Had a wonderful one night stay here, wish we could have stayed longerJolynn was a fantastic host and really made us feel at home with a warm welcome and freshly baked cookies on arrivalOur room, like the rest of the house was charming, full of antique farm furniture and spotlessly clean

The bed was super comfortable and we slept really wellThere was a lovely garden and waterfall to relax in as wellBreakfast was a pear pancake, bacon, potatoes and watermelon and was cooked to perfectionThis is a first class bed and breakfast, and I will definitely be staying again if I am in the area

Clean and friendly service Breakfast wasn’t the best Eggs were dried out and juices all tasted watered down

I watched the lady change the juice and even the fresh one tasted not so great They need to get their juice from another supplier perhaps But that was the only thing we can say that wasn’t great We loved it and will be back again The pool was also clean and actually quiet My boys and I loved it

Staff was great and are the only reason I went as high as 2 stars Free breakfast was ok, but this hotel is very dated and needs updating Furniture in the suites is old and in rough shape

Our suite had an odor coming from the sofa bed that was so off-putting that it couldn’t be slept on Our repeated (2) complaints to the front desk resulted first being offered another room which was not clean (dishes in the kitchen cupboards were dirty) and also being offered a spray for the couch that they use for pet smells and stains The window blind on the balcony door of our suite was broken and we were given paper clips to hold it up in an open position to let light into the room Same thing in the other suite we were offered We were there for a long stay and no manager contacted us to address our concerns I will never stay at this hotel again

This is a wonderful, reasonably-priced hotel in a convenient location (aside from the construction on the roads nearby – but that’s obviously temporary, and no fault of the hotel) The night auditor at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful when I arrived for a last-minute, late-night check-in The rooms were clean and spacious

I appreciated being given the option of a high floor and balcony If my travels take me back to this part of Denver, I would stay here again

Amber Viola

This wasn’t just your typical hotel I think one of my favorite things about it was how friendly the staff were, and the resturants in the lobby The breakfast and dinners there weren’t just serve yourself buffets, they were legitimate restaurants

The staff even brought the food out to you Not to mention, the food was fantastic! The pool was a little small but it was still nice I really enjoyed the hot tub It’s a really nice place to stay for both short and long trips

saurabh shegokar

Very good stay, they do have Starbucks inside so no need to look around for coffee Breakfast is paid but awesome The location is good and parking is nearby so walkable

Overall good stayI did not see microwave inside room so giving it 4stars otherwise fabulous staff and great location in Denver for stay

Nice hotel, very clean and comfortable Beautiful location too We did have an issue with customer service at the restaurants and the manager, Hunter

I reached out to the GM, Curtis, and he made it all right and gave excellent customer service! Matt and Kurt at guest services were both amazing, Laura at check in was great and has a fun energy! Wayne was also great and helped me with my issues with the restaurants If we are back in the area anytime in the future we would give it another try! We love Hilton properties and they always have great customer service which is a MUST in the hospitality industry!

The Really Honest Traveller

It was fine, nothing really stood out about it It’s for sure not a bad hotel, just nothing great about it It was clean, friendly staff, nice views of the mountains on one side of the hotel

Breckenridge Brewing Company is the hotel restaurant which is sweet Very large hotel so getting to your room can take a bit Not much within walking distance WiFi was good I think the shower pressure was good, I can’t remember If I had to I’d stay here again I would but I prefer hotels closer to stuff to walk to

Jaime McClellan

This has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time ! In addition to the clean rooms, hallways, and lobby, the staff was extremely friendly and professional! They all seemed happy to be there and happy to help They have more than once went above and beyond to make our stay safe, easy, and fun! The pool are was lovely and clean, perfect to relax as well! 10/10 would stay here again and I will be recommending to all my friends and family

Kendra Lauren

This may be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly! The bartenders/waitresses, the front desk staff, the Starbucks barista, everyone! So happy to help and accommodating with all our questions, came here from Chicago and will be choosing this hotel each time I come to Denver! Couldn’t recommend this place more Rooms are very clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries 10/10

