I have stayed in this hotel a few times before The staff was so great about getting us a room after our room at another hotel had been cancelled We ended up staying in a king suite

Room was clean The only negative is that the air conditioner is located in the room with the bed We could barely feel any air in the setting area Great breakfast as always Would stay here again

JAG

The staff was friendly and the rooms were nothing special but clean The breakfast was good The fitness area needed more attention, even after I mentioned it to the staff they never provided any sanitary wipes to clean the sweat off of the machines,

I had to tell them the water station was empty and there were no cups provided The workout bench is missing the incline pin, Out of the two treadmills only one of them was ever working The Sweat Towels provided are too big, You should use Hand Towels not Bath Towels they are very awkward to use Overall the hotel and staff was nice I just wish hotels would not allow dogs it just ruins the experience for everyone and it’s unsanitary

Cynthia

We had never stayed at a Drury Inn before, and now, we will DEFINITELY be staying at Drury Inn for our future travels!Every single staff member we encountered was super friendly, super helpful Specifically, Peter, Sam, Tiffany and Britney The managers were personable and helped clean, asked us about our experience, etc

The breakfast was excellent! We were able to choose from scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, bagels, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, boiled eggs and coffee, hot chocolate and juiceWe were also surprised by a “kick back” dinner and drinks! It was very good and fillingThe location of the hotel was perfect, right off the interstate, about 20 minutes from the ArchThe room and public areas were very cleanWe had a very good stay and look forward to returning!! Thanks, Drury Inn!

It’s clean and quiet, comfy bed and decent sized roomBreakfast would be better with eggs but at least you could get a little something to start your day and coffee or teaAsk the staff I interacted with were very nice

There’s restaurants in either side, a bandanas barbeque and cracker barrelThe popcorn was a great extra amenityI enjoyed my stay the only reason I have it a 4 start was there was a slight odor not bad but smelt like maybe they sprayed for bugs recently and the room was stuffy, the windows didn’t open it have any way for fresh air to come in not a huge big deal but I prefer fresh air over running the wall unit

Bang Ridu

I was visiting Fenton from Charleston Illinois and Expedia recommended this hotel The receptionist was very friendly, the room was clean and neat, bathroom was clean and spacious TV is not outdated, i think it was a 4K with various channel

They still keep microwave and fridge Although a bottle of water wouldn’t hurt at all, but at least there’s a gallon of water provided at the front desk I’d stay here again if i visited Fenton again

Patrick Fuller

Customer service is a joke!! I tried to extend our stay 1 night and they wanted $250 for a $89 room They also charged my card twice for the same amount so now I’m having to deal with my bank with that I called down to the desk ally was working told me she had a Custome in front of her so went down to talk to her she answered the phone and decided to have a conversation while I waited for her

I will not be coming back and I’ll be telling everyone about my experience here Do your self a favor and go somewhere else

3 star hotel lobby with 1 star roomsWalking into the room you could notice the musty smell The bathroom sink and tub had been left slightly running

Floor tile and sync was stained, see picturesWalls pretty thin, could hear other toilets flushing and people walking aboveWe had a 2 night stay booked but decided to only stay a night and take a loss on the 2nd nightThe rooms clearly show their ageOn the positive side:The free breakfast looked good, but didn’t have enough time to sit down and try it outPool wasn’t super clean but the indoor/ outdoor design was funFront desk employees very friendlyCheap parking

Location is great, right next to the arch and within walking distance to Busch Stadium, not a ton of traffic in immediate area The hotel employees were all very nice for the most part but this hotel should not be branded a Hyatt It was dirty, towels all over the hallways, our floor had some nasty sticky patch on the carpet had to cover it with a towel

Bathrooms need updating The employees deserve a better product to sell Was not happy with check-in Get there 20 minutes before 4:00pm told no room available and when asked if I should come back in 20 minutes will it be ready, was told yes Come back in 20 minutes to be told still not ready, that they are light staffed on housekeeping (everyone is) and that they have no clue when we would get into our room We had just driven 8 hours and had a game to go to so she spoke to the manager on our behalf and a room was available Very long lines for everything – Starbucks, breakfast buffet, check-in Parking deck is gross and hot an not enough spaces to accommodate guests, very tight and small underground parking The stairwell is disgusting and they are charging like $40/night! Also, beware staying there on Cardinals game nights, the hotel will be super noisy all hours through the night Overall, even though the employees are good they cannot salvage this hotel, very disappointed in our stay overall especially for the price we paid

