Beverly was very nice when she greeted us We made a little conversation and she made sure to tell is where to find everythingThe room was big and comfortable, love the fact that there is a mini fridge and also a microwave

Room seems well out together however the carpet and also the sofa needs a bit more love (cleaning)We stayed for 3 nights The first morning we got down at 7 for breakfast, they had eggs, sausages, cereal, coffee, tea, waffles, bananas and other things The eggs were good but the waffle were extremely sweet I think we even find some pieces of sugar that were not fully blended with the mixOther than that breakfast was okayThe checking out was smooth and fast I would definitely recommend this hotel The price was good

It is an very old hotel Room is old Paint are peeling off the ceiling and walls

No fan in the bathroom Moldy airway Mattress on pullout is stained with yellow spots Bathtub was very dirty we even have to wear our flip flop to take a bath Don’t know why it is a 45 on Expedia or even 4 here Should be a 3 or 25 and I’m being generous Breakfast was basic But the most important part is the hygiene and condition of the room itself is very important

I had an issue with one of the staff when I stayed at this hotel Her named was Beverly , she was not welcoming , I felt that she was racist and prejudice She did not want certain people staying at the hotel

She constantly harassed me, and did it in a slick way She would say slick comments to me She even inquired about my personal package from T-Mobile sent to the hotel Beverly is a racist , and I did not feel welcome there The rest of the staff were cool And I’m going to report her to corporate

*Is currently under construction/remodel, but still had a nice stay! Overall the construction didnt affect our stay Rooms were nice- great bed and nice pillows! Nick at the front desk was great! Very nice, pleasant and patient The location was pretty nice-close enough to the highway, gas stations and restaurants too

Only real complaint was the dim lighting of some parking areas, other than that it was good

Josh Gonzalez

Overall a very great experience, room was very nice and clean with updated interior Room was equipped with a new smart TV and usb chargers This was especially helpful for keeping my phone and other devices charged

Bathroom was clean and well taken care of with nice bath and body toiletries My room was also equipped with a king size bed and it was super comfortable I only stayed here one night because I was stuck in town with the snow storm, but was more than impressed My only suggestion is Room Service needs to let people sleep in If I’m checking out at 11am, there’s no reason they should be waking me up at 8am knocking and yelling “ROOM SERVICE”

Glen Gorman

Showed up to the hotel for my brother’s wedding and the stay was phenomenal! All the accomodations were fantastic, super supportive staff and everyone was incredibly friendlyA special shout-out to Christine, at the front desk She was instrumental in helping me get in my room after me arriving too late and was a joy to be around

I may never be back in this area, but if I am I will go out of my way to choose this hotel Thank you Christine! -グレン

Great hotel, beds, food and coffee Night manager was very kind and helped me with extra pillows in the middle of the night Great staff EXCEPT the housekeeper who knocked on our door and woke us up before 8 am and entered when we did not answer yelling housekeeping

When reported, I was informed they were not supposed to do that I could not go back to sleep and stayed in the lobby for a long time waiting for my family to wake up so I wouldn’t interrupt their sleep again and for the day manager to arrive Paying to sleep somewhere and getting woke up by staff is kind of a fail when SLEEPING is the purpose of getting a hotel Without this occurring, this hotel would be a 5 All other staff members were great but I can’t look past it Offered late check out but when you can’t go back to sleep, what’s the point When I told the manager that, she offered nothing else Shame It takes a lot for me to complain and I am very easy to get along with and kind It’s not too much to ask to be left alone to sleep at a hotel

Jim Reynolds

Avoid this location! The staff was nonexistent for pretty much my entire 4 day stay, and the tall woman I was able to track down a couple times seemed to be in a daze Very poor customer service, the staff were all rude and disrespectful, with the exception of the breakfast workersThere was a large noisy crowd of people drinking alcoholic beverages in the dining area each night who allowed their children to run the halls playing tag throughout the hotel

I asked the woman on duty to please address the situation and she looked at me like I was insaneThe bed was uncomfortable and the pool temperature was way too cool to swim inThis is the worse stay I’ve ever experienced at Hampton Inn hotels

Lisa Portelli

This hotel was very clean and comfortable The soundproofing was very good, I couldn’t hear any other guests My room had two big windows and a couch, it was bright and sunny

The water pressure in the shower was good The hotel agent provided us a bottle of water upon checkin The wifi worked well Good location Walking distance to Walmart which is convenient if you forget anything Lots of restaurants nearby

