For Travelers wanting to skip the traffic and hotel fee jungle on the strip, this hotel offers a great stay It is Pet friendly with no pet fee but with a pet deposit instead They hold about $150 for a deposit

The welcoming staff keep very clean rooms and common areas which look like they’ve been recently updated Please be sure to keep the pets off the grass because this is a desert and the grass they keep alive doesn’t need any pet waste Instead use the area around back The parking are is well lit and mostly fenced off so vehicles are likely to be safe overnight If you’re in the military and can’t get base lodging this is the next best thing Oh yeah, and the breakfast is pretty great, which many other people have reported as well

Robert Carver

The room was great and clean, the staff there was very nice, friendly and very helpful, my father and I had a better experience with this hotel than the Flamingo hotel in the Vegas stripThe breakfast tasted good especially their sausage gravy they had served The spa and the pool were enjoyable as well

We enjoyed our stay and we’re thankful to the staff at the La Quinta Inn for making our time there well worth it

Brian Rod

The drive/surrounding area to the hotel was sketchy The hotel itself was way better than i expected; very clean, and spacious I paid for a king size bed and was not dissapointed

One of the blankets had a small stain but i took my own, other than that, the room was really clean The breakfast area was well stocked and fresh I will definitely return for next years event

If you expect a friendly environment, I do not recommend this hostel Not friendly at all! ( Next one starting with B, is much better)This hostel has no flexibility on rulesNot just about the rules, the attitudes of staff will surprise you(not in a quite good way)Emails to the boss wouldn’t make any differences as well as your reviews

At the end or your stay, you will be sent a review for their service improvement and I doubt your advice will be taken Just to assuming by the owner’s stubborn attitude)Hostel is not dirty, clean But they will ask you additional pay quite often and make you feel quite awkward time to timeBreakfast was good but their rules were tight so I breakfast only one day out of my 6days of stayEven you stayed with them, they would make you feel uncomfortable if you are still at their common area once you sign out We were waiting and chilling for late night flight and tour One staff literally told me and my friend to leave(not politely but in a blunt and rude way) It was about 4-5pm It gave me a feeling of kicking outStaff don’t communicate each other and could give you wrong information, or don’t deliver your messages to other staffThere is a late sign out fee, which is written on the door, but staff does not tell you one more time to make sure about So be aware of that Even you have stayed with them, they don’t allow you to store your bag after 11pm

I’m a solo 50y/o traveller and have stayed at Sin City Hostel on three occasions since 10/2018 Always clean, always welcoming and ALWAYS affordable I’ve met some wonderful people from around the world, walked the strip and gone to old town Vegas with them

I’m planning a trip to Vegas within the next couple of months, and I guarantee I will be staying at Sin City hostel again

Fariha Khalil

Friendly staff, clean rooms and washrooms, good location and breakfast provided as wellJust take your own lock and key for the lockers They don’t provide one and stores are out of it

We went through a lot of hassle just to keep our stuff safe That’s the only flipside

We arrived late on a Friday night Checking in was a little long after a 12 hour drive, however staff shortages in the US is everywhereThe staff at this hotel is absolutely wonderful

Every person I encountered was so niceThe Casino was clean and only a slight smell of cigarettes The drinks not do great but what do you expect for free Beer would be the routeThe room was spacious and clean Could use updating, but as I mentioned clean and spacious We had a view of the atrium and it was beautifulWe lost our wallet and reported it to security I cannot say enough about this department Not only did they did they find our wallet, they even mailed it to our house We are very gratefulNow if you are new to this hotel it’s very overwhelming We had no idea where to go The parking instructions for oversized cars, RVs ect is not clear We drove around and round trying to find where to park After a couple calls to the hotel they directed us where to go Once parked on the opposite side of the street from the hotel we had no idea where to go to check in Signs are not clear Even when inside the signs are not clear enough It made it very stressful check in all around for our familyIf they could improve, it would be in this area

Kaitlyn Arlotta

Very affordable hotel about 15 to 29 minutes from the strip TGIF on site as well as Dunkin Donuts, Subway and more Hotel has a pool outside very private

Casino is mostly slots but there are tables and we enjoyed playing bingo for the first time ever The staff was super helpful especially the bingo people who explained everything clearly Did not win big but did not walk away broke! Our room was surprisingly beautiful and very clean Highly recommend stopping at Roberto’s anytime (open 24 hours) for some excellent Mexican food Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Parking was mostly easy to find And of course the location was great Right on Fremont Street without all the loud noise and peopleThe price was not too bad I will for sure come back next time

