Great location, right over the bridge to Ocean City Right next to a good restaurant, and across the street from the diner The room we stayed in was a good size, the beds weren’t very comfortable though (but I don’t find many hotel beds comfortable) If you have a room facing the bay, you have a great view

We didn’t use the pool because we only stayed 1 night, but we did walk down to check it out and it was a big area with plenty of lounge chairs facing the water We would definitely stay here again!

Last minute getaway I always thought this was a rundown hotel but stayed here over the weekend with my husband and was pleasantly surprised The bay view was incredible! So very peaceful

Room was clean and front desk staff were very nice Free breakfast includes coffee, tea, muffins and yogurt Our only complaint was the beds were not comfortable at all and the heater was loud and took our room forever to get warm Other than that it was a delightful stay and I would stay here again

Comfortable Beds and Rooftop pool with great sunset view, a little bit of shade for swimming in the day when need a break from beach Cookie and Linda at the front desk were friendly and super helpful They got us a same day reservation, check in, beach and car pass, all while handling the phone that was ringing off the hook

We were able to check out the next day, use our complementary beach passes, keep the car parked there, and take a swim in pool before getting on the road Easy walk to boardwalk Suites are independently owned, but run as hotel We were in 207, over 500 square feet of space Would definitely stay again

We stayed in suite 418 this past week This place was highly recommended by a close friend who I trust completely Evidently we got the most disgusting, worst room

It was somewhat aesthetically pleasing, but as soon as we arrived, I immediately realized our room smelled horrific We bought two candles that evening and thought they would help disssipate the awful vomit like smell They did not help at all I should have requested and insisted on a different room I am mad at myself I didn’t The couch and the entire floor carpeting were filthy They had stains everywhere Our feet were black every single day The linens were thinner than hospital grade and there were large visible cigarette holes in the thin brown blanket that my children used on the pull out couch they slept on There were 4 of us in our room and 2 of us had to shower in a different room I had to request because the water was freezing by the time my second child took his bath I am a thin person and could hardly move in the small shower Every time I turned slightly, my body was touching the dirty shower curtain There were ketchup stains all over the room inside and outside on our deck It was disgusting We deliberately rented a penthouse suite to have a kitchen and didn’t even feel comfortable cooking there or eating anything more than breakfast cereal I had to wash all of the bowls and silverware before we used them because they all had dried food on them I would never recommend this establishment Do better!!!!!!!!

Tara Brown Beauty

I would honestly give this place 1000 stars if I could! Our room was soooo nice that I literally had tears in my eyes when we walked in! The room we had was so incredibly spacious, we didn’t feel crammed in It was so clean, the staff were amazing and the rooftop pool with a bathroom is really the icing on the cake! I highly reccomend this place and will be booking here next summer!

Fred G (Jewbaru2016)

I am not the person to write google reviews but i feel that this is important to convey to potential guests I recently stayed at the Passport Inn with my family which includes our 8 month old son The website said it is a no smoking property but when we got to our room it smelled like cigarettes and there was a cigarette disposal right outside of our room which was seeping into our room and caused the smell

A minor annoyance but with an 8 month old it was a big deal to us We went about our day and when we returned at night and got settled in the parking lot was stormed with police cars The officer informed us that two doors down (107 i believe) a woman was found dead The lot was blocked and full of police cars and other response vehicles for most of the night which made sleeping impossible The woman in the rom next to us told us that “swat team was here on Thursday” and after this now happening we felt unsafe but there was nowhere else to stay in the area The next morning we wake up to ants in our beds and all over the nightstand I spoke to the man in the office about it and he said it was because we had “candy in the room” We had one airtight package of fudge that was untouched so that was not the issue The front desk dismissed our concerns and i am currently in contact with the management company trying to get a refund They are independently owned so getting in touch with anyone is proving to be difficult The only reason i am giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because the beds were comfortable and seemed clean

janel thomas

Rooms were clean and maybe okay compared to other hotels in area But compared to all other hotels I’ve stayed in, not very nice Shower was fine

