I had my wedding block there this year and I was mortified by one of their staff My family who drove over two hours away were denied getting back into their room bc their card wasn’t working and staff wouldn’t make them a new key card It was 1am and she was yelling and physically hit his hand away when he was trying to show his ID and reservation number

They ended up leaving having to leave that night I still can’t believe it, and never got a refund They also were incredibly rude and not easy to work with I would not use them for a wedding block

Sandra Stahl

Worked here for 2 monthsAfter having an emergency and not being able to return they did not turn in my payroll When I called about it I was told I had to wait another 2 weeks to be paid

(Which is illegal) I have had to call labor board at this point as I still have yet to be paidas an employee I would NOT recommend

Ended up at Hampton Inn Kittery for over 3-weeks on business While hotels are typically not ideal long-term, I could have asked for a better experience Location is perfect, within walking distance of the Outlet Mall, eateries, the highway

The shipyard and downtown Portsmouth are minutes away The staff is amazing—friendly and professional The pool and state of the art fitness center are a bonus Decent continental breakfast Hot and cold options Nice sized rooms with desk and small kitchen area (minus a stove)

Kris Tangen

For the cost of the room I felt like the Hampton Inn Kittery was good value! The good: the bed was comfortable, the cost of the room wasn’t bad for a king suite (under 200 a night), the hotel provides a free breakfast every morning which had a lot of unique options it wasn’t a continental it was an actual breakfast and the quality of the food wasn’t awful which you kind of expect it to be for a free breakfast, the location of the hotel was perfect for the beach, for visiting Portsmouth, for visiting York, etc the staff were friendly, helpful, and did an excellent jobThe less than stellar: the room smelled like mildew, the bathroom toilet did not flush fully so you had to flush twice regardless of what was occupying the bowl The pool smelled of mildew

We were walked in on by cleaning staff who thought the room was empty which I don’t hold against the cleaning staff but I was worried that they ended our reservation early because the staff only clean by request or when your room is emptyOverall I would recommend this place if you’re in Maine looking for a good location and good value, not without its faults but for the cost it got the job done!

Penny-Ellen Terr

I have worked in the hospitality industry for decades and seen it all when staying at hotels Seriously, I have many stories, but I have to say my stay at the Kittery Hampton Inn & Suites was beyond exceptional What made it so great? The General Manager, Reid, and the AGM, Justin

Both gentleman went out of their way to make my 2-week stay pleasurable They greeted me each morning by name and always asked if I needed anything Even the housekeeper asked to carry my breakfast try to my room one morning Seriously nice people who strive to accommodate! The hotel is immaculate, the location is in walking distance to restaurants & shopping, and the breakfast (which is include) was unique and delightful They also have a huge front lawn to walk your dog The management at this property definitely goes the extra mile, so many thanks This was my first stay at this property- but whenever I am in the area it will be my hotel of choice Hats off the Reid & Justin!!

Shelly Fuquay

We stayed here while visiting Portsmouth I love the vintage inspired decor that gives a nod to the motor inn legacy of Howard Johnson The rooms were clean, good size, reasonably priced

There was a microwave and mini fridge There is coin laundry downstairs Nothing special, but a decently priced no frills hotel in a convenient location

Kurt Lambert

You can definitely do better than this hotel Air conditioning unit sounded like a jet engine when it was running They said they might be able to move us if a room opened up

The breakfast is a weak selection of yogurt, oatmeal, and juice Frozen breakfast “hot pocket” has to be obtained from the front deskif you can find them when you want to eat We will not be returning

What a perfect and affordable place to stay for a visit to Portsmouth The location is an easy walk to downtown and all the best restaurants and stores The room was beautiful and the parking lot made traveling back and forth super easily

My husband and I traveled for the first time with our 1 year old son and the rooms layout with the full kitchen was so accommodating for him and made our trip that much more enjoyable for our family We were even able to easily add a pack and play for him to sleep in when we booked our room, which was so helpful to not have to worry about where he’d sleepDoug, Abby and their team were great with communicating check in and check out and any instructions, recommendations we could need for our stay and exploring the town We will absolutely be back to stay againThank you!

