If in Rockville Center this is the best property to stay at if you can get a room and pay the premium price they charge to stay here Very quiet overall Beautiful center breakfast dining area with open space looking up the top of the multi floor building
Clean and large room and bathroom Very comfortable beds and pillows Breakfast was typical hotel buffet style but the waffles here are very good (unlike some other hotels in the area) Staff was super polite and accommodating They even bake fresh cookies everyday they give out at the front desk There is no pool here and we did not notice an excersize room, but didn’t ask, so check before booking if that is a need The only issue we had was our shower control handle was loose and would change temperature during ashower I mentioned it to the front desk but it was never fixed Other than that, an excellent place to stay if in the area

This hotel deserves 6 stars, but 5 will have to suffice We needed a hotel last second after our flight was canceled out of JFK and this was the only hotel that had rooms available Took a shot booking here simply wanting a bed instead of sleeping in the airport terminal
All our winter clothes were stuck in the airport and the kind gentleman at this hotel at the front desk literally gave me the jacket off his back to go grab a bite down the street in 10 degree weather Even sent their shuttle to pick us up at the restaurant to go back to the hotel at 12:30am so we wouldn’t have to walk in the frigid weather Incredible kindness The breakfast the next morning was a nice touchGreat spot if you need a clean, safe place to crash around JFK Seemed like a mom and pop kind of place Top notch… super grateful for these people after a brutal travel day

I LOVE this hotel! It’s kind of old, BUT it’s extremely clean every time I stay here and the bed is comfortable and there’s a fridge and microwave in every room I think the excellent customer service can’t be beat! Every single person I encountered here from the van driver, the front desk and the cleaning staff are soo nice and helpful I’ve stayed here about 5 times for work (flight attendant) and will continue coming here
The only thing I don’t love is there is no coffee maker in the room so have to get dressed and go downstairs to get my coffee, but all the other good stuff makes up for that

This was a beautiful hotel! Google maps said it would take longer to get to the train station, but it’s literally across the street This made going into New York City very easy The rooms were HUGE and very clean! The hand towels had the garden city logo on them and the robes were unbelievably comfortable
The beds were great to sleep in My wife made friends with a few of the housekeeping ladies After a full day of traveling to get here, then waking up early to go to the city, we were in dire need of water The housekeepers were super nice and gave us quite a few bottles!! It went a long way in terms of serviceMy cousin had his rehearsal dinner at this hotel I have to say all the food was delicious My wife is a Mac and cheese connoisseur, and she said the Mac and cheese at their pasta bar was in her top 3 EVER The desserts that were served were just as good I’m not sure if I’ll ever have a reason to do an event at this hotel, but it is one that I will remember foreverMany of the women on my cousin’s side of the family decided to get their hair and makeup done together at the salon in the hotel They all had a ton of fun and looked beautiful! The staff is wonderful, capped off by Anthony (Tony) at the front desk The common areas are wonderfully clean, with staff walking the space throughout the day We were in the pool and witnessed a staff member walk the gym and pool area, then minutes later another staff member came down to mop some shoe prints on the pool deck
Great team work was evident throughout our stay, and housekeeping was attentive, remembered that we had children with us, and quietly knocked as to not disturb them well deserving of our tip! Don’t forget to tip, the team deserves it

This is the first time I’ve been in a hotel where the rooms had hardwood floors instead of light carpeting The photos make the place look much brighter and decorative than it actually is It gave me a feeling as if it was a college dorm that got converted into a hotel
The room is smaller than expected, but still enough room to fight small luggage and move around It functions for resting and that was the reason for my stay, so don’t expect anything fancy from this hotel The free breakfast was surprising as it had the normal breakfast items you would expect, but it also included Chinese food, like rice porridge and steamed buns I was a big fan of the red bean buns It’s good if you need a quick place to stay near the airport or around the Flushing area

Wife and I did a weekend foodie trip to Flushing and needed an inexpensive place to spend the night This hotel fit our needs nicely Keep in mind, this is a no-frills hotel, so no on-site parking, amenities like breakfast, etc
However, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet It’s located right in the heart of flushing, so easy to walk to all the surrounding shops and restaurants! The hallway had a strong malatang smell for some reasonWhenever I’m back in Flushing, will make this our go-to hotel!