Bed was okay Rooms were small and coffee was weak Owners are obviously thrifty But it is close to the beach Value for price not good on the weekend I’d stay here again on a week day if necessary

Kendra Cituk

Very accommodating to a much needed last minute room after our AirBnB canceled within an hour of check in Very nice pool area, clean deck chairs and umbrella tables AC worked great in the room, hot water for everyone’s shower and plenty of clean towels

Manager even moved us to a new room the next day to better accommodate our parking needs with a large truck House keeping was very friendly and the rooms were clean Smoking room smells like smoke but the non smoking room smelled fresh and clean and no trace of any smoke Clean sheets and blankets Working fridge and microwave in both rooms we had HBO free and great movies for winding down in the evening Great family diner right door for breakfast and lunch Easy access to Entertainment and the Boardwalk

Our stay was very enjoyable The front desk was very friendly and accommodating Our room was on the third floor with a balcony that was overlooking the pool

The room itself was nice and included a full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, dining room and living room It was actually bigger then we thought it was going to be The morning of checkout the front desk allowed us to keep our vehicle parked there after checkout which was really nice! It is a short distance from the boardwalk so it was nice not having to find another parking spot for a few hours after checkout Overall I think this is a pretty nice place!

Francisco Alves

My stay was comfortable The parking lot has good space between the cars so you don’t have to worry too much about dings The check in process was flawless and the employee at check in was very pleasant and helpful

The hallways smell clean and the room was in good order as well I’d say the only negative would be the view however the balcony was a nice size of you wanted to sit out and get some fresh air

Norm Castor

I have been going to Ocean City my entire life but bringing my family of 7 down from Massachusetts and finding an affordable place that’s clean, friendly and amazing is … well extremely difficult! We had a reservation at another place but luckily my wife found this place and we couldn’t be happier!! Day 2 down and 3 to go I just had to leave a review Staff is amazing! It’s clean and totally worth the price!!Best part with having 7 people we are right near the beach I mean right there! Amazing!! Can’t wait to book for next year as well! Great job to everyone that works and maintains this place

crash01369

The rooms are clean, nothing felt humid, sticky, or sandy Room service came every day, like they always used to everywhere else

There always seemed to be someone walking around cleaning something or making sure everything was up to par, I was impressedThe pool was nice, pretty good size and well maintainedParking may be limited, I didn’t have any issue but the lot was always full

David Paul

I love this place so much I almost don’t want to give them a great review, because I want to keep it all to myself that being said, this is by far the greatest hotel in OCNJ, and since OCNJ is the greatest family beach in the USA you get the point! The rooms are always clean, everyone who stays there is awesome and the staff treats you like family! It’s reasonably priced but what makes this place the greatest place in Ocean City is the location

They are literally steps away from the boardwalk there’s technically not an ocean view, but certain rooms come close They have a pool that is always clean, and they give you beach tags!

We were very pleased with Coral Sands The rooms have all been remodeled and everything was super clean I am extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness and this room met my approval

It is also in a perfect location and so close to the beach The rooms have clean mini fridges that keep drinks and water really cold and there is an ice machine, which is great for keeping things cool/cold on the beach I can’t say enough good things about this place and I’m already planning to go back again this summer

PROS- 1 block from beach & boardwalkCONS- small parking if you have an SUV, good luck There is a bigger parking lot around the cornerPET FRIENDLY as they advertise is completely false

