Stayed here with my wife a few times while moving out to the area Loved each and every stay Close to restaurants and freeway

Highlight of our visits each time would have to be to GM He was out in the breakfast area greeting and conversing with the guests The housekeeping staff is great and always helpful Some of the best hotel staff around imho and we travel a lot Keep up the great work

Nathan Klingler

When we arrived they were having ‘technical issues’ and could not assist I am had never used the app to check in or for my key Once I nave through that it worked great was able to skip the front desk

Staff was friendly and the room was clean Then at 1:00 am the fire alarm went off Things happen, we did have to leave the hotel for about 20 minutes My issue can again at about 4:00 am when the fire alarms went off three or four times over the next hour We checked out at 5:00 am Hotel was fine My stay was not!

Employees are not consistent in what their policies are very frustrating

apparently, 14 year old require the same supervision as 2 year olds at the poolfor one employee no management available to talk to I bet they enjoy our revenue, but not the guests that come along with it I recommend trying somewhere else if you have a group location is great, facility is fine, but no thanks

I hosted an event at this hotel today and it was lovely We enjoyed it so much and the staff was so kind They made sure we were accommodated completely

The rooms were great! Super comfy and cleanThe amount of things around was lovely and breakfast was GREAT!THANK YOUUUU!

As I am not a fan of writing poor reviews, sadly I did need to write this one as a warning to future customers This hotel is significantly unkept Our room was somewhat unclean when we entered

The bathtub had some weird film at the bottom of it The doors and walls looked that like they had been kicked at at some point in time Never properly patched up The pool was ice cold Probably the coldest indoor pool I’ve ever seen But, it probably was a good idea we did not spend a lot of time in the pool because of the light and electrical wire hanging in the pool (That is not a joke, I will attach a picture) However, the hot tub was very nice The only bad part about the hot tub was looking over at the rust covered vents Just seemed a little unhealthy I truly do not write this review to be hateful towards the hotel, as I have had a lot of great experiences at different Sheridan hotels This one just happened to be the worst Hopefully management will take time to update what is needed

Rachel Wayne

I’ve stayed at many hotels during my travels to different cities This was my first time ever staying in a Sheraton If this is how they all are, I am not impressed at all

I drove from Nashville to Chicago for a visit and chose Indianapolis for a midway stay, meaning I stayed here on the way there and back I was initially put in a corner room where it was very hot Engineer came to check AC and commented that “the corner rooms do not cool well – they are all like that” So, I had them bring a fan so that I could sleep without sweating The air vent is in the oddest place and blows toward a corner only No more vents in room; bathroom is really stuffy Flattest pillows I’ve ever slept on anywhere My neck is killing me on the morning after my second time around staying here I was put in a different room this time (not a corner one) yet it was still hot AC turned all the way down to 63 degrees but barely blows anything just like corner room No complimentary breakfast like all the other hotels I’ve ever stayed at FOR THIS HIGH PRICE Pool was closed “for maintenance,” which after reading lots of reviews this morning I’ve discovered that it’s been closed for at least 4-6 weeks already How long does it take exactly for “maintenance?” That appears to be dishonest and an excuse not to have it open So many people look forward to this at expensive (and “nice”) hotels like this one Oh and you gotta pay to park in their garage too – $15 per day It’s insane This place is a money pit but not worth it whatsoever The rooms feel outdated and the HVAV system definitely needs some work I am so disappointed Best thing about my stay here was the salad I ordered via room service my first night Very expensive but that was truly the most positive thing about my experience I can’t believe the lack of amenities for the very expensive price tag Will NEVER stay here at another Sheraton again

Philip Haas

I stayed here on a business trip and was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and Aesthetics of the room and hotel in general Breakfast food was excellent and I also visited the bar for dinner one night which was also quite good even though the menu is small But what I really noticed was how fast their elevators move! If you want a fast elevator, this is the hotel for you

