Loved our room We stayed in a king with a jacuzzi spa bathtub right in the room Loved that the tv was on a flexible wall mount so we could angle it and enjoy a movie while relaxing in the tub

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable The staff went above and beyond for me! Can’t recommend enough! I will definitely stay here again if and when I am visiting the Seattle area! Thank you!

The hotel overall, and the room I stayed in, was an older style The room was clean and they came in and cleaned and made my bed everyday There is a decent amount of storage in the closet

I was surprised that they had a hair dryer They had a small mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave There is a desk and a couch and a nice comfortable bedUnfortunately I was disappointed by many things First, their restaurant is closed I asked about it and they said the restaurant has been closed for couple of years due to COVID-19, and they do not have budget or staff to operate it As for the room, there was constant whistling of wind under the door which made it hard to sleep When others on the floor open and close their doors, the whistling changes tune When the air conditioner unit in the room comes on it added to the noise Then at times the mini refrigerator would come on and off periodically so there was a real wind orchestra of sound in the background at all times Also, the lighting in the room was less than ideal–it was hard to get enough light at the desk, and I struggled to find a light that I could leave on overnight After the first night I left the microwave open as my night light so I could sleep They have a big screen TV although it must be plasma because it’s showing signs of burn in Also the remote did not work well I also could not stream to the TV which was a disappointmentPlease like my review if you find it helpful

For the price, definitely wouldn’t recommendThe rooms are fine, clean & simple, safe area, but not worth the price at all Get an Airbnb

Almost every single day I’d have to get a new room key & they’d make me verify all my info One of the older men at the front desk was very rude & told me my name wasn’t on the reservation when I was THERE at check in Don’t be rude to me when your staff messed up

Well I wanted to write this review because I’m still in absolute shock of how poorly ran the Bellevue Club is My family & I decided to celebrate Mother’s Day by going to the brunch they were having today All of us including my Mother, were very disappointed to say the least

After we were seated, our server didn’t even come to the table until we were halfway done with our meal The food on the buffet was poorly put together with overcooked tenderloin, poor-quality frozen breakfast potatoes, hard-boiled eggs benedict, some side dishes that had zero-thought put into it and some seafood that was over-steamed I guess the best thing they had on the buffet for $75/person was the omelette station that was made with liquid eggs Honestly, I feel like it was a waste of money My Mom & Wife weren’t impressed and said in fact that they would of been happier with Denny’s because at least there you know what your getting and it’s not over-priced In the years past at the Bellevue Club, the food was way better for the amount of money that they charge The sad part, is that the food was just not prepared or cooked to perfection of $75/person Last Christmas we went to a dinner party at the Seattle Yacht Club, and not only was the food immaculate but the service was good! Our server today at the Bellevue Club was lazy and rude After today we certainly won’t be dining at the Bellevue Club anytime soon Such ashame because it used to be one of our favorite date-night spots for the weekend

A fantastic hotel to stay in, since it’s connected to a full athletic facility with things like indoor basketball courts, swimming, tennis, etc If you need a place to practice and stay in shape when in town, this is the spot to go Parking is outdoors, but secure enough to not worry if you are a car nut

It’s also quite nice as a hotel all by itself

Remsen Jennings

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in! If you’re looking for a hotel that feels like an escape from the big city where you can unwind and feel at home, this is it The minute you walk in, you feel calm vibes all around The color pallete is soft earth tones throughout

The rooms are impeccably clean and are outfitted with tons of smart technology (thermostat, lights, curtains, etc) You can cast anything from any streaming service on the TV, which is a rare find in hotels (usually, you’re lucky if a hotel has Netflix) The bathroom feels like a spa – all beige tones and soothing stones I have to reiterate how CLEAN everything feels – that is even more of a rare find! The cavernous shower is incredibly relaxing The 4-story gym is unparalleled – no hotel has fitness offerings like this However, the hours aren’t ideal if you only have time for late night workouts One other downside is the location – you can’t really walk anywhere off-property for food, coffee, or groceries at your convenience You’ll need transportation Overall, this hotel provides a luxurious, relaxing spa-like experience, and it is well worth the stay

Excellent stay overall! Check-in was simple and quick and they accommodated us for both early and late arrival Initially had a room on the second floor but they gave us a room on the top floor when asked We did get complimentary bottles of water for our Hilton reward membership