Erik Nadolink

Honestly not a single complaint Clean, well thought out decor, spacious, plenty of room for food preparation if needed- and a well stocked mini bar with fair prices and large bottles The private rear entrance in our 1st floor unit, number 3, was particularly handy with our pooch companion

Contactless check in and check out, but help is always a phone call away Close enough to walk to all attractions easily but quiet and quaint While we could hear minor foot traffic on the stairwell above us in the morning, we did not hear any voices at all The gated off street parking is more than convenient especially in the city Hat’s off to management for maintaining a clean, reasonably priced inn Portsmouth is a beautiful New England destination any time of year

Colleen Turner

The INN Downtown is the perfect home away from home The apartments are comfortable, modern, spacious and very clean! It’s located in the heart of downtown Portsmouth and easily walkable to tons of bars, restaurants, and shopping Doug is also an incredible host – quick to answer any and all questions

I highly recommend The INN for your stay in town

Florence Reed

We loved that our family could spread out in a suite of two rooms, one with a queen bed, and another with two doubles plus fridge, microwave, desk, chair and counter We don’t mind sharing a bathroom so appreciated not having to pay for two whole rooms and just a bit extra for the suite It was also very convenient to be able to charge electric vehicle overnight for a small additional charge

Our room was never cleaned during the three nights we stayed, which wasn’t a problem for us, but some people might not like it The breakfast wasn’t great, but we didn’t expect that for the price We will probably stay here again

David MacLeod

I was very pleased with this motel The service was courteous and efficient Very friendly and helpful owners

This is why a motel owned and operated are superior to big Franchise I was travelling from Southwest Florida which I have done for several years I must say the BEST motel I stayed in Room was very comfortable and TV selection was great Location was near I95 and close to Gas and restaurants

Joshua Bryant

The Port Inn was good Not amazing, but certainly not bad either The room was a mixture of the outdated and updated

There was also a bit of a smell in there that we couldn’t quite track down However, the room was overall clean and the staff was friendly We also loved that they have complementary electric car chargers Overall, I would stay there again for the price we paid

Would NOT recommend staying here!! Rooms are small, bathtub gross They never told us the pool was closed which was the only reason we booked this hotel We left the hotel right after check in to go somewhere else (that was nicer and MUCH better!)

They refused to cancel or give me a refund Worst customer service ever!! I asked if I could go through Expedia to get a refund and they said if Expedia called they would tell them not to give me a refund They also ran my card for $114 and when I looked at my bank acct it said it was run for $164 When I called they said they charge an ‘Incidental’ Fee of $50 that eventually falls off – and they never mentioned that either!! I’ve been trying to contact the manager who is avoiding my phone calls This place was just a travesty and scam all around For $20 more we went to the Juniper Hill Hotel in Ogunquit which I 100% recommend – spacious, clean, nice rooms, friendly staff, and a working pool!

I stayed there in august of 2022 I would give them 0 stars if I couldI called and asked if an early check in was available, the front desk was very nice and accommodated that

When I got into the room there was a stain on the comforter, the room had an odor to it, there was previous guests belongings left in the room, there was a large amount of hair between the box spring and mattress and there was a makeup brush and necklace between the other box spring and mattressI did not notice these things until later in the evening because I initially had just put bags in and went out for the dayI spoke to the front desk manager He offeredme a new comforter and for housekeeping to re clean the next dayI asked for a discount which he offered 15% and proceeded to explain that the cleanliness of the room was my fault because I asked for an early check in which rushed housekeepingThis obviously made me angry He continued to argue with me so I walked away He ran down the hallway after me SCREAMING at me to get outI was appalled I did not end up leaving I just kept walking and once I got to my room I did not hear from him againI have never had ANYONE scream at me like that ever I was mortified Especially from managementI used to work for a best western Best western should be ashamed and embarrassed to associate themselves with this location Absolutely embarrassed

Pay the extra money and go to the hotel right down the street We stayed there last night and I used to work at a hotel so I know what to look for These rooms are disgusting! Our room smelled of cigarette smoke even though the hotel is no smoking

They tried covering it up with febreeze which obviously didn’t work We lifted the mattress to look for bed bugs and under it was DISGUSTING!! Full of hair and food crumbs and God knows what else The lamps needed a serious wash down Mattress was stained with God knows what else Please please just go somewhere else!!!

