The manager and his family are great people and are always friendly and polite I stay at the Relax Inn quite a bit, the rooms are always clean and I’ve never had a problem getting clean linens or towels when I need them Also, the rates are very reasonable

The only thing that they should change is check-out time, instead of 10:00 AM it should be 11:00 AM like all other motels12/5/17 I stayed here lastnight and it was very quiet and cozy, the bed was so comfortable that as soon as I laid down on it I was ready to go to sleep and it was only 3:30 in the afternoon, instead of going to sleep I took a walk to the shopping center next door and got myself dinner and also went to the Dollar Store over there and got some things I had forgotten to bring for the shower, once I ate my dinner and showered I gave in to that big, comfy bed and slept like a baby all night! The Relax Inn is the best you will find in the area and don’t let the looks from the outside fool youthe rooms have been remodeled and are really nice inside!

Very nice hotel – very clean, fresh, almost seems new as it is very well kept up Service was excellent and kept the room clean with fresh towels and linen as requested I spent 10 days there and all the Staff were very helpful and made my stay very comfortable

Breakfast was hot with lots of choices and the coffee was available all day long and into the evening hours (Request Bacon be added to the Breakfast Menu though!) Thank you for making my long business trip away from Home very pleasant!

Check between mattress they do not clean between or the edges or rooms, walls, check sheets yes bed bugs molt skinI gave it 2 stars because the staff aside from my room accommodation were friendly! The breakfast was good with many options, several ammentities on siteDetails of my stay June 20222am check in on the 2nd floor bed bug crawling on the wall, several molting bug skin on the sheets, floors were not vaccuum burrito reminents left all over

They bed is bleached so not spots are seenI have stayed at Hilton/Hamtpn Inn and opted to use them because higher standards and many have bedbug monitors to catch them before infesting, bugs happen but if Hampton Inn Middletown were actually cleaning the rooms correctly maybe it wouldn’t have happenedChanged rooms 3rd floor bug free thank God but the mattress has large stains, skirt is stained, food between mattress, again candy inbedded in the carpets your feet stick to it 4am we had an closing and chose to sleep bug free and wear shoesAfter-work 4pm I returned to 3 staff working and 1 cleaning staff still on shift Requested new sheets since night shift was unable to tell me how long those sheets had been sitting and room vaccuumed Management said, “change rooms, cleaning crew left and had 1 person here with 5 rooms left” I said no this room was bug free but needed vaccuumed She replied “bugs are not common and can changes rooms” I declined room change At which point she agreed to service my room but if I needed servie tomorrow I would need to let them know by 9am I assured her I would not need additional service after thatI did not return till 1am after moving a single father and 3 kids into his first home I found the beds made the same dirty candy filled bed skirts which I would assume the same sheets and the same candy on the floor! I had a flight to catch that morning and chose to go to bed I spoke to the manager and showed her photos Her response was “she saw the room but did not lift the mattress” When I requested service I made it clear the mattress appeared to have a 2lt of soda stain on it and we had left the bedspread so disarray you had to see the candy, sunflower seeds, pop corn and stains in order to fix it

Teresa

Very pleased with our stay at the Hampton Inn the rooms were clean (only problem is someone must have been smoking there) But they did a great job to clean it up IT is very sad that people feel it is ok to break the rules and be in considerate to the next guest who may not smoke

BUT that being said the rooms were large and clean and comfortable

My wife and I stay at B&B’s while traveling, enjoying the company of fellow travelers, and the innkeepers Debi and Bob are adept at hosting, and made us feel as if we were staying with friends Their experience has turned the Miller-Dunham House into a fine B&B that shouldn’t be missed

Debi gave us a quick history of the Inn and the historic district, recommended a local tavern where we enjoyed dinner, even suggested where to tour the next day We enjoyed the nature trail Bob blazed out back, seeing deer and many birds Breakfast was wonderful, in a sunny, warm dining room Visit here when passing through, you can’t go wrong

This B and B is one of the most lovely places I have stayed! The hosts were exceedingly gracious Bob is a absolutely great cook-my breakfast was 2 poached eggs on a bed of fresh garden cucumbers, tomatoes and avocados and scallions and a side of fresh berries and peaches Others had theirs on homemade English muffins

Debi is an immaculate hostess who caretakes the place – with rooms beautifully decorated, clean as a whistle The grounds are amazing There a long path through the acreage lined with raspberries bushes and we ate berries all along the walk- felt so relaxing and homey Definitely planning on returning next summer to visit the area again Oh yeah – I forgot to say – several doors up the street was a pickle ball/tennis court where we ladies played for couple hours before our tour of the area’s historic homes! Great stay!

Bob and Debi are great hosts The house and room were spotlessly clean Bob greeted us warmly on arrival, not too much, not to little

He gave us the excellent recommendation of going to the Cantwell House for dinner Breakfast was fantastic Picture worthy, for sure, but we try to stay off our phones The weather was awful, so we didn’t get to explore the groundsI have no doubt we will returnAlso, Bob and Debi may have inspired my wife and I to run a B&B someday They truly seem to love what they do ❤️
