Sorry to not stay another night but family is expecting us in Tennessee Hotel built in about 2018 and still feels new Very fresh and clean

Very handicapped accessible Great friendly, helpful staff Features an indoor restaurant Breakfast was very good Excellent service Our fifth floor room had a nice, private deck that had an open view of the Ohio River A gentle refreshing breeze wafted over us as we enjoyed the night river traffic The pool and spacious outdoor lounging courtyard are very nice No hot tub, would be nice to at least have a sauna

Vicki Johnson

It could have been so much better Our mattress had a hole in it that was on my side or the bed that was like a crater We asked about it and they were having issues and we’re currently replacing the mattresses

My thing is this If you can build and furnish an ENTIRE hotel with furniture, why can’t you replace ALL of the DEFECTIVE mattresses at one time?! My back is still hurting and it’s been over two weeks since we were there If we come back to Paducah, we will NOT stay there and we always stay at Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn ExpressWe understand you don’t know how your guests are going to act, but you should check up on your floors at certain times of the night Kids were running around Heck, adults were yelling up and down the hall after 11 pm!!This was supposed to be a smoke free facility and folks were smoking Not goodThe only reason you got 2 stars is because of the location

Rachel

I picked a riverfront view, which was well worth it Not much river traffic but the room had a sofa and ottoman set up by the window It was very relaxing after a long day of driving and working

Hotel had a restaurant in the lobby and an outdoor seating area The only drawback was parking at the front of the hotel is limited Room was spacious and comfortable

We arrived late The property felt safe and the desk attendant was polite A quick check in and we were on our way to a peaceful sleep

Breakfast was hot and tasty with pancakes and a sweet staff member serving up some southern hospitality along with breakfastAll spaces we’re clean The room, the lobby, the breakfast areaspotless Would recommend

Taylor Callahan

The rooms were clean and comfortable, for the most part the hotel was really quiet (we had a room that was above the pool so when someone was in there it was a bit loud, but that’s okay with us since we have kids that can be loud too) Breakfast was warm and fresh and the attendant was very nice Water pressure and temperature was the best part – such a refreshing shower

Oh and bed time cookies are a nice touch 🤭We will definitely be back on our trips to and from family events

Kenneth Bates

This is a convenient location off of interstate 24 Upon entering the check in with quick and easy and the Service was friendly The hotel was clean and it sure looked nice everywhere you would look

Room was not particularly clean, kitchen counters hadn’t been wiped off and pullout bed had stains and partially broke Certainly have seen worse thoughThe continental breakfast was awful

Right in the middle of serving time, there were no plates, 2 cups and barely any utensils This was despite the fact it was not busy, only one other person Most of the food was gone Front desk was no help, no management on sight When I emailed the manager, Drew Dixon, he never responded Just warning that if you do have an issue, management does not appear yo care at this hotelThe lobby was clean and it’s a good location For the price, I wouldn’t stay again

Sara Hesley

This is the dirtiest Marriott I’ve ever seen The first 2 bedroom suite we were assigned wasn’t even cleaned after the previous guests checked out We were assigned a second room, which was only slightly better

Between my family’s suite and three others occupied by other members of our party, the hotel was in consistently very poor condition – doors and surfaces covered in grime, holes in upholstery, extremely dirty and stained carpet, dirty curtains, stained bathtubs, mildew -covered shower heads, clogged sink, dirty dishes in the kitchens, etc The dimly lit hallways smelled like pet urine Very disappointing experience My feedback was well received by the front desk and promptly blown off bc the hotel is expecting a renovation in the future The future reno is no excuse for filth and doesn’t lessen the impact of a really disgusting experience Charged full price

Great room arrangement however wished that the sink area was connected to the shower and toilet area so that when you took a shower you didn’t have to walk across the room to wash your hands or get a towel for your shower I would absolutely stay here for probably the first time I was acknowledged as a Choice Rewards member Breakfast was very good and well organized as well as having highchairs for families traveling with small children was very impressive

Was extremely disappointed by the pool area completely shut down and closed was really looking forward to swimming in a pool to relax at the end of the day after traveling long day

Walt S

In my experience Comfort Inn is a very consistent brand It’s great to be able to count on consistency when you’re traveling and everything else like traffic can be pretty inconsistent We got in very late due to 3 hours of traffic delays on our route and we’re promptly in a very comfortable room with absolutely no issues

This hasn’t been the case in other non-Comfort hotels that we’ve stayed on this trip Biscuits and gravy at breakfast were great and hot coffee ready for the road Room was quiet and comfortable Right off the highway location was very convenient too

faith paul

I would definitely recommend this hotel The rooms were in excellent condition, clean and a staff member, Becca, left a nice welcome note The room had a bit of a funky smell, but probably from the previous guests

The bathroom was a bit small, but that’s because they made room for a little living room The breakfast was hot and yummy, and the staff was kind and helpful