Everything was good My only issues were 1) the hotelscom listing was wrong about everything (check out time plus there is no pool here), and the maid was rude when I was on my way out the door at 11:03 (check out is 11:00, she didn’t care that my confirmation email said 12:00)

Pretty much the only hotel is Durham, though, so not horribly priced considered they effectively have a monopoly

Sarah Landgraf

The front desk staff charged my credit card while I was filling out a form that they asked me to fill out with my car information When I turned around the guy was swiping my credit card through the machine without even so much as asking me or informing that they were charging me for the entire cost of the room after it was booked (and presumably paid for) under my mothers name/ her card!! When I inquired if they had simply run the card for incidentals, they informed me they had run the card for the entire cost of the room Since it was my understanding the room was already paid for, they informed me that they only could have run the card that was used at booking with written authorization from the cardholder which they offered to email my mother

I have never run across this policy prior to this and I am definitely not impressed with this experience Perhaps, it is purely out of principal that you inform the customer of the charge prior to running their card In conclusion, customer service here is shameful and to future customers: don’t give them your credit card without knowing what they will charge to it when they swipe it through the card reader behind your back

We had a very nice 1 night stay at this hotel Our room was ready upon arrival and though it looks like it’s right off the freeway it actually is a little removed, so we found the room to be very quiet I love SpringHill Suites, but I never like the bathroom arrangement

I wish the door were in a different location so that the light doesn’t shine on people trying to sleep However, our room was very clean and that’s the most important thing Breakfast in the morning was good and well stocked

Dr. Rosie Ann Riley

This hotel is very very nice! I gave it a 4 because their is no room service, you can’t even request it I guess they will clean room after so many days I stayed 2 nightsI really have an issue with this because the rates are based on room being cleaned yet there isn’t a discount price

Hotels are really getting over on customers by doing thisI recommend staying here because very clean But the shower did have brown buildup in crevices on door More attention should be taken to clean these areas

Overall, excellent People that work at this hotel were genuine about care for guests from valet, front desk , cleaning team & breakfast lady Very clean & comfortable

Beautiful night after traveling and staying at other Hampton inns from Florida to Maine This hotel is what others should look at in caring for guests We were anxious to return home but this hotel allowed us to rest well The owner of this hotel should manage with his team how a hotel should be Excellent quality team & service & comfort So perfect & clean Thank you to the employees who care about their responsibility to provide comfort to their guest!!!

Michael Theriault

Had a very enjoyable stay at the Hampton Inn The location is right in the middle of everything Most restaurants are a minute walk from the hotel

The lobby looks brand new and modern The room was clean and comfy The breakfast had a really nice spread and the waffle maker was a nice touch There is valet and an option to get your car yourself which was easy Only thing was they didn’t specify you had to move your car by 2:30 after check out and I don’t think the desk knew I didn’t know that Other than that everything went smoothly and I definitely recommend staying here!

Aleah Fine

I cannot attest to the hotel stay itself, but their valet service must be absolute garbage I live in the apartment building attached to the hotel and the children who they employ as valet service do not know how to run a proper parking lot Instead of numbering spaces and assigning a ticket, they honk the horn 5-7 times to find the car

This would be fine if the lot were underground, but it’s street level and next to a residential building This sound starts in the wee hours of the morning and is excruciatingly annoying This is an unacceptable practice that I am sure is just as obnoxious to hotel guests Do better

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to all of Downtown Portsmouth The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly Room was large and bright

Bed was comfortable Bathroom seemed a bit dirty like it had not been thoroughly cleaned before my stay Complimentary breakfast was unfussy and welcomed Drinks were available for purchase from the front desk and were reasonably priced Overall stay was as expected from a 3-star accommodation

J B

Hotel room was actually very spacious, clean, and modern The kitchenette was equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, sink, and dishwasher The bathroom was a little odd with the shower design, but like the rest of the room, it was nice and spacious

Staff were very nice and accommodating So here’s the issue The walls are paper thin – more so than any hotel we’ve experienced You can hear everything going on in the surrounding rooms It honestly felt like we were sharing our room with the family next door We (me, my daughter and wife) had 2 nights of horrible sleep because of this It’s a shame because the hotel and staff are very nice but getting terrible sleep because of paper thin walls is a deal breaker for us

Sarah Flathers

My husband and I have been staying at this location for almost 10 years now We love Portsmouth and this hotel is extremely convenient when coming to visit family all the way from North Carolina We now have a 2