Yuezhou Wang

I stayed here for three nights for a business trip The experience was quite disappointing Sheraton is supposed to be one of the “premium” bands in the Marriott family and yet it is more like a motel on the i25

The hotel needs serious renovation and repair There is only one elevator working and the carpet wore out in the lobby The club lounge was closed with no service The outdoor swimming pool looked unclean and there were a few dead bugs in the water The room was not very sound proof and I heard occasionally dog barking and people coughing in the nearby rooms There was not house keeping service eitherThe staff were very friendly though I guess they were very short staffed and could not offer full service Overall, the hotel does not represent a good Sheraton brand

Even paying at a discount using my Best Western rewards points I was not satisfied with my stay Seems like the hotel is short staffed or they just have given up Ice machine out of order, empty hand sanitizing stations, sold out coke machines

Our room was overall clean, but the carpets not at all There is a bad lingering smell throughout hallways and even in the rooms Our sheets had holes in them Our AC unit made a loud noise -I could go on Let’s just say I was glad to get out of there Sketchy area Stay somewhere else is my recommendation to you

Andrea Scarberry

We had an overall comfortable stay in our room which was surprisingly quiet, but were not happy with this hotel choice and would not recommend to others We chose this hotel because the pricing was competitive during a time when many other options were much higher Next time I will buck up and pay more $$ for a more comfortable stay somewhere else

– Hallways and stairwells smelled awful (pot/trash/body odor) Ground floor hallway was the worst on the way to and from breakfast in the morning – not very appetizing- Room didn’t smell much better upon arrival but thankfully we could crack the window and air it out, which we did during the duration of our stay- Room had trash left behind and it was apparent that it had not been thoroughly cleaned or re-stocked Floor towel for the shower was balled up and damp in the corner of the bathroom upon our arrival We were not given any extra toilet paper for our week-long, four-person family stay, so eventually had to go ask for more when we ran out The person who got it for me basically rolled her eyes when I politely asked for a new roll No hair dryer or iron, and just an empty space in the cabinet where the mini fridge should have been- Carpet and floor were filthy/stained/sticky None of us wanted to take our shoes off until we were in bed for the night- Breakfast was just okay Juice machines out of order, and I thought it was weird that they didn’t have any water available We were there early most days, but one day showed up about half-way through, and many things were gone and had not been re-stocked or replenished- Ice machine on main floor out of order- Pool was okay, but we were disappointed to find an empty rack where there should have been extra towels for guests to useBased on the fact that to us this hotel did not feel clean, welcoming or have decent amenities, I would not recommend

Pretty good hotel, nice staff, good restaurants nearby I don’t really know what else to say, it’s a good hotel I recommend going

I like the feel of hotels because it’s like you are having a sleep over, but you get a mansion and you are having a sleep over with a ton of people But because of the people it is sometimes loud at night You can hear people through the walls and the air conditioning is SO loud But whatever Also I don’t think they clean the showers, I find hairs in them Well, whatever That’s my view on this hotel Is you read this entire review, good for you! Again, I still would recommend going here Anyways, review, over!

Erika Lirardi

Was very disappointed in the room The use to be beautiful yellow chase was completely stained I threw the waffle blanket on it as soon as I check in

The breakfast was good Staff friendly But word of advice if your charging almost 200 a night b4 taxes I don’t want to see a chair covered in stains You had everything going for you but to me that’s just nasty You do one of two things when this happens Find fabric that’s close to the original Send a professional to clean them If not you throw it out and buy a new chair Room 113

Lauren Shamon

Had a terrible experience with the foreign call that you have to go through when you call their number I got incorrect booking information and then they would not help me fix it I finally got them to transfer me to the physical front desk person at this location and he quickly transferred me to his manager who was helpful and kind in getting my situation fixed

