Started off our visit a little rocky as our reserved room had cobwebs everywhere and the outlet and lights between the two beds was non-functional However, after talking to the management, they did take care of us and the rest our stay was great! Food options were good but they did repeat everyday The pool was cold but not too bad

Rooms were dated but served their purpose The management and staff are what made this visit a good one Hats off to them!

Nice staff — Fran is the best Remembered my floor number a day later, knew better than me how many extra towels I needed for my girls The hotel is good for a town place, nice clean and roomy

Lacks some attention to detail— different color (warmth) LED bulbs makes it look getho Bright white LEDs look like and industrial factory, not a warm hotel Someone should walk the hotel and makes sure everything is attached, connected and screwed in tightly Simple things matter

If you are looking for a clean, spacious, quiet experience in the Bentonville area, this is a great one! The beds were comfortable, the room was clean the breakfast amazing! I have four teenage boys who were with me and they were all full when we left the breakfast bar But they have choices of waffles, cereals, eggs, biscuits and gravy, donuts and pastries, juices, milk and all were plentiful and well stockedThe pool was open and was enjoyable both in temperature and noise levels

Great place to stay, I’m sure we will do it again

Sydney Archuleta

I have a lot of mix emotions The place was super clean and the bed was amazing We slept so well and really wanted to stay another night

However we stayed at the hotel only for a pool and hot tube but we feel it was a waste of our money There was two boys who had set up computers in the pool area and was playing music super load and singing into microphones and then playing it over and over, other guests was drinking in the pool area and playing there music as load as it could go I some of the staff acted like high school children It it clearly not being ran by professionals and felt like we was in a party college area or a ghetto area mixed Sadly we had to leave the pool area because some young men decided to swim in nothing and my 7 year old was in the pool I was very disappointed that it is so clean, and comfortable but it felt cheap, not well managed and trashy It appears that the staff is living there and are adding to the quilty of the place being less than

I first visited the Comfort Inn Bentonville off exit 88A back in January I was here for 2 weeks, and I had a wonderful experience So much so that when my life imploded due to a divorce, I called them from Washington state and made a plea for help relocating

Not only did the hotel manager show me compassion, but the entire staff wrapped their arms around me once I arrived I made it out here in 2 days and I had a sophisticated plan for work and living The staff, from laundry all the way to management, has been the single most valuable resource around They’ve not only provided me with suggestions to assist me in my success, more importantly they have encouraged me in my pursuit of a new start I cannot say enough about this hotel and it’s staff I will be forever grateful once my journey ends in balance Thank you so much You all know who you are If you need a place to stay in Bentonville Arkansas, make this hotel you’re very first call And oh yeah, the accomations are unparalleled That is no exaggeration

Had a perfectly lovely weekend stay here Everything is bright, fresh and clean Our king bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was nicely finished out and a good size

Toiletries were good quality Staff responded quickly when we needed more towels That black-out curtain doesn’t mess around! It is easy to oversleep (I might be speaking from experience – ha!) The only thing to note is what is meant by “minimal” rooms — there was no dresser and no closet in our room I have no idea if all rooms are like that or not A handful of hooks on the walls, but if we had been either there any longer than 15 days or had an occasion that called for something other than the casual clothes we had packed, it would have been inconvenient

Russell

I will give them another tryBeds were comfortable, rooms were small (but that is okay), breakfast was ready on time and had decent options and fruit, coffee bar was good, rooms were mostly clean (they need to vacuum the edges, there were crumbs and hair in the corners etc), new hotelWe did have to change rooms twice

1st room, ants, not clean2nd room, ac was getting cold BUT I am a seasoned traveler and have a humidity monitor The humidity went all the way up to 83% which is repulsive, I woke up to the smell of wet dog We changed rooms3rd room was greatWalls are thin and there is some highway noise so bring earplugsThere is no awning so if it’s raining you are getting wet, honestly biggest complaintAll that to say I will try it again

Adam Carros

Really solid hotel for our overnight stop through Only issue to be aware of – rooms have all vinyl tile, no carpet so it can be a bit loud for footsteps or moving luggage on floors (only reason it is not 5 star) But it also made the rooms feel really clean and modern

