My stay was amazing! It was quiet, breakfast was delicious! Every single staff from the front desk to the kitchen had amazing customer service I booked through Bookingcom however there was an issue with the dates where it didn’t show in the system correctly

The employees was able to cancel the reservation and book directly through the hotel itself resulting in a cheaper rate than booking!! Location is great if you have a car, food and shopping centers are about a mile away

Steph Pres

We have stayed here several times in the past and have always had a great experience Breakfast is always fresh and hot (this last stay the pancake machine was broken but we understand things happen) We would like to give a shout out to Rogelio R at the front desk

He went above and beyond to help us with a pizza delivery we had an issue with It had nothing to do with the hotel andhe could have easily looked the other way but he stepped up to help us and it was appreciated Front desk employees are always super nice and the room are always clean

So, I stay at this hotel every 2 weeks like clockwork Like anywhere it has its ups and downs but it has been typically consistently great The GM there named Orchid is absolutely wonderful

Since assuming the role of GM she has made great progress in the improvement of this facility I think it would be better if her management understood improvements equal cost All owners want 5-star reviews but only wish to spend capital on a 2-star rating  I have been coming here for several years now and continue to do so because of the staff and Orchid’s leadership They may not always get it right the first time but they always make it right in the end

Update: The manager provided points but did not refund me One start back for Hilton to finally get back to me after I escalated itOverall the room is decent and staff is friendly

DO NOT BOOK “PARK AND STAY” OR YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFFHere is what happened to me I booked two rooms on the same reservation AT THE SAME TIME and I have a car So I booked 1 room with “Honor Flex” and the other with “Park and Stay” After checked out, I found out that there was parking fees charged to me The fee is supposed to be included The system has a bug that it marked both room rate as “Honor Flex” and send two emails to me with both rooms with more expensive “Park and Stay” rate but marked as “Honor Flex”The customer representative refused to resolve extra charge and insisted that it was me booking two different rates She kept saying that the reason I had two rates is because one room is for 1 person, and the other is with 2 people Does Hilton even charge extra money for 2 people? The answer is NO And the room rate with 1 person is actually higher on the receiptI understand 2020 was a tough time and you wanted to make a profit But, by charging non-agreed money, is not the right way to do business

I was so disappointed with my stay here Being that this hotel is of the Hilton brand, I had much higher expectations than what I experienced It was a feeling like when you buy a burger at McD’s, and it doesn’t look anything like the picture

The staff were fine; I can’t complain about them They were actually nice and worked hard, and the reason I’m giving this hotel a low rating is not their faultHere’s what’s wrong:1: The hotel looks not even close to as good as the photos online, especially the swimming pool and jacuzzi2: The choices for your view from outside the window are either facing the ugly I8 freeway or the graffiti mountain on the opposite side3: There were dead bees all over the window sills4: It smelled musty and old inside the room5: The bathroom didn’t even have a vent fan to blow out steam, and there was rotting wood in the bathroom as wellIf this were a 2 star hotel, or even 3 star, I would rate it a bit higher, but since this is a 4 star hotel; it’s of the Hilton, premium brand, and it’s not cheap, I was very underwhelmed with my experience This is not what I would expect from a 4 star Hilton hotel The staff were great, but the hotel itself desperately needs remodeled and cleaned up I’ve stayed at lower rated hotels that were much cleaner and nicer than this Hilton; this was a big disappointment

Katayoun Saf

Overall, the hotel and its interior design are nice BUT I expected more from Hilton hotel and for $220 per night Especially in terms of cleanlinessHowever, in terms of flexibility they do a pretty good job

We were able to check in as soon as we got to San Diego, which was about 3-4 hours earlier without any extra charges and we were also able to extend it by 2 hours without any charges Although 2 hours is the longest you extend before you get charged for a whole night Whatever the check out time is, either if you’ve extended or no, you’ll have 15 more minutes to check outWe got a 2 queen bed bedroom on the 8th floor with city view which actually looked really nice but only at night and the day view of it wasn’t as good and was just towards the highwayIn terms of cleanliness, they DID NOT do much of a job The sink was clogged, the toilet seat cover was broken would fall on me whenever I’d sit I also found a dried macaroni on the floor the first day even though we didn’t eat in the room AT ALL the whole stay and the room was kinda dustyAC was decent

We had to move to this hotel at 1:00 am from another hotel The front desk Julie was very helpful and kind She got us a room and worked with us on the days

I told her about the other hotel had roaches and she was very understanding The next day she remembered us and greeted us every day The breakfast was great! We missed breakfast on Friday but the reception named Christine went and got us a bagels and juice and yogurt And Sea world was 8 min away!!!!😁🥰 Thank you for a great stay!