The room was bright, with a huge window that showed the skyline of the downtown buildings a few blocks away which was gorgeous after darkBeds, pillows and room were comfortable Exceptionally clean and the housekeeping goes above and beyond by even wiping cobwebs up in the corners of the rooms I’m pretty picky as I used to clean hotel rooms for my own employment and this was just as great Water pressure in the sink in the bathroom was a little light but the shower head was fantastic pressure and the water stays hot/warm for a long timeRoom had a microwave, mini refrigerator, a desk and office chair, and a good size flat screen TV with tons of channels as well as a couple movie channels like HBOWe called the front desk for a extra blanket and Haley came with two and a super great attitude about having to deliver it She even asked if there was anything else she could help us with before dropping the blankets offBreakfast selection is diverse with coffee and tea few different juices for drinks They had homemade omelets and large chunked potatoes for warm foods They also had individually wrapped items like bagels and cream cheese, muffins, oranges, apples and bananas and Greek yogurt

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel in Bellevue and we really liked it The staff is friendly and helpful and our room was nice and clean We really liked the breakfast, you have to try the waffles! What I like the most about this hotel is the indoor swimming pool which is the perfect size and has a nice and relaxing view of a forest

The hotel also has a large parking lot

Kim Walker

We had just gotten off a cruise ship and they kick you off pretty early in the morning The front desk attendant was incredibly helpful She allowed us to store our luggage while we waited for our rooms to be ready

And they went out of their way to get us in our rooms as soon as they couldAll of the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was beautiful and clean and extremely nice

We stayed here for one night to see the sights in Bellevue, first impression was that the hotel was very clean, modern and inviting! Our room was on the fifth level, really nice spacious room, huge entry, large windows, two queen beds with three pillows on each bed, and a large bathroom with a tub, perfect room for a family of four There were a few things I noticed which were quite off putting and really changed my reviewParking was 29

00 per day, that’s quite a lot for one day stayWe did find that the sink did not drain properly, it was pretty disgusting and should be fixed before any guests continue to use this roomI was unable to move my neck for the entire day after sleeping in the bed and pillows supplied Offering a firm and soft pillow option would be ideal Also, the mattresses could use updating, they’re very uncomfortable They are definitely not of a luxury standard especially when you’re paying $250+ a nightBefore arriving we stated in our comments of the booking that we would like to have a crib for our son, and we had to ask twice after we had already arrived and set it up ourselves It would of been great to have this already set up for us, it would of been a nice warm welcome and an extra added touchWe tried the pool, the space, the hottub and chairs were fantastic The pool however, was extremely cold and unbearableOverall the customer service was just OK, I can’t say they went the extra mile This hotel could do a bit better to enhance the customer experience but as for now it lacks in quite a few areas

Kelly Pang

I really liked how clean and new this hotel is, and how friendly the staff are The beds are comfortable and the room is big and spacious I would have gave it 5 star if it wasn’t for the fact they had 2 water bottles on top of the fridge, labelled $2

5 each! While most high end hotels would have just provided free water bottles (for example, W Hotel Bellevue where I stayed last time), I’m surprised Hilton Garden Inn is charging their customers for some basic needs like fresh water to drink… very disappointing! If you’re going to charge $400 CAD a night, at least have the decency to provide free water Seriously made the experience terrible Also, there were no towels provided at the pool/sauna area… which is another basic thing that should’ve been provided as a high end hotel And lastly, we had mentioned it was our anniversary this weekend, but nothing was done or acknowledged not even a card to congratulate us(most of the other hotels we’ve stayed at always made an extra effort for things like this)… On top of it all, we mentioned ahead we had a 7mon baby and needed a crib when we came in the room, it was not even assembled and we were just expected to figure out how to put it together on our own… That’s not good service in my opinion Hence overall, I gave it 4 star only

Nick Lansing

Terrific hotel We stayed there a total of 4 nights over the course of 7 days The place is clean, the staff is superb and the rooms are quiet

There are two things to know:Parking is limited You may not be able to park on-site during weekends or busy times The spots are small so anything larger than an F-150 will have a tough time Fortunately, there’s a private ramp next door and private surface lot on the same blockBathroom doors are sliding barn doors that roll in front of the bathroom The doors don’t shut You’re going to hear your partner / roommate using the toilet

Nice small hotel, clean, friendly staff but not enough due to labor shortage I believe The manager is proactive The swimming pool is small and was closed during my visit