While I give the customer service of the remote employees no stars, the staff at this location were pleasant to work with and able to fix my original booking issue

Great place to stay Staff is very nice and accommodating, even when an issue arose with a leaking A/C unit made our 2 BR suite not available the first night They gave us a 1BR and kept us informed as soon as our room was fixed we moved

Nice pool and patio area The breakfast was okay with a variety of items to choose from We also enjoyed cooking in the full kitchen The pictures on their site are accurate and look just like the rooms Clean and comfortable all the way Great location close to metro train and across the highway from a mall Will definitely stay here the next time I’m in the Denver area

Have lived in Multiple residence inn before but this one was my worst experience To begin with Very limited options in breakfast

Almost nothing for vegetarian Room service comes only twice a week And for me it came only once in 1st week and twice on second Even though the staff knew that I am staying for 2 weeks, they gave me the worst possible room in the hotel with minimum sunlight and no view at all There is a wall in 6 meters of my windows which blocks sunlight and all the views I asked for room change the 2nd day I moved in and I was offered to get new room 2 days before checkout There are 2 working washing machines of 3 for which I had to wait for 1 hr Truly disappointed with this branch

Divine TribalSol (Dez Yohe)

Some of the staff is all right but I’m there’s no real care in the customer care for this hotel which was sad because I paid a lot of money to be there and for my staff so four star review because some of the stuff is snotty and when I’m spending money like that and there’s no real concern about me or what’s going on I just take my business to another location Mind you I’m terminally ill have no immune system and it’s hard for me to move from one location to another but I had to do so because of security issues and there was no concern about me my account the money I spent the money that was taken I love Marriott and I will continue to use them just not this location

Clean spacious room, bed was oh so comfy, comforter was fluffy and delightful Front desk admin/managers were friendly and very helpful

Although construction is taking place you’d never know it, there were no loud noises or banging, construction workers were friendly too! Continental breakfast had great choices as well Although there are many hotels in this area, spend the extra $20 bucks a day and have a very enjoyable stay!

Randy Reynard

Clean and welcoming overallDuring our visit (5 days) the ice machine on our floor never did work – reported it the first day, finally the last day they hung a sign on itBreakfast (free) was really basic and the guy running the breakfast area made a point of telling us several times he was out of things and because his manager had gone to the mountains and taken the company credit card with her, he couldn’t buy provisions so he could adequately prepare food

The hot foods were never really “hot” On the 3rd day they finally had orange juice The coffee was super acidic, not sure how they messed that upThe front desk people were absolutely delightful, every one of them, and the room was clean and comfortable The bathroom showed signs of wear, needed some TLC from the facilities team The elevators were much the same – just looked a bit worn and could use some attention to detailIt was convenient and comfortable, and I’d go back, but my expectations would be lower and I probably wouldn’t plan on eating breakfast there again

The hotel itself is fine Location is also fine My extremely high rating is due to this hotel’s excellent staff

Everyone we encountered seemed happy, so this hotel must be managed well What a rarity these days! Usually people in customer service seem to hate customers now We found the staff at this hotel to be friendly, accommodating, and to take pride in performing well Housekeeping got our room ready very early for us due to our flight schedule We were upgraded to a 2BR/2BA without asking Maintenance initiated checking with us to ask if everything was going well with our room and whether we needed anything Front desk staff readily gave out free bottled waters and always greeted us politely Plus, our teenage sons said the hotel breakfast may have been the best they’ve ever eaten!