It was a wonderful experience staying at the Hampton Inn The rooms are spacious enough Not like the cramped ones that one would often see in most hotels

All rooms, facilities, common areas are kept clean and tidy The staff are courteous and welcoming They always try to accommodate any reasonable request that one might have The hot breakfast served everyday with a good array of choices is a sure way to start the day in a great way All in all, the family had a great time staying at the Hampton Inn We would be back to this hotel again when we are in San Diego

Allen Bartz

We had a wonderful stay during our time in San Diego! The front desk staff were all great and accommodating to our needs while we stayed Our room was not ready upon arrival as it was busy the night before However, once a room became available we were contacted right away to let us know that we could check in

The hotel itself was very clean, including our room, the lobby, pool area, and breakfast area The pool was very refreshing and warm even on some chilly days Breakfast was your typical hot complimentary breakfast but each day there was some slight variety of different options availableThe location is perfect in being able to get to any of the popular sights and things to do in town We will definitely consider staying here again!

We stayed here last year and the price was good Then we stayed here March of this year and the price had went up by about $50 now we were going to stay here in the middle of July and the price has went up about $140 Price gouging

Probably won’t be staying here againOverall it is a fairly clean place breakfast is just so so And all they have is a small refrigerator with no freezer in it in the rooms And they should tell you before you make your reservations that you have to pay for parking Parking should be free

Byron Argueta

Older but clean, staff is goodbreakfast could be better i skip the second day because it wasn’t that good , eggs not good sausage not good the only good thing was the wafflesRooms were clean

Older tvs , beds are getting old Probably due for a remodelIt’s not bad but could be betterLocation is good ,close to everything but away enough to be able to sleep

BEWARE!!!Stayed here for one night in May We were charged $10 for lot parking and had over $4,000 of personal property stolen from our vehicle overnightThe area looks nice but it is not safe! It is riddled with property crime such as theft and vehicle theft

The hotel has no surveillance cameras or security whatsoever The hotel knows this and they’ve taken (0) precautions to protect or alert their guests to this dangerBelieve me, the criminals know these facts very well and you’re vehicle and it’s contents are easy prey at this hotel Park in their fee paid lot and it’s open season on your vehicle

Fantastic location in little Italy Rooms were a little small but modern and clean They have a microwave, coffee maker and nice sized fridge for leftovers to fit

The front desk staff is very nice and remembered us as we came and went, even recommended food places to us Hotel is also pride friendly, which is important to us Will make this hotel our yearly spot to stay because we loved everything about it Also for $100-$150, you just can’t beat it!

Randy James

This hotel is bare bones basic Get in get out, a place to sleep for the night Then back out to exploring San Diego

The location is prime, parking is a major pain If you are new to meters and big city stuff Then just use the parking structure about two buildings up the street Well worth it I was greeted by a young lady named Tear, and she makes the experience She is very hospitable and is a perfect fit for this job I can’t praise her enough Good job👍 Tear gave me some great advice about the area and was very helpful This hotel is also pet friendly But just note that you can’t leave your pets even if they are in a crate Fortunately little italy is extremely pet friendly The place goes off Live music, tons and tons of restaurants I had some of the best pizza out there You can also walk or take a scooter to the maritime museum which is very cool too The hotel room is small, but it is quaint like a studio apartment Which has all your necessities Hot shower, fresh remodel, microwave , fridge, sink and a TV I’ll definitely recommend this place to friends just purely based on location You are steps away from adventure

Kim L

My wife and I stayed at this hotel 3 nights last week The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the airport, trolley station, the beautiful waterfront and the attractions along the waterfront area It’s in the Little Italy and so you can’t beat it if you love Italian food

Front desk staffs were very friendly and professional We checked in an hour earlier and we were gladly accommodated We felt cozy and safe with the hotel Our room was a bit smaller than we expected A building wall, which was about 10 feet away, was all we could see from our window The A/C was a bit loud and it kept kicking in and out literally every minute while the bed was only 5 feet away rendering sleeping disturbing The shower curtain was hanged a foot too high that the floor in the bathroom was all wet after every shower (Don’t understand why the curtain was hanged so high) The door lock on the bathroom door was going out and for a couple of times we had very difficulty on opening it from inside It needs a vanity light above the sink, the ceiling light would not work for it