Good amenities (pool and gym), quiet area with stuff around it for food or necessities and easy on/off interstate Breakfast was basic (cereal, bagels, fruit and one hot sandwich option) but tasty and, while it would be nice to have coffee machine in the room, the coffee machine in lobby was really nice for fresh coffee

We were blown away by this hotel The facilities and rooms were all super clean The noise level was super quiet and peaceful

The staff was efficient and courteous The shower water pressure was an experience all on its own It was amazing! We’ve stayed at every level of hotel and have never enjoyed our stay more than we enjoyed this place

Dan Pera

The stay was fine Staff was nice and accommodated our late checkouts based on our meeting schedule and Gold Elite StatusProperty is “meh” at best

Why is it so hot in the lobby, elevator, and halls? It feels above 80 degrees Also the room ACs sound like a lawnmower, they’re so loud Rooms are very narrowIf you are looking for a bar nearby, you can go see Sarah at Chili’s, she’s an absolute hoot

Have always had great experiences at Hampton Inn The location is good, but at this point in time, construction on one side made leaving and entering a little difficult There is a back entrance, but it will put you on a completely different road

Comfortable bed! Which is what we always look for Pretty good breakfast too Better than most

Jeff Taylor

The staff, especially Misty, was so kind, helpful, informative and professional The room was as expected; clean and fresh The continental breakfast had a great selection; except the scrambled eggs had to much water in the container, but on the chilly-rainy morning they were very good

If returning to the area from Galveston Island, TX; this Hampton Inn will be my choice They met my expectations with value for the priceJeff T

Steve Fordham

Basically the Location is great but it’s on a congested road Not entirely their fault but better planning may have helpedNo maid service for a 4 night stay

Told me I could request some and did Didn’t get itThe rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable Staff very nice

Stayed here overnight while attending a concert at the Walmart AMP There’s likely not a cleaner, friendlier or more efficient place between there and the AMP – in fact, we could see it from our room Free breakfast was great as well, well stocked and fresh

Nothing critical to say about this place I traveled for work for many years and I have to say, this is the BEST Holiday Inn I’ve started at Would stay again & recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Greg Davis

If you HAVE to stay at a holiday inn stay at the one on Walton It’s significantly better and likely cheaper I hope it’s not the same owner as it would inadvertently award horrible management

The one actually in BentonvilleThe gym here is horrendous 3 of the 5 piece s of equipment are broke and at best are home type – not meant to withstand widespread useThe fixtures (chairs, lights, couches) in the room are decrepit I’ll add pictures momentarilyTickets for breakfast are lameBack to the gym – equipment despite acknowledgement by staff over several months hasn’t been addressed Traveling weekly across the country it’s the second worst I’ve ever seenHeavy traffic so you can’t safely walk anywhereTwice my key card didn’t work No it wasn’t by a magnetThe carpet is repulsive and quite frankly an injury and lawsuit concert as it has 2-3 inch bumps all over

The turn off to get in is in the parking lot of something else, and there are some large potholes to watch out for Staff was friendly Our phone in the room only worked on speaker but was still usable

The pool stays open til midnight which was a big bonus for us! There was always people in the pool and hot tub, but not too crowded Nice buffet in the morning with large variety of food fruit, waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, muffins, cereal, juice, coffee, milk Room and hotel was clean Would stay again

Joel Reyes

Welcoming and friendly Although the location is a little hard to get to due to construction it is worth it The facilities are showing some wear but the Staff appears to maintain it to ensure the guests comfort

The breakfast selections are varied and fresh When encountering the Staff, there is a salutation The room was comfortable and clean A/C worked well as did the WiFi Parking lot appeared to be well lit and clean

Dennis Levesque

Ok so what to expect for the price, well I would say you get more than normal for that price but everything you would expect at that price point both good and bad The breakfast was OK, juice machine was broken and no bottles to supplement Service was awesome and they are very accommodating

Frustrating when I froze the first night with thin bedding and a wall thermostat that looked like it work but did not Had to use the controls on the window unit so the rest of the stay was fine Great water pressure Only 1 x elevator was working Location is great

The building is very beautiful, and the service is great Amazing fountain in the main lobby, as well as free breakfast (if you’ve booked a room) There is an indoor pool, gym, and spa, and many rooms

The room was nice and spacious, and had an amazing view out of the window My only complaint is that the hair dryer in the hotel room was not cleaned It had hair all over it and it was sticky Everything else was cleaned very well Other than that minor hiccup, this hotel was a great choice!