Rebekah R

We ended up at the Hyatt unexpectedly & were overall happy with our experience We were able to pay $25 to check in early which was greatly appreciated after being up since 3am Our room was ok, view was awesome! The front desk staff were all super nice and helpful

My only real complaint was no extras of any kind-no makeup removing towelettes, lotion, slippers or even extra bedding Maybe it’s a theft or sustainability thing but I guess when I’m spending $300/night I expect those The pillows and bed were also a bit firm but not the worst I’ve experienced Oh, the sports bar downstairs is great! Bartender was nice and helpful

Diana He

I just had my 4/30/2022 wedding at the Hyatt and it was an amazing experience! Almost all of my guests were from out of town and stayed at the Hyatt Everyone reported great experiences with their rooms and customer service here at the Hyatt In terms of the wedding, wow, Lisa Sabin is so talented at her job

She was incredibly responsive to emails, so detail oriented and organized in planning the whole wedding ceremony and reception In terms of the venue itself, the Gateway East and Terrace was everything we ever imagined for our ceremony and reception with a dance floor and ceremony that felt outside but was still inside The view of the Arch was just a bonus! Everything on our wedding day went so smoothly and I could not recommend Hyatt enough!

I have to say, as a hotel manager, I’m jealous! I wish my hotel was as nice as this one This is a great place to stay short or long term! Firstly, the staff are really kind Amy at the front desk was super helpful and answered all of my questions

The hotel itself was awesome! It’s really modern and clean I know it’s a new build, but still The elevator was insane Super spacious, and it didn’t even feel like you were moving The room we stayed in was really nice too Big bathroom with all of the ameneties (HUGE shower with good water pressure), comfortable bed, spacious kitchen with plates, cups, bowls, every utensil you could possibly need, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove, everything Our room was spotless The breakfast was really good too! A lot of options I would totally recommend staying here

Edward Thurow

We were greeted as soon as we walked in by the desk staff Overall this is a fairly new hotel and everything was in good shape The pool was nice to have if a little small, and the logistics and staff were a little overwhelmed with the breakfast rush

Location was good, though during busy times it would be difficult/impossible to turn left out of the parking lotThe staff was able to bring up some more firm pillows after the first nightI also appreciated the EV charging spots

Zach & Mary Abbott

We loved this hotel and plan to return anytime we are back in the area Super clean and very nice! But most importantly, our daughter left behind her blanket that she’s had since a baby Any parent knows all the tears that were involved once back home and realized we lost it

But I called the hotel and Alex (an employee) went above and beyond to find it!! So needless to say, the staff are incredible and made one little girl very very happy!

We recently stayed five nights here while in town for our Grandson’s graduation The small things that are a part of life don’t affect me I want a good working A/C, good breakfast, and most of all – a staff that cares

The staff here is outstanding and were quick to greet us with genuine smiles We had an incident on our last morning that was met with the staff doing a great job to help us out

Mary Sanabria

Everything about this hotel screams “outdated” The carpet, the wallpaper, the decor

everything The carpet was so old it looked like it couldn’t be cleaned anymore The stairs in the main hallway, you could see the dirt on them Although the carpet in our room wasn’t as dark, we could tell it hadn’t been rug shampooed in some time The peeling/stained wallpaper in the main room were quite a turnoff It was the kind of hotel you’d never take your shoes off in Fortunately it appears as if they did a good job cleaning in general besides the nasty carpets and stained walls The breakfast area was clean and stocked For the price we paid, I was completely turned off We ended up going to another Holiday inn just a few minutes away SO glad we did Even my young daughters were turned off by this place Lower your pricesBIG TIME! I only wish I had gotten pictures

K’Lyn Hardy

Older hotel (like the characteristic aspects of it!), large bathrooms, nice lighting, nice white bed set, JR Watkins body wash, shampoo, and conditioner complimentary with room, comfortable bed, smart TV, great wifi, amazing breakfast, friendly + helpful staff, and lastly— free toys for kids! Only thing I didn’t like was the sofa chair in the room was dirty and had an obvious stain

