When I arrived check in was simple and the hotel smelled clean The initial impression of the room was good When I opened the fridge it looked clean until I opened the freezer and found food left by the previous occupant

Also I found a large tear in the couch arm The amenities are nice and the room spacious The pillows and bed are soft and welcoming After settling in I noticed a squealing sound from the AC This became really annoying when it cycled through the night It sounded like an elephant dying I sent a video to my wife and she agreed with the description The next morning I asked the front desk if they could fix it They said they would have maintenance take care of it I didn’t get back to my room until after 9 pm that night and was beat from work The elephant was still in the room I got very little sleep and asked to have a different room in the morning They said that maintenance would look into it again I did receive a text that day that the issue could not be resolved and they would give me another room on the 4th floor when I got back The fourth floor is the top so I always request a top floor so I don’t hear people walking above me I am a light sleeper When I arrived they said they didn’t have any rooms left on the top floor so they moved me to the third floor At 3am the neighbors above me came home for some clogging and bed wrestling at which point it was 4am and I was able to get back to sleep Would I stay here again, yes The location is good for me when I am in Tulsa but only if I have the top floor

Monica Glover

We stayed one night but very disappointed The room is advertised for 4 people, but our room only have 1 king size and a twin pull out sofa The room was not cleaned when we got back to the hotel

Talked to the receptionist and she wasn’t even very apologetic about it and said they just don’t clean rooms everyday Also the bathroom has design because it uses a sliding door that has a gap where you can see the shower Breakfast was already closed at 10am even though on paper it said closed at 11am Will definitely not stay at this hotel again

John Gay

My experience here was above the normal the staff in the evening was amazing The breakfast buffet was kept full they really worked to maintain the whole placeThank you all for making our visit a great one

We will continue to patronize this locationSee you soon

My wife and I spent a lovely evening at Cedar Rock Inn – just the thing we needed to unplug during the holiday season The grounds were quiet, the room was comfortable, and the service was outstandingEven though I’m from the area, I was very happy looking through their room book to see the things in town that were highlighted

Anyone from outside of Tulsa that opts to stay here will be presented with plenty of options – if the comforts of the Inn don’t keep them in!

Kacee Brown

We loved our stay at Cedar Rock Inn We came to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday and somehow ended up having the entire home to ourselves on a Friday night! The hostess said it was really unusual to not be fully booked, but it was really fun for us! The website does not do the house justice! I feel like they could update the pictures with better lighting Some of the rooms are dimly lit but it adds to the ambiance of the home

The entire inn was super clean which I appreciated We stayed in Parkview and it was so spacious I wish it didn’t have carpet, and maybe a larger tv would be nice, since it’s such a large room The staff were fantastic Debbie gave us a full tour and was so accommodating!! She made us feel so welcome and special We loved our 3 course breakfast- prepared by the sweetest cook, Hayley Her hot chocolate pancakes were so yummy and unexpected! Overall, we truly enjoyed our visit and plan to visit again!

John Chandler

Beautiful secluded property, very clean, well appointed The service was excellent! Our innkeeper, Debbie, was wonderful and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed Not to mention the fabulous three course breakfast! We had stayed previously in the Terrace Suite and loved sitting out on the deck, but chose the Sage Suite for our recent stay because the website said it had a walk in shower (which we need at our age); however, it only has a Jacuzzi tub/shower combination

Disappointing, but we still loved the suite and access to the patio and fountainWould highly recommend to anyone visiting Tulsa for a quiet getaway!!

