Check in was quick and easy Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful Our waitress at dinner Brittany was awesome ,she was very personable and outgoing

We had blackened red fish, gumbo and fried green tomatoes that was Very goodMy only critique would be that the breakfast here is just like any other hotel, cheap generic hot breakfast Only difference is they charge you $13 a plate, where other hotels give it to youOver all a great experience and I would stay here again

The staff was extremely friendly, the lobby was nice and clean, pool area was very clean We were able to enjoy happy hour at the bar which was nice However, the food that we ordered was very bland

The hallway on the floor we stayed on was extremely hot, like the heat was on It may have been equally as hot inside as it was outside Good thing that was just the hallway and not in the rooms Our room was clean and very cold Unfortunately, the pillows on the bed were absolutely horrible Once you go to lay on them, they immediately turn flatter then a pancake Although there were 4 pillows on the bed, it didn’t do much good given that they all flatten out as soon as you lay on them The bathroom was also very small With the size of the bathrooms, it would be better to have a rolling shower door instead of one that swings open and almost hits the toiletAs of July 11, 2022, they will be installing new locks on all of the room doors, which I think it nice to have upgraded from time to timeOverall our stay was pleasant and I would stay here again if in the area

I was staying with my mom who was in the hospital across the street I really needed a good night of sleep so that I could drive and take care of her when she was released This hotel was conveniently located for this

My husband & I were traveling on the road, from Wesley Chapel, Florida, on June 7th, 2022 Headed to our home back in Texas Well on our way we ended up getting stuck in traffic for 3 hours outside of Pensacola, Florida due to an accident that in involved a traffic fatally

This didn’t allow us to get as far as we had planned for that day & tired us out I googled hotels & ended up picking this one Upon are arrival it was pleasant We were greeted by the front desk clerk, Mr Donald His upbeat, welcoming, personality & customer service was exactly what we needed at the time I requested a room with a king size bed & he made it happen I quoted the price I’d seen online & he was also able to bring it down & help with that as well We talked the whole time & I could tell he was a down to earth guy Gave us recommendations for near by local food, along with directions His attentiveness was excellent The next morning when we went down to get our complimentary breakfast, Ms Kim made our morning with her helpful, upbeat personality She was on top of the cleanliness’ of the tables, making sure everything was stocked for other guest as the came down She was engaging with all the guest making sure everyone was comfortable & if they needed anything The room & bathroom were clean & in order The big was comfortable with good pillows as well AC worked properly Parking lot was safe Personally I would recommend the stay here Thank you Mr Donald & Ms Kim for taking good care of us We appreciate it!

Rooms were nice and clean The staff is very friendly and helpful The breakfast is pretty good too

The hotel is conveniently located right of the highway and located next door to a Pilot truck stop so if there is no parking on the hotel grounds, which doesn’t have dedicated truck parking but will accommodate a few trucks if they aren’t that busy, you can park at the Pilot

Carol Rush

My recent stay has mixed reviews The staff all seemed friendly, which was the biggest plus The minuses – the room had a bad smell, room service never came by for the entire stay (and “do not disturb” was only a factor one of four days), and the card reader wasn’t working properly even after getting the third set of cards programmed

In addition (on the negative side), breakfast was pitiful on one of the two mornings I was there (my husband stayed four nights and I stayed two) There were several overly ripe bananas but no other fruit, the ham was rather dry, and there were no breads or pastries On the plus side, it was better on day two, and the manager said she’s working on that situation (she was aware of a problem and addressing it) Also on the plus side, when I checked out, I related my story to the manager, who promised to credit me a bit back to my credit card, and actually did soAnother plus is that there was an ample supply of towels in our room, so we didn’t run out even with a lack of service to the roomI would likely give this hotel another chance in the future, but they are obviously struggling at present Hopefully, management can get a handle on things

This is a wonderful place for a family vacation Our room was very clean, the staff were so friendly, and the drinks were delicious! The arcade was really cool and the pool was amazing! There’s something for everyone in the family at this place It was also nice having a balcony to sit on overlooking the water and watching the dolphins catch fish in the marina; not something you get to see everyday! I’m definitely looking forward to going back

Danielle Jones

Our king corner suite was great! The bedroom was huge and the bathroom was very very spacious as well We loved the living area with the kitchen Lots of storage in each room and the kitchen as well

Balcony was great also We loved the bean bag loungers at the pool area Our teenagers loved being able to take the elevator down to the coffee shop in the mornings We will be back! The staff were very friendly and our room was ready at 2pm for early check in

Julie Gauthier

Pretty good experience Sink was plugged when we first arrived and they sent maintenance up right away Room safe had 2 batteries removed and therefore didn’t work, it did concern me that it was like this