Msannthrope

Love the hotel Excellent complementary breakfast in the morning Also snacks and drinks in the evening

The hotel is beautiful and the room layout is lovely The only problem was the room smelled like a men’s locker room I don’t care if people have allergies and you’re worried about that Most of us don’t have allergies just make those rooms smell really good and use chemicals Please

Kimberly Satchel

Giving it a 35 out of 5 Now this is supposed to be the best of the best for North West Arkansas

I got a pretty pricey room At check in the “manager” seemed a little stuck up For being a manager you’d think the level of customer service would be more then just okay I get to my room My room was beautiful I got the King 1 bedroom suite Loved it till I went to go sit on the sofa and found candy under the chair I have an infant For parents with crawling children you know how hazardous a gummy candy can be for a child whose not chewing yet Thought it was cool the sofa in the living room was a pull out bed Well when I pulled it out I realized under the liner of the bed it had cookies Yes half eaten cookies stashed in there Then I went to use the bathtub This thing looked amazing till I get to filling it up and realize there is hair in the tub Now normally I would not be this critical or care about something like this but when you’re at a top rated award winning hotel you have a higher standard then staying at a motel or even a 2 star hotel When I mentioned something to the manager in the morning at check out he seemed like he thought I was making it up Now he did credit me some money back Just still didn’t feel like it was a good enough price for the things I foundThings that I loved, the breakfast was amazing! The pool was awesome, the rooms are sound proof You couldn’t hear the mass amounts of children running around all night The minute you opened the door to your room you were aware just how busy they were But honestly I’ll just go stay at a comfort inn At least they don’t charge 4 times the money oh and it seems their level of cleanliness is for sure a higher standard If you go through my reviews you’ll see I don’t complain about places very often I’ve worked in customer service and hotles so I know how hard these jobs can be

New property really pretty Front desk staff friendly EXCEPT manager I believe his name started with a J

My company booked this travel stay for me like usual and we had an issue with authorization which was fixed rather quickly on my end The company asked to speak with manager he came out didn’t greet me AT ALL just stared at me I put the phone on speak phone so that we can work together to resolve issue manager never said hello or anything he just stood there If it wasn’t for another agent calling and talking to a more “alive” and friendly staff member at the same time i wouldn’t have gotten into my room in a timely manner to prepare for my program Even though they gave information for authorizing credit card on file the manager still instructed staff member to charge me incidentals (It was a one-night stay) I loved the layout of the room and slept well except for this mark on the bed which looked like a burn or a really bad stain

Long drive from Chicago to Rogers, AR but we made it at 5:30 AMJames check us in and even tried to give us comp for our room since we missed a day Staff are super friendly

Hotel is pretty new Clean rooms and well organized Big hands to James even the GM did not approve the comp Thank you James for making our first visit to AR enjoyable 5 Stars!

Pete Lenz

Newer construction, hotel spaces and rooms are contemporary Rooms quite large Little interaction with staff and no housekeeping service (due to Covid) so no comment

However front desk staff all seemed to dress inappropriately casual The beds are awful! Some sort of memory foam, there is no way to lay down without the bed feeling like it’s an old sagging bed Will not stay here again though I expect to be back in this area multiple times in the coming year

When I first arrived, everything seemed fine The room seemed clean and comfortable It wasn’t until later that I discovered that the WiFi was almost non-functional

I couldn’t participate in evening Zoom meetings for work while at this hotel The desk lamp also didn’t work In addition, there were very few outlets in the room Also, as I was trying to go to sleep, I could hear the guests upstairs walking around Later that night, when it started raining, the whole room became intolerably humid (the floor felt damp as I walked across it), and my room started to smell musty There wasn’t any coffee available during breakfast in the morning, and there were very few food options