Great location, close to restaurants The beds were very comfortable and Tamara at the front desk was so nice and allowed the grandkids to bug her and you could tell she loved her job and was good at it Breakfast was good with a good selection and perfect for us running to baseball games early Saturday and Sunday

The pool was pretty small and not your typical size for a hotel Otherwise everything was great Highly recommend

Through the Looking Glass

Just finished up my month stay here Extremely CLEAN hotel The front desk personnel and house keeping were always ready and willing to answer any questions or replenish room items

I very much enjoyed my stay This hotel is close to the interstate and many good eating establishments as well as Walmart and gas stations Note -if you are in a very large truck parking is going to be very difficult but not impossible so call ahead for parking advise

Kimberlie Grass

If I could rate a zero I would Had issues with another guest Problem was not rectified by the attendant

Family well being is more important than staying at this point We were there for no more than 40 minutes then we decided to leave and requested a refund The attendant made it clear she would not check us out until the next day Denied us a refund Manager denied us Customer service from Choice, the chain, claimed they would refund us at first Lies Would rate lower than zero but the app won’t let me Don’t stay here unless you know for sure there will be no issues

The room was so nice and modern yet cozy It was very clean and no bugs Breakfast is served 6-9 and offer waffles, eggs, and other hot options as well as cereal etc

Location was quiet! There’s currently construction nearby but didn’t hear anything in the morning besides emptying dumpsters Bed was very comfortable Kathy at front desk was very friendly and welcomed us cheerfully Would definitely stay here again!

Kelly W.

It’s very rare that I like a hotel and look forward to staying at one again Usually, the beds at most hotels are very uncomfortable, the pillows flat, the shower heads are mounted so you have to kneel down to rinse off, and they’re dark and drearyBUT

SpringHill Suites was different! We had a great nights sleep The pillows – and there were plenty of them – were fluffy and STAYED fluffy! And, the shower the head was mounted very high, the pressure was good, the shampoo, body wash and conditioner were already in the shower (no fiddling with those tiny bottles that are hard to open), and it was well-lit There were plenty of outlets to charge our phones with There were well-placed lights on each side of the bed Everything was very clean I’m not sure how old this hotel is, but it sure felt brand new Breakfast was delicious Everything was hot and plentiful All of the staff members that we encountered were very friendly and professionalWe will definitely stay at this brand of hotel again I just wish the website made it easier to find cities that have this hotel rather than making me enter the city I will be visiting to see if there is one nearby Knowing where they are could help me decide where to go on my next vacation

S R

Really happy with my stay! Only stayed one night on a road trip but really wouldn’t have minded another night Beds were comfortable, the rooms were huge I was impressed by the interior design of the rooms

They were located within walking distance to an Abuelo’s restaurant which was great We had 2 queens and a pull out couch, I slept really well Bathroom had really nice quality shampoo/conditioner/body wash Breakfast was such a pleasant surprise as well, a wide variety of items and very tasty, just get there early, not sure if they stock it up again Even if you missed the eggs and biscuits, they had a wide variety of other tasty breakfast items They have a small indoor pool and a small gym that I didn’t get a chance to try out but looked nice I would recommend staying here!

This was a great place to stay the night! The room was spacious and modern It was CLEAN! There was an appropriate amount of clean towels and wash cloths They even had complementary coffee/tea in the room with a Keurig

The breakfast was good and got us ready for our day I liked that the location was far enough off the highway that you couldn’t hear any road noise at all Great stay and 5star for sure!

Lukasz Jarochowski

This is one of the nicer hotels in the area, short of going to downtown Tulsa, but this location is starting to look dilapidated compared to what it used to several years ago This review is as of 2021, so maybe things have improved They really need to refresh the paint and all kinds of things in their bathrooms and walls in the rooms

The breakfasts are pretty good for an included free breakfast, but there are a lot of good places to eat around here, so I personally won’t be considering the free breakfast has a reason to come back to this hotel I’ll probably be trying other hotels long before I come back to this one, but overall it’s a decent hotel and you get what you pay for

Adison Shahan

I got a room with 1 bed and a pull out bed on a couch I took the top sheet off the bed to put on the pull out bed and found blood on my bed I talked to the night time receptionist and she assured me to speak with the manager in the morning and something would be done because they had no rooms available and I couldn’t have my 4 year old sleep in the car

