Amazing place! Staff was super friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable The parking garage is shared with law enforcement, so I felt very safe leaving my vehicle there Pool & hot tub very accessible

Our room was directly across from the banquet room where they serve (delicious) breakfast, and we didn’t hear a thing The soundproofing is top notch The area is phenomenal as well, movie theater across the street, great food everywhere, cute gift shops Extra high-five to the front desk lady, L, you’re the best!

Amazing place, reminds me of hotel off sweet life Zac and Cody Our room was super clean The spa was amazing, yet pool was closed sadly

They have breakfast TV has many channels and is huge Beds are nicely made and are very comfortable Mattress was super soft Hotel smells good as well Staff were extremely helpful and nice, even gave suggestions on where to eat Many places are walking distance This is like the nicest hotel I have been in Very fancy looking Though juices for breakfast are on like jello containersThey gave good soap, makeup wipe remover They also had a makeup mirror in the bathroom by the sink attached to the wall, was so grateful for a makeup mirror to use

Chris Davis

The Hotel is in a great location Plenty of places to eat or shop within walking distance The staff was great and very helpful and willing

Couldn’t have asked for better serviceThe rooms were nice but had some things that could use an improvement One being available electrical outlets The room is setup more as an 80-90s style with minor new technologies That being the LG TV, the lamps, fixtures and furniture was all a couple of decades behind Which is ok but need to be advertised as such

Night and day difference from the Marriott hotel I stayed in the last two nights in the area Although I wish I would have known the bistro was closed {a selling feature to me is having a bar + food}, there is a grab-and-go area that is fully stocked The lobby is clean and modern; it looks relatively new

The room is very open, clean, sanitary and well appointed with a fridge, microwave and TV with Netflix capabilities The staff was super accommodating when I requested an early check-in two days ago Good for business travel with a large desk area; business center off of the lobby; and a comfortable desk chair I wish I would have been here the whole time There are restaurants and drinking establishments in walking distance, and the area feels safe I’d stay here again if I make it out this way

Worst experience ever! After traveling for 10 hours the only thing I wanted to do was shower and get in bed, the towels had hair embedded in a couple of them the Director of Sales Jill Hefner was very rude Although our rooms had been fully paid prior to arrival we were told we had to pay and additional $350 for any damages we would cause while lodging My daughter forgot to inform her bank we would be out of town and her card was declined, Ms

Hefner thought it was appropriate to loudly state ” No! It was declined because there were no funds on the card” When my daughter returned with me I could hear Ms Hefner on the phone with a my son-in-law (who is Caucasian) bending over backwards to accommodate him We have a Platinum membership and have traveled extensively and each time we book there is always a problem with my daughter being treated as if she’s a criminal who has stolen someone’s identity and has to answer a plethora of questions, until her husband gets involved then ever alleged issue magically disappears The hotel rooms are not worth the overpriced charges, the bathrooms are dated and not the cleanest, when we called for clean towels the next afternoon I was told there were no towels available and that I would have to towels become available

Joe Vittling

On a work trip, so disappointed in the room The room looks great however the bathroom fan which has a weird rattling sound to it does not shut off Even if I close the bathroom door I hear the odd sounding fan through the wall

I figured I could just cover it up by turning the HVAC fan on Nope, that fan also is messed up I’m certain there will not be much sleep tonight and I’m going to have to purchase a fan at Walmart tomorrow to try to mask these sounds I feel like I’m back in a barracks in the military Would never come back to this place or recommend

As always, the Hyatt brand is my go-to choice when I need accommodations My stay at this location only reminded me why I choose Hyatt From check-in to check-out, the staff here was excellent

Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, I felt right at home My room was on the 5th floor, and it was very quiet I know there were other guests staying on my floor, but I hardly heard anyone throughout my stay My room was clean, smelled good, and the bed was comfy I didn’t take advantage of breakfast during my 3-day stay; however, I was glad to know breakfast was there for me if I needed itThis location was a short 18–20 minute drive to STL Airport I also loved the free parking here as wellOverall, I highly recommend this Hyatt location Great staff, convenient location, comfortable rooms, free parking, free breakfast… It doesn’t get better than this

If your going to Six Flags St Louis, I highly recommend this hotel I literally walked from the Six Flags exit to the hotel lobby in less than 10 minutes and I’m 60 yrs old

