Jake at the front desk is a great asset to your organization My wife and I checked in at about 6:00 pm on a Thursday with at least three other guests ahead of us on line and at least 2 phone lines ringing Jake handled everything and everyone professionally and courteously

The room was fine although the shade on the door to the balcony needs repair

Robert Cosme – Blood Hound

Kay the manager of the Candlewood Suites has been phenomenal! Excellent customer service and superb hospitality excellence is the bare minimum to describe my experience Thank you Kay, for your hospitality Professional and friendly

I give this hotel 5 stars for the staff alone The rooms are clean and modern I highly recommend this place

Robh693 H

Nice, clean hotel Up to date amenities, very large room with kitchenette Hotel is in a beautiful neighborhood and there are 2 very good restaurants in the same plaza

The only thing we didn’t care for was the very soft bed which left us both with sore lower backs, you actually have to struggle to get out of the bed There is no breakfast offered but there is a very good diner in the same plaza

Clean, well maintained rooms I used the gym in the evening It is well equipped with all the basics – treadmill, elliptical, bike, bench and free weights

Breakfast and coffee were good as always Airplane noise is audible but becomes significantly less frequent later at night Front desk does off ear plugs which is the first time I’ve seen any hotel offer them So they’re aware of the potential problem and doing their best to mitigate That being said, I had no problem sleeping without using ear plugsHampton is always my go to when traveling And this hotel is no different

Steve Barthelmes

Did not get a chance to stay here because my flight was canceled I wanted to see what my options were so I decided to call instead of cancel online I was on hold with 2 different people for over an hour, just to cancel the reservation

Each person I talked to asked me the exact same questions The people on the phone were very nice, but over an hour, just to cancel? They said the front desk showed I already checked in even though I was 2000 miles away So they ended up creating a case, and claimed someone will call me I really really doubt it What a terrible experience

Ruth Williams

The front of the building was under construction, but they make it easy to find the lobby Staff friendly and accommodating, when we asked where we could get utensils in the evening the guy at the front desk showed us through the doors where we could get them ourselves There was a laminated paper on the bed when we got in telling us that if we needed them they could provide ear plugs, but the sound of the planes really wasn’t loud or bothersome at all

Very clean, overall decor and furniture seem new, bed super comfortable Breakfast was as good as any Hampton Inn breakfast, eggs, bacon, waffles, etc But the best part about breakfast was that the chef had made and handed out Valentine’s day cards with fake roses to the guests! He stood up and wished us all a happy Valentine’s day from Hampton Inn too That was a fun touch

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any room This site will compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in the area

I have been coming here for years If you stay for a few days you won’t be let downStill features one of the most elegant Sunday brunches in the area, although there are no real safety precautions which was a bit disappointing Food is fresh and well -prepared with a wide assortment of breakfast and lunch/dinner fare The buffet includes a free mimosa, unlimited coffee, hot or iced tea and soft drinks

Marcus Miller

As a venue for a wedding, it was a great choice Absolutely incredible dinner service, bar was great, and lighting was well managedFor the hotel/spa, sub-par

Pool is nice, but crowded Limited chairs and towels Charges for spa were supposed to be waived for wedding, but wouldn’t remove a small $32 charge because it was booked through a third party Not a big deal, but more of the principal of the matter Room service was running behind for a morning breakfast (scheduled) 21% gratuity is automatic and the price on the menu didn’t match the price on the bill Very unfortunate considering a gratuity is linked to serviceThe entire hotel needs a coat of paint and a pressure wash outside Multiple parts of the hotel either smelled of mildew or bleach The room was clean and well stocked, but the towels were rough The furniture could definitely use an upgradeRecommendation for management/owners, whoever is the hospitality manager for the venue/wedding operations should be put in charge of all the others operations as well Perhaps they would bring the service level up and we’d stay again

Chris Camerlengo

Went for spring break with my son to catch Yankee spring training A relative set us up with a 2 night stay From check in to check out was nice place

Could use better water pressure and room updates But beds were comfortable Food at hotel was solid And the surrounding areas have places to eat Was a too short trip He will return with friends next year

My friends and I stayed at this hotel this past weekend during a Kid Rock concert It was our first time in Tampa Florida and we checked in a bit late but Trish at the Front Desk was amazing!!!!!!! She went above and beyond every night of our stay She gave us great idea options for dinner plans during our stay and we loved every single recommendation