We slept on the pull out couch and when I went to speak with the manager the next morning I was treated as if it was my fault She told me there was nothing she could do or was willing to do because I booked through Hotelscom Karina (the “general manager”) absolutely refused to help me in anyway She called the police to have me leave when I became frustrated of the situation Fast forward 3 days I have spoken to person after person And turns out Karina has all the control to issue a refund of any kind And has denied it multiple times I didn’t expect my money back or anything for that matter But I did expect some common courtesy and maybe some respect as a human being who had to deal with someone else’s blood I was dismissed and treated very poorly In all of that Karina didn’t even say “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” one time I would not recommend wasting your time or your money on this facility It wasn’t worth even a sliver of the $200 I paid and the customer service? Don’t get me started Very very sad this is where we had to start our vacation

Hotel:Nice and clean Staff was friendly T

V, mini fridge, microwave, and desk in the room Mini shampoo and conditioner, soap and face soap in the bathroom Indoor pool was fun, hot tub was out of order Continental breakfast from 6-9 Little nook by the front desk had snacks and toiletries you could buy Good hotelLocation: not close to anything, really Gotta drive to find a restaurant but pizza delivery is an option Felt like a safe area Fairly easy in and out for the parking lot

Lee Orrison

This was an okay stay Nothing stood out that would make it 4 or 5 stars Everything just felt average

From the rooms to breakfast to the pool I would recommend that you you stay in the rooms away from the highway side of the hotel as it’s loud and bright It is a great location for many of the west side attractions Everything is 15 or less minutes away

Angie Hanson

I only book hotels with a pool and hot tub for my back injury, flying is the worst for me, just hours of pain When we arrived the hot tub was blocked off with all the pool chairs, leaving an eye sore and no seating with caution tape and stagnant water They told me it’s been that way the entire pandemic

DisgustingThere is nothing about any closures on their site or in my confirmation email so I would consider that false advertising I asked for a discount for my trouble They offered a night off (their idea) but then decided they weren’t allowed I heard they had jacuzzi rooms and asked for one, they never followed up I was trying to visit my family, not deal with hotel issuesTo top it off, once I got home I realized I was overcharged $50 as compared to my reservation Shame on you, Wingate Corporate will be hearing from me

Mary will home cook you anything you like! I will be returning and hopefully soon!

We recently decided to do some traveling even though we had concerns about the Pandemic After some discussion we thought staying in a nice BNB offered a safer approach We searched the ads and liked the looks of the Dream Catcher Inn

It was rated 5 stars with good reason We called Mrs Graham and made our reservation On arrival, we found Mary to be a warm, very gracious lady, and a super hostess We rate her A+ The rooms were spotless, and very attractive We highly recommend Dream Catcher Inn to anyone looking for a wonderful hostess, and a very clean facility Mary is a wonderful conversationalist

We stayed for a couple days The cabin was descent, but could have been a lot better The dishes were dirty, as in old food residue

The lake was very very low and the banks were nothing like the pictures We were told it was a working ranch and there was plenty of animals and walking We saw a few cows upon entering and exiting Our walks were views of piles of woods debris We stayed in Beaver cabin The heater/window AC was so loud kicking off and on we turned off the power to it in the middle of the night If you do the breakfast package it is quite late at 9:15 am It was brought in styrofoam box like take out and tasted like take out The archery area and other tucked away areas were a mess and uninviting, glad we didn’t pay the extra $100 for that A lot of emphasis is put on the fact that Paul McCartney stayed there, but I bet the place was at tip top for thatThis was our anniversary weekend and a treat as a veteran We did get peace and quiet and alone time which we desperately needed We won’t return, because we have many other choices with better amenities at lower cost available But perhaps its your perfect getaway

B Howard

Booked Cabin #1 for a weekend The views were wonderful We had geese and duck fly over numerous times

The cabin was clean and very cozy, food was hot and home cooked It was very relaxing for my wife who loved the never ending hot water in the large jetted tub All the wood we needed for the outside fire was supplied, the refrigerator was good size for all our drinks and weekend foods/snacks I can’t say enough about how peaceful and relaxing this place is Well worth the stay and will be looking forward to staying again soon

Camy Livermore

We went during the big snow fall and it was beautiful It was pieceful and cozy Stayed in beaver lake cabin #1 for 4 nights

The ONLY complaint I have is that the old stove is directly under the smoke detector and the whole time cooking the smoke detector goes off Other than that, everything was amazing The staff was great and everyone kept open communication and were very attentive THANKS GUYS for a great anniversary trip!