Susan Harroff

I haven’t been downtown in years, but wow! The Plaza looked good It was a busy Saturday night and we went to see a comedy show Great fun

The people were great My only negatives were the price of our cocktails $15 for a small drink in plastic cup with well liquor and the waitress took our $35 and didn’t ask if we wanted change She took the money and said thank you and quickly walked away Probably would have given her the change anyway but come on So we didn’t order any additional drinks

The Gardner

This motel feels like it’s a closely-guarded secret or something The rooms are NICE, like way, way nicer than I expected for the price Like nicer than most casinos’ rooms and dirt cheap

Yeah, the area the motel itself is located in is pretty rough, but it’s pretty close to a lot of good locations on Fremont and traffic/parking is super easy I didn’t feel unsafe or anything I’d definitely stay here again

Som Different

Personally I’ve never stayed here, but when I do go to Vegas I always make sure I stop in My buddies and I have become great friends with one of the bartenders His name is Luis, and he’s what we consider our personal bartender

Ask for the Don Julio 1942 double shot you won’t be disappointed 🤣🤣🤣The guy is top notch!!! Tell him Chris sent you

Bryan A

My wife and I came to celebrate our anniversary This is a great casino for the price There was absolutely no wait to check in compared to other casinos that had long lines

The service was amazing Fun place to play the penny slot machines My wife loved the suite and the vanity mirrors Not much outside noise from our room The room was very clean when we got there My wife and I enjoyed walking and dancing on Fremont Street just outside

Ashley Moon

First time staying at Golden Gate and chose a suite It was very large and had nice finishes Loved it, highly recommend and will stay again

Room was on south side (opposite of Fremont) that overlooked valetOur friends stayed here as well in a basic room and the rooms are extremely small and outdated I don’t suggest due to the size and music is overly loud (they could not sleep because of the music level) Other hotels on fremont we’ve stayed at weren’t as loud as these roomsGambled here as well and had great service from the table girls Downfall – the door security were aggressive and rude The other half of our party had kids with them and every single time yelled “No kids allowed in the casino” Each time they had to tell them they were staying in the hotel Luckily it was only Friday and Saturday night Overall my husband and I enjoyed it and had a great experience

Personally frequent Vegas a lot Primarily on the strip, this was a very delightful surprise Hidden gem absolutely

Beautiful stay, clean, and spacious ALTHOUGH Got robbed in the casino Someone stole a bag while we won a small jackpot Staff seems in on it… but the stay was very nice Keep electronics literally on your body if you don’t want them stolen

Panduh Burr

As for the casino? I ADORE that the El Cortez is 21+ and I adore the old time slots:) always nice getting to hear that sound when you win 🥰 absolutely upgrade and stay in the tower , if you stay in the cabanas you will hear the street traffic and pedestrians a lot more than you would think And maybe the beds are a little softer up there too The decor is fabulous honestly

I adore the bright colors mixed with the white alligator walls

Frank Pecora

Beautifully restored and maintained historic property Not the scale or bling of the mega-resorts on the strip, but better in many ways Most importantly are the low minimums and attractive game rules like 10x odds on craps or 3:2 blackjack on single and double deck

Lots of slots (including a section that uses real coins!) in a good sized casino floor yet with an intimate feel The newly remodeled tower rooms are very well designed and appointed For me, I had a view of the strip that I never saw in my 40 years of staying mid-to-south strip All the staff are very friendly and helpful Free parking for guests Oh, yeah Beer stations IN the pit with a dedicated server making sure you don’t wait more than a few seconds for your favorite ice cold brew! You can feel the “rat pack” era everywhere, with old standards music playing It’s a great place I’ll be back!

The rooms on the South side of the North Tower are loud up until 2 or 3 am because they’re immediately adjacent to Fremont Street, so be forewarned when making reservations

Standard ear plugs do not sufficeThat having been said, the front desk staff were amazing We told them we were having trouble sleeping, and even though the hotel was nearly full, they were able to move us to a room on the opposite side of the North Tower which was much quieter and greatly appreciatedThe Magnolia Room was a superb dining choice We ate there multiple meals and never had anything other than delicious and generous portions Big bonus was that guests receive a coupon book which has two “2 for 1” offers, so it was a fantastic price point as wellAll in all, our first time at the Four Queens was a great experience Would definitely stay there again Shout out to the front desk staff for helping us have a great vacation!