Made reservation at Hilton 800 number At check-in nothing was reserved as ordered and promised We are members of Hilton honors but nothing was attempted to correct the errors

Very old Hampton No attention to detail in cleanliness or repairs Our room was arranged strangely and not functional Could not view tv from couch or bed due the arrangement of furniture and small size of tv Breakfast buffet was poor Waffles only thing fresh but who can screw those up Hot dogs called sausage? “Fresh” fruit has been there approx 3 weeks This is no exaggeration There were poor reviews, I did see before we made reservations, there were no positive reviews But I thought only unhappy people post reviews and we have always had good experiences at Hamptons Have been Hilton honors member for many years We were told at check out we could not have a reciept because we made reservations through 3rd party They were made by Hilton directly and was told Hilton Honors discount would be applied when arrived Another lie Told checkout person we would no longer use Hiltons again; her response was, “ that’s good” What? There were no arguments use of foul language: only communicated what we were told would happen and did not happen , with no apologies The negative reviews you read are true We are Marriott members now

There were a couple minor things not worth mentioning so I gave this hotel 5 stars The staff members were friendly I was told this property was renovated and very nicely if I may add

There is a pond with a fountain in it, benches and a spacious outside area if you are traveling with kids It was the only hotel in town that I was able to use my discount at and being an housekeeping manager from a totally different state, I must say I enjoyed my stay!

Stan B

At the check in the staff was awesome in both greeting and giving local information Felt very much welcomed and not rushed The lobby is very nice and the bar and bartender was good conversation and informative on local restaurants

The room was clean and comfortable and all the community areas of the hotel were well maintained There are still several power companies here helping the area recover from the tornadoes in December of 21 Overall great place to stay that is in a convenient location

I was always skeptical of the Drury chain, just because of the name, but after reading enough reviews, I decided it was time to see for myself Long story short, this was THE BEST stay I’ve had at this price point The rooms and common areas are SUPER clean and the rooms are spacious, which is especially nice for families with kids

Breakfast and dinner are complimentary I ate out for dinner, but breakfast was amazing (lots of options, all good) There’s a soda fountain available during both mealtimes and they also do popcorn in the evenings The indoor pool and hot tub are nice amenities, the gym is adequate, and the lobby is very nice The staff are a cut above – very friendly and helpful It’s almost weirdit feels like they ENJOY working there! I’m in Paducah from time to time and the question of where to stay is no longer a question at allA few minor opportunities for improvement that did not detract at all from the overall experience are updating the TVs to include streaming options and updating the meeting/conference room (which I didn’t use) Streaming on the room TVs is becoming more of an industry standard and it would make the Drury just that much nicer The conference room might get more use with nicer chairs, nicer tables, and a bigger TV (or projector) for presentations

Diane Highland

After several stellar visits at Drury Hotels, we were surprised to find a mediocre facility The room was clean and spacious, but obviously had not been updated in a decade or more Bed linens were clean but felt thin and threadbare

There was a decidedly sour laundry smell in the restroom area, although I checked and all the towels appeared fresh and clean The thermostat didn’t cool the room to a comfortable sleeping temperature until an hour before checkout time The staff were friendly and helpful, but the 5:00 Kickback and breakfast offerings were disappointing They seem to be cutting back significantly on quality and quantity of the food service, which has historically been a huge perk Not my worst hotel stay, but I have had far more impressive visits at other Drury hotels Hoping this facility is on the short list for renovations, as the location is excellent and proximate to many of our reasons for visiting Paducah Step it up, Drury!

luanne glynn

Great fast efficient service Didn’t get to try their breakfast as I had to leave before it began but did try the evening buffet one day It was excellent

Room was very roomy & clean Highly recommend! Back again – should get to try breakfast tomorrow – been traveling 2 months now for work & this is the absolute best hotel I have stayed in!

This is the most fabulous B&B I’ve been to and I’ve been to quite a few for work and personal It’s beautifully upgraded The rooms are big – the double queen room is huge with a sitting area

The breakfast is delicious and there are still great restaurants and bars in the area The first floor gives an open but cozy feeling When you walk in, you feel like you’re coming home I can’t say enough about this fabulous place Book it you will not be disappointed!

