I don’t think words can fully express my gratitude towards the staff here and how nice and quiet the place is If you’re in the area, THIS IS YOUR HOTEL, I promise!!! Staff are very attentive and whiling to accommodate to fit your needs and wants I stayed 4 nights for work in the area and not 1 problem arose

They have a Diamond Award displayed from 2021 and its very well deserved You can tell the owners and management take pride in their establishment and want to serve you Thank you so very much for such a great stay 🙂

Reviews fooled me! My husband and I arrived here right before midnight Per the guy at the front desk if you’re not checked in by midnight they will charge you for the room and will resale your room 🧐Anyways the hotel check in went smooth The lobby was nicely decorated and smelled clean

However, the smell of wet dog hit us as we entered the room The room was nicely decorated too, but there were more issues besides the smell The toilet seat was cracked, stains on the carpet, and the tiles on the jacuzzi were buckling at the bottom I was completely shocked! Then the continental breakfast didn’t not offer any type of protein (meat) Just drinks, eggs, oatmeal, and bread on top of bread with a few other things I would give them 25 if it was an option

Not gonna lie, the place looked so melancholic, like it looked very sad, same thing for the interior lots of yellows and whites, but the staff is oh so nice, especially Megan and Javier, both of them are so enthusiastic however that kid could use a haircut And the night lady she gave me tons of FREE water never Definitely coming here again

If I could give this hotel a negative star or two I would and with no hesitationI got off work at 8 pm I left about 9:45pm after making sure everything was packed and Good to go at home

I arrived at this location at approximately 4:59 am and I couldn’t check in because my room was cancelled I didn’t cancel it I guess because I wasn’t there “within a few hours” of check in time rooms are now cancelled I tried to keep it simple and let him know I couldn’t be here at 3:01 because I wasn’t set to arrive in Illinois until earling morning I went back and forth with him for about 25-30 minutes He continuously went back and forth to the back office come to find out he was calling his manager because everytime he tried to tell me something was a Marriott Policy I knew other wise Apparently I have been coming to Marriott Hotels longer then he has even been of age to work So now I’m going back and forth with a child that has a job I don’t know maybe it’s just that location cause I have NEVER been treated like this Nonetheless terrible service from the front desk Whoever the males were that were there 05/13 -05/15 they should take an intercommunications class and possibly go over their employers “policy” Location was nice room was clean housekeeping was awesome front desk was again trash completely terrible I am of African American decent and I’ve never felt more discriminated against in my life I will not come to this one again nor will I recommend anyone with my company to come to this location either cause that’s not even the only thing that happened I’m just tired of typing

1st time staying in a garden inn Very clean, quiet, great location Very friendly staff as well

My family all slept pretty well My daughter and I had fun in the pool The only complaint I had was breakfast There is a charge of $8/each for continental breakfast? There are two breakfast diners close by so we passed on paying $24 for cereal and fruit

Rick Curtis

This hotel was very clean The staff at the front desk were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating This hotel is in an extremely convenient location with quick access to a major highway

There are a good variety of dining options in the immediate area We felt safe throughout our visit at this hotel and feel that it’s a good choice for families

maira dawood

Honestly, the worst mattress to sleep on We had adjoining rooms so I tried all 3 and all 3 are so bad And the pillows? I recommend bringing your own pillows

Big fluffy pillows that turn flat after a few minutes of laying on them Its 4:19AM as I write this I need a massage or a visit to the chiropractor now Such a shame for a Hilton

I stayed here for business I can say the decor looked kind of old The lobby couch had a huge rip in it and the benches in the breakfast area were pretty uncomfortable

The breakfast was supposed to be a hot breakfast but all they had was eggs one day, eggs and sausage the next However I don’t eat eggs so I ended up settling for toast, cereal or a muffin The staff was super nice but they didn’t have daily housekeeping which was odd I ran out of shampoo and had to go to the front to ask for more My room had a mini fridge but it wasn’t plugged in so I had to plug it in when I got there The couch in my room was pretty stiff I mostly sat in bed to watch TV The pool was closed and it didn’t mention that when booking The bed was a little bit stiff for my liking The toilet was super low to the ground and the toilet seat moved pretty bad each time you sat down or got up, it was pretty loose All in all it was decent price for what you got, just was expecting more from a Marriott franchise The oddest part was another Marriott hotel is in the same parking lot At least crackle barrel is next door