I was only on the second floor and it took like one second It took longer for the doors to shut, then it took to arrive at my floor

Darrin Schultz

Very clean and updated hotel The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful Michaela that manned the bar in the morning for coffee and expresso drinks was attentive and helpful

She filled my cooler both mornings without complaint The lobby was expansive to gather with other people that were staying at the hotel It was a very good experience for a kids sporting event

Ronnie Thomas

This place is a scam! If I could give this place a zero star I would The front desk people don’t have any emotion and act like you’re bothering them when checking in or out We were going here on a friends and family discount for a wedding party

We were told it would be $99 a night (by two different employees) However, that became untrue pretty quickly We even confirmed this when we checked out with a different employee Instead they charged us $211 a night instead Then told us it would be fixed the next day back to the $99 When we call to get it fixed they say they will call us back and never do We have called 5 times It’s funny they finally called us back after I posted this review, and basically said there is nothing they can do So I’m out and extra $112 per night Don’t book here They will take your money

Denver Boling

This hotel was fantastic! 2 min from Grand Park which is why we were there The 2 bedroom we were in was huge! Staff was more than accommodating They went out of their way to make sure your stay was as pleasant as possible

Breakfast every morning was above par and the clean up after was quick and preciseGym is larger than most and got a decent workout in with dumbells and cable machine

Simone D

Firstly the location was great next to stores and restaurants Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay here at all The mini fridge did not get cold enough only cool, which is not good because we had leftover food in there, so it needed to be at the right temperature to keep it safe to consume

So we called the front desk to let them know and they had to come change it out All they did was take one from another room and bring it to ours The “new” mini fridge (from a different room) still wasn’t cold enough There wasn’t a way to adjust the temperature inside the fridge either Then the toilet kept stopping up! It had horrible suction! Even the smallest amount of tissue would clog it up! We also had to call about that! The floor was dirty, crumbs on the floor and this room was just “cleaned” prior to us coming there for our stay! The carpet was also stained and sticky in certain spots The couch was dirty also with food stains everywhere especially the pillows This hotel was just dirty, considering Covid and many other virus out there u would think they would really deep clean like they say they do!! But of course they don’t I will never stay there again!!

From beginning to end our stay was enjoyable The room and everything in building itself was great, but their staff there made the biggest impression on us They made it the comfortable stay we hoped for

After a couple of nights we decided to stay a couple more nights We stopped at the desk to let the attendant know and she updated our reservations After not seeing it reflected on our credit card we spoke with Jordan the next morning after breakfast and he checked it out and actually got us a better nightly rate by adding the 2 nights to the original 5 day reservation! No surprise now since we saw him wear many hats while we were there He was everywhere Also, the breakfast was great every morning We were there for a week and were greeted by the kitchen staff each morning They were all great as well We have a special needs daughter and Linda came over to our table every morning that she was at work to make sure we were good Can’t say enough about her and the rest of those hard working ladies And last but not least the housekeeping staff was courteous and there for us when we needed a few items from them Everything and everyone was exceptional and it makes for a great environment We will definitely stay there again if we need to on our next trip to Indy If this review needs to be verified the name on our reservation is Charlotte Lookingbill

Dorcas Fields

Really nice handicap accessible room Large bathroom with seat in the shower Very nice sitting area with couch, coffee table, 1 end table, lights at each end of the couch

A small table with 2 chairs and a light King bed with 2 night stands and lights Small sink, fridge with freezer, and coffee maker with decaf and regular coffee to choose from A good size closet with mirrored sliding doors I would have liked an over head light because I like a lot of light

Brad Huston

We had a very nice stay Lovely whirlpool room made for a nice romantic getaway Friendly service

On the downside, the fireplace in the room doesn’t work, and the lightbulbs are all CFLs, which are proven to be bad for your health I have a diagnosed sensitivity to florescent light The hotel didn’t have a single LED or incandescent bulb I could use in my room I will need to remember to bring my own next time A few gluten free items at breakfast would have been nice too These things, of course, are not typical, so no big downgrade in rating Nice hotel overall