I will definitely be back soon! I work at a corporate office and we usually book domestic flights with hotels so I will absolutely let my manager about my stay here for our events I hope to see Trish and the helpful staff soon!

kimberly cox

Checkin was good, the lobby very pretty but very cold The staff was friendlyThe toilet was clogged so we put towels around it and called the front desk we let them know at 8 am when we got back to the hotel at 7 pm it still wasn’t fixed and had overflowed onto the towels we put down

We called again and they sent someone up to fix it but they didn’t send anyone to clean up so I cleaned it up and went to the front desk for fresh towels and told them about the towels in the bathroom those towels sat there for 3 days When we were checking out housekeeping asked if we needed anythingThe view of the bay was beautiful and guest services was nice Although we tried to buy our park tickets through the hotel since they were so much cheaper but no one knew how to get or sale us tickets

This is a really nice place for the price The rooms are very large (like a tiny apartment) and have really nice features such as Microwave, fridge/freezer, cups, silverware, and plates 2 full size beds, couch and dining room table

3 sinks total! Free 2 pretzel snacks and 2 little chocolate was in the kitchen area for newcomers which was quite niceThe bathroom is also very spaciousThe beds are quite comfortable, not hard like many other places They have a slight bounce to themService is pretty good although only available in the morning between 7-10am So if you need anything it needs to be requested during those timesThe main entrance area has a pool table, books and board games to check outIt also had a lot of nice outside activities, pool, pickleball, and shuffleboard, Cornhole etcReally think if you’re in the area you should definitely give this place a shot!

Wonderful location Bed super comfortable Electric locks took some getting used to

But would certainly stay here again When we asked for help they showed up within 20 minutes and we’re very helpful They were easy to reach if any issues happened The full-size fridge was extremely helpful since we were here as part of a wedding party 10/10

Marcia Green

The MarBay Suites is a small, quaint motel with a kitchenette in the room (full-size fridge and microwave) The owners are working hard on updating all units, and it shows The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the room was clean

We would stay there again! Be sure to check out the beautiful Philippe Park – just a short way down the road

Saiem Novak

The rooms are a great place to lay your head and the laundry is free for all guests However I was surprised to see tiny and medium sized roached and how laxed the owner was about them being in the room While there was negotiations of a refund and an offer of a free room to change our review

The offer was taken when asked to use it The owner is friendly and nice, but don’t expect anything to be done in the right way Other than that I’ll be alright with returning if needed to stay with my own spray to combat the bugs Thank you Mar Bay for the awesome room, it was beautiful and relaxing enough as it is

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and, overall, it was a good value for the price If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in the area it’s definitely one of the best values around, but not necessarily for a more splurgy family beach vacationThe room was very large, lots of room for activities

The amenities provided were great; like I said, it’s a great value for the price The hotel and room were both clean; the sheets were soft and well-laundered The breakfast was good, there was plenty of selection, different offerings on different days, and the staff was attentive and even made a special request for another guestThe front desk is very nice, everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful Check-in and check-out were very, very fastHowever, I wanted to point out the two issues I had with the hotel The biggest gripe I have with this hotel (and really the only thing that put a damper on my stay at all) was how much noise is carried through the hotel All of the floors are hardwood and there are no rugs, so sound carries really significantly; I could hear all of the goings-on of my neighbors across the hall Additionally, the back door is left propped open so anyone can enter without having an access cardAgain, these didn’t have a massive overall impact on my stay just because everyone was so lovely and it was such a great value 4 stars overall!

First and Foremost I want to say that if Hospitality was an Olympic Sport this entire Team would receive Gold Medals Nancy, Yvonne and Samantha make you feel Welcome as you set foot here on the Property This property is located minutes from the beaches and has been recently renovated

Noelle Caouette

The breakfast was possibly one of the best We’ve had at a hotel The kind lady who was serving the breakfast was a sweetheart I typically do not leaves reviews but her friendliness, kindness and the delicious food made me do so

You can tell she takes pride in her job, the food, the set up and making the guests comfortable She even had a little treasure chest for our two year old to pick out a treasure It made his entire day Unfortunately I did not catch her name but thank you!

