We stayed in SW1522 the view was amazing, it was very spacious and quiet there majority of the condos are personly owned The security is rude, and not helpful

It’s ok to be strict and keep things nice , but there is also common sense that to be nice and helpful to those staying there only 1 car per unit can park underground, any others have to go to emerald resort in person an purchase a 2500 parking pass The pool is huge, the beach is quiet and amazing

We’ve been staying here now for 10 years and we have stayed in multiple units with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms and for the most part the rooms have been great as well as the service But this year will most likely be our lastThe property as a whole is still really nice and very well maintained but we have had a few issues with cleanliness when we arrived and just random things wrong with the units, and that is a reflection on the cleaning/maintenance services used by Resort Collection, not the property or the owner of the unit

I should say that our issues have been handled to the best of their ability after the fact, BUT these are issues that should have not been present in the first placeWe have also already looked at the rental prices for next year and they are almost double what we paid this year We are already paying a premium price and not getting a premium unit like we have here in the past So why would I pay that much more to continually get a sub-par product?

If there was a negative – I would rate it negative I have workers sandblasting cement right outside my room

it is a disaster Ron at Soleil was a big help Carleene; Charlene she doesn’t belong in customer serviceBut regardless, I cannot leave my room without walking through concrete and a group of workers I do have pics and audio/video I would not waste my money on this place

Beautiful stay! The moment that we opened the door to room 902, I was so impressed just how clean The view was amazing and the condo has everything you need The appliances were in very good condition and the kitchen had everything you need, including a crockpot

The floor was so clean, that a wet wipe barely picked anything up It’s so beautifully decorated and we loved everything about it! The check in and check out was effortless The area felt very safe and family oriented I was nervous bringing 2 teen girls, but it felt comfortable enough to let them have a little time for themselves The property has a gate, which requires a code to enter for the guests Parking was very easy Made some great memories during our stay and hope to see it all again!

As I am seating in the balcony enjoying my morning coffe with a nice view, I can smell the Marijuana smoke coming from everywhere7am 12pm 6pm 10pmI understand the medical or recreational usage of this plant but come on, is way to much to go unnoticed

Is very difficult when you have kids that can’t go out to the balcony and enjoy the view while reading a book without the constant odor and smoke coming out of everywhereIs unfortunate, but I don’t think I’ll be back

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here The rooms were a little dated, but very clean and the view from our room 1024 was fantastic! Bobby at the front desk was just wonderful to work with and was so nice to us as it was our anniversary He is a great asset to the hotel staff! The concert on Saturday night with Deana Carter was most enjoyable! Food prices were a bit high at the resort but I guess that is to be expected – you have to pay to see the water! Not many walkable food choices around so the hotel got much of our business

All the staff were very friendly and helpful Cheyenne online answered many questions cheerfully Gary the shuttle driver to the parking lot was a really fun and friendly guy to have around – we appreciated him too All in all a great stay at this resort

Rebecca Poor

Perfect family beach resort! Rooms were comfortable Have an acean front balcony was wonderful The gigantic palm tree was a slight bummer but we could see the ocean to the left of it

The pool area may be the best I have seen with a large heated pool, children’s splash area and lazy river They work hard to keep this place clean and they do a fantastic job of it Our kids absolutely loved this hotel! Added bonus – Live entertainment throughout the day all week Pizzas are amazing and the best deal on property Otherwise, food is unbelievably overpricedSadly, Bar staff is terribleI mean absolutely terrible but I won’t let that ruin my experience for the hotel If I were reviewing the bar, it would be a 1 at best Bring your own drinks and let them enjoy talking to one another and ignoring the customers Enjoy!

I can’t begin to tell you how privileged we were to win a beach trip here by listening to 957 The Mix It was worth every second

My 2 year old did not stop smiling and laughing The staff go way above and beyond The food was delicious The entertainment was the BEST! There is always something for the kiddos to do The best beach access The attentiveness of the employees was the best I’ve ever seen ❤️ My brother in law is visiting from Guatemala and was able to communicate with all of the staff who are bilingual We could not have asked for a better vacation This is kind of resort where you get your money’s worth and you can easily stay all week and never go out There is always something going on

Melissa was great I believe she is one of the Managers She made things quick and was friendly with great customer service

The hotel is in great walking distance The down side was the stuffy rooms, gloomy dark hallways and the lack of cleaning to the pool The room was decent and better than most hotel beaches but can stand for improving on cleaniness and updates