I was fortunate enough to have the company I worked for put me up at this beautiful hotel for a business trip I was here for two days and enjoyed every minute of it First of all I love San Diego so this was a double plus for me

The staff here were unbeatable and went out of their way to make sure my stay was pleasant and to make sure I had everything I needed My room was very nice and the bed so comfortable I really enjoyed my stay and it didn’t feel like work, more like a mini vacation Thank you everyone there for all of your caring and hard work

Kobié Jacobs

First of all service here by the staff is tops Beyond professional they just really seem to care about your comfort and needs so are quick to respond to any requests or questions Hotel itself is very nice and clean

Rooms are comfortable Layout is easy to navigate Lobby decor is beautiful Just an overall elegant but comfy vibe Only reason for 4 stars is completely subjective I like a hotel with nice views My options seem to be a view overlooking the roof of the lobby and then the freeway or a shopping center There are restaurants, FedEx and other shops right off the second floor which is nice but the neighborhood isn’t very walkable Only other strike was that there was no mini fridge in the room which I thought was strange All minor issues in the end Room rate was surprisingly low compared to other options in the area for the quality I’ll definitely stay here again

regis kwong

Excellent hotel with great service Conveniently located in the mission Valley area surrounded with many great restaurants and shops The service is extraordinary and friendly

They were very accommodating on all our requests The rooms are clean and roomy The lobby has very good vibes buzzy with cool musics and people Facility is new with swimming pool and well equipped gymWith the hotel located right next to the major freeway, it’s easy to get to the hotel For people that are here on vacation, this is a great hotel stay in as it is very close to the beach, restaurants and all the attractions in San Diego without expensive costs associated with the bay and beach hotelsParking is $35 a night which is much cheaper than the other hotels

Well I don’t know where to start Came in from out of town to just get awayWe called customer service to go to the Hilton on Mission Valley by the mall and as we drove to the location given it was mission valley stadium and did not match the pictures

As we checked in the front desk told us immediately if we switched hotels we still will be charged for three days because we needed to give 24 hours Mind you the reservation was made the same day Not understanding why a simple switch could not be made as we noticed a whole homeless camp in the back parking lot Called customer or corporate line to ask if we could switch and the customer service agent said why did we choose this hotel and not what we wanted as we explained to her we are from out of town and did not know we would of been deceived After telling us she needed to hear the tape to see if we made the mistake or the employee made the mistake Agent was rude and only listened to provide a response and not one of a customer service agent When asked if we could speak to her manager she replied she doesn’t have a manager as we called the top leave of service for Hilton and she was the boss My reply everyone answers to someone and she said she was the top and will send us an investigation As we were on the phone my husband noticed Hilton deducted 202200 from his credit card This was mentioned to top level phone agent and her reply was that wasn’t her concern as she is only focusing if we made the mistake of choosing the wrong hotel We immediately called front desk to make them aware and a male staff member hung up after being confronted about that amount and we called back and a female staff member acknowledged she was aware and they are working on it and it will be refunded in 24 hours 2 days later money was not returned and we were quoted 59400 There were no light bulbs in two of the lamps and a light bulb missing on one of mini reading lamps We don’t smoke and it reeked of stale cigarettes There was dried blood on the sheets Also we had to call the front desk to ask for new wash clothes and clean sheets as no one bothered to clean our room Tomorrow is our check out 4/21/2922 just in case there is a lie to justify the stealing of 2 grand Very disappointed in how this makes the Hilton name to become tarnished

Jill Galbraith

I am giving 4 stars because the good outweighs the badNear many restaurants and stores The only disabled parking spot they have is large

Extremely helpful staff, especially midnight clerk and GM Good food at the restaurant Putting restaurant tab on hotel bill was extremely convenient Nice selection in the store Clean in the common areas and rooms Nice amenities in rooms and lobby The pool was beautiful and the workout room was excellent and very well equipped The guest safes were convenient and a lifesaverHuge homeless camp behind hotel, so tons of foot traffic through the driveway Delivery trucks block driveway throughout the day No coffee available after 10am No lunch at restaurantLots of small things broken in the rooms, but manager took the problems seriously and repairs were made promptly Minor issue with one of the elevators, and the ice machine on the 2nd floor is broken, loud and leakingWe would definitely stay again due to the staff’s commitment to our comfort, convenience, and security