I definitely enjoyed my stay here The staff was super friendly and helpful and provided me with everything I needed They had so many breakfast options which I loved and the food was great

Rooms were very clean and I love how they make little swans out of the towels and place them on your bed Wasn’t crowded in this hotel which was a plus Using the Hilton Honors app made my stay even better because I was able to text the front desk with any questions I had and I can also check in and out without contact The man at the front desk gave me physical key cards anyway even though I had the digital one The staff definitely made me feel welcomed I was acknowledged and greeted by everyone I was walking down the hall for breakfast and one of the housekeepers asked me if I needed more towels and I said “I still have enough” She went out of her way to give me more anyway This hotel gave luxury vibes and I love that If I ever stay in this area again, I’m definitely booking this hotel again!

Islam Kandil

The staff is awesome Kelli ( operation manager) and Heather were very nice and helpful Kelli was great talking and explaining and recommending beaches and places to visit

Heather was very nice and accommodating My daughter got locked out of the room and went to get a key and Heather was very nice and joked with her about it They made us in couple of interactions feel comfortable and welcomed Also to be fair all the staff were very friendly ( unfortunately I can’t remember all of their names) All in all very good experience

Amanda Timmermeyer

We received excellent care from Kelli at checking in We were headed home from vacation with a 21 hour drive ahead of us and had car trouble and had no where to go with 4 kids She let us check in before check in time and had a room available

She let us know of the pool and stuff within walking distance to keep the kids entertained while waiting for our car to be worked on Best hotel service hands down!

The hotel was a little older, but was in the middle of a remodel The room was clean There was plenty of storage to unpack for the week

AMAZING food just around the corner, Thai, Sushi, Poke, and Seafood! The best part of the hotel was the legit fitness center Most just have some dumbbells and a treadmill This gym had enough equipment to do a complete workout! Breakfast in the AM isn’t included, but the staff is so friendly and helpful that I didn’t mind having to pay!

Kayla Larimore

We have stayed here a few times when visiting family The location is great right off of Tampa Road – you can easily get to many local destinations The hotel itself is nice but not too pricey

The kids enjoy the pool and the adults the hot tub We have frequently noticed there are no pool towels and had to ask for more at the front desk No issues with cleanliness or staff Good stay for a family vacation!

Ashley

I have stayed at this location twice and both experiences were great!Mario at the front desk is amazingHe is super friendly and very kind(both times) Definitely an asset to this hotelBreakfast staff are very attentive and helpful also

We stayed for four nights with our travel baseball team – which can be A LOT! The entire staff was very patient and friendly with all of us and our kids The gym was great and the dining and pool areas were as well The room was clean and spacious and the staff was very attentive – especially Nadia

She was very sweet to the kids and families, we all loved her! Thanks so much for making our stay so enjoyable

Nancy Bailey

We had a great stay, especially when we had mentioned we were a family of 5 rooms staying for a funeral, they put us all within 2 doors or just across the hall from each other The hostess for breakfast Nadia, was totally amazing Waking up to her kindness and care she showed to each of us was fabulous

She took the time to greet us and ask for anything we wanted or needed Her individual interest and interaction was above and beyond typical service Nadia each morning would make us mini waffles, and her smile and charm very enlightening We all love you Ms Nadia! 😍

So, let’s get the one and only negative that I can maybe see someone saying out of the way the hotel was a tad “dated”

And even that is just being picky! However, that being said it was VERY clean and VERY comfortable Without hesitation, I would absolutely stay here again The staff was very helpful and our stay was comfortable We stayed in room 311 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Dora Breckinridge

My husband and I stayed here for two nights, and it was fine While the hotel itself is quiet, the room we had was not; we faced the road, and even on the third floor it sounded like cars were zooming loudly right by the windows, and the air conditioning was very loud as wellI personally felt the bed was hard as a rock – the mattress is EXTREMELY firm

It didn’t help that the pillows were all very small and flimsy (we got two extras from the front desk, which didn’t help) We both tossed and turned and woke up soreThat said, if you like a really (really) hard bed and don’t mind outside traffic, this place is a fine choice It was clean, the staff was friendly, and it’s very convenient The water also gets VERY hot, which is great if you like your showers scalding like I do We’ll likely stay here again, but probably bring our own pillows – and maybe ask for a room that isn’t right on a busy six lane road

Marnette Severance

Accommodating Despite My Error and the BEST Breakfast EverWe were in town to do some sightseeing in Tarpon Springs/TS and Safety Harbor We decided to stay overnight in Tarpon Springs for a full day of sightseeing and travel the short distance to Safety Harbor the next morning We are loyal Hilton guests and were happy to find a Hampton Inn in TS