The Fairfield Inn in Naperville was exactly want we needed and was as advertised with everything we wanted to do Our stay was for four nights and overall it was comfortable, quiet and secure The only thing it did not have available was the pool but this was remedied with the pool available to patrons right across the parking lot with their sister property

The hot breakfast had everything we expected with eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, milk, hot coffee, muffins and much more Every morning it was not crowded and there was plenty of food The breakfast bitems were continuously being stocked Nothing ran out! The price per night was reasonable and one of the best prices in the area We were very satisfied with the front staff and everyone working there They answered all our questions and even helped us with freezing our ice packs! We reserved the King Executive Suite and it had plenty of room for the three of us The King bed was comfortable anf the sofa pullout was roomyAlthough the highway was close to us the noise was not a factor The room was clean, maintained, and modern No major problems with curtains, bathroom or electronics Highly recommend this hotel and when we come back around the Chicagoland area we will definitely stay here again

I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the property and the friendliness of the staff at the hotel The room and the bathroom in the room were clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast options were good with hot options and was well serviced I really liked the paper cutlery being used

I used the elliptical and the exercise bike in the fitness center and they worked well The lobby had coffee, tea and hot water available at all times which was very convenient Interaction with Mr Neel at front desk were all very friendly The only thing I felt that could be improved was that the room entry door had too much hallway noise getting in because of not having sealed around its edges But overall the quality of accommodation was excellent and I would definitely stay here again

Disney Fan

Booked this hotel same day after a horrible experience at another hotel and this place looked pretty good and had a good last minute price considering the holiday weekend Front desk gentleman was helpful and polite and while the hotel is older I was really surprised how well taken care of this hotel is While the room wasn’t the newest it was well kept and spotless

The biggest downside was the small cheap TV but otherwise I was impressed Morning staff was also nice and breakfast was pretty good They were also cleaning in the morning Overall I was pretty impressed and must say I am sad to hear that this property is up for sale and I am not sure how much longer this will be a Hampton Inn for but in the meantime I must say I recommend this Hampton Inn 4 stars!

Cassy Wedell

Staff was friendly and fantastic Rooms were clean Breakfast was great with so many options and staff was diligent in keeping things stocked and clean

They provided us with a pack and play and have us a discount since we were in town attending a funeral I would definately stay there again Located next to the highway Great restaurants within walking distance

I have stayed here and across the parking lot at Hyatt House Every time the front desk people have been amazing and helpful The rooms are nice and clean

Also can’t beat the price for the services For example: tonight the AC in my room wasn’t working I called down and within a minute the service tech came to my room They worked and worked but it still wasn’t working So they helped me get a room at another hotel near by, refunded me completely and gave me 2 free nights for the future Can’t beat it

Janice Marfiz

Stayed here for a work trip and the pricing was very reasonable The staff was super friendly and the continental breakfast had a good variety of product There was free parking which was great

The restaurant is not functioning right now but they have a snack bar and some items for alcoholic products The first night we ended up ordering in pizza and ate in the lobby, we wiped off the table when we left but the next morning when we ate breakfast there were still crumbs on the floor and you could tell the table hadn’t been cleaned The rooms they show online are not the rooms that we got While the room had almost everything the same, online it showed a full kitchenette but all we had was a coffee maker and small fridge The rooms online showed an entirely different setup The furniture looked old and tattered When I sat on the couch I felt lower then the ottoman and it was awkward to use together The faucet in my room was missing the bottom piece and it was weird stepping out of the shower and having to maneuver around the toilet The hotel did have a clean smell which was nice but no housekeeping available under 3 days stay unless you ask All in all I think for the price the hotel was a decent stay and the employees were super helpful I guess I was expecting more from a hyatt company

Anthony Norton Hernandez

The rooms were very clean and smelled good I loved that the rooms had a nice big couch along with a very comfortable bed Mini fridge and coffee maker in the room although no microwave, I think there was one downstairs

The AC works perfectly and they have a pool/hot tub and bar downstairs As far as the patrons, I had no problems with any other guest and everyone was respectful

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel Besides the delay in clean towels and additional post-pandemic charges added to the daily cost of the rooms, I would consider coming back againThe front desk team on each shift have been awesome and the continental breakfast each morning is fabulous

Compliments to the team that provide excellent meals and different options each morning for all guests (singles, married couples, and families)