The room was clean, no good place for hand towels The rooftop pool was great! Water was warm and bar service was good, friendly staff and fun environment There is a smoking area there which was nice

Jeff Baldwin

I just returned from a 5 day stay at the Palace It was a great vacation My room was great, clean and spacious

The best part was the smoke free environment Someone in our group had an issue at one of the Craps tables and I never got my $25 bonus money for the slot machines but nothing is perfect I would give the gambling a 35 out of 5 The casino staff was some of the friendliest and engaging I have ever seen There is plenty of security and they are just as good to converse with

Phillip Smart

I like to stay here mainly because of the smoke free environment The staff is always friendly and courteous There is never a long line to check in

The casino itself is not that big, but big enough There aren’t enough food options in my opinion There are two sit-down type restaurants and one deli type place For those people who like to stay up all hours of the night gaming, I don’t know if there are superior food options at this particular place The beds are usually top notch, although sometimes you can get a rough bed

Abby Blue

Their buffet was excellent so many things to choose from… basically something for everyone

Beautiful area you can see the Biloxi – Ocean springs bridge lights all lit up it’s a very pretty site Remember it is a smoke free casinoAnd if you are looking for top shelf liquor in your drinks they have a lot of medium liquors available to pour from of course a beer is always the safest thing to order

Steve Foster

INCREDIBLY NICE STAFF Seriously, they were wonderful and should be recognized and are the sole reason for the 3 stars The room, however, was disgusting

Blood on the pillow, brown stains on the sofa and the office chair (let’s assume it was coffee), and rust on the cutlery Room smelled like smoke even though it was non smokingThe gym looked really good with updated equipment, for what it is worth

Mira Lieberman

The staff was nice and the beds were comfortable I was rather surprised that the sofa was torn and stained and looked like someone pulled it out of a dumpster For the price of the rooms, they should replace the sofa which is why I only gave it three stars

It’s just hard to feel like the environment you are spending time in was worth spending over a thousand dollars to stay here for a week when the sofa looks like this

Brittney Jones

As a Hilton Diamond member I usually prefer to stay at Home2’s when I travel I enjoy the room sizes and amenities However, this trip and my last trip to one to San Antonio, I think I’m done with Home2

The over all cleanliness of the rooms are just substandard This room had stains on everything The bed, the lamp shade, the couch and the carpet floors were covered in something sticky For the amount you pay a night, they should be able to afford to have someone properly clean these rooms

I was greeted with a smile and very friendly young lady named Una I was a walk-in because Best Western Manor was just a great disappointment and I couldn’t stay there Una took care of me quickly and efficiently The rooms was clean and nice and spacious

No noisy guests just calm I only spent 1 night here and it was peaceful and safe I remember staying here a few years ago after my granddaughter had surgery You can always count on Hampton Inn to make you feel comfortable safe and clean rooms Breakfast was good also Dry ceral, fresh fruits grits eggs sausage waffles yogurt assortment of juices and coffee Although I live the barnyard door the bathroom should have a private door by itself

Phil NH

We had one night in Biloxi We chose to pay the extra for the Hampton Inn because of the hot tub and pool, it looked awesome Checkin went smooth, super friendly staff for that

We had some hot tub time at night, the pool was murky so we skipped that option Then in the AM we went into the Gulf for a bit and thought let’s hit the pool it opens at 7Actually at 7, the pool cleaners show up to the Hyatt pool AND the Hampton pool (You have access to both, you know, in case one is closed) Closing both pools/hot tubs for at LEAST half the day The pool areas were unkempt, cigarette butts, trash in and around the pool areaThen we figured fine, we’ll use the on site laundry to dry our clothes then head out It’s coin op, with no change machine and the morning front desk staff gave us an attitude when we asked for quarters Stating, “No” No option or recommendation where to get changeThis was a super disappointing trip

Stefanie Jones

I’ve stayed at better Hampton Hotels The only positive was the staff hospitality They were extremely nice and welcoming

There was construction underway that we were not made aware of when we booked The room was not very clean upon arrival: floors were wet, room was stale smelling The halls were hot which could have been due to construction

I found this place a little above average Somethings good some things not so good I’ll start with not so good but may of these may not affect others

For my needs I thought the gym was lacking Very small, no weighs and no room to stretch One cycle, one treadmill and one bike The location was very commercial If fast food is what you like it is well situated They still do not have daily cleaning so it is on request It is just off the interstate that is good and bad Easy to get places but there was lots of trafficRooms were nice and quiet despite the location Easy interstate access, and the hotel was quiet with ample parking The breakfast nicer than most Hampton Inns and they were very good at keeping things sanitary Staff was friendly and accommodating This could be four or five stars to some

Rhapsody Parker

I booked a room for May 13-15 a month ago with advanced pay Well last night or yesterday some time the property without notice canceled my stay I am very upset about this and that’s the nice way to put it