My family and I had the PERFECT hotel / extended stay experience! In fact, that was the case on more than one occasion for us! The rooms were spotless and readily available in a variety of accommodations, with plenty of space in the rooms, and the showers were awesome! There’s a great breeze in the gazebo area, which is a great place to relax or socialize! Are Great Danes were treated amazing, and so were our three children! We were never inconveniently bothered by staff or police or any third party or security or anything but we felt safe the entire time! We had no trouble getting clean linens or toiletries for our room at any time! The complimentary breakfast is absolutely off the chain! The staff is friendly and professional and easy to find when you need them! They were absolutely perfect to us and every way and we stayed multiple weeks! The air conditioners work amazing the beds are nice linens are nice the phones were good the fridge works good the stove works good the lights are great and they have access to the pool and barbecue grills and more! The location is absolutely perfect for shopping or business or relaxing or whatever you may want to use it for but I would definitely recommend it any day of the week for an extended stay for sure! This is not a paid advertisement and I do not work for the company but they really were perfect!

Cyndi Sisk

Rooms are really nice, even though a bit noisy Breakfast was good selection So why only 3 stars? Because I paid well over a thousand dollars for 3 nights because it was the only room available anywhere for my neice and I (I was told it’s graduation weekend), and we are here because my brother died

we didn’t have a choice, we needed a room We spent 2 days cleaning my brothers home, after day 3 we went to our room only to find out our room keys had been deactivated Really?! We have our arms full of items and have to go back downstairs with it all to get our room keys fixed! Then the woman at the desk wouldn’t even look at measked me for ID – when I wasn’t even asked for one at check-in No explanation, no apology Close to $1100 to be treated like this? Not again

Jordan Disberger

I cannot believe this is a 3 star hotel Wall paper falling off in our bathroom, we found mold in there too, couch in our suite was incredibly worn and gross, our suite door didn’t even close all of the way, our cooling unit was damaged, and the entry way of the hotel smells of smoke The breakfast was okay

The only good things about this hotel were the staff Incredibly disappointed with the room For $220, I was hoping to take my wife somewhere nice for our anniversary We will not be back to this location unless changes are made

This place had an awesome hot tub!!! The room was very nice (although I did have a little difficulty getting the thermostat control to kick in with the heat, but it turned out it just had a delay after that very good though) The breakfast here was the best I have seen and had in a very long time in terms of quality, quantity, and variety!!! Not only that, it was relatively cheap and the lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful (as were everyone else I interacted with) When I return to Benton I am definitely coming here again, worth every penny, this is how a hotel should be

🙂

Couldn’t have asked for a better hospitality, especially when checking in just before midnight The guy at the front desk was so accommodating and so sincere He recognized my diamond status and immediately thanked me for my loyalty, offered me a welcome bag, and provided some other very simple accommodations that made my stay with my sweetheart so much better

I wish every Wyndham property extended the level of hospitality this property did BravoAlso this property has a beautiful little Terrace outside of the lobby that’s nice to just sit and relax and share a glass of wine

This place would be ideal for someone traveling through the area needing to rest for the night However I may not recommend it for a multi-day stay Judge for yourself:The Good:- economical- pet friendly- clean- VERY friendly staffLeft Short:- general maintenance like weeds half working lights etc

– There was actually poison ivy growing up the walls- key card entrance not consistently working thus many time a rock was jammed in the door all night to enable easy entry- 1 towel in room Easily got more but you tend to find these things out when it’s too lateWe had 2 rooms for 3 nights for my wife, dog, and adult son It served its purpose for our time in Bentonville, but I was ready to leave when our time was up Your call!7-17-22 Updated:I added another star after 2 events:1) Came and stayed 3 nights again I need to stick to my original rating process of benefit vs cost to assess the value All previous statements still hold true but I undervalued the cost2) The second factor was the night before I stayed at a different La Quinta Inn of Springfield IL See rating there In short it was a disgusting trash heap, which this La Quinta is NOT It reminded me how much effort and cleanliness I am getting for the price Thank you working team

The property is becoming a bit older but it is clean and the staff at the front desk is wonderful! We had a fluke issue with a toilet and in less than 5 minutes the night manager brought keys to a new room to our door The hotel is in a convenient location to many fun and hip areas in Bentonville as well as being next to a cool park with hiking trails It sits just far enough off a couple of main highways to be convenient but it is so quiet that you feel like you are in the country!

