All the employees were happy daily and they all worked as a team They were very professional Clean clean hotel, never had issues with items we needed during our stay there(about 10dys) it helped me to keep up on my physical therapy that was needed for me too get stronger during time in Tucson

We will definitely be back My kids even felt comfortable there and was happy we finished our time there

Marilu Horton

Meh, room had bits that were messy when I arrived, the air conditioner didn’t really work good and the battery was dying on it The building is old and dated which is quite obvious, but I’m not sure why there was an almost sewage smell when I walked into my room, it was very off putting All this to say though every single staff member was very kind, professional, and helpful, they deserve 5 stars for their professionalism and hospitality

Kinjal S

So I stayed here again, my third time here, even after how I felt after last time, and it was a muchhhh better stay this time around Not dusty, no allergic reaction, no itching The room could still use some cleaning and some updating but overall still clean and a nice overall stay at this location

I’ll be staying here again in the future 🙂

Location isn’t bad but the parking is drastically below their rooming, the entire time I stayed here I had to park across the street at the business complexThey have washers but you need quarters and the front desk has no way of issuing quarters, which is really confusing because who has change, or even cash, in 2022 post-COVID Literally banks have signs about the change shortage and businesses are reducing their cash intake due to the pandemic spread on currency

Upon entering my room I was very confused as there were no dishes, glasses, silverware or ice bucket in the cupboards Open the dishwasher and literally full of everything that should be in the cupboards but they were nasty and covered in food Smelled like it had been there more than a dayBreakfast is pretty solid but get there early or they’ll run out by around 830 The suites have a nice patio facing the pool, small but niceNot sure that I would stay here again As a titanium member I can say not the worst, but far from the Marriott standard

Hurley Bogardus

Nice, clean hotel Close, but not the closest to the airport I like to return the rental car the evening before departure (very early flights, rental car counter/return opens much later)

The hike from the airport is pleasant, but not trivialBreakfast is okay – heavy on sweets, but does have eggs and potatoes & breakfast sandwiches Room is comfortable; small sofa and a desk

Decent priced resort, check in is at 3 and we arrived at 2:43 The gentleman at the desk took my ID and card and then proceeded to let me know our room was not ready and that I would need to call back at 3:30 to check status of room We were exhausted with a 1 and 2 year old so we were ready to get off the car

Finally we got everyone settled in and my husband went to look for ice which the machine was broken We called front desk to see if they could bring us ice and extra towels but the the front desk said they don’t come to rooms and we would need to head to the front desk The resort is multiple buildings and ours was the furthest so we opted not to go The website says there is a breakfast buffet included but we were told no breakfast buffet is provided I’ve stayed at La Quinta for half the price with actual service and breakfast If you’re not staying for the golf course go somewhere else

We are Tucson residents vs tourists or seasonal We did not stay overnight, but most visiting friends do We go from time to time for golf, lunch or dinner, for a drink, a few bets and people watching

The food is average, but not overpriced Great atmosphere The pool area is beautiful! As a local, we sure wish they had a mid week golf ‘stay and play’ special over the summer We know a lot of friends who’d utilize it a local get away!Go! Courtesy and service are definitely on their list of criteria for employment!

Ed M

Stayed for 2 nights last week, had an excellent time, even w the mask mandate Pool was perfect! Staff was friendly and helpful, Food was delicious in all the restaurants as always, Love the updates, good mix of slots Clean atmosphere

Only complaint is the bed in 709 felt like sleeping on bricks would definitely replace asap But would stay again when in town hands down

Edward Esparza

I had to get away for a bit And the Casino Del Sol, was a great place to go with my family members to eat some great food, meaning anything you want to eat they’ll have it On top of that the place is beautiful from the outside and inside with plenty of parking

Once you get in the slot machines are amazing which had my eye’s dialed in to win

Welcoming and comfortable lobby and front patio area very spacious Really friendly and accommodating staff

rooms were spacious, Bed and pillows comfortable, climate control worked perfectly (it’s Arizona!)The bathroom had a great shower with lots of water pressure and everything very clean All the amenities I need in a hotel room including fridge and microwavedidn’t need them this trip but glad to know they’re there when i come back for a longer stayBest thing to me is its one street over from the “airport row” of hotels which made it quieter and not congested Five minute drive to the airport curb