We stayed for three nights at the end of May and were pretty happy with our accommodations The room was clean and nice and we loved the balcony and the walking path The pool was nice as well

The ice machine had trouble keeping up because the one on the floor below wasn’t working and everyone on that floor was using ours But all in all it was a nice hotel that we look forward to staying in again

Tabitha Joplin

My son and I really enjoyed our calm stay here Our room was very clean and the lobby was nice as well The Lobby area is currently under renovation

The staff is friendly, and there is a Starbucks in the Lobby The breakfast buffet is very good, and is currently $1499 per person The pool is lovely when the sun is out, with nice big windows and pretty landscaping outside The place does have an 80’s vibe about it in parts, but still a beautiful building

Maria Tipton

Do not stay here until construction is complete! Improper signage directing you to elevator The service elevator (only 1) is functional to take you to the makeshift lobby so be prepared to wait There is no true lobby or business center

No room service I took the regular elevator to the lobby and was greeted by several construction workers and an active construction site They should consider closing or at least not charging a full rate when they are not providing a full hotel experience I would call and ask if construction is complete before booking! Very disappointing experience and with other things happening we asked for a refund and leftI was staying with my 2 kids and it was a huge hassle just to get my luggage to the room due to the elevator situation

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any hotel This site will compare thousands of booking websites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You’re welcome :)! This hotel is one of the best in the area

I have been coming here for a very long time If you stay for a few days you for sure won’t regret itOver the past 5 years, I have stayed in this property +50 times for business travel It is a full service hotel, great location with an easy walk to the Brady Arts District, Blue Dome area and BOK Center The rooms are always clean, front desk staff consistently excellent Nice gym, decent pool and while it’s a little long in the tooth in some areas of fit and finish, it’s a solid property with good bones and great rates However, the star of the show is the main man behind the bar at Daily Grill, Chris A welcomed fixture, , that never fails to greet people with a smile, a good story and amazing service; regulars or first timers A credit to the dying profession of the professional bartender Cheers!

The Hyatt Regency is a great hotel The location is perfect for exploring the Arts District and it is also within walking distance to many restaurants and shops The hotel smells very pleasant and is very clean

We had trouble finding our hotel, but that was most likely an issue of our own, not being from the area and driving 15+ hours to get there Once we found the hotel, we were all pleasantly surprised! Receptionist was extremely friendly, our room was large, clean and well received after a day on the road Will definitely stay again if ever in the area!

Morrocco Jones

The Comfort Inn & Suites is just like most motels nowadays The comfort of the beds are hit or miss, they’re adorned with multiple pillows that keep you tossing and turning, filled with noisy guests (some w/ undisciplined pets and kids), overpriced food in the pantry, and an ok complimentary breakfast Every one of the staff are very polite, friendly, and will go out of their way to help you

This is the one anomaly that separates this hotel from the average hotels in the market The Comfort Inn & Suites could separate itself from average, but a lot of small things keep it from achieving that Reserving a room is a pain, if someone else or a business is doing it for you The hotel will not allow you to do so, and you have to go through a third party The laundry facility was not only small, but one of the two washers was out of order, and you have to pay The noise from the freeway wasn’t bad, but as I mentioned before, the noise from kids and pets, kept it at annoying levels The location of the Comfort Inn & Suites is convenient, and according to other Google reviews, it’s the best option in the area

Julie De La Rosa

Conveniently located This is the third comfort inn I’ve stayed at during a cross country trip Im finding they are very hit or miss but this one was the best so far

Clean, modern, comfortable, pet friendly (with a fee) & seemingly safe Removing stars because of the guests So many loud guests and their children running barefoot/only in socks in and out of the lobby/rooms/outside, being obnoxious, playing loud karaoke with their door open on the first floor right by the lobby (the staff didn’t address it)This may or may not be your experience if you stay here but the vibe I got is that the staff will just let loud guests be loud

Appreciated the free breakfast and parking Good location, with shopping and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive A little disappointed the pool area wasn’t open yet as was looking forward to relaxing out there on one warm day, but I realize it’s still a little early Would stay again!