Very nice extended stay on this hotel Nothing to complaint, crew was happy and helpful (Except one individual lady on reception, no smile, not very helpful even on smallest need/question) Clean and tidy

Breakfast was good, self service, and different menus over the week Good self service laundry Swimming pool and gym, didn´t try those but my colleagues did I would give five star, overall

You have to make sure you request room cleaning services when you check in because they don’t offer it and they won’t do it unless you request it We were there a week without a cleaning and had to clean it ourselves and change our sheets ourselves because they didn’t let us we have to request these things which should be offered especially if your staying extended It should be offered or let known that you have to request the service

Other than that it’s a pretty nice hotel The gym, game room, and breakfast was good to go

Holly Quimby

Wish I could give service 10 stars I wish every hotel had a Joe He was friendly but not to the point of being annoying

Told us everything we needed to know about our stay quickly but with enough pause to check for understanding He should get a gold star Then the next morning we went down for breakfast and the man cleaning the floors had the most amazing smile and was just as pleased as Joe the night before

Feroce Intrepide

We were there 5 days ago Room was nice and clean Thumbs up to that! But the pool

Neeh! When we got in, the first thing we noticed was the pool, it is not clean it was cloudy We ended up sitting there and just chill instead After few minutes maybe 3 teenagers came in and 2 of them jumped in the pool and started to kick to make the water splash out of the pool the they got out of the pool and jumped again and make a big splash and they did that repeatedly plus they were screaming and to make it even worst caught the boy spitting in the water Very disgusting to the fact that they are not the only person in the pool There are kids swimming too! When they all left we went to the side of the pool to make a closer look of the water and confirmed it is so cloudy, oily Dirty We were so disappointed because the first thing we look forward prior to booking was the pool And it looks like they are not cleaning the filter on a regular basis My husband worked in a hotel so he knew and the pool is their number one priority I hope the next time we visit it’ll be all good

I was skeptical when I booked this place but really it’s a nice place I had a clean room with all the amenities including a microwave and everything that’s needed for my business trip Breakfast was not available but the front office provided some breakfast packages due to covid which was amazing

Plenty of parking and it’s in a nice location A hibachi and grill restaurant opposite to the hotel and lot of restaurants and activities closeby The one really impressed me is the Jacuzzi It was great stay and spent nice evenings in the Jacuzzi Friendly customer service and the place is located in a quiet neighborhood

Nisso Kholmuradova

Stayed here for one night First of all, men on the front desk were amazing, so nice and polite people, who can keep a conversation Rooms are clean, no smell

The biggest tv I’ve ever seen in the hotel, was able to connect my phone to the TV and watch Netflix Food is available for delivery around, tastes great Amazing experience, loved this hotel!

Samantha Hall

The front desk employees amazing staff but for the housekeepers they need to step it up because the rooms aren’t clean very well Our room had to be changed the first time because of the bathroom being dirty still with stuff on the toilet The second room was better but still had men’s bread hair on the counter still I went n bought cleaner n just cleaned it myself because I have to small kids n with covid thats a big no no

The rooms are dated (if that’s important to you), but mostly my concern is carpet which was very dated and felt dirty (i didn’t get close enough to thoroughly inspect, just wear your flip flops and it’s fine) The AC and fridge were both pretty loud but just white noise so that didn’t bother us too muchFront desk people were all very nice and answered any questions we had

Pool looked clean but we didn’t get a chance to use it Breakfast room is small (i guess not everyone eats their free breakfast)Neighborhood: i mean the mall is in view which also means lots of restaurants and next door is dominoes which for us was a great option for a late dinner Not a great place to walk around since you’re surrounded by main roads but we managed a stroll and it felt pretty safe

Grace Gardner

This hotel was actually so awful I came here on a school trip and we got our room and it wasn’t cleaned since the last stay, my classmates rooms weren’t cleaned either The beds were messy and the bathroom was gross

We ended up getting new rooms and the sheets didn’t fit the bed The toilet wouldn’t flush and numerous other rooms had plumbing issues too The downstairs wasn’t being used because there was water damage in the basement There weren’t many breakfast options either The bedding was practically just sheets, it gave off creepy vibes and a 13 year old was hit on by another person staying here The only reason I’m putting 2 stars and not one is because the pool was great, and the outside was pretty cool I do NOT recommend!!!

