Loved our room We stayed in a king with a jacuzzi spa bathtub right in the room Loved that the tv was on a flexible wall mount so we could angle it and enjoy a movie while relaxing in the tub

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable The staff went above and beyond for me! Can’t recommend enough! I will definitely stay here again if and when I am visiting the Seattle area! Thank you!

The hotel overall, and the room I stayed in, was an older style The room was clean and they came in and cleaned and made my bed everyday There is a decent amount of storage in the closet

I was surprised that they had a hair dryer They had a small mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave There is a desk and a couch and a nice comfortable bedUnfortunately I was disappointed by many things First, their restaurant is closed I asked about it and they said the restaurant has been closed for couple of years due to COVID-19, and they do not have budget or staff to operate it As for the room, there was constant whistling of wind under the door which made it hard to sleep When others on the floor open and close their doors, the whistling changes tune When the air conditioner unit in the room comes on it added to the noise Then at times the mini refrigerator would come on and off periodically so there was a real wind orchestra of sound in the background at all times Also, the lighting in the room was less than ideal–it was hard to get enough light at the desk, and I struggled to find a light that I could leave on overnight After the first night I left the microwave open as my night light so I could sleep They have a big screen TV although it must be plasma because it’s showing signs of burn in Also the remote did not work well I also could not stream to the TV which was a disappointmentPlease like my review if you find it helpful

For the price, definitely wouldn’t recommendThe rooms are fine, clean & simple, safe area, but not worth the price at all Get an Airbnb

Almost every single day I’d have to get a new room key & they’d make me verify all my info One of the older men at the front desk was very rude & told me my name wasn’t on the reservation when I was THERE at check in Don’t be rude to me when your staff messed up

We found the rooms quiet & spacious, with well equipped kitchenettes, comfortable beds, nice breakfast provided – several days with freshly cooked dishes, good gym with lots of equipment Looking forward to the next visit already

Chic, new, fancy, fake, overpriced, noisy, non-responsiveRooms are skin deep, kids screaming in the pool till 11pm, management did nothing Fridge but no microwave (missed opportunity there), all soaps, shower products are perfumed

No one at front desk, or answer the phone @ 8am on a Saturday Double the price of a motel 6, with half the comforts Save your money, this place is trash

Stayed at this hotel with family of 4 for a few nights The hotel seems new and modern with clean rooms and public areas Service from staff was also good

Breakfast was your standard hot and cold mix, not much variety day to day but sufficient to get you going in the morning (eggs, sausage or ham, baked goods, fruit, yogurt, cereals, and waffles$12 per day for parking resulted in minus 1 star 🌟Really good location that is walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the State park!Would recommend and would stay again!

Our room was spacious and beautiful Why 1 star? The tub drained slow for me Then it wouldn’t drain for my husband

There was still half a tub of water in it in the morning The toilet stopper wouldn’t go down We had to manually push it down These are major issues that housekeeping should have noticed We seriously wonder if housekeeping was doing its job! Why didn’t we ask for a room change? It was late and we were tired The next morning, we told the front desk They were sorta apologetic but didn’t offer any compensation We typically stay in Hilton brand hotels Over the years, we had two issues at Hilton brand hotels: air conditioning condensate dripped into our bathroom from the room above and the front desk didn’t check my id before telling me my room number (happened that there were 2 guests with the same last name and he gave me the key to the wrong room) When we told the front desk, we were either compensated with points or a reduced rate I wrote a letter to Marriott corporate, asking for compensation with points They referred it to the hotel All we got was an email This is only the 2nd Marriott brand hotel we have stayed in Both had customer service issues I think we will stick with Hilton brand hotels

My husband was told there was parking available for our truck and enclosed trailer We had traveled from Idaho with our infant and exhausted The only parking at the hotel was an oversized parking for one vehicle on the side of the building and it was occupied by a truck that looked like it could fit in their parking garage

They told him to park at the business across the street but had to move it at 8am , if that oversized parking wasn’t available again he would have to drive around looking for a spot where it wouldn’t be towed Mind you, we had been driving for about 11 hours already and got In around 8pm or so I asked them where is he suppose to park, they said they didn’t know, but everyone leaves in the morning so the oversized spot should be available We get to our room and the shower wasn’t cleaned There was a clump of hair on the wall of the shower, we were so tired We put the baby down to sleep , showered and laid down Husband couldn’t even relax in the morning because he had to move our truck and trailer, and the one oversized parking they mentioned was still occupied He ended up having to park at one of the shopping stores down the block If I wasn’t there to help with our son and keep him in the room, my husband would of had to load up our son and drive around aimlessly looking for a spot and then walk all the way back to the hotel with himBreakfast was great, had free wifi and they gave $40 credit back for the hairNice restaurant across the hotel that does dine in, take out and delivery