Varu Taru

If you’re staying on Fremont this is a great place to stay! **No resort fees** It’s central, next to a bunch of great food and a short walk to attractions like the Neon museum (very recommended,) and container park (where I’m told locals enjoy going for a bite)I can’t speak much for the casino portion of the hotel as I didn’t game when I was there I can say the gaming floor was clean, seemed to have a lot of attendants, ashtrays were mostly clean and sparkling, and there wasn’t an overpowering smell of cigarette smoke

Our check in person was super funny and played into our chaos, I wish I remembered her name so I could really recommend herThe rooms were great for what we paid The air conditioning didn’t fail once during the 104°F days, the room was clean, the bedding was comfortable The downside and the reason for 4 stars on room — the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work After a shower the bathroom got so warm that the rest of the hotel room was full of humidity and moisture with one person it wouldn’t have been a big deal but we had 3All in all I would stay here again!

Adam M

This is a pretty small Casino and very smokey inside But it is downtown on Fremont so you have plenty of options when it comes to casino’s if you’re not happy here, they’re right across the streetThe rooms are pretty spacious with comfortable beds and nice interior paint

Quiet too considering there’s a live stage outside right next to the casino that is open until 2amOverall I was happy with my stay but I’d go gamble elsewhere

We had a great stay here The rooms were clean and comfortable The breakfast had plenty of options

I booked it because of the proximity to the airport and for the airport shuttle Our flight got in at 1:45 pm and the shuttle stops from 2-4 The next morning our flight was at 6 and the shuttle does not begin that early We were disappointed that we did not get the airport shuttle either time

Rhylma Villegas

We were there a couple of weeks ago in March for a family trip to the national parks; and out of all the hotels we stayed this was the worst by far We had a late arrival flight and checked in passed midnight As we drove up to the hotel we questioned our booking choice as it just looked sketchy from the outside

When we walked into the lobby the air wreaked of weed and the check- in desk lobby area was small and dated The front desk person was nice We had reserved a room suite which was spacious, but again the smell as you first walk in was musty and oldBeds were ok and I was able to sleep due to how tired I was but the beds were average In a separate area there was a small pull out couch but it was super uncomfortable according to our kids because of the bed springs The bathroom was old and dated The sink cabinet was painted plywood, which just looked like cheap workmanship Luckily we only had a one night quick stay Definitely would not recommend anyone to stay here

T V

I liked the remodel of the hotel Rooms clean Staff was friendly and professional

Price was cheapest I could find at last minute and closest to the airport Called the hotel for the shuttle to come pick me up at the airport, which was nice However, I couldn’t take advantage of the free shuttle service or free breakfast due to my 06:40 am flight I thought this was odd since Las Vegas McCarran airport is 24 hours and early morning flights are common I think they should start shuttle service at 04:00am and offer grab and go breakfast bags No restaurants nearby, but have a hotel food service company that will deliver to your door Overall, good stay and served it’s purpose I’d recommend it

Our stay here was so long, we considered ourselves residents We know the staff and management on a first-name basis Everyone knew our family

The GM is amazing A couple people at front desk are amazing A number of the housekeepers do a great job PLEASE be gracious to the staff Customer service in Vegas is not easyI only rate it 3-stars because of the things we’ve seen that many/most wouldn’t on a short tripBut I do recommend staying here if you’re going to The Strip and staying for 7+ days Gives you more spending money for The Strip (which is walking distance, IMO)Sidenote: First floor laundry has the best washers/dyers And if you forget to buy water, hit up the gym’s water dispenser

Katherine P

Stayed here for one night after my flight back to Houston was cancelled late in the day The older man at the front desk was so kind and friendly, he made my check-in and check-out experience great The room was very clean and cute, I have no complaints about it

I appreciate the older gentleman’s kindness and the brief conversation I had with him, I really needed it after spending several hours at the airport and dealing with attitude from TSA and other people Thank you for the brief, but pleasant stay!

Lory Hall

I stayed here for a few months because my husband was working out here The staff is top notch! Such an outstanding staff! Let me give you an example, I ordered a soccer ball for my dog, and it needed a needle for the pump to inflate it because the one that came with it was no good I asked if they had that kind of stuff in the office

They went out and bought me needles so that I could inflate the ball!!! Who does this kind of customer service anymore!?! Loved my stay here! If every hotel could be this place, it would be heaven! Thank you for making our stay MAGNIFICENT!!!