Julius Burton

Me and my family had a fair time there Cool room, stylish and comfortable Excellent hot breakfast and not to mention right in the heart of all the entertainment and only minutes away from the beach

However, the only reason I’m giving 3 stars is customer service Upon checking in, a few of the customer service staff seemed very rude and I noticed one was silently saying ugly things about my wife but thought I wasn’t noticing which was very unprofessional and childish And just didn’t feel accepted Just wanted to relax and enjoy our stay, but all is well So, our experience anyway sure everyone else’s are differentbut not sure if in town again probably won’t be our first choice is all

Jasmine Jones

Such a disappointing experience My fiancé and I added 2 extra days to our trip last minute so we stayed here our last two days, while there I was verbally and almost physically attacked by a front desk employee while trying to fix a problem they created by charging me twice for the same stay She even went as far as to call me “stupid”, which is completely ludicrous for that to leave a customer service rep’s mouth in the presence of customers no less

When I reached out to the front desk manager, who witnessed the altercation, nothing was done even after the front desk manager agreed that her employees behavior was out of line I then reached out the the hotel manager which was useless seeing as he never even bothered to get back to me If you’re looking for a pleasant vacation this is not the place to go The beginning days of our trip we’re wonderful and stress free because we did NOT stay at this location If I could give negative stars to this location it would be well deserved

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at your hotel From check in with Angie Schafer to check out with Lara, the stay was peaceful, the staff were attentive, and the room was very comfortable James, the evening front desk employee also went above and beyond by allowing me to watch the NHL playoffs in the breakfast area each evening, and also helping me with the television

James also ensured my wife and I, and our close friends staying there, had a place to play Dominoes one evening, he was very accommodating, professional, and polite Vicky, the breakfast gal, was pretty amazing also She asked if there was anything else she could get for us, telling us that if we let her know the day before, she would make it happen Breakfast area was wonderful, due to her attention to cleanliness and preparation of food Thank you

Richalena Adelaide

The bathtub floor is very rough and feels like standing on tiny pebbles The outside pool is very dirty and they is Cleary no maintenance for it The front desk was very weird

I asked for towels and wash cloths on my second day because no one told me room service had to be requested and the lady was very rude and told me I had to bring her the old towels, mind you I had dropped them in the hallway in the morning because they were wet and in my way No hospitality and very unprofessional

My first time in Panama City Beach area I had never used a home before, so this was my first time The home was so clean and lovely

It was close to all the attractions in the Beach area Mike was very accommodating I truly cannot wait to plan another trip to the Panama City Beach area, will definitely use Mikes home again Thank you for a nice experience So much better than renting a hotel room

M Robertson

Wow, this place was awesome! It was nice and clean and the owner Michael was really on top of things The skee ball machine was a nice touch to the home, just a little something extra to do when not at the beach, but lets be real the beach is why we came to PCB The house is within walking distance of the beach without the exorbitant cost of being right on the beach

The house is well furnished with dishes and such and whomever cleans the place does their job well Michael is quick to answer questions and had many suggestions of things to do in the area Seriously, rent this place, you certainly won’t regret it

Emily Nicole

Do not rent this property unless your idea of a vacation is not being able to relax at all! There’s a label on almost every switch, door, appliance, shower & tv dictating how it is to or not be used The temp knobs on the fridge were removed &taped over, &having 10guests required a full fridge Food &drinks in the fridge upon the following morn were still not at adequate regulated temps to avoid spoilage