I received a quizzical look at check-in after giving my name Turns out I was a day early! Despite my error, the exact room preference was available, and I was relieved especially after a long day on our feet in the hot sunThe room was very clean, and all amenities were in working order We are particular about light and found the reading lamps to be bright enough to read by Our 4th floor room was in the corner so no one on either side made for an especially quiet night Water temperature and pressure were very good I always bring my own pillow; my husband commented that his were medium The beds were comfortable Parking is free of charge Yes, the hotel is on busy US Highway 19 N but we were not bothered at all by the traffic on the pool side of the buildingWe are fond of the coffee station at the Hampton Inn properties especially after a travel day This one is in the soaring great room with lots of light and spacious seating It is the perfect spot to gather and chatThe breakfast was phenomenal After Covid, it was so refreshing to come back to a full, hot breakfast and this hotel does it up right with many choices: waffles, eggs, breakfast meat, yogurt, pastries, bagels, juices, oatmeal and fresh fruitBut the crown jewel of the breakfast was Miss Lonna who has been with the hotel for a couple of years Shegreeted and warmly welcomed every single guest In all of the Hilton properties we’ve stayed, we’ve never had such a welcome like Miss Lonna It is apparent she loves her job to be as sincere and cheerful as she is As an extra service, she came around to each table to ask how everything was and if she could be of any assistance We would return to this property again just for the breakfast experienceAfter a good night’s sleep, we were on our way to Safety Harbor for another day of sightseeing

Kyle Brasure (Jen)

We were so pleased by this hotel and the location Our room was very spacious and had the best screened-in porch on the second floor, looking towards the marina Room service was a little confusing, as we weren’t expecting them until the 3rd day, but they came the first two days and then no more until checkout

This was not a big deal at all for us as we were able to easily leave our dirty towels and trash outside of our door and request fresh towels as needed All of the hotel staff from front desk, to housekeeping, to breakfast attendant were all very accommodating Free breakfast was a plus for us and it was decent We enjoyed the pool a couple of days as well The location to downtown Dunedin is the icing on the cake for me Walking distance to so many restaurants and shops There is also a park with playground for children right next door And a pier next to the marina that is such a nice spot to sit in the mornings or to watch the sunset We were lucky enough one morning to be able to watch dolphins Would definitely stay here if we are fortunate enough to visit this area again!

Ian Hawkesworth

Amazing stay here!!! Cathy at the front desk was so helpful, funny and sweet! We ended up talking for 15 minutes at check in Our room was beautiful, spacious, comfy, nice showers and a private balcony Perfect location as well

Pool area was great and placed to get the most out of the sun Breakfast was also enjoyable and they have a proper coffee machine serving various options Highly recommend staying here On top of all this -Breathtaking sunsets every night

Rick Roach

Surprisingly not your average Best Western Awesome view looking over the water, 2 seafood restaurants and the yacht club Inground pool is clean

Our room was huge Even with the hot tub and king-size bed, plenty room for a romantic dance Free breakfast was sad Powdered scramble eggs, greasy bacon No sausage Regular coffee dispenser was not working so they had decaf coffee We were discussing that having fresh brewed coffee available would solve the issue

We love staying at Hampton Inn & Suites anywhere we’re traveling Justin was so helpful at check-in and answered all of our questions quickly Great guy and so welcoming! We spent the entire day on a road trip; we had the best night’s sleep ever

The beds were so comfortable and clean Our room was equipped with a television, microwave, coffeemaker and refrigerator It was perfect for our familyThe complimentary breakfast was delicious and the employees were so nice (especially a English woman working in the breakfast room); I’m sorry I don’t remember her name We talked about Greece and her home in England My husband and I really enjoyed chatting with herIt’s so hard to find quality hotels sometimes, especially pet-friendly ones Our Jack Russell terrier enjoyed his stay as wellWe highly recommend

MANAGERMENT ARE THIEVES, DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION!Management stole money from me, lied and have avoided my phone calls and emailsBack in April 2021I stayed a week at this location as I was looing for a rental property to rentI was charged for a pet cleaning fee when my animals are registered service animals