The refrigerator was also not as clean, but tolerable

Every staff member we encountered was fantastic At check in Dev and Andy were both accommodating and Andy especially went above and beyond During our stay we had a medical emergency in the middle of the night

The staff gave us a late check out (I wish I knew the overnight staff’s names) and were all aware of the situation and very courteousThis hotel is extremely affordable for the level of accommodations The rooms were clean and comfortable The pool and hot tub as well as outside deck were clean and enjoyable There was a great gymWe will never stay anywhere else in St Louis

Benjamin Roney

Excellent customer service, lobby & rooms look & feel nearly brand new, with a really cool Aviation themed lobbyFitness room was very clean and well outfittedAs with anywhere, the pool is serviceable and the kids had fun, but pool room could be a *little* cleaner

Was slightly misled by pics online & wrongly assumed their was complimentary breakfast, because I didn’t read through the amenities list For the price, not a deal breaker though

Jake Anderson

My wife and i recently stayed here the night of our wedding and reserved a wing for 10 rooms While booking the rooms i spoke to the reservations/party coordinator and asked if they had a room/conference room we could use for the guest to hang out for a while after the reception and eat/drink for a bit They mentioned that the room was booked which is totally fine but they have a bar inside the hotel that they would leave open for us

We were suppose to have first priority for the shuttle bus and instead waiting a long while for the shuttle to show up and get us to the hotel which we find out the bar was closed We were greeted with very poor customer service while presenting this issue All though i understand it’s not their fault for the poor communication from management but still they could have been more understanding and pretended to care Instead we were left to hang out in the lobby which just looks trashy to be honest Not at all what we expected and just very very disappointed

Great hotel! The room was nice and very clean, with an inviting atmosphere – very sleek and elegant without being cold! Check-in was fast and efficient, which was awesome since everyone was exhausted from the drive The beds are comfortable and the pillows are softRob at the front desk was particularly fantastic – when I made the reservation, I asked for a cute towel animal in the “other requests” section, because I really, really like towel art

Rob went above and beyond by creating not one but two – an adorable mouse and a snake guarding the TV remote This seems like a small thing, but I wasn’t really expecting my request to be fulfilled, and it made me incredibly happy Rob was also very friendly and courteous, even to an oddball like meIf you’re passing through or staying in St Louis, I’d highly recommend this hotel!

Michelle Shimek

So glad we found this place after our first stop Probably one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed Housekeeping does a fantastic job and you can tell they take pride in their work

Front desk staff also awesome and friendly Would definitely recommend and plan to stay there again our next visit Thank you for the wonderful stay

M Holliday

We loved this Best Western! It was clean, clean clean Every time I turned around, I saw someone cleaning All of the staff that we encountered were amazingly friendly and helpful

The rooms were spacious, updated and include a small coffee maker There is actually a Chili’s and a bar connected to the hotel In the same parking lot there is a donut shop in case you don’t want to partake in the free breakfast There is also a White Castel and several other fast food withing walking distance From the minute we walked in and saw the beautiful lobby we knew we were made the right choice

Nice place Just had a screwed up room Bathroom vent doesn’t work

Floor tiles are coming up and I keep cutting my toes on it Absolutely hate the bathroom door with the frosted glass Makes it uncomfortable using the restroom with family in the room Dresser has been drawn on by a kid Kid hand prints on the window that divides the room Not sure what to do with trash, left it out side the room and no one ever got it Staff is nice The rest of the facility is great Breakfast not bad

Chrissy

I’ll start by saying that the front desk staff was friendly and helpful and location was convenient However we booked online and when we got there was informed we would have to pay $150 for our dogs to stay That was extremely frustrating because at that point we had no choice but to pay it

Nowhere on the site did it say anything about a pet deposit or price for pets Even worse, the deposit was non refundable So we stayed one night and paid more for the pet fee than the room itself

This was hands down the best hotel stay I have ever had I’ve stayed in hotels all over traveling for work and for leasure and this was the first time I’ve ever felt the need to express how much I enjoyed my visit This past weekend My boyfriend, my teenage son, three of my sons friends, and myself traveled to St

Louis to finish up Spring Break When we arrived Nancy checked us in and she was absolutely fantastic but little did I know she would make our hotel stay so amazing!Even the four teenage boys went in the Nancy was great as well Always greeting us asking about our plans and what we had going on always so pleasant I definitely encountered other staff that was nice but there was no comparison to the impression Nancy made!We will definitely stay here again when we come to St Louis because of her!Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, pool was clean, rooms were clean and very nice They serve warm cookies and cold milk every night from 8-9 they were delicious! Hot breakfast every morning Lemon water, coffee and tea out in the lobby all the time We will definitely stay here again!!