I was gone for breakfast at the breakfast place on the property and returning to the lady bring irate with me and telling me I have to SHUT MY DOGS UP!!!! It is during the day if the dog next door is barking my dogs are going to bark too It’s only natural They should not accept dogs if they want them to not bark Or they shouldn’t rent to people without pets that get easily upset with anythingThat’s just the dog part!!!!Front door was rotted air, dust & water came in from the outsideBeds were small, mattresses were horribleRoom was extremely tinyMoldy air conditionerHole in wallNo coffee machine as advertisedNo hair dryerBathroom was re done as they say but apparently forgot to upgrade the plumbingShower delivered 2 drips of water either freezing or burning couldn’t wash my hairSink had 2 drops was over 5 minutes just to brush your teethOverall it’s very outdated and I def would not recommend to ANYONEI would probably not be doing all this complaining if it was cheap cause really you get what you pay for I paid $1400 for 3 nights on 4th of July weekend IT WAS HIGHWAY ROBBERYI don’t know where all these great reviews are coming from cause there is nothing great about itTo some it all we ended up leaving after the second night because I was so annoyed as to how the lady approached me about the dogs barking Never encountered someone so unprofessional with customers I don’t know where the staff is friendly The staff consisted of her and she IS NOT friendly at all Don’t ever consider taking your fur babies there!!!!’n

WiFi was poor ( I was unable to use my nest camera to keep an eye on my puppy when I was on the boardwalk )The bugs were overwhelming and they seem to come out at night when the lights went down We had to throw away all of the food and candy we purchased the first day because an army of ants were crawling all over our purchases when I woke up early in the morning only to discover that I had to guest that crawled on my $92 worth of candy and jelly apples 🍎)

It is year 2022 and most people own an SUV ( The parking lot is so tight it is almost impossible to park your car unless you own a tiny little automobile ) There was no coffee pot in the roomThe entry door was old and not secure and there was no way to lock it from the interior as well Even though I had a German Shepherd dog in my room I still felt frightened during the night and we had to push the little dresser in front of the door knob to give ourselves some securityAlthough the bathroom was remodeled it was so very tiny it was almost impossible to sit on the toilet unless you were a young skinny personI probably could go on with this list but I think I will stop at this timeIf I was only paying 100 bucks a night I wouldn’t complain at all I would figure I was dumb enough to stay there so I deserve what I gotBut unfortunately a three night stay cost me around $1500 therefore it is extremely over priced for what I ended up not gettingI did stay in this hotel motel once before for the simple reason I owned dogs and I like to keep my dogs with meHowever my mind is made up that I will not torture myself again and I will work harder at finding a different place to stay when I go back next summer to Ocean City New Jersey

Meg Degreve

It was a good hotel Based on the pictures and reviews I was expecting something stellar But it is a 3 start hotel and I think that is exactly what you get

The staff and housekeeping was A+, no doubt The room was clean, but the carpets had that sticky carpet feel Now it’s the ocean and we are right in the shore line so everything sort of feels like that Our rooms deadbolt didn’t work so we had to put a chair under the handle at night The hotel does have a dining room but the waitstaff was limited so that took a while Not the staffs fault I guess what I expected was closer to 5 stars and that’s my fault for not looking closer But it’s right on the beach, free beach and pool tags, free umbrella and chairs for the beach your whole stay Plus that end of the beach doesn’t get as crowded as the rest So yes, it’s is a good hotel but it isn’t the posh hotel I sort of was hoping for If you go in with that expectation, you’ll love it here

Mark Lucas

The front desk staff was very helpful from the start The room was very clean and the view we had overlooked the pool and out to the beach was very nice with a small balcony for more relaxing or getting fresh air The beds and linens were very comfortable and the bathroom had a large soaker tub which was relaxing at the end of a long day

Unfortunately the weekend we went the weather was rainy and very windy, but the accommodations were flawless and helped to make up for it I will definitely have to stay again hopefully when the weather is more cooperative

Axeman610

The Staff is fantastic ! Everyone was so friendly and helpful The room was large and spotless clean, the sheets and even the pillows are top quality The restaurant in the Hotel is the best food on the Boardwalk, the waitress and service was excellent

Location is PERFECT, close to the action but away from the noise I will be back soon and often

This is our last night at the Inn, and to say it was exceptional is an understatement Val, the owner, has been with me every step of the way in planning our first visit to his property Since booking the stay almost six months ago, he’s been readily available to help me get the best deal, provide the best service, and make our stay more than memorable