Walking distance to Microsoft Breakfast good enough The room was clean with enough towels but giving on the parking lot even at the second floor so plan accordingly Would recommend

EDIT: The owner responded to this review saying they had contacted me and had offered me Marriott points That never happened

I was never contacted nor offered pointsQuite frustrated with my experience with this service I had made adjustments online to my reservations and apparently they did not go through or I made some kind of mistake I was charged for a room that I never stayed in and the front desk person I spoke to was quite rude & condescending saying that he couldn’t give me any kind of refund on the 1 night I was charged although I had the next night still booked I needed to stay there 2 nights so I asked to add an additional night and he wanted to charge me $270 when my original amount was $135 He told me because they were at capacity they couldn’t help me at all with a refund or honoring my original booking price I ended up cancelling the entire reservation I was surprised by the level of service as it was the worst I have received at any Marriott (I am a platinum member and have traveled on a monthly basis for the last 8 years) Definitely unfortunately it seemed like there was no attempt to “make things rights”

Olivia P

A few things that added up over time–I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they’re short staffed but you do NOT get daily house keeping and have to opt to call for housekeeping For a 5 night stay, we were offered one day’s worth of housekeepingYou must call to get towels, toilet paper, tissues, etc

, and when calling at 9:30 am, the girl seemed unsure if she’d be able to get me towels and said the “house man has been cleaning for a while, he should be able to bring you them” to which he did, but it still felt like an odd thing to say The next morning, we had to go to the front desk to get towels and wash cloths because there was no housekeeper onBeing in a nice area, this situation seemed extremely odd for a Marriott owned hotel and again I don’t know if this is due to being short staffed but you pay for a hotel expecting the entire experience, not to check in and THEN be told they barely have housekeeping and you should take out your own trash and leave it at the door by 10 amI’m also not sure if this is a Washington thing as I’ve never been charged for parking at a hotel, but being charged $8 a night for parking and then having to scour the parking lot for a spot is absolutely outrageous My sister has a disability and people were parking in handicap spots with no handicap stickers They have an “overflow” lot which our room was a good walk away and having to walk from there at 1 am by myself after paying for parking is ridiculousThe room is clean, breakfast was nice, and the staff friendly, but overall kind of a bizarre hotel experience that we weren’t expectinglikely due to corporate and nothing to do with in-hotel staff

As parents of a toddler, we were VERY happy with our stay here:1) The hotel crib was actually really comfortable for our daughter It’s the best she’s ever adjusted to a hotel, and she liked it more than our Pack n Play Regular Pack n Play sheets fit snugly on it

2) There were high chairs and booster seats in the breakfast area, and they let us bring a high chair to our room too3) No-slam toilet seat in the room was very appreciated!4) There were plenty of options for breakfast including oatmeal, fruit, and eggs that I felt comfortable feeding my 18moThe concierges were very kind and helpful, particularly the one during our check-in on 4/13 evening and the lady working 4/15 morningThe rooms are definitely not soundproof, but most hotel rooms aren’t The only thing we’d ask for is hot water to be available throughout the day Otherwise, it was a perfect stay, one of the most enjoyable and convenient experiences I’ve had at a hotel

Abigail M

Continuation by Abigail M2/2 I repeated my concern and asked for help in finding out who called or at least find out the phone number of the person who called but they were very firm at saying that they have to follow what is on the note, which says “the guest called to cancel to avoid being charged” and they cannot do anything else I said what about what I am telling them that I did not call, doesn’t that warrant further investigation? They asked if I am implying that their staff was lying and mentioned that the staff who canceled was one of their best front desk employees I politely explained I am not in the position to make assumptions, and that two parties are saying contradicting information here and the only way to find out what really happened is to further investigate

They told me it happens all the time that people call to say things and if I am “even telling the truth blah blah blah” there is nothing they can doAt this point, as a regular patron who books Marriot hotel multiple times a year, I was truly hurt and frustrated by the lack of empathy and they probably heard that in my voice because at this point, I felt that this manager was just probably tired of the ploys and issues in the hotel that is why they have the firmness, judgment and detached demeanor because our conversation started to turn the positive way They ended up being the only person who listened and offered genuine help Ruby, the front desk manager, started to hear me and validated my frustration and even offered to connect with her if I decided to go ahead with the trip and find myself out of an affordable hotel to stay at They even added that if they are not there if I showed up because they work the late shift, they will make sure to make it right for me and give me a good discountI appreciated the kindness but as I told Ruby, I cannot proceed with booking with Fairfield hotel tomorrow anymore after the lack of empathy and care from the staff, not even in the near future, not if I had another hotel choice I gave them my phone number in case they find out more information, they gladly took it and assured me that I can connect with her anytimeTo the higher management, I request you to please advocate for workplace sensitivity and promote empathy among the staff And to please revisit your cancellation protocols as I have seen a few similar reviews