Had a few packages sent there and called multiple times to confirm that they would either hold onto them for me or if I had to leave before they came that they would send them to another address I was told multiple times by different front desk agents that they would be able to do that Come to find out one of them and a manager sent my packages back to the shipper

They didn’t even notify me, and the kicker is I gave my info to a front desk agent and let them know to please hold on to the packages since I was on vacation and traveling all over the place and once I had some down time I’d call and see the best place to send them or what the next step would be, and the person just sent em back anyways Once I did call back they then told me that they were not able to send packages anywhere else now my stuff is in limbo basically Also breakfast was trash food was stale and room was dingy and old Bout time for an update But it’s a inn and suites so wasn’t expecting anything more than trash service and old outdated rooms Nice place to lay your head but not worth it for a stay longer than two days max

The building, main entrance, hallways, and rooms all seemed clean and reasonable Location is fine but definitely far north from downtown Vegas or the strip $20+ uber/lyft No grocery store within walking distance but there is a corner store 8 min walk east A few quickie restaurants across the way Uber eats has okay options so farIt is worth noting that our room had obvious history and repair of water damage in the ceiling (we were on the top floor) in two places, one a major repair, and the carpet by the front door had obvious water damage too Otherwise the room was clean and the bed a bit soft but good The pillows were mostly extremely lumpy with a couple nicer ones Even though it is a king sized bed they were regular and smallish pillows Decor was simple Requesting more pillows was delivered promptly, and towelsMini fridge works well but was set to warmest setting, easy to reset to functional chill, so do that first if you plan to use it Microwave works Lots of plugs and even USB ports Smart TV, so I was able to connect a console I had brought easily Drawer space was moderate at best but fineShower head screamed a shrill whistle for about the first ten minutes of being on It self resolved but was surprising for the first while Each time we tried it on it continued a couple minutes of shrieking before resolving Bathrooms otherwise clean Toilet seat was cheap tho, and you have to hold the handle down for a while to get it to flushBreakfast had some protein choices, egg bacon sausage, but the egg was over salted and tasted almost crumbly My fiancé thinks it was poured from a carton rather than cracked from an egg Pancake machine Basic fruit Some pastries Seemed good but since I mostly do protein in the morning the eggs were a disappointment The woman working the breakfast however was delightful and friendly if you approached with a smile yourself After we showed up several signs were posted to not take food back to your room, which we ignored, because they blasted Fox News in the lobby on the TV and that is a horrible and political show, and I declined to participate in that activityPool was hard to find (back door of first floor to the right a ways) and isn’t regularly cleaned of leaves Hot tub bubbled on command but it never heated up We gave it at least ten to fifteen minutes When we asked they said it wasn’t open yet, but we’re were there in April and the first day we were there was 92 F outside so that made no sense to me Workout room has a couple basic pieces of equipmentChecking out was simple, bill delivered under the door in the morning Checkout was at 11, we requested late morning of checkout and were given until 12

I definitely think there should be a local discount for the buffet, at minimum on the weekdays The food was decent but I want to particularly point out the service of the staff I wish I would have gotten the gentleman’s name but our server was EXCELLENT

He was very attentive Everyone who worked at the buffet was kind and courteous

My daughters and I booked 2 Deluxe Queen Smoking rooms for 6 days in June It was a wonderful stay! The rooms are exactly like the pictures on the website The beds have 2 sheets with a thin comforter in between

The beds are firm (but not too firm!), and the pillows are firm (most hotel pillows flatten as soon as you put your head on them) The rooms were clean and fresh Complimentary toiletries (the bath soap didn’t lather very well) For a Smoking room, I expected it to smell smoky, but when I first walked in, it didn’t! The rooms could use an exhaust fan, thoughThere were a limited number of cable channels, but hey, we don’t go to Vegas to watch TV, huh?Everyone – Housekeepers, Front Desk, Bellman and Wait staff were very friendly and helpful! My daughters and I are already making plans to go back next year!

So happy that Main Street Station re-opened! Friendly establishment, mostly catering to Pacific Islanders, but all are welcome The rooms are clean, large, and with comfy beds Small fridge, no coffee maker in room, and not set up for today’s modern electronics (no usb ports)

It is easy to get from parking garage straight to elevators, to roomno trekking through casino with your luggage! Lot’s of antique’s, check out the Berlin Wall relic! Triple 7 has inexpensive plentiful pours!