The rooms are very clean and I feel a very good price At the time of this review it was 100 a night TV, large queen bed, good ac system

The little motel set up they have is really nice The staff was friendly and gave good recommendations for local places to eat and visit It’s location is stellar as well, you’re within walking distance of all of downtown and some fantastic restaurants I’ll definitely stay here again, I highly recommend it

potatos 4 everyone

We got stuck on the pass and had to spread the night here The room was HUGE and perfect, especially for my wheelchair bound daughter to navigate There was even a little table and sitting area! It was cozy and clean, and the guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! Especially when I accidentally left my wallet in the room when we left and had a mini panic attack! I will 100% stay here again if I ever need to, and will recommend this place to my friends if they are ever stuck on the pass

I stayed here with my now-husband the nights before and of our elopement day in WA Salish Lodge & Spa provided the most incredible lodging experienceBefore arrival – I received text messages from our “personal assistant” at Salish who responded to my questions about my particular reservations

Upon arrival – excellent complimentary valet (one car per room) and bellhop service with timely delivery of our belongings to our room The complimentary welcome cocktail at the front desk was delicious and comparable to a cocktail you’d receive at a bar!During our stay – we ordered the romance package for our stay – they provided new rose petals and bottles of champagne each night of our stay! We booked this online and in advance when we booked the room – hassle free! We booked a room with a view and had a nice view of the waterfall once you stepped out onto the balcony! The Dining Room – one of the restaurants My goodness, just an incredible experience We made reservations through Open Table about a month in a half in advance where we noted that we wanted a table by the window with a view of the waterfall as it would be our last meal together before husband-and-wife The host was very friendly and escorted us to a private room with one table and 3 windows for walls with views of the trees and waterfall! The service was also excellent and the food was delicious! The location – you feel like you’re in a remote destination with a picturesque waterfall overlook just feet away from your hotel The town was less than 5 minutes drive where you have access to local shops and restaurantsOverall, you pay a pretty penny for a high quality, unique, local experience I would stay here again to celebrate an anniversary or special occasion, as well as recommend to anyone looking for an amazing experience in the area

Aaron Taylor

One of my most favorite spots on Washington An incredible Lodge for staying a few nights Upscale with spectacular service

Spa is amazing but book early! Along with it the Dining room is a great place for Brunch or for Dinner Highly recommend making a reservation early here tooFinally there is the wonderful fall Of course familiar to those who know Twin Peaks, even if you don’t please visit and take the time to just take this spectacular waterfallAlso of note is you can walk down to the base via a 1/2 mile hike Not a hard hike but note it’s a fairly steep grade and can be a challenge to get up for some There are many places to rest though which is good

Mark Melsness

Absolutely one of the most incredible getaways I’ve had in my lifetime My lady and I had the best room service and the most spectacular view We ate a magnificent meal at the restaurant and I highly recommend the pork chop

As you can see end your meal with both the Raspberry cheesecake and the chocolate smore Mixing them together is is The Secret Don’t forget to take the stroll down to the river’s edge and get the romantic photos We also had the evening in the hot tub with the fireside massage We will definitely be back soon and I recommend you do the same

Stayed here in July There were some pros and consCons: Getting checked in took nearly 2 hours even though we had a reservation and had already paid for the room and stay

They double charged us and the process of getting the $1600 refunded was lengthy and took nearly 3 weeks for it to be returned to me (as refunds normally go, should have been a week at most) They didn’t process the refund in the first place, and calling didn’t make it go faster Talking in person three separate times finally squared everything awayTL;DR Communication was lackingPros: Everything else was amazing Great amenities, loved the bed, very clean room, amazing bathroom Parking lot is easy to manage and very close to restaurants, stores, and the freeway Heater and AC worked fine Elevators are clean and work well Couldn’t find the stairs thoughPhotos attached are after a two nights stayOverall: Would stay here again, but would book over the phone and use my credit card instead of my debit

J Leng

Few hotels in the greater Seattle area can match the level of customer service we witnessed while staying at the Hotel America In example: while I was enjoying the free breakfast one morning, I inadvertently started spraying non-stick oil on the grill before looking for the waffle batter I didn’t realize they had temporarily ran out of waffle batter

Amazingly, the breakfast team overheard someone using the spray oil and quickly ran out to me with a freshly made cup of batter to pour on the grill I was shocked at their level of initiative They also kept the breakfast room VERY clean I love that! Perhaps best of all, they went out of their way to get me a great room when I arrived VERY LATE at night and my original room was not yet ready Two big TEXAS–SIZED thumbs up!