Melanie Garbaini

Great location Outdated decor/ rooms Extremely dirty pool with no running filter and hardly any chlorine

Friendly employees Front desk does not answer the phones though Breakfast was very simple So not try the Blueberry waffle mix, it’s awful Bed was comfortable Rooms did not receive service Stains on shear curtains No dark curtains to block out lightThere are other hotels in the same area that are probably much better

I had my wedding here 06/25/22 and rate it a 10/10 Jamie and Dana were so responsive when I had questions (and there were A LOT) and made my day exactly how I pictured I loved the property and that it had overnight accommodations

I love how they have up to 3 getting ready spaces too They did updates to the ballroom and patio which looked stunning Food was great too!

Patricia Connelly

Wow! Is what comes to mind when I think of this place My husband and I came for our anniversary We were met with friendly greetings

We had a lovely room to stay in Everything was spotless and clean We enjoyed happy hour and the bartender was very polite We enjoyed the food and drinks Thank you for your great hospitality We hope to come back one day soon!

Emily Levy

Nothing compares to Joseph Ambler Inn! They have everything you could want for a perfect, small to medium rustic wedding There are great options for both indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces The whole campus is gorgeous and well kept

The food is SO GOOD!!! Having on-site accommodations was a major plus for both in and out of town guests Walking across the courtyard after partying all night was the perfect commute Their wedding package includes so much: Open bar, all food, champagne toast, day of coordinator, wedding cake, bridal suite, honeymoon suite for the couple(!) I’m sure I’m missing things Jamie was very responsive and really worked with us in terms of budget and logistics She was great I saw a few reviews saying they aren’t very responsive, but that’s not true I will say I was very pro-active in setting up my own times to talk with Jamie, and I think that may be important to do, rather than waiting on her to reach out if you’re an antsy bride like me Meg, our day-of coordinator was a total rock star! There were quite a few moving parts I was concerned about during the day, but the whole thing went FLAWLESSLY My husband and I (and our guests!) can’t stop raving about this venue We can’t wait to go back just to eat at the restaurant

I only stayed for a night and checked in very late The staff was so nice and polite The hotel is very nice and clean

Unfortunately my sheets were dirty on the bed and the toilet was very dirty Besides the room not being turned over correctly it was a very nice stay The rooms are spacious, air conditioning works great They provide body wash and shampoo I the bathroom There’s a TV iron and a mini fridge that fits a good amount of left overs There is also a nice Starbucks in the lobby and a nice mini mart with frozen dinners and snacks since things aren’t open very late in that area

Brianna Hawkins

This was a good stay! I was in town for work and stayed here for a week! The hotel and the rooms were clean But the best part was TONY at the front desk!!!! He was so personable, willing to help answer my questions, and gave me a rundown of the area! Some of the best customer service I have ever received! The only reason this stay loses a star is because I prepaid for a King room but was given a Queen because all of the Kings were gone on the first night of my stay but the staff worked to change it for my remaining 6 nights which was great!

Ryan R

I have to say, I was very frustrated to find out that this location didn’t have a pool The frustration came from a badly placed google image of a pool that the hotel used to have, right when you google the hotels name It was confusing and misleading

Therefore, we cancelled our stay, but still got charged due to hotel policyI voiced my concerns to Marriott and within a few short days, they got me in touch with the Front Desk Supervisor Their name was Alex and they were extremely helpful and pleasant to speak with Alex got everything squared away for me and issued a refundI just really appreciated the effort and the help from this hotel We may not have stayed there this time but judging by how helpful the staff was, we’d stay in the future Thank you again!!

Great experience!! Food available for purchase at the front desk is KEY when you have small children that do nothing but eat all day (and night) long! The pool was great and clean! The rooms were clean! The complimentary breakfast was AMAZING!! The rooms, for the price were HUGE! And with all of this, were friendly staff members to make it all happen Easy 5 stars

Angelique McAlpine

C’mon Hilton – a little preventive maintenance goes a long way – you’re better than this!Staff was excellent Cheap furniture and fixtures are showing deferred maintenance or just aren’t well built enough, or installed correctly for hotel use Very clean room (except for the caulk issue) and nice atmosphere in the common spaces

Decent value for the area I second the comments about the wavy hallway carpeting

Aimie Thomas

We stayed in room 114 on the first floor The room was clean and the kitchen was very convenient The pool was nice also

The breakfast was surprisingly good with them offering hot foods and a variety of things to accommodate different dietary needs My only complaint is the floor we were on had a lot of “pet rooms” and the entire hallway around our room smelled like cat urine It wasn’t pleasant to come out of your room in the morning to that smell This is the problem with allowing pets like cats in a hotel

The staff was very nice but the rooms were old and shabby The sitting room furniture in the room Iwas in should all be replaced, it was not very clean or comfortable The laundry room was old and not very clean