Akiyo Marukawa

We book Marriott bonvoy series because how simple/cheap they are, they are clean and well maintained I think they usually have a standard to meet But this one

– bathroom clearly had some issues recently and patch up job was done badly See the pictures- totally random but there wasn’t a soup dish I never thought how inconvenient that is- bedsheets got both us itchy We took shower before getting in the bed thinking we were just dirty but it wasn’t it- room is so dry that we have suspicion that might also one of the reasons why we got itchy- the from desk upgraded and changed our room but the room started to make some horrible noise coming from who knows where We could hear it from the hallway- St Patrick’s weekend, this lady was working by herself Whose genius idea was this?! No one thought about safety?Other notes:- expected noise level You can hear upstairs and neighbors, street noise, etc You’re staying at an economy hotel This is expected- breakfast ends at 9/9:30 so if you’re on vacation and don’t want to wake up early, you’re out of luck But if you’re on a business trip, it’s what you expectGood stuff:- staffs are very nice- clean- good location for touristy things

Excellent service, lovely historic building with modern updates, great food We stayed here 3 nights for a trip to Seattle in a suite It was spacious enough for the king bed, pull-out couch and a rollaway

The building is historic and each room has a picture book explaining the history of the hotel They’ve updated the rooms and made them very nice We couldn’t hear any street traffic or other hotel guests The beds were very comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job keeping the rooms neat and filled with provisions We ate at the hotel restaurant the first night, and enjoyed the live music in the lobby bar the second night Each time we had outstanding service and the food was delicious The hotel is in walking distance of a few restaurants, and an easy drive elsewhere Slightly longer walks will take you to the touristy parts of the city It’s nice the hotel is slightly set apart and not in the middle of the hustle and bustle Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxury stay in Seattle

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any place This website will compare thousands of booking websites and typically will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of my favorites in this area

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you choose this place you will love it I’m sure!We celebrated with our wedding party at Hotel Sorento the morning of our wedding as we prepped for the big day We rented The Penthouse and used the rooftop as the backdrop for our first look The staff was amazing, the food was to die for, and Reina the event coordinator was so helpful getting everything taken care of for us We stayed there that night, along with several of our guests and the accommodations were fantastic It is a beautiful hotel and each room is unique with views of downtown Seattle Overall, we had a great experience at the hotel and would highly recommend for anyone looking to rent for a private event or to stay overnight!

Marguerite Martin

I love staying at the Sorrento! It’s such a great location between Capitol Hill and Downtown I’ve been coming here for trips to Seattle for 20 years and I love the dark wood lobby and the clean, classic rooms The service is always warm and professional- and the value is really good

I just stayed here again after a cancelled flight meant I had an unplanned stay in Seattle and I was surprised to see how good the rate was

Hotel room was clean, staff were nice and helpful, and the location was pretty convenient However, the room we stayed in was very cramped My husband and I came on a week long trip so we had 2 pretty large suitcases, and there was almost no space to put them in the room

There was only enough floor space to get around the bed and exit the room The shower stall was also incredibly small I’m 5’2″, and I could barely fit in the stall without bumping into walls and the shower handle Hotel Max would be fine for an overnight stay, or if you don’t have large bags, but for our 3 day stay, I wasn’t super comfortable

S D

My partner and I have just checked in Flummoxed by the $100 a day deposit, as well as the $20 a day “amenity” fee Fine whatever maybe the room is super luxe

We’re told that there’s a complimentary beer on check in, ok pretty cool but we don’t drink can we get Coke instead and this guy hands us ONE can of Coke Er what? Then we get up into the room and first off it’s poky, not small but poky There’s long curly hairs in the sink and on the toilet paper rollBarely any toiletriesThere’s charging for your devices on only one side of the bed Also only one robe in the closet This room is obviously set up for the solo traveller Not for couples at allThe TV is messed up can’t play without stopping, image all garbled See pics can’t describe itFound what looked like a scab at worst or dried food at best in the bedMy partner tried to call the front desk but couldn’t get through so now he’s downstairs trying to get a different roomWas pretty excited walking into the lobby but unfortunately that excitement didn’t last very long at all