Jim Link

Charged my card even though I canceled 2 full weeks before date of canceled stay Getting a refund virtually impossible (STILL TRYING) This business is not operating with any ethics whatsoever

Disingenuous at it’s core DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALLUPDATE-THESE FOLKS TOOK CARE OF MY REFUND ONCE THEY WERE MADE AWARE, AND EVEN REACHED OUT TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS GOOD WILL DEFINITELY GIVE THEM A TRY NEXT TIME!!

Whenever we visit Redmond this is our go-to hotel to stay at There’s been many changes since the last time we came (5-6 years ago), probably due to the pandemic, but they’re not jarring enough to warrant bad reviews They won’t clean everyday (you can request a tidy up from the front desk if you’d like), or provide new toiletries everyday, but again you can ask for whatever you need at the front

They still have breakfast that closes at around 9 am, and overall their rooms are clean No icky stains (whew!) They have a pool, gym, and a little ping pong table at the north end of the hotel on the first floor Laundry is about $2 per load (for washer only, drier is another $2) Staff is very, very friendly and accommodating! It is better than all nearby hotels

Joshua Sneed

Meh, they allow pets when nobody else does The free breakfast qualifies as breakfast because it is edible in the morning, but visit a local business instead The mall is nice, there are several coffee shops within walking distance, same for weed, and the theater

The light rail station is basically adjacent and currently a 30′ deep hole with sections of elevated track near by Staff was nice

Justin Stoddard

I booked a reservation at this hotel for a family member and friends last week Three rooms for 3 nights Upon arrival, their experience was the worst they have ever had at a Marriott

The hotel seemed old and run down The first night, two of the rooms smelled like dead mice The front desk sent someone from housekeeping up to check the room She pulled the couch out and wrappers fell out of the couch, there were wrappers that were behind the couch, and it was obvious no one had cleaned behind there They were moved to different rooms which also smelled like dead mice After a long day of travel, the group was tired and decided to just give it a night and see if they could make it through But, in the morning the smell had not improved and there was no way they could stay at the hotel for another minute They approached the front desk to explain they needed to check out and requested that the points used to book the rooms be credited back to our account They were forced to find another hotel which was MUCH better and up to the Marriott standard The Residence Inn Seattle East/Redmond does NOT measure up to the Marriott brand and name we have come to love and go out of our way to stay at whenever we need a hotel room We would recommend steering clear of this hotel

We wanted to try something a little bit outside of the main city for our first night in the Seattle area and we were very happy with how cozy and tucked-away this hotel and location wasComplimentary garage-parking here are plenty of good eats (new American, Sushi, Indian, Thai) and accessible shopping (notably Target) within short (+/- 5 minutes) driving distance As someone who gets extremely uncomfortable and anxious with unfamiliar congested urban areas, I found the surrounding area welcoming enough to comfortably explore/navigate

Nearby nightlife seemed to wind-up somewhat early (10-11pm Friday) but we had a very good time in this areaThis location is true to the Hyatt name, very clean and well-kept For a couple traveling together, we enjoyed the layout of our room and the spacious bath/vanity area Our room had a balcony; not much of a view to be had here, but a very peaceful suburban retreat nonetheless The bed in this hotel was the most comfortable on our trip, even in comparison to our “nicer” room in the Seattle/downtown area The staff here were welcoming, very kind, but very out of the way otherwise We really enjoyed our stay here

Jatheish Karunakaran

Great business hotel Beds are super comfortable and large Rooms are very well equipped and really taken into consideration a travellers needs

Great amenities including a workout room, clothes washing room, office area, pool, hot tub, and food Plus it’s nearby to a plaza and more food options Staff are very friendly and helpful, and there’s a good selection of snacks to charge to your room I always stay here when I’m in Redmond