ROOM: First red flag was when we checked in we had to sign a form saying we “would not” be having parties

is that an issue?yes, the confirmed Then lots of dog Surprised by the dog barking through the night Didn’t realize this was a pet friendly hotel I’m pretty allergic and I sure woke up with a bloody nose, stuffiness, and dryness The room itself was great though and the layout with the king bed worked out great as it had a little living areas separated by the hallway with the bathroom All great there We could hear someone pounding the floor upstairs as they walked around Must be thin walls? The AC or waternot suresomething in the wall mad weird noises clicking noises in the middle of the night Room doesn’t have much for noise reductionGym: Gym was good actually Great weight rack and bench area and the treadmill and elliptical are all goodSwimming: The swimming pool/lazy river was awesome There’s tubes you can use Great placeFOOD: Super hit and miss with the food The pizza wasoddwe weren’t sure what the flavor we were tasting was Like wet soggy salty cheese or something The pepperoni was literally flavorless The burger was great!

This was a beautiful hotel with a nice layout, just loved the flow of it We checked in after a very long 🚗 drive I went to the room that I choose on the app but when I walked in, I realized I booked us the wrong room

My son and hubby walked in and I said, don’t touch anything and let me see if we can get a different room The room that was currently booked was a king size only That was not going to work because we had a 12 year old the size of an 18 year old LoL!!! Went to the front desk, explained the situation and asked to see if it was possible to change to a 2 bed She checked and was able to switch us The room was just down the hall from the 1st one and even closer to the pool The pool was really nice by the way Loved the lazy river to float around in The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and I have to say, the staff was amazing!!! I have to say, if she was able to help me out with my room situation, that is above and beyond customer service Just so you know, no free breakfast but a wonder little restaurant grill with a beautiful bar There is also a workout room with really nice equipment and a large spacious laundry room if your needing on on your stay We really enjoyed our stay here

Super polite staff Cleaners do a fantastic job of cleaning rooms and making sure things are ready The front desk was always approachable and willing to answer any question I had

Good work guysTip:Keep the room card away from your phone, it messed with mine and I couldn’t access the gym The staff had to reset my card

John Noland

Check-in and Marketplace* Check-in was quick and easy The young woman at the front desk was welcoming and able to answer all our questions* The Marketplace was small but adequate except for the dessert offerings which consisted of 2 flavors of ice cream

RoomRooms didn’t have coffee or tea supplies in the room I had to ask for them And no blender in the room eitherPool* The towels supplied for pool guests were very small Not even large enough to wrap around my 32″ waist* Tables around pool hadn’t been cleaned in a while* Pool much smaller than the photos led you to believe* It also appears to be poorly maintained as the coping tile has years of deposits* The tiles on the water falls, which would otherwise be a nice feature, have calcium deposits that are reminiscent of caves we’ve explored* The pool and spa water was cleanBreakfast* Big pot of oatmeal and all the fixings One of my favorite features of Marriott’s complementary breakfast Unfortunately, after the second morning the oatmeal wasn’t made properly as it had so much water that you couldn’t find the oatmeal!* Instead of the usual cooked scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, and potatoes, the serving clamshells contained packaged breakfast sandwiches and quiche* The two sandwiches were sausage in a biscuit and egg, sausage and American cheese on a bagel I was disappointed when I opened the first clamshell but I must confess that packaged food were good even if the presentation was lacking* There were also some small pastries that I thought were good* Missing was the Belgian Waffle maker and batter, although one of the condiments was maple syrup

Sage Adventures

Started out OK, but then I discovered we were double charged at 2 different rates They decided to refund the cheaper of the 2, which is odd because I was entitled to the better rate But the larger issue is that me and my wife were threatened with violence in our room repeatedly due to her having a physical disability! It made for a super bizarre and terrible stay! We were told the room would be comped, and I was OK with that outcome

But it never was comped Had to call back, and once again they said they would take care of it, but it never happened Several more calls and months later, we have a groundhogs day situation and I am writing this review Some bizarre levels of incompetence going on This took me from an avid Marriott user to a very skeptical and seldom user saddly Beware!