Hunter Santiago

My room was immaculate The two guys on the desk around 11 pm were friendly and welcoming When I had an issue with my Digital Key, the desk staff made sure to get me a physical one right away

The hotel was clean and breakfast smelled amazing! Have stayed here before and definitely will return A huge thank you to the front desk agent working this morning You are truly a blessing

Robyn Shepard

Perfect spot, especially if you’re traveling with a dogI spent two weeks trying to decide which hotel to book for my long term stay in Denver I needed to be South but was worried about staying somewhere labeled “tech center

” I am so grateful I booked this hotel The GM, Jesus, is incredible Kind, welcoming, humble, and accommodating He went out of his way to help me find the right room I was looking for The maintenance men, Jarret and Miguel, also incredible Had a couple lights burn out and when I asked for help (expecting service the next day) both men were up and fixed the bulbs within an hour Incredibly kind and earned brownie points when they praised and pet my dog The surrounding around is easily walkable and there’s plenty of green space (outside the golf course) and sidewalks for going for a short or long walk with the dog The hotel itself is a little dated, which you’d only know if you regularly stay at hiltons/Homewood suites, but there are no updates that could possibly outweigh the benefits of the staff at this hotel I have talked with 5 different individuals working the front desk at various times of the day and each time I am greeted with a smile and helpful attitude In a past life I traveled >250 days per year and this hotel has the best staff I have encountered

Nice hotel, up to date Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable Jacuzzi in the room which we didn’t use (they’re a waste of space, in my opinion)

The bed was too firm for our taste, but the bedding felt good Hot breakfast was nice, the breakfast room attendant was paying close attention to every detail, working very hard at doing an excellent job He deserves recognition from management

Just stay at Castle Rock Comfort Suites for 2 nights after 2 nights of camping Our first night we tried to use the pool but someone was hosting swim lessons for toddlers in session groups of 3 to 5 kiddos It’s a small pool so it made using it for recreation awkward for actual hotel guests

The staff at check in was very timid and just not welcoming Upon checkout my statement from the hotel was drastically different than my bank statement so I called down to ask where the extra charge came from I know some place an extra hold until it clears but it was an odd amount with change They couldn’t explain where the charge came from and began yelling at me that it wasn’t their problem I hung up and went down to ask for the manager to which I was told that she was the manager and has been for 15 years as she continued slamming paper around telling me she was done helping me and that I was welcome to exit now(as my kids were still up on the room mind you) I again tried to ask if someone else handles billing questions or if there was a corporate department to ask my questions to and she and her cleaning staff rudely told me to “google it” She made other sparky remarks and when I asked for their names she said “Debbie” but all other staff who involved themselves in the conversation refused to provide a name and none had name tags on I have never been spoken to so rudely by anyone let alone someone in a management position at what appeared to be a nice hotel I will never recommend Comfort Suites to anyone and am so disappointed that this is how our trip for my neices wedding is coming to an end

Dustin Harding

First priority for me when I travel is whether or not I have a clean place to sleep Comfort Suites in Castle Rock, CO fit the bill perfectly My room was clean, the pool area had fresh towels stocked (yes, the hot tub was the right temp and very relaxing after a long drive) and the breakfast bar was stocked up! Bob and Stacy were wonderful

I was happy enough to book a return trip with them upon my check out Next trip to Castle Rock, I know where I’m staying

This Holiday Inn has been our go to every time we’ve been in Parker We’ve never had any issues The rooms, while a little run down, are always clean and well stocked

This morning was the first time we’ve had the breakfast vouchers for the restaurant in the hotel After waiting several minutes to be seated, my husband was served his milk in a glass with lipstick on the rim Not just in one spot, ALL OVER THE RIM We finished our underwhelming breakfast, got packed up, and my husband mentions the glass incident to the woman working the counter She was no help, couldn’t do anything to help, had no kind of answers, besides giving us her manager’s business card Now after calling and talking to this manager we will likely not be dealing with this location again She tried to play it off as no big deal and told us there was no way it didn’t get put through the dishwasher Which begs the question are you not sanitizing in your dishwasher? Are you also not using hot enough water to melt lipstick wax off the glasses? Did you forget that we’ve spent the last 2 years in a pandemic? If you can’t do a better job, then you need to find a better breakfast solution, because this ain’t it It’s disgusting! What’s even more disappointing is how your staff handled it