Bottles of water were room temp despite being in there for almost 20hrs! Furthermore, despite in the midst of a pandemic, there wasn’t a single bottle of cleaning products to be able to wipe off countertops The brush for cleaning was in poor condition and every plate, pot, pan and utensil used was dirty or dusty and had to be cleaned prior to useAn incident occurred the second day of our stay where the owner contacted me via email dictating I was being fined $500 for a smoking violation, w/the expectation apparently that while vacationing on the beach I’m checking my phone &would see his 5hr time frame to pay the fine or be evicted with no refund! We came back from dinner around 10pm w/a note taped to the door saying the fine must be paid or we would not be able to stay the night After attempting to contact the owner, he did not respond, &due to the number of guests we had, knowing we couldn’t find something in that short of notice if forced to leave, as well as having a 7mth pregnant guest in our party, we were forced to pay the fine Needless to say this completely put a damper on the evening &caused a lot of stress to guests When the owner finally contacted the following morning, he sent screenshots of prior tenants that had violated his rules, &upon pointing this out he sent pics of cigarette butts at the end of the driveway, claiming they came from my party because some of our group had smoked in the road He further believes he’s allowed to tell guests they may not smoke in the road, which is a PUBLIC street, &that we’re only allowed to smoke 1000ft from his house, expecting people to walk approximately 2mi away from the house to have a cigarette This poses as a danger to anyone in the evening being in an unfamiliar area, especially since there is minimal lighting and no sidewalks for them to walk or stand if a car came byOther downsides include threat of a $250 fine if the $20 charcoal grill, that could accommodate cooking for two, if not cleaned upon departure We opted to avoid using the grill Other rules included making sure if you’re wearing sunscreen that you don’t sit on furniture without placing a towel down, as you might ruin the cheap couch covers, and the hyped skee ball machine &child size cornhole bags proved completely lacking in regards to additional entertainment Be careful to not bring a speck of sand into the house or let any chairs on the patio touch the house at risk of losing your deposit Pillows were dirty, a giant roach was in the master bathroom &decor &sheets looked like they were scrounged from GoodwillShort & sweet of it, find somewhere else to book your vacay to avoid being under constant surveillance during the entirety of your prison camp stay at this place-Edit in regards to rentees response:He claims we were loud & obnoxious the entire time we were there despite that none of us were hanging out outside aside from the couple smokers occasionally going to the road At no point did we spend any time on the back patio/yard We did not have any music blastingThe person “passed out” was laying on the bench in the morning relaxing after breakfastIn regards to butts “littering the yard” the rentee sent photos of one butt in the grass and one on the edge of the driveway and a couple in the street His neighbors smoke yet they were “only ours”He falsely accused a pregnant woman of smokingThe “cleaning products” under the sink was a bottle of vinegarWe know how to close a fridge door It wasn’t left cold enoughHow was a shoot done 2days prior if you sent dated photos of other renters violating the smoking rule &claimed they were doing so two days in a row?

Rooms were so so clean By far one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at Staff was beyond friendly and helpful

Lobby was extremely clean and well maintained Not super crowded and easy to get to A little far from the beach but worth the drive The bathroom was unbelievable It had a huge walk in shower and we loved the complimentary shampoo and conditioner choices (Paul mitchell) I have nothing bad to say about this hotel! Would definitely stay here again and 100% recommend

Alaura Bee

I just drove across the country and stayed at four different places and this was by far the nicest hotel room at a fair price Clean Spacious

Like a very big room With full size couch and 2 tv I saw a review for bugs Checked None here Comfy bed and I could go into many more details But I can confirm it’s is very nice

Jaqwonna Brooks

Great hotel the only thing I want to warn people of do not stay in room 121 if you like to sleep in peace The food prep room is next door and they woke us up at 5am slamming pots and pans and slamming things up against the wall I went to the front desk around 6:30 am because we just couldn’t take it anymore to ask them to please have them stop banging up against the wall

The front desk guy was like “well they are fixing breakfast “ and I’m like well I’ve cooked breakfast all my life and I’ve never had to bang on a wall or slam things up against a wall to cook breakfast Other than that issue I don’t have any complaints I just want others to be aware especially if you’re pregnant like myself and know how important sleep is On top of that we drove 9 hours to get to the location so we definitely needed sleep Breakfast attendant needs to be a little more considerate of people sleeping in the morning

We travel a lot so my expectations may be different from others We stayed for two nights and on the first floor Pros are Hotel is in a great location

Staff was friendly Breakfast was continental with hot eggs, sausage, and waffles Rooms are spacious with a sleep sofa and had a refrigerator and microwave ConsHotel and rooms needs updating and I am guessing they are doing renovations because there was a sign in the lobby Looks like cleaning of room was rushed Tub, toilet and sink was clean except there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and doorway of room There was some strands of hair on top of the bed, curtains had some stains on them and was falling off rod, and the floor had a few stains Room smelled musty, not of mold or mildew though Walls had patches and needs painting I had to wipe down the side of the nightstand it was nasty and looks like something wasted and it was never cleaned Glad I always bring my disinfectant wipes and spray to sanitize myself! Once I sprayed Lysol it smelled a little better in the room Beds are comfortable and TV was a nice size Overall our stay was ok, but I wouldn’t stay again unless it is fully renovated

Weston Little

The place did seem to be nice and clean Our air conditioner in our room was one of the worst I’ve ever had, it MIGHT keep the room from heating up to 90 degrees but it’s definitely not going to keep the room cool like it should That was a huge problem for me and we did not have a single solid charging port in our room

There was two that we found that would at least connect power, but they constantly disconnected and reconnected which will destroy your phones battery
