issue

The lady at the front desk was very nice on Monday Aug/15/22 She greeted us and had a smile The room was very clean and I liked that it had a large fridge and sink Only issues I had was the bathroom door had no handle Also the ELEVATOR CERTIFICATION has been expired since June of 2021 I didn’t mind it but I’m sure that is a huge deal when it comes to safety and certifications for a proper working elevator Also this hotel does not have a pool which is a bummer

Ok here goes DO NOT STAY HERE! My wife was woken at 1am having been bitten by bed bugs, there were loads of them, I quickly went to reception and he moved us straight away although we couldn’t sleep after this and my wife couldn’t even get in another bed here, we left around 6:30 am just to get away from the place We feel we should have a refund, but not a chance

In case you’re interested it was room 117 This was early June ‘22 and 3 weeks later my wife still has the marks on her

Stay away from this Hotel You been warned!First my front door lock was not working Put the door key in, green light comes in, push the handle to open the door, door won’t open

You literally have to try 15-20 times before you can open the lock Notified manager nothing was done Restroom comode is continuing leaking water and flushing by itself ever 3-5 minutes making lot of noises AC thermostat control don’t work, it’s go to cold than you turn of the AC Than it go hot than you turn on the AC again You have to play with AC every 1-2 hours Coffee maker is to old that button marks are gone, you can read which one is power button Comforter have Cigretts holes and dirty Behind the bed dust everywhere Carpet is filthy and too old I was coughing whole time due to carpet dust Spider web in the room and at window I paid $236 for IHG hotel and I was not expecting this

I’m a little surprised this hotel does not have a higher rating as our stay was excellent in every aspect We actually stayed here on way up to Chicago and were so impressed we stayed again on the way back Room was clean and the view was great

Staff (Mark) was helpful and friendly Breakfast was amazing and the staff there super friendly alsoIf I’m ever in Little Rock, AR again would definitely stay at this hotel Definite 5-star experience

I liked the 2-story suite I stayed in It’s obvious that it was at one point two separate normal sized rooms which was converted into an upstairs-downstairs suite That’s not a complaint, by the way

I’m actually intrigued The upstairs bathroom had what looked like a jetted tub I didn’t use it to confirmOverall, the suite was neat and clean, with all expected amenities and no real issues My only complaint would be the soap dispensers on the shower walls The upstairs’ body wash dispenser didn’t produce any soap even though it was full Guess it was clogged or somethingAnyway, it was a comfortable stay and I’ll stay again if the stars align

First, the breakfast (except the pineapple) was edible at best Hard and cold biscuits and gravy, bacon crumbles (for bacon), powdered eggs, and the potatoes were tasteless and coldNight one our AC unit soaked the carpet because the drain was blocked

We were told someone would be up to repair it We left the hotel and 7 hours later not a soul has shown up Called the front desk, the manager says “ I just got here and don’t know anything about it “ Someone did however show up this time It could not be repaired and we had to pack up everything and move to a smaller roomLast but not least, the pool From a distance it looks nice When you get closer, the water is cloudy, filthy with trash, and the sides are coming apart We actually tried one afternoon to enjoy the pool We were there about 30 minutes before no less than 30-35 kids show up all within 15 minutes of each other They were loud, rude, inconsiderate (slashing water all over people laying out ) It was pretty obvious these individuals just showed up without parents and weren’t staying at the pool The few people who were there before also left like we didLastly, the pool closes at 10pm There was yelling, screaming, partying in the pool way past that and it was very difficult to sleep I did ask the front desk to enforce the hours She said she would send security down Needless to say, it took another phone call and time to get it enforced so we could actually sleepThe staff overall were nice I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone It’s a wannabe Marriott in disguise as a motel 6