THEODORA MONDELLI

We were in the area for a surgery that was getting preformed across the street The room was overpriced and absolutely gross!! We only stayed there for approx 7 hours so my kids and I didn’t have to wait in the hospital waiting room Stains and burns all over the carpets

Furniture was chipped and super worn out with grease stained on the arm chair that was intended to be green but now was brown on the arms and seat area One of the beds had an ink stain and an orange mark on the comforter that appeared to be crayonWhen checking in we waited for 15 mins with no one at the desk at all Then we were charged more than what was quoted on the phone in reservations Trying to call the hotel to see why were charged more money and no one had picked up the phone in over 3 hours of trying to call the front desk!Super disappointed in the service and quality of the room

The General manager and staff with very very friendly The beds are extremely comfortable the rooms are spacious could use a little more lighting The breakfast was good

Foods weren’t freshly cooked but I’m pretty sure it’s still Covid related Unlike all other businesses they still run a little short on stuff but the manager make sure to take care of everything

The room size was good (double queen), beds were comfy, bathroom was nice Pool was small but was to be expected for a small hotel My only complaint is we unfortunately had a room that smelled of dog pee

I myself have a dog and cat and know they can have accidents but in a small room it tends to linger and be more potent The maintenance manager was amazing and gave some febreeze as moving rooms wasn’t necessary for our short stay If I needed to stay again I would but would request a room that didn’t have pets recently

This hotel exceeded our expectations The rooms were spacious, clean and had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room The General Manager, Ryan, was more than accommodating in any request and even offered some gift cards to local attractions

He was super attentive to keeping the property maintained, even saw him watering the landscape It was refreshing to see people who care about what they do Unfortunately, with all that, I was contacted by Ryan about broken glass in my room I was made to feel as if I was being dishonest With as much money as we spent to stay there, I’m shocked over the thought they think we would ever leave without addressing a serious matter like broken glass “all over the room” I never thought of actually taking a picture of the rooms we stay in at our time of departure Hope they find out what happened Other than that isolated incident in my experience (and if it never happened) I would definitely stay there again

We really really enjoyed our stay here I do not usually leave reviews, but the stay here made me want to go over and beyond to let anyone know who’ll be traveling to this area to stay here Staff very friendly, breakfast was hot and good & housekeeping kept our room clean whenever we left for the day

We were accommodated nicely for my birthday stay & they upgraded our room without our knowledge so that was a plus!!! There’s plenty of places to eat and entertainment in the area The snow storm that we were caught in made the stay at the hotel even more relaxing! We had the king suite! The pool & hot tub area was also nice to be in at the end of January 🤍 We will be returning and staying here again!

Our room was wonderful The bathroom is a little small and the microwave is a little old, but everything else was perfect! The front desk staff were personable and helped with every question and need we had The breakfast spread was different each day, but delicious every day

The housekeeping and kitchen staff were helpful as well

Try Again

The gentleman at the counter was disrespectful to me I was trying to transfer funds to account with a card they accept & asked him to keep the room I wanted reserved while I did so It was the last jacuzzi room available that evening

As I was doing so, he informed me that it had been booked I couldn’t believe it Not only that, but I was standing at the counter taking care of the transaction & he asked me to have a seat in the waiting area, as if my presence was a bother or repulsive to him Very uncomfortable feeling & a major disappointment I would not recommend this hotel

Wow!! Guy named Chad was working the front desk when my daughter and I arrived way later than expected due to flight delays from the airport We’re here for my dad’s funeral When we got here the card used to reserve our room wasn’t authorizing and everyone we called to see why just wasn’t answering their phones

So Chad used a line of credit made available by the hotel as a temporary fix so we could get into a room for the night and get some rest Chad explained that the card we had on file was probably fine, but for whatever reason, the system just wasn’t accepting it He saw that we were exhausted from traveling all day and he just wanted us to end the night on a good note We ended up getting room #111 and our car rental was parked in spot #333; which are both Angel numbers This tells me my daughter and I were on the right path and we are glad to have met Chad and very appreciative of his kindness and willingness to help He even gave us a free soda because he said we had been through enough for the day and that it was the least he could do Chad is an awesome employee and this hotel is very lucky to have him!