Franco Zhang

Strongly recommend this location if you are travelling to Seattle area The location is very convenient, close to nearby grocery stores, malls, shops and restaurants Parking is safe and secure, located right across the street

Room is clean and everything works, even though not newly furnished Staff is friendly and professional They do offer complementary breakfast and parking so this is really nice considering how many other hotels in Seattle areas charge parking fees

By far my favorite hotel in Redmond I wish every hotel felt like this The lobby is very zen, even the elevator sounds are calming

It’s very clean and updated Walkable to town center We’ve had a few stays and all of the rooms feel like we’re the only people who have stayed in them The king suite is really spacious and the perfect choice for a longer stay where you need to make a second home The couch is great, the bathroom is spacious The bedding was not an afterthought The pillows are soft, sheets are crisp I would go out of my way to stay here and will definitely be my home base for future trips

L W

We had a wonderful stay!Location is strategic and very accessible Walking distance to everythingClean rooms and receptionist lady was very accommodating

Try their eggs benedict for breakfast at the restaurant It was really superb in my humble opinion The male server was very attentive and pro active 👌Only thing , the bathroom door in the room was a barn-style sliding door so it’s not very private when using the toiletWe love their basement parking for guests , safe for female guests And keeps you dry and somewhat warm when it’s cold and wet outside

Kyle Moor

My wife and I were awakened at 10am (I know not super early, but it was a rare chance for us to sleep in after a night away from the kids) for a fire alarm test that lasted 30 min The alarm worked great (loud alarm, flashing lights) and woke us up right at 10am after a late concert the night before Not sure why they didn’t wait until after checkout time to do the test

Also two men had to come into our room to check the strobe after 20 min, neither were wearing masks and it was just uncomfortable having strangers come in when we had just woken up The hotel was also unwilling to give us any discount or compensation for the experience

My husband and I visited the Pacific Northwest from Florida to see friends about 3 hours away from Seattle in Leavenworth We stayed in the Tall Firs room for one night as a layover between Seattle and Leavenworth The room was clean, comfortable, and warmed up quickly once we turned on the heater

We checked in close to 7pm and the hosts were efficient, informative, and gracious It was raining and chilly for us Floridians, but we did enjoy exploring the grounds and taking a few pictures before retiring for the night The view of the river was beautiful A delicious breakfast was delivered in the morning in warming dishes in a picnic basket We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay!

Rachel Jones

I can’t say enough good things about Roaring River B&B! We stayed in the Mountain Room and loved using the fire place and jacuzzi The room was well equipped and clean The location is fantastic, secluded yet only 10 minutes from downtown North Bend

We used this as our home base for skiing at Summit at Snoqualmie and hiking Franklin Falls and it was only ~30 minutes to each It’s definitely worth exploring the property if you are able We walked down the trail to the river and it was so beautiful The breakfast was delicious and delivered right to our door in a picnic basket! The pictures do not do it justice We hope to come back some day!

Mustafa Haziq

4th time staying here, just as good!We keep coming back for a few reasons The owners are friendly, the setting is beautiful and unique, and the food is good The main home and cabins are set on top of a small cliff looking down on the river, amazing view

One of the rooms was built around a boulder, so that’s one wall of the room! Really cool, and nicer than trying to destroy the boulder, sometimes you have to work with nature instead of fighting it And then there’s a separate shared tea cabin, very peaceful and a nice place to hang out Overall, we highly recommend!

Only stayed one night, perfect location for catching a show at Marymoore, pleasantly surprised by how easy the trail was to locate right from the parking lot Friendly service and clean rooms Only complaint was hearing everything in the room above us when they were walking around and closing doors in the middle of the night but that’s to be expected in a hotel

Will stay again!

James Scott

Not a bad hotel, though you can hear your neighbors pretty well Also the customer service was awkward and uncomfortable We could tell the front desk lady did not want to be there

She even seemed annoyed and mad that we were there I only asked where breakfast would be served and when It wasn’t a difficult question The coffee machines in the lobby were out of service Well, one was out of service, but the other they didn’t bother to refill or out a fresh batch in Even the person working in the breakfast hall seemed grumpy It was a weird and gloomy experience It wasn’t even busy and was actually quite dead So I don’t know what the people was Place needs new management Oh and their complimentary breakfast is now cheap with way less options then it used to have Used to be one of my favs about this place Not sure I will return unless I have too