Not the best Hilton Garden Inn I have stayed at Front desk check is not the friendliest The restaurant is kind of weird just right in the middle of the lobby

Pool was ice cold not sure what was going on with thatClean rooms good location if going to the AMPA little add on Talked to the hotel last night 7/4/22 about the $50 dollar CC hold still showing 4 days later on card for 3 rooms I was told by a very nice lady that it was put on my card wrong and they would have to fix it I was told I would receive a call this AM 7/5 did notCalled the hotel again and a nice guy on the phone said It will take 5 DaysI ask for the voice mail of the manager and he transferred me to a full mail boxNot the Hilton I used to knowWant to be fair – it looks like the hold issues have been fixed

I made a reservation in December for a late April stay Two days before my stay was to start I received a phone call from one of the managers Without bothering to identify herself she informed me that she had “good news and bad news” and asked which one I would like first

After being asked to identify herself, she told me she was with the hotel, that they were overbooked, and that she could probably move my reservation to the nearby Homewood SuitesI had several questions along the lines of why, how much, the differences in the properties and locations and she could answer none of them She told me that she would check on it and call me backWithin minutes of hanging up, I received an email from Homewood suites with my new reservation details The price of the new two night stay was almost double my original Hilton quote The Hilton manager, without my agreement, moved me to the other hotel and provided my personal details, including credit card info to that propertyI called the Hilton manager back and stated my displeasure with her actions I asked why I was being moved after making reservations more than 4 months in advance I asked her if all of the reservations made for that weekend, that were not being moved, had been made before me She became very flippant and short and basically said that I would “be surprised” She did not provide an explanation for why my reservation was not being honoredI was in Rogers that weekend for a concert in Fayetteville I believe that I booked my room early, before the property realized it could charge more for that weekend, and I was displaced so that they could accommodate a later reservation at a higher rate I specifically asked this question and it was not answeredAt the end of the day, the manager agreed to pay the difference between the originally booked rate and the new rate at the Homewood Suites and the Homewood Suites was a good stayThe manager at the Hilton was unprofessional, canceled my reservation for no valid reason, and divulged my personal information without my consent Do yourself a favor and go stay at the Homewood Suites – they’ll probably move you there anyway

We’ve stayed here many times in the past so we expected it to be solid The room was just average, nothing special at all The breakfast is billed as the “best hotel breakfast in town” but even though they say it runs to 10am on Sunday, they don’t replenish anything after about 9, so there was basically nothing left to eat when we got there at 9:30, and the attendant refused to put anything else out

Their canteen hasn’t been stocked in a while so there was no bottled water to buy We won’t be staying here again Don’t waste your money

Do not create a hotel block here – they will not follow the contract and hold rooms as long as they tell you them will Very unprofessional staffingI had a hotel block contract with them that was made September 2021 for my April 2022 wedding

About four months before my wedding, guests were trying to call to reserve their rooms from the block The hotel had lost the info for the hotel block I had to reset everything up I should have taken this as a sign to find a different hotelThey created a new contract for the hotel block that said they were going to hold my hotel block until April 7, 2022 Meaning guests had until that day to call for their rooms – that the hotel was to hold these rooms until that dateWell early March I had a couple guests try to call to get their rooms and they were told the hotel had already released the rooms and they would have to pay a new rateThe rate they gave kept changing to be higher and higher just because Garth Brooks was also playing that weekend They wanted more money because they knew people would pay to stay to see Garth Brooks Every time a guest called, they would be told a different, higher priceThe manager kept dodging our calls and would not make right to the contract THEIR hotel created for my wedding hotel block Because of this, I had family that could not attend my weddingWould not recommend booking here if it is an important stay

We went in to rent a room from Best Western on Saturday August 20th ,we were looking forward to a little down time in the pool the sign outside was lit saying they had pool and spa ,We got inside I gave the young lady my name, She asked for my card , I gave the lady my card she run the card , this was a debit not credit card, as the lady is taking care of this process off checking us in I asked her where the pool was and she informed me that the pool is down at this point and time , I had not signed any paperwork of any kind I let her know if the pool is down I was going to just go ahead and go to another hotel with a pool , The paperwork that she had placed in front of me I wrote Void on it and had never signed it , she informed me that she had already ran my card and couldn’t stop the transaction until her night manager came in around 12 and he would get it back in my account by Sunday morning , The young lady at the desk said that I would have it back because it would be voided and wouldn’t pulled it out if I was not renting the room , so here I am Monday and now I am being told I will not get my money back until Friday, so they being Best Western is able to automatically take my money and have it immediately without any signature on paper, which means they have no authorization from me to run that card , The paperwork that young lady put in front of me to get me to authorize the card I wrote void on it and she still authorized my card , so now it will be Friday which will be seven days before I get my money back, best Western is trying to tell me that it all depends on how long it will take my bank to give it back to me, but my bank is very good about giving me my money back immediately and they have done so in the past on different things I have ordered that were not in stock, it is my bank policy to immediately put money back in my bank as soon as it’s returned …… Best Western is riding on my $114 for seven days without me getting any interest for them using my Money… I will not be staying at the best Western anymore just lost a loyal customer by being very and loyal