Great location for where I needed to be during my stay & quite, for the most partDuring my first 2 nights, a lot of families staying for what appeared to be a multiple state school event, with kids running up & down the hall & stairwell Although, I think the loudest incident was the tornado siren that went off outside my window

I went on this trip knowing full well to pay attention to the weather, & for the most part, know what I need to do in case emergency I also seek out the evacuation plans to familiarize myself with the safest route out Right away I found the instructions for a fire but had to search the room for the welcome book to see if there is any further instructions for a tornado Once I finally located it laying on a shelf near the tv, I read the tiny paragraph that told me to shelter in the bathroom if I am in my room or in the hall of the lobby area if I am downstairs For those that do not read the welcome books it might be beneficial to add those instructions to the fire escape plan on the back of the door so when the siren goes off the guests know what to do and are not searching the room for instructions Just happens that a tornado touched down not far from our location & I knew what to do when the siren went off because I searched for the informationOn a different noteIt was great having a kitchenette in the room so that I could make my own meals instead of eating a bunch of fast food the whole time Comfortable seating area to unwind before retiring to a soft pillow in a spacious bed & warm blankets Restaurants, bars & stores are not far down the roadI would definitely consider staying here again if I find myself back in the area

When we first got there the outside wasn’t very appealing at all To the point we thought about finding another place to stay The building was just to plain

Sure they had gas grills you could use that were clean looking But we weren’t there to cook I was having surgery in the morning So I needed to get things done as the hospital requested But we went on inside and the place was really nice and the lady behind the desk was really nice and friendly We told her about what we were thinking when we first drove up She laughed along with us We checked in and went to our room Talk about being pleasantly surprised how the room was and how much space we had all over the room Now as for the bedthat one needed to be changed out for a new one It sagged in the middle some I couldn’t sleep on it due to my neck So I slept on the big couch just fine Tim slept in the bed but didn’t get much sleep due to how the bed was Yes we will stay again when needed Just not the same room/bed We didnt take time to walk around to see the pool and all As we were busy getting ready for my surgery in the morning

Me and my husband stayed here a while ago and it was one of the best hotels I have stayed at The door man was very friendly as well as the front staff The rooms were amazing, very clean and spacious

I have never had room service and I was one of the best experiences of my life as you can see I didn’t order anything fancy but it was still amazing

DIVINE DESTINY

This hotel was extremely clean and comfortable The staff is polite, warm and inviting upto the cleaning staff Speaking of, they do a remarkable job of cleaning the rooms

This is coming from someone who generally travels with my own pillow, sheets, blanket and cleaning supplies I did not have to put in any additional work to make this place up to par for my visitIf you are there and looking for breakfast, try the coffee and smoothie place a few steps away (I forgot the name, my apologies) However, the ham and Swiss croissant was simply amazing! The only downside to my visit, was the bar was not open during my visit on a holiday weekend It turned out ok, because the location of the hotel gave countless other close options right on and off Route 59

Lillia Amor

The reservations manager Emily here made my stay absolutely repulsive I over slept and did not extend my stay, instead of receiving a phone call from the reception to politely ask if I was extending my stay- Emily approved of the staff barging into my room as I was naked showering I have never in my life experienced this at a hotel

When I told her my concerns she let me know that she can send someone to gathering my things for me to check out This was upon telling her that I feel uncomfortable extending my stay further since anyone can come in- unapologetically Being a woman staying alone this was a repulsive reaction from Emily I would never wish this upon anyone The hotel is nice, but unfortunately an unqualified reservation manager has trashed it

This Sheraton was probably a very nice hotel prior to March 2020 The area of the hotel is surrounded by several companies and offices Since the pandemic, many are working remote now, therefore the area is a bit depressed (not all of Naperville)

In the hotel are many vagrants that have taken residence The upkeep of the hotel and housekeeping has significantly suffered due to this About 30% of the rooms are these ‘long terms’ and you will find them roaming the hallways at all hours and leaving garbage outside of their rooms We used our Suite Upgrades for a suite that was in severe neglect The curtains were all torn terribly Items on the wall were falling off like door stoppers and racks The pull out sofa bed was broken and completely unusable They moved us to another room that was not much better The lounge was closed since 2020 and no indication that it will reopen

Mary Chandler

We were there for the Buick national car show as a swap meet vendor Lovely King room, very Comfortable bed and pillows Great hotel for an event