5 year old son and finally was able to make the trip since Covid while I am currently 7 months pregnant We have never had an issue and have always enjoyed the staff Our stay was overall great until it came time to leave Because we live SO far away and driving with a toddler it is not the easiest, we needed to leave at 4am We loaded the majority of our items in to our car that we parked right out front of the entrance the day before so when we left, we only had a few items to carry down My husband stayed upstairs in our room, getting dressed, 25 year old asleep in the bed, while I took a duffle bag, our two pillows, and a few other items down We were staying in a suite so the bedroom is separate I wanted to get the car warmed up so we could easily transfer our toddler to the car Unfortunately, I did forget the hotel key upstairs in the midst of grabbing items, it was 4am When I went back inside and rang the bell, a man came to the door and said that he would not let me back inside after I explained to him what room I was in, forgot my card key, and that my husband and 25 year old was back upstairs in the room waiting for me to come help grab the last few items I had my drivers license AND confirmation of our booking on my cell phone and he would still not allow me back in He would not even call up to our room to ask my husband to verify it was in fact me to get back in My husbands cell phone was plugged in where our sleeping child was After almost 20 minutes and my husband worried for me, he checked his phone Had to wake up our child to come downstairs to get me While I completely Understand safety, I am Clearly 7 months pregnant and had my identification to compare to his information in the system! The man could have confirmed if he went back on the cameras because he was NOT at the front desk when I cam Down to see I had JUST come downstairs, arms full He could have easily allowed me to sit inside the lobby until my husband came downstairs instead of making me sit outside The man was extremely RUDE! Telling me to find another way?! We will be contacting cooperate and are owed a written apology This was handled completely extreme I was not some drunk walking in, trying to cause problems

Nice hotel They said my room would be ready at 3:30 but it was not at 3:45 The light in the room is sparse

The shower is really nice The room fridge and microwave are very nice Larger than I expected Lobby is comfortable and nicely decorated Staff is pleasant and helpful Location is good but shuttle service was a bit slow Hallway noise late at night woke me but it was not loud nor prolonged

Samuel Conner

I travel for work and am cooped up in hotels 90% of the year This hotel refused to clean my room, and then when they finally did they wouldn’t change bedding I had been staying here for over 3 weeks and refused to change bedding

After longer talks they finally came and changed bedding As a diamond member this should’ve been addressed and never occur again However, this is the second Marriott in 2 months that refused to clean rooms Some say it is because of extended stays Last Marriott was only a week stay and refused to Clean Here at this Marriott, I am staying for 2 months and they won’t Clean more than once a week That would be fine if they changed bedding but I had to specifically ask for new bedding as it wasn’t changed Very frustrating to be living on the road and dealing with this Am I not paying a new room price everyday? Why has cleaning been restricted to once a week? Shouldn’t it be every day cleaned if I am paying the same price everyday? Isn’t that in the agreement or something? Very upset from my stay here

Deon Caine

At check in, first thing that was said “we don’t service the rooms every day You will be here 5 nights so you get 1 service day” Really? I’m paying up to $400 per night and you can’t even service the room? You had to pay for breakfast

Prices were crazy high $11 for a breakfast burrito? $3 for a soda out of the machine I will not be back, in fact this place pushed me to find a different brand other than Marriott They try to squeeze every penny out of you even though you pay through the nose for their rooms

The room was wonderful! Got a deluxe king room and it was wonderfully spacious, and the claw foot tub was a dream! It was a thoughtful touch to include bath salts Breakfast was nicely put together, and the different shared areas (game room, lounge, dining area) were beautifully decorated and I wish we stayed longer to appreciate them more The location was also great, walking distance from Market Square

Will definitely return!

this is a classic and because if that a few things you may have to adjust toRoom: Our bathroom was smaller but the detail to make it work flawlessly was obvious Our bed, the mattress was great but they need a better bed frame( No support) Pillows great, fan already in the room, and the water jug super cute Most importantly everything seemed clean!Location: Perfect! You couldn’t ask for a better location Walking distance to everything! Yet out of the busyness of downtownWe will hopefully stay again because I LOVE It!