This was my second stay The Inn is a charming, and incredibly affordable option to the standard hotel overnight The hosts are welcoming and very responsive

They provide a delicious complimentary hot breakfast each morning with coffee & juices To close your day, they also offer a nice glass of wine to sip as you enjoy the peaceful & scenic setting I’m a stickler for cleanliness, and the Amado doesn’t disappoint I’m truly a fan of this quaint Inn, and highly reccomend it

Stayed with my hiking group, Glendale AZ Hiking Club, and had a wonderful time It was like staying in a beautiful home Doug and Teah were great hosts and went out of their way to make us comfortable

The property is amazing with views an artist can paint from It’s a good place for quiet beauty, weddings, or family reunions Enjoy happy hour with a glass of wine on the back patio as the sun sets I plan to return soon

I stayed about two weeks The rooms were modern, clean and spacious The service was great, comes with fridge, sink, dishes, but depending on the room some comes with a little stove and others do not

The showers were hot, the pool was clean and refreshing I was not a fan of the breakfast In fact I switched hotels to go to a place with better breakfast options Could only give an overall rating of 4 for that reason

Bhavesh Patel

Pleasant experience Rooms were clean and beds were comfy Breakfast could have some additional varieties

Nice pool, ample parkingI would recommend the front desk staff display a little more smile but just a suggestionOverall very comfortable stay

dana skelly

Reminded me more of a Candlewood Suites than a residence inn Clean and spacious rooms with an almost full sized fridge and nice kitchen area Hot plates with skillet available upon request, microwave and toaster provided

Breakfast not quite as nice as the pictures, egg options were biscuit egg cheese and sausage sandwiches microwaved in plastic, for example Staff were friendly and helpful at the front desk

I travel a lot prior to the pandemic and now only go to 3 trusted hotels #1 is Marriott and the Courtyard did not disappoint location deserves 5 stars

Very good service and near the airport Safe surroundings and very clean room with everything you want in a business room The staff at the front desk was excellent and even welcomed me with a smile Easy to sleep in peace and take off for another days work

Bee Tee

Stayed here 3 nights in February, 2022 Rooms were clean and quiet I forgot my memoryfoam pillow when we checked out and I called that night to have them put it in lost and found as we were flying out of Tucson in a few days

Long story short, the Manager, Margaret, was very courteous with my concern Yesterday, my pillow was returned to me by mail as promised by Margaret (thank you!) Also, the pool at this facility is really nice I would recommend staying here

The Calkins

Recently I had to extend my stay at the Courtyard and the manager and staff bent over backwards to accommodate me I couldn’t be more impressed with the friendly staff and manager! The facilities are also good, clean, and with all the expected amenities at a business type location near the airport Thanks for all your help during my stay!

This is one of the best hotels that I’ve been at ever! The room was very clean, the linens were freshly washed and the pillows were so fluffy I wish I could’ve taken them with me Staff was polite and no bed bugs either I was offered complimentary continental breakfast, unfortunately couldn’t go due to time constraints but still a nice thing they offer

Our bathroom was extremely clean and the AC worked perfectly for the hot Arizona weather Overall a great stay! Would definitely stay again if I visit AZ another time ☺️

Ana Mendibles

First, I want apologize for my clumsiness spilling my coffee on our first morning, my family and I, all have been under a lot of stress with our AC broking down in our apartment But y’all were the most kindest staff, God Bless you all Very comfy stay I’m glad we stayed

Awesome hot breakfast, great variety, and filling Very clean room and bathroom Great lighting in room, not too dark or bright just right We felt very secure and safe that’s a big plus, because we’re three girls (mom and two daughters) and a dad; and he has to work in the early morning Our son was across from us I was happy for that Only one or four things to improve on are more towels, toilet paper, toilet is bit low and loose, also tub is bit slippery But overall Country Inn still gets an “A+”! We’re happy we pick Country Inn Thanks Guys and Gals you’re all the BEST!!!