Jesse Smith

Wifi doesn’t work at all, and even worse messes with cell reception, your “beverage” upon arrival is light beer in a red solo cup, air conditioner doesn’t work, not even a chair in the room, get a 2 bed and the walls are set to where only one bed can see the TV, hidden fees that don’t go to your total, not a chair in the entire place Better off at a best western honestly Get ready for an extra bill too

An “amenity fee” Really don’t know how this place stays open

I’ve stayed here a few times and I love it Great rooftop patio with a view of Lake Washington Large rooms

Comfortable beds Quiet Great breakfast A little more pricey than the Best Western nearby, but definitely way more worth the extra cost The only drawback is the parking garage It can be difficult to park larger vehicles They are pet friendly but you’re limited as to where you can walk your pet (the park across the street doesn’t allow dogs), but there’s a great dog park less than 2 miles away

JR O

I have stayed at Hampton INn hotels before, and loved it For the price This one is not at all worth it

I stayed here because the hotel next to them did not have any openings working at the hospital near this hotel Bed was nice and comfortableI like the fact that the parking garage has a secure gate, you can only get in if you have your gate key or their Hilton app Which is great if you are working grave shifts What I don’t like is the signs posted if you forget to put your parking pass on your car dash board you will be towed without warning Why have all this security Make me give you make and model of my car, also my license plate number, and post those signs Comes across not welcoming and real aggressive N makes you not want to visit againThe room gives me vibes please don’t get comfortable, no dresser to put things away just a closet I was here for a business trip for 7 days Also my room wasn’t the cleanest, found shocks behind bathroom door from someone else who was in the room I am sure prior to meOther hotels I have stayed with in the city, with pool options are open here The pool here has been closed for 6 months according to another review And during my stay sign is still showing closed for health reason Not sure why that’s still a concern considering all the staff is walking around with no maskBreakfast was, free! Really not free since I am sure the cost is in my hotel fees It was decent, nothing to write home to mom aboutStaff is not rude, but wasn’t the friendliest I found more cheer at a funeralLocation is around nice places to eat, but if I had my say for the price, and not throwing shade I would go next door for my next stay Nothing makes me want to come back to this hotel

While I was staying with my parents for a prolong period of time at the hotel our car and only car we had access to got broken into With the only way they could have gotten in to the secure parking area was if the people worked at the place when we informed them they said that you park at your own risk and don’t care so if you want to stay here don’t leave anything in your car thankfully they took only a toaster and some suitcases with some clothes but the fact is that it was probably an inside job that knew we were staying for a while basically living their ( looking for a house) and that we looked relatively wealthy due to our car and the stuff we brought to our room which was a monitor and computer and some other boxes with other stuff Do not get me wrong the staff were and are for the most great but it was almost definitely a inside job and the company the employee definitely don’t care because of the park at your own risk policies the fact their no camera in the area

Also due to how stretch the police are don’t expect them to help you due to how high the crime rate has gotten and the low funding they made my father write the report for him to send it to them

Beautiful property, so close to Bellevue downtown yet next to a very green forest reserve We got a well appointed room by 3* standards and lucky for the views The staff was friendly, we loved the games (pool and shuffle) room and an easy family friendly lobby vibe

Breakfast was underwhelming the day we stayed, but everything else including comfortable beds worked very well Will love to be back

Vinita Ramnani

I am giving this rating as one of your staff members Diana has not been welcoming and rather rude to me whereas others have been really helpful I came down to the reception to get some amenities like toilet paper and some tin foil which I was refused for in a rude tone The other receptionist was trying to help me but Diana said we can’t help it’s their problem to the other staff

I would like you to seriously take this matter and give me a call about it

We moved to WA and had a three week extended stay here while waiting for our lease to start Friendly staff and willing to help! Washer and dryer is on site, during our stay you need to request housekeeping which was nice as you could pick a date s time so you know when they would be coming inWe had a one bedroom suite that came with a dining table and separate desk to work remotely at