The rooms are comfortable and quite Our room had 2 queen beds The fun dome in the hotel has an indoor swimming pool that’s open until 11pm, so if the family doesn’t get enough water time at the park, you can come back to the hotel for fun There is a whirlpool, arcade games, and shuffle board in the fun dome They have plenty of tables and chairs in the patio area of yhe fun dome for meeting up with family There is a restaurant on site and a nice little bar in the patio area We had 5 rooms and the staff put us all in a row Our rooms were 330-338 and they had balconies that adjoined with one room next to you You could sit on your balcony and drink your coffee in the morning if your the early riser of the group and watch the I-44 traffic Checking in was painless even having to check 5 rooms The front desk clerk was courteous, pleasant, and efficient

Mitch Hamilton

This is not your typical holiday inn It’s unique; reminds me of a German style building Unfortunately, it’s the only thing I really like

The facility has a very strange layout and not exciting to navigate There is ample parking and many motel style park at door rooms The hotel is dated and there’s no hiding it! Staff is friendly, which is a bonus The hotel is overpriced for its offering and mostly because it’s next to six flags After reading reviews, I decided to not try the restaurant The kids seemed to really enjoy the indoor pool Disappointingly, breakfast is not included like nearly every other IHG hotel, and other brands The cherry falling off the top is, with limited restaurant options and other conveniences, restaurant, bar, and pool all close relatively early I wouldn’t recommend this motel until reviewing after a long overdue remodel/renovation

Tala Schultz

We went to Six Flags for my birthday had stayed the night before heading home the next day The staff was amazing an friendly!! They had a shuttle bus that took you from the hotel to the Six flags park There was no wait time on it

We tried the restaurant for dinner, was good Quality food Really wish we had time to try their breakfast! They had a indoor pool, game area, very small work out section!! The hotel design was very unique! They also had a bar The bartender was very sweet He made us a couple of his own design drinks, and our favorite is the “mystery machine ” We recommend trying it Overall it was very good an will definitely come back! One down fall is the tiny details of cleaning Looked like hall way mirrors hasn’t been cleaned for a while The decorations on the ceiling were Collecting dust The air vents in the ceiling looked like they had mold on them So much more

My husband and I stayed in this hotel on a recent trip to St Louis, and it met every expectation! The room was very spacious and so clean! The staff were friendly and inviting The hotel was quiet and we got plenty of rest! Check-In was fast and efficient

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice stay in St Louis!

Elijah Steinbauer

The room and hotel were clean on a basic day to day level There were some orange and black spots on the bathroom ceiling The key cards to 2-5 attempts to work

So, some signs of neglect and disrepair Continental breakfast was good and all the staff seemed nice For hotels on a road trip it was better than many, but not really what I expect from a Hilton

Just Chillin

Very nice place to stay! But very disappointed when we went for breakfast thinking it was included! We just helped ourselves and her comes someone who lays down a bill for almost 3000! Me n wife didn’t eat that much at all This has never happened before! Later we seen the price written on a small chalkboard! Otherwise would have gave 5 stars

Never Stay again Let your customers no with a sign BREAKFAST NOT INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY! VERY DISAPPOINTING

Path Finder

We had a generally lackluster stay here — passable but with issuesPROS:• Ample well-lighted parking• Easy access to Hwy 40 and 364• Generally quiet locationCONS:• Each time we went to the front desk (check-in, housekeeping/towel service, and checkout), we had to go find the clerk, who was off in the back office, laundry room, food area, or elsewhere• On the Choice Hotels website for Sleep Inn, we’d been assigned a pet-friendly room, which we didn’t want, and we’d requested a quiet room on a high floor