My only complaint is how thin the walls are Both nights we had very loud neighbors who were up talking and laughing until 5am and they sounded like they were in the same room as us

I needed to find a hotel to spend the night when local storms resulted in numerous flight cancellations at LaGuardia I needed up here at the Courtyard in Queens I was initially concerned about the location but as it turned out this is a really nice location

Stayed here today for a day use had a virtual meeting The front desk attendant was lovely and responsive Breakfast was also very nice
I tried to call and see if I could stay one more hour- I would have paid extra- however the attendant at the front did not let me get any more words out and was rather dismissive Would appreciate next time, if they could let me finish my sentence It was fine if it was a no and I am quite capable of I understanding that Otherwise, very nice and would stay there again Clean!!

Honestly a beautiful experience! The rooms are vacation worthy!!!! I always need to talk about their beds as well & I say just perfect!! Marriott also has a full breakfast that is included with your room!!! Very delicious!! Although the hotel is brand new and clean, the management team is not the most organized They can do better with their payment processes and how they communicate them to customers, especially if purchased through 3rd party companies like bookingcom
I’ve stayed at this location twice and enjoyed the convenience of the hotel’s location and cleanliness But unfortunately, due to a lack of organization and poor communication skills, I am choosing to no longer return to this hotel when I am in New York

The night staff was very professional but in the morning during our check out I let the front lady know one of the towels looked like it was full of blood, and she looked at the picture and said NOTHING, I’m not sure if she treated us differently because we used our free night but we have been using lots of Marriott hotels for years all over the US Im sure she can see that I almost used that towel with our baby thinking it was new like the rest of the towels We just wanted a simple apology to make ourselves feel better after almost using it with out baby

The staff here is amazing! They were so accommodating and gave us a wonderful room during our stay I believe it was Nicole and Erin that assisted us at the front desk and they were lovely! Our room was clean, spacious, and overlooked the Coliseum We stayed here for a concert at Jones Beach Amphitheater and it was conveniently located to the highway and not too far from the venue!

What can I say, the lobby was updated and pleasant At the bar you’d have to fight to get a drink and get a bartender to even acknowledge you, but that’s not the bad part When I entered my room it was an “upgraded” room
The audacity for them to call that an updated room it looked like a hotel from the 90s and not in a good way Stained carpet and an odor During my stay I couldn’t in the room, I was way too uncomfortable, come to find out there was an outbreak in my hotel room Do yourself a favor, bring a beach chair and a blanket you’d be better off Their beds are infested with bugs that you’ll bring home I’m quite sure they didn’t change my sheets before I arrived and I took them home Never again

This hotel is very nice! Comfortable and clean room, floors are well kept, and the grounds are very decorative Minor issues with my stay: bathroom sink handle was loose, new parking charge implemented (complimentary when I had made the reservation), and some communication issues I called prior to the reservation and was told breakfast was buffet style, then during check in I learned it was made to order and a separate charge
I must have missed something but this along with the new parking charge had me stressed out the night of check in Fortunately the daily parking charge was removed during check out with receipt of my email reservation

Stayed here for one night I picked this place because parking was included, had decent reviews, and was a good valueWhile the view and renovations helped, the stay was marred by a smoking guest which caused the hallway and my room to smell like smoke
I notified the front desk, but all they did was spray air freshener and the smoking clearly continuedAdditionally there were stains on the carpet in the room and hallway, marks on the walls and water damage in the bathroomI still think the place is a decent value though

Room was incredibly small for the price, room was filthy
carpet & sheets were dirty, asked for extra pillow & was not provided with one, room should of come with SOMETHING for breakfast, maybe bagels & cream chz being in NYC & definitely for the price but the only complimentary bfast was lousy hotel room/lobby coffeethe only thing this place had going for it was its location to Citifieldit’s very close so taking an Uber back & forth was ideal & cheapand it’s free parking at the hotelbut I don’t think I’d stay here again