Internet worked great for all my work video calls, part of the roomVery nice surrounding area and walking paths Dog relief areas are clean and in front of the building off so the sides with bags to pick up after your dog if you don’t already carry themHot breakfast each morning, was super good and buffet style Mix of hot and cold breakfast options with eggs and oatmeal, toast/bagels as daily options and a meat that alternated between sausage links/patties, biscuits and gravy Staples like fresh fruit, yogurt with lactose free options Juice and coffee

This is a good hostel Location is by train and downtown but not the best neighborhood in downtownRooms are good

Breakfast is reasonablestaffs are goodThere are lockersLike all HI hostels, they are well organized and managedThe number of bathrooms could be moreNo eventsKind of rundown

Emma Cutchie

Located 3 minutes away from King Street Station, and a 1 minute walk to a food court and supermarket Rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable No duvet for the top bunk though, but there were additional blankets we used

The lady at the front desk was super helpful, and gave us a whole bunch of tips and activities that we could do in Seattle Kitchen area and common rooms were clean and big, and the washing machines had free soap which was handy Would definitely stay again!

I came to this hotel during a tough transition in my life while I waited for my new apartment to become available I was mentally exhausted and very much in my own head while simultaneously dealing with work calls and e-mails on a day in day out basis The staff was so helpful and friendly during my stay especially the front desk

I interacted with both the morning and night shift staff with each interaction being as pleasant as the last I’m a big believer in my own life on treating people with respect and genuine intentions because you never know what someone is going through even behind a smile I think the staff at this specific hotel really embodies that mentality intentionally or unintentionally and I genuinely appreciated that aspect of my stay In regards to the hotel it’s self, it’s very well kept and clean throughout the building while always smelling nice The lobby area has a nice zone where you can sit and relax in case your up early or late They also have a water park and pool across the street no more then 500ft away which is a big + for families 5/5 stars Thank you

Bob Altman

This hotel is a very nice property for the price and class Close to the interstate with very easy access to Seattle for me it was only 17 minutes Is very close to shopping centers and other amenities that you may find helpful when you travel

The rooms were clean with good quality fixtures and beds Hotel website photos were accurate description of locations within the property Fitness room was very good compared to many hotels I have seen Breakfast is included and his much better than most locations with real hot food prepared for the guests

Michael DeWitt

The manager doesn’t know hospitality at all The manager had me move my car 3x because the he didn’t like where I parked it The hotel has a coin washer/dryer but offer no coin exchange at the front desk

I really like Best Westerns, but this one is very badOne positive is the cleaning staff has been awesome cleaning the room

We stayed at La Quinta Inn at NE Northup Way Kirkland, WA in December 2021Receptionist guy in the night shift was very nice and decent But the hotel itself is not very clean Elevator smells filthy and floor is pretty nasty

Room was very cold when we got there , they didn’t run the heater and smells like old stale carpet They also allow pets which is ok but if you are allergic to pet hair then it’s not the hotel for you You will see traces of pet hair on the bed linensReceptionist woman in the morning shift is not so friendlyThe free breakfast are some oranges, yoghurt and muffins So just a warning if there’s like 2 or 3 of you eating they will not provide a paper bag or any kind of bag so you have to put the food items in your coat or prepare to manage it along with everything else ( masks , luggage, kids/babies etc) I lost valuable items in the room and unfortunately nobody called from the hotel yet to return the items I hope someone with a good conscience realizes that the items are important to their guests and return itTo be fair to them a manager emailed us regarding this concernA month later Still waiting for someone to call us from this hotel and return the wedding band and engagement ringUpDate April 2022This hotel property address in Northup Way apparently is closed or under different management

The folks that work here are all extremely nice, at least everyone I met so far I feel very at peace here I think the loudest person here may be me

Really though, it’s completely quiet and utterly relaxed The man who helps me at the front desk on a regular basis couldn’t be more hospitable The rooms are good size a wonderful deal !!! I’ve paid $50 more for the same size room or smaller It’s a little rough on the outside, (mainly old paint) The woman who took my reservation over the phone She actually helped me to the point of a FREE early check in Nobody is promised that I’m sure, it was terrible weather out and cold She allowed her heart to help This place is really like that Well worth a little extra commute What’s kindness worth these days? I still can’t believe it’s as affordable as it is

Talon Windwalker

Room was fairly comfortable, and I appreciated having a recliner so I could put my feet up Not enough pillows and no extra pillow or blanket in the closet They can’t say they currently offer a breakfast