My daughter has a dance competition that weekend Now then Hotel is booked and I had to book somewhere else Its funny how the money comes out quick but it takes 2-3 business days for it to go back in

jaymeconnor

At first glance the rooms were clean I stayed on first floor The person traveling with me stayed on 3rd floor and had a smell in her room

The smoke alarm battery low chime would go off throughout the night even after the battery was changed She switched rooms The second room also had a musky smell Additionally, the elevator was out-of service the remainder of our 9 day stay after having guests trapped in it I used the laundry service and when my laundry was not returned same day as promised I checked on it the next morning It had been cleaned but not folded I was told their folder left Instead of delivering it to me outnof the dryer, it was all stuffed into a bag to wrinkle overnight I had to conduct hiring interviews in a wrinkled shirt Ironing the shirt got most but not all the wrinkles out

I was very impressed with this hotel Our room was so comfortable and we had such an amazing view The pool was great, super clean and the perfect temperature

The staff were friendly, and the location is in walking distance to the beaches and the casinos Oh and let’s not forget about this amazing cookies! I would definitely stay again!

Jason Miller

Overall the experience was fair It was extremely busy and the front desk was pleasant and helpful The room was decent

The carpet was stained and the refrigerator was not working The air conditioning seemed to be off in the common areas – hallways, elevators which is never good in July The cost of the room seemed to be a bit higher but I figured that was the due to the last minute booking of the room I would probably not stay at this particular Hilton again since there are better, less expensive options near by

Jymari Al Fatah

The hotel is quite dated and could use some modernization Service was excellent and typical of southern hospitalityThe air-conditioner had a mold smell to it

Hand soap wasn’t included in the rooms The location right of the interstate is ideal Over all it was an okay stay I personally wouldn’t stay at this particular location

After a 6 plus hour drive and 2 horrible attempts to stay in other hotels we landed here And thank goodness for miraclesFrom the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff who were tidying the outside and assisting us immediately at the front desk

Our room was a 2 queen bed suite that was clean and smelled amazing Their was no noise all night from any guests or the road Breakfast was absolutely wonderful So many choices and a fresh selection of everythingWe will be back and thank you for being so great

Daniel McBee

Kudos to my girl Nicky checking me in late, having my room ready, with a smile! Her attitude and kindness were incredible The breakfast was immaculate The beds were comfortable

The air conditioner was the BOMB (actually works) The travel size Dove shampoos were the cherry on top Love this place – highly recommend it Tell Nicky that “Santa Clause” said “HI!!!”

Devon Rushing (Locofire)

I have to say, over the past couple of years of visiting Mississippi, the hotel has done well to accommodate my stay during the Summer weekend getaways The beds are comfy and both the fridge and microwave work as intended Even the tv in the room has everything included working HDMI ports

But one thing that doesn’t agree with me is that the AC unit doesn’t do a good job keeping the room cool I have it on the highest setting and after hot showers, it struggles to cool the room back down Also outside around the back side entrance near the pool, it has became an eyesore with trash Just looking at it is why I’ve avoided going back into the hotel through that side door I do understand that construction is still going on during my stay, but it would be helpful to keep it pristineOther than that, it’s not really a bad hotel location The issues I only had during my time here is the trash outside and the AC not working well Everything else, including management was very helpful

Loved the pictures of the White House Hotel online When I read the hotel’s history I was hooked Booked through the hotel’s website

Wanted a specific view from the room We got exactly what we hoped for Our room was enormous All of the staff was very professional Order an “Old Fashioned” at the bar It was perfect The food we ordered from Cora’s Restaurant was amazing Love, love the pool We would definitely recommend this hotel Felt very old school classy without being pretentious

J soot

Stayed four nights I did not experience the restaurant, but two nights in a row I had a nightcap at the bar, and watching some of the other patrons receiving food made my mouth water!! I had limited interaction with the staff, but those I did were very friendly, and helpful when askedThe room was on the back side, so my view was the parking lot, but it was only a few steps to the front where you could sit on the front porch, or sit on a balcony overlooking the pool area, or down at the pool itself

LovelyConvenient to most everything in the area Thank you, and I would not hesitate to stay again

Brittanie D.