We asked for a similar king room that wasn’t for pet owners and were never told that the substitute would be a first-floor ADA room instead (The ADA room meant no storage under sink, bars and chair in the shower, and a zero-edge shower floor)• The toilet seat was nearly off its hinges, moving at least an inch with a touch (not safe in any room, let alone an ADA one)• The sink leaked both at the faucet and underneath (it had plastic caps added under the sink as though repaired previously, but water still ran down the tile and puddled on the floor, with dead bugs along the tile, and was wet enough on the counter to soak through an entire box of tissue)• Due to the sink leak and edge-free shower, there was continually water on the floor, and since housekeeping is available only upon request, it was hard to find enough towels/bath mats to wipe it up• The restroom had no bath fan, giving it a humid, cave-like, musty feel due to the water issues in that space• Upon checking out, we told the general manager that we’d been charged an extra $30 for this ADA room by the registration clerk (even though we weren’t notified of the circumstances of the room at that time), and we said that we wanted to pay only what our original receipt was supposed to be She twice told us she couldn’t adjust it since we booked through a third-party site (not true — we booked directly through Choice Hotels, Sleep Inn’s corporate parent)• We were then told that the price adjustment hadn’t occurred on their end (also not accurate) and told we must’ve booked an extension to our stay (we hadn’t)• When I produced the original Choice Hotels e-mail, showing the booking price $30 lower than what we were charged, she then found in their system that the registration clerk had indeed done an override and in fact charged us more upon check-in• We asked her to fix it and produce a zeroed-out paid invoice, but she told us that she was tired and needed to go home and sleep — that she would do it the next day I then asked for a note or e-mail of some kind to at least acknowledge that this would happen, but she again stated that she was tired and needed to go home (7:30 am) When I asked if someone else on her team could do it, she said that, no, she was the general manager and she would need to back it out and rerun it herself To her credit, that did happen, and we did not have to call Choice Hotels corporate customer service to fix the adjustment, but overall it seems that the general manager sets the tone for the quality of customer service, and this experience did not represent one I’d care to repeat

The hotel is not as fancy as other Sleep Inn’s I have been to, but was adequate There was nothing that would make me not want to stay here againThe exceptional:The beds were comfortable, as in, not rock hard

(pillows were small as Chiclets though – 3 per bed in my room)Lobby area was niceGood location off interstate, easy to get toThe expected stuff that is good:Free breakfastLocation has a small indoor poolFridge, Microwave, desk and TVThe less good (but not deal breakers – just observations):Doors were weird, you had to pull up on the room handle to open door instead of down as you would think you shouldBathrooms are a sink in the main room, and the toilet/shower in their own room, not a fan of this configuration, but I know it’s pretty commonMy lamp at the bedside table had a burnt out lightthe Outlet at the desk didn’t work

***NO HOT TUB *** If you look forward to a hot tub after a long day of travel book elsewhere This place only has a heated pool which is definitely not the same thingStaff is great and it’s super clean

Check in was easy and efficient

Very pleased with this stay I was nervous given my last experience with a Choice hotel and the fact that this is an older location The room was very clean, bed was comfy, pillows were as well

Location is convenient All staff was very friendly, even the awesome maintenance guy when I needed a couple small favors Hot breakfast was provided each morning as promised and there were many options!

Brian Judd

I ended up staying here for 6 weeks for work It was nicely priced, very clean and the Customer Service was great They even had snacks available that was affordable and not a rip off

Never had any problems I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others I’m real picky and I was very happy Keep it up, thanks for the good memories

Every time my wife and I go to St Louis for a concert at Powell Hall we stay the night to avoid the drive back home at 2:00 in the morning The last two times we’ve always stayed at the same hotel

Every time we go it is clean and well kept Nice breakfast in the morning including scrambled eggs and sausage, gravy and fruits and cereal to choose from For the price I would highly recommend The only downside is it is about 20 or 30 minutes out of downtown St Louis

My family and I stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Pacific Missouri When we got to our room it was nice Until we noticed the curtains, there were handprints and stains from people touching them

Such as Chocolate, grease, etc Moving on, when we used the toilet it would flush for a long time You would have to flush the toilet just right for it to not go on forever After we got ourselves settled we decided to go swimming The pool was nice, however, the hot tub wasn’t hot We would adjust the temperature but it didn’t change anything But, the jets did work nicely It was the temperature that ruined it One big thing that we didn’t appreciate was the staff We were woken up by someone trying to get into our room Because the staff gave our room to someone else, which led to the next thing We got a call from the hotel’s room phone at 11:30 pm We answered and the front desk person said we weren’t checked in “That they didn’t have the credit card information on file” So, we went down to the front desk and had to prove that we did buy the room We even had to sign a paper that we “supposedly didn’t sign when we checked in” The staff kept making excuses for something that was there All we got at the end was a “sorry” A sorry that didn’t seem genuine The next morning we were going to get breakfast Which I will say was lovely They had coffee, apple and orange juice, cereal, waffles, bagels, etc A nice variety We then went to the front desk one last time because our room key cards were deactivated Once we got that fixed we asked about the checking-in situation, they said they had the credit card information on file and that we did sign a form The front desk person who called us was so panicked that they had to call us so late at night, which affected our sleep The overall point of this review, is next time when we choose a hotel, we stay somewhere else If you need a hotel desperately, stay here But if you want a hotel to enjoy, I would recommend staying somewhere else