Room was clean Check-in and Check-out staff need MUCH better training Several of us stayed there for a wedding

Tried to add our stay to our Hilton Honors account and was told we couldn’t since we didn’t make the reservation Doesn’t matter we had the room in our name or we paid the bill, it’s based on who makes the reservation Dumb Checking my bill today, day after our stay and I got someone else’s bill Same price just a different name on the bill Wedding was great, this place needs better training Guess we should be happy they had people working

Booked this hotel because it was the closest one to our vacation plans Advertises a hot tub and pool, the hot tub is covered in plywood and has a table set on it We stayed for 3 nights and every morning we needed new room keys as the cards would stop unlocking the doors

We then discovered chunks of what appeared to be mold coming out of the ice machines The rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly

We came for a quick overnight to meet up with friends from Maine Overall it was good however, the bathroom was in need of a good cleaning (the tub was dirty) and the kitchen floor sticky When we arrived we met the housecleaning staff 2 doors down

The room lacked a “clean’ smell even though there are stickers everywhere stating they used disinfectant Higher rating if the room had been cleaner

I went for 3 weeks for work The hotel is older and worn I didn’t mind this, but the cleanliness was not as expected

My room smelled of stale smoke, it wasn’t clean and over my 3 weeks they did not clean the room Only replaced towels and sheets The hallways and stairwells look like they never got vacuumed eitherSome of the staff was really friendly, others were not The ice machine on the second floor was brokenOn the plus side the hotel is in a good location Mostly quiet, there were a few people partying in the common bbq area outside my room past 9pm and I tried to call the front desk but no one was there And the beds were comfortable The laundry facility was easy to use My room was next to the elevators on the 4th floor and I didn’t really hear people so it was pretty well insulated for sound from the hallsLooks like I have the same comments as everyone else and the hotel has apologized after each review but taken no action to correct the issue of cleanliness even though it would be easy to step that up

This should not be ranked 42 stars on Google! Or considered a 3-star hotel I had to change rooms 3 times because they were so gross

The first had someone’s shaved hairs in the sink, a chewed on ottoman with dried slobber and a dirty kitchen floor The second had blood stains in the carpet in front of the bathroom sink (I’m sorry I ran out of there so fast I didn’t take a photo of that) The third had a grey couch that was stained brown in patches and a chair with scratches on the cushion The fourth was the last room available and my only complaint was the layer of dust on the headboard and in general the beds were poorly made The pool had hairs floating in it (I wore goggles) so I didn’t stay in I understand this hotel is pet friendly but I’ve stayed at others that are, and they were nice and cleanOnly good thing about this hotel was the front desk attendant David

BEWARE!!!! STOLEN JEWELRY!!!! We came here for a short get-a-way because we heard it was a beautiful area and we were enjoying it until this happened We asked to have the room cleaned once! I had a jewelry pouch in a zipped travel bag and now some pieces are gone! Everyone is defending the room cleaner and hotel! To everyone’s point that this has not happened here at this hotel before, and that the room cleaner has never done anything like this before, well, this has NEVER happened to us before! We have been married almost 40 years and have traveled many times, and this has NEVER happened to us before all I know is that I had the jewelry when I got here and now it is GONE! Diamonds that have been in my family for over are 100 years, GONE! I am totally devastated and now have this to remember Portsmouth NH

my heart is totally broken over these diamonds that have been in our family for over 100 years I was entrusted with them for our family and now they are gone! It may seem like it just money to someone, but these were so much more for our family Now, there gone and I will never get them back!

Even though we were in kinda dead season it was just great! We enjoyed the ocean view king room, comfortable bed, the indoor pool was so much fun, cleanliness is number one for me and the room was very cleanChecking in and out was very easy If you visit there, have breakfast in The stonewall kitchen and dinner in Lobster clove by the ocean

We tried surf and turf and didn’t like it muchWe would definitely go back again!