Worst place I’ve ever stay in I’ve been using Marriott for over 20 years, lifetime platinum member Elevator has been out of order for a week

Everything is in disrepair, broken doors, dryer machines, and they don’t clean the room unless you stay here for at least a week and then you get one cleaning Completely mismanaged The kids that work the front desk are really awesome though It’s too bad they have to deal with it They were kind enough to bring me a broom, dustpan and cleaning agents

We really enjoyed our stay Thanks to Sumali, I believe she’s the manager She was wonderful, very pleasant and accommodating

She made sure we got a quiet room, made all the difference for us She is customer focused, made us feel like visiting a friend, gave us great recommendations for restaurants too The hotel is looking a little dated and may need touch ups here and there But we overlooked everything because customer service is so great, thanks Sumali!

First off the staff was awesomely friendly Always friendly and happy to help But the room leaves much to be desired

The bed is like sleeping on a concrete floor All of us including my kids woke with sore backs The hot tub is disgusting Also the room was not as clean as they claim There was questionable substances on the wallsWe asked for cleaner and wiped it down ourselves But the staff os awesome and the breakfast was good

Staff and management is very rude I have never felt compelled to write a review in my life, but after this experience I had to share my story I was in town to visit my dad who recently had surgery and wanted to stay at an affordable hotel while I was there

BAD IDEA! When I walked into the hotel the lady at the desk was on her phone video calling someone She didn’t even acknowledge me I walked up to the desk and was just standing there for about a minute I checked into the hotel and I as I was walking to my room I heard a loud bang from another room After a few hours I contacted the front desk to let them know about the noise and she said that they’ll take care of it The noise stopped for about 30 minutes and then continued At 12:30am I went down to the office to let the staff know that the noise was still going on and she rudely said to me “We asked them to stop, what more do you want us to do?” I was so stunned by the response that she gave me that I just asked to check out of the room She told me that I would have to take it up with management and walked away I contacted management the next day about my experience and the manager I spoke with tried to place me in another room just to avoid giving me a refund She never apologized for the inconvenience or anything that I had experienced I left the hotel that day and had to dispute the charges with my bank and with the help of my BBB report 0 STARS

The staff at this hotel alone make it worth returningThanks to Snow, Brooke, Amanda, (one night girl whose name I don’t recall) and all the kitchen staff bc the breakfast was out of this world and I was made to feel at home no matter the hour of day Will certainly return to this small, quiet and comfortable hotel

Thanks to all6 stars

NOT PET FRIENDLYThe hotel itself is super nice, clean, and well maintained The staff was courteous, and even though they were possibly understaffed and having issues figuring out which rooms were ready for check in (long line for a hotel) everything went smooth Breakfast was great too

Without pets, 5/5 Expensive but goodThough they allow pets in the hotel, their pet policy is extreme and not pet friendly at all The room itself was about $120 for the night, then $50 for the first pet and an additional $25 for the second pet Most of their pet policy is standard First surprise (but not terrible) is the expectation that pets cannot be left unattended, and that if you must leave the pet unattended they could hook you up with a pet sitter service Second (completely insane) surprise was the expectation that pets not get on the furniture at all – including the beds – and that if fur was found on the linens an extra (unlisted) amount would be chargedI had two cats with me, and we were in the middle of a cross-country move I’m not about to put them through unnecessary stress of keeping them in their crates or locked in the bathroom all night, resulting in endless meowing and no sleep for myself or my hotel neighbors And they aren’t trained to stay off furniture Turns out that the cost of fur on the linens was another $5086 A monthly home water bill costs less than that! Even if they had been trained to stay off the furniture, fur flies through the air and sticks to clothes It would have been everywhere, over everything anyway!DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE PETS! Save yourself the money and find somewhere else!
