My wife and I stayed 2 nights at this hotel They use dove soap and shampoo and conditioner in the rooms, and the rooms are spotlessly clean Justice and LaShonda take care of the breakfast which includes many, many, items on the buffet (sausage & bacon, too 🥰 )They are also very polite and helpful! I highly recommend this hotel which also has a nice swimming pool by the way

Highly recommended Inn!

The location is close to Space Center area but it is not close to downtown We spent a whole day in Space Center so it was convenient The rooms were spacey but dark

It was so obvious that the building is old and needs renovation The doors had moist, the lights were rusty, the drawers had some stain in them I even saw a roach in the bathroom! Also, our room was close to the ice machine and I couldn’t sleep well because of the constant loud sound The pool was extremely small and dirty The breakfast was good, they have Texas shaped waffles! Overall, it is nice but not great

Scott coker

When we arrived, room was cold and looked good But then in morning shower grabbed the bath matt hanging up in the bathroom shower and had mold all underneath Got sick smell was so bad

Ok so I laid down and spent 20 minutes trying to get TV to work Desk even came down Finally got it working only to have same issue next morning It’s like they turn if off so they can save moneyNot my type of place I will give breakfast 4 stars They had eggs and meat not just cold cereal Service is this hotels main issue Clean bathroom and working TV can all be fixed If service gets better this could be a better place They were friendly

We are here for two weeks First week, the staff have been outstanding Very friendly and helpful

The staff are 5 stars! The room: We have a king suitePros: A nice desk in the sitting room with an office chair A couch (Might be a roll-out bed, I’m not sure), a chair, coffee table, and side table A nice entertainment center with a flat screen TV There is no TV guide, so it is a pain to find channels you are seekingThe bathroom is fine, toilet, sink, and shower The place they store the towels, at the upper back of the shower, is very inconvenient They need more shelving around or under the sinkThe refrigerator in our room works, but it is a smaller fridge, it’s missing the rack on the inside of the door, so that is wasted space It leans forward and so when you open it, things fall out on the floor The coffee maker and microwave work very well None of the ice machines appear to be working in the hotel, this has been a complaint with so many customersThe bedroom is nice The bed is comfy and on a king size bed, they give us two king size and two standard pillows Grateful for that The sheets actually fit the bed, which is an issue at many Hiltons for some reason So that is two thumbs up Another TV in the bedroom A nice size closet and safe Two nightstands Plenty of drawer space for clothing, too The windows do not open for fresh air, not even an inch I wish I could air out our bedroom dailyThey have an excellent gym and laundry room The pool always looks very cleanThe breakfast staff are lovely They have a good selection If they don’t have decaf coffee made, they always are willing to make it happen They have turkey sausage if you don’t eat pork They make eggs, omelets, pancakes, and so forth They have the usual pastries, breads, oatmeal, juices, milk, fruit, cereal, coffee, and so forthIt is very close to being a 5 star rating I’d stay here again, but I’d request a bigger fridge when we are here for two weeks and one that stands upright and doesn’t lean so I don’t have to sit on the floor to fit things back inside the fridge

Checked into 312 on 02252022

The room smelled horrible, like the combination of cigarette smoke and moth balls My husband went to the front desk to discuss and we were assigned another room While I was waiting for husband to return, I saw that the toilet was leaking We move to 328 I moved a chair to plug in my phone charger and found trash (cup and some sort of ball) beneath the chair 11 PM on the night of 02262022, the toilet in room 328 overflowed and flooded the bathroom It took some time for staff to arrive but the security officer (plunged toilet) and housekeeper were both very nice The furniture, fixtures and finishes are very worn Being able to observe a turkey vulture nesting with two eggs right next to the building and the pool was different and could be interesting for some The stay felt like the staff have great intentions but the place is worn and filled with problems The experience was not at all close to previous stays at this hotel brand

Justin Keeney

Worst hotel stay ever!!! Went swimming in the pool for 30 minutes and my bathing suit was completely bleached when i got and my weeding ring was turned a brown rust color It’s James Avery sterling silver My body and eyes were burning and itching all night and the next day even though I rinsed off 3 times

The worst part the hotel’s general manager Regy Varghese had no solution and could care less about what had happened He stated all he could do was contact the pool company Horrible experience

My husband is a truck driver and sometimes my children and I join him on his trips We stop and stay at hotels when we are with the kids for comfort purposes Let me tell you we have stopped hat so many hotels in the past and this by far was the best! It was so clean and cozy