We recently stayed there for a baseball tournament and talk about convenient We walked to the ball diamonds everyday and it was so nice to be so close in between games The hotel rooms were exquisite and very clean

The staff was incredible especially Emily at the front desk The lobby was a great place for everyone to gather and hang out Would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again

Ben Talsma

Great location for ballgames at Grand Park, a nice lobby for team activities, and generally well-designed and decorated It will be loud on the weekends in the summer, as youth teams enjoy being young people My biggest complaint is that it features those atrocious showers that do not close – they consist of a single pane of glass that only halfway occluded the shower opening

This means that the floor is always soaking wet when you get out of the shower, there is a constant flow of cooler air as you clean up, and you spend a good chunk of your time in the hotel wondering what committee approved an idea with no benefits and a host of obvious drawbacks

Brad Ruehle

Very nice property Because of Covid concerns they did not offer any restaurant services or food, that is the only reason for the 4 Star review, otherwise they get all 5 STARS We stayed for a soccer tournament, and had a hotel full of people

I asked to be on the hugest floor away from the elevators, and that was a great choice We had a potential Tornado at 3am and the hotel staff had us meet in the lobby and stay away from the windows Every single staff member I interacted was extremely pleasant and concerned with how our stay was Great location if you are going to the Grant Park complex

I booked my stay here with my daughter’s hockey team I called a week in advance to cancel a night stay as we weren’t coming in till Saturday afternoon They rebooked my reservation without questions asked and only charged a night, which was great

The room is very clean, and so is the bathroom The pool, hot tub and fitness center are also clean and well-organized We really enjoyed our stay The only complain I have is the continental breakfast Paid $9 extra for pancakes and sausage, but it wasn’t even worth it I feel like I can get better waffles at Comfort Inn

The staff is super friendly and very professional The lobby is beautiful Our room was very spacious and comfortable

The décor was lovely l and I especially like the separate sitting areaWhile we didn’t use it, the exercise room looked awesome compared to other comparable hotels where I’ve stayedThe bed was a bit hard for my comfort I woke up a few times with hip pain due to thisWe stayed two nights We left the room on the first morning at 5 am I returned a little past noon and our room had not been cleaned yet That was a bit disappointing I’ve worked in the hotel industry Our rule of thumb was to always do the stay-over rooms first in case they returned So, to come back to an unmade room was disappointing Would have given 5 stars but for these 2 thingsWould I stay here again? Yes

Hana M

If you are visiting this area, you must stay here The room is really comfortable, the staff are super amazing There’s a gym and a swimming pool if you need a little luxury time

There are many options for the breakfast tooRecommend this place!!We are appreciate one of the manager – Eric, he helped us so much He is the best 👍

Shannon Gahagan

Shiny new very clean hotel, plenty of parking, A/C and refrigerator are quiet, continental breakfast is really thoughtfully put together and yummy, friendly staff (Eric at the front desk is the best!), great location (near some yummy local eats) Had to extend the reservation 1 more day but had pre-paid the room so Eric wasn’t sure if he could, but he sorted it out without changing my room! Highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the Carmel, IN area

I stayed for 3 nights As a grandmother visiting her grandchildren, thank you to the ENTIRE team! Great service Clean room, loved the pool and the basketball court! Thank goodness they had basketballs for the boys! Breakfast was really good! Hot coffee fresh fruit and more

Close to 31 and to downtown Carmel Even my grandsons commented how nice everyone was!