So if you wanna be gouged, insulted and basically have a horrible stay, this is your place The front desk check and experience is beyond horrible, the person who checked us in is very rude and unapologetic We tried to simply be courteous as usual and she was having none of that

She seemed angry was very short and attempted to start an argument upon check-in We were here for a three day business day, which we regularly make to Tulsa I’ve stayed in this hotel prior, that time the air conditioner made a loud whining noise all night The last time they did clean my room, this time as a surprise they decided not to clean my room This is despite being charged almost $300 a night for a Hampton Inn in Tulsa Oklahoma When I called the front desk to ask why, I was able to talk to the same wonderful person who checked me in She decided to get aggressive again and point out that there’s a letter that supposedly the room that tells us that they won’t clean our room When I asked where the sign was or why she didn’t say anything upon check-in, she really told me I needed to read the letter (that didn’t exist)We stay 300 nights a year in hotels, have talk to your status with Hilton and Marriott bond Toy I highly recommend avoiding this place like the plague The air conditioning doesn’t work in the hallways, it is dirty and the staff are beyond rudeTerrible experience

The front desk help was very rude (Night Shift) When I got to my room the furnishings were in poor shape and falling apart Its in a very good location with easy access to the highway and fast food etc

No Handicap Parking close to side door , had zero parking available up close I would’ve loved to had a couch in my room and bigger TV

The good:Location is good if you’re doing things downtownThe mediocreMy room did not have a shower curtain Called front desk to get one

After waiting 45 mins, ended up going down and getting oneRoom was not very clean Gunk in the refrigerator Sink had a couple of hairs Bedding had stained mattress cover, though sheets appeared clean$10 parking charge- Is not listed anywhere on the Wyndham La Quinta website, and is not listed in the “total for stay” when you book online Not a big deal if you’re informed ahead of time However in this area, I see no reason why a hotel you’re staying at charges for parkingSigns are up saying guests and employees must wear a mask Not a single employee was wearing a mask Again- Not a big deal, but if it’s your policy and you have a sign up then enforce itThe badFront desk staff is either very new and not trained well, or doesn’t careWhen your staff says “I think there’s an elevator to the parking garage, probably” it’s not a good signQuiet time not enforced Someone was having a very loud party in their room down the hall from me well after midnight Supposedly this is a non smoking hotel, but the party room was Obviously smoking something as it smelled in the hall It took 2 calls to only partially resolve the noise issueThere was no breakfast on Sunday (3/13/22) because “The person that does that didn’t show up” Evidently the front desk isn’t even allowed to help out with it, as the breakfast area was dark with all the chairs still upside down on the tables at 8:10AM You’d think that they would at least help get the area set up when someone is late, or a no showThe parking garage area was not well lit, could be a safety issue for someI stay at La Quinta’s a lot and have a certain expectation that this location definitely did not meet It’s well below the standards This location was more Super 8 in terms of service and cleanliness I would not recommend paying to stay hereThankfully I had rewards points I used, but in hindsight I wish I had used them somewhere else as it was a waste to spend them here

Absolutely would have chosen different hotel had I known the pool no longer existed here Do not believe the main photo advertisement on google This hotel has no pool