San Xiong

This is the worst Hilton in San Diego, CA The way they took the angle of the hotel looks clean and big but once we arrived, the area is a dump, squash between Jack in the Box like this hotel was in the back alley

in which it is On the outside parking in the rear, you will see homeless encampment It is not safe and be aware that the camera inside the garage only have one view take and make sure you park once you enter the garageif you go further to where you are heading out, there is no camera in which that the camera angle only the entrance and not the other side The elevator and the hallway to any floors smell and has no air condition No complimentary breakfast in which they will charge you $2100 per person We told the front desk, we do not want serviceand they come anyway This place only looks good in the front main entrance to check in but the room are terriblepower outlet do not work, no fan vent in the restroom, and trust methey will try to charge you extra fees Parking is $1500 a night but you see other encampment RV park inside and they did not even care We only put friend family pet in the room for a min of 30 minutes and were charge $7500 for a service fee Stay away from this place and rent the one by the waterfront Other customer that slept during those days we stay said their bathroom was clogged and none of the maintenance did not care We have pay a premium during our stay in July of 2022and it was the worst stay At least have a security on duty patrolling the parking Have extra hotel luggage cart We have ask many time and they said they do not have it, in which we found out they only have 3 cart throughout the hotel in which we were lucking that one of the customer gave it to us down in the basement parking I would not come back to this placeI have seen many customer just walk across the alley to other restaurant to buy breakfast every morning It is a sad location and they need to disclose it online so everyone should be aware of booking it Be aware, check Google map 3d and you will thank me! Going back to lower end of other hotel that offer better service, complimentary, and care about customer spending these nights there

Great hotel! Comfortable beds Good AC Clean room

Great breakfast with tons of options The bacon was in a puddle of grease and oil though, which was unappealing Great lobby and pool area for a good price 35 minutes to the ocean though, so not the best if thats your destination Good customer service and accommodated a very late checkout (1pm) which our family really appreciated

Chris Bennett

Having read a lot of the reviews prior to my stay, I would say taken on the whole it describes the experience well Friendly staff overwhelmed by a broken down property This hotel is desperately ready for a makeover

We encountered broken equipment upon entering our room and things broke as we used them They provide a beautiful new ice bucket but do not provide cups or glasses within which to put that ice Even the ice maker needed maintenance! Please guys Do something!

ZeeTheGoddess

Let me 1st start by saying I was not a guest here but I will never be a guest here if this is how they treat people with their customer service we had a family emergency my husband stopped in to use the telephone and was informed he is not able to use the phone or get any assistance or help because he is not a guest if this is how you treat people as a customer then I will never be a guest with you and I will never refer people to your hotel It takes nothing to empathize with a person or simply just being nice wow This is definitely the worst Hilton I’ve ever encountered please be aware of the terrible customer service you will get here

This was my first time at a hostel and I loved it The common spaces were clean and the other guests were friendly and accommodating You could tell they had a system for managing people flow, cleaning schedules, etc

I appreciated that they provided complimentary ear plugs, though my room was quiet and I didn’t need them They provided a locker for my suitcase and only charged me $4 for a lock, which I feel like they could have taken advantage of the situation and overcharged me, but they didn’t The downsides were that the emergency exits weren’t clear, the power went out for a short while, and at least one of the bathrooms on our floor was closed which meant sometimes having to hunt for another option All in all, those things didn’t bother me much The location in the Gas Lamp district is unbeatable and convenient to the convention center and all the restaurants When I visited on April 20, 2022, masks were recommended but not required Proof of vaccination was required Amazing experience I highly recommend

Marie W.

Very friendly and safe atmosphere Staff were nice and explained things clearly and helpful Very secure entrance and rooms had electronic locks

My bed wasn’t ready when I showed up early but they offered to stow my luggage and allowed me to hang out in the common area The common areas were very cleanThe bed was comfy and linens were clean and my blanket was fluffy Lockers were big and fit my suitcase Locks were available for purchase for $550 the outlet was right next to my bunk which was really convenient Bathroom smelled a little funky but not enough to really bother meIt was a quiet environment perfect for relaxing The city gets a little loud at night but I expected that with all the outdoor dining and activities going on There’s free earplugs if you need them Lots of good dining and not far from the stadium, drugstore, and the bayI was able to walk a few blocks and catch the local bus to the airport for $250 which was anice option compared to taxi etcThis was my first stay at a Hostel and likely not my last because of how this wentThank you to all the staff for a relaxing experience!!