Excellent everything! Cushy and SUPER comfy beds, nice big room And at check in the girl at the counter was so nice!! We had been driving for two days and on our drive here we had slept in our truck because hotels along our journey were all booked up We were exhausted & frazzled

We arrived too early for normal check in which i believe she said is 3pm?? Not positive, but she checked to see if there was a clean room and let us check us in early Super accommodating and nice Convenient location to the airport if you’re flying in to the area, otherwise it’s a quite a drive in it seemed, but totally worth it Overall excellent experience thus far If that changes by morning, I’ll let you know Very happy with this hotel, definitely would stay here again! Goodnight! 🛌 😴 💤

George at the front desk was so kind and welcoming He asked us about our trip and where we were from, and was genuinely interested Everything works great in our room and it was a very clean hotel as well

We also enjoyed the hot tub, as this is the first hotel my husband and I have been to in awhile that has had a working one! Would stay here again if we come back to Bentonville

Everything was exceptional The rooms were clean the service is great it was one of the better experiences I’ve had vacationing the only issue I had was that the pool was a little murky but not really dirty I think the filter may have not been working is all But overall it was a very very wonderful experience and I appreciate the service

Very nice room, clean, and would be a good place to stay for a while Except! That bed was only slightly softer than your average table Also, I didn’t like that the bathroom light switch is outside the actual bathroom, meaning if you have to go in there in the middle of the night, you are going to flood the sleeping area with light when you turn on the light

But the free breakfast was much better than those usually are, and while I didn’t partake, I saw that the small sundries store by the front desk had a good variety, and they offer several yard games (croquet, beanbag toss, etc) which would be great if you needed to entertain some young ones for a bit (not sure if those cost extra, though)

Kimberly Trell

Check in was very quick , we all were greeted with a smile and our questions were promptly answered The room was clean and they had cleaning wipe stations within the hotel areas They offered board games for free, which the kids loved

Very spacious room and comfy beds The outdoor patio space was really nice, and the landscaping was well kept Friendly and professional staff

Curt McDonald

The hot water in the shower did not work, even though I had hot water in the other faucets in the room I notified the staff Monday morning, and Tuesday morning I didn’t bother notifying the staff Wednesday morning as I was checking out

As a frequent business traveler, I’ve encountered this before Every other hotel was able to address it same day

Room smelled like someone chain smoked a carton of cheap cigarettes right before I checked in After my shower I was walking around the room barefoot and the bottoms of my feet turned black German cockroaches in the kitchen when you turned the light on in the morning

Staff was excellent and helpful It’s just an old facility but they could do with a good steam cleaning of all the carpets and an exterminator Laundry is free which is awesome Only 2 dryers work but it’s free so no complaints Had late checkout but 11 had housekeeping banging on the door Full sized fridge Bed and pillows were very comfortable No bed bugs I checked Food for sale at front desk very expensive

Omy Ramirez

We spent a weekend getaway and the room was super clean The bathroom was remodeled and the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave the room I love the kitchen

It has everything you need and even a dishwasher! Adriana checked us in and was super helpful and knowledgeable about area and places to eat We really enjoyed the stay and look forward to coming back soon Thank you IHG

Chris Winnett

Nice place for the price Older but we’ll maintained Close to good places to eat

There was a VCR DVD combo (still looked brand new) in the room but was updated with a flat screen TV You could tell it was very nice at some point in the past However it was very noisy I swear they must have gave dance lessons upstairs all night I would recommend; the odds of noisy neighbors is probably about the same everywhere