Most of our team agreed to stay here because it was close to the convention center AND because we thought it had a pool Room was nice, lobby was nice The hallway floors look really rough and the elevators take forever and look really beat up with torn areas of the doors and floor Outer door from parking garage to elevator key card reader is broken The key cards themselves stop working and we had to have them reset multiple times during our two day stay Every time we were told that they stop working because of cell phones, magnets, electronics, and heat Basically just leave the card in the room when you leave because if you take it with you, you’re sure to expose it to one of those things Also, the wifi was down for most of the day during our stay

Heather Voss

Carpet stopped short of the door, creating a tripping hazard The toilet paper holder was broken and dangling The ottoman was split open

Called the front desk and they said they would note it and not charge for damages Note that they were not sending anyone to fix it The breakfast was literally frozen on the second day of my stay The 3rd night, I was unable to find a parking spot (despite paying $10 per night for parking) and was told to just park by the fence or in another lot (which had a posted fine and towing option) Honestly will not stay here again unless I have no other options

Absolutely the worst stay MUST READ

Pool was cold but claims to be heated No towels in pool or gym area Stayed for 5 days, 4 nights and not a single sheet change or bed make We had to beg front desk for room towels and were supplied fresh towels only once the entire time Shower was hit or miss on the hot Had to take cold showers 3 of 5 days Ran out of toilet paper on day 3 and had to find our own Coffee and tea/cups were not refilled the entire time No room service at all No trash pickup, we took the trash out on our own Alerted the front desk multiple times that there was no service to our room Room allows for 4 adults but you only get 2 breakfasts each day and the other 2 have to pay $18 each I have never left a bad review on a hotel because hospitality is a hard job I am a very understanding person, especially with short staffing and covid but this was beyond unacceptable Only positive was the rooms are pretty and updated

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a resort This site will compare countless hotel sites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is one of my favorites in this area

I have been coming here for a long time If you choose this place you definitely won’t regret itWe stopped at the hotel on our road trip, the staff at the front desk was very welcoming and from there on every staff member that we came across was super nice The rates are very competitive and a great place to stay Special mention goes to Chef Glen at Tall Grass, he is by far the best Omelet maker that I have come across in my travels

We stayed at this hotel while my dad was having surgery here in Tulsa It was close to the hospital That’s where the good ends

We needed to stay longer and they had us check out and rebook the room, no problem, only they charged us almost 40 dollars more The room was not clean We told the front desk there was a strong dried pee smell coming from the rug between the beds, they did nothing The bathtub drain was very slow, you stood in ankle high water while taking a shower There were only 2 working elevators we waited 15 minutes for an elevator that had room The morning we checked out there were no luggage carts and no one offered to find one Front desk not very helpfulGood luck if you stay here

Positives: Rooms were decent No hot water issues and had good pressure AC worked properly

Beds were okay Safety was good, patrol out and around all nightNegatives: Extremely limited and recurring same selection for the breakfast that you had to initially pay extra for when reserving If you wanted anything out of the norm (B&G, eggs, sausage links, potatoes) you had to pay extra Example: Omelette – $800 etc Ran out of fruit and milk Fruit explanation for running out, “Didn’t have enough time to cut more…” Milk explanation for running out, “The truck hasn’t brought more yet…” Only restaurant for lunch/dinner – not open on weekendsReceived zero room cleaning No fresh towels, no touch up, no knocks, nothingRoom had ripped curtain that was not replaced prior to arrivalNot a terrible place, but does need improvements for cost

This is my 20th night in a Hilton property this year but first time at a Garden Inn property Surprised that breakfast was not included Beds were squeaky and bed frames were so inexplicably large (ie shin bruise risk)

One of the bed sheets had blood stains Shower drains so slowly that we had to stand in ankle-deep water the whole time Alarm clock was more than an hour off The staff and location are nice, but I would not choose to stay at another Garden Inn for the foreseeable future

Overall a very nice stay Breakfast was very good and the room was to my satisfaction Fitness center had free weights also, pull-ups station w cables and Elliptical machine, so I got a solid work-out

However, my bathroom sink was stopped up from the get-go, and VERY slow to drain I was there for just one night so I didn’t report until I was leaving the next morning I’ll probably stay here again