This location is easy to get to, you can pass by the strip on the highway Ample parking available here This was just a stop on a road trip, for us

One night we did drive near the strip for an activity, was easy access So, if you need to stay in the area but not here for the awesome fun of the Vegas strip, I highly recommend this Hampton Our double queen room was spacious with fridge and microwave There is a snack area at the front desk where we bought micro pizza and beer, for a night snack Service was great Fernando checked us in and he was clear and descriptive about the services available We felt well informed and taken care of For those just stopping for the night, there is a Chevron, a Cracker Barrel and an In-n-Out burger place, just across the street Great night sleep Very pleased

It’s been a while since we’ve experienced a decent hotel stay in Las Vegas from the moment we arrived late evening all the way through checkout, the staff was extremely pleasant and attentive! Room was comfortable and clean

breakfast was delicious and attendees were so awesome! Definitely marking this hotel as a must-stay anytime we visit

My husband and I were treated terribly by your front desk check in person We arrived after a long day of driving and she was beyond rude She told us that Hampton Inn did not offer senior discounts and hung up the speaker phone, and that they do not accept walk-ins

She acted like she was doing us a favor The doors were locked, and she only spoke to us over a very distorted speaker We were left outside until she very reluctantly allowed us into the lobby This is when she informed us that she does not take walk-ins The whole experience was like no other I have never been treated so poorly by any hotel, much less a Hampton Inn Another notable issue was this woman was not wearing a name tag I have no idea what her name is, but we checked in at 11:30pm last friday 8/19/22)

This hotel was great! I loved the location We were close to the strip, but far enough away to get good sleep The rooms were very nice and comfy

The staff was very friendly and the hotel decor was stunning I really loved my stay here!My only complaint is the elevator in the parking garage I’m pretty sure there was urine on the floor as well as trash everywhere

Winter Tucker

My partner and I had the absolute best stay here! I was a little skeptical going in because of the location, but the staff and facility exceeded my expectation We had a suite in the gallery tower, and it was gorgeous! The room was massive, and had a beautiful view overlooking the Mob Museum It was clean, and very spacious! The bed was extremely comfortable and provided us with the best nights sleep

There is a lovely pool, I only wish it was open later The gym facility is 24 hours and has all the essentials I was very surprised by the quality of food and coffee in the restaurant down stairs!! The lattes were so good we went back for seconds later, and not to mention the price is very reasonable in the restaurant! I’m also a fan of the location for being close to Freemont, but off the beaten path so you can escape the sounds and crowds We will definitely be staying here again!

Wow! This was our first time staying in downtown and we loved our hotel! It was very clean and the staff was awesome! Everyone from the valet, front desk, housekeeping, bartenders and waitresses We had a very pleasant stay We even got a great free upgrade of our room on the top floor with an amazing view! We didn’t want to leave our room

Now that we found a great hotel in downtown Vegas, we can’t wait to come back! Thank you for a very nice getaway It was badly needed!

Had a blast thereWe’ve done the strip, and had our pockets vacuumed with very little enjoymentDid Sam’s Town with considerably better results

But had a great time at Boulder Station The odds are always better that on the strip, and you see it in the play time you get Yes, the house still wins, but they give you plenty of entertainment in exchangeThe food choices are also very good, and the prices reasonable

Hammond “DJaHaM”

I am a local Las vegan for the last 9 years and live walkable distance to this location, even when hot outsideMy history with Boulder Station is positive, although, as of lately, I’ve noticed that my history of winning is much better than my current I feel the machines are very stiff and hardly pay out within the last 8 months or so

My wife and I enjoy the restaurants and now have more selection to eat since the new food court is now openWe would have enjoyed some sort of buffet to re-open but they decided to not do that and because of this (stiff machines and no buffet available) we have been playing elsewhere where they accommodate our enjoymentsOverall and for my above reasons, is why I scored it a 3 out of 5 I only took 2 photos of and in Boulder Station One photo was with my drone of the whole property and the other is of an old Mexican style eatery that my wife and I loved, that is now closed due to the food court opening up 🤨 we were frequent customers every week

Angel Howard

At the restaurant where we ate the Manager was very professional and attentive to our needs Because it was our time dinning there he made sure we were satisfied He answered all of our questions and made us feel like we were millionaires

The waiter and the server were just as amazing GREAT RESTAURANT Don’t remember the name I only know it’s fancy and it begins with the letter D