The staff (especially Kimmie) has gone to great efforts to make our room clean, comfortable and feel like home The morning breakfast and rooftop deck are such highlights The Atlantis is conveniently close to the boardwalk, yet far enough away that the nights are peaceful and quiet If you are looking for somewhere clean, cozy, and luxurious while still somehow feeling like home, this is the place for you We have found our new go-to spot at the shore Very rarely do you discover a business where customer service is such a high priority It’s honestly a lost custom in our world I feel so blessed to have discovered Val and the Atlantic, and already can’t wait to plan our next stay

Milton Gaspar

Can’t beat the location Service is well hard to find at times and we ran into quite a few other guests looking for someone from service or where to go or where something was etc, given that they service an older clientele (not including myself in that description), a bell for service or posted instructions would be good

We checked in at 11:30 at night and had no difficulties aside from kinda figuring out how to lock our room We were in a very small room and it had some old oversized furniture back from when TVs were huge maybe, but I understand that it fits the old world European Luxury vibe of the place Overall, very good, location is pretty amazing for just about anything you want to do in town It was clean and convenient and honestly we didn’t mind service being kind of invisible in the background of the house The pretty amazing roof top was not busy at all and we got to enjoy it all to ourselves a few times, a bit of shade up there would be very much appreciated but probably not installed due to being exposed to wind, I’m sure there is a good and permanent solution for that however

Our weekend holiday stay was exceptional and the food was good and plentiful The entire establishment is well kept Our room was really nice and comfy

The staff was very caring and helpful The front office desk manager, Jessica Perez, was the bomb She has wonderful interpersonal skills and a very caring personality She put us up on all the vacation happenings in Atlantic City and surroundings She’s truly a blessing to this establishment Jessica ROCK!!!

Chantel McLaurin

Awesome weekend stay! Clean rooms with a mini fridge, microwave, and k-cup The room had black out curtain that was great and lots of outlets/usb ports for charging Plenty of space for luggage and clothes

Hot breakfast was eggs, sausage, and oatmeal Cold breakfast options were good too (Would have liked some non dairy options) Nice beach behind the hotel Parking was okay, does get a bit full Staff was very nice and helpful

William Glover

Our experience at this hotel was excellent It’s right on the Bay and we had a Bay view from our room It was nice to just walk downstairs and be on the little beach there

Location makes it easy to stay at a better price with quick and easy access to Atlantic City The later in the day you go into the city for something (we went for a concert at the Hard Rock) the earlier you want to go in as traffic builds afternoon into evening and parking can be an issue Go even earlier than you think you have to You’re probably going to something at one of the casinos so there’s plenty to do and eat while you wait The room at the hotel was clean; everything worked and I’d recommend

**NEW HIDDEN FEES WARNING**Impala, the Wild Dunes and Ebb Tide Suites are now part of Shorebreak Resorts As of 2022, they have started charging resort fees to stay here, which are not disclosed anywhere on their websites and the fee is not disclosed when you checkout online The new resort fee is $25/night (higher than many of the casinos in Atlantic City)

You do not get any extra resort amenities with the new resort fee You still get access to the pool and wifi, which were available prior to the new fee When you checkout online, the resort fee is added to the taxes line It is not disclosed as a separate line item We noticed that the tax amount was significantly higher than the 11625% that is charged in OC They tax the resort fee as well Also, they are now charging a 2% credit card fee, which is not disclosed and is required The initial rate that is quoted to you when booking the room does not include the credit card fee It is added when you proceed to checkout under a fees line, which you may not notice that your amount has increased unless you’re watching closely If you’re going to charge these new resort and credit card fees, disclose them/don’t try to hide themWe have stayed at the Wild Dunes and Ebb Tides Suites quite frequently The Wild Dunes could definitely use some updating, especially with the mattresses and bathrooms Ebb Tide Suites are preferred and we enjoy them a lot more With these new fees, we will consider staying in Atlantic City more often since the rates there are often cheaper now

