We spent four days here and the staff were really helpful The room did not match up with the picture when we reserved online, but we had what we needed to make it work I was excited to see the full kitchen, but the amount of dished stocked were not quite adequate

We found the room lacking bowls, plates, towels and bedding for the pull-out bed, but the staff did a pretty good job of working out our issues It was a bit annoying to keep walking to the office when we realized that we needed yet again something else The dispensers in the shower were empty and the place could use a deep clean, but it served its purpose The beds were comfy and the linens were clean! I wouldn’t advise shopping at the overpriced 24-hour store on-site, but it is very convenient for those who may be in need Last but not least, the pool’s still closed That struck a nerve in everyone smh

RUN FAR AWAY This place is disgusting Neal at the front desk was so very nice

as soon as we pulled in I had a bad feeling It’s set up like apartments and seems like people live there so this is not a hotel or at least not an ideal one our neighbor had a chair from the room sitting outside like it was a smoking chair/patio which was a bad sign There was nothing specifically bad just poor quality materials, cheaply built, plywood paneling, cheap sheets, plastic couch and chairs, the carpet is pretty bad, there was a very bad smell I was afraid to touch anything and certainly wouldn’t be comfortable taking my shoes off The door was tricky and was not secure I got a refund and left i would never recommend this place to anyone

Never heard of Sonesta before staying here Not a good experienceThere is no help, and no elevators, making it very difficult if staying on an upper floor

No cleaning due to Covid restrictions, but the room should be CLEAN before occupancy and it was not Filthy dirty, especially carpet, which dirtied feet Lightbulbs were burnt out, insufficient lighting Staff ignores requests TOILET RUNS LOUDLY A WHOLE WEEK! Unacceptable Called and called, asking for help IgnoredGood things: full kitchen -everything needed is there Microwave and stove, dirty, but usable Loads of closet space This was clean, as were bathrooms Breakfast is the same every day in the lobby, but it’s not terribleThe very worst thing is that they did NOT honor their quoted rate “including tax” “We’re not required to tell you about the extra fees”, was actually said to me upon checkout What?! YES, you ARE required to tell guests that they will be paying more than the promised pricesNot only was the stay dirty, dark, uncomfortable, and a noisy toilet for a week, but even though I checked out a day early because I couldn’t take it anymore, the charges were higher than the original quotes That shows a lack of integrity, breaking basic business tenets and permanently chasing away this customerDoing business there for the six days, everyone who came to the suite commented on the poor lighting and the toilet noise It simply wasn’t a comfortable suite Can’t blame Covid for everything, Sonesta Have the rooms ready for guests is my primary point (Thanks to Tori & Neal for helping me the first day with previous guest trash & some bags)I wouldn’t recommend the Sonesta brand to anybody Never heard of them before, never will again I prefer honesty, a clean room, well-lit, no running toilets, and certainly no financial tricks “that we’re not obligated to tell you about” at checkout