Akanksha Agrawal

The reception staff were very friendly They didn’t have our room ready, as we reached before time but they arranged something for us They even suggested places around

The room was very clean The hostel is well maintained and a great common area for everyone to chill and mingle They had free breakfast in the morning as well Overall a great stay Highly recommended !!

My family of four and I were pleased with our stay here, located right by Mainstreet Walking around and finding a great place to eat and shop nearby was excellent The police station is the building’s neighbor, so it felt secure to walk at night

The staff is amicable! The pool was always at a warm temperature, and we enjoyed that while out on a night swim Beautiful Patio next to the pool as well

Natalia Jeanie

Love this place The staff are always extremely polite, courteous and more than helpful I wish the house keeping staff spoke a lock of English bc it’s really frustrating when they’re the only ones available and they have absolutely no idea what it is that you’re asking for or needing

The communication barrier is a huge road block and very unfortunate other than that very clean, great breakfast and free parking!

I stayed here 4 times now I remembered my first Visit here during the height of the Pandemic Despite how hard it was do anything Socially at the time of my first visit, at least it was great to interacted with the staff and some of the guests

A year later I came back things were more normal in San Diego Social wiseRooms are alright, the Beds too but the whole Hostel experience is positive Friendly staff and from my experience with Guests pretty friendly what I seen Plus, it affordable if your on Budget The Plus side of this Hostel its near all the good things to do In Downtown San Diego

Phenomenal experience! Everyone from the staff to the guests has a warm, friendly, inviting energy Add that to the excellent location and abundance of art, and you’ve got quite the vibe This will definitely be the go-to spot for future travels

Objectively, the kitchen is set-up nicely so you don’t feel cramped even when it’s full The rooms are neat and clean, and the bathroom/shower facilities are accessible and ample The location is great for public transit on the rails or buses Perfect for going out only a few blocks from downtown Gaslamp, but able to come back to a more peaceful night sleep Just an easy, comfortable stay overall Best in San Diego

I really like this hostel, the young’s staff are really good and super friendly The kitchen are interely equip, breakfast are good too, the bathroom are decent just missed some soap for travel you know The bunk bed are correct, but need to repair the metallic ladder are not fixed

One note for the end, the price are cheap pour San Diego I really recommend this place if you enjoyed talk with strangers 😁

The room was stinky, the beds were not comfortable People were doing drugs in the facilities, there were no lockers available, no towels available, the restrooms were also dirty Thank you for trying to improve but I already went back to San Diego and I booked another place where it was sparkling clean, they had a mich better service, they had lockers available, the beds were more comfortable and the price was lower

Honestly I don’t think i will come back to you guys, there were broken lockers and I had to sleep with my suitcases in my bed, so far it’s been one of the worst experiences I’ve had around the world Thank you but no thank you

I recently stayed here for a week It was my first time staying in a hostel, and it was a great experience The facilities are just as shown in the photos and the staff is constantly cleaning

I was there with my boyfriend, but I would stay again on my own The only thing I would be uncomfortable with is the area All of downtown SD seems to be home to a large population of homeless individuals That being said, the hostel is secure and if you are looking for a central location I don’t think there is any way around the transients We rented bicycles and were able to get everywhere we needed without issue, and we were everywhere from Mission Beach to Coronado Island to Balboa Park and Barrio Logan Public transportation is also convenient I was working during half our stay and the internet was reliable with plenty of common area work stations There were also lots of small touches that were nice, such as the hair styling tools, q tips, and Sunscreen The staff was friendly and helpful and always available And seriously, they were constantly cleaning They also have rules against food and drinks in the bed areas which I appreciated knowing the chances of pests in the rooms was lower The lockers are big enough for a carry on suitcase plus 2 backpacks with some room to spare

This was my 1st time trying out a hostel and all I can say is “WOW-IMPRESSED” It is in perfect location near downtown and staff is super friendly in explaining everything I was hesitant in booking initially because I thought I was going to be in large open room with bunkbeds and not be able to feel comfortable to rest after long day but total opposite

There is SINGLE rooms with a comfortable bed and closed off curtain Area was CLEAN and showers had hot water and provided towels & soap There is even LOCKERS with code so no need for locks I feel totally safe and would definitely be staying here more often when I come to SD

I LOVE this place It is truly Classy It is such a vibe for those who are friendly, urban and easy going