Dawn Tooker

Interaction with staff at the front desk and housekeeping was excellent They were friendly and efficient The kitchen was adequately provided

However, this property is a Marriott by name only It does not live up to Marriott’s standards We shared a 2-bedroom suite with our daughter/son-in-law and their young family First and foremost, rooms must be clean We thought our room fit that requirement until my adult daughter informed me she hoped what she wiped off her bathroom door was chocolate The bathroom vents also needed cleaned (but typical hotel fashion) The furniture was very worn and dated The sofa being on such a slant (worn) that no more than 2 ppl could sit comfortably on it at a time There were no linens or pillows available for the sofa bed I’m sure we could have asked, but didn’t use it Both bedrooms were much smaller than expected The double beds were comfortable Overall, the suite was well-worn and datedHaving 2 bathrooms was important to us A large amount of water was noticed on the floor after showering in one of the bathrooms After happening a second time, we assume the tub must have had a hairline crack leaking water onto the bathroom floor! Four adults, a toddler, and an infant was forced to use 1 bathroomSat morning staff tended to breakfast effectively Not the case Sun and Mon mornings counters dirty, had to ask for items, and she began removing items 15-30 min early After inquiring, she did provide a waffle and apple from the backroom for us Mon morning (~9:15am) Breakfast was lacking Needed fresh fruit in addition to only apples and bananas avail during our 3-night stayThe indoor pool is adequate, but was very cold and could visually see rolls of dirt on the bottom Not real invitingThe location of this hotel was convenient However, there are a lot of choices in this area We will choose a different hotel in the future Marriott needs to do betterWe prepaid/nonrefundable for the suite but discovered 3 weeks out–with less suites available–the price lowered an avg of ~$30 per night! We received no price adjustment I question their marketing strategies and had an email exchange with Brett, the general manager at this property After I corrected the facts in his ‘song and dance’ email, he went silent No explanation or satisfaction Usually book early for a lower price except could be lower at the last minute to have full rooms vs keeping it empty Not a great experience all the way around

Kelli Roe

I’m not impressed at all with this hotel being branded as a Marriott This hotel is maybe a $100 value, not a $200 value The hotel appears clean, but it is very outdated and ran down

Stains are present all over the couch The pull out couch mattress has reddish brown stains all on it The chairs for the table look as if a cat has scratched the leather off The bedroom door is broken as if someone has punched it The trim around the bathroom door is rusted and molded The room stinks My kids never say anything about the hotels we stay at, but have voiced their displeasure multiple times! I would recommend staying elsewhere if you do not want to walk around your room feeling dirty The hotel could definitely use an update!

Great hotel choice – upscale but affordable Every employee I dealt with was very friendly Room was clean and spacious

I did not hear any noise from the hallway or neighbors Bathroom products were quality Water pressure was good I agree with others, could have gotten hotterOverall great stay and will return!

Victoria Rutledge

Courtyard Fishers is a well kept property located in a parking lot not far off the freeway It doesn’t sound great but it really kind of was There are a ton of good restaurants within a 5 minute walk and the rooms are actually quite nice

The best thing about the hotel is the people I had contacted the hotel in advance to try to arrange rooms for our party I spoke with the GM, Michelle, and she couldn’t have been nicer She took care of everything for us when the ambassador team failed to be able to do so The front desk was so sweet at check in and really made us feel welcome Throughout our stay, we felt cared for and valued I will definitely return next time I’m in the area

Autumn Cordova

This is a nice, newer courtyard close to the freeway It is next to a grocery store and many food places nearby as well During our stay we didn’t hear any noise from the freeway or anyone in our rooms next door

It was pleasant The front desk staff were courteous, professional, and attentive Easy parking The breakfast buffet was basic with the scrambled eggs, croissants, fruit, cereals, yogurts, a sausage and potato mix although not what we would consider freshly made- it’s the same quality as you would get at any hotel for the complimentary breakfast The one thing is that they didn’t have complimentary coffee They do have a Starbucks kiosk machine, you can purchase on through that- it wasn’t too bad in comparison to Starbucks and does beat the watered down complimentary coffee that is usually served They also have a barista here during breakfast, again for purchase- no free coffee Overall rooms were really clean and spacious, and well planned out when put together and built A lot of smalls little things they added that make things easier for you during your stay on your room I would definitely come back and stay here again