Upon disputing this with my bank the manager declined the dispute and said that they would return the funds I never received a refund, I was presented a receipt that says they did it however upon taking that receipt to my bank I was asked for a Visa Trace #I reached back out to Hampton in and have attempted several times over the span of several months to contact them, requesting a visa trace # and neither the ASM nor Manger (Bitz) would return my phone calls nor respond to my emails and provide me with the visa trace #I attempted to go to Hilton Customer Service and they cannot do anything because its individually managedSo now I share with this to the world, if you have the option to stay at another location i absolutely urge you to do so! This is probably get deleted by paying some fee however I will continue to post until my matter is appropriately handled

I liked that the location was within 30 minutes from major places to see in the Tampa area The room was quiet and comfortable Plenty of charging stations in the room, a fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker

The bed had a comfortable mattress and a heavy comforter that made the bed cozy The breakfast was your standard complimentary breakfast with eggs, breads, and coffee There was warm oatmeal and breakfast pizzas which was something different The staff was friendly

I don’t know why this place is rated as a “2-star hotel” because it’s so much better! I stayed here for 7 days and it was a good experience Kim at the front desk was so personable and warm, & I felt reassured that I had made a good choice She shared details about the property based on where my room would be, and even called to check if I was comfortable a few hours after I settled in

Every interaction with her after that was consistently friendly & pleasant My room was well maintained and very clean The A/C worked with zero issues and the WiFi was high speed connection Where do you get top-notch service like that at a “2-star hotel”?The pool & hot tub was sparkling clean, grounds well kept, housekeepers always around, no garbage left in the outside bins for long etc anywhere The spacious pool & gazebo area was actually one of the nicest I’ve seen at a hotel You can lounge around and not be on top of everyone elseI’d definitely stay here again

Preface: I don’t often write good reviews For a more entertaining review you may look at others which I have writtenThis is a place where the trash cans are never full

The room was clean when I got there and the AC was cold When the AC quit working the maintenance man was knocking on my door within 10 minutes to swap it out… an ordeal which was over in 5 minutes The Concierge, Andrew, works until midnight and claims to be the maintenance supervisor, but he will tell you where to go and what to eat if you ask him It’s hard to find someone so committed to a hotel that they have worked there 20 years but Andrew has and it shows I once saw him swap out a refrigerator after 11pm after a guest complaint I heard rumors that the pool is excellent, the hot tub is world class and the free breakfast is one of the best but I never tried any of that What I found amazing is Ginger Ale in both vending machines and a vending machine with ICE CREAM The diner next door, Lenny’s, also deserves a visit The best part of the room is the patio, but the towels are also fluffy

I travelled solo and I loved the service at this hotel! It was clean, and you have everything you need in this hotel where it includes breakfast! I really liked, and there was fresh water infused with fruits that was made everyday! It is close to everything! I felt safe staying here I definitely will return! I do recommend this hotel

Recently I started traveling again for business and I have had some wonderful experiences at Marriott hotels I almost stopped using Marriott as my go to chain for travel after my wedding reception in December 2021 I was widowed over 10 years ago and after becoming engaged in 2019 decided to hold our wedding at this hotel based on very positive reviews

We waited almost 2 years to get married because of the pandemic In fairness to the hotel the ceremony went well It wasn’t until the next day that we started hearing from guest and family about various issues People told us they were shocked and surprised at the lack of variety the bar had to offer which was baffling to us considering we contracted for a premium bar package I should have realized something was terribly wrong when my husband had to supply the bar with cranberry juice I don’t know if this was just poor planning but it wasn’t right Maybe this hotel didn’t consider this event important but it meant everything to us And yes I did contact the hotel on the next business day and I was made to feel like it was my fault since I didn’t report all of the issues the day of the wedding Again, we didn’t begin to hear about most of these issues until the next day I have no desire to speak with anyone ever again from the hotel and nothing the management team can say will ever justify what happened that night

Candace Turner

Surprisingly pleased The building is totally renovated so it’s clean Bathrooms are excellent

Beds and blankets are nice Wasn’t expecting it to be so nice for the price We got it for 134 on a Saturday Last minute I usually stay at the hotel Alba tapestry but it was sold out Definitely a strong runner upThe only down side was the dates pool area But the gym and food area was nice

Stop apologizing to me and my family! Nobody has tried and compensate me for my troubles or time If you want to know the real story and really care about your customers then ask your manger Asia’s what really happened Then get back to me and try telling me you are sorry

