Just WOW is all I can say! My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at Stafford house! The place is immaculate!! Everything we need was provided for us! Donna was amazing!! She helped us with our check in(which is super simple!) The breakfast was just DELICIOUS!! You need to try it! We also would like to say THANK YOU to Donna’s husband for helping us jump start our car 🙂 only problem we had was the jacuzzi massage, but not a big deal as we really enjoyed the spa like bathroom and Susana, would love to try again the jacuzzi when we stop by next time!!! Thank you again!!!!

Even though we only spent one night, we would come back again Loved the fact that there was a full sized refrigerator, could tell that fire safety was important (saw fire alarms and sprinklers throughout the suite we had) & really good soundproofing Felt this was a good location to stay for so many sites (grab a metro to go into DC for the day, visit some falls, just go explore the area)Only con we had was offered breakfast

But yet, you could fix your own, you have the mini kitchen to do it

Even with Sonesta doing upgrades, you never felt inconvenienced They had a nice clean laundry room on site as well The outside amenities were nice such as the firepower, grill,, tennis courts, and basketball court The tech area was nice as well as the Lobby area Also,, the continental breakfast were on point The only thing I must say that I didn’t see any ice machines on each floor I figured it’s probably because of the rooms having a full refrigerator and freezer Sonesta location was so close to local shopping area, like Walmart, Target , and others I will recommend this for family

This was a phenomenal stay The location is great right next to a lot of nice eateries and shopping centers, the rooms are spacious and filled with anything you could need on the road, the beds are almost the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in on the road The staff are pleasant and friendly and helpful

Legitimately one of the best stays I’ve enjoyed while traveling for work

I stayed for two nights (Friday/Saturday) to extend some work travel while taking advantage of a discount offered by the hotel Staff handled check-in courteously and expeditiously Complimentary parking was located in garage across from hotel (would have been nice to know on email confirmations)

My room happened to be in a corner on the second floor The room was predictably clean I appreciated a couple of small things such as complimentary bottled water, Malin&Goetz bath amenities, and a couple of books for reading if I was interested (I was not but appreciated the gesture) The bed and sofa both had firmer feels than other hotels at which I have stayed (Both were acceptable though and maybe understandable given their newness with the renovation) The shower design somehow encourages water to pool rather than drain, so I hope something can be done maintenance wise as they renovate Road noise is noticeable until midnight, so I would request a room at a higher floor and facing away from Lee HighwayPrices at first glance do not seem terribly unreasonable without the discount (hopefully they will stay reasonable after the renovations finish later this year) All in all the location proves a great reason to stay for a night or two and eat through Mosaic and surrounding restaurants within walking distance and movie watching at the Angelika One could feel good supporting a boutique hotel brand staying here

This an OK stay because when I booked my room way in advance, we were given a kind size suite We I checked in, we were given a double bed I was told because the hotel was “to capacity and because of the rate that was given

” They had to switch out three people because of their rate as well Never heard of that Susan M was very apologetic Once in the room, #229, we found it to be an ADA room with double beds, the shower head was broken and no washcloths Called the front desk told Susan the issues and requested another king size bed room for the next day The request was granted but still no washcloths in the King size room Susan M made our stay better Thanks Susan M for your assistance, emphathy and points

I just got married there on July 15th, and we couldn’t of asked for a better venue for our entire wedding! Leandra and her staff were absolutely amazing with coordinating our wedding but also very accommodating to all of our wedding guests! We were very impressed with everything and everyone here at the Hilton! Rooms are newly renovated, garden patio beautiful for our outdoor ceremony, food was delicious and staff was amazing!!! Highly recommend if you are looking for a venue to hold your next event, especially a wedding!

the wifi internet is the WORST I have ever used period even on the “enhanced plan” i got CONSTANT disconnects

having to often babysit downloads, i had to put up with this for THREE MONTHS when i went to the front desk to ask for help they said it was all done through a phone number and i have a speach issue so i could not callhousekeeping is TERRIBLE whowever was in charge of my room cleaned it like the first two weeks, then it went downhill hasnt been fully cleaned in like a MONTH i gave up bothering to try the hotel has posters that says about a 10 point cleaning systemyeah rightthey dont even mop the floors long story short if you got the money go someplace else and for a hotel that kept PUSHING me to leave five star reviews on the internetmight do a better job of actually making your guests happy eh? The hotel was lovely and the renovations look wonderful Staff during my stay were very helpful and kind I did confuse myself a bit during check in (I didn’t know adding cards doing digital check in didn’t change the reservation card) and I went down to the lobby desk to change the cards

When I saw my check out receipt with the wrong card, the gentleman downstairs at the front desk switched the cards and gave me an updated receipt with the correct information I thought the charge would be cleared off (this was Wednesday) It did yesterday (Thursday 05/26) then I was charged completely on my original card today (Friday 05/27) with my other card still pending When I called today to get this cleared up, I felt the woman I talked to was not listening to my concerns and was dismissive She kept talking over me when I was asking questions when allI wanted to know was how did they manage to charge one card knowing I asked for the other one to be charged instead So now I’m waiting for five to seven business days for my money to come back I liked everything about my stay, but this kind of soured my experienceEdit: Money is back After some reflection, changed from three to four stars Stay was still really great regardless of the few mishaps had

Got set up in this hotel for a few nights do the work Very happy with this location This hotel was very clean staff is very friendly and rooms were really nice

I got me a double bedroom which was pretty spacious Thought the beds and pillows we’re a good quality and I slept pretty well Some of the best hotel towels I’ve ever had at least soft wise they didn’t rub my skin off while drying myself after a shower Each morning there was a little breakfast buffet, even though I had tickets it looks like it runs about $12 Pretty much the standard food pancakes, eggs, bacon Etc There was a little bar area they’re each night people tended to hang out at There was an extra fee for parking, they have a parking garage located underneath the hotel that you need a key card to open the automated gate to enter Very safe feeling, the elevator is required a key to be able to push your floor number And overall I thought access to the hotel from the main road was pretty easy on easy off It is Tysons area so traffic is always a nightmare here but there are ample restaurants in other activities pretty close I would definitely stay here again!

On top of having to pay for breakfast and parking there’s extra fees added onto your room that I had no idea about The comforters are thin and the rooms barely give you a cozy stay away from home feeling There were ants in the room a few times and no one came to clean up even AFTER I called and asked if someone could be sent up

The receptionist said yes and I came back to a room that was still dirty The area was great and next to the train station so that’s why it had two stars if it wasn’t for that I wouldn’t have stayed

Stayed for a few days in November, would definitely come back and visit again The rooms are clean and very nice and comfortable, the whole building felt new and modern and well taken care of Staff was very friendly and helpful

Breakfast is the standard sort of continental breakfast, it was fine I picked this hotel over other options because of the kitchenette, and that was very convenient even for a short stayLocation wise this is fantastically located for Reston, it’s located in a business park which was quiet and felt very safe It’s about 6 minutes driving from Whole Foods and 10 minutes from the Reston Town Center, down the main road which is a very easy drive It’s also very close to the train station