There was a lot of variety at breakfast but only average in taste and presentation I was charged twice for the room and even though they admitted they had charged me twice I had to wait for the person who billed me to get approval before refunding the money In all fairness the credit appeared on my credit card as pending the same day This location is convenient, close to offices and the train but unless you are a business traveller who needs this location I don’t think the amenities or the room are worth the price

Thomas Webber

It’s getting old I am a die hard Hilton fan and a comfort inn is nicer than this place, (plus it’s cheaper) Our room and most of the back of the first floor, by the pool door, smelled strongly like weed

They are doing renovations soon, but it can’t come soon enough As usual, you now have to ask to have your room refreshed, but even that was a bit mediocre If I only paid $89 for the night, I’d understand But $145 is a bit much, for this type of service

Hampus Engstroem

This hotel is extremely dated The rooms look like they were designed by a grandma in the early 2000sThe worst part, and it’s honestly the main reason for the low score, was the absolute stench coming from the shower enclosure

It smelled like really old gym socks, or a wet dog I could barely stand to be in there I tried to take a picture of the smell, but then I remembered that that’s not a thing, however, this bathroom could definitely be used to research this technology in the future, that’s how bad it wasThere is no on-site restaurant which is always a bummer The wifi barely worked, I ended up just using the hot spot on my phone instead The breakfast was decent, and the evening social offered a decent amount of variety to pretty much have an actual dinner during itThis hotel is due for a major upgrade overall

Seems there must be some variability in rooms Our stay was fine Lots of small things kind of broken, but nothing major

Not the cleanest place in the world, but our room was fine The free breakfast was also fine, maybe above average, with decent hot items They made me pay $10/night to park in the nearly empty parking lot, but that’s part of the hotel game Overall, I’d stay here again since it’s the only hotel in this particular area

Derek J Lang

My stay at this Residence Inn wasn’t great, but for better or worse was largely due to easily fixable issuesThe hotel is located adjacent to two shopping centers, so there are a lot of dining options nearby, as well as malls, and major highways The hotel and my room seemed very clean

I didn’t get a chance to try out any amenities thoughBig problem #1: the mattress was shot Not a little hard, not a little old, but destroyed When I sat on the side to get out of bed, it sank over a footBig problem #2: charging for parking at this location is gratuitous $10/day I understand and don’t mind paying for parking in cities, but this was next to a shopping center That is, had I not had an injured foot, I could have parked in the Olive Garden parking lot for free and walked an extra 30 seconds This is purely a cash grab If they’re worried about space, then just hand out parking passes and only charge for a second vehicle per roomMinor Problem #3: on my second night, they placed a couple of teenagers in the room next to me who keep me up past 1am screaming and shouting Most priorities I stay at have the common decency to book me, a single traveler, in a quiet location On the other hand, had the mattress not been terrible, it’s likely I would’ve still been able to fall asleepFortunately I stayed with points and didn’t waste money (other than the parking) on this stay, or I would’ve been more disappointed If you’re out of other options, this is better than nothing, but that’s about it

Kristen Spooner

Yikes Steer clear Never made it to the room

This place needs an overhaul- it was still experiencing after effects of the sprinkler/flood issue The place is a mess Smells musty Wallpaper peeling off the walls Water damage everywhere in the common areas Definitely avoid Can’t believe Marriott allows their name on this place

I am not sure where all the exceptional, 10/10 reviews come from on this hotel, but we did not have a 10/10 experience Not sure if the other rooms may have been any better, but our room was in terrible condition – dirty, dusty and had trash left from previous occupants (plate of partially eaten pizza slices under the bed, random medication/pill and other trash on the floor), mold and dust in the bathroom See included photos

Check-in and checkout were easy, but the attendant always had to be called from the back room Pool and hot tub were good, but they were always short on towels, so they gave us some regular hotel room towels I can’t give this place more than one star based on our experience for the cost of the hotel We’ve stayed in much cheaper places that were a lot cleaner than this We had another family in our group who had to have the hotel switch rooms because of weird stains on the bed Definitely won’t stay here again It’s weird because the other reviews mention the lack of availability of the pool as only negative, but that was really the only positive experience at this hotel, based on price paid for the stay

Overall not as clean as I was hoping I was pretty disappointed in the room cleanliness, especially in times of COVID when everything says “deep cleaned” The only thing pleasant about my stay was the front desk girl that checked us in