James Borum

We had a good experience at this hotel The service was great from beginning to end In addition, they had a nice selection for breakfast compared to other hotels

The room was very comfortable The only issue was we noticed when getting in our room that there was a part of the back of the toilet which had not been cleaned from the last guest However, that was the only negative so my wife disinfected and cleaned it and we enjoyed the rest of our time here We would stay here again

Aaron Shirley

Yes, I give five stars I’m very impressed all together The pool was even perfect

I may not frequent overnight stays or travel as much as I should, but this Hampton has placed the cherry on top of our St Louis Adventure Honestly folks drive like a bat out of hell around here mistaken judgmental as been greeted with nothing but kindness and respect from every business I supported It’s more of an investment rather an expense when my family is comfortable We will be back!!! Thank you:)

Ok budget hotel, good breakfast, and excellent service The room we stayed in was not well clean, I found a bagel behind the bed, the bathroom smelled terrible The bed quality is great and there is microwaves and mini fridges in the rooms

My sleep wasn’t great, we were next to an elevator Pool is a decent size and the fitness room is small but it works I recommend going if you are on a budget Just a tip, go to the Denny’s next door if you’ve been you know what it’s about

Jessica Miller

The Pear Tree Inn was a nice stay It had the same perk of free evening drinks as a Drury Inn, along with a snack of chips, salsa and pretzels The fountain soda machine seems to be available 24/7 which was nice

We visited it several times Rooms seemed clean There was an odd pepper smell in the elevator that I think was possibly bug spray, not sure Breakfast was good We enjoyed our stay

Scott Jones

The whole staff was awesome Room was big and it was clean, bathroom was clean but it was way too small I’m not a big guy at all

But you have to get pass the door to close it Or if you leave the door open you wont be able to close the door if sitting on the toilet But other than that it was a great place nice staff, clean, good free breakfast, and I give all the accolades Not many places like thisThanks to the entire staff

This location was exceptional in a lot of ways The updated rooms are a welcoming touch They have all the basic amenities but it’s now a much cleaner and modern look

Rooms have wall based thermostat for A/C which is nice Wonderful step-in showersStaff was eager to help with anything we needed Room service is now opt-in so they won’t disturb you without askingThe only issue we had is you need all your room keys to be activated simultaneously or as you activate a card it voids the old ones This means if you have Hilton Honors and you want to use the app you have to forgo the physical cardOther than that only good things to say Decent hot breakfast as well

We checked in at 2am after working all day in 100 degree heat Got to the room which felt warm (74 per the thermostat) The AC was working in my the room (cycling on and off) but I could not adjust the temperature on the wall thermostat

My assumption is that the room temp was being controlled by the HVAC software at the hotel The room did cool down to 72 by morning but I had set the temp down to 65 Yes I did get some rest but I also like to be able to control the room temp as part of the total comp comfort package I expect when renting a room

Safe with great parking Visiting from out of town to explore the zoo, city museum, and the city with our preschooler Checking in was a smooth process which includes 3 alcoholic drink vouchers per adult and “a kick back” mini meal in the lounge/cafeteria area

The hotel is located near 170 hwy and 64 hwy and even though it is close to the highway it was very quiet The pool and the delicious complimentary breakfast were one of the best we’ve had

I have never had to leave a bad review for a hotel prior to now I’ve stayed at this Drury location twice now My first experience was great

The staff was extremely friendly However, my second stay was a nightmare Upon my second night with the Drury I found a bedbug crawling up the wall I immediately packed my belongings and headed to the front desk At this time management stated they needed to call an exterminator to determine if it was a bedbug After doing my own research and being in property management I was able to determine it was in fact a bedbug Management stated that she would follow up with me However, this is a week later and still no follow up This location has bedbug DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