Joann Anderson

Staff was very friendly Room was clean and the beds were comfortable I made a mistake and left my sons blanket in the bed when we left and Tonya at the front desk was absolutely amazing

She had found the blanket and I made arrangements to have it shipped back to us It arrived yesterday and my son is now complete She went above and beyond and it’s so appreciated Thank you so much!

Lena Buckley

Weird moldy smell throughout the hotel, staff checking in was nice however we had to call to the desk to see when checkout time was and what time breakfast is Hotel isn’t very clean, I have black straight hair

there was long blonde curly hair in our bedlots of it Breakfast time rolls aroundand they guy is literally following me around He got mad that I picked up the cups that I guess are just for coffee and wanted me to put them back even though I had already touch the lip of the cups, I like using the coffee cups for juice because they are bigger and then I don’t have to get back up to refill, but he wasn’t going to let me Didn’t matter the juice was empty I went over to make a waffle since everything else was empty When I went to fill the cup of waffle mix up, he got mad and said I wasn’t filling it all the way It was maybe a half inch from the top, finally I turned around and just told him I can do it on my own, thank you I just was tired of having someone nag at me for everything I was doing when I’m an almost 40 year old women that manages many properties My fiance then tried to tell him the food was empty at which point he refuses to talk to anyone My fiance went to the front desk to complain but couldn’t find anyone Finally we just went back to our room I have stayed almost exclusively at comfort inns because I think they are affordable and I know what to expect This one does not meet expectations what so ever Also most hotels offer a later breakfast on the weekends, this one is 6-9 every morning Luckily we called down to find out because the check in person doesn’t tell you and there was several people at 9 mad that they missed breakfast as we were leaving the hotel Honestly didn’t matter if they had made it there before 9 because there wasn’t food at 8

My husband and I got in really late and we paid 169$ (Including tax) and we were disappointed in our stay1 The bed was the hardest bed I have ever slept on!!2 I kept finding little hairs throughout the bathroom which was really gross3

There were a few lights out in our room which made the room really light4 With the cost of what this hotel costs you would think that there would be a complimentary breakfast but no (I know I should of done my research but most hiltons I have stayed at have a complimentary breakfast)5 The walls are so thin you can hear everything going on in the hallway6 This place is very outdated I wish I would of read the recent reviews With the price we paid we should of got a better room somewhere else7 Oh and we had a very cold shower The water didn’t get hot and it was very Lukewarm

B and H

At first glance hotel seems nice Lobby is clean and appears really clean The pool was drained and closed

The room was nice size King with pullout The drain on the tub didn’t drain so you stood in water when showering The mattress seemed to be a foam temperpedic but it was compacted or sagging in the middle The cable TV is total garbage and we usually like to bring our appletv to plug into the tv and watch our Amazon and HuLu but the room had no hard wired internet Wifi was also too slow to stream And then of course the hotel hall floors are wood and not like the new ones where they pour thin concrete for sound deadening We had kids running up and down the halls until I finally told them how loud and rude they were being to other guests I guess their parents didn’t care and either did the hotel management We won’t be staying at this Hilton again

My stay was awesome Took the kids for a mini staycation so they could relax and swim Everything was clean, all the staff were nice and accommodating

You also get complimentary breakfast that’s pretty decent But what was really exceptional was was one of the workers Jacqueline remembered me and my toddler from breakfast and that he had a paw patrol thermos In a rush we left in on the table She put it to the side and as soon as I came down looking she said I have is cup for you Her thoughtfulness, attention to detail and genuine nature was very refreshing

Stephanie

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff The room was very clean We requested extra towels and within 5 minutes they had them up to our room

Pool was cool, indoor/outdoor heated pool My kids loved it! Breakfast had lots of options Happy hour was great too! Top shelf liquor and appetizers Great coffee available anytime No complaints here! We will be choosing Drury hotels from now on!