Barbara Ballard

Bed cozy, Room clean Night clerk RUDE ! I remember at 4 am I left my phone in the car

Grab my room key and head out the door When I try to get back in the door is locked no vacancy sign hung on door I was happy to see someone at the counter so I rap on the door I get the night manager yelling no vacancy’s I flash my key card He yells phone Pick up the phone so I do and I get him barking no vacancy’s I give my room no And name He opens the door and proceeded to bark more about why my card doesn’t work I asked his name and was totally ignored I see him later and ask his name Ignored again I repeat my self and he gave a name and said good now I know who you are Really? I gave you my room no and name on the phone I told him it’s time for a new job if he is acting this way about opening a door He tells me he’s been doing this for 30+ years I just can’t with this guys attitude! I paid top dollar $19900 to have to deal with the night clerksday clerks were awesome 👍 attitude? Not again Screen your employees better

For the most part everything was OK But

the breakfast was marginal at best, well it sucked The coffee is absolutely horrendous, it’s not even qualified as coffee but probably made by some oil company The staff was nice but NOBODY had a name tag, not exactly professional in my opinion Overall it was acceptable with lots of room for improvement

Patricia Deisch

Clean, secure, comfortable, staff professional and helpful, the small menu of sandwiches and salads were quite tasty Breakfast was not what I care for, but I’m very picky Visiting teams of young boys having fun in their rooms and hall kept me up till after midnight a couple of nights, but not the hotels fault

Just wish I still had their zest for life and energy

The rooms were comfortable and quiet It was wonderful to have breakfast included The 2nd day we were there they were short staffed in the kitchen

It took forever to get breakfast Our wonderful waiter kept us informed and did his best to help us meet our schedule This is a pleasant spot at a budget rateOn another note, if you’re looking for a Southwest experiencelook somewhere else No Mexican items on the menu, no one was conversing in Spanish, etc That was disappointing!

BUYRL EWING

Nice Hotel generally speaking, but needs a bit of an update in bathrooms due to caulking and grout chipping or falling out of cracks It is a bit expensive for what it is, but the clientele is the golf crowd, so I guess that’s to be expected A free breakfast voucher was included in their restaurant which was very nice, and the food selection was outstanding

Kayla VanNostran

Bad experience overall Hotel has a very

funky smell to it, I don’t know how to describe it First room on the ground floor that we were given had a massive sewer roach, so they moved us to the 2nd floor Against our better judgment we stayed the night Beds were terrible, and we hardly slept Something bit us in our sleep and we could not imagine staying another night We were lucky to find an air bnb in Tuscan for what was supposed to be our second night Keep your money, sleep elsewhere Only positive thing I could note about the place location-wise (hence more stars there) was that the food at the independently-owned-and-operated restaurant was actually pretty decent, but who knows, maybe they have roaches too

I never post reviews, but this experience deserves one Absolutely not what I expected There is only one elevator for 400 something rooms

The wait on the elevator was very long EVERY time The room I stayed in was not clean Before using the toilet or shower, they needed to be cleaned One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in Not impressed This hotel is very close to the airport, so if you’re flying in or out, that is a plus

Heidi Day

My stay there was such a great experience I just had double carpal tunnel surgery, and the staff was so respectful of my need for privacy, and yet extremely helpful when I needed doors opened and things like that The lady at the front desk was great! She helped me with printing and faxing paperwork and was super friendly and knowledgeable

I really enjoyed my stay 😊

This was one of the worst hotels I stayed at, having to pay that high price for a room that smells and isn’t clean is the worst They had to change my first room and the next one wasn’t any better My goodness the pillows was so uncomfortable that we couldn’t sleep

Don’t even let me get started on the breakfast, which was horrible I will never stay at any of their hotel is I can help it, oh yeah and the floor was shaking because of the boiler room I really thought the building was good to fall apart, don’t stay here unless you have low standards with high prices

My mother and father stayed at your hotel for two nights on Friday, March 25th and Saturday, March 26th They had spent the day on Saturday with me until early evening at which time they returned to their room to find that the bed was not made up, the towels not replaced with clean towels and the room was a mess They had to go down to the receptionist to obtain clean towels and asked why the room was not made up

The receptionist explained that there is a new policy in place to clean rooms every 3 days This was not explained to them when they checked in This policy is appalling and highly unacceptable The cost for the room was $173/night for two nights and they didn’t get the room cleaned?! This is terrible service and there is no excuse for it, especially when the room costs more than the normWe will never stay at this hotel or any other Choice Hotels location