This wasn’t one hold this was two holds on my account One of $330 the first and the 2nd was $287 This isn’t my first time staying at a hotel a hold for incidentals is usually $50 dollars he most I had TWO separate holds of $330 and $287 so tell me how that’s right? Stop making it sound like I don’t know what I’m talking bout Because you are very wrong and don’t know the entire story I had to put my kids to bed hungry that night! Your apology means nothing when my kids are crying hungry and want food Your apology doesn’t put gas in my truck to get home Two separate charges ma’am two! Now if you would like to contact me to hear what happened before you assume it was a normal hold, Asia and Karen both have my email and phone number

For the price the hotel was great The customer service was good Whenever we requested something from the front desk, the staff would call your room to confirm you received what you needed

I loved having a laundry room that you could use a debit/credit card for and not have to worry about getting cash The view is amazing, we had the bay side view The room is spacious and it was convenient to have a full size kitchen and bedroom that is separate and private from the living room area We love the ability to go for a swim at 7am while having a drink at the pool The grills were a plus as wellI gave 4 stars for several reasons but mainly due to the room not being cleaned very well I did address this with the front staff and they sent someone to clean the area we were the most unhappy with The pool towels are limited so I would recommend bringing your own The room could definitely use some updating and we were a little disappointed because the pictures shown on their website looked betterRecommendations for the hotel is to put larger trash cans in the kitchen, add brooms/ mops in the rooms (Especially because we stayed 8 nights), make sure enough toiletries are provided based on the length of stay, purchase more linens, and update the rooms (The tub had peeling paint, furniture outdated and beat up, and cracked flooring)Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return

Overall loved everything about this place!! Atmosphere is great Much quieter than expected Being on the 3rd floor we heard no one above or below us

The pull out couch was very comfortable, happily surprised Our only real complaint, and it’s gross Actual dirty dishes were in the cupboard Easy fix we just washed anything and everything before we used it

Went for a weekend getaway for sun, a pool and water view This place did all that The grounds are beautiful and well kept

The poolside restaurant had super hardworking and friendly staff; food and drinks were great Pool area was small and could use more chairs as they are filled up really early The hotel itself is outdated but clean overall and had everything we needed We did request toilet paper and towels twice and never received them, but when our TV broke a maintenance worker showed up very quickly Unfortunately the free shuttle bus is very unreliable; upon arrival after waiting an hour and half at the airport we took a cab And upon departure we reserved it for 10am and it was about 40 minutes late, which caused a panic as we had a flight to make Over this is a great place for quick stay for some sun and fun!

The hotel needs updating It probably was very nice at one time The bathrooms are great, the meeting rooms were great (I was there for a conference) and the food was excellent

We did not buy the breakfast there because it was very overpriced The beach is a bit dirty but still enjoyed sitting by it I don’t mean dirty like trash, I mean dirty like it looks like lake water The temperature inside our room was hot The unit showed 65 but it was prob closer to 80 We sweat at night the last night I read other reviews where they had the same issue They don’t have a fridge or microwave but you can get a fridge if they have a spare one and you ask I found that weird It is 2022, hot outside, and the price suggest at least this amenity Would I stay again, absolutely if work is paying I would personally prob get a different hotel if I were choosing But it was still a good stay and I’m not opposed to returningPlease put some money into updates and this place will be worth the visit

Joel Gorrín Monzón (Joe Google Reviews)

My first impression of the hotel was not shocking It is not a luxury hotel but the reception was excellent, the entry process was fast and very good cleanliness in the main Lobby area The elevators are in very good condition and when you arrive at the room very good impression, very spacious, good view of the bay, good temperature and good smell, the best thing about the room is the bathroom, super spacious and comfortable

The only downside is that it doesn’t have a refrigerator but nothing so necessary for usMy Joe Google Rate is: 95%

When I booked, I was told I could check in early for $50 on the phone I had a surgery that morning When I arrived they charged me for and entire extra day for checking in early

When I did check in I was not given a parking pass and the parking person outside wasn’t there Finally he showed up and told us to just go in the garage THEN, I went to the room and it was the wrong room We had to walk all the way back to front desk and sit and wait for him to finally find the room that I booked THEN, before surgery I am required to take a shower, the shower is broken there is only one temperature, hell fire I tried every angle to take a shower and it wouldn’t even shoot out cold water, only hot Called the front desk they said there was nothing they could do So I had to basically burn my skin to shower before my surgery I was supposed to be sleeping before At this time I hadn’t had any sleep yet Also the pillows were rock hard They advertised room service for food and none of that was included I paid $700 for a day and a half and I would never go there again Also the carpets were filthy in the room and in the halls