Lots of meeting rooms, large banquet room, Starbucks coffee in rooms and in lobby and at breakfast buffet I tried to get more coffee packs sent to my room twice but never got it Breakfast buffet was ok Pancakes were awesome Nothing special on the buffet for $16 However we did get ours for $12 since we attended this event Lots of free parking Lobby was very spacious and had comfortable couches and nice decor

Dalal Sheikhah

Never trusting the Sheraton name again It was the most dirty hotel I ever seen we already found our room full of dust and the bed sheets was disgusting and worn out They just are using the covid situation as an excuse for not cleaning every day and when the come to clean the stuff are rude and want to clean on there own timetable

So believe me pick another hotel and don’t waste your money

OUR CAR WAS VANDALIZED! I was a guest at the Hyatt Regency in Lisle, Illinois June 9-12 I was in town for my stepdaughter’s wedding, down the road at the Morton Arboretum We had an adjoining room for the night of June 10 for the bride

While we were there, many things were less than desirable, but the worst occurred on my final night there On Saturday night, June 11, I parked my other daughters’ car in the Hyatt parking lot I parked it in the well lit lot, close to the building, and thought it was a very safe spot The next morning, the catalytic converter had been stolen and the front hood was damaged When I reported it to hotel staff, they said they had no liability and could not help me I was shocked at their complete disregard and lack of concern, they also did not seem a bit surprised I would have hoped for some empathy, contact information for the police, somethingI guess that I should not have been too surprised though as the whole time I was there, the staff seemed unconcerned Even though the adjoining room was vacant on June 9, (we asked because we thought about getting it early), it was not cleaned and available until 4:30 pm June 10 We told them it was for a bridal party, with an early morning wedding the next day, but that did not seem to matterWe also witnessed other guests arriving after 4 and still not having their room ready They were offered drinks at the bar, but many needed their rooms Then we witnessed damage to the number board in one elevator, causing some floors to be inaccessible The other worst thing we saw was when some guests got stuck in the other elevator and were ringing the bell for some time They got out, but then that elevator was shut down for a dayAll in all, I will never stay there again, and fear to stay at any Hyatt

Naqia Najafi

At first glance this hotel looks like it will be a great stay The lobby is grand, clean and spacious However, the rooms do not match this vibe & does not look like the photos advertised

They are outdated and dirty The beds are tiny in size We stayed in a 2 double bed room, but the beds were closer in size to singles The washroom curtain had stains, and water pooled up to your ankles when taking a shower Our TV did not work & wifi also did not work for our first day of our stay We travelled with a large group and several members of our party experienced worse issues Earwigs in the bathtub, ants in the room, an electrical spark & flame from the outlet, blood like stains on sheets upon arriving in hotel There was also no daily cleaning/room service offered until the third night of your stay, which would have been nice to know prior to booking The only reason I’ve given this hotel 2 stars is because the staff is very kind and helpful But overall, if you’re expectations are a clean hotel room, I would not recommend this place

Mistic Mods

Room was great but asked for regular coffee 2 times and got decaf both times Last time we asked they never even came to the room Also we were supposed to get wedding venue rates and asked multiple times and was told fully booked but groom said they were not

Called sales dept and told the same thing I wouldn’t recommend for the price service should’ve been better

The room was fine Clean and comfortable The breakfast fell short

We were there on Mothers Day morning, at breakfast by 830 No eggs Fruit bowls empty Other foods low Choose our food and sat for 20 minutes Never saw ANYONE tending the breakfast area No more eggs No wiping tables Nothing I get that staffing is short, but 1 person can handle it!

Chris Julian

Almost everything was perfect about this stay Great room, comfortable bed and big TV There were two downsides

No HBO is one The other was getting hassled by the guy at the front desk because he didn’t believe our dog was a service animal He started asking questions deemed illegal by the ADA Some training regarding how to properly comply with the ADA is needed That being said I will definitely stay at this hotel again

The whole experience wasn’t bad The breakfast looked good The staff was good to me

The location is great and there are places to walk to Though the price was only a few dollars cheaper than the nicer hotel across the street where some of my group wound up The hotel needs work Alot of stuff is stained yellow including the floors, chairs in the lobby and the sheets There was no air on in the hotel in the middle of the summer except for the rooms which made it hard to be in the lobby as a group The sheets had holes in them and the only thing on the bed for cover was 2 thin sheets and a light blanket The drains in my tub and sink were broken The shower had mold/mildew and the shower was funky My room seemed to be one of the better rooms out of some that others in my group had

I can’t say enough great things about this location and it’s staff I cane here temporarily as I looked for a place to live in area From the time I checked in they made me feel at home

The rooms are nice and clean and you get waffles at breakfast Not to mention eggs, biscuits & gravy! Plus healthy options as wellThe pictures are of my favorite people at front desk So please be kind to themIf you come to Naperville and looking for a nice place stay here and NOT MOTEL !