You could get a piece of fruit and a very small yogurt, and that’s basically it Staff have to hand you the minimal food, yet the spoon, lid for your coffee, and the stirrers have to be grabbed by you which means people’s fingers are likely touching the stuff which will be going in your mouth *eyeroll*Your only option for a sweetener in the lobby (for coffee or tea) is sugar When I asked about artificial stuff, the staff said “We’re asked that all the time, but this is all we have” If you’re asked for this “all the time” why not supply it? Not like it’s expensive!Location is decent and convenientHallway on the 3rd floor was FREEZING I needed my jacket any time I left my room Thermostat in the room couldn’t be lowered beyond 65 I like a chilly room, and there is too much traffic noise for me to leave the window openBathtub is small, and no bars or anything for people who might need some help with stability Just an FYI Toilet paper roll was under the sink cabinet which made it difficult to roll so would rip after 2 squares

Wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel In photos and on paper it lists a bunch of perks and great design, but the cost does not meet up to the experienceI booked the city view superior king which was roomy but lacked details that make a great hotel experience and justify the price

For $400usd per night, there were no hotel slippers, hygiene amenities and an extra robe for two people staying I think it’s fair to expect at least things like this to be provided and ready in the room if the cost was going to be this high You’ll need to call front desk to ask for some of these items Also out city view was looking into the back of they alley wayIn addition when you book any room you’re asked to pay an extra $20 USD for an amenities fee This includes access to the gym, wifi, a ‘wellness kit’ and welcome and departing hospitality drinks We didn’t receive any wellness kit and welcoming or departing drinks Again, for the price you pay, there are other competitors that provide WiFi and gym access as a standard, included in room fees Check in time was also later than most which is set at 4pm There is also a sad looking coffee bar at the reception area that constantly has 3 pieces of pastries sitting on display and noone working behind it Prices are same to nearby coffee shops so I would recommend walking a block to get more promising coffeeThe highs of this hotel is that yes it’s in a great location and walkable to many downtown locations Room was clean, tidy, contemporary and trendy Staff and service were decent but not outstandingSummary is cost was not in par with experience Won’t be staying here again

We have loved this hotel stay so much but… I will say it was incredibly sad not to have access to the hotel bar It required us going out of the actual city center to find one We know Covid is in effect but it’s something we absolutely were looking forward too

Outside of that we LOVE the lobby Welcome cocktails were amazing, bikes for rent rocked & location to the Link, bus, monorail transportation as a whole rocked It’s also walking distance to tons of sightseeing from Pikes Place Market, to Capitol Hill & shopping… with comfortable rooms, great beds, & super welcoming staff we loved our visit & would come back again! Also upgrade for the suite with the soaking tub! It’s worth it! We would have upgraded for the penthouse but it was booked our weekend WORTH EVERY PENNY!The character of this place is a 5 star for sure!!

Katherine Catherwood

We stayed there nights and this is a wonderful hotel The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive to needs There was an option for a free cocktail every night around 5 which was free

There was a little coffee shop in the hotel and a Starbucks across the street The location was amazing for the Pikes palace market, space needle and attractions I highly recommend this hotel for I know we are already thinking of when we can come back

We had a convention here and they were really lovely to work with The rooms were comfortable and the amenities were wonderful They’re meeting rooms are easy to find and nicely set up

The only reason it got four stars instead of five was it was really hot Not sure if they just didn’t have the air conditioning up or if it wasn’t strong enough I would definitely recommend staying here

Stephen Lumsden

Beautiful place But for all the luxuries and high prices you don’t even get a microwave… and a full breakfast is $20 a person So if like us, you go shopping for your food I hope you like it about as warm as a dead seagull

(Update) I reached out and didn’t get far, the site crashed Not sure why that’s necessary anyway because the issue I had was plainly laid out in the review, and I SERIOUSLY doubt they’d give me any sort or refund or discount

Ahimelec Diaz

When I booked this the pictures of the rooms looked great but I realized that they were a little misleading When we got to our room the room was at 77 degrees and the thermostat said it was set to 65 Called the front desk and they weren’t super helpful just said someone would come by and check it out in a few

The walls were super dirty and the room was smelly the bathroom was dirty and there was mold around the tub Wouldn’t stay here again Not worth the money that was paid