Okay so here is my candid reviewUpon entering the building, I saw a man smoking a cigarette I told myself “Maybe he couldn’t wait, being that he was walking towards the outside doors

” However, as I kept walking towards the hotel elevators, I saw that a lot of people were smoking I guess it’s a casino thingIs it a thing? This was my 1st time at a casino and it was interesting I didn’t understand any of the games and what to do to win Guess what? I did win some money You also get free alcoholic beverages while you’re playing on the machines That was cool!My room was nice and neat The pool area is nice as well There is a bar and a jacuzzi as well The weather was perfect this weekend tooThe only personal complaint I have is the smoking I don’t smoke and I hate to smell it and/or smell like it That cheapened the hotel experience for me Apart from that, I had a good experience

Stayed here recently with two young kids and it was not comfortable at all To be honest I wouldn’t stay here even if I was traveling without any kidsPros: The water in the room was hot

Front desk and housekeepers were very nice and friendlyCons:Valet service was closedOnly one bell hop was working which is fine, I can bring up my own luggage, however, no additional luggage carts were available My poor husband had to make four trips up and down the busy elevators to bring up all our stuff3 elevators are available to service guests Good luck if you catch it around a busy timeSet the room at 68 and it never got cold, just felt like it was only blowing airNo microwave in the room, $30 additional charge to get oneBeds were creaky and hard

The room was nice and clean! But it was the customer service I received that lead me to this review From check in to check out was fabulous! I was traveling alone and as a lady I was very cautious When asked I was escorted to the room with a manager, unfortunately I did not get his name

But at Infusions, I did get to know them and complimented the service You know COVID has taken the pleasantness from lots of people in the service area, however every time I was greeted by Terry, is was a smile and small talk When I asked to meet the night manager, he thought he did something wrong When Nancy came out, I had to let her know her employees, who are hard to come by, were a pleasure Brandon and Terry went above and beyond! My Spirit in people had started to diminish but not at IP When I left that falling spirit was lifted as high as can be Thank you my friends for make my trip comfortable and peaceful Mama needed a break from home, and what a blessing I received!!

This was a great stay! We stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed ourselves Very comfy bed, only complaint is with how thin the pillows are The character within the rooms is so cute, it feels much more homey than the average hotel

Service was fantastic, each staff member was very warm and eager to help us The pool area though was my favorite It had plenty of chairs and was the perfect area to sunbath I would recommend!

Quaint with a wonderful view I love the location A pleasant gem that was very unexpected

Though some things are a bit dated, the bed and linens were comfortable and clean , the bathroom was clean and the provided soaps, conditioner and lotion all smell wonderful There is a mini fridge, microwave and small coffee maker It is my understanding that renovations are beginning and I am so excited to visit again

The entire Staff work together as a team and guests reap the benefits We received outstanding & friendly service from Julie at check in, Monica our breakfast hostess and front desk supervisorJasmine Lobby was decorated w/ Valentines- displaying every staff members name! Rooms were clean and beds comfortable

It is very well maintained older style motel The grounds were clean and plants well manicured As a rewards member, I received a generous welcome goody bag We definitely plan to stay at this Best Western hotel on our return trip

Nice clean rooms just don’t like the fact that you agree on a price for some reason they need to get more money out of you then what was agreed on I just don’t believe that is good business

I would have much rather them tell me they are not going to give me a discount It’s funny I have AAA, I’m here working for a corporate office All discounted stays but manage to pay regular price Guess when you can pay on time with no payment issues you should pay more

This place was by far the nastiest hotel I have ever seen or stayed It should be removed from Expedia The price was ridiculous compared to the filth

The floor was wet, the ceiling was wet Carpet very sticky and I’m fairly certain the bed skirts had bodily fluids on them We were traveling a very long distance and if we had not went through Expedia we never would have stayed We have always trusted Expedia but it failed us this time So disgusting

Can’t beat the price for the location Room was clean (a little dated, but nothing bad) Facilities – pool, breakfast area, etc

– seem well-maintained The most outstanding aspect was the staff John at the front desk was very helpful in accommodating a change I needed from the rooms I had reserved Not only did he accommodate the request, he was genuinely kind about it He made us feel welcome right from the start Would absolutely stay here again

Michael Cloke

We spent a couple of nights Staff was friendly and accommodating The first problem we had, was the key card did not always work

The next problem was the lighting No overhead lighting~all lights except bath area were lamps Then, the smell hit us The bathroom smelled like sewer gas We immediately bought air freshener The A/C was constantly running no matter the setting, unless we turned it off And it sounded like it toddler with a nose whistle The filters inside were clogged with dustThe furniture was nasty and falling apartI understand that the humid salt air has a negative impact on metal surfaces, but the rusty fixtures were a turn off I also understand that carpet in motel rooms by the beach is a bad idea (sand), but the laminate floor always felt grittyWe earned two free nights through Choice Privileges and this is what they gave us Seriously considering cancelling our membership

Sarah Baker

Perfect for the money spent The room was a typical hotel room Nothing fancy but it was clean and the beds were comfortable

Staff was super helpful and friendly The breakfast was tasty and filling Conveniently located to the area restaurants, casinos and activities Pool was clean and closely montiored by staff for excessive rowdiness I will definitely stay again if we ever return to Biloxi