Tim Shapiro

I stayed at Wild Dunes a few weeks ago with my wife and son It was a memorable stay, but not for positive reasonsFirst, the parking lot is large enough to accommodate one vehicle for each of its 28 rooms

That would be fine if all spots were available, but they were not for us Apparently they were doing construction in the parking lot, which blocked access to half a dozen spots, and the staff did not tell us about this until we arrived and discovered it for ourselves So as a result we were forced to park a couple blocks away and carry our things to/from the place when we arrived/leftOnce checked in we attempted to connect to the wifi and were unsuccessful We called the front desk and were told the wifi was “spotty”The rooms have a sliding glass door right next to the front door (which makes absolutely no sense) The ridiculousness of this design choice isn’t the problem The problem is that you are forced to keep the curtains closed at all times so you don’t have to watch people walking back and forth But don’t worry, you are not missing the view If the curtains are open you’d see the rollercoaster in the park across the street, which you will also hear (complete with screaming people) until 11:00 at nightIf you like surprises, you’ll love the shower The temperature goes from scorching hot to ice cold with ease If you want anything in between you will need to constantly adjust the knob while showering, and enjoy the middle temps briefly until it reaches the other end of the spectrumThe only positive I can think of is the location If you are in town to enjoy the beach and boardwalk, the place is close But then again there are countless other choices in the area that are as close (or closer) to the beach If my family returns to the area, we will be exploring those other options

This staff is top notch We had an emergency situation where we had to cancel our week-long vacation after two nights, and they were more than accommodating and kind to our already stressful situation This is a place we love to visit as it is prime location to the boardwalk and great food, and also beautiful inside

This is not your ordinary beach motel I was impressed last year when I stayed, and I continue to be impressed this second year Cannot wait to revisit year after year to this wonderful motel!

Christine DeSantis

This is the second year we have stayed at Ocean 7 and we will definitely be back It’s the PERFECT spot especially if you have kids Steps to the boardwalk and beach

If you get tired of the beach, head to the pool (which was heated when we were there) Staff is friendly Rooms aren’t anything over the top but are clean and just right for sleeping and heading outside! We will definitely be back!

River Bailey

It’s clean and serviceable and close to the ocean However, it’s extremely overpriced for what you get We paid $400 a night and basically stayed in what was no better than a Motel 6! Furthermore the treatment we received was unacceptable

When checking in all of the parking spots were taken with the exception of a reserved spot up front We parked there just to check in and told the front desk we would move it to the street We were told that it’s fine to park there and no need to move it since all other spots were taken On the second day I was taking an afternoon nap and received a knock on our door to be informed by maintenance that the owner of the motel was there and wanted his spot, and that I needed to move So I moved it When my wife returned and learned what had happened, she went down to discuss the poor customer service and was basically given a bunch of excuses We were scheduled to stay a week, but I’m grateful we left after 2 days The place was such a low level motel, poor customer service, loud fan in bathroom when you turned on light, cheap scratchy sheets, old ugly decor, ac was either too hot or too cold, the curtains had been replaced by some cheap pull down shade but the curtain rod remained attached to ceiling, and the tv was old and just slapped on the wall with cords hanging off it The place was also loud from the pool and boardwalk nearby Pool was small and packed with peopleWe changed hotels and found a place $100 cheaper and 100% better At our new hotel the owner actually carried my wife’s bag himself up three flights of stairs What a difference in service and treatment! Please don’t waste your money staying at this place You will be disappointed Especially for the amount of money you’ll be spending to just be ripped off!

