I like the mature trees planted around the complex We brought our 2 small dogs and there was lots of places to walk them Lots of parking spaces

The one bedroom was clean but a bit cramped Studios are more spacious even though they have the same square footage The bathrooms are updated I love the blackout curtains, I feel well rested after a good night’s sleepThey serve just regular breakfast everyday The eating area is bright and spaciousWe stayed for one week and our room was cleaned only once and I had to request for it! No one comes to clean everyday so kitchen trash builds up that I had to throw trash in the garbage bins outside The fire alarm went off in our building My husband and son ran out but no one came to tell them what happened or if it was okay to return back inside the building

The Pleasanton Residence Inn is an older building but well done remodeling Large, comfortable room An actual seating area plus large desk

Nice kitchenette with dishwasher Well stocked with dishes, pots and pans I like that most of the rooms have a large stall shower instead of a tub shower Great service Easy to access, convenient to 2 main highways, shopping of all kinds just minutes away I just wish it wasn’t literally right next to the highway Traffic noise was not obvious in the room even facing the highway, but step out back and the noise was very obviousRecommended for the longer stay if you plan to do some of your own cooking Nice breakfast options provided and included

I don’t ever write reviews for places, let alone hotels, but I wanted to go out of my way to shout out two people at the hotel, Vanessa and Wilbert at the front desk Vanessa went out of her way multiple times to help me get a room that I’d like, especially since I was staying longer-term In addition she was so kind, professional, and warm

Management: if she qualifies for any kind of raise or bonus, she deserves it She made my stay much better Same with Wilbert–went above and beyond to help me and was kind, warm, and helpful Both were wonderful and I feel grateful to them–thank youI stayed at this Residence Inn for close to 2 months, from mid October to early December The hotel is recently renovated (and they were still doing some improvements while I was there) to be more sleek and contemporary The breakfast was pretty good–best of many extended stay hotels I’ve stayed in the last 6 months Every day there were scrambled eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, plus fresh pastries and waffles, and a rotation of different breakfast sausage/bacon/etc every day The ladies who work the breakfast were lovely, I never caught any of their names, but they were friendly and kind Thank you!