For those who are not, it is ok, this place has many zones to also be in your own area to relax as well as work As a professional Interior Designer, I was very impressed and pleased with the aesthetics and functionality of the entire building It has all that you need from a small kitchenette to warm and store goods and more It has a lounge to hangout and watch television, or just chill The sleeping quarters are as described and are perfect It is the BEST of hostels The bathroom is clean and nicely designed as well Across the street is a grocery store and many places to walk for a bite to eat It is a short and easy walk to all places in the heart of San Diego I highly recommend “Stay Classy” but only if you are classy If you are rough and disrespectful, stay away, there is no need to disturb this wonderful vibe of this place The staff members were all helpful and kind Accessing and checking in was also a breeze

Beautiful lobby, great theme, and presumably very fun parties Unfortunately the rooms (at least the one we stayed in) are at most adequate Scant hot water in the showers, no soundproofing (which is especially bad when the rooms overlook common spaces and there are parties held), and when we arrived the toilet was clogged

The staff were immensely nice, but we also had to ask three times to get someone to come in with a plunger Overall, it was a cheap enough option and it wasn’t unsafe at all but it also wasn’t an ideal room to stay in

Katie Spencer

Unfortunately the other reviews claiming the rooms do not match what is portrayed on their website is accurate (at least for our short stay) the hotel lobby and pool area are very cute and the staff is incredible but once you leave the retro lobby it starts to go downhill quick The hallways have stains on their walls and carpet The two rooms we saw were decorated with beige stained walls, stained and smelly brown carpet and old sticky furniture

the walls are paper thin, the bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned and the rooms themselves had never been dusted The frustration is the price point of this hotel is way too high for the quality of the rooms My guess is the rooms by the pools are nicer The hotel was very helpful and nice enough to confirm a full refund for our three night stay The two stars is solely based on how nice the staff is and communication was seamless

Beth B

Definitely a BIG NO The rooms are dirty and in need of a great deal of maintenance Walls are dirty, shower as well

The drapes on the window were ripped The art on the wall, frames were damaged The towels need to be gathered up and thrown away The mattress was old and wore out I made the mistake of walking barefoot in the room once, the bottom of my feet were completely black I tried to use the pool, the tiles were slimy Apparently they charge $20 a day for the public to use the pool So at any given time there are a ton of loud people and kids in the pool Definitely not as described when you book it I would have rather spent more money to have an enjoyable stay anywhere else I made the mistake of booking this place based on the description and should have done my homework and read the reviews

You have to stay here! I chose this location as it has cheap prices and I had stayed at the Kings Inn in Anaheim before and was very pleased with that location The outside doesn’t look like much at all but the rooms are very nice and comfortable I believe I got a bit of an older room as it was different than some of the pictures online but I know they were renovating some rooms beside mine so I think it’s just a matter of time before all of them are more up to date

Even with a bit of an older room though I had no complaints! I unfortunately had some problems arise during my trip so I had to extend my booking a couple times The front office was AMAZING, I cannot remember her name but I believe she is the day manager She was unbelievable, she helped me out with any questions and offered her services if I needed anything at all She made me feel so at ease during a stressful time and she really went above and beyond The pool is nice and big and has a nice hot tub as well They have a restaurant on site and I tried the Waffle House which is what they serve during the morning/afternoon and it was very good This is in a great location and I found it was close to a lot of stuff especially if you have a car For the price you cannot go wrong with this location and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in San Diego

I’m truly astounded at how nice this Inn was The rooms were immaculate, clean, and comfortable The king bed and pillows were great after a long day

The swimming pool and hot tub were also very clean and refreshing The Waffle Spot is an absolutely fantastic restaurant (5/5), definitely check that out for breakfast or brunch The service was very nice, with kind staff and thorough cleaning staff who made our bed, replaced the towels, and took out the trash every day I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I’m glad I found it

Jan Knapp

From check in to check out everything was spot on amazing The room was huge, quiet and well stocked I only wish it was shampoo and conditioner seperately not in one bottle but that was easily handled

The room had 2 windows So nice breeze in my roomThe TV was good sized, the bed was so comfy There was a nice sitting areas by the pool and spa THE parking was huge so no worries of not getting a space if you came in late I felt very safe and comfortable being by myself Oh the hotel had towels for the pool to use I was referred to this hotel by 2 of my co workers and I am so glad It was easy to find and so close to Old Town Next time I get the opportunity to come to San Diego I will look up Kings Inn