Check-in and out was so easy! Nancy is so nice and accommodating! Loved the email we got before our stay which includes a packing list and “things to do before leaving home” list! So much information that you really get to relax! It’s so close to the beach and a beautiful park! I would recommend this B&B 100000%! Eating breakfast and drinking tea on the front porch was seriously the highlight of my time! It was really cool meeting other people that were staying and seeing all of the cute pups throughout the weekend! Nancy has honestly thought of everything possible and you feel right at home! 🙂

This place is absolutely AMAZING! I came here for a week with my boyfriend and dog, Not to many ppl are dog friendly, but Nancy loves them We stayed in the Jr Penthouse Suite for the first 5 nights, it was beautiful, it was clean a huge hot tub, the jets work great! From there went to the Red Sail Suite for our last 2 days, that room was also beautiful, with a full size fridge, separate living room area, outdoor private porch! Now on to Nancy the host, she is incredible! She is so sweet and welcoming, she gave several choices for breakfast every morning that u could choose from with a time, even if u where late, she didn’t mind! Everything from towels to bed sheets were all clean and smelled like good softener! 😊 I felt like I was home and didn’t want to leave

I will definitely be back again Thank u Nancy! 😊😊😊😊

I debated on whether I should give this hotel 3 or 4 stars It’s not a 4 star hotel but should be given credit for its cleanliness (which is a big deal to me) and how comfortable the bed was I got some great sleep in their king size bed

I also appreciated having the fridge and microwave The free breakfast in the morning leaves A LOT to be desired They gave a lot of options but the best thing there is the juice I also was annoyed that i requested clean wash cloths and towels and never got them because they were in the wash This hotel is very basic But it’s clean and close to Atlantic City so I would stay again

Karen Van Daniker

The check in process took a while, we were in line for 40 min, but I understand considering there were 3 wedding blocks at the hotel Only one of the 2 rooms we reserved were ready, despite checking in and choosing rooms through the app ahead of time Not a big deal; only needed 1 room for all of us to get ready

Very long story short, my second room I reserved was given to someone else and I didn’t know it I didn’t go to physically check into the other room until after 11pm, but I had requested a digital key and all that on the app ahead of time I was given a 2 queen room instead of a king Wasn’t ideal but I said fine, it’s late Get upstairs, mind you I have a 4 month old with me, and the room wasn’t made nor cleaned An apology wasn’t given until at least 1/2 an hour after I told the front desk I was told they were going to try and figure something out because they were sold out The manager never came to speak to me nor contact me Nobody told us what was going on until 45 min of us waiting in the lobby The masher did give us a discount on one of our rooms, so I do appreciate that But I would not stay here again

Check in was smooth and even allowed early check in as there was a room available We rushed out to get to our destination after dropping our bags off When we got back around 11:45pm we noticed roaches

Roaches in the room inside the fridge and in the bathroom We went to the front desk to tell them and they moved us to another room I don’t as traveling with my husband, and our kids (4) ages 3months to 14 They moved us from a one bedroom suit to a standard 2 queen room Once going back down again Ben told us there was nothing he can do and refunded us our money We had paid for 2 nights Remember this all started at 1145pm So at 1230am my husband and I called around trying to find another hotel but everything was upwards of 400 a night as there were several events in town this weekend We ended up having to drive back home to Washington DC at 1245am Very disappointed in this hotel

Pleasantly surprised as we booked this in the middle of the winter without seeing the room It was a very nice spacious room with an attractive updated bath and a no step shower King size bed was excellent

The room opened onto a spacious porch by way of French doorsfor your morning coffee A large countertop, refrigerator and sink were conveniently located We loved our stay hereEveryone we encountered at the hotel were very accommodating, friendly and pleasant The service was great and the rooms were clean The cleaning people were very good tooThere was no smoking in the hotel but permitted on the balcony which became a real downer since we are non smokers and our neighbor next door smoked a very largecigar in the morning It took him about two hours to burn the thing up and all the smoke filled all the balconiesWe would love to see the management make it a no smoking hotel including the balconies

I’m a repeat visitor to Ocean Manor This place has all the old charm from the Victorian era Love the properties here and the proximity to the center of the boardwalk