We have stayed here a couple times now and love it The check in is super easy Staff is very helpful and they even have a texting feature so if there’s anything you need you can text them

They were very responsive when asked for additional items like a shampoo and even when asking for recommendations on a pizza place nearby The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean The pool and hot tubs are very well maintained and we routinely saw them taking samples of the water to make sure it was clean and safe You can’t beat the location just steps from the beach Such a beautiful place We feel that when you factor in the cost of parking and added gas and traffic you can’t beat staying here I highly recommend staying here

Narissa Liptak

Considering we went and purposely stayed during a blizzard, we had a lot of fun Our suite was nice and roomy for the 3 of us Could have had 4 no problem

Parking under the building during the storm was very nice The walk to the pool, not so much, lol The staff was all super friendly and informative Apart from the handful of goldfish crackers we found in our pull out sofa bed and the used tissue behind it, we will definitely go back Have to figure out when to book to get that amazing view in mid-July

Absolutely loved our stay Historical 300 year old property restored beautifully! Our room had a picturesque waterfront view, fireplace, and Jacuzzi tub We stayed in a quieter time of the year, which was perfect for us, but meant many restaurants weren’t open in town

The pub in the main house (Ships Cellar Pub) was open and literally was the best food of our entire trip Every staff member experience we had was reflective of the property, wonderful We can’t wait to come back and visit again

Tyler Dami

Fantastic place to stay, right across from the beach Warm and friendly staff compliment clean rooms The main inn has two excellent restaurants which are reasonably priced

Breakfast in included and is a step up from regular complimentary breakfasts There are ample choices, fresh pastries and really good coffeeI highly recommend this inn Take a break from the chains and try it out, you won’t be disappointed!

Jamie

Didn’t expect to stay in a working 1600’s era hotel/tavern in Maine but man are we glad we did Absolutely lovely in every respect, no complaints at all Hotel is beautiful, the restaurants are incredible (seriously, one of the best meals we’ve ever had), the location is picture perfect

Staff are top tier, so helpful and friendly Can’t wait to go back Everything about our stay at the hotel and in York was magical There’s a wonderful, dramatic cliff walk that starts in the park across from the hotel; definitely check it out as well

I spend a 2 night stay at this hotel as it was close enough to where I was traveling for work Check-in was easy enough I got a room on the ground floor near an exit door, which made it easy to park and walk in from outside

Though I do prefer to be on the 2nd floor for the feeling of extra security The breakfast in the morning was adequate but not anything to rave about The pool was closed, which was kind of disappointingMy only real complaint was that the room lacked USB ports for me to charge my phone Most modern hotel rooms have some sort of USB plug to charge devices The only way I was able to charge my devices was with my portable battery pack and by charging in my car My 2nd complaint, though minor, was that the lighting in the room was dark, even with all the lights turned onThe bed was comfortable, the 24 hour gym equipment was good enough for a decent workout, and the tv had a decent selection of channelsAll in all, a good stay

Kenneth Watson

Stayed a total of 5 days for work and overall The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the service at the front desk was great, especially the evening shift I never got the ladies name, but she was always very pleasant to talk to

the morning breakfast offerings were suitable It did seem the milk was always warmer than the cooler they were stored in suggested, but it could’ve been me I’d definitely stay there again

My son and I stay here every summer and love the location! I have to give a shout out to the amazing chef, Ben, who actually waved to us our first day and told us he remembered us from last year Wow! Pretty impressive! What an asset he is to this hotel! Not only is he so friendly and welcoming, but my son who is a “breakfast connoisseur”, says the Belgium waffle, French toast and pancakes are the best he’s ever had! We travel A LOT, so that’s saying a lot! Please make sure Ben see this review, because so often I find that employees only hear about the negative and he was the positive in our stay this year! Thank you Ben!!

The bed was really hard Being one who has stayed in a ton of hotels I dont think I have ever had a bed this uncomfortable

The shower was nice but no blow dryer There was no breakfast offered on Thursday morning nor any coffee in the lobby The pot was empty I was left 6 k cups in my room, but only 2 were regular coffee My room was spacious Clean The Chair was Comfortable Check in & out staff was very friendly and polite The valet really nice I forgot to tip them though and didnt realize it until I got home The friendly toast was recommended, when I did ask about breakfast It was a quick walk and was delicious But I was expecting to be able to eat at hotel

Danielle Fiore

I stayed here with friends for a conference We selected this hotel due to the hot tub and convenience of the location To our surprise the hot tub was closed, there was no email or any kind of notice sent out

Once we were in our room for the evening after dinner we found- a used ear plug (not from us), popcorn (also not from us) dirt and dust, and random feathers which we hope are from the pillows So on top of the hot tub being closed our room use not clean We expected much more from a Hilton especially for the price After our stay we checked out early to go to the 2nd day of the conference and we paid for our valet parking at the desk but yet or card was still charged We also emailed the manager and have yet to receive a responseNot impressed at all