The pool was amazing and clean very well kept and BEAUTIFUL! It’s like staying at a little resort The only thing missing was a hot tub But there is ratio really good amenities like fully stocked vending machines and outdoor space to eat by the pool They even have a breakfast bar in the lobby where you can fuel up on FREE snacks from there mini fridge and coffee and teas It’s super welcoming and the staff is extremely friendly! Trust me when I say this is a good one especially because I am a very OCD clean picky person So when I say this hotel was spot on everything we wanted and needed it was! Also they had a walmart right next to it so we were able to park the big truck and get stocked up and items we needed Thanks for a wonderful stay We WILL be back! Two thumbs up and 1 million gold stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍👍

Spent my rent money to go see my mom on her death bead, traveled from Waco to Pearland and my stay here was great until I got home thinking it will be alright, to find out without warning that Best Western charged my debit card 200 dollars extra I’ll make it work but man, took quit a hit on this one It will be last resort before I stay at a Best Western again, they shouldn’t ding the people without money or anyone else for that matter

This was a very bad move for Best Western in my opinion

Lori Ann Spachek

It really was overall, just okay The overnight staff was FABULOUS! They helped us like family when we checked in late last night! The day staff however, made us feel like we were interrupting their day by actually being guests in the hotel At breakfast the warm cinnamon rolls must have been great as they we’re all gone by seven! I didn’t get one from the first batch and when I asked if there would be more I was told “no” but that I could have a cold one if I wanted it

It’s now five pm and our room hasn’t been cleaned yet and there were no clean towels out at the not-even-close-to-clean pool When we asked to reserve a seat on the shuttle for our flight in the morning, we were told “sorry but our shuttle doesn’t start running until 7 am” Really!? You’re the closest Holiday Inn to Hobby Airport and the earliest flights someone could make after staying here would be 9:00 am?? We specifically chose this hotel because it was close to the airport And good thing we did, as we may have to walk there to catch our flight in the morning!!

Renee Johnson

We were pleased that they were able to accommodate me with a better room because the first room looked like a recovery room for addicts We were also disappointed that no one informed me that the pool was closed for whatever reason before I checked in I selected that hotel because it had an outdoor pool and we wanted to swim while we were on vacation for 5 days

Oh and then the shuttle only runs on weekdays so I was forced to take a $13 uber to a hotel that was less than 5miles away from the airport that I flew into Theresa was nice and she made sure we were straight, however the hotel shuttle and pool situation brought those stars down baby!

Tori Jones

The room was good The pool was nice Most of the staff was friendly

We asked for towels one night and they said we couldn’t take them with us, they had to be delivered We never got them We had to ask again the following day and they were finally brought up The towels were all dingy and stained up A guest’s truck got stolen from the lot We were informed by police that break ins and stolen vehicles is a common occurrence here The location is not the greatest! The freeway is loud all hours of the day and night The breakfast wasn’t good Even the coffee was bitter The best part is it is only minutes from the airport I can’t say we would stay here again

We had a good one night stay after a wedding we attended nearby The staff was friendly and accommodating at check in The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows

The room was very clean and well stocked with towels The breakfast had a wide range of options, including hot breakfast, fruits, juice, and cereal Quick and easy check out

TINA KEKELIK

We checked in late and went right to sleep We ran around the next day from morning til night and went right to sleep when we got back The next morning we had some fruit and yogurt for breakfast and went to our room, the refrigerator was not very cold so we went to get ice (but didn’t) because we spotted a huge dead bug around the machine

On our way back to the room we saw a second bug (smaller, but ALIVE) run under the door of another room We packed up and checked out! After explaining why we were leaving 4 days early and showing the pictures all they did was offer a free night if we’d stay (with the bugs, no thank you) We declined so he discounted one night by $30 The beds were very comfortable but we won’t be back

Ok, I used to stay here a lot for work but the elevator stopped working and the parking lot lights were constantly flashing I gave it a couple months and figured it would be sorted but the lights are still going and the elevator, while working, is so slow and feels sketchy Rooms are great and the staff are great so if you can overlook the rest

Really nice hotel! Stayed here for one night prior to our cruise from Galveston The hotel itself is very modernized with comfy beds/pillows, great shower pressure and very friendly staff We were even offered chocolate chip cookies upon arrival

Plus they offer a free shuttle service from the airport The breakfast was pretty good too The only downside is the area isn’t great However, if you are looking for a nice hotel that’s close to the airport, I would recommend staying here!