Staff is very pleasant and very attentive Prices seem to have bumped a tad higher but I do believe they’re still comparable to, if not better, than the local “big hotels” Give Ocean Manor a try, you won’t be disappointed

junie wright

Very very close to the beach and boardwalk but not ocean front Victorian vibe mansion , 4 floors, with elevator, in room 2D 2 full beds, beautiful white and sky blue theme room, small room but everything in place, enough space to move around for 4 guests, complete with microwave and small fridge, worked perfectly

Small bathroom but updated, space saving pocket door, clean white and blue theme, with hairdryer Patio has table and chairs to hang out Window blinds luv them!Owner responsive even late at night

Just got back from our son’s wedding weekend Rehearsal dinner, wedding and after wedding breakfast were great Karen, the wedding coordinator was perfect

Kept everything running smoothly Food was good and plentiful for all events Our only disappointment came with our room Rented room 905 – penthouse for the weekend to use for pictures, and some entertaining Room was not cheap, even for off season We arrived to find the room dusty with smudges and fingerprints on glass and other surfaces Wallpaper on the ceiling was peeling, lights were out in the master bathroom Next day the bathroom faucet broke and the private elevator got stuck between floors Had to call maintenance twice This was not what we expected renting the most expensive room in the hotel Complained to reception on checkout They were apologetic but only took $50 off the bill for the issues I would recommend the venue for a wedding, but avoid room 905 – it’s tired, in need of a good thorough cleaning and some maintenance issues Room 902 is below it and has better view and is in better condition

Beautiful building The room was spacious and clean, nicely renovated, with well designed kitchenette Microwave, stove, dishwasher all up to date

No true oven, but a toaster oven was available (look in the closet)Like many businesses, they do suffer from current lack of availability of staff Calls to make reservations at the restaurant went unanswered, as did calls to the spa Spa services very limited, again due to lack of staffA lovely building, great location, which are well recommended Only downside, not unique to the Flanders, is insufficient staffing which makes service subparWe would consider returning, but with the lowered expectations the mediocre service, for now…

Samantha Winterburn

The hotel was very clean and the rooms are all like mini apartments with a full kitchen and living area Went for a wedding where the food was delicious but the drinks really were not mixed well I guess that’s what you can expect for a dry town

Other than that the hotel is a great homage to the early 20th century and is maintained well Very convenient boardwalk access

When we arrived, we had no idea what to expect, but the second we got there, I was so impressed The owner was unbelievably friendly, warm, and inviting He was so nice and genuinely radiated his positivity and pride in his work in creating an inviting experience

The room definitely showed the amount of work he and his granddaughter and whoever else put into it The room smelled amazing, it was picture perfect and was well worth the money Especially the owner being accommodating to make our stay even better than it already was If and when we will come back, the Boulevard Motel will absolutely be our first choice of lodging I would absolutely recommend if anyone is looking for a place to stay, come to the Boulevard Motel!! You won’t regret it!!

What a great place to stay! It was perfect-Ocean City was a 10-minute drive away (never had problems parking in OCNJ-parking meters you can program from iPhone app all over the island) This is a family owned and operated business Room, bathroom, bedding, towels, everything-SO CLEAN!! A really nice touch: the owners put out a Keurig with complimentary coffee (and all the fixings) as well as some breakfast snacks each morning It’s a place you will choose to stay again and again

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any resort This website will compare hundreds of booking web sites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! You’re welcome :)! This hotel is the best rated in this area

I’ve been staying here for years If you choose this place you won’t be disappointedThis place is amazing, it has 5 swimming pools, 4 Jacuzzis This is the place to be on the east coast

John Mattingly

Very expensive (8/22) Room wasn’t bad Nice but not luxurious as advertised

Water Club’s inside and outside pools are nice and definitely fancy When you enter from the parking garage you find to check in so you think that’s where you’re supposed to go BIG mistake The Water Club has its own check in with much much smaller lines City view rooms are nice but make sure you pull the curtains when you go to bed because you get very bright morning sun Parking seems free but you have to pay on the way out A little deceiving but cheap ($5)