She was kind enough to change our rooms after walking into one that clearly was not cleaned You’re better spending your money at a Marriott down the road As a Hilton member, I would have expected more Cleanliness is a huge for hotels, now more than ever Unfortunately this stay left me hesitant to continue my membership with Hilton in the future

Superb 6 nights in adjoining rooms for a family funeral We came up to the bitter cold from SW Florida and our stay was terrific

Laundry facility was clean, breakfast was delicious and we loved the lobby decor So cheery and the staff was very pleasant Helpful with any issues, thankfully we had a few that had nothing to do with the hotel Parking was great and the room was superb We travel a lot as a family for sporting events and this was by far the cleanest and most accomodating The rooms were very comfortable, beds felt like home, kitchen large enough to store groceries for our long term stay Bathroom was gorgeous, LOVED the frosted glass doors!! 5 stars!!!!!

Chose to stay here based on my last experience at a Home2 suites and I am a Hilton honors member for yearsWow this place is awful Staff is rude

Upon arrival we were greeted with “Can I help you?” We walked in with suitcaseswhat could we be there for?The front desk throughout are stay were Ignoring guests because they were too busy gathering at the front desk complaining how awful the management isBreakfast was not edible The breakfast sandwiches were old and rock hard The juices and oatmeal were watered downThought this was just an off morning so decided to get up earlier the next morning to see what the breakfast offering was It was worse There was a plumbing issue and breakfast was pared downbut the breakfast sandwiches were still rock hard and the mini “omelettes” were burnt and hard No idea how that could even happenBut no problem, the staff were still at it complainingAnd who ever has the key to the sales office come in the building on her phone wearing a black romper and nearly knocked us over as she ignores us heading over to unlock the sales office I can only assume the phone call was more important than guestsThe room was dirty with minimal provisionsa roll of paper towels with only 4 paper towels left on it A dirty bathroom floorSeems they have some management issues here and rather make excuses o and cut corners than actually make changesInstead of asking people to call and discuss it, read the damn review I’m not sure how I can possibly give any more details Whatever is going on here, you should address it directly instead of avoiding it by asking people to call

The cleanliness of the rooms were not up to par There were crumbs on the floor and in the drawers The side of the bed had some food stuck to it

Hair was on one of the towels And many updates and TLC needed within the suite We had to move from one suite to another because of how dirty the first one was Although the second was better, we still were not impressed given the condition The suites as a whole are set up very nice with all the amenities, however, they truly need cleaned THOROUGHLY and we shouldn’t have to see crumbs from previous guests from however long agoThe second room we stayed in was next to the boiler room Sporadically with no warning there was an extremely loud bang which would wake us up during the night and startle us out of our sleep It wasn’t a loud bang You could just ignore but it literally shook our entire room and scared us every time We alerted the front desk staff, but they just matter of factly said we were next to the boiler room and didn’t really seem concerned about us losing sleep/being startled and disrupted over the loud noise Honestly, that room shouldn’t even be available for stay Unless you’re one that has no startle reflex then the room shouldn’t even be given to guestsI had to come back a week later and was iffy on if the third room I had to stay in would be in the same condition as the other two and it was Crumby and needing some TLC Also the window was broken You may ask why did I come back to the same hotel? Well because of familiarity and I had to rush back to see a loved one in the ICU who was passing away No time to really search for a new hotel so I returned to this one, plus it’s very close to Einstein hospital I just dealt with it due to limited time to research other places to stay and other pressing matters to attend toI really wanted to like this hotel because of how the suit is set up but they should really work on making sure the simple things are taken care of like simply sweeping a floor or wiping off a counterThe staff is friendly and are sure to greet you every time you enter and leave They also changed our first room that was the dirtiest of the 3 without an issue but other than that the hotel itself could do better with the upkeep

This place is perfect for a one-night wedding stay and World of Hyatt elite members will get wonderful treatments and upgrades I am just a Explorist yet I got upgraded to a two bedroom room upon arrival People here are extremely friendly and I received warm service during my stay

Breakfast is open and has wonderful options Great stay

The Hyatt House is a mid-level hotel meant for extended stays The suites are acceptable but they are showing their age You will be able to sleep, shower, and work semi-comfortably at the hotel

The internet is fast The main drawbacks are the space is used for a lot of party type events which can lead to loud drunken chaos, but it’s not a deal breaker as you really cannot hear it in your room There is no room service or restaurant, there is however a small bar where they may serve food but I cannot speak to that at this time There is also a pool, though I have never used it There also is not any assistance in dealing with luggage or valet parking There is however a very convenient lot and the staff do try their best to go above and beyond for you as best possible They are pet friendly as well