Front desk reception was nice Location is convenient to lots of business, also right next door to four restaurants and whole foods There is currently no shuttle but parking is free

Room is a bit bigger vs standard hotel Larger than normal mini-fridge is great, and a microwave Second sink and large mirrors are convenient, nice touchesHotel is wedged between two busy streets and a construction area (2022) The windows seem pretty soundproof, so not an issue unless you want them openThe breakfast is not It’s the American unhealthy motel “standard”, meaning there’s only processed carbs, sugar based yogurt, and an upgrade: hardboiled egg But at least the grocery stores nearby and there’s the fridgeAs of May 16 2022 the outdoor pool is still closed though it doesn’t say that on the website There’s a mediocre looking indoor hot tubThe fitness room is a small room with treadmill, bike No weights or weight machine Discount $8 trip to Gold’s is advertised but does not actually exist There is no deal with any gymPersonally will try other options before staying here again Everything advertised as an amenity doesn’t actually exist No real gym, no gym deal, no breakfast, no pool, no shuttle, and no appealing hot tub If you don’t care about any of that, the rooms are larger and there’s a fridge, and the location is good Free coffee

I would just like to say The house keeper name margarita was astonishing She was so nice about not barging in to clean while we were still packing up to check out

When we took a couple bags down we realized she was watching over our door and complimented on how nice are kids were behaving! The rooms were extremely clean! 10/10 to all staff!

I was here for a business trip, but I really appreciated being at this hotel Breakfast was great in the mornings, and I loved the tea set up at night There’s a bar at a hotel across the lot that is affiliated, and the food and drinks there are pretty delightful

It felt like I was close enough to everything I needed to do and yet far enough to feel rested when back at the hotelI’d stay here again in a heartbeat

Avoid on weekends — their staffing is almost non-existent on weekends, lacking front desk staff in the evening, and no housekeeping, breakfast, or bar over the weekend Nobody even picked up the phone on Sunday morning at 8:30a! Instead you are directed to their neighbor, the Elements hotelThe physical parts of the hotel are nice enough – the gym had a good amount of equipment and space – but the service turned us off on this hotel

A very retro little place with an extremely comfy bed! This is an old school motel that has had the rooms redone The outside does not represent what the rooms look like The room is has a ‘kitchen’ area, equipped with refrigerator/freezer and microwave

Bathrooms are clean with an updated shower, although they don’t have hair dryers, which I was bummed about I have waist length hair and water pressure was good enough to accomplish washing it, so that was a plus (Many places do not) And the bedoh how wonderful it was! They chose well when getting them! The Daily Grind coffee is a short morning walk across the street, which is nice tooDown side is minimalstale smoke smell from being a very old motel Otherwise, a great little place to stay in North Bend (Picture of motel is taken from Daily Grind)

I was a weary traveler and it was 3:15 am The kind man got up to check me in I am so grateful I saw that vacancy sign

I was falling asleep and couldn’t find a place to lay my head for 4 hours The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room was very clean It smelled pleasant, and I enjoyed my rest I really thankful for Lenard being up to check me in Thanks Lenard! You rock! 🙂

We booked a number of rooms for a wedding in June The hotel gave us a great price and beautiful rooms We also hosted a welcome dinner that provided Mexican food

The food provided by the Hilton was excellent and our raved about it Arlene was my point of contact and she did a fabulous job managing the whole process of booking the rooms and the dinner We were very happy with entire event and the professionalism of the entire Hilton team

We had a short stay here, Saturday through Monday The staff was very nice and accommodating At first I was a little nervous about every room being “pet friendly”, but our room was very clean and you’d never know pets had ever been there

The bed was super comfortable, plenty of towels, good offering of channels as well We will definitely stay again

Rooms are nice and staff is nice but I pay a lot of money to have to request housekeeping after 4 night stay Had my pet in her cage so I could receive housekeeping to learn it hadn’t been done the day I was gone (3rd day) Front desk said I had to request(!!!!!) when I went down to inquire… though I was not told this at check in

Lots of money (over $950) to not have housekeeping Disappointed Daniel in the bar was awesome so I give one star or I’d * a 0 star Won’t be recommending this place due to price and lack of housekeeping (I saw one housekeeper on each floor) I feel bad, which I shouldn’t, because I had tip ready and now I don’t want to leave one No win situation #260 5/18-5/22 No courtesy offered No cook on weekend