Staff at this hotel was amazing They were very busy over the weekend and I still had great service From housekeeping to free breakfast and food with alcohol at night to the front desk

Seriously every person smiled and it was amazing Clean and the sofa pull out my son loved and said was actually very comfortable (he is 17 not a little kid) Will definitely be returning when visiting friends in town Management always smiled and acknowledged when they passed by and checking to make sure everything was satisfactory

Stefanie Abderhalden

We had a very nice stay at this hotel for 1 night on our drive back home from vacation The staff were very pleasant and accommodating even though the hotel was quite busy The hotel was very clean and our room was nice with comfy beds

It was also a quiet stay which was a pleasant surprise given how busy it was The pool has an indoor and outdoor part which was nice as well as a hot tub I wish the pool area would’ve been bigger though as there are many guests in the hotel and when we went it was very chaotic as tons of people were there The breakfast had a good selection and it’s nice they offer popcorn in the afternoons as well as hot food and drinks in the evening There is a Red Robin next door but there didn’t appear to be any other restaurants or shopping in walking distance It’s convenient that it’s located right off the interstate

Stephanie Martin

The accommodations were excellent here! Very clean and well maintained hotel The staff was attentive to our needs and all so very polite and diligent Pool area and hot tub were clean and so much fun for the kids! The best part was dinner and breakfast

The food was amazing and the choices were plentiful!! We will be coming back here while in Indy again

1 We arrived and the entire front drive up/drop off area is taped off You can’t drive up there to check in, drop off those with mobility issues, bring in large items, etc

There was no warning about this No work was being done the entire weekend so not sure why it’s taped off2 No extra pillows in the entire hotel We had 3 adults and an infant in a suite The sofa bed did not have pillows, so we asked for some Apparently there were NO extra pillows in the entire hotel Over $700 stay and we can’t have pillows for everyone in our party??????3 Incredibly loud teens and their families the entire weekend, presumably for a sports tournament We were on the first floor facing the courtyard and they kept us up being loud in the courtyard, took the chairs off our patio both nights to sit by the fireplace WITHOUT asking, were kicking a ball around that kept hitting our door and window, would knock on our door at 10:30pm and run, running through the halls yelling and cursing Kept waking up our baby and kept adults up late both nights with how loud they were in the courtyard and the hallways4 Went to get food at the “bistro” one morning and there was no one there serving and only 1 muffin available in the entire caseOverall, incredibly disappointing for the amount of money spent

Front desk staff was nice We had a two bed with a balcony but there was just a screen door and no balcony So we switched for a room with a balcony but that turned into King bed with a pull out bed which was not easy to sleep on and then there were no chairs for the balcony and the same price

Also the first room overwhelmingly smelled like heavy cleaner and the toliet didn’t flushon the second room but I fixed it On Saturday night the bar was closed with a ton of people in the lobby they lost business there Just expected a little better for the money I spent The racoons that live in back are pretty nice

The beautiful aroma that I was greeted with was a treat! Every single staff member that I encountered was friendly and willing to help The room I stayed in had a microwave and refrigerator The entire room was equipped with what I needed and the bed was super comfortable

Both elevators were working and clean The bathroom was a great size and clean

We stayed here while we were in town for a soccer tournament The hotel was very clean, service was great, and breakfast was really good I gave the room 4 stars simply because the bathroom door is a sliding barn door

This would be fine if it were a room for a single person But there is no privacy or lock on the door Although great use of space it is not righta pocket door with a lock would have been more effective for the bathroom

My first time getting a hotel as a single mama and man, it was awesome! Throughly loved swimming in the pool!Very clean spaces The kitchen area was so convenient and cute! Loved the style of the room except for the sliding barn door on the bathroom Was super hard to slide

Everyone we encountered was very friendly! About 5 mins into our room the front desk called to make sure everything was good 🙂 we will Definitely come back!!