Jim Cooper

Probably one of the best hotel beds I’ve slept on Room service wasn’t daily even after asking for it Staff is friendly and professional (mostly)

Morning buffet is all rehydrated food Sausage looked unappetizing and proved to be There aren’t a lot of alternatives if you don’t have a car or don’t order in A nice touch is happy hour in the evening with 3 free drinks and munchies It did it’s 4 day job

Wasn’t sure what to expect but our room was very nice – well insulated, comfortable bed, and very nice bathroom Love that the fan has a constant fan option so makes for white noise and a cool temp to sleep We were worried when we walked in as the lobby is only ok and the elevator absolutely REEKED of weed but the room itself was very nice! Would stay here again!

My stay at the courtyard in St Peters, Missouri was both restful and enjoyable The staff was very professional and attentive, the setting is very aesthetically pleasing, the location is great and the room was clean, well appointed, and comfortableMoreover, there is a White Castle and a Lion’s Choice roast beef restaurant in close proximity to the hotel

What more could one ask for? 😎

It was a beautiful room BUT the front desk night shift said they had breakfast and Expedia stated they also have breakfast So, it was a embarrassing experience to be told two things and then be wrong when I asked front desk in the morning

Google also says they don’t serve breakfast So it’ll be a three star Things need to be consistent across all websites because not everyone uses google specifically to find their hotel I was given this hotel room as a wedding present so the website I was directed to, Expedia, said they had breakfast

Stayed on 7/30, we were looking for a place to stay, after seeing a concert, (25 minutes drive) & didn’t want to stay in St Louis, this Inn location was perfect, did reservations on line but was charge another $5 when we checked in 🤔 (don’t know why), their breakfast was superior, lady at the front desk was very well trained in customer service, room was clean with plenty of towels, pool looked kinda dirty, the room next to us had kiddos (which is fine) & they were very loud, their parents surely needed to be told, use your inside voices

(Nothing against Inn) Overall we will be using this Inn the next time were in the St Louis area Recommend

One of the least expensive rooms around st Louis but decent amenities including a pool, wifi, and hot breakfast It’s quick to get downtown and if you’re traveling with kids, check out the magic house (kids museum) less than 10 miles away Our 10 year old could have spent a week there

Staff was friendly and helpful

From the moment we walked in the door until the time we left, we felt at home! The front desk staff were very attentive and helpful when needed and the hotel and exercise room was well tended toI have to say my favorite was Vanessa serving our breakfast ! She has a greeting for everyone and great attitude! I really appreciate how hard she works and the wonderful choices she offers every day! Great cinnamon rolls!

The hotel is OK as far as Residence Inns go Marriott is struggling as a brand since there is zero enforcement of what used to be high standards For instance, I stayed at this hotel two months ago and their American flag outside is torn and needs replacement

Yet despite bringing that to a Manager’s attention, two months later it is still not corrected Rooms are not cleaned daily despite significant easing of COVID restrictions The breakfast is OK, and they have replaced the small bottles of shampoo and conditioner with larger, pump bottles which may or may not be sticking on the shower walls All in all this hotel is serviceable but could use better attention to the finer details

Excellent Hampton Inn, located in suburban Chesterfield Located right off the interstate, the hotel has large parking area, a pool area, and comfortable common areas Great breakfast options, warm and cold

Only one complaint: Although the room was comfy and well-appointed, it had a strong smell of disinfectant in bathroom Location and other facilities in the hotel seemed without problem

This is one of the better Hampton inns Clean, well-furnished and well-serviced rooms Very courteous and friendly staff

Tracy was super Very good and large enough fitness center, although one of the 3 treadmills was not working Breakfast was better than many Hampton inns and Fairfield inns we’ve visited recently This is one of the rare hotels that actually supplied out too With the extra towel we requested in advance Though the bathroom was updated to a nice shower, the furniture was fortunately not yet changed from its ample night led and dresser to the measly nightstand and cubbies in the newest renovations Worth staying here