J Med

This place was very impressive! It is in a great location & immaculately clean The bed was super comfortable and while it seemes minor, the high quality sheets and towels did not go unnoticed The on site breakfast was also fabulous

We enjoy the lower town area, with the river walk, shops, music and especially the Market House TheatreWe plan to stay here again soon

James Clark

Beautiful house and very clean Had a great night sleep The tub was awesome and the room was comfortable

A couple of things that make this a four star instead of five First, We thought their would be breakfast, but when called to check they said we did not order breakfast on the website The only thing on the website when purchasing our two nights was was a voucher for a restaurant for an extra $30 Dollars In case you did not want the house breakfast We assumed a B&B would have breakfast especially one with great reviews on it Second, little things, like not having enough coffee in the room and no one around the whole time we were there Parking on the street, and walking distance was 505 coffee shop In walking distance was a hike to read some of the restaurants and shops Now, they were quick to respond to text and phone call Over all good night sleep and comfortable, clean room Worth the price just wish I had breakfast

Tommy, Alle and Erika were the best ever They went out of their way to be friendly and always had a smile on their face Rooms were clean and quiet

I stayed only one night due to having surgery at Baptist health but I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and affordable place to stay The pool and spa were in good shape and very clean The bed was a little harder to sleep on than we prefer but other than that I have already made arrangements to stay next week due another procedure at the hospitalWhen making reservations they went out of their way to get me on the bottom floor which was very important to my situation Anytime I stay in the area this will be my go to place I used to stay at the Drury suites and inn for business but after my stay at this hotel I am pleased to say you can’t go wrong with either

George Collins

I can’t remember if I stayed here or at the one across the street, either way my stay was awesome At that time, they were serving diner with drink tickets for beer and wine and the food was great The rooms were very clean, nice, well stocked with the usual items such as soap, shampoo, etc

Great staff and One of the better hotels that I’ve stayed at Be sure to visit the quilt museum

Fabulous location! Everything nearby Hotel gave us a hearing disability room that was very small and not adequate for regular handicap with walking on standing issues Breakfast was pathetic at 7:45 am on Sunday and kitchen help kept complaining how busy she was and reason why they were out of just about everything

She substituted egg and cheese omelet for scrambled eggs that were good Pool and spa was closed for renovation but not noted on hotel site Hope they get their act together because we would love to visit the area again

Yakky Doodle

The hotel is right off the interstate; staff are friendly and service oriented

Adam at the front desk is super charmingmakes you feel welcomed and the lady who attends to the breakfast buffet is fantastic The rooms are designed to keep noise downtoilet faces hallway so you dont hear that from adjacent roomsthere is a closet between the bathroom and bed area to help drown out the hallway noise I love the glass door showerinstead of a typical shower curtain to fight with The colors of the room are nice and calming Only one complaintthere is some kinda moisture issue in the room The bed sheets and pillows felt damp The clothes i took out of my suitcase felt damp the next morning One suggestionit would be great if there was a plug on top of the desk so you dont have to crawl under the table to plug things in

Eric Stake

Well maintained, attentive and caring staff, and hor breakfast make this our first choice whenever we are back in the Paducah areaAdam is a great desk manager, always takes care of us!

All I can say is WOW !! What an incredible experience! My wife and I were traveling from Fl to Neb and this is the perfect stoping place In fact on the way back to Fl we stopped here again The rooms were very nice, well kept and had been upgraded to a premium level

We had a jetted tub that was perfect for a very tired couple Especially after a long day of travel it helped us relax almost immediately We had spent 14 hours on the road Thank You so much for a absolutely amazing stay … twice

Shannon Wontsay

Lovely home(s) beautifully decorated with congenial staff and comfortable beds Very clean as well My only complaint is that, like many older bed and breakfasts, there are no individual HVAC controls in the bedroom

Also, there is the main house and the guest house next door We stayed in the guest house which seemed to host a younger, louder crowd In fact, someone started their laundry at 11:30 at night right outside of our room door Needs to be some house rules or price it accordingly to suit a different crowd of travelers

Dolores Mogensen

A clean room bed was fine Middle of the road Not a B&B when you have to pay extra for the breakfast

We were in the guess house our bath was across the hall Not even Coffee offered you could make your own if you wished Decaf Microwave was dirty I wouldn’t of used it one last thing TP is so thin you read through itWe did meet 3 other couples, all nice all remarked about Coffee Only 8 chairs in to have a conversation

The hotel has been updated in the last few years, standard tub showers with a little older decor It’s in great shape, clean and the beds are comfy Newer larger fridge and TV

Close to a bunch of restaurants Butthe people who work here make the difference They are sooo nice and helpful and always smiling I have stayed here three times and will do so again and again Awesome

Rooms and customer service was exceptional!! Right in the heart of business district with a multitude of dining options, shopping and entertainment with 5 mile radius Even though the location is right next to I-24, you couldn’t hear any traffic noise in your room! The complementary breakfast was tasty, dining atmosphere was relaxing, and selection/choices were plenty Best of all, the facility was immaculately clean and peaceful

This Holiday Inn sets the standard for the industry, with this location!!! Try it and see if you agree!

Howard Wisdom

Rooms were very nice ! Got a great nights sleep The free breakfast was very good! The lady in charge of that area was an absolute delight! Had a lot fun teasing her and teased right back! Such a bright beginning to the day! Front desk was very congenial! Sorry I missed the late evening cookies – sounds like they were quite a treat! Their close proxity to several eating establishments definitely made this a very desireable location to stay!