Staff was nice enough, check in was easy Location was good, next to many things The rooms left something to be desired from what I’ve come to expect from best western

The sheet had a mysterious yellow spot, the middle blanket has clearly been washed a million times and was getting grungy as well as having holes that looked like cigarette burns, the AC was pretty pathetic and we ended up sleeping under sheets only because the room wouldn’t cool down enough, the toilet wasn’t sealing properly and kept running as well as leaking so we had maintenance come up just to make sure we didn’t get charged for it- he basically shrugged it off and said it was fine Other than that the rest of the room was fine This is the 4th best western we’ve stayed at this week and it definitely didn’t seem on par with the others

The second you walk in, you can smell the cleanliness Front desk ladies were very professional and helpful The couch in the room had a small rip in the arm, but overall the room was very nice and very clean

Their pool and hot tub area, as well as the gym was very nice Breakfast was okay They were already out of a lot of things even though there was still over an hour left to eat Overall, would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Illinois

The customer service that I received from Carmen T and Nicole at the front desk was “above par” customer service For some reason the system had me booked for 3 rooms and it should have only been 2 rooms booked under my name Carmen stepped in and corrected the issue and did everything she could to ensure this was corrected

This was my first time staying at this hotel and the hotel was very clean and the smell of fresh aroma can be smelled from the moment you walk in the hotel lobby Nice location and the room/suite Carmen T upgraded my room too was quite nice Every organization needs an employee and leader like Carmen T and Nicole I have already booked my next stay at this hotel for 2022 #Great Staff #Great location #Superb customer service

Mysteriously Me

Beautiful rooms, clean hotel that smells amazing, nice view, clean and warm indoor pool, adequate sized gym, basketball court, pond, and super friendly staff The only thing they need to work on is making sure there is an adequate amount of breakfast to last throughout the entire breakfast Majority of it runs out within the first hour

Other than that, awesome hotel!!

Rooms were clean but very small and in an extreme need of an update As is the entire hotel Carpets are old and torn

Not Fridge or Micro The only chair was for the desk The bathroom is small and no counter space to do hair or make up Not even a towel hook on the bathroom door to hang towels Room was musty smelling and overall if we were not forced to stay here for the event we were attending, I would have left and gone elsewhereOne bartender to serve drinks and food for a completely booked hotel (136 hockey players and their families plus two weddings) Bartender was over worked and under friendlyA simple task of asking a housekeeper for two clean towels was met with a no and we were told to go to the front desk The front desk said they would send them down Waited over an hour and finally just went and found another housekeeper on a different floor who was willing to give up two towels Called front desk to express my disappointment and was met with someone just coming on duty No desire to find out the miscommunication so that it doesn’t happen againParking is also poorly planned Only two entrances One of which is no where near any parking so the walk is sufficient Especially when it’s raining as it did today The other only holds about 3 dozen carsAll in all, if you can, I recommend you stay somewhere else

The rooms at this hotel are extremely dated for a Hilton property Our room had 2 double beds Double beds aren’t very comfortable to share with another person

I’m surprised they even exist anymore in a hotel setting Beds and pillows were too soft for my liking No fridge in the room When I went down to the front office to ask if I had overlooked the refrigerator in our room, the front desk staff was very quick and curt to tell me no We left to go get waters for our stay When we arrived back and I asked the front desk staff if there was a fridge I could borrow or rent They said they would check Why not offer that as a solution earlier?? One was quickly delivered to the room which was a nice surprise The AC worked beautifully We were staying there for an event The hotel was centrally located for what we were doing It was also near a few preserves where I was able to explore in the mornings

I like this hotel 🏨 The pillows are soft and the bed isn’t too hard The sheets and comforter are soft Walking distance to my works HQ

always a bonus Super close to The Old Pour House 🍺 in Freedom’s Commons which is an excellent restaurant for large groups for work or just hanging out after work The hotel has a bar and restaurant that I haven’t been to The decor in the rooms is ‘antique’ More to come