Tiffany Winton

Excellent experience, stay, and shuttle service! We arrived fairly late in the evening the night before our cruise I called the hotel, and they quickly came to pick up my husband and I Beds were vet comfortable, room exceptionally clean and updated, and showers that run hot for quite a while

Keurig in the room, and a nice breakfast as well They even provided shuttle service to the location we were to catch the shuttle at the airport Overall pleasant experience and staff I will definitely return

sara langton

I am marking one star just because I cannot give zero star to the hotelFirst, even though I reserved a nonsmoking room and the clerk told me not to smoke in the room, the very first thing I found in the hotel room was smoking smell Many people smoked in the room and the hotel has not treated very well, I am sure

And they do not offer breakfast, don’t be fooled from other informations When I ask about breakfast, she the clerk told me that they do not offer breakfast buy only coffeesNo amenities including a hair dryer may be understood, no blameOne good thing, I did not see any insect maybe because of smoking smell

Disclaimer- my son reserved the room and checked me in due to time constraints I had a double king size room with a full kitchen The room and bathroom appeared clean

Here are the things I didn’t like- the bathroom had individual bottles of soap, etc I was hoping it had the shower units that had shampoo, etc like other hotels I’ve stayed at The kitchen had nothing in it, it was completely bare The refrigerator was an apartment size but adequate The kitchen had a four chair square table Housekeeping staff were friendly but did not empty trash cans when the towels were refreshed On to the breakfast- it was okay It had scrambled eggs, sausage links or paper thin bacon, potato cubes that had an odd taste, a waffle machine, cereal, biscuits and gravy, bagels, different juices, and coffee I had breakfast at the hotel once during my stay Side note- there is a Starbucks next door (didn’t go there) There were many times I passed the front desk and there was no one there The ground floor area by the elevator had a funny smell, I couldn’t place what it was There was one elevator and the Housekeeping staff used it to move around the building which is no biggie except when I was waiting for the elevator and a housekeeper came out of the elevator not looking to see if anyone was waiting in her path We almost collided Overall my stay wasn’t bad

Susan Taylor

Very clean, BJ is very nice, front desk service is great! Best breakfast ever, lots of choices, real food! They have biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles you make yourself, cereal, yogurt, bagels the list is endless amazing! The pool and hot tub are clean and work well! The only if you thing was the room with the jetted tub, the jets could have worked a little better! Not enough pressure I guess

Gemini Love

11/13/2021: At first I loved the room! Until I woke up the next morning to find a dead roach on the floor next to the bed my 7 year old son was sleeping on The hot tub was great but the pool was waaaaay to cold!!!! I thought I was going to catch hypothermia!!!!! I didn’t get up early enough for breakfast but who could eat after seeing a dead roach in your room anyways!!!! The hotel prices are to high to be charging people to stay with roaches!!!!! I would have stayed here again if they didn’t have roaches!!!! Hotel staff did confirm with me that they knew they had them when I checked out They informed me the hotel gets sprayed once a month and that I didn’t have to stay there that next time I could stay in a different hotel if I wasn’t satisfied

Pretty rude to say to a paying customer!!!! I booked this hotel on the Priceline app From now on I will be staying at BEACHFRONT PALMS HOTEL in Galveston when I visit Houston!

So last night I mentioned wanting a ginger ale to drink as Jose Sanchez the Assistant General Manager was standing at the counter This morning he not only gave me said ‘Ginger Ale’ but remembered my name! Customer Service at it’s best! It’s just the small big acts of kindness!!! Kiddos to Roger waiter in the dining room very attentive! This Hilton property is definitely on the favorite list I had not been since the pandemic glad they are still on task!!!🥳

Trio

Room was very clean Front desk was great customer service They had a bar and restaurant in the lobby that a lot of people seemed to enjoy

Only wish they would have a breakfast included They have one but not included in the nights stay If I’m going to pay for a typical hotel breakfast, I’d rather go down the road to a mom and pop breakfast place and pay the same for better quality food as the food they offered for extra fee was the same quality others put out for included

Tamika Hunt

Great hotel! A fitting representative of the Hilton name and brand! We love Hilton and have been to many properties This location was impressive It was clean, the staff courteous and very accommodating

The food at the bar was delicious and the shuttle staff friendly, helpful, courteous and professional Great job! We will be back for sure!

My experience was fabulous and I am forever grateful for the staff at this hotel!I was in such a pickle with no vehicle and not sure if the area was safe to walk ,but nearest store was 3 miles I had forgotten my iphone charger and phone was about to die I went downstairs and the GM Charles was by the front desk and I asked for help

He was so generous and let me use his personal charger! Without my phone I would not have been able to line up my ride for my business meetingAlso, the front desk representative the night I arrived was superb I got in late and as soon as I walked in my room I noticed the maids had not finished and there were no sheets on the bed I called down and said if I could get sheets I would make the bed but he would not allow that He immediately placed me in another room and gave me a complimentary breakfastI have no complaints It again was a great experience and I will definitely be back when I come to this area

Jackson Jones

I stayed here with a friend over the weekend and when I say I had a blast TRAVIS at the front desk took good care of us every step of the way! He provided great service and the guy is funny He kept us very much entertained and works his tail off making sure every guest was taken care over the weekend

I saw him working in the restaurant and the front desk going back and forward helping everyone! Great service I will be returning! Everything was great!

Won’t be back to this place I’m really tired of “partial updates” for hotels instead of full renovations I feel like Marriott is becoming the new Ramada (and that’s not good)

These partial updates are like putting lipstick on a pig Had a 2 night stay and switched to 3 different rooms Comfortable bed Service was very friendly but the rooms are lacking-especially for the price Pearland is in desperate need of new quality hotels

Gaylord Miller

Celeste! Nice hotel, what you would expect for a Springhill Suites The coffee bar needs some extended options (flavored creamers?) Breakfast was serviceable

The staff, most especially Celeste, made all the difference Welcoming, attentive and definitely going the extra distance to make sure guests were well cared for I noticed the entire staff treated all the guests this way

Shower controls would stay on hot or cold no matter what I did Called front office The young lady said she would send a tech in 5 mins, 20 mins later I went to front desk and young lady forgot about my issue cause she was busy making waffles for herself, she said there was nothing she can do but give me points on a membership thing that the hotel offers

U fortunately this is my first time here, I couldn’t take a shower and I spent 150$ on a room that can’t even shower in, I’m very upset how this was handled, I didn’t want a refund, maybe just a discount on my next time around here, horrible way to treat a new client I was referred by my company to stay here, I will be making a note of this experience to my company, maybe we should take our business elsewhere with better customer service

Visited Houston during rodeo and I needed a place to lay my head for one night We checked in at 11pm The moment I walked in the door I noticed the hotel shuttle with missing hub caps and it was dirty

The parking lot was not well lit and I saw a security guard outsideIt felt creepy Not to mention there were Budget Rent A Trucks locked inside the gate on the side of the property The entire atmosphere looked sketchy As I walk inside the lobby I noticed the floor mat and automatic doors looked old and unkempt Regardless of the pictures you see you have to pay attention to detail There was an odor in the lobby but surprisingly the lobby appeared cleaned I went to my room and I immediately noticed the old stained carpet everywhere Not to mention you can hear all of the road noise I don’t think I will test tonight It just doesn’t feel safe not to mention the AC is loud Pray for me!!! If you want R&R don’t stay in the hood!!

The price and photos on all the websites/apps make this place appealing, but run far away REALLY TURN AROUND –My husband stayed one night and his truck was stolen by 1130pm No surveillance cameras so nothing caught on tape which is not typical for most hotels

The staff was less than helpful and would not even lend a phone charging cord to my husband I called to talk to my husband, which was not allowed back into his room after checking out (around 0800) and no guest phones in the lobby The only thing the front desk person was concerned about was using the main line phone and she would say is “I can’t tie up my line/phone” what a shameful human being I would give this location ZERO stars if I could Thank goodness he made his way out there

Worst customer service first of all Very rude & unsupportive front staffs The bathroom toilet doesn’t work , it took so long for them to finally repair them

They have very old systems for check in , no mobile check in , no chat done through bonvoy apps applies ! No breakfast, very costly bar in the buildingRooms are tiny too Won’t be repeating this location again Even the bar closes at 10 pm , the lady at the bar is not willing to service when u r there at 9:45 pm! She was literally counting cash , when we came to the bar , she said no cash will charge to room or credit cards She also said that’s not available etc etc very rude & unwelcoming unfortunately After traveling all the way from Canada to Texas , when u get this , what to say more!! Please train ur staffs or change them ! This stays was a terror ! I was also an Marriott platinum elite member tooThe photos shown in the Google are outdated!

I stayed here for my cousin’s birthday party We were looking for our hotel and it stank all in the halls like weed Than our card took forever to work so it took awhile to get in the hotel

The beds were smaller than we expected Our fridge didn’t even work We didn’t get no blow dryer We woke up at 6 to get breakfast and they gave up brown bags and gave us sugary snacks for breakfast And they had nothing in the breakfast place

Great, friendly hotel – especially if you have pets I love that the housekeeping is opt-in instead of opt-out Made me feel so much more comfortable staying here with my cats

Bed was super comfy Staff was helpful & friendly Digital check-in option was great The only thing that could have been better was available restaurants in the area for food delivery I came in after 10pm on a Sunday and there were no good options to deliver in a reasonable timeframe

Emil Mathews

An excellent place to stay! Extremely clean and a well equipped room especially for families (microwave, dishwasher and fridge) Comfortable beds; spacious; clean bathrooms and a clean environment Let’s not forget about the amazing breakfast selection

Definitely a spot to come back to and relax Hats off to the friendly staff and the cleaning crew for keeping the place a wonderful place to come back to
